The National Terror Advisory System (NTAS), which has replaced the original color coded terror alerts, remains at a “heightened level of vigilance” amid reports that a specific and credible threat was identified Wednesday evening by U.S. intelligence personnel. Homeland Security has as of this writing advised that the threat is as of yet unconfirmed, and the office of the Secretary of Homeland Security has not issued an elevated or imminent alert at this time.

These missiles can go as high as 11,000 feet. Plenty of altitude if you are trying to down a commercial airliner on take-off or approach.

Civil unrest in the form of violent protests, food riots, grocery store flash mobs, bank runs, and vigilante justice isn’t supposed to happen in advanced economies…

You may be storing food, water, guns, ammunition, and a host of other supplies. Chances are, you don’t ever want to have to use them. But something is coming; it’s as clear as day. If the world as we know it in America today does come crashing down, perhaps there is a way you can avoid having to use those supplies. But you may have to consider relocating a bit farther than you may have originally planned.

We want to be optimistic, but numbers like these make that impossible.
