As you are probably well aware, the Obama administration would like nothing more than to place the United States under Martial Law.
Once that is accomplished, the country and people would be locked down and kept under control on the pretext of continuing with the government and/or maintaining the national security of the U.S.
Let’s take a look at 5 events the administration would be most likely to utilize to reach this end state.
Note: All of these can occur simultaneously, successively, or individually in any combination at any time: there is no limit to their use or potential to recur!
1. Economic Meltdown
Over the course of this past year, we have seen a tremendous amount of volatility in trade (international) and the U.S.’s domestic manufacturing base. As our fragile economy is based on 75% of consumer spending, any significant downturn that keeps the shoppers home can lead to disastrous reports. Lower consumer spending means people do not buy goods and services beyond the absolute essentials, and worse: (in the government’s eyes) they hoard money and withdraw their funds from bank accounts.
The Baltic Dry Index (BDI) can be seen as a key indicator of raw goods and materials transported to manufacturers and consumers via shipping contracts. As mentioned in previous articles, Hanjinn Container Company, the7th largest container corporation in the world just filed for bankruptcy over the summer. You can see the BDI fluctuations day by day when you visit http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/BDIY:IND. It has been fluctuating wildly over the past year.
Deutsche Bank is on the verge of bankruptcy and large banks such as Bank of Americaand J.P. Morgan have been plagued by losses and lawsuits alike. The unemployment rate is truly about 25% and the “Soviet” style statistics quacked from the radio on “record gains” and “economic improvements” are false and intentionally misleading. A “Bank Holiday”has already happened in places such as Indianapolis, and when the politicians, bankers, and oligarchs decide, they will pull the plug on a Federal Reserve system of fiat currency that is already an ineffective laughingstock of a smirking world that is steadily returning to the gold standard. When that Bank Holiday is declared, you can be sure the financial systems will collapse and Martial Law will be waiting in the wings.
2. Cyberattack
This one is definitely one of the administration’s favorites. We’ve been seeing signs of this with the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and DNI (Director of National Intelligence) letters and statements that the Russian government is hacking into the American electoral and election process. The “targeting” of the DNC (Democratic National Convention) e-mails was assigned to the Russians and officially the Russian government has been accused by the administration of such, and trying to influence the presidential race on Friday, 10/14/16.
We also saw on 9/7/16, two days before the 5th North Korean nuclear test, the corporation based in California that monitors North Korean missile launches and nuclear testing was hacked into. A DoS (Denial of Service) was placed into their computer systems, preventing them from uploading satellite feeds and photos that would have enabled them to monitor the North Korean launch. That corporation is the Project on Crowdsourced Satellite Imagery. If other governments can crash our internet and servers, do you think it is possible that the U.S. government as directed by the Obama administration can do it on its own?
When that occurs, cell phones will go down, the computers will go down, the financial markets will be in a turmoil and cease trading, and ATM’s and bank cards will be rendered useless. Transportation, inventories, shipping, and deliveries will all be thrown into a turmoil and come to a halt. Bottom line: if all of this goes down as a result of a cyberattack, Martial Law will immediately follow.
3. “Unforeseeable/Black Swan” Event
As of last week, Obama just signed an Executive Order (EO), entitled “Executive Order: Coordinating Efforts to Prepare the Nation for Space Weather Events,” signed10/13/2016. Such an EO could cover meteor strikes, Coronal Mass Ejections (CME’s) from the sun, a comet, or any other space anomaly. Not a big deal, you may think? It is a big deal, because here’s the bottom line:
Who is to prevent Obama from either causing another nation to launch an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) weapon, or launching one of his own (U.S.-made weapon), taking down the grid and subsequently blaming it on a CME event/solar storm, courtesy of the sun?
Other events would include potentially man-made or generated storms, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, or even volcanic activity. If one scoffs at such, remember all that it would need is a 1 megaton nuclear “kicker” to set off either Yellowstone Caldera or the San Andreas Fault. Such natural disasters (initiated by man or genuine) usually result in Martial Law at the state level on a regular basis, much less one that is national in scope…that Obama would jump on to inculcate Martial Law.
4. Nuclear War/EMP Attack
Any day we could be at war with North Korea, Iran, China, or Russia. The resulting devastation, whether a full-scale or a limited nuclear war would automatically set in motion the wheels for COG (Continuity of Government), and a declaration of Martial Law.
