Strange ‘Sonic Attacks’ Against Diplomats Reach Epic Proportions

The bizarre “sonic attacks” against diplomats began in Cuba, but have now spread to other countries with over 200 illnesses reported. It all started in the fall of 2016 when diplomats at the United States Embassy in Cuba reported some hearing loss and mild brain damage after hearing unusual and puzzling sounds.

SHTFPlan originally detailed the symptoms experienced by US diplomats in Cuba back in September of 2017.

Several of the affected diplomats were recent arrivals at the embassy, which reopened in 2015 as part of Barack Obama’s reestablishment of diplomatic relations with Cuba. The Daily Mail reported that one diplomat described being jolted awake in a Havana hotel room by a grinding, blaring cacophony. When he moved a few feet across the room, the noise stopped. When he got back into bed, the agonizing sound hit him again; as if, he told doctors, he had walked through some invisible wall cutting straight down the middle of his room. –SHTFPlan

But now, the sonic attacks have progressed beyond Cuba. Other embassies have now reported the debilitating conditions of diplomats.  The U.S. State Department has remained all but silent on the issue as well, other than to characterize their suspicion as unknown “sonic attacks” targeted U.S. diplomats, according to WND.

Diplomats in at least seven cities in four different countries have sought testing for strange symptoms. The victims’ symptoms include “hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus, balance problems, visual difficulties, headaches, fatigue, cognitive issues and sleeping problems.”

The latest incident occurred in conjunction with President Trump’s recent visit with Kim Jong-Un. As Trump was heading to Singapore for the historic summit with North Korea’s leader, a State Department diplomatic security agent who was part of the advanced team reported hearing an unusual sound he believed was similar to what was experienced by U.S. diplomats in Cuba and China who later became ill.

The government employee experienced the symptoms from late 2017 until April of 2018, according to the U.S. State Department.  “The employee was sent to the United States for further evaluation. On May 18, 2018, the Embassy learned that the clinical findings of this evaluation matched mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI),” Jinnie Lee, U.S. Embassy spokesperson in Beijing, told Gizmodo by email. “The Chinese government has assured us they are also investigating and taking appropriate measures,” Lee continued. –SHTFPlan

And now, some of the strange sounds have been now been recorded and released to the public. The U.S. government has issued an alert warning Americans traveling to China to seek medical attention if they experience “auditory or sensory phenomena” similar to what was reported in Havana. Additionally, the State Department recommended anyone traveling to Cuba should “reconsider” their plans.

      1. Trump should recall all diplomats from those countries and revoke all visas/passports for citizens of those countries who are in the U.S. Maybe even suspending trade with them. Watch how fast it gets solved.

      2. The chickens have come home to roost after years of Invading sovereign nations in recent times.

      3. Focusing audio sound waves into a beam has been possible for decades. Aim it at a single individual in a crowd of people and only that person can hear it. Aim it at a reflective surface and the sound seems to originate at the surface since it is reflected as a wave. American Technology Corporation developed the technology and marketed it as HSS Directed Audio Sound System. A similar device but more sophisticated could be doing this.

“Sex addiction IS a mental-health disorder, declares World Health Organization”

They keep adding to the list – and if you have a mental disorder you cannot own a gun (their ultimate goal).

So, what is the point at which you are “addicted”. They do not say.

        • Yohan . . . You have every reason to be paranoid.

Psychiatry and Psychology are both there to protect the state from the individual; not the individual from a very, very, very sick state.

The 2ND Amendment was created so the individual had the means to remedy and overturn the tyranny and a dysfunctional state.

Of course the state wants the guns.

      5. My bet is that these sonic weapons are an inside job.

The US Government doesn’t want peace with any of these countries where these sonic attacks are taking place.

Cuba only possesses enough technology to keep their ancient, aging, and rusting fleets of 1950s Chevys running. Their technology consists almost entirely of chewing gum, paperclips, and duct tape — if they can get past the chronic shortages of chewing gum, paperclips and duct tape.

The U.S. government specializes in dirty tricks. Attacking American citizens is just child’s play to them. My bet is we are witnessing typical deep state bully crap, where the bully assaults their victim, and then point the finger at somebody else.

      6. Ear plugs are very inexpensive, Light weight, And easy to throw a few in your pocket. Just being around a negro blasting rap music out his car is reason enough to need them.

I have lived in close proximity to constant loud music which caused me to resort to earplugs. You must be diligent and only use them once or ears can get infected. I bought disposables. But, there are better ones that block sound which are outside the ear, Like the ones at the rifle range.

        • I have a subwoof in my trunk; it came with the car. It’s amazing how fast tailgaters back off when sending good thumping music (Cher or something of that era) to the back speakers. 😀 Works the same on rappers beside you at a long light.

Had some loud music neighbors that were continually blasting their version of music out their windows. It was countered with highland fling music from my window. Never had another problem with that bunch.

I’m not usually antagonistic to the neighbors (or anyone) but now and then there comes a point …

      7. Earplug for the ears anyone?

Similarly, pilots should wear sunglasses during takeoffs and landings just in case someone uses a laser pointer to blind them.

      8. Ringing in the ears is now said to be ringing in the brain by many experts. My ears ring loudly and have been for years, a pulsing ring, at least I don’t hear the crickets chirping. When I ask doctors about ringing in the ears they have no explanation or advice of what causes it or how to treat it. On another note, read that Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams were masons and illuminati controlled way back then, so the building treason was underway even then.

        • We are all just in a computer simulation that has been running for 4 Billion Years (estimated age of the Earth). Ringing in the ears is a bug in the program. Ringing one day and not the next? They fixed it while you were sleeping.

Ever get a very high pitched tone, in only one ear, that lasts for about 1 minute? New computer instructions being sent to you (you – a sub-routine within the computer program).

      9. Gee, my hearing is so shot I didn’t hear anything at all from the clip. Or possibly my computer sound system won’t reproduce it. Whatever, I suspect it is more what they ate instead of what they heard.

      10. People you are missing some important facts. First of all, the sound attack is localized even within a room, which is possible only for ultrasound or microwaves. If it is ultrasound, then the source of it must be within the room, because that can’t penetrate walls an windows without significant attenuation and becoming useless as a weapon. If the source is within the room, then it must be an inside job of USA origin. But even so, visual difficulties and brain damage are unlikely to result from sound waves.

What makes more sense is that that attack is not sound wave, but sound modulated microwave, which can easily penetrate walls and windows. Such microwaves can cause brain damage, and there are several related US patents how to make such devices. The microwaves penetrate the skull and demodulate in the inner ear and brain cells. The victim will hear a sound. There have been several reports in the US many years back claiming they have heard someone giving them instructions, but people next to them heard nothing. That is the same device targeting a specific individual at a specific location only.

I do suspect also, that this is an inside job of the shadow government; Cuba would be one of the last countries to develop and use such technologies. But nevertheless the nature of the attack is not purely acoustic.
