VICTORY: Federal Agents Flee Bunkerville Citing “Safety Concerns”… Armed Citizen Militia Stands Down…

by | Apr 12, 2014 | Headline News | 1,129 comments

UPDATE [15:35 CDT] Following an early afternoon standoff with Bundy supporters and militia, the Bureau of Land Management is withdrawing federal agents from the area. There are reports of heavy traffic on I-15 as a result of a federal caravan of exiting agencies.

Bundy ranch cowboys and hands are standing by for the BLM to open the coral gates and release cattle rounded up during this week’s raid.

Communications to the area seem to have been restored. No shots have been fired.

The resolution at this time seems to be a peaceful one, despite earlier threats from federal agents that they would shoot into the crowd if they did not disperse.

You can watch a live feed (available at 15:40 CDT) with Infowars’ David Knight at Ustream.

Read the original report below: Victory for Citizen Militia: FedGov Pulls Out of Nevada: “Serious Concern About the Safety of Employees”

citizen-militia

A couple hundred years ago some domestic terrorists got together and penned a Bill of Rights for a fledgling nation. Within their founding document they included a provision designed specifically to protect its newly formed experiment from tyrannical rule by way of arming its inhabitants so as to provide a backstop for those who would attempt to supplant their natural rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

This morning we have a prime example of why the founding fathers found these steps necessary and how powerful their decree really is to ensuring the freedom of Americans.

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Over the last two days thousands of supporters have made their way to Bunkerville, Nevada where hundreds Federal government agents had begun rounding up privately owned cattle from public lands and cordoning off protesters into remote desert First Amendment Areas.

What made this particular “protest” different from previous peaceful assemblies like Occupy Wall Street is that many of those who arrived in Bunkerville were members of citizen militias from around the country – and they were heavily armed.

In short, this time around our overreaching Federal government was out manned and outgunned.

As reported by Infowars, the Bureau of Land Management and other Federal agencies have made the decision to pull their militarized assets out of the area.

A day after Infowars blew the lid on Sen. Harry Reid’s link to the BLM’s land grab of the Bundy Ranch, the Sheriff of Clark County, Nevada, Douglas Gillespie, announced to tremendous applause Saturday that the Bureau of Land Management would cease their efforts targeting cattle rancher Cliven Bundy.

In an emotional response, Bundy told the Sheriff he had one hour to disarm the federal agency and to bring the arms to the platform where speeches were made this morning, and to take down their barricades.

According to a statement issued by the BLM, their primary reason for ceasing operations is because of safety concerns.

Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of the public.”

“We ask that all parties in the area remain peaceful and law-abiding as the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service work to end the operation in an orderly manner.

The “information on the ground” is that there are thousands of men and women standing by and that they were prepared to take action had it become necessary.

Though the government still maintains a court order for the rounding up of cattle, they have for the time being made the decision to walk away. This is not to say they won’t return in the future, but for today, the people are victorious.

Consider how these events would have played out had those who arrived to support the Bundy family not been armed; if they had simply showed up with protest signs and cell phones.

The end result would likely have looked more like this:

occupy-wallstreet

Rather than being tied up and pepper sprayed, the brave Americans who ventured to Bunkerville held their ground, 2nd Amendment in hand, and the government determined it was no longer in their best interests to pursue the matter.

A new day has dawned in America. One where the people see that real change can happen.

Activism really does work. This incident has proven that the Patriots and the militias are worthy adversaries.  We have proven the power of social media and alternative news in the fight against tyranny. (Daily Sheeple)

The events of Bunkerville, Nevada show that the government, which so badly wants to control every aspect of our lives, can be defeated and sent packing.

Neil Kornze smug arrogance is obvious. Does it make sense to find remedy against a tyrant and bully within the judicial structure that is owned and operated by that very tyrant and bully?

This is the core issue at hand. Commies supporting the BLM in the case make no sense whatsoever when they categorically claim that Bundy is wrong because of judicial rulings against him.

Where were the boot licking subjects when it was time to support Sadaam Hussein and his kangaroo courts of aggression against the Iraqi subjects? Oh yeh, they didn’t support him because they considered his authority illegitimate and against the rights of the people…hence the invasion. Sadaam was wrong and no one argues that, even Obama and Hillary who supported that invasion. But the same thing in America somehow is permissible and right to these folks. How is it different?

These non-elected bureaucrats are so far off the ranch (no pun intended) and out there in la la land that they’re drunk on their own firepower and defer to their own judicially controlled judgments to satisfy their back room corporate deals that hang the public out to dry (Harry Reid…I’m talking to you!). Typical propaganda to accuse Cliven Bundy of screwing the tax payer when its been the BLM usurpation of public lands that is at fault. Typically true of what corporate governance is now; they have re-polarized the truth 180 degrees the other way. Enough is enough.

Hurray to the people! Hurray for the Bundys!. Folks, this is not over yet. We must stand strong and united. These AHs and their propagandists will try to twist the story. It is time to stand up to the thugs and those officials who colluded with them by staying silent. Mark the names of the dog handlers and so called “Rangers”, even the officials who told the patriots gathered there that they should have their funeral arrangements prepared. He/they should be made accountabe and be made to eat their words. Publish their names and addresses. Reid and all the traitors should not be forgotten. Wise heads prevailed. We must learn from this experience!

There is no such thing as a domestic terrorist, unless you speak of corrupted “government” officials.

Those who penned the Bill of Rights were freedom loving people who wanted to cover their ass from retaliation by the King through the misuse of the “new government”.

There is not a terrorist in this country that is not under a disregarded Oath to the People. What does that tell you about the value of COG plans where the People are concerned?

Be vigilant, the Gubbermint will fall back on its only tactic that it feels will work-psyops. It won’t b long before they write up a spin on this story that we will soon see all the LSM gov mouthpieces barfing out all across American television. They are going to portray all these “domestic terrorists” as having no regard for rule of law and responsible for jeopardizing the safety of all those good men and women of law enforcement. After that being said they will attempt to use this as more gasoline to throw on the fire of the gun grabber campaigns.

The problem is, no one listens to LSM anymore and their viewer base has made a mass exodus to alternative news to get the truth. Also no one takes our Gov seriously anymore, they are a complete laughing stock to not only Americans, but the rest of the world. Their reign over us is finished, they just haven’t been smart enough to figure it out yet.

Looks like the guv’ment is backing down. Just proves that when there are enough ARMED patriots, bullies back down. It is a big difference when you have someone outgunned 100 to 1 held up in some cabin, and when the odds are equal. Thousands of armed militia vs. the feds. Guess whom wins. If the feds bring in the army or national guard you have a freaken war that will galvanize hundreds of thousands of others that fully support the Constitutiion. Could this be a preview of what is to come? BO might just start to stand for “backdowned oppression”. Russia and Putin are also watching, seeing that the U.S. is all talk.

All the U.S. government has to do is just follow the Constitution and the law orginally written and this debacle would never arise. It is when the U.S. tries to loophole and trash the 9th Amendment that prevents wrong interpretation of the Constitution it runs amok. Putting the 1st Amendment into a 25 foot by 25 foot box is lunancy and completely wrong. Simple, the Constitution is for everyone. All the government has to do is figure this one out and be part of it rather than against it.

Like Wrong says above, score one for the people today.

Just like forecasted of an earthquake between 6.8 and 7.9 from New Guinea to the Soloman Islands and Loyalty Islands, another huge earthquake just hit 20 minutes ago of 7.6 to 8.3. The seismic stations are going nuts with this one. For two weeks I have been warning of this region was going to get whacked. The precursor earthquake activity was off the scale for the Australian plate. By the way Alaska and the Pacific Northwest are still in danger.

                  To Wrong,

You’re wrong, end of round one. If you think the Gov. just walked away you are terribly naive. They cannot and they will not allow this to stand. They are going to come in the night and seize these people and slink away like they did with that Cuban child in Miami. They will leave the area and leave the local law to clean up the mess.

This is wonderful news – that the BLM have backed down and left! I pray this situation has been resolved.

However, my gut feeling questions if they are not leaving, but “regrouping”. Have they lifted the “temporary flight restrictions” in the area? Will they wait until (most) supporters return home to their families for Easter? I would be on alert at least through this coming weekend. (April 19th)

I believe BLM won’t give up so easily on their money making schemes. Have they already received payments from the Chinese for the $5 billion solar plant they planned to build on “public land” in Nevada?

It was reported two weeks ago that “The Bureau of Land Management had just cashed in with $1.27 million in oil and gas leases in Nevada.”

3/14/13 – “Buyers snapped up 29 federal land leases totaling more than 56 square miles in a northeastern Nevada area.”

“U.S. Bureau of Land Management geologist Lorenzo Trimble tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal the Elko County oil and gas leases sold Tuesday for $1.27 million to six different companies.”

“The Review-Journal reports the project would be the first in Nevada to use hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, to extract oil and gas from shale deposits..”

                  BI,

How long until earthquakes chain around to Oregon? Or is plate pressure relieved, by quakes happening elsewhere?

How does this effect Yellowstone, if at all?

                • Be informed

@ JustMe. This was the easiest earthquake prediction I have ever did. For past two weeks the precursor earthquakes from before had New Guniea and the Soloman and Loyalty Islands over and over getting hit with major earthquakes. One of them was 10 out of 15 times. This was shooting fish in a barrel and why I kept warning everyone that very large earthquakes were coming. I would like to take a lot of credit for getting both earthquakes dead on, magnitudes and everything, but this was too obvious and anyone could have come to the same conclusions with the same data I had.

Here is the kicker. Along with New Guinea and Soloman Islands the other areas that showed high tension was Vanuatu, Nicaragua that had a 6.6, Japan, Philippines, Mexico but especially ALASKA. I would say the Pacific Northwest is also in this target as oregon and Northern California is on this arc of the plates.

I would say until April 24 the area from California to Alaska’s Aleutian Islands remain very hot and dangerous. The Nazca plate hit the South America with a 8.2 this is turn affected the Cocos plate, 6.6 in Nicaragua. The African plate has been stressing out the Austrailian plate and Arabian plate. Greece to western Pakistan are still in danger also, including Iran and Turkey. This is turn affects the Pacific plate that is the Pacific Northwest, California and Alaska. If you can get to April 24, then the odds will improve a lot that a major earthquake bypassed the region this time. The planet right now is recoiling from the 8.2, 7.3, and today’s 7.6.

I would say the worst period of earthquake chance for this area would be Monday or Tuesday with the Full Moon that is coming based on the lining up of the Sun and Earth with the Moon, but also the distance. This is based on the information from the Foundation for the Study of Cycles that states that west coast earthquakes tend to occur more towards the apogee. The apogee for the Moon was April 8. The Moon will be about 390,000 KM away which is the breaking point for the sharp increase in earthquakes here. 390,000-406,500 KM away is when the earthquakes increase dramatically. I though at this point based on precursor quake activity would be on high guard until April 24 at least. More precursor quakes should tell in the coming hours and days.

Hey B.I. 4.9 in Idaho today as well, no mention of it anywhere yet, except on RSOE map.

                • Be informed

@ 006. Idaho is very mountainous, and is still quite tectonical active. Anyplace there are mountains, there are earthquakes. 4.9 is not too large. It is interesting to note that the earthquake down in the South Sandwich Islands a little while ago occur in the same spot before in 1983 that the 7.0 in Idaho followed soon after. These precursor quakes sure point out high tension areas from past records.

Here is more on earthquake activity in Idaho that you can read:

I too believe that this situation in Nevada is not over by a long shot. What I think we may have witnessed is the beginning of the end. Has anyone here ever seen the U.S. government back down like this in recent memory? The answer to that is no.

The problem with a militia is that it is not funded by the American taxpayer. The US government is. How often can the militia’s men and women be expected to travel across country to do what they have done? Not near as much as the government can.

What you can now expect from the government is quick, illegal and ruthless actions taken before the protectors of our rights can gather. This is going to get real ugly. The 1st American revolution or 2nd Civil War, however you see it, just got physically started. You haven’t seen nothing yet!

We need to remember that the Organic Act of 1916 which developed the national parks and land management, was designed to secure collateral for the same interests that own the Federal Reserve (created only three years prior). The orders for the next move by the Feds will come from those who believe that land is theirs via our last bankruptcy as a nation. This goes way deeper then you’ve been told. This Harry Reid / China BS is purely hype and pre-war agitation.

“And one of the heads receives a deadly wound”

The backing down by the Federallys in Nevada, is a sign or precursor of what is to come in the near future.

When the NWO is in it’s finalizing stages of ram-rodding it’s one world system upon the people, the “united ones”, or citizens militia, will stand up again and defeat the beast/NWO from taking over here in America.

That is the deadly wound spoken of by John. The good people standing up for what is right. Standing up against tyrants/bullies/con men of the likes of liberal politicians. The Reids of this world had better take notice; because the common folks in America are mad as hell and aren’t gonna take their cronyism bull shit anymore. We are wiser than those DC serpents and see thru all their tactics to impose their New World Order crap upon us.

When they realize there are 1000 times more of us then them; they back off. They will ultimately call upon their leader, ole Lucifer, Antichrist to try to put a “fix” on things so they can carry on with their NWO agenda. It won’t work in Israel or Jordan, nor will it work in America the Brave.

Um… hasnt the NV governor weighed in on this? Out of statte guard without invitation by the governor would be a federal gmnt act of war against nevada. Andfrom the governors words – if the NV guard gets involved, they would likely be there to protect the rancher.

If I was Bundy, I would be trying to keep some of those militia members at the ranch. I’ll bet a dollar to a doughnut the feds make a predawn SWAT raid on them.

              • Jewell

Mich, you hit the nail on the head. This group is all about smoke & mirrors. Watch this hand, while I steal with the other. Have heard they didn’t really leave state so I take that to mean, they are re-grouping which is not good.

                • Cede

I’m guessing the gov used this as a test bed once they realised that folks were pissed! You can rest assured that they took notice once the Militia turned up though.

Thankfully another Ruby Ridge didn’t occur at the Bundy Ranch, but what happened these last few days has galvanized the entire Nation. The fuse has been lit. People have started to believe in the possibility, that collectively, if they stand together, they can oppose the aggressor and push back just as hard.

It would not surprise me in the least, if we see a surge in Patriotism. Not a surge of recruits for the Military like WWII to fight for Freedom. But rather a surge of citizens joining Militias across the country to assert Freedom in defiance of tyranny. Like I said, the fuse is lit. There’s no turning back. We are all Cliven Bundy’s and if we want the Change that o’bummer promised then it’s up to every individual now to play their part, any way they can, to bring about the changes WE want.

The most powerful image I’ve seen for years ….. Was the picture of the Militia guy on the bridge with a rifle, trained on the BLM as they stood in the way of the folks on horseback. That summed everything up for me. He wasn’t prepared to fight for freedom, he was prepared to defend the freedoms of his countrymen. And that my fellow countrymen should be the motto.

NY Times Confirms: Israeli Lobby Controls American Lawmakers

A revealing insight into how “right wing” and “left wing” Zionists work has come with the open admission by a leading Jewish journalist in the New York Times that American lawmakers do whatever the Israel lobby asks them to do in order to garner Jewish votes and campaign donations.

The astonishing admission—a reflection of the fact that their control is so secure that they can admit such things in public without real concern that they will be challenged—was made in an article written by New York Times foreign affairs columnist Thomas Friedman called “Let’s Make a deal” and published on November 19, 2013.

In his piece, he also openly admits that there is an “alliance” against “Protestants of America”—which of course, in politically correct terms, means European-Americans.

“The Middle East once again proves that if you eat right, exercise regularly and don’t smoke, you’ll live long enough to see everything, including a day when the Jews controlling Jerusalem and the Sunni Saudi Custodians of the Great Mosques of Mecca and Medina would form a tacit alliance against the Shiite Persians of Iran and the Protestants of America,” he wrote.

“Diplomats and ministers from Israel and the Israel lobby have been working Congress, while officials from Arab Gulf states have been telling the Obama administration directly the same message . . . Never have I seen Israel and America’s core Arab allies working more in concert to stymie a major foreign policy initiative of a sitting U.S. president, and never have I seen more lawmakers — Democrats and Republicans — more willing to take Israel’s side against their own president’s.

“I’m certain this comes less from any careful consideration of the facts and more from a growing tendency by many American lawmakers to do whatever the Israel lobby asks them to do in order to garner Jewish votes and campaign donations.”

“Left wing” and “right wing” Zionism therefore have exactly the same objectives: the maintenance and interests of the ultra-racist state of Israel. This remains their prime concern and objective.

