Editor’s Comment: This means, of course, that world affairs are now flirting with and hinging upon WWIII. That much everyone understands; the gravity has been pointed out and often played up for effect. But the the simple summation of world war fails to convey the methodical and cynical workings of an empire that has used crisis to bring us to this point, in order to complete a scheme for world order that was hatched decades ago.

The U.S. population was lied to about the source of, and identity of terrorism, and goaded on with ridiculous levels of fear and propaganda. In the shadows of that, America went to war. For what? To bring justice to the perpetrators of 9/11? Hardly. Just lies to build upon lies. Regime change in Iraq opened up a vacuum – that was known consequence, and it was a crisis to build upon. Rather than wiping the slate clean of known terror cells in Afghanistan and elsewhere, the U.S. and many Western and Middle East allies deliberately fueled it, along with a Sunni-Shia civil war – though the American population knows little to nothing of this rationale and these factors. In part on behalf of Saudi Arabia’s pro-Sunni slant, and in part on behalf Israel’s bizarre desire to have extremist Muslim neighbors rather than moderate ones, this alliance has brought ISIS to life. The usual suspects funded, armed, trained and unleashed ISIS/ISIL/Islamic State. Balancing chaos is a delicate act; really it is one with known and almost certain blowback. Messy. Not a good practice.

But ultimately – against all logic and any remaining conventional wisdom, this daredevil act has dared a greater gamble, to draw in competitors to U.S.-directed world order, and force conflict between ever greater opponents… what starts with Syria and Assad (and ostensibly the intent to ‘destroy ISIS’) leads directly to Iran, Russia and perhaps even China. Russia has clearly built up its forces accordingly, and Putin is their huckleberry. NATO and the Ukraine could draw everyone in from the European side as well. Pure madness.

When we talk about being on the brink of WWIII, we are talking about a psychopathic and insane cult that has hijacked U.S., Western and Middle East interests, thrown out all sanity and civility, and provoked destruction repeatedly until all the stops have been pulled, and nothing remains but that which is in the path of war, and the aftermath of remapping, rebuilding and a new world order. The only sense of victory will be out of the ashes, not from ceasefire and military success. For that, our sons and daughters, and our best and brightest will fight and die. For another lie, perhaps the biggest lie yet, millions will die. May God help us all…

Putin Tells Everyone Exactly Who Created ISIS

Time to Pay Attention — In the Last 48 Hours, Humanity Just Moved to the Brink of World War

    by Claire Bernish

Months of disquieting and needless escalation between the United States and Russia over Syria and the Asia-Pacific theater has quickened feverishly to near outright hostility over the past 48 hours, and — considering semantics from both ends suggestive of antebellum blame-casting — it’s past time to pay attention.

Indeed, though a few analysts still dismissively liken the tensions to so much blustery rhetoric, a growing number contend obstinate U.S. posturing about Russian aggression hasn’t been taken so lightly by President Vladimir Putin and his rapidly amassing allies.

Additionally, it now seems the U.S. has backed its incessant finger-pointing with the subtle language necessary to undertake what could best, if ironically, be termed a ‘defensive first strike.’

While full-scale nuclear war might indeed be an outside possibility at this early date, the specter of full military engagement is quickly materializing on several fronts. To understand how we arrived so near this precipice, a series of events and statements over the previous month should be considered contextually with those of the last two days.

After officially accusing the Russian government on Friday of attempting to influence the presidential election by hacking into and leaking documents from the Democratic National Committee servers — which, despite fast efforts to save face, undoubtedly tarnished the reputations of party members and nominee Hillary Clinton — President Obama offered an alarming statement Tuesday giving that accusation sharp teeth.

“There are a range of responses that are available to the president and he will consider a response that is proportional,” White House spokesman Josh Earnest, quoted by Reuters, told media aboard Air Force One. “It is certainly possible that the president can choose response options that we never announce.”

Speculation on an unnamed option largely centered around some form of cyber response, given the original accusation of hacking — however, it must be noted, two years ago the Obama administration deemed hacking an act of cyberterrorism and an utmost security priority — ‘terrorism’ being of critical relevance given the ongoing war against it.

Notably, U.S. officials have previously asserted cyber attacks, in some cases, could elicit a military response.

