Editor’s Comment: With full knowledge that the pressure in the system is fueling a spirit of rebellion one way or another, the powers that be are focused on portraying dissenters who are bold enough to stand up as both a “dangerous domestic terrorist” and as a powerless individual. Neither are true in the vast majority of cases.

It is no controversy that example leads the way – and there is every sense that a gang of federal agencies are plotting their moves in a plan to make mass arrests of other “example cases” from the Bundy Ranch incident in 2014, and anything else they can come up with, to discourage people from standing up in ways big and small.

There is an attempt to use the broad term “interference” – which was used in charging Cliven Bundy after arrest– to criminalize any form of civil disobedience against the system, or impedence to the larger federal takeover of the country.

A Warning To The Feds On Incremental Prosecutions Of The Liberty Movement

    by Brandon Smith

At the very onset of what would become the Soviet Empire, Vladimir Lenin decreed the creation of a national internal army called the “Cheka.” The Cheka were handed very broad police powers and tasked with the disruption and elimination of any form of dissent within the communist system. Lenin launched what would later be known as the “Red Terror”, in which nearly every Russian population center had an established Cheka office of operations using surveillance, infiltration, nighttime raids, imprisonment, torture and execution to silence opposition to the authority of the state.

Some of these people were active rebels, some were outspoken political opponents and journalists, others were merely average citizens wrongly accused by neighbors or personal enemies. The Cheka created a society of fear and suspicion in which no one could be trusted and little criticism was spoken above a whisper anywhere, even in one’s own home.

It is important to note, however, that the dominance of the Cheka was established incrementally, not all at once.

Agents of the state began their “cleansing” of the Russian population by targeting specific groups at opportune times and worked their way through the citizenry at an exponential pace. The most intelligent, effective and dangerous activists and rebels were slated for destruction first, as they represented a kind of leadership mechanism by which the rest of the population might be mobilized or inspired. More innocuous organizations (like Christian churches and rural farmers) were persecuted as background noise while the political mop-up was underway.

Through this incrementalism, the communists were able to intern or eradicate vast numbers of potential opponents without the rest of Russians raising objections. The general populace was simply thankful that the eye of the Cheka had not been turned upon them, and as long as it was some other group of people unrelated to their daily life that disappeared in the night, they would keep their heads down and their mouths shut.

I would point out that the communists were very careful and deliberate in ensuring that the actions of the internal police were made valid through law and rationalized as a part of “class struggle.” Such laws were left so open to interpretation that literally any evil committed could later be vindicated. Man-made law is often a more powerful weapon than any gun, tank, plane or missile, because it triggers apathy within the masses. For some strange reason, when corrupt governments legalize their criminality through legislation or executive decree, the citizenry suddenly treats that criminality as legitimate and excusable.

Incremental prosecution and oppression is effective when the establishment wishes to avoid outright confrontation with a population. Attempt to snatch up a million people at one time, and you will have an immediate rebellion on your hands. Snatch up a million people one man at a time, or small groups at a time, and people do not know what to think or how to respond. They determine to hope that the authorities never get to them, that it will stop after a few initial arrests, or they hope that if they censor themselves completely, they will never be noticed.

In fact, corrupt governments issue warrants of arrest for a handful of dissenters and initiate imprisonment in a very public manner in the beginning with the express purpose of making examples and inspiring self censorship in the masses so that the authorities do not have to expend large amounts of resources to fight a more complex rebellion.

I bring up the historic example of the Cheka and incrementalism because a trend is brewing within our current establishment by which I believe a similar (if not more sterilized) brand of oppressive action is being planned against the liberty movement.

After the debacle in Burns, Oregon during the refuge standoff, federal officials immediately began a subtle campaign in the media promoting internal police powers that when examined in an honest light, are truly anti-liberty.

It remains my personal position according to the evidence I have seen that the refuge standoff was likely influenced by at least one if not more federal provocateurs and that Ammon Bundy was “encouraged” in his choice of actions and location by this person or persons. The goal? I can only guess that the intent was to trap the liberty movement in a Catch-22 scenario; either we join the poorly planned and executed standoff on some of the worst defensive ground possible and risk everything on one centralized event, or, we refuse to participate in the strategy and watch helplessly as a group of people, many with good intentions but little tactical sense or training, are arrested or killed. Either we gamble everything on the worst possible terms, or, we avoid the gamble and watch as the entire movement is made to look weak or incompetent by association with a few.

The majority of the movement chose the latter action, rightly I feel. Burns was no Bundy Ranch — everything about it felt rigged. And though there were many angry anonymous voices calling us “sunshine patriots” and “keyboard warriors” because we would not participate, apparently none of those loud mouths ever showed up in Burns either, so I am assuming they finally saw the wisdom in our decision.

It would seem as though the feds did not get exactly what they wanted out of the refuge standoff, but they have decided to squeeze as much advantage out of the event as possible.

Cliven Bundy was arrested after arriving by plane in Portland, Oregon, not on any charges relating to the refuge and his son Ammon, but on charges stemming from the Bundy Ranch standoff of 2014.

These charges include a strange and very broad legal measure relating to “interference with the duties of federal officials.” This in particular should be disconcerting to all of us, for “interference” could be any number of activities.

Any duties of federal officials that are not moral or constitutional should be interfered with in a tactically intelligent manner whenever possible. Such charges are a deliberate anathema to civil disobedience designed to counter immoral actions by government authorities. For any opposition could be deemed “interference” given a twisting of precedence, and thus treated as illegal.

In my recent article “Liberty Activists And ISIS Will Soon Be Treated As Identical Threats,”  I examined statements made by the Justice Department’s chief of national security, John Carlin, in an article published by Reuters. Carlin and the Justice Department have made it clear that they intend to apply rules of prosecution used for foreign terrorist organizations to “domestic extremists.” The Oregon standoff was specifically mentioned as an example of such extremism.

Carlin claimed that domestic extremists represent a “clear and present danger,” alluding to the “Clear And Present Danger Doctrine” allowing the government in “times of national crisis” to prosecute almost any citizen giving “material support” to enemies of the state. “Material support” in the past has even included verbal opposition to government policies. Meaning, Carlin is testing the waters of material support laws and such tests may target liberty movement speakers and journalists along with anyone involved in physical opposition. As with the Cheka, no one is really safe.

These charges are also being brought in a retroactive manner, long after the supposed crimes have been committed as we have seen with Cliven Bundy. Meaning, the feds plan to retain warrants and prolong charges, only arresting people later when they think they can get away with it. This is where the incrementalism comes in…

Rumors of further indictments have surfaced possibly including dozens of people involved in the Bundy Ranch standoff. And because of the nature of the incremental game the government is playing, verification is difficult until the arrests are activated.

It has come to my attention from personal sources that there may be a lot of truth to the rumors of pending or retroactive indictments, and that the FBI in particular may be biding its time and waiting to bring charges when particular people are at their most vulnerable and when the movement is less likely to react. These sources have indicated that the federal government is seeking to work around the public relations problems of standoff scenarios like Ruby Ridge, Waco, and Bundy Ranch. The feds may claim that they have “seen the light” in terms of avoiding outright mass murder, but I believe they have just found a better way to sneak past public opinion.

If they can manipulate the liberty movement into participation in poorly planned standoffs like Burns, Oregon, they will. Such standoffs are doomed from their inception and can even be controlled from within by agents provocateur. They are not a real threat.

If a standoff occurs organically, as it did at Bundy Ranch in Nevada, and public support is on the side of the liberty movement, then the establishment will simply back off and pluck activists from their homes or at the airport months later.