Something tells me that the corps mindless minions are disappointed they will have to leave without getting to kill some of us. I doubt they even consider the possibility that THEY might die instead, and will likely not consider it until some of them do.

              • the renegade braveheart

GC, let some of these SWAT teams start getting defeated and suffering multiple casualties along with THEIR own homes being raided in turn, then we’ll start seeing an end to all of this crap. LE relatives are no less vulnerable to violence than the rest of us. The people have won this battle, but there is another battle coming. The feds won’t give up without a fight. It’s going to take them suffering multiple casualties to give up.

Read book entitled “Molon Labe” (Boston Tea Party) fictional book shows what can happen when free people retaliate on thugs where they live, travel, eat, recreate, etc. Evil doers can be found. Hope it never has to come to that. It all depends on how far the guberment wants to take it… Many concerned citizens dressed in blue jeans and T-shirts with ball caps or cowboy hats may not look like they are capable or equoipped to move against guberment and their contractors. There are a great many citizens who are just as well trained, with warfare experience, tactical training, and capacity in arms to bring the fight to them. These citizens, when having done all to stand for liberty begin to act, because of a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security, the thugs will become the focus of their sights…

Drawing arbitrary lines in the sand because of some perceived right you imagine you have, is just plain ignorant. In your example, your perceived dominion over the creatures that possess the meat and life that you are comfortable taking from them, is no different then the attitude that the sick fucks that run this planet have towards you. • Tor Munkov

Ideally, we could all learn to eat bison, plus use the rest of the animal in its entirety.

The only thing these alien cattle species are good for, is compacting soil, destroying waterways, and killing native vegetation.

To really stand up to the bankers, reintroduce the species who are best suited to this land and allow them to roam the plains once more. This means wolves, bison, and the natives who follow them and coexist with them.

Contrary to what pointy head environmentalist tyrants say, the land needs a population of large apex predators to flourish. Any American should be free to “go native” provided he do so in a manner that respects live and let live with his more sedentary rural and urban brethren.

                • Wade

I can agree with you, but the reality is that there are just too many people these days for any large number to try and live off the land.

                • PWYPreach

We already have an excessively large number of apex predators in America, most of whom call Washington D.C. home.

They already ‘reintroduced’ the wolves at taxpayer expense along with a bunch of bonuses for the commie bastards that did it.

The reintroduced wolf was not native and carries several types of diseases that were injected before they were “stocked.”

As for the rest of the of the native animals…They don’t give a fuck about them.

All these know it all pos who “have your best interests in mind” are going to bring around the most intense ass- kickings that man has ever experienced.

That’s because this is not the end of this.

Even IF BLM and the FEDs do stand down, WE SHOULD NOT. Some high level heads SHOULD ROLL FOR THIS, starting with Harry Reid and the entire chain of command to the BLM dept heads. We should stop nothing short of that goal.

I posted several links to yesterdays story to articles from across the entire country—THIS IS NOT THE ONLY LAND GRAB—IT’S JUST THE ONE THAT DIDN’T WORK OUT SO WELL.

Sixpack: Your state’s resourses listings Proves that indeed it IS us here in America that have recieved ALL of the Abrahamic Blessings that are material type blessings in nature. Which also Proves that whats written in new testement book of Galatians 3:29…

“And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.”

Is Also not only True, but obviously all of the material blessings of said resources, waters, streams, Vast farmland mass etc etc have already BEEN Fulfilled as Promiced to be…Which proves also that all of the Many pastors that keep insisting that NONE of said promiced blessings have yet been done or fullfilled and are ALL waiting for some “Future” time, to be given to jewish folks or state of israel etc are simply as wrong as can be. Either they are all wrong based upon personal Ignorance of truth biblically etc…OR…They are Falsifying what they teach based on a distorted view or ideals of the peoples we Now have confirmed are Khazars, and have ZERO mentions biblically of Any such promiced blessings from God or anywheres else eh!

One look at that Long List of the tremendous resources and prosperity and wealth from such many huge resources, when compared to every other nation worldwide and none can deny that indeed God has blessed Americas Lands, all 50 states with more prosperity and vast resources than any place on earth bar none. Hence we should all be very Thankfull to God, as well as do whatever it takes to cast off and away the current crop of usa destroyers, and various polititions, orgs, think tanks and groups or sub-groups that continue to Shut down, Tie up, and basically have Halted most every means we had or have to USE our Blessings aka resources as our Ancestors and Fathers once did, and that Is what created such massive wealth and prosperity as well as individal opportunity for Every American legit citizen.

There simply is NO valid reason that americans cannot once again continue to Propser Mightly, and even prosper greater than ever before due to modern day High Tech when combined with such vast resources..Its so obvious that all the Halting in most every sector of Oil, Timber, Chemicals, Precious metals etc etc has all been done ON PURPOUS!….By Design to cause Middle class americans, and mainly the huge white majority to get turned into worse losers than any of todays 3rd world folk.

Every incident like the so called endangered turtles swindle this weekends events shows…Only go to prove further that every such scam in past 50 yrs was done BY scheeme, design, to destroy Our combined prosperities and wealth abilities, and LOCK it ALL Up for Later use and ownership by a small Few. A Handfull of scammers, scheemers, and swindlers who care only for themselves and Money period.Even at the full expence of all the rest of americans…That vile evil vicious Bunch would shed Zero tears if by their machinations, all of the Other 300+ million americans died off…Those so evil ones would smile and count it as “All Theirs now and nobody to stop Them forever!”

Our Boomer gen and the one after boomers should see how obvious it is that the Job to restore to Us whats Rightfully Ours, is in fact Our Job to acomplish. While we all are still here alive too!

Actually, there’s a governor, several commissioners and locals between the BLM peon and Senator Harry Reid, who is at the top of the pile…If it was me, I’d start much higher up than the peons.

BTW, about 10 minutes after I subscribed to the Bundy email/sms updates web page, (the link I left on SHTF) MY YAHOO EMAIL STOPPED WORKING. The only other thing I’ve done out of the ordinary is left many comments about the Harry Reid/ Bundy Ranch issue on many yahoo comments. Either one might have caused yahoo to slow me down—but yahoo can’t stop me by attacking my inbox.

I have had to LITERALLY hack into my own email in order to check my emails…not one update from Nevada among them, as I figured.

I may be changing my email address. After over a decade as sixpack6t9, I might have to abandon my moniker. I’ll let everyone (who cares) know what it will be changed to.

              I’m no anonymous hit-and-run poster.

There were reports of large groups of them planning on settling in north-west Nevada and also south-west idaho. BElieve I read that in Idaho they were wanting to set up their own city.

Her New article outlines, details, Verifies and documents with Proof Links to other articles etc galore. Info on ALL the Current Advisors, and campaing leadership persons that are all involved with the Current crop of Top 4-5 GOP neocon 2016 US PREZ election contender hopefulls.

Rand Paul, Ted Chaz, Rubio, and Jindal and I think One more I cannot now recall name of(?)…THREE of which are NOT even a Natural Born Citizen so are Invalid as Prez or VP-prez candadits!

Wait till you see the List and Names of well known Establishment neocon clowns every single one has chozen or accepted as Their Main campaign promotors, advisors etc!

Her First mention is on Rand Paul who has picked BILL GATES of micro soft fame, as well as all sorts GMO Foods, Vacinations, Vacines to Steralize africans and Others, (Think You wont be included in that scam plan!) and a huge Host of corrupted affairs involving United Nations & AGENDA-21 crap. Plus Massive investments by gates to persue LAND GRABS etc as seen with Nevada Rancher guy.

Plus Rand Paul has also allowed several more Untrustworthy, swindler type persons to act on Rands behalf in his run for Prez 2016…The rest of the crop are as bad too.

TEA PARTY, Honest regular folk supporters and hopefulls have so Obviously been Used as Bait, Votes, Dupes and Usefull idiots same as Soviet kommies are Famous for doing with Their usefull idiots.

So Many tea party folks and others too donated tons cash, went everywheres in support, rain or shine, and what is end results?…I will Tell you what!

ALL current or former rand, Chaz, Rubio, Jindal etc supporters and donaters have been ROYALLY Shafted, and DUMPED off a Cliff, so all them Candidit “Darlings” that were supposed to FIX whats wrong in usa etc…have ALL Now turned coat, and Joined the regular usual bunch of Establishment repubs aka neocon swindlers. McCain has nothing on these new sen guys last elected.

If You belong to Tea Party and supported and voted for any of these clowns and swindlers?…Especially if You donated any large cash to any of them guys?

I strongly recomend You grab a Box of Kleenex to wipe away Tears if You plan to read Kellieghs new article expose’ of these scam artists named in This posting! Wait till you see the names of the tons of advisor staff etc they are allowing to run things!!!!…

This is One issue I Wish I weren’t vindicated as correct on, when I long ago posted of what scams these guys like Rand, Rubio, Chaz et al really are…I really Hoped I was 100% wrong and they’d turn out real swell, honest guys that meant what they stated to get votes and cash etc..

Her new article and a few Previous articles couple weeks ago about these TOP neocon Picks has vindicated me 100% as correct on all I wrote of them all prior and I sure wish it didn’t. If any need Live Links just ask, I hate to wait for moderation due to links when included….Newswithviews dot com should get ya there…READ Kellighs new article and some older ones also! • Red Leader

As a 27 year Law Enforcement veteran, I can tell you that what I saw in the video was very unprofessional and excessive force. The BLM Rangers are a bunch of wannabe cops who try to look the part. They had no reason to be there confronting those people. Any cop who has attened crowd control training knows that you must first announce an unlawful assembly order before using any type of force on the crowd. Out in the desert they could not issue such an order, there would be no cause.

As a K9 handler and supervisor I can tell you that the first thing they teach you about bite dogs is to NEVER use a K9 for crowd control. That stopped in the 60s when Bull Conners attacked peaceful civil righs marchers with police dogs and fire hoses.

The BLM fled the area when someone with half a brain realized they were illegally using force, unprovoked, on people who were simply yelling and pointing fingers.

A real police sergeant would of had his guys stand down and calmly went over and talked to the protesters, asked them to be safe, and left.

I would love to see the BLM try those thug tactics in the Ghetto. From my experience in the Rodney King riots they would have run home with their pants wet.

Oh yea, BLM snipers??? I can’t believe it! BLM Rangers should be disarmed and if they need help, call the sheriff.

            R.L.
Damn!!! If those guys where on the SWAT team I was on and they acted like this, As their Sgt. I would have kicked their asses.

They should have talked the people. Not got the K9’s out and pointed TAZERS at them. WTH!!!!

I wasn’t there but what I saw was very unprofessional, these guys give good cops a bad name. Cops HA! these guys aren’t cops the just dress the part. People don’t understand this, and think cops act like this. Like I said these guys aren’t cops!

Those BLM guys were very lucky they didn’t get the shit kicked out of them for pointing tazers and knocking a female to the ground. I was waiting for one of them turds to pull a Flag out of some ones hands.

Its not over! Just a warning to the Feds. There had better not be anything happen to the Great folks in Nevada, and the Militia that came to help.

WE WILL BE WATCHING. DON’T PISS WITH US. YOU ONLY SAW A TIP OF THE ICE BERGE, THAT SHOWED UP. THERE IS MANY MANY MORE THAT WAS GETTING READY TO GO. IT WON’T TAKE LONG TO GET ON THE ROAD. BAGS ARE PACKED!!!!!!!

I saw that video and wasn’t surprised but still disgusted all the same. Plus, the LE relatives in my family have never been anything like feds either. Let the BLM try their BS here in Memphis. There’s a neighborhood only 200 yards from my home that if they went rolling in there with their BS, they would be handed their asses to them on a silver platter. And God help them if they came to my place.

Sgt. Dale, Renegade – et al: There is a Facebook posting going viral as we write. The “purported” pull back by the BLM is / was a ruse to gauge the response of the Nation as a whole to this event. Insider sources state that the Military utilized drones to eavesdrop on the communications and facial recognition systems were employed.

Maybe the feds learned their lesson from waco and didn’t want to have another bloodbath on the news?

In the long run he’s well and truly fucked. He has been grazing his cattle free of charge on our (American citizen’s public property) land. He has in fact been enriching himself at our expense by violating our trust. Yet another taker in a long list of them.

So…those friends who had people there, were those the same friends who were reporting this ON THEIR WAY to Nevada, or were those different friends? They can’t be “there” and stuck in traffic (for several days) at the same time, can they? Please clarify.

Hey six….friends were there for several days reporting back….they had other friends who were trying to come up to support but were stuck in traffic and saw the prison buses and tactical vehicles racing along the road skirt to pass the stopped traffic. They (other friends) were turned away and told to go home because the Feds had closed the freeway.

To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public.
          Date: Saturday, 12 April 2014
          Time: 1840 ET
          To: Steve Quayle
          From Doug Hagmann

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

          1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but “identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”
          2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;
          3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;
          4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date. I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

A more detailed report will follow on Sunday, 13 April 2014, with additional and much more specific information about their inside plans and future operations.PLEASE MAKE THIS VIRAL!

            EA,
This sounds plausible it follows standard battle field accessement it is apparent these types of operations are bing run as military type operations utilizing c3i ( command , control , communications and intelligence) . One must remember there still are Quality individuals working in the system that still are on the American people’s side . TPTB will be shocked when only out 5% of their force follow orders . I can state many will not fire on or go after the public we took an oath to defend against all enemies both foreign and domestic it means something.
They can put survailence on us as much as they want it will not change anything. We are everywhere their assets will be pretty tied up , they are only seeing what we want them to see.
They (TPTB) are stuck in the 1990’s idea of a milita , unfit backward etc that they try to categories us as . The thing is they are only seeing the tip of the iceberg , the new US citizens defense force is professional , well trained. ( tactical firearms , communications , small unit tactics ) and LAW ABIDING ( per the US constitution) quality people of good charactor it has a developing command and control element . Many participants are combat veterans , retired law enforcement, and by people who have done this professionally (high level armed forces command further information excluded for OPSEC) . with a concern of the direction our country is going.

What I am trying to say is there are citizens out there willing to act as a buffer between a government run amuck and out of constitutional restraint to prevent tradgeties from occurring.
In the beginning of this country community defense and aid was achieved by citizens soldiers from all walks of life banding together for the common defense of the community , as it states in the US constitution 2 admendment a well regulated militia ( well trained , well drilled citizens ) being necessary to the security of a free state ( citizens access to arms for defense , not a standing army answerable to no one at the local level , no one man can have the absolute power over all) the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed ( self explanatory).
What you saw yesterday is they way it is supposed to work and the reason for the second admendment. We are a government by the people and for the people , the whole American experiment is one of SELF. GOVERNANCE. The current regime in charge have forgotten this one point THEY SERVE US NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Things are changing it will never go back to the status quo , eternal viligence will be required ..
The altmedia and citizen reporters kept the communication lines open it performed beautifully
( twitter , videos alt reporters ) to keep what was OCCURING on target when you actually show what is happening for all to see no rumors or propaganda can take hold , those responsible for this can take quite a bow your commitment was both groundbreaking and commendable. It was above and beyond the call off duty . Your are modern day Paul Revere’s .

There is more than meets the eye to what has been done but we have a long way to go but remember in the end

EA, read that last night. I feel absolutely no emotion towards a govt that thinks it’s “toying” with it’s citizens.

I guess we’ll see who is toying with whom.

On a similar note, I was reading about another episode of the people trying to oust the new, unelected puppet govt in Ukraine. In the report as follows :

“Avakov already announced “zero-tolerance policy towards armed terrorists” in Slavyansk and the deployment of anti-terrorist troops in the city on Saturday morning. However no action materialized, as security troops reportedly refused to follow an order to attack protesters.”

I guess the Ukrainian SWAT equivalent had the sense to refuse to attack their own people, UNLIKE our BLM (and company).

Everyone keeps talking smack about Ukraine, but apparently, the FEDs could stand a few lessons from them on the issue of RESTRAINT and BLIND OBEDIENCE. I believe the BLM would’ve started shooting, had it not been for some unseen person calling it off. They are mindless attack dogs and nothing more.

I heard all kinds of initial talk about the idea of CHINA taking us over in the newest version of the movie “Red Dawn” and thought, well, somebody has to be the bad guy. The invading army was changed from Chinese to North Korean in order to maintain access to China’s box office.

Perhaps they should’ve taken the box office hit and left China in as the bad guy…it was apparently, more accurate.

1)will this victory,on the part of the people, set a precedent for future grassroot actions against the abusive power of the government in Washington.
2)Will this dishonest deal by Harry Reid be investigated or will information about it be suppressed & buried by the establishment?