Let me close this portion with my caveat:
World War III will begin with the detonation of an EMP device or weapon over the continental United States, followed by a limited nuclear exchange and then conventional warfare.
5. Viral or Bacterial Pandemic
Either naturally-occurring, or man-made. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) just inherited a tremendous amount of “police power” over the summer regarding their newfound ability to quarantine individuals or large groups of people on the suspicion of contamination/communicability regarding viral or bacterial pathogens relating to a potential or real pandemic.
There is an article by Catherine J. Frompovich entitled “ALERT: U.S. CDC Giving Itself Unconstitutional Powers to Round Up and Detain Citizens En masse Anytime, Anywhere and Throw Away the Key,” dated on 9/3/16. This article details how these police powers were created in the Federal Register as the Proposed Rule “Control of Communicable Diseases” on August 15, 2016 that are now in effect to be found underFederal Register Number: 2016-18103. Guess what? That proposed rule is now law, and could easily be utilized to “justify” Martial Law in the U.S. because of a pandemic: naturally-occurring, man-made, or phony.
In addition to all of these juicy tidbits, the deciding factor is what I refer to as the “IHM,” or “Incredible Human Mob.” Yes, Civil Unrest is a factor; yet it is not a method but a “sign/symptom,” a “side-effect” of what happens when one of the aforementioned 5 methods are employed. “In the interests of public safety,” or “to protect the public,” or “to maintain law and order” are the phrases trumpeted by our benevolent and friendly government.
As Rahm Emmanuel said, “Never let a crisis go to waste,” the very ones who are to be protected (the public) are the ones who create the conditions for civil unrest. It’s literally a “problem that takes care of itself,” and here’s the bottom line to cover the Civil Unrest factor:
Using the fake justification “in the interests of the safety of the people,” martial law will be declared to confine, restrict, and control the people…protecting them from…themselves.
Then come the restrictions to travel, the police state in the streets, at the workplace, and the confiscation of firearms. Then comes the removal of “dissidents and potential troublemakers,” as well as the curfews, restrictions, and limitations in every facet of our society. Martial Law is an objective of the Obama administration. The problem is that he (Obama) cannot just arbitrarily declare it. The declaration requires a prod, such as one of the 5 methods mentioned. In those circumstances, he then can suspend our rights under the Constitution and bypass the true laws of the U.S. Such an end state is his desire. Such an end state would also mean the end…of the United States.

I am all for “strong-arming” The USA back into our control before it is simply too late. We have both the time and tools needed to pull it off too …dammit all.
Hillary can be selected but she will never be a president. I believe this is the end of this governmental system, if the people treat it as such. This is not by the people nor for the people so we the people should resist by whatever means necessary. Here in the USA there is no such thing as “martial law”. It doesn’t matter what happens, and it doesn’t matter what position the person who “declares” martial law is serving within. What that person, whatever position they occupy, is actually doing is OPENLY declaring their treason and intent to use *terrorist force against Americans.
The US Constitution was created during some of the most trying times, and during a state of “emergency”.
“The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, equally in war and peace, and covers with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. “Emergency does not create power. Emergency does not increase granted power or remove or diminish the restrictions upon power granted or reserved. The Constitution was adopted in a period of grave emergency. Its grants of power to the Federal Government and its limitations of the power of the States were determined in the light of emergency and they are not altered by emergency.” Home Building & Loan Association v. There’s NO such thing as “emergency powers” that anyone serving or working within either of the state or federal governments in the USA that they can “evoke”, not lawfully. Those within the federal or state governments can claim “emergency powers” for anything they want and the ONLY thing they do is make criminals of those who are too ignorant or are domestic enemies/traitors of the USA and actually try to enforce these “pretend” “laws” when the “enforcers” should have immediately arrested those who wrote and gave those orders. They fooled the people who never bothered to learn what part they themselves play within our nation, what powers they actually were granted to use, and now the people are paying for it.
What most people are not aware of is that emergency powers and martial law is tied closely to those who run the “money” system here. That it was another unlawful action brought up by treasonous judges.