It is incumbent upon me to offer a warning to federal agencies in the event that incremental prosecution of liberty activists is truly a strategy they are planning to carry out: It is the general consensus of many in the liberty movement that any further arrests predicated on activism at Bundy Ranch or similar opposition events in the past to Bureau Of Land Management abuses of power will result in further and expanded engagements by activists. That is to say, such arrests and indictments will not be allowed to continue.

This is not a threat, this is fair warning to government agencies that they are walking a razor’s edge. Incremental prosecutions and dismantling of the liberty movement will not be tolerated; they represent a non-negotiable line in the sand. The feds may or may not care what the consequences will be for crossing this line. They may even think they want such consequences. Regardless, consequences there will be.

While the refuge occupiers essentially handed their heads to the feds on a platter, and the movement was not able to salvage the situation in any viable manner, this does not mean that liberty activists will not take measures during future events depending on the circumstances. Federal agencies may be quick to forget the massive response at Bundy Ranch. This is a mistake. They should probably expect a similar response, if not a more aggressive one, if further arrests are undertaken.

With the ethereal nature of criminal charges like “material support” or “interference with federal officials,” due process becomes a bit of joke. You see, federal agents and agencies, you have to take into account the reality that the liberty movement is well aware of the government push to remove due process altogether. With the AUMF and the NDAA, among other executive actions, we realize that the friendly mask of due process is worn by government today, but not necessarily tomorrow.

If the movement gives ground and does nothing while dozens or more are retroactively imprisoned one case at a time for opposing federal abuse, then how long will it be before the rest of us are imprisoned on even broader charges? How long before the mask comes off and the rendition and indefinite detention provisions of the AUMF and the NDAA come into play? Do you really expect the movement to put faith in due process given the circumstances? Of course you do not.

I would venture to guess that the feds think that any opposition that does arise during the execution of warrants against liberty activists will be “easily managed.” This would be a mistake.

We have seen this all before in the passive sublimation of past societies. We recognize the signs of trespasses to come. And if such trespasses are brought upon the liberty movement or the population at large, then many of us will adopt the attitude that there is not much left to lose.

Personally, I do not look forward to this kind of fight, but I have no illusions that it can be avoided given the course our country has taken. Federal agencies have deemed it a matter of national security to watch us all very closely. They should keep in mind, though, that we are also watching them.

      1. I dunno, Brandon… isn’t the Cheka extreme? I mean, isn’t more like the STASI… y’know which was so much better.

        • I don’t give this Brandon clown a second thought, any credibility, nor do I any longer make the effort to read his tripe. I wish he would go away. His self proclaimed leadership/spokesmanship for the so called Liberty movement is a lot of BS.

          • Jasmine, you obviously don’t get parody.

My suggestion is that you don’t read Brandon. And may I graciously suggest you get back to your “Yes we can/Yes we have no bananas” chant it, or get to work on the phone lines drumming up more money from Goldman Sachs for Hilary?

          • Don’t like it, leave?! We’ve had enough trolls of the disinformation type around here. Moreover, you are not going to get the majority of readers/ commenters to concur with your sentiment. So to come full circle… Bye bye

            • OG, I say the same thing to this female troll. Probably a hildebeast supporter also.

              • Take it easy brave, i’m sure she’s not trying to take acid away from you.

                • NC, f#$% you. If you want her, then take her. I don’t want acid either, mofo.

                  • Hillary says she was born a boy, this wo/man is a true nightmarehttp://now8news.com/hillary-clinton-comes-forward-to-reveal-she-was-born-a-boy-the-transition-was-difficult-but-worth-it/

                    • So Hillary was an early example of Gender Fluidity.

                    • That was FUNNY!

                    • Or, as comedian Andrew ‘Dice’ Clay noted years ago, “a Trans-Testicle.”

                    • Nubbin
you guys do realize this is not true? I went back to the CNN interview and it is a lie. Are you the same folks who hate Hillary because she is a liar?

                    • I hate her for Waco, Benghazi, Whitewater, Filegate, Travelgate and the fact that she’s a homo. Other than that, she’s aces in my book…

              • Good one brave LOL

          • @ jasmine. I have read Brandon’s articles for years and your posts too. You are the clown. I know the area he lives in. He is a asset, not a liability.

            • Agreed, and he responds well to pressure. Brandon is no well intentioned idiot, nor a traitor or subversive. However, the country will not be saved by your vote, your protestations, or even your armed resistance alone. There is a component that is lacking, and that deals directly with the depravity of the citizenry. Some reckon it to be Gods Judgement, and well it is. We have an entire population willing to call evil good and good evil.

              • Well said, Jonah. Read about ‘secret combinations’ in the Scriptures.

              • Would that America would treat your words, Jonah, like Ninevah did with the words of your namesake

              • “We have an entire population willing to call evil good and good evil.”

That’s where I get lost! I was born to and raised by two wartime vets in a family of wartime vets who ALL joined. My brother and I both joined during Vietnam (tag-end, but not our fault!) Dad was in Korea and Vietnam, multiple tours. NONE of the family has missed the fact that disagreement with a “government” ignoring the Constitution and a “President” essentially unconstitutionally creating unconstitutional laws, America has been been taken over from the inside. Project Paperclip showed that this had already happened before WWII even began. The “U.S. Government” (the corporate government that is) has ALWAYS considered itself to be above the laws that govern us “peons”. Now they find all of the patriots who offered up our lives when we believed their lies to be an inconvenience, and they want us gone. It won’t be as easy as they seem to believe, and their efforts at criminalizing those of us who believe in and respect the Constitution America law was founded on will show at least a LOT of the currently serving military what their OWN “reward” is going to be for their loyal service! I don’t think it’ll go over very well at all…

                • Well I was commenting on the moral depravity which is being touted as normality in our society and how this fits into the spiritual world, and it is not for nothing that there is a “Prince of the power of the air”, but your point is something that is also on my heart. Many here are of a different generation than the one that is being seduced now,and the one with the energy and vitality of youth. Nevertheless, although most of the readers and commenters of some sites could not run 50 yards without risking a heart attack, or go 5 days without their meds, or maybe do many of the things they were capable of in youth, their resistance is NOT futile. In fact, it is divinely ordained. The key to “winning” is not allowing oneself to be manipulated into the enemy’s definition of success. Do not attempt to engage on the enemy’s terms. Each person does according to the dictates of their own conscience in accordance with the grace or empowerment given them. I will not disparage a “keyboard commando” because it is not always the physical battlefield where the most important battles are fought. Time and grace will reveal to each soul the proper path. Thank you for transmitting the ideal, for bearing it.

                • Just to be clear, Ian MacLeod, I am in no way insinuating that you or anyone else here is less than capable in any way, shape or form. The scoffers come from a different spirit, but I still tear up at the national anthym, and my second favorite document is the Declaration of Independence, and I know that the ideal is not always the reality, but I loved America. Maybe I’m an idiot, but I hope at least a part of it can be healed, though the times and seasons do not seem to be conducive to that becoming reality.

            • @Dave,
“He’s an ass.” there I fixed it for you

          • Oh, a DAT agent. How nice.
You should ask for a raise.

          • “Brandon clown”? “tripe”?

Excuse me, but I’ve been reading this “Brandon clown’s” stuff for longer than anyone on this site. Long, long ago in another universe on another site. I think you must have been reading a different article but commenting here, because:

            A) He’s not a clown. If there was never a real deal, he would define it.

            B) By all measurements and comparisons his writings would be used as a perfect “not tripe” example.

You fail. As one of my well worded associates said, please, return to your “Yes We Can!” sites so you can continue to tell everyone how things are getting better and communism really will work, this time.

            Bruno,

We may not always agree but I always respect your writing. Why is it that the last ass can’t just shut the heck up? They always have to speak and prove their stupidity, don’t they.