That property owner is US. 🙂

I do NOT favor the land grabs by the Federal government and the excessive use of “Monuments” by Presidents to withdraw the People’s land from the People in sympathy with Agenda 21. They already own or control most of the land in the West.

With that said, understand that once these vacant lands are returned to the State governments, corporate interests will be sucking them up like a sponge unless the People engage their employees at every level of government.

I donate to Public Lands For The People. Do you? 🙂

              • European American

Let’s face it. It’s not at all hard to side with the rancher, being that his opposition is the Tyrannical Fascist System, here. However, DK has a point, that should not be overlooked. I pulled this comment from another site and it had the highest “thumbs up” rating of them all. (Just another perspective to consider).

“When I lived out west, there were lots and lots of ranchers, loggers and farmers who had an entitlement attitude. They characterized themselves as rugged individualist, but in fact gorged at the public trough. Subsidies for everything they got. All you had to do was to look at the houses they lived in and it became crystal clear. Scum bucket parasites.”

Again, I’m ready to see a peaceful or violent rebellion take place in this country to put a stop to a “government gone wild”. But to place the Rancher as the hero in all this is conjecture on our parts. Those who came to his aid, though, are clearly the real heros here. And that’s an inspiring relief for all of us during these dark times.

                • sixpack

” All you had to do was to look at the houses they lived in and it became crystal clear. Scum bucket parasites.”” — sounds like jealousy to me. If you own several million dollars worth of land, run millions of dollars worth of beef, ya don’t usually live in a fucking shack.

I’ll bet he said the same thing when he drove by the ghetto—” All you had to do was to look at the houses they lived in and it became crystal clear. Scum bucket parasites.””

                • LSB

scum-bucket parasites my ass…my son is a logger in Oregon. He runs a crew. Has been logging for about 17 years. He hasnt gotten raises that he deserves. He drives the crummy full of other loggers sometimes 3 hrs one way to get to job site. No pay for that. He lost his house to the bank. Now he and family live in 2 RV’s. His wife works at costco. They live a very frugal life. So my advice to you is…don’t believe everything you read.

If I had a choice of welfare moochers or countries that hate us and would think nothing of slicing our throats, I’d choose the welfare moochers.
At least they are our families, our neighbors.

                And guess what??
I AM one of those persons that gives; but I choose to give within my community when someone needs a hand.
I believe in starting at home; therefore, I gave to the militia to help restore our freedoms, our right to protect our lands.
To-may-to or to-mah-to–it is still our land that needs protecting.
Arguing that Bundy owes fees does not take away from the theft of his cattle, the attempted theft of mineral rights that belong to Nevadans, and attempted theft of Nevadan land.

                • durango kidd

Bundy’s cattle were not being stolen. They were being EVICTED because after 20 years and numerous Court judgments against him, he refused to voluntarily remove his cows.

Sheriff Deputies in their respective counties evict people every day in America who refuse to leave the premises after eviction by the Courts. These deputies are armed.

Are WE to dispense with legitimate legal processes that keep a balance in society between commercial parties for the sake of one Rancher?

Bundy’s cattle should be confiscated and sold at auction as allowed by law. And guess what? They will be. More than that, the Manager of BLM should be fired for allowing this clusterfuck to continue for 20 years.

Rancher Bundy has had his day in Court several times. I suspect, but don’t know if that includes a jury trial. Notice that BLM hired contract cowboys to round up Bundy’s herd. If he had the support of other ranchers they would not have hired on.

I doubt that local Ranchers who do pay their grazing fees have supported him in his boycott of payment over the past twenty years. I don’t see a Cattleman’s Association in Nevada standing up behind Bundy claiming that the FED’s are out of line. Do you?

I also suspect and I am willing to bet, that other Ranchers are lining up to lease that land from BLM as soon as Bundy is removed from that Taxpayer property.

Do you believe that 157,000 ranchers who now pay grazing lease fees in America should have a FREE lunch? If so, how about miners, large and small? Can I take your opinion to BLM and tell them that US Taxpayers believe I should get my minerals FREE? 🙂

                • LSB

Sorry for sounding nasty above post.

                • NetRanger

Gee, DK, one has to wonder why legit law enforcement was not involved in this? I mean, it was the sheriff, standing with Bundy, that really called it off. Now, if this was a lawful action, does it seem normal that the sheriff would call it off?

…or are you still of the opinion that Clive does not own the land? Did you read any of the links I posted for you?

Do you understand what forage rights and water rights are in relationship to range fees? I truly hope you are getting a clue, but it really does not look like it.

              • Night Breaker

                Dk ,
You are missing the point this has nothing to do with grazing rights , it has to do with what happened. Police dogs , tasers etc on unarmed protesters , out of control federal agents ( BLS is NOT an armed service they we actually violating federal laws with the positioning of marksmens ( they do not deserve the Sniper title unless they earn the tab , Being a HOG you Marine scout snipers out there know what I mean ) on over watch . The real story is he was paying double for the same land both the state and BLS were contesting ownership of the land , the money paid was being kept in ecarow pending the outcome of a court decision , they just decided not to wait and went after the rancher instead . This is happening all over the country the govenment is changing the rules as they go and presenting it as the fact that the have authority over the state.

I would not be suprised if that ranger team is investigated by the Dept of interiors Inspector Generals office for their actions , it is obvious they incited the crowd toward confrontation then rapidly lost control of the situation ,the immediate supervisor in charge should be removed / suspended pending review of his actions , it would be interesting to obtain a copy of an after action report . The county sheriff should file a complaint , he should have been notified of an action taking place in his county , I really think the county should issue summons to the federal officers to explain why they did not follow required protocalls. EVEN DHS IS REQUIRED TO DO THIS BEFORE INITIATING ACTIONS on the local and state level , you must have permission when operating outside of your area ( non federal areas) last I looked the ranch was private property and rules apply to the county and state level ( LOCAL RULE) .

You’ve got it all wrong. You meant to say:

            • durango kidd

YMWW: I am very opposed to Agenda 21. The grazing rights issue in Nevada with Rancher Bundy is not an Agenda 21 issue. It is a business dispute between a renter and the property manager on behalf of the owner (US)

Bundy stopped paying his grazing fees, probably at the end of the year prior to renewal as fees are due every year by the end of the year. Therefore he did not renew his lease. No payment, no lease. Without a lease his cattle are trespassing.

You shoot trespassers don’t you? 🙂

                  I doubt it.

In 1993 when he stopped paying grazing fees, Agenda 21 was just a gleam in Pelosi’s eye. Its ALL about grazing fees. 🙂

                  DK,

In my state (and its WAY more developed than Nevada), if I find a spot of land, and continually do something to it for 7 years like plow it, build on it, park on it, drive on it, camp on it, with no opposition, etc, its mine.

Doubt me? Then you need to talk to the court house in the county next door.

The church that I attend has been in existence for about 130 years. If was moved to its current spot in 1920. After several years it was determined that we needed more parking. The neighboring land owner wasn’t using the land to the south. We asked if we could park on it. One thing led to another and today the area is a nice, white rock parking lot.

Over the years the land owner that allowed us to park there died, new owners bought, they sold, another owner who has no clue what has happened owns the land, so he thinks.

So the land next to the church was subdivided and the first lot south of the church had a house built on it. After closely examining his deed and his survey, new owner said we were tresspassing. It was his parking lot and demanded that we show a deed. Of course we cuold not. It was never deeded to us. We told the court house and they had no records of any permission or transfer, etc. After telling them the story the court house said the land is ours and the neighbor out of luck (and about a half acre). Under common law we now own the parking lot.

Theoretically, if the Bundy family has been using this land in a common law way (grazing cattle would qualify) for more than 7 years, the BLM can go pound sand.

Many things are this way. The government doesn’t like to admit it, but, all of its titles and laws are really bullshit. When it comes down to it, if we support Bundy enough it doesn’t matter what their color of law shitstains say. If no one has standing to oppose his claim, they are SOL.

The tortoise bullshit was for standing not for the environment.

I thought you knew this stuff? Is your business land? …and no, you can’t just “say” its yours for 7 years. You have to do something with it. You are embarassing yourself again.

                • durango kidd

NR: I understand the concept of Adverse Possession. AP does not apply in Bundy’s case. AP must be “open and notorious and continuous” in Arizona. It must also be uncontested.

Bundy stopped paying his grazing right fees in 1993. His continued use of the land for his cattle did not go “unnoticed” (open) by BLM and I am sure that the first Court case against Bundy occurred prior to 2000. That Complaint by BLM severed any time frame for Adverse Possession to succeed by a squatter (Bundy).

When he refused to comply with a BLM request to Vacate he became a Trespasser, and when he refused to comply with a Nevada Court Order he became a criminal. Bundy has brought all of this upon himself.

Unfortunately he has now dragged the Liberty Movement into his personal vendetta against the BLM, in a situation that the People cannot win because the legal issues are clear and align with the FEDs.

Let me remind you that there are 157,000 Ranchers in America who pay their legitimate grazing fees to the FED’s. Is that a “poll”? Are these Ranchers voting with their wallet?

It will end in the death of innocents on both sides for a cause that is neither legal nor just; and it will damage the credibility of the Liberty Movement. 🙁

            • the renegade braveheart

Good evening, Yo Mama. DK has really disappointed me being so 2-faced. On one hand he’ll acknowledge that certain actions of government are wrong then on the other hand defend those same illegal and unconstitutional actions. he can’t see the forest for the trees.

              • durango kidd

RB: You disappoint me because you are so blinded by your hatred for OUR government (and with good reason I might add) that you cannot discern the real issue in Nevada and the SCAM that Bundy is perpetrating upon the Liberty Movement.

Rancher Bundy is not Rosa Parks.

When the Liberty Movement uses a PRETEXT in their quest for Freedom and Justice, then they are no better than the PTB who use False Flags and Euphemisms to advance their Agenda. Nevada is NOT a Constitutional issue. If you think so, explain how it is a Constitutional issue. We can debate that.

The issue in Nevada is a commercial issue. A business issue, plain and simple. Don’t get sucked into supporting a thief who is picking your pocket while he uses your patriotism for his profit.

Events in Nevada will not end well for Rancher Bundy and no one should make a martyr out of a thief when he is killed. Nevada is NOT Ruby Ridge or Waco where innocents were killed.

It would be like making a war hero out of Pat Tillman when he was killed by friendly fire at close range because he was too gung ho for the troops he led.

Engage your employees at every level of gvernment, but where the Constitution clearly supports your actions. 🙂

I never meant that you wanted to see someone hurt. Don’t read into my statement more than is there.

I think you’re disappointed that the BLM backed off.

I think you need to realize that your precious government started this nonsense….and they started it years ago.

I’ve tried to educate you on what has been happening out west (and it’s been going on for over 20 years now), with the environmentalist-whacko groups using legalized extortion to force ranchers…and others off lands they have been on for generations.

But you’re having none of it.

To you…it’s just another financial transaction. And if the government uses dishonesty and trickery to accomplish their goals…..well then, that’s just too bad. Sucks to be the rancher.

This government does this kind of stuff every day to other Americans all across this country. (Again….watch the FOX special “Enemies of the State” for reference.)

Much of this has been because of legislation, but much of it has also been as a result of fiat regulations by alphabet agencies.

You always spout your mantra of “engage”.

Well….the Bundy family did just that. And you don’t like it nearly as much as you like to claim.

That’s why you’re just another government hack. Oh…you may not be employed by them, but somewhere along the line, you either derive your livelihood by something the government provides, or you have some other interest.

In any case….you are on the wrong side of this issue. And I find it particularly revealing.

This is why I say that there is a part of me that’s glad when these kind of events take place. Because it reveals who is really on the right side…and who just talks about it.

            • durango kidd

Walt: I don’t have any skin in the situation in Nevada. It is not a Constitutional issue. It is not a Freedom issue. It is a commercial issue. Bundy has successfully manipulated the deep resentment that the American People have for their government; particularly I think, people in the West, for his advantage.

Walt, do you think EVERY rancher in America (157,000) that leases land for their cattle to graze from US should stop paying those fees and continue to graze on Taxpayer land? Do you think it fair for a rancher to claim 300,000 acres of Taxpayer land as his own?

How about about miners, big and small? Do you think they should be able to develop these lands without paying any fees or royalties? Do I have your permission to claim all the land and minerals that I mine as my own and say “Fuck the American Taxpayer”?

Would that be fair and equitable to your mind? 🙂

              • Walt Kowalski

And you still haven’t done the research on the REAL issues with western grazing and land use issues, have you?

Come back when you actually know what you’re talking about…or at the very least, have a look at NetRanger’s post farther down this page.

                • durango kidd

Walt: I have looked at NR post and have asked him to supply links to official documents that would support Bundy.

Bundy himself says he doesn’t own the land.

If he doesn’t own the land and if he had been making payments for grazing fees, then when he stopped making his annual grazing fee payment, he had voluntarily released any claim upon the land; unless NR can produce legal documents that evidence otherwise.

I also doubt that his Lease Agreement stipulates that BLM would cut roads, build fences etc as has been stated. These Agreements allow the Lessee to do these things but at their own expense and those rules require the lessee to inform the BLM of those activities. I know because I cut a road on BLM land for my mining operation at my own expense and with their acknowledgement.

Somehow I doubt that this guy owns the mineral and water rights to this land: more than 300,000 acres as someone has stated here. If he did he would not be withholding Chump Change grazing fee payments.

No, this man is a thief masquerading as a Patriot and Liberty Lover to dupe the public for his personal benefit. The saddest part of it all is that sincere, well meaning, and patriotic liberty lovers have been fooled. Can you say “Bernie Madoff”? Its a scam Walt. 🙁

                • NetRanger

                  DK,

I find it odd that you demand links and evidence while at the same time provide none of your own.

The fact is, I could have a vast array of links and evidence, had I recorded it at the time of reading over the past week. When you study something and you finally understand it, you do not necessarily write down notes so that you can PROVE it later.

The fact is this: the story has been told and what you are fantasizing is nothing more than an opinion. What frosts my ass is that you appear to only be reading the cherry picked establishment information and basing your opinions on those. Even the establishment aknowledges what I am saying.

I have not seen the documents. I have not read the court cases. Have you? So, to day I have first hand evidence of anything would be a stretch. But my guess is that you read one or two head lines and made an assumption. This whole situation with the Bundy naysayers reminds me, once again, of the Zimmerman vs. Trayvon mess. The people that sided with Trayvon cherry picked and believed what they wanted. The people that sided with Zimmerman read EVERYTHING.
I’ve read everything. There is very little information convicting Bundy. There is some neutral stuff. The overwhelming information shows that Bundy is in the right. Did you read ANYTHING but a headline or two and then make assumptions? I call that Trayvonism. A fantasy of a 12 year old, cute, innocent Trayvon. (As a side note, I pissed of many people that sided with Trayvon when I quoted pieces of the open court case that TRAYVON’S OWN PEOPLE ASSERTED. Most people that sided Trayvon did it out of fantasy. It goes to show the power of a picture when one was, more or less, young and innocent, has.)

Frankly, your assertions that my narrative is lacking facts is the perfect example of “The Pot Calling The Kettle Black”.

After seeing your fantasy and misguided posts on here, I have to wonder who the hell you are. I’ve seen some very good posts by you in the past. Did you have some personality altering brain surgery? Frankly, your posts are schizophrenic. I do not wish to attack you personally, but, DK, are you OK?

The fact is, few people understand property rights. They don’t understand rights period and since way less than 50% of people actually own property in the states of The Union, except on paper, the subject of property rights is a foreign concept.

Your assertion that he does not own the grazing rights, water rights (and possibly mineral rights, as stated by Ranchers Wife), is simply blather that you can’t substantiate. Its written everywhere, their claims. They’ve claimed it in court and won. Do you think the BLM would have let him get away with this for 20 years if they had legal standing? No. 20 hours, maybe. They finally bought off a judge (mostly opinion but stands to reason) to emit some shitstained paper (a court order with appeal denied) and thought it was go time. (BTW, any court order that denies appeal spells “BRIBERY” to me.) Of course, it stands to reason that they would wand the appeal denied. Why? Every time they took Bundy to court, he would win on appeal because it would go up to the state court. Maybe this BRIBERY is not such of an OPINION after all.

So, here is a long list of articles you need to read. Not even the BLM is disputing what I say. Even they do not dispute that Bundy has those grazing rights, water rights (and possibly mineral rights), they are just doing what thay want like good a little statist organization does. They buy off a judge (opinion, not fact) and they’re on their way. I am compelled to read your posts because of past respect but I have been embarrassed for you each time. People that do not understand the situation at all (like YOU) should not be posting definitive opionons about things they (obviously) do not understand. You do not understand “range fees” on land where you own “grazing rights” and you, frankly, do not appear to understand rights or even leasing of those rights.