Without unassailable proof the Russian government hacked the DNC, any putative ‘response’ by the U.S. — proportional or not, cyber-oriented or not — would inherently be an aggressive first strike. Given the dispute over definitive evidence tracing the hack to Russia, any follow-through could conceivably be considered an act of war and/or terrorism.

As such, an actual response of any nature has been posited unlikely — however, in consideration of last week’s belligerent remarks by U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Mark Milley, downplaying the potential for a response could be foolhardy.

“The strategic resolve of our nation, the United States, is being challenged and our alliances tested in ways that we haven’t faced in many, many decades,” Milley told attendees of an annual meeting of the Association of the United States Army.

“I want to be clear to those who wish to do us harm … the United States military — despite all of our challenges, despite our [operational] tempo, despite everything we have been doing — we will stop you and we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before. Make no mistake about that.”

Milley went on to note Russia, China, North Korea, and Iran have “revised their own doctrines” and “are rapidly modernizing their military today to avoid our strengths in hopes of defeating us at some point in the future.”

Quoting an unnamed senior Russian official, Milley advised “Russia can now fight a conventional war in Europe and win.”

Whether or not Russian military would wind up fighting in Europe could be an entirely moot issue, as NATO has been amassing thousands of troops in Eastern Europe under the premise of protecting nervous nations from possible invasion. That assemblage of troops has been cited by Russia as posing an aggressive nuclear threat  — which officials from the U.S. and its allies have laughed off as absurd.

“Across the Atlantic, we’re refreshing NATO’s nuclear playbook — to better integrate conventional and nuclear deterrence, to ensure we plan and train like we’d fight, and to deter Russia from thinking it can benefit from nuclear use in a conflict with NATO,” U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter stated September 29.

Russian Foreign Ministry officials responded by reiterating the perception of American aggression, as quoted by the Washington Post, “Carter’s statement means that if Russia comes under attack from U.S. allies, the Americans will be ready to back it and threaten to use their nuclear weapons against us. We would like to think that Washington understands the meaning of such statements and their possible consequences for international security and stability.”

On Tuesday, a startlingly broad ‘recommendation’ published in Znak, Russian state officials and government workers were advised to immediately pull family members from study abroad programs — or any other endeavors — in Europe to return to the motherland. Translated by Zero Hedge and cited by Znak, political analyst Stanislav Belkovsky — albeit noting the controversy of the recommendation — said, in part, “this is all part of a package of measures to prepare the elites for some ‘big war’ even if it is rather conditional …”

Also on Tuesday, Putin abruptly canceled a planned trip to Paris over the unraveling situation in Syria.

Russia also issued two altogether unambiguous admonitions last Thursday, stating continued U.S. endeavors in Syria could lead to all-out war.

“I would like to caution Washington’s colleagues to carefully consider the possible consequences of such plans,” said Russian Major General Igor Konashenkov in a statement, adding, “I remind U.S. strategists that air cover for the Russian military bases in Tartus and Hmeymim includes S-400 and S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, the range of which may come as a surprise to any unidentified flying objects.”

Observers rightly focused on the latter portion of the previous statement as a warning to the United States that Russia would not hesitate to strike first, ask no questions later — since it would be justified in defending ally Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s troops in a sovereign nation by request.

However, the second warning — after the U.S. bombing of Assad’s troops in mid-September flared contention — constitutes, in actuality, the greater portent.

Konashenkov, as Underground Reporter noted, “made clear Russia has a number of servicemen and aid workers in several communities in Aleppo, and that ‘any strikes on territories controlled by the Syrian government will create a clear threat’ to Russian citizens.”

Dropping all pretenses, he added, “I am warning anyone, that after the U.S.-led coalition jets bombed positions of the Syrian government forces on September 17 in Deir ez-Zor, we will take all necessary measures to prevent other American ‘mistakes’ against the Russian military or other military facilities in the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.”

China, which had originally intimated support for Russia over the U.S. quest to oust Assad, has fomented its alliance in recent days. According to one analyst, there “is no question that there is correlation, coherence and coordination between Russia and China on the Syrian issue.”

Russia has similarly indicated it would back China over the intricate territorial dispute in the South and East China Seas, particularly in defense against meddling by the United States and its ally South Korea — who will shortly deploy the U.S.’ Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) amid contention from both rival nations, as well as its citizenry.

