Anyone paying even a mediocre amount of attention to what’s going in the United States is aware that the country is on a path that is unsustainable. That unsustainability will inevitably lead to social disorder that could have the US looking a lot like Venezuela.

Joe Joseph from The Daily Sheeple says that this social disorder will be the result of widening wealth gaps because the status quo will continue. There will be no changes in the input or feedback loops of society.

Since the corporate mainstream media is basically a haven for well-educated hoity-toity individuals…I’ll give you just a example…Anderson Cooper. A lot of people don’t know that he’s the son of Gloria Vanderbilt. Everybody knows the Vanderbilt money, right? They [the mainstream media] are basically these well-educated people with some family wealth, upper-middle class social circles, and the media coverage of the slow drip of financial anxiety is sparse. Why? They’re making money. They don’t care. They’re not gonna ‘upset the apple cart.’ And why should they?

It’s sort of amazing that the US hasn’t already exploded in class warfare, says Joseph. “Because the fuse is lit.”

They’ve got these fixes like universal basic income that are embraced by the likes of Zuck at Facebook…They don’t offer a real stake in the nation’s productive capital. As a result, they are just band-aids on a sucking chest wound. That’s a great analogy by Charles Hugh Smith.

The solution, for most, is to give the power to the state to fix it.  But they can’t, and they won’t.

Our problems are now, of course, exasperated by markets and centralized power. They aren’t fixed by the state. They can’t be because the state’s owned by the markets. [And the state is literally centralized power]

I’ve always said that the root cause of the problem is money. I mean, we can go back and we can look at [how to change it]…let’s not forget that in everything we do, people will always find a ‘workaround’. So, somehow, someway, you gotta take that workaround away. You can impose legislation, you can try prohibition, it doesn’t matter what it is, money, my friends, is the root of all this evil.

And Joseph is not wrong. When looking at a scandal or a problem, if everyday Americans simply asked themselves “who will profit from this?” the answers would appear. This goes for everything, from the flu epidemic (the vaccine manufacturers are profiting) to the Uranium One deal (Hillary Clinton profited.)  It isn’t that hard to discern the fact that the state is profiting. Look at how much politicians are worth compared to yourself, and then ask yourself, “have I profited from electing any politician?” That answer is a resounding ‘no.’

The economy can turn on a dime and we have set ourselves up for epic failure. This isn’t a ‘kick the can down the road’ scenario anymore. This is a serious…this problem has to be fixed and fixed fast. Because if it doesn’t, I fear what’s happening in Venezuela could very easily happen in America.

Be prepared, but don’t live in fear.

      1. Yep one of the many reasons we b preppers people lable us as hoarders and packrats ect but in the end we will be known as the survivors. Thats all i got to say bout that. Ps buy more ammo

        • Get it on. Popcorn machine is ready.

      2. Current facts of the United States of America 2018.

A Nation is judged by seeing who is locked in their jails.

        Nelson Mandela

In our jails are the American Indians, who protested the Keystone Pipeline. In its jails are the American Patriots who protested that pipeline. In its jails are the Bundies, who were tortured daily. And these folks are still in jail.

The Bundie ranch protestors are criminals. They are domestic terrorist.

        Harry Reid.

Trump-Harry and I will continue to work together, and have been good friends for a long time.

No, I did not listen to the state of the Union address. The Finicum family watched as Lavoy Finicum got shot 4 times in his back. Who has been arrested since. NO ONE, FACT OF LIFE HERE.

Vegas- white American and patriots quartered off in that area, gun down and slaughtered, and the survivors have been killed, some of them has their cars bombed and they are still getting pegged off. The plan of the Globalist is to have a 3rd world war. This will be happening. When some of my friends and aquaintances asked me if I listened to the state of the Union address.. How about the hell that they went through, did he talk about that or give any true answerers, not he did not in the state of the union speech.

I told them no, that I do not listen to bullshit, that what I monitor is who is still locked up and who are being called criminals. The UN is Chicago, lots of heavy equipment and still lots of equipment, tanks, Humvees and heavey equipment is still be shipped into America. Heavy Equipment, tanks, etc parked and positioned in Northern Alabama, and that was told to David Hodges, and the folks up there are asking themselves, what is going on. So my answer is no, I did not listen to the state of the union address. Reality is something that I have had to face my entire life, and that life is hell, that it is bad, and that you get sick, killed, shot, run over by a car, or die of diseases or of old age. Life on planet earth is a total complete bitch of a life. I am not back and I don’t plan of posting much since my view and opinions are not popular and are deemed offensive, but a car could run my ass over, I die and get buried, and nothing will ever change these facts that I just posted.. The American people will find themselves in a shithole of a country between 2018-2025.. Women, and children, good luck. For the ruling elites ,its survival of the fittest, not unfit, us.