My post was condensed research. If you want the raw material, well, here it is. Its going to take me some time to gather it and backtrack, but, here you go:

It starts out with the BLM breaking the law. If they have to break the law to get someone to obey the law, thats a problem:

                  …and there are plenty more.

So, here you go: if you want to find out and understand you can ready my posts or you can read the links, I don’t care which. But, please stop posting. There is nothing more disgusting that someone posting stuff they are too ignorant to be embarrassed about.

So, there are my links, a few of them that I backtracked through my history. The fact is, I found NO SOLID EVIDENCE THAT CLIVE DID ANYTHING UNLAWFUL. Well, except from the BLM. They claim he didn’t pay his forage fees. This is true. This is the constitutional rights problem that you, DK, seem bound and determine to ignore. HE OWNS THE LAND. No, he doesn’t own it fully.

For all of you to understand this more thoroughly, here is an example:

If you and I owned a 100 acre piece of property and we decided to split it. I own the back half. You own the front half. The front half has a small river running through it that cannot be accessed without crossing your half of the property. I need water. When we split the property, we made a legal agreement that I would have the right to access the creek via a right-of-way along the north edge of the east half of your property, say a 20ft right of way.

10 years later, you die. Property is sold. New owner comes in. He decides to build a house right in the middle of the right of way with a sprawling yard and fences and all. Its his property, right? Now, he’s telling me I have to right to drive my water truck through his fences and his yard. Sorry new owner. You’re SOL. My water rights and ingress/egress rights pre-empt your ownership (and probably date of birth).

Don’t ask for links. I have none. What I do have is 25 years of research, 32 acres and 3 rights of way on my property.

It would also *NOT* discourage other people from posting something stupid as it would not give anyone a chance to educate them. What I complain about is that you should no better. I am dissapointed that you are not more astute on this issue.

Thanks, DK, for pissing me off and getting me to key this in.

                • durango kidd

NR: I am fine, thanks for asking! 🙂 I have read these links and stories and/or similar ones before. Nothing new, and no solid evidence. Mostly hearsay. I have based my analysis upon Bundy’s own statements and my knowledge of business law, real estate leases, and my personal experience with BLM.

I agree and have no doubt that NWO PTB interests want to steal the water for Casino Owners in Las Vegas. That is par for the course, er golf course.

I also have no doubt that the Tortoise is a Red Herring, but the Tortoise did not become an issue until 1998, FIVE YEARS after Bundy ceased paying his grazing fees. When he stopped paying his fees, for whatever reason, he lost the lease and legal access to the land for his herd. End of story.

I have run across these turtles in the desert (not within a hundred miles my mine of course) and I am not surprised that they are “endangered”, because they are really stupid.

I picked up one about to slip over a 200 foot drop and carried him or her a couple hundred yards from the danger and pointed him, or her, in a safe direction. The turtle turned around and marched directly toward the cliff.

Sometimes you can’t fix stupid. You just have to wait until the fat lady sings. 🙂

Islander: I don’t and I, like you, have an UNDIVIDED interest in the land. He must have 100% permission or he has NO permission. 🙂

              • JustAnotherBubba

I wonder how it is you think that you have any interest of any sort in this particular Nevada State land(beyond informational). It’s County land to be more precise.

His developments predate and supercede their claim to the land and you don’t like it. He’ll pay the money to the rightfull recipient and no one else. We’ll help if need be.
His county is where the money belongs; not suplementing your weasly federal tax evasion schemes of sucking up and kissing their boots to enrich yourself mining on other peoples land. You suck on all of our wallets and then call him wrong. Piss off jag off, he wasn’t costing us a dime until fucks like you got involved.

He could have farmed that land for the next 10 generations on what has been spent so far.

        2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;
        3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;

UPDATE FROM DOUG HAGMANN-10:31 PM EASTERN-4/13/14
Special Note: As I stated in my report yesterday, additional information would be forthcoming today (Sunday). To those who object to the lateness of the hour for this report, it should be understood that I rely on my sources at their “convenience” (although convenience does not exist in the realm of exposing the agenda of the feds). Also, this is still a dynamic situation, meaning that federal assets and plans are still in play.

Narrative: As indicated in my report dated yesterday, 12 April 2014, I have been in contact with my primary source within the DHS as well as a secondary source outside of the DC area on multiple occasions throughout today. It is important for people to understand that the “breakdown” of the federal exercise is nearly as methodical and time consuming as the run-up to their arrival. The situation is still fluid, and there are federal assets still being debriefed.

Based on the information obtained from both sources who are known to this investigator but who are requesting anonymity for obvious reasons, however, the federal initiative to claim the land at the center of controversy in Nevada remains intact. Perhaps the most important information derived from both contacts is that the situation is not over. In the words of the DHS source, “they [the BLM and other support agencies] will be back.”

According to both sources, plans are being made to physically return on or about the date of the “American Spring,” which is scheduled for 16 May 2014. The purpose for choosing that date or approximate time period should be obvious. The most vocal and visible leaders of the patriot movement will be busy organizing and attending the DC event. It is during this period that the BLM and support agencies, by way of their physical presence combined with court actions, is intended.

Additionally, I was advised by a separate intelligence source that it is important for us in the patriot movement to understand that the situation is much more important to the federal government than just the visible components , or the stand-off, at the Bundy ranch alone. Consider the following:

            · The current leadership wants to create [2014] as “the summer of rage.” They are astutely aware of the difference in public perception between the rural population and the urban areas, and intend to shape public perception against the patriot movement. They are already spinning the situation at the Bundy ranch into a “display of reasonableness” exhibited by the BLM, DHS and all federal agencies.

            · The current leadership is attempting to ramp up the rhetoric in the mainstream media about the dangers of the patriotic movement and the threat they posed to life, limb and liberty. Of course, this is untrue. The intent is to cast an even wider net of anti-gun ownership initiatives over those displaying such “radical” tendencies as shown at the Bundy ranch.

            · It is important to note that the intelligence source contacted by this investigator stressed that the leadership has every intention to stretch out future stand-offs and events, as such ultimately work to (or will be spun) to their benefit. It is their intent to “game the resolve and practicality of the people.

            · Additionally, it must be noted that Cliven Bundy is literally “the last man standing” in the way of this federal land grab. Over four dozen ranchers have fallen victim to the federal land grabs. Clear title to the state-owned land cannot be claimed unless and until all claims to that land, (the Bundy presence) can be removed. As many already know, the intent is for the federal government to hold clear title as collateral and ultimately conveyance to global interests. While many are aware of its value to Harry Reid and others, this is also about the resources under the ground.

Additional updates will be provided as further data is developed from source – and not before.

If anyone thinks this is over with a Patriot win, they will be sadly mistaken. The FED’s are not going to let this Rancher ignore TWO Court orders and allow him to continue to run his cattle on Taxpayer land.

        Not gonna happen.

While the FED stand down shows what Liberty Lovers, Patriots, and the People can achieve when they organize, communicate, volunteer, donate, and vote …. by ballot or bullet …. the real issue here is not now, and never was, Free Speech Zones. That was a Federal mistake, as was the threat to shoot into the crowd.

Those mistakes will not be repeated in the next round.

This is not a victory for the People against a Tyrannical Government, even though WE have a Tyrannical Administration running OUR government. This is a victory for a Deadbeat Rancher who has successfully manipulated the People to support his theft via his non-payment of grazing fees.

Would you folks here, and the Militia there, be so willing to get involved in the Nevada business dispute if it had been between two Ranchers, where Bundy was leasing that ground from a private owner? I don’t think so. I think everyone would recognize that it was a simple civil matter of the Lessee breaking his lease with the Lessor.

And that is the real problem in this case. You folks and the Militia would be willing to support someone who is legally wrong just because it is an opportunity to strike out at a Government that you hate; and understandably, considering what OUR employees have down to US. I understand that, and that is why the FED stand down is not a victory for Liberty.

It is not a victory for Liberty because it is not a victory for Justice. 🙁

        • Walt Kowalski

You still haven’t taken the time to educate yourself regarding land use issues in the west as regards the Federal Government (via the BLM and USFS) and public use (both ranching and recreational).

Like I said….it’s not that you are ignorant…it’s that so much of what you know isn’t true.

          • durango kidd

Walt: I am well aware of land issues in the West as I donate to those Groups, like Public Lands for The People and others who are fighting for OUR land rights. Land is my business.

There are many land and water conflicts in the West. Each of them has separate legal issues specific to the individual case.

While I agree that the Federal Government is over reaching, grabbing American Trust Lands, and denying OUR access to OUR own lands, the issue in Nevada with Rancher Bundy is a commercial one and quite simple:

Rancher Bundy has failed to make legitimate grazing fee payments for the use of Taxpayer lands, but continues to graze his herd on Taxpayer forage.

Should the other 157,000 Ranchers in America who pay grazing fees be allowed to use Taxpayer forage for FREE? 🙂

            • durango kidd

Walt: If your answer is yes, then there IS a free lunch in America, for kids and cows, but it would seem that the cows eat better! 🙁

              • John W.

They drove/forced 52 other ranchers that were making their lease payments off their land. Stop being a troll and get an education. The missed lease payments could have been handled by a lien on his tax returns. There was no reason to call in snipers and other retards to handle a rancher who had made no threats. Just wait ass wipe your turn may come someday although as you are a fed insider and disinformation shill you are most likely one of the privileged.

                • durango kidd

John W: My “beef” is with Bundy. He has not been paying his grazing fees for 20 years. I do not have enough information about the cases of the other 56 ranchers to make a judgement.

I doubt that you do either. 🙂

                • durango kidd

John W: LMAO! Me, privileged? I grew up on fried potatoes and ketchup sandwiches. Peanut butter and jelly on a good day. 🙁

                • NetRanger

DK: So, what you are saying is that without the “grazing fees” Clive’s forage rights, water rights and mineral rights mean nothing?

If that is what you are saying, the STFU! You are as bad as the rogue administration that calls the shots for the BLM.

The fact is they would never have let it go this far if Clive did not have standing. Why are you shillin’ this so deep? I suddenly have a very bad feeling about you. Land is your business? Really? So what if I owned the mineral right to that ground? Bought it free and clear before the BLM. Can the BLM say, “I’m sorry Mr. Ranger, but this ground has turtles on it and we cannot allow you to get the minerals that you own from the land. You are just out of luck.” Are you saying they can do that? If that is what you believe then WHY THE HELL DID I BUY THE RIGHTS TO THE MINERALS? This isn’t Star Trek! I cannot BEAM them minerals out.

Clive owns forage rights. Whether you like it or not or the BLM likes it or not, you both are SHIT OUT OF LUCK. *HE* owns the right to run his cattle on the land. Those rights are pre-emptive because HE PURCHASED THEM! What you just can’t seem to understand is that it is HIS PROPERTY. No, he does not have full surface rights other than those needed to allow his cattle to forage. He also has the right to build roads and infrastructure to support his foraging operation.

What part of YOU ARE JUST PLAIN WRONG do you not understand?

HA! Under common law, he may not even have to have a piece of shitstained paper that shows he “owns” anything!

NR: Thanks for the link. Another deadbeat Rancher. It would appear that Gardner is and has been taking the same stance that Bundy has: that the BLM does not have jurisdiction over him or the land, and therefore he can run his cattle on Taxpayer land without paying grazing fees. It’s a great way to get a FREE lunch if you can get it, but …… BTW, again, Bundy does not claim ownership.

The State of Nevada and the Courts have ruled otherwise. Twice.

The correct process which would have protected both Rancher’s leasehold on the land would have been to challenge ownership and jurisdiction in the Courts while continuing to pay the fees; then ask for a return of fees, attorney’s fees, and “damages”.

I don’t know if they had a Jury Trial during these proceedings; but I would suspect that a jury trial could negate the Court’s ruling, and obviously these Rancher’s can have another day in Court with a Jury; if they have not had a jury trial yet. And Jury Trials are typical for financial disputes of this magnitude. It’s not a $1 million parking ticket.

If they had …… the judgement will stand. If and when a jury deliberates upon the issue, I have no doubt that it will come done to whether these Ranchers abandoned or forfeited their by non-payment.

                  It’s called “Due Process”. 🙂

Blah, blah, blah, “He ignored two court orders” Then parroting the media talking points..Parasite, deadbeat, ad nausem. Good job DK, your loving Government has about taken away most of our liberties where we are just about to the point of being serfs working for the Liege Lord. When they come to take your property, (oh yes your land, public or private, will be defaulted to foreign interest when the firesale begins), I will be wondering why one doth protest to much?

          • durango kidd

mqg25: I have only read one article from LSM at CNN and that was today from a link supplied on this site from a comment here.

My understanding of the Nevada situation comes primarily from Alt Media, Bundy himself, and my knowledge of business law, real estate law, contracts and lease law, and my personal experience with BLM.

So if LSM is using those adjectives to describe Rancher Bundy, they are parroting me. Just so you have the facts. Unlike Alt Media Sheeple, I can think for myself!!! 🙂

I wouldnt use the pepper spray image. Those kids werent tied up. They actually volunteered to be sprayed. If you look at the raw footge from that incident, the kids had made a circle around police telling them that they could not leave with their prisoners. The police had yo choose between pepper spray and trying to carry their occupy prisoners over the heds of the chanting kids and injure somebody, they told the kids they would have to pepper spray part of the circle if the kids continued to encircle the police and refuse to move. Not only did the occupiers refuse to move, a geoup of kids volunteered to be pepper sprayed and dropped don in the spot relieving the kids ho had been there originally. They ented to look like martyrs, everybody screaming “dont hoot the children”! While the csupposed children were ll psyched and excited to be sprayed. That vop did the only thing he could do nd walked into a propaganda trap. Police brutality is real, but so is anti-police leftist propaganda and youve kind of mistaken one for the other. Best.

I’ve got an excellent idea. Why don’t we all register a “Brand” and each of use buy a 100 head of bred cows and take them to Bunkerville and release them with Clivens cattle since the grazing is free. The BLM may not like it, but it’s not their land and I’m sure Cliven won’t mind. We may have to pull them out a little early this fall cause the grazing may get a little thin, but that may depend on how many of us take advantage of this free land. Sure makes since to me. I know Clivens been there a long time so he’s entitled to 1000 head and since we’re new commers we’ll only start off with a 100 head. Can I get some input on this? Trekker Out.

        • RS

Unfortunately bred cattle are about 1k/head. And most have calved already or are calving shortly. I like your thinking though.

          • NetRanger

Sounds like a good idea, however, since we don’t own any forage rights or water rights, we’d be tresspassing *UNLESS* we could lease the rights for our 100 head to forage and drink. They are his rights to do with as he pleases. …not that the BLM will honor that, but under the law, it is truth.

Of course we might want to check with someone whos “bussiness is land” and see if that would be a lawful thing to do.

            • Mountain Trekker

NetRanger, your trying to insert Rule of Law. We don’t need forage rights or water rights. Most on this site seems to think that this land belongs to who ever wants to use it, and besides who would I have to lease this from. Bundy or the BLM. On another subject, where I live there is a lot of National Forest. Wonder if it would be alright to just cut some timber and build a log home since no one owns this timber or land. On second thought, there is BLM land less than 200yards from my house, guess I should put some cattle on it, don’t know if the rancher that pays a lease for it would mind. But maybe he hasn’t been making his lease payments either. Trekker Out. Freemen Own Guns, Slaves Don’t!

              • NetRanger

You are incorrect and your understanding of what is and what isn’t is flawed.

First, they were not “lease payments” they were “range fees”. Different. The BLM were trying to say they were lease payments, they were not. He has forage and water rights to the land that were purchased over 100 years ago and have been handed down from his grandfather, to his father and to him.

How would you like it if your family had purchased “weekend camping rights” 100 years ago to the BLM land next to you. Then, one day, you’re pitching you tent with your kids and some BLM agent comes along and says, “Sir, we can’t allow you to do that. The squirmy wormy that inhabits these woods is a protected species and you cannot camp here anymore.”

What would *YOU* do? Would it be “Oh, sorry sir.” and leave.

What if your grandpa paid $60 for the camping rights in 1890? …and the BLM offered to buy you out for $60, would you take it? (Even considering that the $60 back then was 3 $20 goldpieces that would not be something like $5000?)

You people that are beating this guy down DO NOT UNDERSTAND the situation. You’re using some type of citified land dispute paradigm that is for city lot surveying and enforcement.