          • I see it now. “KILL THE BABY!” Destroy the resistance before it matures. Like a little baby Jesus. Ya know, there was a plot against that little insurrectionist, too.

        • So, let me get this straight. Ammon Bundy was ” encouraged” in his choice of actions and locations? And this is why his “movement” came crashing down? If he is that easily led then he has NO business being anything but a bucket carrier. If these so called ” leaders” are that damned stupid, who the hell MADE them the leaders to begin with? THAT is why he wound up surrendering, or did he REALLY think after a standoff with the feds they would just say” It’s ok boys, you all can just go home now.” Sheesh, if that’s the best they’ve got, the feds have little to worry about. There was no shortage of guns but a major shortage of brains.

          • True the Bundy tribe aren’t the smartest bunch but they did stand for something. There are a lot better ways to get the job done. The Hammond thing was a stupid move also. They have an absolutely good cause but due to their lack of brains they fucked it all up! Get all the ranchers to pony up and hire a killer lawyer and avoid this shit. But no, we will do whatever is the stupidest thing to do instead. I know a few ranchers and they aren’t the smartest bunch but they are good people. They just need a lot better leadership than the bundy’s. If I was a lawyer I would sue the shit out of blm and all that crowd and encourage vigilante justice, but thats just me lol…

        • Personally I think that “consequences” should have been implemented already. This will not be won through Ghandi style disobedience but through jury nullification and up close and personal reaction. It is time for both.
Agree with the author on his thoughts regarding the non crime of “interference with the duties of federal officials.”. Entirely too subjective and not a real law. We will gain nothing by being stepped on. Being dead right is no solution.
The Cheka, Stasi, KGB, Tonton Macoutes or whatever the name, we know them by their actions. They must be stopped in the beginning. A poisonous snake is easier to kill in its infancy.

      2. Roman satirist Juvenal asked this question 2,000 years ago, and it STILL is not answered: “Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?” – Who will watch the guards, or who will control the controllers?

Perhaps it will be Geo. Soros… same guy who recently refused to pay a $7 BILLION tax bill (poor guy… probably living on Kraft Dinner right about now; besides, I thought socialists LOVED paying their taxes!Seehttp://www.getbriefme.com/s/1Z9p/http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2015/05/01/george-soros-reportedly-could-face-up-to-7b-tax-bill-after-delaying-payment-for/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+foxnews%2Fpolitics+%28Internal+-+Politics+-+Text%29 for verification ) As many on this site have noted, the re is a push to return to neo-feudalism, aided and abetted, as Churchill once said about the Nazis, by perverted science.
And isn’t it interesting that Hitler did, in fact, win WWII. It just took an extra 50 years or so. We have a police state the Gestapo could only dream about, including banking and quadcopters; the planks the National Socialist Workers’ Party adopted in Munich, Feb. 1920 (please google this for your own verification – reads like something right out of a Nancy Pelosi/Dirty Harry Reid playbook) are in full sway across Europe and with the “Yes we can/Yes we have no bananas” mindless chanters, who collectively now owe over $1 freaking TRILLION in student loans for their degree in 18th C. Belgian Lesbian Musicology.

There are two flies in the ointment that the elite have neglected, in their frantic arrogance.
a.) There is reality. As I think it was Adams who said, facts are stubborn things. We have the vile, evil, disgusting leftist media spinning for all they are worth, but that cannot change anything. As Horace said (65 – 8 BC), “you can drive nature out with a pitchfork, she will nevertheless come back.”

b.) Secondly, the often forgotten book by CS Lewis, the third part of his so-called space trilogy, foresaw this whole thing (the non-fiction version of this is The Abolition of Man). The whole story presages what we are seeing today, though it was written over a half century ago. But long story short: I’m sorry to disappoint the elite, but there is a God, and – as philosopher Francis Schaeffer wrote in his eponymous book, He is there. These people are – literally – playing with spiritual powers beyond their ken. And Lewis’ work, this ended up consuming the people who were dabbling in the matter.

Essentially, they are playing with *literal demonic* forces. Literally. And the end will not be good for those that do.

There’s one other piece of the equation: The Austrian school of economics, particularly as evidenced by von Mises’ book Human Action, notes that the totality of human action – and in particular economics – can never, ever be captured by central governments. Period, end of story. That is why, EF Schumacher wrote his book, Small is Beautiful.

This mad scientist experiment cannot work, just as Hitler’s mad work could not, and did not. The only question is – as with Hitler – how many MILLIONS will die as a result of this latest arrogant idiocy. National Socialism killed what, 3- 40 million? It’s even uglier sibling, communism (make NO mistake – they are two related twins) killed, according to Oxford Univ Press’ The Black Book of Communism, around 100 million (Dr. RJ Rummell at U. of Hawaii put the number maybe as high as 170 million, but that includes all govts). Google him for details – I think the site is powerkills.edu or similar.

In sum, we are talking evil. Just evil, pure and simple. Not the axe murderer kind of evil, but rather the kind that would kill prisoners in Nazi camps, then go home and watch an opera with the wife and kids (I have seen pictures of Himmler on family outings…. looks like your average middle class avuncular dorky uncle Fred).

There is one hope though: Prayer and education. You learned something from this article. Teach others. Pull a “Yes we can/Yes we have no bananas” lemming out of the bog. Talk. Write letters to the editor. Leave flyers on windshields. The work is totally non-violent; but it IS harder: we need to risk social (and socialist) ostracizing, but persevere.

        • Who will watch the guards, or who will control the controllers?

          Jury nullification.

          The people.

If we can pull our heads out our asses.

          • That much is truey. I am just **waiting** to be called for jury duty.

Point is, as John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

          • Yes JURY NULLIFICATION. if you can’t sway a not guilty verdict, hang the jury.

            • I’ve been called for jury duty numerous times, they never let me on a panel.

There was one case that I would have loved to nullify. Because of statements I made during jury questioning, the judge nearly declared a mistrial. Another juror told me about it after the judge personally dumped me.

These lawyers have trained spotters in the gallery, if you are a true patriot, you will never get on a jury.

I’ve noticed they stopped calling me. I no longer even get summonses for jury duty. Used to be I’d get a summons every 3 to 5, they haven’t called me for jury duty in nearly ten years. I think my political views are in their computers. I do not expect to ever be called again.

I’m flat out saying, in my opinion, the system is rigged.

              • “… the system is rigged.”

Of course it is! Inside the gates in the courts of America, Administrative Law (the “Law of the Sea”) prevails – pass those gates and they consider you to be on a ship at sea. Not that they’ll tell YOU that! The judge (if it’s about you) will hold up a piece of paper with your name in caps on it and ask, “Is this you?” Say “Yes” and you’re screwed. You’ve admitted to being the corporation named on that paper, and they have you. *sigh* It’s complicated, and it changes subtly now and then as well.

Long and short, America is a friggin’ MESS. It’s been taken over, and those at the top (or the bottom of it all if you prefer) are the so-called “elites”, and THEY want us dead and the few remaining enslaved.

              • Absolutely the system is rigged… it is full of nwo technocratic communist and fascist scum.

        • Yes. I agree that the Feds solution to disrupt and cripple the Liberty movement will be through stealth incrementalism. One needs to just look at the Twitter timeline of state supported “JJMacNabb” who “monitors domestic extremists” as part of a paid gig at GWU in Washington, DC, yet almost none of her “extremists” are blacktivists who advocate for the overthrow of government, and rampant looting and lawlessness (“Burn this Bitch Down!, Give them space to destroy!, etc).

Like many others, I am watching for future indictments and use of the “interference” meme carefully.

I also agree that real change/resistance must come from individual choice and actions and the only solution is true grassroots resistance and small acts of defiance.