Dr. Edwin Vieira: “If we go to the doctrine of “Emergency Powers,”… what was the foundational case that put that doctrine on the constitutional map? It was Knox vs. Lee, the legal tender cases brought after the Civil War.

… read a dissenting opinion by Justice Stephen Field, the only Justice on the Supreme Court who had the integrity to dissent in every legal tender case that he heard. He wrote a dissenting opinion in Dooley vs. Smith, in 1872. He wrote, “The arguments in favor of the constitutionality of legal tender paper currency tend directly to break down the barriers which separate a government of limited powers from a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress. Those limitations must be preserved, or our government will inevitably drift from the system established by our Fathers into a vast, centralized, and consolidated government.”
You notice he was not talking specifically about the monetary powers. He wasn’t saying that these arguments would lead to the monetary powers being unrestrained. It was destroying the concept of limited government. “The arguments in favor of the constitutionality of legal tender paper currency tend directly to break down the barriers which separate a government of limited powers from a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress.” How do you define, or how would you characterize, a government resting in the unrestrained will of Congress, or any other political body? It is by definition a totalitarian government…
The Federal Reserve System was there when the greatest banking collapse in American history occurred, in 1932-1933, and in what was called the Great Depression of the 1930s. In that period what happened? The Roosevelt New Deal. What were the powers they were screaming for? Emergency powers. You’ll find that written into many statutes, e.g., The Emergency Banking Act of 1933. You should pay attention to the title, The Emergency Banking Act of 1933, and the “Aggregate Powers” doctrine. It’s been all downhill since then.

How should that have been done? Well, Americans would have had to understand and enforce their Constitution. You notice I say Americans, not the Congress or the Supreme Court, because who is the final arbiter of this document? [holding a copy of the Constitution] It is not Congress, and it is not the Supreme Court. It is “we the people.” Read the thing. How does it start? “We the people do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States”; not “we the politicians,” not “we the judges.” Those people are the agents of the people. We the people are the principals.
The doctrine is very clear that, being the principals, we are the Constitution’s ultimate interpreters and enforcers. You don’t have to take my word for it. Let’s go back to the Founding Fathers…
The Founding Fathers were profound students of law and political philosophy, their knowledge unequaled by any today. Their mentor in that era was William Blackstone, who wrote Blackstone’s Commentaries, probably the most widely read legal treatise of its time, certainly here in the United States. What did Blackstone write about this subject? He wrote, “Whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself; there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to.” (We the people are the Constitution’s ultimate interpreters. If the people do not understand our legitimate government, what is allowed, forbidden, and only allowed under certain circumstances and to be done only in specific put-into-writing ways – and they mostly don’t – then what is going on will continue until we no longer have our nation.
Understand that those that “just follow orders” and “just do their jobs”, enforcement or other agencies, that are NOT constitutional in their actions and intent are traitors; and when backed by governmental force, are *terrorists.
At least read and try to understand these concepts below from Madison.
Madison said: “That all power is originally vested in, and consequently derived from the people. That government is instituted and ought to be exercised for the benefit of the people; which consists in the enjoyment of life and liberty and the right of acquiring property, and generally of pursing and obtaining happiness and safety. That the people have an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform or change their government whenever it be found adverse or inadequate to the purpose of its institution.”
And that: “The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship…The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable. The people shall not be restrained from peaceably assembling and consulting for their common good; nor for applying to the legislature by petitions or remonstrances for redress of their grievances…The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
Plus: “The rights of the people to be secured in their persons, their houses, their papers, and their other property from all unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated by warrants issued without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, or particularly describing the places to be searched, or the persons or things to be seized.”
He also said: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial to be informed of the cause and nature of the accusation, to be confronted with his accusers and the witnesses against him; to have a compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”
The US Constitution does not allow for those elected or hired to implement or install “emergency powers”. It is not in their job description, the contract they agreed to when they took the governmental office or position they occupy – elected or hired, military or nonmilitary. The Bill of Rights is a list of further restrictions put upon those who serve or occupy governmental positions; the US Constitution defining exactly what they can do, which restricts, forbids anything else that is not specifically listed there. It does not allow for “executive orders” or “judicial orders” rather it forbids them in Article I, Section. 1: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Nor does it allow “emergency powers” under whatever pretext those in governmental positions would like to pretend they can use against us.