Although THAAD ostensibly could only be deployed in a defensive capacity, China and Russia criticize its proximity to the Chinese border as an act of direct aggression. On Tuesday the two nations announced plans to hold their second joint anti-missiles drill in 2017. According to a nationalist outlet cited by Reuters, Chinese Major Gen. Cai Jun stated,

The United States’ blind development of anti-missile systems that exceed demand and its search for absolute unilateral military superiority inevitably damage global strategic equilibrium and gravely harm major powers’ strategic trust.

One article could not do justice to the multi-fronted, labyrinthine conflict as it now stands, but with the current situation described by some as more dangerous than even the Cuban Missile Crisis — which nearly drew the U.S. into the first nuclear war — it would perhaps be advisable to focus on swiftly-unfolding international news rather than exhaustively debating lesser-evilism.

As former Soviet Union leader and Nobel Prize-winner Mikhail Gorbachev cautioned Monday,

I think the world has reached a dangerous point.

      1. The idiots leading this country are absolutely INSANE…

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

        • This is the second time this week one of my favorite websites has posted some nutter left winger shyte.

“Israel’s bizarre desire to have extremist Muslim neighbors rather than moderate ones,”

Can the author please provide some kind of supporting documentation for this garbage.

          • I will break this to you slowly. The convoluted United States Foreign Policy IS controlled by Zionist Jews. PERIOD.

            • Dave, I’ve said that many times starting 2.5 Years ago on this website, check the Archives… Nice to see other awake. Oh those stooped dopes on here criticized me back then, called me anti-Semitic. Most of these idiots vanished and are not on here now, except for one dope clock puncher. He was too busy telling Jokes to learn something about our nation. The Tribal Cancer is full blown anarchy now, and we are in a collapse by their Making. If we can get Putin to Drop a Nuke on Washingscam DC, and the State of Virginia, Then President Trump can have a clean slate to build a new Government from the ground up, following the Constitution, instead of some marching orders from the Tribe in Brussels.

              ~WWTI…

            • The intel provided to me indicated that Russia has 300 nuclear warheads aimed at the USA, out of 1,000 +

              That’s six per State. 🙁

              • DK,

You were so positive that there would be no war several days ago, now you are scaring me! It is hard to understand how folks can think that a Russian strike agaist the West would be a good thing. For better or for worst, this is our home and most of us will die here.

                Louisiana Eagle

                • laeagle,
You North or South of BR?

                • laeagle: I am still “so positive” that there will be no nuclear war anytime soon. But yes eventually I think so.

I have had that warhead intel for some time.

No doubt that the USA has at least as many warheads targeting Russia. That’s just nuclear reality. States like Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Utah, etc won’t need the full compliment of six warheads so these “extras” are probably reallocated to California, Texas, Florida, and the East Coast.

The remainder of US and Russian warheads target China. 🙂

                  • Well if they point them all at DC then I see nothing but good coming of it.

            • Dave: Not anymore. Muslims control the US Government AND US foreign policy now. Catch up !!! 🙂

          • That isn’t gonna happen.

          • NunyBldness, The author meant the “die Juden” would love to create the army of barbarians who actually are their blood cousins as their neighbor to suck the money from the American tax payers with the goal of greater Israel.

The proof is the so called ISIS never attacks Israel.

            • “The proof is the so called ISIS never attacks Israel.”

              Simply amazing … ain’t it?

ISIS appears to have no interest in: Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, U.A.E … etc.

              H’mm … why is that?

              • Ever wonder why Israel is not taking any Syrian Refugees? But they tell everybody else they need to with Quotas. They want these Plant Trojan Horses in every Country ready to spring into their ISIS action burning entire countries down. We already have plenty of Tribal Funded Black Lives Matter thugs trying to do that already.

Watch who’s pointing their fingers directing World traffic, then rip them off their hands.

                ~WWTI…

                • Saudi Arabia isn’t taking any Syrian refugees either.

                  • Kevin2, You are correct with Saudi part.

Every single country involved with creation , support, training the ISIS sub humans is not taking any refugees. e.g Saudis, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Israel.

Since your uncle advised you to support Israel the credit goes to your believed Israelis since they are giving medical treatments to their ISIS cousins.