        HCKS.

        The truth hurts.

        • Agree

        • HCKS, stick around man. We need all eyes and ears everywhere.

        • State of the Union is a glorified dog and pony show.

        • Yes, HCKS stick around.

        • “Which Will INEVITABLY Lead To Social Disorder”

          What???

Look around mf’ers… It’s already here.

      3. The first thing that should be “fixed” is the article. Apparently no editing. Errors abound! Why should we take it seriously? LOL

      4. Too many takers and too few makers isn’t long term sustainable. But nobody actually knows for how much longer before it falls apart. yep I also plan to be a survivor.

      5. I find it interesting that most financial prognosticators never seem to acknowledge the scheme that inexorably, yet imperceptibly transfers the wealth from the masses to the very few. Yes, I am speaking of that which would not be possible except for the ignorance of the masses as the US Government and its nefarious ally, the Federal Reserve, flaunt their scheme in direct violation of article 1, section 10, clause 1 of the US Constitution.

      6. BETTER BE PREPPED AND READY THAT UNPREPPED AND DEAD!!!
        Sgt.

        • :)~

Sry M8…. Nobody gets out alive… You didn’t get the memo huh…

      7. Greenspan says there are bubbles in the Market but the biggest worry is the Bond Market bubble. Bubbles my #ss this is a giant Ponzi scheme. It was the only honest thing Madoff said “The whole Government is a Ponzi scheme”. I knew he was telling the truth when I saw him say it.

      8. As long as people get something for nothing from the government, there will be more takers than givers. Make those on social programs WORK for the hand outs. On another note: Been running through scenarios on shtf. What if I’m at work (prison)when shtf? Lock everyone down indefinitely? I work in an open bay yard.Just wondering.

        • South: At first sign of trouble, book out that joint Double Time Sir! I always keep “stuff” in my vehicle as well for all of those one-off type contingencies and all of that business but I still need and want to get back to the house. If it hits the fan, that fucked u the ass greedy bunch of cunts I work for would be about the dead last thing on my damn mind. I hope the people burn their new fancy building to the ground actually.

      9. Folks, America (Democracy) is a SINKING ship period! It is going to get to the point that people will NOT be able to afford to have a roof over their heads, put food on the table for their families, put clothes on their backs and pay for ALL of the other ridiculous, out of control prices on EVERYTHING, look around, what do you honestly see? We have well passed the point of way too many people. Too few “Decent” paying jobs. We hardly really make/produce shit anymore except more and more debt and more and more citizens of various types of public assistance, welfare, medical assistance, food stamps – what the hell ever you want to call lit but at the end of the day it ALL costs money and lots and lots of it guys!! I work for a typical Corporate America outfit and they are a bunch of top-heavy GREEDY, no good sons of bitches! When we get raises, they literally throw .25 stinking cents at us, come on you have got to be pulling my middle leg here. The higher ups talk about how important we are to the company, blah, blah. Right, that is why you tossed us that huge Quarter raise per hour. GTFOOH with that noise! Wake up America…I can’t wait till things turn upside down. I have basically been living upside down most of my damn life – Let’s just get it on already~

        • I agree with you 100%. We’re due for our annual raise and they’ll tell us how important we are to the company but crap on us every chance they get. We’re like the idiots on “Waterworld” when Dennis Hopper throws them a few cans of SMEAT. “They’ll row for a month”. That’s the way we are with our 25 cent raise. We’ll row harder while the Big Uns laugh at us and rake in the big bucks.

          • Concerned & Redwinger:

            Regarding a $.25 raise.

            It’s only $2.00 a day.

Employers take away the automatic cost-of-living increases that adjust for inflation. Workers seldom put up much of a fuss because those adjustments are small. But what the workers don’t realize is that over time those small increases add up.

        • Bad day at the office son?

      10. Let it happen is all I think reading this article. I, most here, many of my real friends….. are about as ready as any can be. We’ve brain-gamed so many scenarios (none of which will be right most likely), we stocked up on you name it (and we’ll wish we had that one little item we forgot), we’ve studied old ways and new tech (and in the process overlooked some obvious lacks most likely)….. but we’ll make it if we don’t get shot down (because we plan on firing first, LOL).

      11. Many on this site echo this thought.
“Too many takers and too few makers isn’t long term sustainable”.

I’d like to add to that thought that even the few makers are a pain to employ and that automation will make many, but not all obsolete.
We will be looking at a very different economy for a significant part of the population, in the very near future.
Not everybody can be a STEM type, electrician, plumber, et at.

