Last Friday, US Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced HR 6357, a bill which aims to ‘prohibit the extrajudicial killing of United States citizens’ by the federal government. In other words, in the Land of the Free, they need to pass a law to prevent the government from indiscriminately murdering its own citizens.
Now if this doesn’t give one reason to pause and consider the distortions of liberty that have taken place in western civilization, I don’t know what will. Think about it:
Does a free society send government hit men to eliminate anyone they perceive to be an enemy of the state?
Does a free society have hundreds of police agencies, each with the authority to deprive a man of his life, liberty and property in their sole discretion?
Does a free society have hundreds of thousands of laws, codes, rules, regulations, and policies which effectively criminalize nearly every aspect of one’s existence?
Does a free society lead the world in prison population?
Does a free society hunt down criminals and terrorists by treating its citizens like criminals and terrorists?
Does a free society tell its citizens what foods they are / are not allowed to consume?
Does a free society steal your money at gunpoint to buy bombs that they drop by remote control on brown people in faraway lands?
Does a free society debase its currency and plunder the purchasing power of its citizens?
Does a free society saddle unborn generations with obligations they never signed up to bear?
Does a free society award near total control of the economy, the money supply, and everything tied to it, to a tiny elite few?
Does a free society brainwash its citizens into believing that they live in a free society? (at least the Chinese know they’re not free…)
Ask yourself, are you really living in a free society? Are you free? If not, why not? What else could possibly be more important?
It takes courage to answer honestly. But once you realize the truth and begin to see the system for what it is, it can be a liberating and life-changing experience.
You’ll find that there are places where you can live free in this world. There are ways to preserve your dignity, your privacy, your livelihood. You’ll find that you can build great camaraderie and mutual trust with like-minded souls because you share the same values, not the same color passport.
My guess is that you’re reading this because you’ve already started down the road to freedom. But you might feel alone… intellectually isolated in a sea of automatons.
You’re not alone. More and more people are waking up every day and beginning to realize the incredible fraud that has been perpetrated against them. When enough of them figure it out, this system will be finished.
That’s why I fundamentally believe that today is one of the most exciting times to be alive since the French Revolution. And we’re just getting warmed up.

I saw this story a few weeks back, but the guy catching rain water was using it to create ponds, one with a dock, boat, etc. How would you feel if you were down stream from him and had some of those water rights? If he’d had gone smaller and for personal use this wouldn’t have happened.
On the other hand putting him in jail is pathetic. They could have just ordered their problem with his dams and ponds fixed and been done with it.
On his land, he is King. Too bad he doesn’t really own it.
The guy isn’t diverting water from any stream as I understand it, he is capturing rain water.

I never really thought of it this way and that’s why I point it out. There are those that protest, scream shout and cause problems (even though they may be right) but then there are a good many of us that just want to be left alone and live life. It’s almost as if if you’re NOT on assistance, you’re doing something wrong. I’m picturing a checkpoint where instead of an ID card they say show me your EBT card. If you don’t have one, why don’t you?!

This is kind of like passing a law to preserve a law. In other words the law and the constitution are so open to interpretation and being hacked apart, that someone has to pass a law to override what is already there. I am not into absoluteness of any law, but come on, a law to prevent the government from acting like Assad or Hussein. This truly shows how really screwed up everything is. It is almost like passing a law that says the government cannot violate the bill of rights. Is the system so watered down that even the most basic of basics has to be further weighed down with more laws that mean the same?
This is truly paralleling the Roman Empire in the very last days about 1700 years ago. You would think that humans would have learned and not to follow what primitives that basically had nothing, fatally make the mistake that cost an empire. You would think that after all the failures of civilization after another that humans would figure out something better that works. You would think time after time after time with the elitists hanging from trees or lampposts or at the bottom of a guillotine that they would not follow in the same pattern that their ancestors had mistakenly undertaken.
You would think that no matter what that the human masses would never follow the elitists and governments that are or become no longer governed by the people. You would think that people would have learned that every single last outcome of a civilization in the last death throes means war. You would think that people would have figured out what a true global war means, nuclear holocaust.
You know what, Thank you God that I and almost everyone on this site are not sheep that are too lazy and too unwilling to think for themselves like the rest of the majority. Thankfully we are all still allowed to express ourselves without some government censor blackening out alamost everything we say. The way things are going we may soon not have that liberty.

Good questions about “freedom”. But as bad as we are, we are better off than 90+ percent of the world. Travel the globe and you will see some true tyranny at the sovereign level. And from some of the most “enlightened” countries. Part of our “freedom curse” is that we have opened the doors to all without regard to thoughts of integration into a cohesive unit with each part and parcel respecting the “freedoms” of others not. like. them. So we have the “rich” 1%. Yet nothing stopped any shtf reader from going to school, majoring in banking business, and working their way up to a 1% slot. Nothing caused them to stop playing baseball and giving up on career in sports, or coaching, or even broadcasting. We still have legions around the world clamoring to come here for the opportunities that they don’t have in their home country (and admittedly some of that opportunity might be spelled WELFARE). But we don’t have legions struggling to get OUT. Yet. As Ben Franklin said “your freedom ends where my nose begins” and freedom IS a good thing until your neighbor disregards the zoning laws and piles trash on your property boundary line, or his numerous dogs bark incessantly thru the night, or the single gas station in town is “Free” to charge whatever it wants for a gallon of gas and you need gas. NOW. to get to the hospital, or the sicko down the street shows sick images to your kids. You get the point. And guess what – ALL of those are “FREEDOMS” in certain cultures.
I lost a lot of good friends over the years in “defending the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic”. And honestly, the domestic ones always concerned us most – because they were behind our backs supposedly supporting us but in reality using our blood to further their own agenda. Nothing much has changed. cancer eats away from within, and we are almost at the terminal stage.

There are all sorts of ways to kill a person, just ask Uncle Joe Stalin, the Party in China, or Pol Pot.
Starve them, refuse them health care, destroy their business or the way that they make a living. Jack up the taxes on their homes so they freeze to death in the winter. Work them to death in a government camp. Break their will so they do it themself.

There are A LOT of people in my my area including neighbours who are also preparing for what’s coming. I think there is a lot more of us out there than we realise, just that not every one talks.

The problem at this point is the government isn’t afraid of it’s citizens even though we have guns because they know we won’t use them. We have been neutered hey have already codified away our freedoms through a technique that I call “incrementalism”. A slow erosion of rights and freedoms through legislation and decree over a long period of time and by the use of false flags and out-and-out lies. Implied in the questions you have asked is the fact that those freedoms are, in fact, gone and no one has fired a single shot. And guess what, we’re not getting them back without a serious fight or an outright overthrow. Who here is willing to do what is necessary to retrieve those freedoms? Who here is willing to give up what little they have to gain back the country built on freedom for their children? Who here is truly a patriot and not just a self-serving survivalist?
It’s time to stop cowering behind a keyboard waiting for the knock on the door.
The assault is on ALL who, under ‘forced acceptance’ of all the beliefs of Obama & his minions to destroy all who believe in the BEST of what America is.