The net is all of these countries will be wiped out from the face of the earth really soon so you may bring some of your beloved Israelis to your home and give them the love they need and make your uncle proud.

            • ISIS..israeli secret intelligence service??

              • Time for your enema, Bill.

        • ww3 is
a rumor of war…it will be far far worse than ww3 when it really kicks off. it
doesnt really get good until seals, trumpets are actually going off in full
force. you will know for sure when the seals and trumpets are in full effect
when a mountain is cast into the sea causing a
huge amount of destruction(see seals 1-2 and trumpets 1-2)…it will wreck a
good chunk of the world, its ships, ect and then you will see THE antichrist,
not just another antichrist, appear and come in peacefully(during the 5th/6th
seal/trumpet) saying he is trying to help the world from all this chaos even
though he will be waging war world-wide he will say it is for the greater good
of uniting the world and removing the people who would stop this new utopia.
generally people will buy it like they buy the lies of politicians even now
knowing our system is wholly corrupted.. he will appear to die and be risen
copying Christ he will then go into the temple of God and declare himself to be
God and make all worship him or his image and take the mark or be put to death.
do not take the mark…then comes the vials just after Jesus removes the last of
the remnant from the world as he did with enoch as he did with eli, just as the
two witnesses are called up in front of the world too. once this happens and
they who took the mark see Jesus coming they will hide themselves in the dens
and caves to no avail. Jesus is the only
          way 🙂

          • Fictional/Fantasy Doomsday/Prophecies is not a big hit here … may want to keep that sort of thing over at “Beforeitsnews”dot com.

            • What he writes about Christ is not fiction. To wit: Do you know who Simon Greenleaf is? Most people do not, but he was the professor at Harvard who basically systematized what constitutes rules of evidence in this country. In other words, if you go to court, whether you go to jail or not depends on the rules of evidence **he** was the major player in setting up. He was, in a word, no lightweight.

Turns out Greenleaf was Jewish, not Christian. Someone challenged him to read the gospels and examine the evidence for the resurrection of Christ. This man – who was not a Christian, but the American expert on what constitutes evidence or not – found the evidence for the resurrection so compelling he became a Christian. More recently, Lee Strobel, an avowed atheist and lawyer who graduated from Yale, did the same research, and ended up writing “The Case for Christ.” There are more people I can count (such as the writer of Ben Hur, Josh McDowell, etc.) who have done the same research, with the same conclusion. Now… how and why would that be?

Do you know any of the above? If not, I would kindly submit you have not done a full due diligence about this very important question, and need to show complete intellectual honesty by doing so before you call the return of Christ “fantasy.”

Extra credit: Univ. of Kentucky was recently able to read an extremely fragile, too brittle to be opened 2,000 year old scroll by using computer imaging tools to actually read what was inside it. What did they find (it was the book of Leviticus)? They found that there was an EXACT word for word rendering in the Masoretic text (which we use today) as there was in the 2,000 year old document. (Story at http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/22/science/ancient-sea-scrolls-bible.html?smid=fb-share&_r=3&referer=http%3A%2F%2Fm.facebook.com%2F among other sites).

Respectfully speaking, methinks you may wish to do a little more due diligence in confirming whether or not Christ was who he said He was. If you are mistaken, I might say this would be a pretty major error.

              • TEST…..Your version of Christ differs from the real Christ. Yours is very similar to ISIS preachers who justify killing and looking forward to doomsday based on some criminal fantasy. I bet you do see the Zionist criminals as heavy weights.

            • nah-go ahead robert.

they need to know the truth.

some of us are the watchmen on the wall.

Jesus would have it to be that way.

              • Jesus is not going to save this nation no matter how much you pray.

                Two reason why.

This Nation is vile and EVIL. We don’t see it either or Hillary and what this Obama administration would have been gone long ago.

Second if Revelation says there is going to be a war and what is happening today, we are close to it.
So by your own scripture you beating the horse to death about on the religious side.

I get tired of hearing it!

O.K. I guess I will be flooded with scripture quotes. Have at it.

                • Third reason is Jeezuss is long-dead and no matter how many drugs the Christians consume he is never coming back to life to save anyone.

Yeah, I’m tired of hearing the psychedelic bible-babble too.

        • If it happens, it happens. Good news is, I live 50 miles outside the nearest credible target, and prevailing winds will carry the fallout in a direction even further away from me.

