An important thing to remember during this financial crisis is that it’s not just the federal government that has mismanaged the public’s money by taking on too much debt and entitlement promises like social security and medicare which it simply cannot service.

In fact, the cap and trade tax itself is nothing more than a tax on breathing. While government has yet to control oxygen rights and its inhalation by homo sapiens like they are trying to control the production of food and rain water harvesting, they’ve taken the approach of taxing our exhalation instead.

One place where there should be absolutely no discussion regarding what protections we have not just as American citizens, but human beings, are our natural rights to produce our own food, harvest our own water and our ability to transfer these in the form of barter, trade or charity amongst consenting parties.

As with every mainstream headline, one must venture into the fine print to figure out what is really happening.

There’s going to have be a point in time where these people have to be held accountable. How about all these bloggers that blog anonymously? They say rotten things about people and they’re actually given credibility, which is crazy. They’re a bunch of cowards, they’re just people seeking attention.

With the brightest minds at his disposal, the President, who is essentially the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation known as America, one would think we’d have the best of the best working on the fundamental economic problems in this country.

Whistle blower Hugh Kaufman is a senior policy analyst at the EPA’s Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. Though the EPA will not officially tell us exactly what’s going on with dispersant chemicals being used in the Gulf of Mexico, Mr. Kaufman seems to have a legitimate concern for the health and safety of those working to clean up the mess.

While the changes may not be seen as a positive development for the state of our Republic and would likely leave many of the founding fathers shaking their heads, they seem to be perfectly legal under the Constitution.

I have never seen so many indicators of total meltdown, when compared to past economic collapses throughout history, as I see today. Not to sound melodramatic, but I’m really not certain if I will be writing these financial analysis articles for much longer. I suspect that before the year is out there will be no more need, being that every facet I have laid out over the years will become glaringly obvious to everyone.

A recent call to the San Luis Obispo County Sherriff’s department reported shots fired at a two-acre privately owned residence in an unincorporated area of the county. What happened next is nothing short of a clear setup of the homeowner for criminal violations, and a subsequent cover up to protect the arresting officers. As luck would have it, much of the arrest and search and seizure of Mr. Hart’s home and weapons was caught on audio and video surveillance by police issued equipment.

The criminal web sites in question were hosted on Blogetry and were reportedly engaged in piracy of MP3 audio files, software applications and pornography. Rather than specifically shutting down these web sites, the government moved to eliminate 73,000 WordPress blogs that had absolutely no association with criminal activity.
