Washington Post Names Drudge, Zero Hedge, & Ron Paul As Anti-Clinton “Sophisticated Russian Propaganda Tools”

The desperate flailing of a mainstream-media struggling through the five stages of grief continues as no lesser unbiased foundation of the fourth estate than The Washington Post pushes ahead with its “fake news, blame the Russians” narrative for why their candidate failed so miserably.
Citing “two teams of independent researchers” (who surely have a substantial libel litigation provision) who found “Russia’s increasingly sophisticated propaganda machinery… echoed and amplified right-wing sites across the Internet as they portrayed Clinton as a criminal,” the Jeff Bezos-owned website names Drudge, Zero Hedge, and The Ron Paul Institute and countless other outlets among the “useful idiots” that true American patriots should be wary of.
“The way that this propaganda apparatus supported Trump was equivalent to some massive amount of a media buy,” said the executive director of PropOrNot, who spoke on the condition of anonymity with the Post.
“It was like Russia was running a super PAC for Trump’s campaign.”

President Obama denounced the attention garnered by false information last week, saying: “If we are not serious about facts and what’s true and what’s not … if we can’t discriminate between serious arguments and propaganda, then we have problems.” And as The Hill reports, a sophisticated Russian propaganda effort helped fuel the spread of fake news during the election cycle, the Washington Post reported Thursday.
Two groups of independent researchers found that Russia employed thousands of botnets, human internet “trolls” and networks of Web sites and social media accounts to inject false content into online political talk and amplify posts from right-wing sites.
“They want to essentially erode faith in the U.S. government or U.S. government interests,” said Clint Watts, a fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute who co-authored a report about Russian propaganda.
“This was their standard mode during the Cold War. The problem is that this was hard to do before social media.”
The Washington Post states – without irony – that there are now scientific studies that show how the Russians influenced the 2016 election…
The flood of “fake news” this election season got support from a sophisticated Russian propaganda campaign that created and spread misleading articles online with the goal of punishing Democrat Hillary Clinton, helping Republican Donald Trump and undermining faith in American democracy, say independent researchers who tracked the operation.
Russia’s increasingly sophisticated propaganda machinery — including thousands of botnets, teams of paid human “trolls,” and networks of Web sites and social-media accounts — echoed and amplified right-wing sites across the Internet as they portrayed Clinton as a criminal hiding potentially fatal health problems and preparing to hand control of the nation to a shadowy cabal of global financiers. The effort also sought to heighten the appearance of international tensions and promote fear of looming hostilities with nuclear-armed Russia.
Two teams of independent researchers found that the Russians exploited American-made technology platforms to attack U.S. democracy at a particularly vulnerable moment, as an insurgent candidate harnessed a wide range of grievances to claim the White House. The sophistication of the Russian tactics may complicate efforts by Facebook and Google to crack down on “fake news,” as they have vowed to do after widespread complaints about the problem.
The report from PropOrNot, provided to the Post, identifies more than 200 websites that routinely pushed Russian propaganda to at least 15 million Americans, and found that false stories pushed on Facebook were viewed more than 213 million times. You may be surprised by some of the sites on the list (it seems even satirical fakes news sites are propagandists too)…
So in other words, any and every one who is anything but a liberal drone is now a Russian plant? McCarthy would be proud.
As the “scientists” explain, reporting facts is tantamount to being a “useful idiot.”
Please note that our criteria are behavioral. That means the characteristics of the propaganda outlets we identify are motivation-agnostic.
For purposes of this definition it does not matter whether the sites listed here are being knowingly directed and paid by Russian intelligence officers, or whether they even knew they were echoing Russian propaganda at any particular point: If they meet these criteria, they are at the very least acting as bona-fide “useful idiots” of the Russian intelligence services, and are worthy of further scrutiny.

For further color on “Useful Idiots”, Jim Quinn uncovered the following video by a former KGB member Yuri Bezmenov who defected to Canuckistan in 1970. In it he details how the Marxist/Leninist’s planned to conquer the west from within without ever firing a shot. How well do you think their plan is working? At about 7:20 the host, G. Edward Griffin, asks Yuri “What do we do?” (to counter the takeover) and we were more than a little surprised by his response:

An analysis of web traffic patterns and linking backs this up: ZeroHedge has a prominent place within the network of pro-Russia news and propaganda outlets.

As reported yesterday, India’s unexpected crackdown on “black money” which saw the elimination of the old high denomination bills, is not going well, not only because former PM Manmohan Singh slammed the idea warning it would cut as much as 2% from the GDP of the world’s fastest growing economy, but because so far the voluntary participation in the “exchange” of old for new notes ahead of today’s exchange suspension (deposits of old cash may still take place until December 31) has been far below expectations.
As a result, the government is taking even more aggressive steps to part savers with their allegedly “laundered” cash, and as the Indian Express reports, Mody’s cabinet discussed amending laws to levy close to 60% income tax on unaccounted deposits in banks above a threshold post demonetisation of high-denomination currency notes. “The move comes amid banks reporting over Rs 21,000 crore being deposited in zero-balance Jan Dhan accounts in two weeks after the 500 and 1,000 rupee notes were banned, which authorities apprehend may be the laundered black money.”

Fidel Castro Dead t 90 years Old. In reading, Castro was not all that Bad. Get this:
Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro, whose 49-year rule was marked by an anti-Israel stance to match his deep antagonism to the United States and the west, is dead at age 90.
His brother and successor since he stepped back from power in 2008, President Raul Castro, announced his death late Friday evening.