I don’t mean to be excessively harsh, but, many of you just look like total dumbasses when it comes to this situation. Sure, I’m anti-government but not because I’m anti-government. I’m anti-government because the bastards constantly break the law, color of law and common law. Besides, the BLM is a foreign interest asset. Get it? What the hell are they doing pushing a rancher around anyway?

Read my posts before you go siding with anybody that says Clive just doesn’t want to pay his taxes. That is so wrong. You don’t udnerstand that he’s been paying them, just not to the BLM. He has the money, its not like he is poor.

I think that is more the problem. The class warfare brainwashing has seeped into many of your brains. Clive is a rich man but, he is a rich man with rights. He may be rich but he’s one of us, not the elite. That is why they are trying to beat him down. That is why he deserves our help.

This situation is not a pretext. This is real attempted property theft by the fedcoats, both directly (The Cattle) and indirectly (The Forage and Water Rights).

Net Ranger: Your information is amazing. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to try and educate us….I have learned a lot.

Question: I have seriously pondered the suggestion by MT. Would it be reasonable to buy a cow for Bundy’s ranch (or whatever ranch is near you) build up his stock, let him keep the calves, let him manage the heard, then when it’s time to sell or make steaks, get a percentage of the sale or meat?

Is that even possible or reasonable? It seems like a good idea to me. Kinda win/win….

I don’t know anything about ranching, so forgive me if I’m way off base.

Further thought on “cow sharing”……if say hundreds of people bought cows for ranchers to manage, and the feds tried to pull whatever….there would be more people with a dog in the fight, a faster response by the people and people’s family and friends….because they are DIRECTLY threatening your property and food. There would be a swarm of armed patriots in an hour, not a day….also people would feel like they were part of the ranch community, even if they lived far away….community is what we need for what is coming….

Do you see where I’m going with this? Does it even make sense?

NetRanger, I agree with everything you have said. DK has it all wrong.

                • NetRanger

Not sure PK. You’d have to take that up with Clive. He’d have to figure the angle on the charges.

Were I to do that, I’d simply buy yearling calves and raise them for another year or two. If one had a cheap source of feed for over winter, you could buy, winter over, graze the next year then butcher in the fall.

Problem is, right now cattle are running above $100 (thats a per 100 pound price. Thats how they sell them. $s per 100). My father in law just purchased a couple calves and he had to pay $110. they were 500 pounders. He paid of $1100 dollars for the two. He didn’t want to winter them over last fall so he waited until now to get them. Wishes he hadn’t now.

I’d say mountain trekker’s idea could work but most ranchers really don’t want to mess with the general public.

When I managed cattle, 30 some years ago, our herd varied from 40 to 70 head. When the cows would calve, it would go up, but then we’d haul off the older cows and the 2 and 3 year olds and the herd would shrink. We’d keep the nice looking cows for breading stock, swapping bulls out ever 3 or 4 years to keep the genetics from degrading.

As I think back now, I knew every cow and every bull. When I would feed and haul and herd. Strange those memories so long ago. I did it for about 10 years from the time I was 11 years old. I was born into it. By the time I was 7 or 8 I was fixing fencline (we had about 10 miles of electric fence). Wow, the stories I could tell.

                  Here is one:

The cow that didn’t know she was a cow. April.

I found her on a cold April morning. She could barely stand. Born a little early in the season. Perfectly healthy. No mother around. No other cattle around. I forced her to lay down near a tree and piled leaves up over her to help keep her warm. I headed over the hill to find the herd and her mother.

I was 12, out running fenceline. It was shorted. Limb probably on it. I found it, fixed it and found April. I went and found the herd. I found the cow that had just given birth. I could hear April’s moos just over the hill. I’m sure her mother could to. I gently tried to push April’s mother back to her. I saw the crazy switch flip on. Cows are like that sometimes. She took off across the pasture and down through the woods like I’d shot at her.

I went back home and told my dad what had happened. He acknowledged that the cow that had given birth was the crazy cow that he just didn’t have room for in the last load we hauled last fall. Now he regretted not making room.

We took a nipple and put over a heated bottle of milk. Milk in a pop bottle still still seems strange to me. I fed the starving thing and covered it back up with leaves. Though it was almost half a mile from the house, I could hear its paniced moos a few hours later. Off I went with another bottle of milk.

By this time I realized that she’d been abandoned. Crazy cow was never going to allow her to nurse. So, I went back, once again on my dirt bike, the vehicle of choice for fence running farm boys. She drank the bottle right down.

I thought I’d go back and get the truck and put her in the front seat with me and take her home. But, no, that was not possible. There was no way this 40 pound calf was going to let me leave. I was now the adopted mother.

For the next 5 years, I had a buddy. She grew to about 700 pounds. Followed me everywhere if I would let her. The funniest stuff was when friends would come over. I’d say, “Hey! I need to check out the cattle. Lets go take a walk.” I’d see the herd and we’d walk that way. As soon as April we see me HERE SHE’D COME! FULL THROTTLE! All 700 pounds of head waving, tail slapping Herford. I’d do a couple things. Sometimes I’d say, “Don’t move. They can’t see you if you don’t move.” Terrified, my friend would freeze. …until I couldn’t keep from busing out laughing. Then I’d give April a big hug. She was like a 700lb teddy bear only smellier. She would hang out with us for a while then go back with the herd and eat. Sometimes I’d get on her back. She always seemed to enjoy that too.

The other thing I would do is yell, “OMG! Mad cow! RUN! RUN!” Of course my friend wouldn’t know the difference. You should see how fast people can run what they’re about to crap their drawers! Of course I’d just stand there laughing.

The joke was all on them until one day I did that, April came running and kind of stumbled. That 100lb head swinging around caught me right in the side and I went flying. I woke up with April and my friend standing over me, April’s giant, wet, stinky nose right on top of mine. I sware to this day she was trying to apologize.

                  April was quite the pet.

She died on November 15th when she was 6 years old. Don’t really know why. I noticed I didn’t see her with the herd one day. I found her laying dead. I went and got the backhoe and buried her about 200 yard due south of where I’m sitting now. I only knew her for 5 years but it still hurt as my dad and I gently rolled her off in the hole I dug.

Oh, btw, she had a calf when she was about 3. The calf was crazy as a loon. Dad told me to expect it. It usually skips a generation.

Night all. Prayers to the Bundys.

I have read nothing about these contract cowboys working for the BLM. A good test to see Bundy has the support of local ranchers is if the day money cowboys were local or trucked in by the feds from long distances. I really want to know more about them, that will tell me more about the situation.
I do know that I would NEVER saddle my horse to do that kind of work under these circumstances. Too divided and venomous.

        • RS

Okay. Sorry by I read a bit more about this. The hired hands are from UTAH. This tells me that they couldn’t get locals to work for them.
I have heard people call the day money cowboys traitors. I hope that they were unaware to the situation before being hired on and left when they became aware of it. If they didn’t quit on the spot they are traitors.
The cattle were supposed to be sold in Utah as well which is nothing out of the ordinary in itself. Cattle are frequently trucked out of state for sale. The fact that they had to pay of the sale barn is what is damning. I would guess that sale barn will be out of business soon. Nobody will want to be associated with that kind of business and word travels quickly.

These guys– the Malitia– they need to have protective gear such as bullet proof vests, helmets, and AK-47’s. They look too vulnerable… if they do intend to fight, they better get it right– dress for the occassion. (Just don’t want to see anything bad happen to them!)

God bless the Bundy’s, but I hope his supporters stay around for at least a month!

      • BigYank

What you state as 5000 heavily armed militia turned out to be less than 1000 protesters, some of whom had firearms.

What about the facts that Bundy has been in violation of the laws since 1987. He had the right to use of the land through a land lease. He has refused to pay the fees associated with this legal lease for over 25 years. He has been in violation of several court orders.

Why don’t you people also report about these FACTS. You continually break the law you are eventually going to have to pay the piper.

        • PKLauLau

Big Yank: I’ve seen the videos made from the militia that were THERE. Your facts are wrong and you have no clue what you are talking about.

Again. The government can only do what YOU allow them to do. Don’t allow further encroachments into your liberties and rights and fight back whenever the snake rears it’s ugly head.

You can also bet they are watching how this unfolded and will send overwhelming force next time. React accordingly and in kind.

      • sixpack

We need to roll enough heads, that it will be a long time before there is a “next time.” Starting with Harry Reid.

        • sixpack

There just happens to be a whole lotta patriots on Nevada soil right now…maybe a road trip to Reid’s office is in order.

      • MadMarkie

        Yo Socrates –

And just what do you think would have happened to the United States precious “safe-haven-status” as a place to SAFELY ‘park’ your money, if the nightly news showed US Citizens engaged in open, active and armed conflict with the BLM assholes?

It really wouldn’t do too much to attract or retain foreign investment in the US.

Our government is beginning to look very much like another one of those fucking third world banana republic dictatorships.

We do live in interesting times!!!! Please keep an eye on the chair closest to you …… I have a feeling that the music is getting ready to stop.

God Bless and good luck to all who post here, even my old amigo Barn Cat. As harsh and judgmental as he is of others; I have a feeling that he needs God’s blessings perhaps a little more than most.

Believe, Wall St. knows about this already, and so does those chinese investors…if not, they will know shortly.

          • PKLauLau

Can you imagine the chinese investors watching this? They will truely believe that the American public will not be cowed and that there is a gun behind every blade of grass.

This is a scary thought, what will Harry do to make this deal happen. What if the chinese pull out of the deal, what will Harry do then?

I need an adult beverage now…(thanks whoever said that)!

What part of this story isn’t clear—it’s clear to me.
              China over Nevadans??

              • PKLauLau

Jay-Jay….No doubt treason. No doubt crazy loon wrong. Of course Nevada/Us citizens over China….

My worry is that they have given China the land in exchange for our debt. And what will Harry do to make that happen to the good American Citizens and Patriots. While I believe in our numbers and our sovereign rights, they have bigger weapons, the law (made up law) on their side, purely evil intent and a Godless soul to keep themselves in power and money. So, I say again, what will Harry do to make this happen?

I fear for our people. That’s all I meant.

                PKLL

                • sixpack

Sounds like we’ll be practicing with targets that are imported from china…

                • NetRanger

PKLL, the proper terminology for “made up law” is “color of law”. Which, essentially means, looks like law but is not. All federal codes, statutes and regulation are just that. Unbeknownst to the masses, they brainwashed most into believe “the law” is “The Law” when it is not. They abbreviate color of law with the title “the law” and it sounds just like “The Law” but it is not.

The *ONLY* reason they can do this is because they have guns and they are willing to murder. Which, reminds me:

Government of this day does only three thngs:

                  1. Lie
                  2. Steal
                  3. Murder

In many cases all three are used. In most cases at least two are used. But, in EVERY SINGLE CASE at least one of those three tactics are used by government to get ANYTHING done.

I defy any person posting on this conversation to show me otherwise. If you come up with something that government has done in the last 10 years that doesn’t use at least one of the above activities, I’m betting that you just don’t know the whole story.

This is not an opinion. This is fact. …and a very sad one.

                • PKLauLau

Net Ranger: Thanks for the reply and info… I never understood “the color of law” before…..and sadly you are right.

I posted a few questions for you a little higher up….if you get some time, can you reply?

                  Thanks,

            • sixpack

Even if they finally pull it off and the chinese win—they are well behind enemy lines here…life could be ugly for a chinese business in no-man’s land…just the damage from the weather alone could be financially heart-breaking…not to mention the things that go bump in the night.

        • NetRanger

MM, wow! Huge trains of thought hit my brain when I read your post. Hmmm. I’m really thinking that when Brietbart broke the Rory Reid Represents Chinese Energy story that is what really took this situation and shorted out the batteries. I mean, it was the combo of patriots, guns, resistance and exposure that meant they could no longer keep it all under wraps. Yeah, buddy, these people are crooks too the core!

          Huh, like *THATS* news, right?

          • sixpack

THAT, and the fear of what else we might be able to uncover, given the proper motivation….sometimes it is safer to just let the sleeping dragon sleep.

      • jerrytbg

I almost expect DK to show up and start back peddling and saying some of what you’re saying …. 🙂

        On a more salient point…I agree totally…
They will be back and in force…Let us see how they configure…

        • durango kidd

Any Patriots marching on Reid’s office should be marching on that office for the repeal of Agenda 21, and/or his attempts at gun control; NOT in support of a Deadbeat Rancher.

Liberty Lovers and Patriots must align themselves with real Constitutional issues of freedom and justice, not bogus ones, like a trumped up altercation between a thief and the Courts.

Otherwise WE do ourselves and our CAUSE a grave disservice. 🙁

          • the renegade braveheart

DK, Bundy is not a deadbeat or a thief.

            • durango kidd

RB: He is a Deadbeat because he owes the Court over One Million Dollars in fees and fines: $300,000 by his own admission and refuses to pay because he believes that OUR land is his land.

He IS a thief because he is stealing forage for his herd from Taxpayer land without payment. YOUR land. MY land. Do you think the other 157,000 ranchers in America who currently pay grazing fees should get to run their herds on Taxpayer land for FREE?

Should miners, big and small get to claim the land and minerals they mine without fees or royalties? What is good for the goose is good for the ganders. 🙂

              • NetRanger

Miners do all the time. If they have purchased the mineral rights, buddy! I thought you said “my business is land”. For someone who says that, they don’t seem to understand that when you own something you can use or posess it and any government entity or person that attempts to keep you from posessing it is effectively stealing from you.

While the land is your land and my land, the forage rights and water rights are not ours! They belong to Clive. Your message was from an earlier time, I’m just mopping up after you in hopes that you’ve finally realized the facts involved with this case.

                • durango kidd

NR: Miners have not been allowed to purchase the mineral rights through the FEDs for some time. What mining companies do today is “land swaps” with the FEDs.

The mining company will buy private land the FS or BLM wants; maybe a “wetland” or a “conservation corridor” and engineer a swap.

I am looking at one myself. 🙂

                • Old Guy

Its boils down to this Bundy and his supporters think that the forage & water rights belong to Bundy. unfortunately the courts have decided other wise. Did he appeal the two court orders telling him to remove the cattle? If he did I would really like to see the court documents. If he did not appeal the only thing I can say is (He who will not when he may when he will shall have nay).

                • sixpack

DK, land swaps make perfect sense. Low key, potentially everybody ends up with what they want, unless the original owner didn’t want to sell or got ripped off on the price.

With no clear violations, those swaps could fly under the radar forever.

          • Walt Kowalski

            @Durango Kid

And you still can’t make the connection that this IS about Agenda 21.

Geez….I thought you were smarter than that DK.

            I guess not.

            • durango kidd

Walt: Why don’t you just answer my questions. 🙂

              • Walt Kowalski

Try doing the research I’ve suggested.

                Your questions are red herrings.

                • durango kidd

Walt: Bundy stopped making lease payments in 1993. The tortoise did not become an issue on this land until 1998. This is NOT an Agenda 21 issue with Bundy.

He is a thief, manipulating the liberty Movement for personal profit. 🙁

                • NetRanger

It is if you own the land without a deed, which, if you will read my post about our church, can even happen in much more developed and populated areas.

                • durango kidd

NR: Property law in the East where you live, evolved from English Common Law. Property law in the West, once owned by Mexico, evolved from Spanish Law. There are subtle differences, but meaningful ones: particularly with respect to say, property and divorce.

Sorry, but you cannot apply the example of your church to a power struggle in Nevada over grazing rights. 🙁

          • John W.

Reid lives in DC at the Ritz Carlton and is seldom in Nevada. Bothering his office would be pointless. Plus he is untouchable just like all the inner cabal of the Democrat/communist party. The Stupid party is just slightly better. Their silence on this situation tells us all we need to know.

            • sixpack

I gave you a green one with one caveat—no one is completely untouchable, given the proper motivation.

      • ENFP

We need to stand up for everyone the government is targeting with Agenda 21 – the front yard gardeners, people living off-grid, etc. This is the way we defend our God-given rights.

      • Not so fast

If the BLM or any other LEO assembles an overwhelming force, they have to come from someplace. Who will be minding the store while they are gone? This is especially true of major cities where there is a shortage of LEOs to start with.

Remember Katrina when 50% of NO police officers went AWOL? What do you think will happen when they start loosing BLM agents? Yes they are trained, yes they are well armed, and yes this is just a job for them. You can’t spend your pension if you are in a box underground.

Look up the definition of Saboteur and get your shoe ready.

And then there are Promise Keepers.