Seriously though… nuclear warfare, while possible, is certainly way low among the list of potential SHTF events. Economic collapse will likely get us (and Russia, and China, and the EU, etc) first. We stand a greater chance of getting knocked down by civil unrest or epidemic before nukes begin flying.

Meanwhile, a goodie for your perusal: https://theintercept.com/2016/10/13/pentagon-video-warns-of-unavoidable-dystopian-future-for-worlds-biggest-cities/

        • All of these anti air that the Russians have …and for that matter the Americans all have an inherited flaw and are easily beatable, I am really surprise that either side has not figured this out, to beat their s series is simple and cheap…..I’m not really sure why either county boasts or are frighten of these child type weapons…..their weak, the weapon not Russia…..either country should hire me I can tell them how to beat all defensive systems, with junk from a hardware store and no lose of life

      2. SOME VERY EXCITING NEWS FOR SHTFers

After having Clinton ahead by 7 points on Monday, Rasmussen — who polled on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, and whom Dick Morris considers the most reliable — now has Trump ahead by 2 in a four-way race (and of course it IS a four way race).

I do not respect “locker room talk” about women; however, when it comes to talk vs. ACTIONS – namely, RAPE by Bill, and where Hilary as the “bimbo eruptions manager” actively threatened, menaced and squashed Bill’s victims, that is EVEN WORSE. We need to a.) hold Trump’s feet to fire if elected, and b.) hold Hilary in a jail cell for her emails, her Benghazi scam, and for being an active accomplice in multiple rapes.

The fascist left lamestream media wants you to think the game is over. Of course, all they do is lie, so that is to be expected. But we need to keep after the grassroots activity we are doing!

        • You do realize that left wingers rationalize away all the sex stuff, same as you just did, right?

With all your “even worse” garbage….

          • You realize that we have a forced choice between two very imperfect candidates, don’t you? You do realize that you are advocating the absurd “moral equivalency” argument, don’t you? You do realize that you are interpolating what I wrote, saying I am “rationalizing” what Trump did, when I *expressly stated – and state again – that disrespect of any human being is WRONG.

The fact is is that we have two choices, whether you like it or not. One is flawed, and has some egregious failures (which is why I did not support him as my first choice), whereas the other is actively evil, corrupt, anti-Constitution, an accomplice to rape, a national security nightmare, a confirmed liar all the way back to Filegate, Travelgate, Whitewater, her cattle futures trades, ad nauseam.

Yes, even worse. In your Platonic world, full of fairies and unicorns, the bad guys always wear black hats and the good guys white, so simpletons can pick them out. For the rest of us who live in the real world, while there is truly right and wrong, the choices we are actually presented are more difficult.

I would encourage you to try thinking a little deeper, and not read your own presuppositions into what other people write, please.

I repeat: Hilary is evil, while Trump is “merely” flawed. Trump gives us a chance to preserve our historic liberties, I hope. Hilary will completely end what is left of them.

If this choice is not clear to you, than continue on with your “moral equivalence” gambit – which is exactly the same one the communists used in the Cold War. Sorry, don’t buy it.

Yeah, darned right I’m voting Trump.

        • Not sure if it’s perfectly good news or not… Trump winning only means we get a couple of extra months (maybe years?) of prep-time.

        • Test, I fully agree with your post and hope that the rest of America agrees as well. I do want to add that we are facing a larger issue than who said what to whom. 3, Possibly 4 Supreme Court appointments will be made by the next president. If these appointees are made by Hillary, the America that is hanging on by a thread even now, will be gone. It’s that simple. Who in their right mind would trust an administration that argues over what the definition of “is” is? Keep your powder dry, looks to be interesting times coming.
          –Capt Hale

      3. Better to be vaporized than to live with no skin and blind for a time. What awesome choices.

        • Ah yes, the nihilists are out in force. Easy to be cynical when it isn’t your ox being gored

You want to be vaporized? Then vote for war-monger Hilary and I’m sure that can be arranged for you.

          • ?

            • Yo Menzo

I once burned an oil well and pump jack to the ground.