The word “All” in Article I, Section. 1 is all inclusive, meaning no one in the executive branch or within the judicial branch nor their “minions”, may create laws, executive orders, emergency powers, etc. (“All”: the whole, entire, total amount, quantity, or extent of). That “power”, “authority” is denied to those who serve within any capacity in those two branches: executive and judicial.
The entire concept of “emergency powers” was repudiated by the Supreme Court, in Panama Refining Corp. v. Ryan and then again in A.L.A. Schecter Poultry Corp. v. U.S.(Roosevelt’s New Deal legislation)
In Schecter, “the NRA attorneys, led by General Counsel Donald Richberg, strongly advocated the use of the ’emergency powers doctrine.'”
The Justices did not accept the government’s arguments. . . .
Speaking for a unanimous Court, Chief Justice Hughes also dealt a death blow to the emergency powers doctrine. Counsel for the government’s opponents relied on [Ex Parte] Milligan, arguing that an “emergency does not increase constitutional power nor diminish constitutional restrictions.” Yielding to their appeal, the Chief Justice retreated from the near-endorsement he had given the emergency powers doctrine in [Home Building & Loan Association v.] Blaisdell. “Extraordinary conditions do not create or enlarge constitutional power,” he declared. The Court conceded that such conditions might well require extraordinary remedies, but that did not “justify action which lies outside the sphere of constitutional authority.” Those who acted under authorization of the Constitution, the Court said, were not free to transcend the limitations upon the power that it granted merely because they believed that more or different power was necessary.
After Schecter ( A.L.A. Schecter Poultry Corp. v. U.S.) the Supreme Court’s attitude started shifting. It went from making sure that ALL laws, etc were in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution as the duty was assigned to them until National Labor Relations Act, when the Supreme Court began to uphold every piece of New Deal legislation that it considered. This was NOT “Good Behaviour” being practiced by the courts and the people should have removed them immediately.
Then the case of U.S. v. Macintosh, which overruled the case of Holy Trinity Church v. U.S. contributed greatly in transforming America from basically a Christian nation into more of a “government controlled State.”
Senate Report 92549, which was written in 1973, says that the USA has been in a state of declared national emergency since 1933, which means that we have been – and still are – are living under “emergency rule” an unlawful state here in the USA. A multitude of “laws” have been put on the books since 1933 that have unlawfully, but steadily, increased the power of the federal government.
Supposedly, now a US president could even institute Martial Law under these “new socialist” pretenses of law. Why not? this presidential impersonator gave himself First Degree murder ‘powers” (assassination powers) and few even protested. Under martial law, travel can be restricted, and all forms of communications can be controlled. Martial Law is unlawful here in the USA, it is treason being committed by all involved; from those that initiate it, to those who “just do their jobs” and “just follow orders” and implement it. But because those actions are unlawful here in our nation those people following those orders are made into terrorists and are used against our people, our nation; be they law enforcement or military.

In times of crisis presidents often lay claim to extraordinary powers to preserve the nation. Such emergency powers are neither granted expressly to the president nor delegated to Congress by the Constitution. Instead, they are judged to reside purely in the need for leaders to protect national sovereignty and domestic order. The mandate in Article II that the president “preserve, protect and defend” the US Constitution and uphold its provisions is considered (by those who want those powers) to contain implicitly the notion of emergency powers. Yet that cannot be true since they are required to “PRESERVE”, not only “protect and defend” the US Constitution. In actuality all US Presidents are held to a higher standard then everyone else as they are the ones charges with implementing the “laws of the land” – all that are IN Pursuance thereof the US Constitution. The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.
‘Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”’
Notice that the Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office after the beginning clauses which set forth the organization of the executive department, and before the ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s assigned power. The President is required to take the oath after he assumes the office but before he can lawfully execute it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.
Both the state and the federal governments get their powers from the people.
Read these cases below and understand why the people had to be “dumbed down” in order for America to be brought down. Why it is so hard to get people now to read that very short document, the US Constitution, or even just look up comments from the founding fathers.
How many, if they realized that most of what is going on is unlawful, is actualy working from within to destroy our nation our way of life, our legitimate government would really follow those orders, enforce those “color of law” when it is also them who will lost the right to own ANYTHING?