BRAVO PATRIOTS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. This victory is larger than life. However we shouldn’t nor we’ll put our guards down. The puppet masters are pissed and don’t think they’ll stop their satanic planning. However the message is clear and loud. Think twice you paid SOB’s before you try to subdued our freedoms. Think ten times harder to plan to disarm us. The reason the patriots won was simple. The 2nd Amendment of the US constitutions. Period. SALUTE TO ALL FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS.

      • SterlingSilver

There need to be at least a hundred more Cliven Bundys stand up and challenge illegitimate authority on our public lands. This experience showed the Cliven Bundys that We the People have had enough and will stand by them. Support for Bundy came form oregon, utah, montana, arizona, nevada. Its a pain but much less painful then full blown war. We out number them, we actually out gun them, and we can out think and out principle them. Time to pull together before it gets worse.

Lesson for the day: You’re not alone. Make a stand and you’ll get your back up.

        • sixpack

Someone with the resources needs to go back over the land acquisitions of private/public lands and find out who the previous owners are. Give them a chance to tell their story to the public of what happened to them. We need to hear from a lot more than just Nevada.

I’m pretty miffed now that I know my state, Oregon, is about 70 percent BLM owned. I live pretty close to a national forest—could my home be next? Who knows, but I’m sure going to try to find out.

Keep in mind the Obama Regime has hired thousands of people to do just that and post Regime support comments all over the Internet. Also, the Obama Regime has the resources of the federal alphabet agencies which are now using computer programs (I call them ObamaBots) to actually go online and get into discussions to disrupt us. I know I was “talking” to a ObamaBot last year on youtube when the “person” never made sense and kept typing the same thing over and over. It was because I was “talking” to a machine…I know it had to be.

From what the hookers say in DC about Reid, you would need a microscope and tweezers to pin that on a stick.

          • Vicky

A flag with a Medusa type face on it. Reid has to be brought up on charges and jailed, or everyone else in Congress will think they can get away with massive wealth grabs, as well. None of them have a moral objection, so we go back to community standards. I am fearful for the patriots who may have been identified. Obama has no compunctions about having them killed by SWAT teams in the night, but if not that, they will be audited every year for the rest of their life, and they will NEVER be able to pass. This may have been a “Second Shot Heard Around the World”, but I think Obama grudgingly called it off to prop up his sagging approval ratings. Those of you in a safe and solid militia need to rejoice. Most militias are riddled with a 98% gov’t spy presence, two dull-witted teenagers who think they’ve joined Captain America, and one guy (the founder) in a tinfoil hat. We have to protect the patriots who were identified, search for them if they’re missing and if all else fails, dig up their bodies and press for homicide charges. Soon, there will be too many of us for them to ignore or ridicule which is when we begin to make changes reflecting the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This has to come about quickly as the Feds are busy working on ultra death machines which will make a win for us much less likely. Robot soldiers, heat guns, noise cannons and GPS searches which can pick out a human face in the dark from 900 feet away.I really, really don’t want to be shot, but will consider it an honor if it saves the cause. Band together and take care of each other. Blessings!

            • sixpack

An advantage that the patriots who went to Bunkerville have, is that they had a chance to meet others. While there may have been govt agents there for that purpose, not everyone was an agent.

As far as “being identified”, Oathkeepers have not exactly been hiding. Stewart Rhodes is well known. I’m confident that the sleepers among us took precautions to remain in the shadows. The footage from Bundyville (as I call it) showed that they did not bust out all of their arms to show off to the world and to the FEDs.

The govt STILL has no idea what they had. I also wonder how much a satellite can really see through a cowboy hat or baseball cap, from up there. License plates don’t mean much, vehicles are borrowed every day, not to mention stolen. Many people don’t change over the registration quickly, if ever, so they pretty much need to catch you in one.

As for “toying” with us, I’m not ready to concede that the Oathkeepers are anyone to be toyed with…

              • NetRanger

                Roger all of that Sixpack.

There were the “militia” front that just showed enough arms to be intimidating. Were I to go out there, I would have been heavily, but covertly (kept it in the trunk until need) armed. …and believe me, they have no idea what I [have | have had | still have | will have]. I live in a state that treats used shovels only slightly different that used firearms. A 4473 means about as much as a Dairy Queen reciept in this state.

So, we kind of won this round. But, they’ve been putting the squeeze on Clive for 20 plus years. I really don’t think they’ll back down. They’ll hit him again sooner or later. Crooks never give up.

        William Wallace:

Bout time. From this point forward, Patriots need to stick together and work together to begin to correct the evil that Washington has unleashed upon our country. It may take decades to fix, but fix it we must for those that come after us, our children, and their children. We must stop the same 535 millionaire lawyers from destroying us. Stop the millions of federal employees basking in 6 figure salaries and benefits for life, and stop the 40 percent who CHOOSE not to work and look to the rest of us for substinance. Let’s get our America, that so many have fought and died for back. Let’s just get it back.

Just goes to you show there is still power in the people. But the next crisis like this will mean the BLM and Feds will hurry up and do the arrest before people and material can come in along with media attention . If it wasn’t for people gathering this would have ended badly for Bundy .If you notice mainstream media downplayed it usual .But i think it also sends a message that the people are tired of there crap , there lies, there corruption , there laws and regulations which go against the constitution . If a fire fight did break out they surely would know that it wouldn’t end well for the government in general as it would solidify more unity for the people posing a much bigger threat to the current throne of power .

      • DaisyK

Just goes to show the power of the internet. Mainstream media ignored this until the internet videos went viral.

They have discovered that the real power is in the internet. Next time they will shut down the internet first.

        Beware.

        • Gods Creation

“”They have discovered that the real power is in the internet. Next time they will shut down the internet first. “”

Should the internet go down, it is time to mobilize where ever you may be…

          • Warchild Dammit!

GC,agree with that completely, the net/cell ect. down tis time to be more vigilant then ever and be ready to do the right thing no matter what.

            • sixpack

              Oh I get it now—it wasn’t a REAL red thumber, it’s just a stalker…pffftt!

          • Walt Kowalski

I had this thought as well Gods Creation. The only reason any of the MSM (Yes…FOX News is part of the MSM) picked up on this is because the alternative media spread it all over the Internet and it couldn’t be ignored.

I have several “triggers” that tell me when it’s on.

And one of them is when the Internet either gets taken down….or I no longer have access to sites that tell the truth about what is happening.

The CAN make access to certain sites difficult, while leaving the rest of the Internet untouched.

On that note….it’s good to have the actual IP addresses of these sites. One way that they can block access is via DNS. If you have the actual IP address, you can still access a site, even if its domain name is no longer being propagated. Of course, if they block the IP address or actually shut down the site…or take the site over, that’s a different matter. But it’s also an even bigger red flag that the SHTF.

But EXPECT that anything but the government approved media to be unavailable.

One other thing…..if they decide to go after the Bundy’s again, they will do it under cover of darkness (literal or figurative)and no media will allowed within a thousand yards of the scene. Think Waco folks. And they will manufacture some story about how the Bundy family shot first.

            • sixpack

Let’s not forget that onumbnutz is handing control of the domain names over to the UN, er, I mean ICANN…

              • sixpack

…can you say “Yes, we can”?

                • NetRanger

                  “Yes, we can”? …turn off.

But, they won’d dare. They pull something like that and it will be just as dangerous as firing the first shot.

Hey, Walt, what if I there was a fairly inexpensive way to keep all the IPs that you surf safe?

I’m working on a project just like that. In other words, they pull the DNS and my little jewel just keeps handing you the sites like nothing happened.

            • Not so fast

Anyone heard what the status is of the McAfee darknet project? It’s supposed to be a $100 box that makes you invisible on the net so you can’t be tracked.

        • Anonymous

In other countries, when they shut the Internet down, people went bezeerk and did even more revolting; it back fired on the government. The Internet is a way of letting off steam. Shut it down and there will be fire– hell to pay.

          • Walt Kowalski

            @Anonymous….

That may be true, but at some point, they just won’t care.

When they are ready to pull the trigger on this thing (and I’m not talking about just the Bundy situation) they will do it in such a way so as to try to convince us that it is for our own good.

Notice with the BLM stand down….they said…for the safety of BLM employees AND the protesters. That’s the way they always couch this stuff. If you saw any of the videos, notice how they tell people to comply with certain directions “for your own safety and the safety of the officer”.

BS. It’s always so the officer/s can control every aspect of the situation and keep you under their thumb.

That’s what those “First Amendment” zones were all about. And that’s what it’s about when government entities require “permits” to protest.

Can you imagine the patriots who took part in the Boston Tea Party taking out a permit? LOL!

            • sixpack

Their “permit” was the size 12 that kicked in the doors to the tea storage areas…

            • Anonymous

Walt– yeah, I agree about the “Permit”– utter, utter BS!! We protested in the 60’s and we sure as hell didn’t get no “permit”– that is simply restricting you so you have no power– all BS!!!

We protested at the Capital, shouting,”1,2,3,4… we don’t want your f— war!” and the cops came at us with bully clubs, swinging at us. (They were on horseback)…a few kids got hit– was really upsetting, but it did nothing at all to deter those young kids. After one group left, another followed… they were all over that capital hill.

PERMITS TO PROTEST TYRANNY? HELL NO!!!!!!!

      • islander

This is a good point . Next time they will be faster to close roads and highways . We must be willing to fight these roadblocks . Our rights to move about freely are being stepped on hard . Just like our communications are being looked at and listened to , our highways are littered with cameras watching us as we move .

    9. KySSG

Good deal, although I would be very cautious if I were Mr. Bundy.

Mac, perhaps we should adopt a SHTFPlan Official song? I have my personal favorite, from Twisted Sister, and the lyrics do fit the current state very well.

      We’re Not Gonna Take It:

OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

WE’VE GOT THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE AND
THERE AIN’T NO WAY WE’LL LOSE IT
THIS IS OUR LIFE, THIS IS OUR SONG
WE’LL FIGHT THE POWERS THAT BE JUST
      DON’T PICK OUR DESTINY ‘CAUSE
YOU DON’T KNOW US, YOU DON’T BELONG

OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

      OH YOU’RE SO CONDESCENDING
      YOUR GALL IS NEVER ENDING
WE DON’T WANT NOTHIN’, NOT A THING FROM YOU
YOUR LIFE IS TRITE AND JADED
      BORING AND CONFISCATED
IF THAT’S YOUR BEST, YOUR BEST WON’T DO

      OH…………………
      OH…………………
      WE’RE RIGHT/YEAH
      WE’RE FREE/YEAH
      WE’LL FIGHT/YEAH
      YOU’LL SEE/YEAH

OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
OH WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE
      NO WAY!

      OH…………………
      OH…………………
      WE’RE RIGHT/YEAH
      WE’RE FREE/YEAH
      WE’LL FIGHT/YEAH
      YOU’LL SEE/YEAH

      WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT, NO!
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

JUST YOU TRY AND MAKE US
      WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
      COME ON
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
      YOU’RE ALL WORTHLESS AND WEAK
WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE
NOW DROP AND GIVE ME TWENTY
      WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT
      A PLEDGE PIN
NO, WE AIN’T GONNA TAKE IT
      OH YOU ON YOUR UNIFORM
WE’RE NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE

        • sixpack

I counted on the still photo and there was more than 100 people right there at that point—and they didn’t have enough horses for any more. Then those at the camp, on the roads in groups, the ones just getting there and the ones manning the equipment, I’d say there was enough patriots there to make the govt nervous…

Or a quick reaction force ( QRF) estimates from my sources about 500 active citizens defense forces ( MILITIA ) are on site with an additional 5000 mobilized ( many more in reserve ) on stand by status due to events in Conn. last week and coming up in NY on the 15 .
We living in interesting times , the tide is starting to turn.

Well, someone crush it, it needs to be put out of our misery.

        • NetRanger

I’m betting there were thousands. I don’t really know but if there were not SheopleStreamMedia would have shown you just how few there were.

The reason I know this the protest that happened about obamacare some years ago. It was the largest protest ever seen in DC. The SheopleStream poo pooed the numbers and it backfired on them. If there are few, they will show few. If there are gobs, they’ll show nothing. This is why the ShoepleStream stayed away. We had power, they knew it, didn’t want to prove it. If they had lied about it, someone would have gotten pissed and it would have backfired again.

If they had been able to combat this with numbers, they would have done it. Let me poke around and see if I can get some reasonably reliable estimates.

          • NetRanger

Well, I saw one picture where, if I were to guess, there could have been a max of maybe 1000 people. I’ve learned to take my estimates and cut them in half, so, I’ll say 500. But, there just wasn’t any good pictures of the crowds. Maybe there will be more published in the future. Just really hard to tell.

But, 10,000 people unarmed is far less dangerous to tyranny than the 1 Citizen Militia member in the picture at the start of this article.

They effectively, in non verbal language, said to the BLM, “Poke this hornets nest one more time and you’re going to be hurting.”

Anybody able to get a reasonable count on the numbers? If the numbers were low, I’m wondering if maybe the presence of arms in the hand of the people was a 10,000x effetiveness multiplier?

      • sixpack

        Next time, Incognito…next time.

    13. Tomahawk

I predict this didn’t change anything. Those federal goons are bullies and all bullies are cowards.

They will withdraw for now, then come back later after all the militia folks have gone home. Then they will come for this family in the early pre-dawn hours and make an example of them with brutal violence.

That’s how those cowardly thugs with badges operate.

This is one post of yours with which I can actually agree.

Not a doubt in my mind that the goons did a lot of intel gathering….making of lists, etc.

When people try to leave we will have our answer. If they stop cars and search for any weapons then arrest the driver we will know that this is far from over. Getting mad just because someone said the truth and it is not the truth that someone wanted to heat is a sign of immaturity. Anyone who thinks the feds are going to let this slide is mistaken. Were it a bunch of illegals protesting there would be no problem. Regular Americans have no rights. Especially the pigmentation challenged.

            • JohnFornaro

I saw all the comments denigrating Old Guy, so I ended up clicking on his post.

It might do some people some good to consider that the government collected plenty of intel on the attendees at the event in NV. Facial recognition software isn’t perfect, but it does work pretty well with human oversight. There were only some few thousand attendees in NV. This would be a fair amount of work to collect and collate faces, addresses, vehicles, and so forth, but it could be done, up to a point.

If the government were to target certain individuals in the crowd, they would likely consider targeting leaders, not followers. Whatever analysts are working the fotos of the event, they would use their judgement and common sense to identify potential leaders for targeting by other government agencies.

Who can say if this work would really be worth the government’s while, but harrassment would be a technique that they could use. If there is a group of free individuals organizing, then it would be a good idea if they create some sort of methodology to find out if anybody did actually get targeted.

If people are getting targeted for harrassment, that needs to be known and publicized. The government is not operating in a vacuum, and any militias ought not operate in a vacuum either.

Old Guy: You’ve got them figured out alright. Bundy seems to have won a hollow victory. The IRS will simply send him a bill and when he doesn’t pay it, his cash flow will seize up and that’s death for any business, including the cattle business. This story will go quiet and many months later a back page story on how the IRS is seizing his bank accounts for nonpayment of taxes. End of story, and Bundy. As for his supporters, the Feds are biding their time and doing background checks through the FBI, ATF, and the IRS. Then again, this could also be the first real crack in the federal government and more will follow until it all comes unraveled. Only time will tell. They (FEDS), and many states, think NY and Conn. are enacting laws that folks are just ignoring and TPTB are afraid. As for this little adventure I’m just glad that no one lost their life.

          • Slick One

When that happens its time for the cowboys to show up at the local IRS office.

Sick the IRS on them and if they get any government check stop the payment.”

I don’t think he intended to disparage the Bundy’s asparagas, did you Old Guy?

I think he meant that if they can’t get the cows, they can at least get intelligence and torture these people in the future.

To Old Guy, I say: Well, DUH! Its its what the losers in our unlawful government do, have done and will continue to do.

That’s a real possibility. being stubborn and hard headed I haven’t signed up or purchased any health care. so I suppose im now a criminal subject to punishment for having done nothing. Im not shure just what my reaction will be. I will cross that bridge when it come to it. The reality is quite some time ago the UN NWO and agenda 21 proponets decided that the so called blue collar producing USA middle class had more then their fair share. So things like OPEC nafta environmental laws where put into place to redistribute the middle class producing jobs to other places. Now that has been accomplished. So the working producing middle class is no longer needed or wanted by the powers that be. They want those brown skinned peons & serfs from south of the border. Its a pretty sad end to our republic.