I would just bet I could figure out how to wreck 17,000 nukes if
              I had to

I learned how they work and most of how they decommission them
I would bet I could figure out the “blurred” parts too. After we hang the motherfückers that need hanging then we can work on fixing this place. Maybe launch all bio weapons right into the sun

              Also

Alex Jones called out bho and hrc as demons. They haven’t denied it eaither. I own a sword called Demon Cutter. I will put it to good use if I have to

I live 4 miles north-west of Skinwalker Ranch in ut. We see crazy shît out here all the time

              • Be well Captain

              • I can wreck anything

        • Depends on where you live.

Some of us spent a considerable chunk of our childhood having to learn how nuclear weapons work and what they can do.

I live 50 miles away from the nearest credible target city. The fallout from it will drift away from me considering prevailing wind patterns. After that, it’s a bit easier, since the estimated 100-ish refugees that would potentially make it to my neighborhood would be vastly reduced – to maybe a couple dozen at most, only half of whom would be healthy enough to present any issue (radiation sickness having taken out or incapacitated the rest).

          The odds look better, anyway…

          • For those concerned, it cost NOTHING to download Cresson Kearney’s Nuclear War Survival Skills. Just google it, or get it at http://www.oism.org/nwss/ or http://www.ki4u.com (also has potassium iodide – I have used them, and they are very good).

There’s also a device called a NukeAlert that is reasonably prices and easy to use folks may want to google. I think KI4U has them.

Let’s hope there’s no war. I have every problem with Communism, but I have zero problem with non-communist Russia (yes, yes, I know, some of you will tell me it still IS commie. I don’t buy that). I’m no fan of Putin, but he is no less a thug than Obama and Hitlery. As far as I’m concerned, this is just WWI all over again, with people moving stupid chess pieces around for geopolitical reasons.

They want war, I say send Chelsea Clinton to fight.

      4. According to one analyst, there “is no question that there is correlation, coherence and coordination between Russia and China on the Syrian issue.”

Russia has similarly indicated it would back China over the intricate territorial dispute in the South and East China Seas, particularly in defense against meddling by the United States and its ally South Korea

Agreed – and that is all the reason for U.S. Gov. to stop meddling/destroying other sovereign nations.

US Military/Allies can not be victorious in a fight against Russia & China – it would be self suicide!

        • Well, by now you should have figured out the REAL reason for the monkey boy presidents firing of more than 250 generals and admirals… he has surrounded himself with a bunch of neocon yes men who are wetting their pants to make them russkies pay big time…we are in very deep shit here folks, WAY past the beans, bullets and bandaids prepper mentality…?

        • “US Military/Allies can not be victorious in a fight against Russia & China – it would be self suicide!”

Even if the US could be victorious which in a nuclear armed world has no validity why is it important to confront them? China has 1.2 billion people and not just desire, but need an energy supply that an adversary (IE USA) cannot cut. Russia derives 50% of its GDP from energy sales. Both the invasion of Fundamentalists in Syria and the coup fostered by the US in the Ukraine threaten that. Syria its not a civil war as the combatants against the Syrian government are largely not Syrian and they obtain their arms, ammo, training and funding (being mercenaries) from outside sources.

The US ran roughshod for the last two decades and a line is being literally drawn in the sand. I suspect that TPTB, confronted with real opposition from a real enemy will back off in Syria. This will be a defining moment in world affairs and new alliances will form to counter the US / UK globalism as nations seen Gadaffi sodomized and Saddam hung. Turkey had a coup attempt that failed and is now economically alining themselves with Russia. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put together what global power was behind that coup attempt. This realignment of nations that are seeking protection not with the US but from the US frightens TPTB. You reap what you sow.

          • Kevin 2,
Yes, a nuclear war anywhere in the world will have horrible effects for years to come to the entire world we all will suffer, then if it is here in the states then it will be even worse! anyway you cut it, the world will never be the same IF or when they use nukes anywhere! and IF it comes to that most people will never know as it will be over in less than a hour.and then hundreds of years of doom and gloom!

      5. I wasn’t even in school yet; but I DO Remember the Cuban Missle Crisis in 1962. The worried looks on my Parents and Grandparents faces. I was too young to fully appreciate the depth and gravity of the situation at the time; but I almost knew instinctively that something ominous was taking place. IMHO; this situation with Russia today is WAY worse than it was in 1962; for the simple fact there is no John Kennedy; his brother Bob; a Stevenson to diffuse the situation on the American side. These INSANE Bastards are actually looking to start a Thermonuclear War. Im NOT too optimistic about the outcome.