Since unplugging the “magic box” and subjecting myself daily to doses of their poison, and started interacting and connecting with real people, in real time again, my quality of life has improved immeasurably. Making the choice to homeschool our children was one of the most difficult but rewarding choices we made, and I only wish we had had the courage and knowledge to do so earlier in their educational path.

Here are some other tips for small, individual acts of passive resistance:

          http://stopshouting.blogspot.com/2016/01/ten-lawful-acts-of-political-resistance.html

The Tuesday book reviews are pretty good, too.

          • KS: bravo for daring to be bold and take your kids out of the corrupt education system! I view the educational system in the USSA as corrupt, criminal, and nothing less than mass indoctrination and brainwashing.

I read this article on Zerohedge last week and saved it because I think one paragraph shows that the whole university system is on the verge of collapse. Here is a quote from the article, it is critical because you can learn for free, let me repeat you can learn for free from the sites listed:

            “Education:

With free MIT courses online, Khan Academy, Coursea, Open culture, Open Yale courses, Tufts Open CourseWare, How Stuff Works, TED, EDX.org, Codeacademy, Duke U, etc.. Education is free and available to anyone who wants it. It is often a perspective that is presented to people to have them believe that education is only found within a classroom or university. The response this is “if university makes people educated then who created university in the first place? A bunch of uneducated people?” Read the story of Benjamin Franklin, the guy was self-taught. I argue that the education issue in Scranton has more to do with self-esteem and confidence than anything else.”

Link to the article quoted above: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-02-21/life-americas-unhappiest-city

I am a huge fan of the http://www.khanacademy.org site because it has no limits. You need access to a computer and the Internet and that is all.

I recently found another excellent site which allows people to give away extra produce, to sell / barter / trade / or give away for FREE locally grown produce: http://www.ripenear.me

            • Thanks! We used a lot of those sites when we were homeschooling, especially the Open University courses. John Taylor Gatto’s books are a good starting point for people to truly understand why “public schooling” was pushed through, and that actual literacy and numeracy has GONE DOWN since “public schools” were mandated. Our local school board bragged that they have a 1 BILLION dollar spending plan! Our RE taxes have gone up 300% since we moved here, and not because the value of our property has risen that much … that’s how insatiable the school board is for moar money, moar money, moar money!!!

        • …reading this thinking of the old women who would sit in chairs or on stones all day long …watching heads drop into baskets by the hundreds. I have to assume it meant nothing to any ‘like’ people also in attendance (for a myriad of reasons most of US could not comprehend, especially if it is ‘of evil’ (or sinister if you prefer). The evil and downright wickedness of a great many who live in high places is, to me, astonishing, incredible and mind-bending. (Like: how the hell did they get themselves into that solely to destroy it once hired – ). It is this same wickedness that seems to be ever more prevalent ‘by-the-day’ …and it’s always associated with some form of a federal influence meant to “dumb down, denounce, spread false fear(s), and just keep us fine folks “all stirred up” in general.
I’ve no doubt a great many of those who showed up in Burns are all going to be needing damn good lawyers, The NRA and ‘professional witnesses’ the likes of Massad Ayoob, etc. Seems to me the feds would have already have done something, but they aren’t so foolish as to ‘rekindle’ anything nor draw attention to themselves. (It’s more like those guys and their families are being researched to the Nth-degree …and as far as whether or not “they” go after these men “one at a time” or “en-mass”, THAT will be the time to mobilize and scare hell out of’em. lol… (nothing wrong with being a bit sporty about it is there)?

      3. What this article calls incremental prosecution i call selective enforcement.

If you question the FEDS or run your mouth, they will come after you and prosecute you for something.

It may be better to make a list, check it twice, see who has been naughty and nice, then kill the fuckers……

        • I say the same thing Brandon says. ANYONE who targets me had better expect a fight. I don’t care who you are or what you’re wearing. You force your way into my home, you die, plain and simple.

          • “You force your way into my home, you die, plain and simple….”

except for those guys who broke in and robbed you, right? Took your guns, etc? Still sucking breath, aren’t they..?

            • Beefheart, it happened when I was away from home, dildo. Can you be at your own home 24/7? No, didn’t think so.

              • Braveheart,
I was gone for a few days but i see that we are getting more and more trolls showing up! do you think it is MORE govie watchers OR is it because with the amount of support Trump is getting I think the Politics as usual crowd are SCARED and trying to do what they can to change the outcome! and maybe it is THEM doing all the comment crap!

                • Apache54, I think the usual govt. shills are doing it. It’s hard for me to picture any Trump supporters doing this since our message supposedly resonates with them. TPTB are running scared and especially the FBI. They’re hoping to stop any serious rebellion before it can start with a ‘showcase trial in their kangaroo court.’ They think the rest of us will shut up and put up once they make examples out of the Bundy crowd, but I say it’s only wishful thinking on their part. I’ve watched the trials of Randy Weaver, the surviving Branch Davidians, Tim McVay and Terry Nichols in the OKC bombing case, etc. and none of those trials made me change my position toward the feds or my decision to resist their tyranny. This new ‘kangaroo court affair’ won’t change my mind, either.

                  • Brave,
Sorry i meant the ANTI trump supporters doing it! I was on a job not to far from Ruby ridge when it went down made me SICK, even though i am not a fan of our current feds and have NOT been for many years I have seen to many things they have done and each tear they seem to get a little worse! time to try to put a stop to it. things seem to be starting to snowball more the ball is getting bigger and the LIES are getting bigger!
stay safe and ready my friend!

                  • Kangaroo court is exactly what it is.

              • Yes, Braveheart, I believe Beefart CAN be home 24/7, now that they deliver his govt cheese right to his door…

        • yeah …what John said.

      4. It is all well and good for the government to “make examples” of a few dissenters, but as things stand right now, there is not enough standard jail room to lock up everyone they would incrementally visit. This is a gambit by tptb to squelch dissent of this kind. Simply put, they left the “occupy” movement alone when they were messing in parks in the middle of urban environments, and put the hammer down on protesters out in the middle of nowhere- Favoritism, much?
Funny thing about the Cheka- just a few nights ago in Venezuela, a bunch of thugs on motorcycles went around at night to harass dissenters in that country. No pretense of due process… But jailing is done as an example, not a solution. Past acertain point here, it would be execution onsite as with Finicum.

        • I have a very close friend who is a recently retired Illinois state trooper, who was VERY senior. A good man, constitutionalist, liberty supporter etc. A good man, and a good cop (like Sgt Dale here), who has also worked with the FBI in the past. I asked him what he thought about the Finicum shooting, and he told me, from what he could tell, it was an “execution.” His words, not mine.

The people that did this must be reeeeeallly proud of themselves. They are the same ones that, 5 years down the road, you read about them taking their lives, or dying from alcoholism.

There is a a God, there is a moral code, and their IS a conscience in every single man that can NEVER be effaced. And by trying to squelch it, you only end up killing yourself, literally or figuratively.

Merry Christmas to you anti-freedom people. And when you look in your child’s or baby’s face, that pang of guilt you feel is real… and one of your last messages from the Lord above to wake up before it is too late

          • @ TEST
The power elite’s errand boys underestimate what one person can do in reply. If they want total war, what they will get is what their ancestors in power visited upon Dresden and Nagasaki. By much less high tech means, of course.

There are orders of magnitude more of us than there are of them. They are working for a paycheck. We act in defense of deeply held beliefs. Pushed far enough, OUR gloves will come off.

Dresden destroyed much of the population in wholesale numbers. Indiscriminately. Think of it this way, in each of THEIR lives, there are times when each fed is only an individual, is as vulnerable as any individual is.

It is not only they who pick the time and the place. Power elite, think carefully before you move incrementally toward total war.

What was Captain John Paul Jones’ retort when things looked bleak aboard the
            Bonehomme Richard? THAT, in spades.