Howdy, Sarge. The militia and supporters need to remain in place because round 2 is coming and the feds will try something different. If any SWAT team goes into the Bundy ranch property they need to be challenged and defeated. It’s high time that their illusion of being invincible was shattered into a million pieces. That’s the only way to get the rest of them to wake up, smell the coffee, and reconsider their own positions. They need to be made to realize that imposing a police state on your fellow citizens is not worth losing your life over. Plus, they must be made to recognize that their own homes could also get “SWATTED”. THEIR families are just as vulnerable to violence as anyone of us out here. Sarge, God knows, I never wanted to see things come to this in this land, but now it’s here. The day of reckoning is closer than anyone knows.

Once they run all the license plates and get a match as to the address where the owner of that car lives don’t be surprised if mass SWAT raids are performed on those homes. Hope I am wrong and this whole thing is left to cool down and be worked out peacefully but I doubt that will be allowed to happen.

        • Old guy

Its not about surrendering or fighting. To me its black & white. Fact 1 Bundy,s cattle are grazing on public land. Fact 2 Bundy previously was paying the grazing fee however he stopped paying. Fact 3 Bundy was receiving befifit from grazing the public land and not paying. Fact 4 Other ranchers are paying the grazing fees the only one not paying is Bundy. To me that,s plenty enough reason for the BLM to seize the cattle. Please explain why its Ok for Bundy to not pay and all the other cattle owners pay? Why should Bundy be allowed to get something for nothing?

          • sharonsj

What’s scary to me is that your post got more thumbs down than thumbs up, even though you are factually correct. Unfortunately we have too many people in this country whose worldview trumps reality.

If all the ranchers decided to stop paying rent like Bundy, then his supporters would have to ante up more in various taxes to make up the shortfall–the same way we pay more in taxes every time the rich corporations get away without paying their fair share.

            • Old guy

All I can do is look at the facts and try and put myself in the shoes of both partys. However the sad fact is our republic has turned into a mob rule democracy. The majority of voters are elated with the fiscal irresponsibility of our elected officials as long as they get their portion of government benefits. Im not a denialist There is no fixing the USA its over. There isn’t a viable political or ballot box solution. The taking parasites greatly outnumber the making producers and that is simply not sustainable. The Hard earned money of the making productive has to compete with the so called free gove money of the taking parasites. And gullible sheeple will line up behind a corrupt govt or a Deadbeat rancher with equal enthuisaum? We are doomed. I wish it wasn’t so but I think not.

To be an administration official and not pay your taxes is far more criminal as far as I am concerned. They should be put in prison and have the key thrown away.

You don’t really care what the REAL reasons are that the feral government is closing all these lands do you? Those reasons are far more criminal than any money the Bundy family own this corrupt government.

That tortoise they are touting as the reason to kick him off is the same tortoise they are euthanizing because the government can’t afford to feed them.

AND the BLM just destroyed a watering hole on that land that was being used by the local wildlife…they have caused them to suffer a horrible death from dehydration.

And there are no more ranchers there grazing those lands. BLM ran them all off to make way, it would appear, for the Chinese and Harry Reid & Son’s bullshit.

AND the Federal Reserve just has to print up some more fake money and give it to the Gates, Dimons and JP Morgans of the world so they can jack up the stock market…that should take care of those imaginary grazing fees.

Bundy deserves to be allowed the grazing land for, say, $1.00 a year just because he is a courageous man.

You talk about “reality,” but NOTHING in our current system is real: Not interest rates, not the people running our government, not our food system, Obamacare…NOTHING. It is all fake and corrupt…and it’s coming to a head.

Bundy is the last man standing. All the other ranchers have been driven out of business by the BLM, so there is no one to pay Bundy’s “share.” The fees are to protect the “endangered species” the ones the feds have been euthanizing because there are too many of them.

              Endangered, my eye.

Why would Bundy have to pay “rent” on forage land he already owns? Please tell me that. You people must ahve been raise in the city. Don’t you understand that he owns the land, partially, via forage and water rights? He was paying the “rent” as you call it so that the BLM would help him manage (ie; IMPROVE) the land with roads, waterways and bridges. Thats why he stopped because they didn’t. Its a contract. They breached, he started paying the county instead of the feds. They REALLY didn’t like that. I hear the money is in escrow for the county to spend anytime they want to but can’t substantiate that.

Doh! You missed all that, didn’t ya?

The public land in question is not federal land. Mr Bundy refused to hand over cash to the feds. He was willing to pay the state of Nevada. It is a thing called principle. By paying the feds he is fact stating that they have authority over the lands, not the sovereign state. It was also supposed to be about a damn desert tortoise initially. The same tortoise that the feds are now euthanizing due to overpopulation. Old Guy has proven yet again that he has some twisted views on the world. Please don’t ever get sick with anything Old Guy, I wouldn’t want to bust a gut laughing while watching people go all Darwin on your ass and let yet die alone and afraid. Really is it true Bundy would gladly pay the state of Nevada? One glaring fact is that in the past Bundy did pay to the feds. Where was the thing called principle when he was previously paying to the feds?

Here, old GUY–one story you need to read:

                Words from Shiree Bundy Cox:
I have had people ask me to explain my dad’s stance on this BLM fight. Here it is in as simple of terms as I can explain it. There is so much to it, but here it s in a nut shell. My great grandpa bought the rights to the Bunkerville allotment back in 1887 around there. Then he sold them to my grandpa who then turned them over to my dad in 1972. These men bought and paid for their rights to the range and also built waters, fences and roads to assure the survival of their cattle, all with their own money, not with tax dollars. These rights to the land use is called preemptive rights. Some where down the line, to keep the cows from over grazing, came the bureau of land management. They were supposed to assist the ranchers in the management of their ranges while the ranchers paid a yearly allotment which was to be use to pay the BLM wages and to help with repairs and improvements of the ranches. My dad did pay his grazing fees for years to the BLM until they were no longer using his fees to help him and to improve. Instead they began using these money’s against the ranchers. They bought all the rest of the ranchers in the area out with they’re own grazing fees. When they offered to buy my dad out for a penance he said no thanks and then fired them because they weren’t doing their job. He quit paying the BLM but, tried giving his grazing fees to the county, which they turned down. So my dad just went on running his ranch and making his own improvements with his own equipment and his own money, not taxes. In essence the BLM was managing my dad out of business. Well when buying him out didn’t work, they used the endangered species card. You’ve already heard about the desert tortoise. Well that didn’t work either, so then began the threats and the court orders, which my dad has proven to be unlawful for all these years. Now they’re desperate. It’s come down to buying the brand inspector off and threatening the County Sheriff. Everything they’re doing at this point is illegal and totally against the Constitution of the United States of America. Now you may be saying,” how sad, but what does this have to do with me?” Well, I’ll tell you. They will get rid of Cliven Bundy, the last man standing on the Bunkerville allotment and then they will close all the roads so no one can ever go on it again. Next, it’s Utah’s turn. Mark my words, Utah is next.
Then there’s the issue of the cattle that are at this moment being stolen. See even if dad hasn’t paid them, those cattle do belong to him. Regardless where they are they are my father’s property. His herd has been part of that range for over a hundred years, long before the BLM even existed. Now the Feds think they can just come in and remove them and sell them without a legal brand inspection or without my dad’s signature on it. They think they can take them over to boarders, which is illegal, ask any trucker. Then they plan to take them to the Richfield Auction and sell them. All with our tax money. They have paid off the contract cowboys and the auction owner as well as the Nevada brand inspector with our tax dollars. See how slick they are?
Well, this is it in a nut shell. Thanks”

Another story you need to hear:
                A Rancher TELLS ALL:

                B Hunt wrote:

I live in SW Utah. I grew up on a ranch less than 100 miles from the Bundy’s ranch. My father knows Cliven Bundy. I know Cliven’s son Ryan. This is not a hoax, it is an action of force by the BLM.

The BLM was going to sell the cattle at one of the smallest cattle markets in Utah. No cattle markets in Nevada would take the cattle without a properly signed brand inspection (which the BLM cannot obtain without Cliven Bundy’s signature). The BLM paid the owner of the Utah cattle market $300,000 to do the sale (‘R’ Livestock Connection in Monroe, Utah, owned by one Scott G. Robbins, according to the Utah Business Entity Search). Utah Governor Herbert stepped in and forbid them from bringing the cattle into Utah without the legally required health and brand inspections (which again, require Bundy’s signature) and that no feral cattle are allowed to be imported at all (per Utah statute). Because Bundy claims ownership over maybe 350-500 head of branded cattle, the other 500-700 estimated head of cattle would all be considered feral. BLM officially backed off, but we suspect they are still secretly shipping them through Utah without any permission to do so, to “private” buyers in Colorado. The contract cowboys that the BLM hired to do the roundup are from Sampson Livestock in Meadow, Utah (traitors one and all).

From what I understand, Cliven Bundy owns both the Water Rights and Grazing Rights to all of the land where his cattle run. If Bundy failed to use them, the Grazing Rights would revert to the BLM and would be retired, while the Water Rights would revert to the State of Nevada, likely to be sold to the highest bidder (which would probably be a bidding war between mineral companies that are behind this action with the BLM and the City of Las Vegas which is thirsty for water and has had multiple attempts to buy water–through eminent domain from Utah farmers and ranchers–from Utah, which were all blocked by the Utah Legislature and Utah Governor Herbert). Chances are, the BLM has already filed a claim on the water rights so that they can sell to the highest bidder (instead of the state) and are trying to get the cattle off to show that Bundy cannot use the water beneficially (much like what the US Forest Service and BLM both tried to do to Wayne Hage).

Now, for Cliven Bundy, he’s not fighting this for his cattle or his own livelihood. He recognizes that he will probably die before this fight is over. He has said multiple times that he is fighting this to wake people up about the tyranny of the Federal Government and also to help wake up the western states about getting the rights to their own land back from the federal government, which has repeatedly shut down ranchers and closed off land. (MO = 1st, get all the ranchers, farmers, Native Americans, and foresters that use the land for positive, sustainable production off of the land; 2nd, grab up all the resources; 3rd, close off the lands to public access including camping, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, boating, shooting, etc; 4th, sell off the resources to the highest bidder regardless of what that will do to the land, the local environment, or the economy; 5th, collect royalties on the resources in perpetuity; 6th, reduce and eliminate all SLS and PILT payments to the states, impoverishing them beyond belief.)

Anyway, thanks for posting about this. It is important for us to be able to raise the appropriate resistance.

                And another:
The government owns the rights to minerals both ON and UNDER land that is in its ownership.

The list of minerals underground in the BLM area mines is impressive.
Gypsum-anhydrite Mica (Muscovite) Magnesium Manganese Copper Beryllium Fluorine Lead Uranium Silica Nickel Andalusite Kyanite Sillmanite Feldspar Gold Silver Platinum Group Elements Zinc

Uses of Sheet Mica While ground mica might sell for $300 per metric ton, sheet mica for specialty uses can sell for prices up to $2000 per kilogram. Mica has several properties that make it suitable for very special uses, and it is abundant in the Bunkerville area.

So, OLD GUY–if you are against your brother Bundy, you are for the above scum bags??

                And another story:
THe BLM did the same thing to the OX Ranch in the California new York mountains…..I used to live near the ivanpah valley and near the molycorp mine….they had a big waste water pipe blow up and they sent in “the turtle lady” I got to know her and she said the desert tortoise was doing much better around the cows….good food partly digested…….her name was patty……another bit of information that is just something to think about…..on the clean-up of the “radioactive waste” that cost them about 13 million…..I was invited to a BLM and molycorp meeting, at the end they ask if there were any questions…..I questioned why the people cleaning up the waste were storing it in 55 gallon drums right next to the three trailers they were living in if was that dangerous…..typical answer was we will investigate the problem…..a couple days latter clean up was terminated(BLM is actually a sub-corporation of UNITED STATES INCORPORATED, a private foreign owned off-shore corporation since its last incorporation in 1925, copyrighted, trademarked and registered in Puerto Rico).Under the Reorganization Act of Washington District of Columbia, by it’s
own private business charter, neither the BLM, nor any other
federal/corporate agency has lawful/legal authority, jurisdiction or
interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.

BLM, is actually classified as an: “Agent of Foreign Principle”, under the
                intergovernmental Personnel Act.

In other words, they don’t represent the Constitutional Republic or the
interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle
i.e., the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City,
England known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority.

This has been openly admitted and exposed through Supreme Court cases since
                and even before 1938.

So, again, OLD GUY–if you are against your brother Bundy, you are for the above scum bags??

That information can be found in many more articles. I can’t defend any of DK, Old Guy or others ignorance. Old guy is right…this is not the right fight for patriots.

I hear everyone on here complaining about the .gov violating the Constitution time and time again.

You can’t expect the government to follow the Constitution and then think you don’t have to.

The US Constitution says that all powers not enumerated are reserved to the several states. The Federal corporation cannot operate out of those bounds. Fine.

Well then, you need to go to the Nevada State Constitution to see which powers they have ceded to the Federal government. It’s all right there. Specifically the “Ordinance” clause and the “Paramount Allegiance” clause. This Constitution was ratified BEFORE Bundy’s family got his lease.

Y’all bitch and moan about no one following the Constitution, yet none of you take the time to find out what it says. You can’t have it both ways. If you want the government to abide by the Constitution than you must too.

You should pick the free speech amendment zones as a Constitutional issue and the thuggery of Fed agents as an issue, but not the land lease rights…Bundy is wrong about that. That’s why Nevada can’t take his payments. They have NO jurisdiction over Federal land. He needs to read his state constitution.

Bundy was a rancher that though he had a way out of paying the fee.

            Time finally caught up.

I hoping the small pitiful amount of people showing up show how many smart prepper there are and saw thru this.

Look who did show up. Those 12 SWAT members could of gone thru them like a hot knife through butter.

            This does deserve any attention.
If he would of been on my land I would have removed him long ago.

              speaking as a taxpayer

Mr Bundy has my permission to use “my” little piece of land
in Clark County,in perpetuity, for free
(as long as he promises not to step on any land turtles !)

              • durango kidd

Satori: While the PTB have a lot of wasted spending to account for; including $150 million for WH vacations, your permission for Rancher Bundy is NOT sufficient permission for him to use taxpayer land for FREE because Taxpayer land carries an indivisible 100% interest in that land for each of US.

Thus if only one American just said “No!”, as I do, then that one “No” is enough to deny Rancher Bundy access to Taxpayer lands for FREE. 🙂

                • GV

So dk, will you be stopping Harry Reid’s son and the $5 billion chinese solar company from utilizing those lands, too? How about the fracking going on there? You approve of all of that on public land, obviously.

                  Tsk, tsk.

                • durango kidd

GV: At the moment it is not in MY power to stop Reid and the Chinese; or Rancher Bundy either.

                  But I a working on that. 🙂

              • durango kidd

GV: With current solar technology it wouldn’t take too large a space in the western deserts to supply ALL electricity to the USA (not to mention American rooftops) now that energy storage technology is developing as it is.

Why hasn’t an American company made this move? Why haven’t Americans demanded that OUR government wean US off hydrocarbons? WE know why.

The advantage of having Billion Dollar Chinese firms investing in America is that the CCP would not be nearly as likely to bomb their own investments. Or the Japanese to bomb theirs; the Dutch, or Germans to bomb theirs. This is the interlocking economic plan by the NWO to bring peace to the earth: for the benefit of the Uber Rich.

Here’s some more scary info on those Chinese friends of Harry Reid: THIS HAS GOTTEN A WHOLE LOT FARTHER THAN WE THOUGHT.

On March 6, 2012, the Wall Street Journal compiled a state-by-state list of the $17 billion in oil and natural gas equity interests China’s CNOOC and Sinopec have acquired in the United States since 2010.

Colorado: CNOOC gained a one-third stake in 800,000 acres in northeast Colorado and southwest Wyoming in a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy Corporation.

Louisiana: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 265,000 acres in the Tuscaloosa Marine Shale after a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

Michigan: Sinopec gained a one-third interest in 350,000 acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

Ohio: Sinopec acquired a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 235,000 Utica Shale acres in a larger $2.5-billion deal.

Oklahoma: Sinopec has a one-third interest in 215,000 acres in a broader $2.5-billion deal with Devon Energy.

Texas: CNOOC acquired a one-third interest in Chesapeake Energy’s 600,000 acres in the Eagle Ford Shale in a $2.16-billion deal.

Wyoming: CNOOC has a one-third stake in northeast

Colorado and southeast Wyoming after a $1.27-billion pact with Chesapeake Energy. Sinopec gained a one-third interest in Devon Energy’s 320,000 acres as part of a larger $2.5-billion deal.

