In a major turn from its previous stance, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has suddenly declared that it is now okay for doctors in the United States to prescribe ivermectin as a remedy for patients who have COVID-19. The FDA decided that during the “pandemic,” prescribing ivermectin was banned.
The FDA and ruling classes were even going after doctors who dared to defy the corrupt federal agency’s do-not-prescribe orders. People were silenced and harassed for merely suggesting that a human could get relief from a drug already on the market, and won’t need a “vaccine.”

At one point, the FDA even mocked the public for believing in ivermectin, falsely claiming that it is just “horse paste” for horses and livestock. The FDA must have forgotten during the scamdemic – maybe it was the COVID brain fog? – that the agency approved ivermectin for human use back in the 1990s.

Besides the mocking tweet from 2021, the FDA also later lied to the public by falsely claiming that ivermectin “isn’t authorized to treat COVID-19,” even though off-label drug use is common with all sorts of other FDA-approved drugs.
The plaintiffs are Drs. Paul Marik, Mary Bowden, and Robert Apter. They say they were professionally harmed by the FDA’s statements, including being terminated over efforts to prescribe ivermectin to patients.
“The fundamental issue in this case is straightforward. After the FDA approves the human drug for sale, does it then have the authority to interfere with how that drug is used within the doctor-patient relationship? The answer is no,” Jared Kelson, representing the doctors, told the appeals court.
Dr. Marik has noted that a number of studies support using ivermectin against COVID-19, as the FDA itself has acknowledged. Some other studies show little to no effect.

Federal law enables the FDA to provide information, such as reports of adverse reactions to drugs, but not medical advice, Mr. Kelson said.