            • The power elite’s errand boys underestimate what one person can do in reply.
Greg, nothing is going to happen except tyranny as usual and everybody knows it!

              • …not nothing is going to happen and everyone knows it.

NO one knows what is going to happen, nor how people will respond. That, my friend, is to be determined. But there are people advocating liberty all over, including the military and police.

“Everyone knew” the USSR would never fall too.

As the Bible says, let not him who puts on his armour boast as he who takes it off.

        • 2 is one
Apples and oranges between OWS and Bundy in Oregon.
First, OWS had millions of followers not 20. Second it was peaceful and was calling for government to step up to the plate not brandishing guns and threatening shooting federal officers. Third, OWS was protesting corporatism not the government. The fascist Iwere Iindeed rough with the occupiers, many were sprayed and beaten, had dogs set on them, hospitalized, without provocation. The mood at OWS was closer to a county fair than the fight to the death drama created in Oregon. My DIL and I attended OWS and it was nothing like portrayed on MSM. I also watched police brutality on the OWS web cams.

Those boys were lucky they only lost one and not saying that maliciously, but they created that atmosphere.

          • @ Rebecca….The gov created the atmosphere. Bundy didn’t want a fight to the death drama as you stated….still watching the MSM, I see. He was attempting to make a statement and to bring attention the the fed land grabbing across the western states. As your statement about OWS being betten without provocation….If one of those unemployed Gimmi Dats blocked my passage while I was attempting to go somewhere, I would stomp them into a mud hole. If they occupied a federal court or a police station…fine. What the hell is happening to SHTF with all the liberal preppers. You cannot be both. Your “the gov will help me” views will eventually cause you to fail.

            • Dave,

You are quick to put words in my mouth and judge. That habit alone means you will make fatally bad decisions when shtf.

I have based what I said on my personal experience at OWS, and preppers were an epic fail at leading that movement because Faux News took a couple stupid pictures and along with the rest of MSM mischaracterized the whole thing… and folks like you believed every word they said even while you call me a MSM watcher. I went myself to see firsthand. You profess a desire to damage what you know nothing about.

As for the Bundy fiasco, I opposed it for foolishness as did the 3 million preppers who never showed up. 20 losers doing the dumb thing and you know it because you did not go to Oregon and include yourself.

I say I am a Constitutionalist. Easy to spew thoughtless remarks on the internet, but that is not leadership.

              • Read you statement, then mine. I quoted you. The words did come out of your mouth. Now go to oath keepers and PPN. Enlighten yourself. You will see they had quite a bit of support. We can’t all drop everything and drive cross county. Read those sites for awhile and wean yourself off of the MSM.

          • As a matter of fact, Rebecca, OWS was full of all kinds of violence, rapes and mayhem. And I mean MASSIVE amounts of it. In contrast, the folks in OR., though they had guns, did ZERO violence.

        • You don’t need jail space if you have something like 15,000 Guillotines with head catcher attachments, disposable coffins that hold 4 or 5 bodies each so you won’t be alone, Portable Morgues.
          I did say “if”.

      5. About the Conspiracy charge. The only officers of the US are either Military officers or Federal Judges. LEO’s are officers of the court. Not of the US. This charge stems from the end of the civil war and the freeing of slaves. The ex confederates wouldnt do as the US military officers ordered them to do so this law was enacted as the KKK act of 1871. Sometime later most of this act was found unconstitutional and the powers of the military in the US were rescinded.

        • You are an officer if you take a government administered Oath of Office to hold your position.

The Court is the government, one of the three equal branches of it.

          • To be an officer of the United States, your position must be confirmed by the senate. An officer has positions of authority and CAN make orders. A LEO is not an officer. Even the federal government got away from calling its LEO’s officers and changed the name to agent or special agent.
Besides Federal Judges and Military, there are a few civilian positions where people have officer status. Again. LEO’s do not have US Officer status.

          • Also US officers are generally appointed by the President. Not hired. Congress can confirm lower rank officers without power.
See Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the constitution.

      6. Solzhenitsyn was a SURVIOR of COMMUNISMS RAGE in Russia, survived the Gulag. HE WAS WARNING US. EVERYTHING I QUOTED IS TRUE IN AMERICA TODAY. Learn this lesson now. You will need to remember it in the not too-distant future.

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

The Bundy ranch was a test to see what militias would do, Burns Oregon WAS a BETA TEST to PROOF their intelligence gathering in America on militia members on all they have learned and multi-agency cooperation of intelligence gather techniques and tactics which is WHAT JADE HELM WAS REALLY ALL ABOUT. The first hard and fast LESSON LEARNED FROM JADE HELM WAS NARRATIVE CONTROL!!!
“..They are the gatekeepers. They are guarding all the doors, they are holding all the keys.”
This is what the Jade Helm exercise was training for, for the integration and synchronization of multiple agencies to successfully combat domestic resistance groups. They learned early on they HAD TO CONTROL the narrative from start to finish (which they have done), cut off the resistance cells communications and isolate the target cell (which they did) target the leaders and GIVE THEM THE BAIT to expose themselves be isolated and controllable and become vulnerable (Which they did)….
Jade Helm exercise was a trial run through of the battle plan and coordination of multiple agencies WITH THE MILITARY (in violation of POSSE COMITATUS) for SUCCESSFUL DOMESTIC RESISTANCE DESTRUCTION OPERATIONS. 4GW warfare is really FULL SPECTRUM DOMINANCE of the battlefield, and the Burns Oregon situation ENABLE THEM TO REAL TIME PROOF OF CONCEPT as ACHIEVABLE and successful. This is the battle space you NEED to think about fighting in….Its not physical space and guns ANYMORE. You are about to LOSE the WHOLE thing because you do not think across the WHOLE battle space and all aspects of it. You know, I get it that MOST readers are amateurs at best understanding tactical and strategic considerations, but this WHOLE BURNS EVENT was from a military standpoint, a massive STRATEGIC, tactical, leadership and logistical FAIL from DAY ONE and any previous planning by the alleged “militia” involved, never mind the failure to figure out their FED infiltrators and co-opted actors. if you aren’t doing a serious LESSON LEARNED REVIEW of all information people and events connected to this abortion, then
you are planning for FUTURE FAILURES as well.

In my posts, I don’t cut the militia / patriot groups any slack either, your observation was correct, scant few could do more than a few minutes of actual fighting much less make it more than couple days campaign before giving up in exhaustion, though I expect that the US FED GOV and its horde of badged thugs are on equal ground with them, and why I constantly exhort people to be thinking outside of the box in strategy and tactics because I know better that its the only way for them to fight at all and have any effect(know yourself and limitations and your troops and their limitations).

Combat isn’t for people weak of heart and mind and body, any live combat zone veteran can tell you that, and its NOT for newbies, adrenaline rush will cripple you the first time and drains you if its a constant need. Most troops last at a maximum of 48 hours and then their bodies just shut down in exhaustion. the couch potato heroes now would last tops 5 minutes in fist fight much less any other kind of fight for their lives, UNLESS they are serious and keep up their skills and physical fitness with hard regular training (scant few do that). Bitter pill of truth is all I GIVE. Sorry if you can’t take take it……No, Im not.

        • Neal

Good post. We have not even talk about the logistics of the Burns incident. We would rather talk about the politics of the day. Lessons lost.

        • The Rule of Law is dead. When they come for you under the color or law, it will be to silence you and to be a lesson for others to keep their mouths shut. If we all keep our mouths shut, we too will at some point in the future cry out the thought, “What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family?”

LEO who support these actions are not trying to keep us safe, they are part of the problem. They should understand that it will be their sons and daughters who may forever lose their daddy, because he was stupid enough to support tyranny.