      HOLY HUMOR

**A father was approached by his small son who told him proudly, “I know what the Bible means!”
His father smiled and replied, “What do you mean, you ‘know’ what the Bible means?
The son replied, “I do know!”
“Okay,” said his father. “What does the Bible mean?”
“That’s easy, Daddy…” the young boy replied excitedly,” It stands for ‘Basic Information Before Leaving Earth..’ (This one is my favorite)

      =======

There was a very gracious lady who was mailing an old family Bible to her brother in another part of the country.
“Is there anything breakable in here?” asked the postal clerk.
“Only the Ten Commandments.” answered the lady.

      ========

“Somebody has said there are only two kinds of people in the world. There are those who wake up in the morning and say, “Good morning, Lord,” and there are those who wake up in the morning and say, “Good Lord, it’s morning.”

      ========

A minister parked his car in a no-parking zone in a large city because he was short of time and couldn’t find a space with a meter.
Then he put a note under the windshield wiper that read: “I have circled the block 10 times. If I don’t park here, I’ll miss my appointment. Forgive us our trespasses.”
When he returned, he found a citation from a police officer along with this note “I’ve circled this block for 10 years. If I don’t give you a ticket I’ll lose my job. Lead us not into temptation.”

      ========

There is the story of a pastor who got up one Sunday and announced to his congregation: “I have good news and bad news. The good news is, we have enough money to pay for our new building program. The bad news is, it’s still out there in your pockets.”

      ========

While driving in Pennsylvania , a family caught up to an Amish carriage. The owner of the carriage obviously had a sense of humor, because attached to the back of the carriage was a hand printed sign… “Energy efficient vehicle: Runs on oats and grass. Caution: Do not step in exhaust.”

      ========

A Sunday School teacher began her lesson with a question, “Boys and girls, what do we know about God?”
A hand shot up in the air. “He is an artist!” said the kindergarten boy.
“Really? How do you know?” the teacher asked.
“You know – Our Father, who does art in Heaven… ”

      ========

A minister waited in line to have his car filled with gas just before a long holiday weekend. The attendant worked quickly, but there were many cars ahead of him. Finally, the attendant motioned him toward a vacant pump.
“Reverend,” said the young man, “I’m so sorry about the delay. It seems as if everyone waits until the last minute to get ready for a long trip.”
The minister chuckled, “I know what you mean. It’s the same in my business.”

      ========

People want the front of the bus, the back of the church, and the center of attention.

      ========

Sunday after church, a Mom asked her very young daughter what the lesson was about.
The daughter answered, “Don’t be scared, you’ll get your quilt.”
Needless to say, the Mom was perplexed. Later in the day, the pastor stopped by for tea and the Mom asked him what that morning’s Sunday school lesson was about.
He said “Be not afraid, thy comforter is coming.”

      ========

The minister was preoccupied with thoughts of how he was going to ask the congregation to come up with more money than they were expecting for repairs to the church building. Therefore, he was annoyed to find that the regular organist was sick and a substitute had been brought in at the last minute.. The substitute wanted to know what to play.
“Here’s a copy of the service,” he said impatiently. “But, you’ll have to think of something to play after I make the announcement about the finances.”
During the service, the minister paused and said, “Brothers and Sisters, we are in great difficulty; the roof repairs cost twice as much as we expected and we need $4,000 more. Any of you who can pledge $100 or more, please stand up.”
At that moment, the substitute organist played “The Star Spangled Banner.”
And that is how the substitute became the regular organist!

When you carry the Bible, Satan gets a headache….. When you open it, he collapses….. When he sees you reading it, he faints….. When he sees that you are living what you read, he flees…… And when you are about to forward this message…. He will try and discourage you.. I just defeated him!!! Any other takers?

That will alter my perceptions of Russia in a heart beat, but let me say that there are thousands of naturalized Russians in America. My cab driver is from Ukraine.

He is not part of the Russian military and never was. Let’s not get side-swiped by this. We know the U.S. govt is pressing us into war with Russia, so put some concentrations of Russian-speaking people out where people can see/hear them and see if public sentiments change

That’s a pretty damn slick false flag—a false flag that may not have even happened.

Let’s be damn sure we’re right. Russians ARE NOT THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN SPEAK RUSSIAN OR SIMILAR LANGUAGES.

Yes she was. I always wanted to “grow up to be like her”. I remember working (I was 10) with her in her old country store that was her hobby. She didn’t sit still much. She had a revolver that looked like Clint east woods in Dirty Harry under the counter. I pity the fool that would have messed with her. She almost shot my uncle who came home from college unexpected late one night and thought it would be funny to scare her. Love her and miss her much.

Actually, what he said was, he heard what sounded to him like Russian. He was being very careful because he wasn’t too sure of what he saw/heard. You can’t ask for better than cautious observation from a neutral perspective.

Notice even he didn’t jump to conclusions, just made an observation and expressed concern so the rest of us could do our part and look for more info.

Someone will chime in on it soon.

If it was Oathkeeper, then I would tend to give it a higher degree of reliability. Afterall….most of these guys are cops…i.e. trained observers.

It wasn’t the oathkeeper’s account that I was questioning. He was careful not to get ahead of himself.

OK. You don’t have a clue. Yep. Nailed it. I understand now. The ones who stomp the Bundy’s simply don’t like it when a hard working family gets ahead. WAY ahead. Class warfare at its finest. They are pretty wealthy but they got that way by managing to keep the wealth in the family. They started with nothing in the 1880s.

    23. Old guy

Reading The title of this article seems to indicate that the BlM & feds has not backed down? Also Bundys son was indeed released however he received citations. So he wasn’t released scott free. Ive got a bad feeling about this whole thing. Life is never fair. Two wrongs never make a right.

      • Satori

“Two wrongs never make a right.”

        may be true

        now has it ???

      • Piper Michael

        Piper here…
us old guys have a bad feeling about this…

Now… they KNOW who is in the militia in support of the Bundy’s, and WHO will react with intention to go up against the Feds, and who they’re communicating with, and who their support is, and where their support networks are…
        Think about it.

Drones, NSA, you think this was just about cattle?
Now we hear about Dingy Harry and the Chinese wanting that land for a solar power station?

Did the Feds achieve their goal…

Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war…
        The first rule of warfare?
        All war is deception.

        • Walt Kowalski

Exactly why I’m gonna pick up a copy of “The Art of War”.

          • eppe

You mean like this one I have as an ebook?
SUN TZU ON THE ART OF WAR
THE OLDEST MILITARY TREATISE IN THE WORLD

            Translated from the Chinese
            By LIONEL GILES, M.A. (1910)

[This is the basic text of Sun Tzu on the Art of War. It was
extracted from Mr. Giles’ complete work as titled above. The
commentary itself, which, of course includes this work embedded
within it, has been released as suntzu10.txt (or suntzu10.zip).
This is being released only as an adjunct to that work, which
contains a wealth of commentary upon this text.]

            I. LAYING PLANS

            1. Sun Tzu said: The art of war is of vital importance
            to the State.

            2. It is a matter of life and death, a road either
to safety or to ruin. Hence it is a subject of inquiry
which can on no account be neglected.

            3. The art of war, then, is governed by five constant
factors, to be taken into account in one’s deliberations,
when seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.

            4. These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth;
            (4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline.

5,6. The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete
accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him
regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger.

            7. Heaven signifies night and day, cold and heat,
            times and seasons.

            8. Earth comprises distances, great and small;
            danger and security; open ground and narrow passes;
the chances of life and death.

            9. The Commander stands for the virtues of wisdom,
            sincerely, benevolence, courage and strictness.

            10. By method and discipline are to be understood
the marshaling of the army in its proper subdivisions,
the graduations of rank among the officers, the maintenance
of roads by which supplies may reach the army, and the
            control of military expenditure.

            11. These five heads should be familiar to every general:
he who knows them will be victorious; he who knows them
            not will fail.

            12. Therefore, in your deliberations, when seeking
to determine the military conditions, let them be made
the basis of a comparison, in this wise:–

            13. (1) Which of the two sovereigns is imbued
            with the Moral law?
            (2) Which of the two generals has most ability?
            (3) With whom lie the advantages derived from Heaven
            and Earth?
            (4) On which side is discipline most rigorously enforced?
            (5) Which army is stronger?
            (6) On which side are officers and men more highly trained?
            (7) In which army is there the greater constancy
            both in reward and punishment?

            14. By means of these seven considerations I can
            forecast victory or defeat.

            15. The general that hearkens to my counsel and acts
upon it, will conquer: let such a one be retained in command!
The general that hearkens not to my counsel nor acts upon it,
will suffer defeat:–let such a one be dismissed!

            16. While heading the profit of my counsel,
avail yourself also of any helpful circumstances
over and beyond the ordinary rules.

            17. According as circumstances are favorable,
            one should modify one’s plans.

            18. All warfare is based on deception.

            19. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable;
when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we
            are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away;
when far away, we must make him believe we are near.

            20. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder,
            and crush him.

            21. If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him.
If he is in superior strength, evade him.

            22. If your opponent is of choleric temper, seek to
irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant.

            23. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest.
If his forces are united, separate them.

            24. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where
            you are not expected.

            25. These military devices, leading to victory,
            must not be divulged beforehand.

            26. Now the general who wins a battle makes many
calculations in his temple ere the battle is fought.
The general who loses a battle makes but few
calculations beforehand. Thus do many calculations
lead to victory, and few calculations to defeat:
how much more no calculation at all! It is by attention
to this point that I can foresee who is likely to win or lose.

As a tax payer, voter, hard working middle class American citizen, I am okay if Mr. Bundy wants to use that land to graze his cattle. Unlike the other leaches of society, this man is working. And because the govt is by the people and for the people, then as a collective, shouldn’t we the people decide the fate of Bundy? Let the man be.

I agree in the end the bundy will lose. Many of those who went looking for trouble will soon face the wrath of the federal government.

        • sixpack

There’s enough “wrath” to go around. I think they’ll leave the ranchers alone if we keep Harry Reid’s ass on the run.

We need his head on a pike, as a warning for the next “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” contestant…

I watched a video of Fox news; one lady in support of Bundy and stories circulating about cattle damaging resources said, well, in all reality if the cattle were illegal immigrants they’d be handed EBT cards and free housing…or something like that.
          Great come back!!!

    34. Warchild Dammit!

I am happy but suspicious,no one died and that is a good thing. That said,is land federal or state(is actually taxpayers),what is being done to see this free speech zone nonsense ended, did blm actually kill tortoises last year instead of just setting free and giving em a chance/is reid and perhaps his son involved in some shady land deal, all these questions need answers. That said,am glad I did some e-mails on this, let the supposed powers that be know the country is watching and with Waco date a week away country really not in the mood for anymore bullshit, that said,be happy, keep prepping and stay vigilant, will raise a few beers to those directly involved in this issue and those who e-mailed/called/spread word ect.,oh,and will raise a beer for the tortoise, tough and cute little critters they are!

      • sixpack

Maybe they are waiting for the Waco date before they raid the Bundys. I think I’d move my family before that and stand with patriots only. We know the govt will not think twice about murdering women and children.

        • Warchild Dammit

Well,6,they better this time, despite a martial order ect. do not believe they are really ready for response from citizens this time,eh,time will tell.

Funny how so many of these things go down right around April 19th.

(By the way….that’s the anniversary of Lexington and Concord)

I often think that that’s the Federal tyrant’s way of putting it in our face.

    35. Facebook Page

Bundy is a theif and a criminal. He is stealing from you and you want to support him.

He is using your land and not paying for it.

He is a welfare bitch. He expect you to let him use your land for free

and then stands behind you when the bill collector shows up.

If this is what you all see as a good man you better relook at your life.

      • the renegade braveheart

That is not the way I see it (my View)

      • Warchild Dammit!

Facebook,in theory the state owns the land and yes,he did pay country grazing fees, just not fed fees which seems are not justified/legal in this case.

        • Warchild Dammit!

          Dammit!,meant county grazing fees!

      • sixpack

Oh fuck, I knew it—you couldn’t keep your other nic going could you?

      • SterlingSilver

@Facebook Page: What actually did Bundy steal? Who did he harm? In court, if you claim something from someone, you have to show damage. I challenge anyone (other than harry reid) to show any damage or something taken from them by Cliven Bundy. He is simply homesteading on public land to produce a consumable commodity in the marketplace. Does he benefit from his production? Absolutely…as he should. Why should anyone else lay claim to for taxes, grazing rights, or otherwise?

If public funds are being used to maintain that area (and don’t give me the tortoise maintenance excuse cause thats a lie and everybody knows it) then he should pay ‘something’. But what is fair? And is the correct entity charging him? I venture that the Feds have no authority in the first place to charge him ANYTHING

        • sixpack

Reid can’t claim a loss, because what he was selling wasn’t his to sell.

        • the renegade braveheart

Sterlingsilver, AMEN to your comments. I agree totally. But FBP and DK can’t see the forest for the trees.

    37. Scavenger

Upon initially researching this issue…it didn’t take long to figure out which side I was on…and my decision had nothing to do with grazing rights (which I completely don’t understand). But when one side posts a sign that instructs WE THE PEOPLE where we can exercise our 1st amendment rights, there is no further debate.

      • Facebook Page

This is where the fight should be and no one is talking about it.

It all about showing up with guns.

        • the renegade braveheart

FBP, neither you nor DK understand the real issue here.

    39. Satori

      as usual
I think you are missing the point and real substance of this matter
this is a MUCH bigger issue than grazing fees

      • Facebook Page

I think it is the other way around

This is a non issue and he and we are making it a big issue.

This was not a place to make a stand.

And I do hope it go away with just a lot of words. I don’t want to see a war start because our side decided to defend someone over their money they did not spend for services rendered,

    40. TheGuy

Round 2 will involve the media lambasting these guys as “terrorists”.

      Round 3 will involve tanks.

There will not be a Round 4.

      • Satori

        your probably right

        because “violence doesn’t solve anything”

thats why the FEDS use violence or the threat thereof

        • TheGuy

As Robert Heinlein once said (paraphrasing):

“Tell the ex-inhabitants of Hiroshima and Nagasaki that violence never solved anything”

          • the renegade braveheart

I would ask Robert Heinlein to ask the Japs of Hiroshima and Nagasaki what the hell did they expect when their military went and invaded other countries, exploiting and killing innocent people? What did they expect when they attacked US? I lost several relatives to the Japs in WW2 and have no use for them. I can like and get along with people from any group who suffered at the hands of the Japs, but I cannot have any good feelings for Japs.

So, with the help of the BLM and FAA, what we are seeing here is the Obama Administration, Russian oligarch wannabe Harry Reid and their friends on both sides of the aisle secretly ceding over large tracts of western US lands to Communist Red China under the guise of various government laws, mandates and agreements, in this case a turtle handily classified by the EPA as endangered.

Its more like..257 seperate Huge land sections across entire usa designated as new enterprize work zones or something like that.

They have tons of state and fed workers all working in cahoots with china investors. That do the set ups and paperwork etc. IDAHO’s Govner, Butch Otter is it? Has become the first govner and state if I recall correctly that has signed off already on a 50 Sq Mile Land mass where china co is going to Build an entire CITY complete with Manufacturing factorys, Houses, Stores, Gas stations etc etc…A REAL normal city 50 sq miles in total size but ONLY China nationals will be allowed in there to work and LIVE.

AND from all I read so far, that china city in middle of IDAHO State will Remain under china LAWS and customs similar to an embasy now is. AND the US Const will have ZERO or close to zero bearing or law control within said 50 sq mile zone china city.

AND USA Citizens will be BARRED from Entry at all….Unless of course china officials there inside city allows for usa citizens entry…JOBS FOR Chinese KOMMIE Nationals!…NO usa folks jobs!…KOMMIE China RULED 50 sq Miles..Thats… FIFTY SQUARE MILE CITY!

With 256 MORE same type cities as fast as state and fed worker group along with “Private-Public” Think Tank Orgs can do the paper work etc and find enough china investors.

Whos to say china wont bring into said cities and work zones Kommie trained chinese SOLDIERS under a Guize of china local citizenery for work force there?

Maybe DHS Khazars, Hobammy & Sheboony wify, or Pelosi and Schumer or Finestien plans on telling Us all whats really going down inside such 257 Kommie front cities huh?

Sure they will!….I bet detroit is Next up for such work zone rehabs eh…THIS is what all that talk by GW Bush was about every chance he had he mentioned “PPP”;s aka “Public Private Partnerships” for the 21st cent Workers model etc eh….PPP= A Brand New name or term that really means CORP’S+FED Govnt=FACIZIM!!!

          Actually a Blend of KOMMIES+FACISTS!

PS did NOT see any mention on that $$$$ CUTS b