I prepare for pretty much everything, but the look of the future economy is a hard one to predict. I guess that is why I choose to be out in the middle of nowhere, and you can’t drive to or walk here from any major population centers.

        • rellik, I like your last paragraph.
          We (wife and I) too!

      12. I use to always say I wish I could go back in time to being 16 years old and knowing what I know now,but I quit saying that a few years back.Thank goodness I got to grow up in a time period where life was so much simpler and people were friendly, had respect, were loyal, and responsible, and there were no such things as cellphones, internet, etc.I feel sorry for kids today as their going to see what pure misery is..It’s a shame that a few has ruined it for everyone else..Greed and money truly are the root of all evils..

      13. So what is noble about pipeline protesters?

There are 200,000 miles of pipeline carrying crude oil and/or refined products. There are 300,000 miles of pipeline carrying natural gas.

Please tell me which projects have destroyed the ecosystem of the United States?

Without them, only the hardiest preppers would survive, in their 18th century lifestyles.

      14. Some of us are ready and wanting this . Hopefully before target list gets lost somewhere !

      15. Yes when I have to make a choice between a making Producer. and a Taking Parasite. I will always side with the producer. And the pipeline is a vital link in the production of petroleum. Those Protestors left a mount of trash and pollutants when they left. There are very few pipeline leaks. more train derailments and semi truck wrecks. Its much safer and more cost effective to transport petroleum in a Pipeline. no taking parasites even tree hugging ones ever created real GDP producing jobs.

      16. We went over the fiscal cliff in 2008 but due to meddling by the Fed, we still haven’t hit the ground yet. It will get really ugly when it happens.

      17. The headline is a false premise designed by those intending to create that condition.
When things don’t go their way they fake it. Hence, this article.

      18. Funny you mention Anderson Cooper as entitled hoity-toity rich kid but overlook the most obvious – Donald Trump.

      19. America’s Hunters Pretty Amazing
A blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states and arrived at a striking conclusion: There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin… Allow me to restate that number: 600,000!
Over the last several months, Wisconsin’s hunters became the 8th largest army in the world. (That’s more men under arms than in Iran. More than France and Germany combined.) These men, deployed to the woods of a single American state, Wisconsin to hunt with firearms. And NO ONE WAS KILLED. That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania’s and Michigan’s 700,000 hunters, ALL OF WHOM HAVE RETURNED HOME SAFELY. Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia, and it literally establishes the fact that the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world. And then add in the total number of hunters in the other 46 states. It’s millions more.
        ——————————————————– The point? ——————————————————–
America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower! Hunting… it’s not just a way to fill the freezer. It’s also a matter of national security.
That’s why all enemies, foreign and domestic, want to see us disarmed. Food for thought, when next we consider gun control. Overall it’s true, so if we disregard some assumptions that hunters don’t possess the same skills as soldiers, the question would still remain… What army of 2 million would want to face 30 million, 40 million, or 50 million armed citizens???
For the sake of our freedom, don’t ever allow gun control or confiscation of guns.
(If you agree, as I do, pass it on, I feel good that I have an army of millions who would protect our land, and I sure don’t want the government taking control of the possession of firearms.)

      20. So sick of hearing that the sky is falling. Well, the least I can do is, to point out that gold & silver won’t really help u much when the rich becomes the beggar, & the poor becomes the wise. The most important things in a real societal breakdown, will be a good rifle, (one that u know isn’t a jammer), Salt’s, & Spices. Food will be tasting like shit, & those with lot’s of salt’s & spices will be king. However… U’re gonna need adequate defense to protect what the bullies will want to steal & are willing to murder to get. So make sure you’ve got a well working rifle that doesn’t jam, keep it clean, & store up everything u’ll need to keep u’re rifle in working order, including some extra parts, like 1 or 2 extra firing pins, bolt carriers, springs, lots of mag’s. There will be ZERO resupply, so ya better have it covered in advance. But! Spices & Salt’s, will be most prized among trading, gold & silver will be near worthless!

      21. It’s not the makers and takers at all. It’s the fact that globalist rich CEO’s ship jobs out yo cheap countries just so they can get richer. Screw the working man. In 1950 a man could get a good job in a factory and make a living on just one job. Now? Good luck. No pensions, takes both husband and wife working and that’s just to get by. The US makes very little anymore. And the rich get richer. All courtesy of the government. I say if you want to sell it here, then make it here. Get rid of tax havens. Get rid of lobbyists. And career politicians. And quit building up the overbloated military. We aren’t the worlds police!