        • Neal, excellent post and nothing I could ever dispute.

          • Of course you can’t dispute him, you’ve never had an original thought of your own. All you’re capable of is to parrot what other people actually think on their own. Don’t believe it? Just look at all the comments you’ve made for years here, you follow certain people around like a lost puppy and slobber all over them in the hopes of gaining their approval. I don’t doubt you stock ” Gravy Train” as part of your preps.

        • Unfortunately I do not believe the majority of people will make any effort to resist. Far too many hope that the crocodile will eat them last.

Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
          In Flanders fields.

The sheeple not only refuse to carry the torch high; they are more than willing to extinguish it’s flame in return for not having their cable teevee or air conditioning shut off or access to cheap genetically engineered carbs denied.

          • “Far too many hope that the crocodile will eat them last.”

SOME do, Karen, but far from ALL! There are also a LOT of old, disabled vets like me. I’m already in a lot of pain, and every time I get treatment that threatens to make me functional again it gets taken away by another government action. We know we’re mostly one-shots, but dammit we can open the door for others! Put me in chains and the first jackass who touches me to push me toward the guillotine is my honor guard in Hell! By the time they stick my neck in one I’ll be gone – and likely at least a couple of them will be too. Sorry they chose the wrong side, but they DID. There are a great many more resources for us all than most are thinking – each other! This illegal “government” knows it too – that’s why they’re so cautious. A long list of illegal actions and murders of inconvenient people who were RIGHT would go a long way toward waking the People, but it needs to be physical – on paper, distributed EVERYWHERE! People need to know that we’re far past the time when petitions will do anything but give The Enemy more time and more targets. More than anything, people need to know they’re NOT ALONE in this!

      7. Feds are a cult…with guns and Federal Reserve Notes.

        • They are all psychotic control freaks. This is now all about control. It’s not about contributing to the commonweal for greater efficiency in providing goods and services.

      8. Speaking form an Old LEO’s prospective. If they can’t arrest you for something today. They will get a law to do so in very short order. That is if you are a White, Christian. Patriot, Pay Taxes, Give to Charities, Prays in Public, Have Firearms.

Now try to get a law like Kates Law for illegal aliens and nothing will be done.

So what I’m saying as a White Christian Tax Payer that has some firearms gives to charities, and prays in public. I’M GOING TO JAIL! Or someone might die trying! How about YOU?

        Sgt.

        • Im easy to find if they are feeling froggy

          • EOTS, if they feel froggy and want to jump on me, it will be the last thing they ever do. The feds are the “clear and present danger” to us all.

        • I dont really think it will come to that point. Most raids arr done using local swat teams or cops.
There was a shooting recently where the cops “Exhausted all negotiation” in 6 hours so they broke down the door. The guy was waiting for them with an AR. You can guess what followed. one dead and 3 wounded cops and of course a dead suspect. People arent afraid to shoot anymore. The belief that gops are there for the good has passed. How many incidents do you think will happen with the cops getting shot before they just wont go anymore?

        • “It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be to-morrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed?”
–James Madison, Federalist No. 62, 1788

Now this: “2015 was a record-setting year for the Federal Register, according to numbers the Competitive Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., released Wednesday. This year’s daily publication of the federal government’s rules, proposed rules and notices amounted to 81,611 pages as of Wednesday, higher than last year’s 77,687 pages and higher than the all-time high of 81,405 pages in 2010 — with one day to go in 2015. The group’s vice president for policy, Clyde Wayne Crews, said there have been 3,378 final rules and regulations among the pages of the Federal Register this year. Some of the major final rules included the Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan and its Waters of the Unites States rule, as well as the Federal Communications Commission’s net neutrality order.” http://thehill.com/regulation/administration/264456-2015-was-record-year-for-federal-regulation-group-says

Land of the Free? When the First Congress enacted the original Crimes Act in 1790 (see http://www.gwu.edu/~ffcp/exhibit/p6/p6_7.html ), there were only 17 recognized Federal crimes, and it was reasonable to assume that as long as a person was a law-abiding citizen, he was not at risk of arrest. Last I checked in 2011, at that time there were more than 4,500 Federal crimes — and many are so obscure that they are nearly indecipherable. In addition to the 4,500 Federal crimes, there are tens of thousands of Federal regulations. Many people commit criminal acts daily without even knowing they are doing so. The Federal Register – full of laws which apply to YOU, and is comprised of government agencies’ new regulations, proposed rules, and presidential papers – was, when I last looked at this years ago, according to Politifact.com and Rep Randy Forbes (R—4th) was then 34,000 pages in length, and weigh 340 lbs. The Government Printing Office stated on June 14, 2011, the actual number of pages was 34,844 (but then, as pages are added every day, whose counting!), but that was actually just the running tally of the number of pages published in 2011 to date. According to Jim Hemphill, Ass’t to Dir. of the Federal Register, the 2010 total was actually 81,405 pages, of which “only” 46, 758 were dedicated to rules or proposed rules (whew! I was worried there for a minute!). The rest were agency hearing, meetings, investigations, etc. (http://www.politifact.com/virginia/statements/2011/jul/01/randy-forbes/rep-forbes-says-federal-registration-containing-re/ )

          • Federal Register is a scary document. One good thing, Congress has taken to adding expiration dates on them. Too bad they did not let the Patriot Act expire.

            • Congress aint your friend. Just like a tax, nothing will expire.

              • Hey Dave,

Are you going to be the second part of the stalker tag team with philosopher? Get over it Idaho, not everybody thinks you’re the last word on everything and you look like a little weeny boy by stalking her at every opportunity.

                • newby/rebecca. come here and see me before you run your lib mouth.

                  • Idaho Potato Eyes,

Refer to earlier comment but add chest thumping cyberspace moron to it. Who the Hell do you think you are? Is this YOUR site moron? I’ll post whenever I feel like it and it’s OK with Mac. If you can’t handle a different point of view without stalking and making childish threats toward people then get the professional mental health treatment you need, do you think you can scare me or anyone else off this site? What a lonely old loser you are.

                    • there was no threat. Just a invitation as people tend to have better communication face to face. I have nothing to prove. Just a lot of knowledge to pass on…even to rebecca as I did on her water issues of few titles back. You seem to be a ass without any prep contributions.

                    • Potato Dave

There was no threat. Right, ” Come and see me before you run your ” lib” mouth” Just an ” invitation” for face to face communication, huh? Who are trying your best to kid, yourself? So you passed on some water thoughts to Rebecca so that doesn’t make you the obvious stalker you are either, right? Sorry dave, you’re not that bright, I think the only reason you’re saying this is so you don’t get kicked out of here for threatening people, and I don’t recall ever seeing much in the way of ” prep contributions” from most of your posts either. So please don’t try to bullshit your way out of it, you obviously seem to enjoy threatening and stalking women, makes me wonder what else you do for fun.

                  • Dave,
Freedom of speech not part of your lexicon? Why am I not shocked.

        • Sarge, I’m the same way, except I’m not going to be taken alive. If it’s my time to go, I’ll take as many as I can with me.

          • Brave off topic.
Did you find what you wanted at the gun show?

I got lucky the other day and picked up 1000 rds of 22 for $54.00, and the wife got 1400 rds for $82.00.

Looking at an upper for an AR pistol for my wife.
Just picked up 4 more mags for my M1A, FN LAR, AR, and My AR 22 Chiappa. There may be a day I will need them, and they can have them when I empty them.

My next Gun show is March 20th. Looking for more reloading stuff.

I wish could go to Shoota-paloosa!

            Sgt.

            • Sarge, I picked up primarily some more ammo and gun-cleaning supplies, which was all I was after. My next gun show is April 23rd. I’m now considering some type of .308 rifle? Suggestions?