        • Dave

Your just speaking about the intentional provocations from the US. This can very easily spin out of control. This happened during the Cuban missile crisis.

In 2002 Thomas Blanton, who was then director of the US National Security Archive, said that “Vasili Arkhipov saved the world”

          h ttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasili_Arkhipov

      6. Now the previous article talks about the U.N. going door to door confiscating guns ……ask yourself if that makes any fucking sense if they plan on a nuclear war ……put your thinking CAPS on cuz I know your brains don’t work right !!
Why would they care about guns in the possession of the few that may survive a nuclear war …..you people are idiots on here if you can’t see the contradictory articles on this site

        • Rich, much of what is written is speculation of what COULD happen.
If you think we’re idiots, go to some other site. Like Huff Post, Kos, facebook, whatever.
The collective knowledge and experience here is beyond your comprehension, obviously.

      7. Here is an idea, let’s get the migrants and Muslims to show their loyalty to the West by joining up and fighting Russia.

Before starting a war with Russia, ask yourself this: who do you have more in common with, radical Muslims or white Russians? I bet you share more in common with the Russians. Just a hunch. Killing white Russians to serve a radical Muslim agenda sounds crazy to me. Just saying…

        • The radical muslim terrorist that occupies the white house would like the citizens of the United States to think that the Russians are our enemies. This government is the enemy of the people of the United States.

      8. Want to hear more insane shit. The RAF just got the authorization to fire on Russia fighter/bombers that come into their air space. This is a recipe for 100% disaster. I believe, that we are all going to hear some type of explosion, followed by a grid collapse, then the result in word we are know on site, SHTF.

        http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/611401/Russia-Vladimir-Putin-RAF-Tornado-Alexander-Yakovenko-ISIS-Iraq-Syria-Al-Assad

Its now obvious, the cabal plans on starting ww3, and war I America before years end.

        HCKS.

        • Interestingly the UK has no legal permission to fly over Syria period. Its certainly not Britians air space anymore than Cape May NJ is Russian air space.

Apparently map reading is a lost art as England, Scotland and Wales is way over there.

Are you happy to know where your Tax Payer Monies are going?

            ~WWTI…

            • “W”
The FA 18 is a navy plane. Why would the Air Force have them. Or did the Air Force paint them up for uses at the Air Combat school. Maybe they are just getting us ready to I.D. Russian markings.

              Sgt.

              • It’s MVFT-401 out of Yuma. Marines. They are a non-deployable training unit and have been putting Russian (and other…) markings on their jets since the Cold War. Their entire purpose is to act as adversaries to our pilots in training. Been doing it for 30 years or so.

                • VMFT-401. Friggin typos…

        • HCKS that article is old news from a year ago.

      9. When these assholes in power shut down websites such as shtf and others like it , then you will know it’s time to get out of Dodge .

        • george

If we’re fortunate enough to get a tad of advanced warning of a new report of an American or Russian plane shot down by the other nation it might be wise to call in sick. There is a significant chance that we’ll get virtually no warning at all.

I’m thinking, or maybe just hoping that when they look at this, even Hillary, while being unconcerned about the masses thinks, ‘If everything is destroyed all that I have swindled serves ME no purpose”.

      10. Wonderful. I have to travel, by car, for contract work, into Cook County/Chicagoland next week for 5 days.
Ironic if after all of my planning, stashing, and prepping locally in a rural area if IT hit the one week I was stranded in the biggest liberal metropolitan shithole east of the Rockies. Fucking wonderful.

Hey NWO, can you hold off until November…? Pleasekthanx.

        • Good luck, Marcus. I think the odds are with you.

          • Thanks for the well wishes. And to you as well

        • Marcus
If you are in Shitcago when the SHTF. You have a place here with us in Marseilles, if you can get here.

          Sgt.

          • That’s a very generous offer. Ordinarily, I would never impose. But if things go THAT far south, I may just look you up as very temporary stop on the E&E route. 141.1500 simplex at 6, 12, 18, and 2400hrs
            Cheers

          • I often wonder how hard it will be to get back to Martucky from Shitcago if anything bad ever happens…

        • Marcus,
if it makes you feel any better, the Russians are at least aware of what a major war would do and they will hold off, you should be safe enough for another couple of weeks,OR if things get hot it will be on the news and in syria area, long enough for you to get home! a complete all out nuke war is not gonna happen just yet! and hopefully never!
stay safe, as your going to a hot spot for trouble as it is!