Zeus, I’m busting your bubble on Castro. My wife was from Cuba and lost half of her family to Castro’s butchers. Castro aligned himself with the USSR after the trade embargo was imposed and they subsidized Cuba’s economy for 3 decades until they collapsed in 1991. After the subsidies ended, Castro had to reopen the economy to foreign investment. That was the only way his SOVIET-STYLE ECONOMY could be kept afloat and he could stay in power. An estimated 200000 Cubans have died at the regime’s hands over 50+ years of tyrannical rule and millions gone into exile. The Cuban people still suffer horribly while the ‘top dogs’ live like kings. Castro is one less commie POS living and breathing. He’s already in hell right now which is what he deserves. The Castro regime’s days are numbered. Kevin2, the one thing you’re missing is that when Castro took over he had the entire curriculum changed in all of the Cuban schools and brought them under centralized control. He seized all of the Catholic Church’s property, including their schools, and shut them down. I’ve always found it ironic that the Castro brothers came from a wealthy Catholic family and had every advantage when they were young, including attending PRIVATE CATHOLIC SCHOOLS. Cuba has the highest literacy rate of any COMMUNIST nation in the world.

Correction Cuba has a literacy rate of 99.8%. The infant mortality rate is 4.5 per 1000. The infant mortality rate in in the US is 5.3 per 1000. I’ll go out on a limb and say that the literacy rate in Cuba is as high as the US; maybe higher. To compare with a similar country the literacy rate in Honduras 81% and the infant mortality is 22 per 1000. Haiti is 60% and 48 per 1000.
They might not have freedom but compared to their peers Cuba is way ahead.

But of course he said, once we win, “they will have to be liquidated.” Unfortunately, they weren’t politically correct enough, and of course this lesson is lost on the Mikey Moores, Babs Streisands, Sean Penns, etc. They needn’t wonder what would happen to them if the communists – or their beloved Islamofascists – took over. (BTW, Castro and his crew hated homosexuals, too).
An example of one 17 year old boy whom Che murdered: Rigoberto Hernandez. He was a janitor in a high school in Havana, retarded, and the only son of a single mother, who was accused of planting bombs by the CIA. Juana Diaz was executed Christmas Eve, 1961, for not adhering to Castro’s Stalinist ways. She was six months pregnant at the time.
Hatred was constant in Che’s writings. Che wrote of “Hatred as an element of struggle”; hatred that is intransigent”; hatred so violent that it propels a human being beyond his natural limitations, making him a violent and cold blooded killing machine.” In fact, in 1961, he wrote that he craved “millions of atomic victims” in America (possibly to include a bunch of young Robert Redford types, but they don’t get it). Here are Che’s own words from 1961: “Against those hyenas there is no option but extermination. We will bring the war to the imperialist enemies’ very home to his places of work and recreation. The imperialist enemy must feel like a hunted animal (BTW, where’s the outrage from PETA and Greenpeace over this statement?? Thus, we’ll destroy him! I have had a problem with the russian steel cased ammo. After the AR-15 gets hot from firing multiple round the steel cased ammo gets jammed in the chamber.
Happens on all my ar-15s. Does not happen with brass ammo.

Bullets have lacquer sealant. Also the is a powder coat. Fouls the chamber.
Get yourself a piston ar10 and you won’t have that problem.

There are so many different theories.Some say the copper coating gets rubbed off before it exits the barrel. Some say steel expands different and carbons. The chamber. . I tell people to watch a war movie and decide what you would want in that situation. I bet 99 % of the time you would want a shotgun.? You will be too sick and tired to aim. Foreign steel case ammo is not the best for AR-15’s. Laquer builds up and can cause over pressure in the chamber. Over pressure can cause a dangerous situation. Possible to even explode.

Get a POF415 upper and you will no longer have this issue.
The AR-15 chamber is of tighter tolerances than the ComBloc weapons, and the ammo is dirty, fouls up your AR gas system. Just stop using the lacquer-cased ammo, you’ll have no problem.
Buy a few thousand .223 cases and reload. You’ll get good quality ammo for the price of a box of the ComBloc stuff.

If you’ve been using the older laquer coated Wolf Ammo along with a few others who coated with laquer, your shells could be sticking or slowing up ejection after heating up and the laquer becoming sticky. Most of the Russian brands are still coating but using a different sealant now.

You usually can’t go wrong with green tip 5.56.
I prefer brass, it can be reloaded, you never know when the next ammo shortage will appear.
Never shoot steel cased ammo through an AR-15. For many reasons, stay with brass. For one, steel rims wear down extractors quickly. AKs are designed for steel, ARs are not.

Okay then, at the time God created EVERYTHING, there is no mention of any ‘raw materials’ being at hand that God created the Universe from is there? Nope.
That verse is meant to state that God took himself and created everything within his mind to that of which we can see, feel, smell, touch, to include thoughts and emotion …to include absolutely everything. God even states He is ‘evil’ in The Old Testament. Since this is assumed correct, what need of a Satan would there be? (And what God could not “think” Satan into non-existence being that satan is nothing more than a fallen angel, the most beautiful angel at that)!
In a nutshell, religion points you to the thought that “all that exists” is comprised of God (yet it is always taught “with a twist”, to include evil. Since there is nobody on earth that can prove nor disprove this – is it not worthy of more thought and consideration?