              • I have a Polytech M14S. Well over 1,000 rounds through it and it still headspaces within spec. Never had a problem with it, but today the price has risen so high($1300 here) that I’d buy the American M1A. Either one is an awesome hunting rifle, with a safari sling.

                • Rellik, one of my cousins has an M1A and swears by it. I’ve tried it and was very impressed with it, but they are sure are pricey.

            • Sarge, Megasports in Plainfield IL has a LOT of 22s around, decent prices. Was just.

        • This is a great topic, you on the mark Sgt.

On a negative note, I recall the days after Martin Luther Kings assassination, when it looked like the violent Muslim Black panthers would emerge as the main power in the civil rights movement.

The FBI began a program to take them apart. The FBI would chose a high ranking individual, they would proceed to question his friends about him, yet never confront him. They were building a portfolio and creating paranoia.

Then the FBI would hit their employer, just questions, yeah they got fired after several visits…..

Then the FBI hit all their neighbors and implied they were wanted, yeah they had no actual charges… but they sounded really scary. The FBI never seemed to catch them, they were always five minutes after they left a location.

At some point the subject would freak out and go under ground due to paranoia since the Feds had destroyed their public and private lives.

Living underground requires you to potentially break many laws, oops!

Now the FBI would get real warrants. But, the FBI would always be ten minutes behind their target. The warrants were for little crap. As they seemingly escaped, paranoia grew, they committed greater offenses. When the FBI finally took them they were screwed, and went away for decades.

I’m saying patriots need to expect this kind of behavior from the Feds. Please look at history and how they trapped people they saw as enemies, because today you are the enemy.

      9. Just another reason you need to get you, your family and friends to push your local sheriff to join Sheriff Mack’s Constitutional Sheriffs Assoc, at http://cspoa.org

Hopeless, you say, my Grima Wormtongue friend? Well, as one example, the sheriff in the largest (geographical) district in New York (western New York) refused to enforce the fascist gov. of New Yorks gun grabber bill.

Point is, our effort for liberty will take a long time. So, you can either a.) despair; b.) get cynical; c.) roll up your sleeves and get creative and get to work.

      10. Let me drop the dime on all of us.

“And though there were many angry anonymous voices calling us “sunshine patriots” and “keyboard warriors” because we would not participate, apparently none of those loud mouths ever showed up in Burns either, so I am assuming they finally saw the wisdom in our decision.”

So what exactly was that WISDOM?

        To give you an idea.

To show you how disorganized we all are is that we have to call on others states to come to the rescue. You don’t have enough patriots in your own state to do the job? Something wrong here.

Then how organized can we all be. Better than the Girl Scouts. How about MS-13, Bloods or Crips. Thousands of members with a plan and chain of command. What do we have? An internet site to bitch and moan.

I say if you have a BUG OUT LOCATION or you are going to BUG IN you better be prepared to go it ALONE. Are you going to trust a person you hardly know. You might end up with a person like me. To be honest. I do not plat well with others when survival is at stake.

      11. Lets hit the reset button! Either it will be better or we will be dead.

      12. The Liberty movement started on April 19, 1775 when British military leaders included Thomas Gage made the decision to confiscate weapons owned by the colonies in Massachusetts and wanted to capture the patriot leaders Samuel Adams and John Hancock. This movement had subsided because our constitution limited Federal power and it has taken all this time for the PTB to undermine its authority under the color of law. Storm clouds are gathering…

Incremental Prosecution is no different than what King George and Thomas Gage were doing, and we already have a model for how to defeat it, despite it no longer being taught in high school.

As this progresses, and from US history, we know it indeed progresses until its stopped by those who do not recognize its authority. I wish it were not so, but pursuit of these Federal actions will bring an even more targeted response. We’re going to see members of the Liberty Movement doing two things, both a form of asynchronous 4th Generation warfare.

First, they will hide their identities, simple hoods and masks will foil even the most sophisticated facial recognition systems which are today being used against the Bundy protesters as we speak. Clive Bundy was arrested because he got on a plane in an airport that used FRS. If the liberty movement is going to be treated like ISIS terrorists, they will use simple means to defeat.

Second, like the Fed who will not directly engage, and instead bides its time and waits to ambush Liberty Movement members when they at their most vulnerable, the Liberty movement will do exactly the same thing by targeting Federal leaders (perhaps ANY Federal Leaders in any location) when they are most vulnerable, such as in their own driveway, at the grocery store, or out with the family for a quiet dinner.

The article notes that perhaps “the Feds think that any opposition that does arise during the execution of warrants against liberty activists will be “easily managed.” If true, the Feds should think this over very very carefully. If they program their war gaming computers with proper information, rather than their own goliath musings, they will see that what they are about to unleash, could very well end the Federal government, and an end to all those loyalists who support this kind of tyranny.

The first shot of the American Revolution 2.0 has already been fired. Just ask Mr. Robert Lavoy Finicum for the details.

        • Excellent post! The names are being collected. The casualties will be hidden from the media. But, the whispers within the DHS/FBI/LEO community have already started.

This is not a good time to be on the wrong side of American Liberty.

          • hope you’re right

      13. Use the time to now up to form teams with your like-minded friends. Enough talk. Organize local groups. Make mandatory meetings once or twice a month. Get out together and train, exercise, go to the range, mock bug-outs, talk through scenarios. Time is short. Crew up!

Even if you don’t all come together during an “event” at the very least everyone will be more organized and in better shape from doing this. Get going!

      14. Folks, Trump is a POS but he’s a different color turd than Hillary or Bernie. I don’t like him and I hate having to choose between two “evils” but I would slit my wrists before I’d do anything to actively or passively help the Dems. As others have said already, ‘he might do the job.’

      15. Just a note to the oppressors (you know who you are):

1.) There is a God. You will answer to Him.

2.) There is a literal Hell. Without repentance, you WILL be there. It will not be nice, and all those “friends you will be with? You will hate their guts. In fact, you will hate yourself, and be consumed with remorse.

3.) Many of you will live lives of emptiness, regret, and end up dying of cirrhosis or by your own hand

4.) Your father or grandfather who fought for freedom in WWII would be **disgusted** with you.

5.) Your attempts WILL end in failure, just like the USSR. Even if successful for a season, future generations WILL look at you with the same disgust they do at the Nazis, wondering “HOW could they have done that.”

        6. You will look in the eyes of your children, who will look at you with contempt, for your destruction of their freedom, and your lack of courage to stand for what is true, just and right.

7.) Enjoy the power you have today. The ancient Chinese writer Lao Tzu wrote “hold onto the humble, for the arrogant with power have reached their zenith, and it is already starting to slip away.” Think George Soros here. Each day he gets a day closer to death, and which grows closer every day. I have famous last words (which you can google) of the dying words of famous bad people. Some of you will actually be there uttering those words yourselves. (I hope not, but without repentance NOW, each day you become more hardened).

8.) John Adams wrote that facts are stubborn things. Like the USSR, your oppression cannot win long term. But wait! I understand you hate the Founding Fathers, so let me quote Horace, from 2000 years ago: “You can drive out nature (reality) with a pitchfork, but STILL she will return.” That return will not bode well for oppressors.

      16. I think the Hitler article was better…… I know, I know, never happy….

      17. Dictatorship *always* follows dependency

      18. I just tried to submit a post here and it went to a Terms and Conditions page from Opera. I was not reading that BS, I went back and my post was gone. I wonder if that was because I mentioned 9-11.

      19. When the time comes people will turn in their guns. Just like the people in England did. People just don’t have the balls to do a fucking thing about it these days. People will stand down from confrontation because they are afraid to be injured or killed. People are just concerned about their selves. You can’t live forever so you might as well die for something. Fuck being civilized it make people weak and compliant. This is why I say livin rough keeps you hungry. You decide what your hungry for. Be patient and an oppertunist.