      11. It looks like these BEOTCHES in D.C. are trying to start WW3!!!

        Let them P.O.S. fight it.

        Sgt.

      12. Theyre being made to seem the bad guys, only bad guys here are kronies in charge.

Stand fast and stand tall. Your country will need you.

      13. This neo-con/neo-lib cabal which is itching for a fight with Russia has until 7/1/17 to take that first strike. Why? That’s when Russia will put the RS-28 Sarmat into service; the projected service date is early 2018, but the Russians have a lengthy track record of putting best-in-breed military equipment into service at least six months ahead of schedule.

The problem is, Russia will most likely be able to pick off that first strike with the S-400 and S-500. Then Russia will deliver a devastating counter-strike.

My thought is that the cabal would launch that first strike early spring of next year. Why? Because they are a bunch of morons who think this Russia is the Russia of old: a Russia that gets stronger the longer the war goes, so if you think like this, you’re going to want to take the shot at Russia coming out of a winter, not heading into one.

Where does the cabal’s thinking fall short? Two areas. First, they think the Russian military they’re going to be facing is the same one a drunken fool named Yeltsin ran into the ground. Dead wrong! In terms of firepower and technology, Russia is considered to be at least 40 years ahead of the US. Second, they completely disregard the fact Russia already has economy of scale in their corner right now. The missiles from the 400 and 500 can also be fired from combat aircraft, naval warships, and submarines. The 400 and the ABM 135 use the same vehicle platform. This says not only do they have best in breed in most military technology, but those best in breeds are producible in quantity.

      14. Russia ahead? I don’t buy that for a second. Parody? Absolutely. There is no way that the US has a monopoly on stealth nor that after 25 years it has maintained its “invisibility” to such an advanced nation. Russia for the sake of the entire world needs to be able to command a level of military respect that will thwart the globalist monopolistic takeover. Hopefully the threat of the use of deterrent force is sufficient as its actual use can lead to unintended consequences. The world is much safer when two spheres of influence hold each other in check as, “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely”.

      15. It looks as if Britain will be the sucker used to egg on Russia. The bellicose wind bag Boris Johnson has taken to endlessly baiting Russia. The UK has also given its military permission to strike at Russians if they lock on their aircraft over Syria. Either the British military knows something we don’t about Russia’s abilities, or they are being used as bait to get WWIII going.

It is a high stakes game of chicken. If they do bring down a Russian jet or two, it will provoke a tit-for-tat escalation. This is how I think it may go. Both sides know a full-scale nuclear war benefits no one so they will instead do an eye-for-an-eye against each other. Two jets down; another two jets down. One ship goes down, another ship goes down. Bomb a base in Syria, bomb a NATO base in Europe etc. This could go one for a year or two. During this time, the economy would crash, a draft would go in for everyone from 18 to 50 (gay/straight, male/female, transgender etc.). The economy would switch to a war economy.

In a year’s time, your chubby son would have already been through Parris Island and is now a trim and solid Marine. Your techy daughter is now working in a giant data fusion centre in Nevada as part of the National Strategic Cyber Force. Your wife, she is a neighborhood warden and in charge of food provision. You, your skills as a male nurse and the fact you are 49 means you have been sent to Syria to work in a field hospital. You have stressful Facetime conversions with your daughter but are not allowed to speak to your son because he awaits deployment in Eastern Europe. Your wife is stressed and alone most of the time. She begins an affair with a 60-year-old fire station chief she met at an air raid shelter seminar. Mentally, she has written you off already and she knows her son will probably not come back from the brutal combat in Ukraine. She encourages your daughter to get pregnant. By the second year, rioting is so bad your wife has been moved to Secure Community 11467: a nice enough place but guarded by an electronic surveillance system. She spends her long days warehousing food supplies. She eats in a communal hall and drinks in a small bar at night. It’s like Thelma and Louise and she starts several lesbian affairs with the former university students she is in charge of. Family life is now a faded thing and she focuses on work.