“To say that one may not defend his own property is usurpation of power by legislature.” O’Connell v. Judnich (1925), 71 C.A.386, 235 P. 664.
“Owner has constitutional right to use and enjoyment of his property.” Simpson v. Los Angeles (1935), 4 C.2d 60, 47 P.2d 474.
Brookfield Construction Company V. Stewart 284 F Sup. 94: “An officer who acts in violation of the constitution ceases to represent the government.”
“What is a constitution? It is the form of government, delineated by the mighty hand of the people, in which certain first principles of fundamental laws are established.” Van Horne v. Dorrance, 2 Dall. 304.
“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. A constitution is legislation direct from the people acting in their sovereign capacity, while a statute is legislation from their representatives, subject to limitations prescribed by the superior authority.” Ellingham v. Dye, 231 U. S. 250.
“The basic purpose of a written constitution has a two-fold aspect, first securing [not granting] to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined spheres.” Du Pont v. Du Pont, 85 A 724.
“The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. Dorrance, supra.
*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
I do not believe Obama has the will or a way of locking down the border, which would also be required in order to lock down this country; unless he gets troop help from outside this country. Would the UN for instance have enough troops to do this? Would he enlist the assistance of the Mexican government or the drug cartels to close the border?
I have been saying all along that it will be the UN who does the door to door knock down of those with guns. there will not be too many americans that would be willing to be the first one through the doors knowing full well that they will be met with deadly force. you can bet they will do it in the middle of the night too. my grandma used to say nothing good ever happens after dark and I think this applies here. folks the world elitist tactic has been to divide and conquer. we all must stick together on this because united we will stand and individually or divided we will fall. we live in very scary times and very perilous times that the majority of us as adults have never seen before. it is going to require due diligence on every patriot to stand strong otherwise they will destroy this country even further than has been allowed to. keep your faith, keep your eyes and ears open and by all means keep your arsenal ready for the oncoming onslaught. remember the elitists are like little kids. they cant keep their big mouths shut and like to tell secrets so listen for them. they will give you a heads up guarantee it.

In the case of martial law, Constitution Art 1 Section 9 applies to “The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.”
So the civilian courts would be closed… Martial Law or Military Justice system would be in effect. Okay, you will still have your 4th and 5th Amendment rights under Article 31 of the UCMJ.
But remember, the burden of innocence is on the Defense (you). The civilian court system follows English juris prudence where you are assumed innocent until proven guilty. Two different systems… So do not say a thing when brought in, ask for military counsel, ask for the charge sheet.
Solzhenitsyn literally wrote the book on this half a century ago (banned in some countries until the fall of European Communism in the 90’s).
His biggest regret (and that of many others who ‘burned in the camps’, was not putting up a fight when the Police/Security Operatives knocked on the door. His advice to future generations was to NEVER allow yourself to be taken peacefully. Go down hard, because the fate awaiting for you, particularly young women, in the camps was often worse than death, and you were unlikely to survive long term in the camps anyway.

PS, Martial Law is a legal term and unlikely to be used in the US due to some massive implications, noteably the refusal by military personal to kill civillian ‘militants’ due to the various oaths and rules in the armed services which should prevent the use of deadly force against the people (and billeting in private residences, etc). More likely is a ‘state of emergency’ where the Police issue a ‘shelter in place’ directive and then a combination of militarised Police and ‘alphabets’ backed up by private contracters (likely to be foreign mercs) do the ‘heavy lifting’, if you know what I mean.
I recommend people oncentrate on ‘shelter in place’ and ‘state of emergency’ rather than ‘martial law’.

Picked up some 110 gr HP. for my carbine the other day had them out shooting Pumpkins. If a Pumpkin is like a human head? OH MY GOD what a round to use.
Here is what I did I put an old rag around it and put in a burlap bag. After I shot it I checked inside the bag. It was nothing but mush. I did the same with some FMJ’s Nice clean holes with some splitting. it broke the pumpkin into 4 or 5 pieces. Then I went to soft points. Results major splitting and some mush. Range 40 yards.
I’m going to change my mags out to have one HP one FMJ and one soft point. This should stop anything under 100 yards with no PROBLEM!
