We hate to keep hounding on the BP oil disaster, because from all indications the well has been capped and there is supposedly no oil leaking into the Gulf. However, when we come across points of interest such as this one, we find it necessary to share.

From what we’ve been told, the well is now stable and more or less secure. This begs the question, then…. What is happening in the following video?

Not to worry. There’s really no oil left in the gulf. BP and the government has looked everywhere and it looks like all of it is dispersed. Oh, and also, it’s ok to eat the seafood – nothing to fear.

We do not have an official story on this as of yet. Perhaps BP was releasing pressure, but it looks as if a high pressure force came flying up through the sea floor, forcing the floor itself to rise and then suddenly collapse.

While it shouldn’t disrupt our electrical power grid, you never know. If you happen to wake up tomorrow and your cell phone, car and coffee machine aren’t working, you’ll know why.

If this “bounty” is real, then Sheriff Arpaio and his deputies are in serious danger. Based on the thousands of deaths in Mexico over the last 18 months alone, it’s clear that there are no limits to how far drug cartels will go to secure their access to money and power.

The trend is that consumers are spending less, making less, have less credit and are up to their necks in existing debt that they can no longer service.

An important thing to remember during this financial crisis is that it’s not just the federal government that has mismanaged the public’s money by taking on too much debt and entitlement promises like social security and medicare which it simply cannot service.
