While economists, analysts and television pundits argue about the severity of the recession or a double dip in the recovery, it’s obvious that Main Street is experiencing depression-like economic symptoms.

We can’t stress the seriousness of these events enough. The economic and political systems of entire nations are disintegrating before our eyes. History has proven that this never ends well.

When it’s politically expedient, they will say whatever they need to. When it’s time to act in the interests of their own people they act as if there is not a problem, often engaging in the very same behavior they denounced when it was happening in other countries.

At this time we advise those on the East Coast to remain aware of the earthquake swarms off the coast of Northwest Africa. In the event a massive enough quake occurs, dislodging parts of the La Palma volcano, you’ll have approximately seven (7) hours to evacuate the east coast of the United States and make your way inland before the first wave hits.

The Osama Bin Laden card has been played – and we’re pretty sure this was the last time they’ll be able to use it (of course, you never know). What we need right now is to divert attention from the implosion of our domestic economy, the rampant lawlessness in the Halls of Congress and in the business circles that keep our politicians’ coffers filled, and the deficiencies at the Department of Justice which oversees the legalities of it all.

All we have to do is to look at Detroit and we can see what the future holds for the rest of America.

This is just the latest example of the modern American system of justice, where the average Joe is arrested for crimes like selling lemonade or imprisoned for life for possession of marijuana, while the well-connected live within a completely different world where lawlessness runs rampant, the deaths of innocents are not investigated, trillions of dollars in fraud are ignored, and the Constitution is treated like an outdated policy rather than the fundamental law of the land.

Surviving economic collapse and political instability may be the least of our problems.

After Europe goes, we in the U.S. will likely be next, with events perhaps playing out over several months or years, eventually leading to similar circumstances – collapse of our financial institutions, destruction of our currency, a complete wiping out of the U.S. middle class, political instability, riots, and the historically traditional outcome in such cases of collapsing nations – war.

What you won’t see in the mainstream media is the following video of a young man delivering a passionate speech (sans teleprompter, of course) denouncing the monetary policy of the federal reserve, fractional reserve lending, Washington’s involvement in State’s rights, and excessive taxation of the citizenry.

Really, what makes a governmental entity so special that it should be allowed free access to the activities of the average citizen? Why should ANY intrusion of privacy be tolerated, let alone the kind that goes on today?

If it is the NYSE exchange (as opposed to their web site) that comes under attack, then we can consider this the first cyber attack of its kind, and it will be very serious in nature, the consequences of which are hard to predict at this time, but the internet kill switch comes to mind.