Just thought you would like to know. I was using some Rem. HP and Win. SP. Military FMJs. But I believe you will get the same results what ever brand you use.

My brother patriots, I wanted to share this my invention with you. I developed gear that defeats infrared vision. I am sharing it instead of patenting. The quickest and easiest way (you are going to laugh) A blow up chubb suit, hooked to a 40lb CO2 tank, the CO2 comes out at -40, attached to a regulator, you can match the surrounding temps with a laser thermometer and a suit thermometer, fill the suit up with co2 and have a regulator (mine I made out of vinyl 2 layers it has about 3-4 mm space allowing co2 to flow not a chubb suit but you get the theory, allow supercooled air to circulate around your body and use the regulator to match surrounding temps). gloves, you just wind 1/4″ tubing around a glove to a valve on each hand , same with helmet and and shoes) my visor is 2 sheets of plexi glass that I can again fill with co2 attached to a valve. Its the flow of co2 that allows you to cool so the regulator are always open to some degree. I have a splitter coming off the regulator going to various parts of the suit. I made my outer sheath out of leather pouches filled with crushed glass because it gives complete thermal reflectivity, like scale mail… but heavy insulation would work just well as the suit itself keeps you cool (overkill with the crushed glass). I have tested this with a flir scout and it works perfectly. I am suprised the US military hasnt developed one but mine works and as you all know you have to be able to defeat thermal imaging. Using and infrared thermometer I am able to adjust the suit to the surrounding temperature by simply adjusting the flow of co2, your body heats up the co2 so you have to play with the regulator settings to get presets. A 40lb tank lasts about 12 hours. Its pretty awesome.
The Most likely thing and easiest thing. would be to False flag shut down the electric grid. No blue helmets needed. Simply turn off the lights. Blame it on whatever is handy Russians , EMP Trump? It would work really well in the extreme cold weather.
In areas where it snows, people will die without the grid unless they prepared for such an event with sub zero clothing, personal tents to use indoors, and alternative forms of heat such as wood stove or fireplace.
It is amazing how lax we become after years of living luxuriously. We need to spend a few days to a week or two without, just to reacquaint ourselves with the reality. That is for those not already off grid.
I’m thinking that a take down might occur on one of the rare days when temps drop to freezing in California. Those in the loop will be well prepped and probably on vacation.

My guess is that those who are going to die, will die within 24 hours from freezing. Followed by another bunch who use up the gas in their car trying to stay warm. After that, some begin to fall from dehydration. Two or three weeks afterwards people begin to fall from hunger, but by this time it will be warmer and then the looting and home invaders will be foraging in stores and breaking into other people’s stuff on a large scale. This is the time for self defense. However, I think Marshall Law will be conducted as part of a real and necessary attempt to pick up the now dead and rotting bodies which stink like hell. Better to find the dead in your area and bury them before this stage of the program. What do you think. It is illegal, under normal circumstances. But under such extraordinary events, so what. The smell of a dead body will bring unwanted attention. Might as well deal with it yourselves. This is getting crazy. Something, everything possible should be done to avoid Marshall Law. These psychos are sadists who look forward to a time when they can torture people say for such crimes as the psycho ever felt his feelings got hurt. Like when someone pointed out his crimes, which of course is a very touchy subject with the criminally insane.

Actually a dead body around here wouldn’t last long. The Crows, buzzards and coyotes make short work of a 1,000 pound cow. A deer that weighs about as much as a lean human is gone in two days. There are also bears and cougars but not very many. In some places the Feral pigs would consume a human body in a few hours.
I cannot see myself hanging on the side of an MRAP with one foot on the running board let alone standing in the hatch looking around… while riding around the town attempting to intimidate the hordes. My nightmare is the 1 in a 100 Americans that do an IDPA or IPSEC or 3 gun match every other week… the ground hog hunter… the deer hunter with the slug gun… the bow hunter… the guy or girl nobody noticed before that simply likes to spend some range time alone punching tongue depressors with a 22… Wanna understand what folks can do when angry or calm… Youtube “hunting boar with a 22” and watch the old fella in Texas do things to a hog that will scare you out of your body armor.
I must agree with the comment above … I would not care to be in uniform or anywhere near an official vehicle in a post event world while attempting to enforce any… ANY … government edict.