        • @ Asshat

I deeply admire the Samurai. If I am to die at tyranny’s hands I won’t be kneeling in front of a ditch. I accept they can roll right over me with consummate ease. I am determined to kill some of them before I die. I fear dying dishonorably more than I fear dying.

“Tell me how he died. And I will tell you how he lived.”

      20. yeah? well that door to my house is locked for your protection, not mine , come in unwelcome son, and you will get to meet God and my gun in short order. And as far as Im concerned that is my duty and my sentence handed down because someone thought they could do this to me when they were wrong…. dead wrong

you only get to make that mistake with me once .. and at this point in this game, I dont intend to walk away from it .. Ive accepted that fact .. they all want to go home at the end of their shift.. well they better rethink the reality of that , If I dont get to go home safe to my family , neither do they

        • Support your comments. My response will always be “Do you have a family? Do you want to see them again? I have made my choice, don’t let me make yours.”

        • EOTS, same here. Well said.

      22. They are not thinking clearly. Yes a lot of Americans will pussy out and turn in their weapons. I will not.

In ww2 during the battle of the bulge 26 members of the 101st Airborne were cut off from their buddies and surrounded by Germans. They saw examples of what the Nazis did to those they caught. They decided that they would fight to the last man because they would die anyway.

        Yeah I’m that stubborn guy.

      23. ANYONE who targets me had better expect a fight. I don’t care who you are or what you’re wearing. You force your way into my home, you die, plain and simple.
        SGT U.S.M.C 1966-72

        • Catena, you’re a copycat, but that’s OK. I have a post with the same words up above.

          • Braveheart
copying is the sincerest form of flattery

            • Rebecca, I don’t claim any copyright with any words, phrases, etc. I’m just glad to know I’m communicating with like-minded people.

      24. I’ve been seeing similar actions coming for a while now. Patriots need to take particular care and band together because it seems obvious a fight is coming.

        • The guys in Burns “banded together”, then each waited for one of the others to open the ball. You’re probably better off planning to stand alone–I doubt that any of us can really count on anyone else…

          • They’ll do some of both, and some other things. Many of them KNOW they’re doing something illegal, immoral and cowardly by going along. We old vets – or young ones for that matter – KNOW what this country was supposed to be about, and that it’s been hijacked. We’ve long since accepted our own mortality, and the fact that The Enemy (which is what the servants of ALL types of the Feds who now discount the Constitution and follow illegal orders have made of themselves by their own choice) can overwhelm any one of us or any ten or two hundred of us or whatever number we gather in. A gathering is just a bigger target. Still, if we’re caught in our homes, we’ll all do our best to take an Honor Guard with us and they know it. It’s one reason they’ll fire on a vet so quickly, even one who isn’t threatening violence. They know our numbers are many times theirs, and the only ways they’ll win is either with large, powerful weapons individuals can’t buy or make, or take us out one or a few at a time with superior numbers locally. At SOME level though, the troops know that they are breaking the Law, breaking their Oaths of Service. I’d bet that not long after things really get rolling they’ll start finding C.O.s in empty barracks and a lot of small arms and other supplies all missing. They can’t help but know that their own orders to go after the honored disabled vets or just plain vets – people who served honorably – presages themselves and THEIR families becoming targets when the numbers of patriots gets low. Their being useful right now to those who consider themselves their “owners” means nothing; we were useful once, too. They’ve damaged and killed off more of us with their vaccines, DU and other crap than any Enemy of recent times has!

It is what it is, bros. We can only be who and what we are and react from that. I was born in Texas, raised by a family of wartime vets, I am a wartime vet myself and so is my brother. All of us joined; my family doesn’t wait to get drafted. Well, we didn’t; my son sees enough of what’s happening he hasn’t and won’t join. I’m proud of the young man! He sees more clearly than I did at his age.

      25. What would really piss off the establishment is for the millions who know the 9-11 event is an inside job to go out in the streets with signs stating that fact. What’s to lose, are they going to mow everybody down for free speech. There has been no investigation of the event, only 600 grand put forth for the initial fixed cover up, while spending millions to take the heat off the earlier Clinton-Lewinsky divergence. Trump helped force Jeb! out, now Hellary and Rubyo are the warmongers backed to continue NWO treason against American’s. Trump can’t be trusted either, his opposition is staged. Sanders, forget it. Vote for what? I notice a lot of websites are increasingly blocking content that the title suggests is readable. People are afraid to object to the obvious incremental advance of total enslavement. It’s enough to make one yell WTF!

        • NOTHING coming out of Washington D.C. is legitimate. It’s three corporations owned and operated by the so-called “elites”. Period. It’s backed by illegal agencies with illegal powers that totally ignore the Constitution – except to consider those of us who refuse to ignore it their enemies. We need to starve The Beast…

          • Yup

        • Laurie,

You must be kidding. If these idiots didn’t know they would need a lawyer before they got stupid enough to start their idiocy then why should anyone pony up a dime for their sorry asses?

        • Very cool, Laurie. That’s what this site is all about – information like this. Great post!

      26. These are political prisoners just like Russia and China have. Can’t tell who the bad guys are now-a-days.

        • Bird Dog, I totally disagree!

You can still tell just fine.

Its just that you have to look at their deeds instead of whether they’re in prison or have badges or cuffs.

There are good guys on both sides. *THAT* is the world in which we live.

      27. Those people painted a target on their back with the Bundy Thing. You can’t beat them at their own game. Make them fight your fight.

        • Over the cliff
          exactly

      28. Most likely Federal or MIL “Sock Puppets”

“though there were many angry anonymous voices calling us “sunshine patriots” and “keyboard warriors” because we would not participate, apparently none of those loud mouths ever showed up in Burns either,”

        • Yes. The provacateurs were desperate to provoke a response.

        • Leonard,

So hate her, but cut the lying BS. I have a hard time sympathizing with whining about death threats when I see so many death threats on here going the other direction. If you are man enough to make death threats, then quit piddling your pants about receiving death threats. You don’t see me making death threats, I am adult enough to know that is not the route. If it becomes the route, it will take a lot more than lying about people. If you don’t want your candidate to receive death threats, then stop talking smack.

The biggest thing is rule by law. Why hasn’t Trey Gowdy put her in jail? Trial by jury and jail sentences, otherwise it is third world and who has the biggest artillery. Guess what, you don’t have the biggest artillery. Even if you did, doesn’t look like Constitutional law…. just a different group of tthugs. All 3rd world BS.

          • Death threats? Better get back on your meds , babe. You’re delusional.

            • Leonard,
Silly boy… every dumb remark on the internet is recorded for time and all eternity…and you think I need to get on meds? Snort. I mean, sure, right.

      29. What people don’t seem to understand is their land is being leveraged right out from underneath them. It’s ranchers and miners now but they are just the canaries in the coal mine.

        • Hi Laurie,

I think most people understand, but we are being hit so hard from so many sides, a lot of people are barely surviving. There are 30,000 homeless in Los Angeles. There are over a million homeless children in our country. A lot of distress. I hear anger here, I feel anger. Who has the answers? I wish I did. I am politically active trying to change things. Maybe Trumptrums are the answer… but I kinda doubt it. Between him and Rubio and Cruz I’d take Trumptrums., God help us. I keep hoping a candidate will show up.

      30. The same infrastructure that keeps government in power over the people is the same stuff the people are piggishly addicted to and culturally in love with, and therefore won’t free themselves from government by depriving them of it because, the people themselves haven’t learned to function without it. That’s what government uses to quell the people’s symbolic protests–the people’s own dependence on and love of everything they’re “protesting”.
