Editor’s Comment: It is no surprise that the system – and its shrill puppets like Hillary Clinton – have gone to all lengths to bar us from our right to bear arms, yet bend over backwards to protect the medical and vaccine industries from litigation, even in spite of clear evidence of harm.

Double Standard: Clinton argues gun manufacturers, but not the vaccine industry, ought to be liable for product related injuries and deaths

Politics is ridden with double standards. Last night’s Democrat Party presidential debate was no exception. When it came to the issue of gun control, Hillary Clinton argued that gun manufacturers ought to be financially liable for gun deaths, claiming that “no other industry” has total legal immunity. Never mind the fact that the vaccine industry does have total legal immunity, which Clinton supports.
The issue of gun control took flame when Gene Kopf, whose 14-year-old daughter was critically injured in an Uber driver’s shooting spree last month, asked the Democratic primary candidates how they would crack down on gun control. He added that he didn’t “want to hear anything about tougher laws for mental health or criminal backgrounds, because that doesn’t work.” Kopf also stated that Jason Dalton, the man responsible for the shooting that nearly killed his daughter, “had no mental health issues recorded, and had a clear background.”
In response, Clinton stated, “We have to try everything that works to try to limit the numbers of people and the kinds of people who are given access to firearms,” and acknowledged that “not every killer will have the same profile.”
Absolute immunity
However, she added, “I also believe, so strongly, Gene, that giving immunity to gunmakers and sellers was a terrible mistake.” Clinton was alluding to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which protects gun manufacturers and dealers from being held liable when their products are used to commit crimes. Clinton went on to press that her opponent, Bernie Sanders, voted in favor of the bill.
“No other industry in America has absolute immunity… and they sell products all the time that cause harm,” Clinton said. “You talk about corporate greed? The gun manufacturers sell guns to make as much money as they can make.”
Clinton glossed over the fact that the vaccine industry, which she supports, does have legal immunity when their products cause harm. When the question of vaccine safety was brought up during the Republican presidential debate last year, Clinton made a tweet that compared people who want evidence to support the claimed efficacy or safety of vaccines to those who deny that the earth is round or the sky is blue.
National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act
The vaccine industry obtained immunity from legal liability for its products in 1986, when Congress passed a bill called the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. The act gave the impression that the government was reaching out to vaccine-injured families when, in actuality, it denied injured parties the right to a trial by jury.
The federal act gave vaccine manufacturers the right to not disclose the risks attached to vaccines. Due to the “learned intermediary doctrines,” vaccine producers are not liable for vaccine injuries nor do they have to disclose correct information to those who are getting vaccinated.
Since injured families can’t bring vaccine manufacturers before a jury, they have to submit to the Department of Health and Human Services. The federal government then decides whether an injured family should be compensated to not speak out about the case.
Commenting on Clinton’s hypocrisy, Mike Adams, editor of Natural News, explains the difference between gun manufacturers versus vaccine manufacturers:
“Hillary’s statement shows her incredible ignorance about the current state of legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers. While gun manufacturers do not intentionally design their products to cause harm, vaccine manufacturers deliberately formulate their products with known neurotoxic chemicals and heavy metals. If any industry should be held responsible for the injury and death of countless victims, it’s the vaccine industry.”

I will add, even in the City you can Post No Trespassing signs at the City easement by your driveway. Police have no permission to come to your door at all, for any reason, or come onto your property, unless they are carrying that Paper Warrant. You also do not have to open your door for the cops at all. And place a sign on the door, come back when you have a warrant or get the fuck off my property and stay off. Also post signs that says “All Trespassers will be shot, Survivors will be shot again.”
Not having those No Trespassing signs in place just allows any dumb bumm to come to your door to solicit or scam you. Another reason why I moved out of the city, as I was just a thin door away from a forced entry. And had Black solicitors knock about 2 times a week back then. What also worked well for those knocking at my door, is that I put up a fake camera above my front porch door, ($10 online) that would blink when motion would set it off. I watched many come to the door look up, then turn and go away, never even knocking. So that also works great. Use layers of security. On my No Trespass signs I write with a sharpie, Video Recording.
Here in the country, any car or person coming down the dirt private road to my property will have to pass my neighbors 4 yapping chihuahuas and 2 other big badass dogs. And my closest neighbors Pitbull. I am on a dead end. That extra 30 seconds barking allows me to grab my rifle and head out to my sandbagged LPOP, to see what is up. I also have plenty of No Trespassing signs behind my fence line, and on the canal, so there are plenty of warning not to try and enter my property.
Anybody still living in any major city like the Brady Bunch is pretty much going to be a Victim when this all goes down. You will flee for your lives like refugees in Syria. Then what? Plan XYZ on the flee?

Clint, I sometimes trade off twixt the AK and 870. In the 870 I have a mix ‘tween 00buck, ‘buck and ball'(00 buck with .56 cal lead ball) and one ounce deer(foster type) slugs. I can defeat the armor with that as well as any partition/door in my home which I will shoot through as necessary.

Bud, I don’t think I am a high priority for a drone strike. Unless I give them good reason. It also would be hard to even drop a swat team in here from above because of the mass tall trees scattered across all of my property unless they rappel down a 200 ft rope. Which just makes them targets for my weaponry. That would be a long fall, splat.. And I don’t see that option either. They could kayak up the fresh water canal or use a stealth trolling motor and have to assault at night with night vision, to jump on my bank. I also have an extra roll of barbed wire I can string between the trees on the canal bank as tangle foot with metal rebar sharpened to a point and pounded in the ground, at the choke points. Trip and falling onto sharpened rebar would not be pretty. I would put that in place now, but would have a pile of deer to deal with in the morning. I have motion detectors, but the deer and coons set them off all hours of the night by my gate, so I don’t use that method anymore, but still available if needed, and that has a 1/2 Mile Range so I could put that up outside my property further up the road. I guess I could also install one of those facing the canal on a tree and camo it well, towards the possible direction of intruders if they came up the canal by boat. I’ll work on that one. Good idea.

I had a debate years ago with a performance car enthusiast that thought it was perfectly fine and desirable to ban and confiscate high magazine capacity semi auto rifles (I prefer not using the term assault rifle) but 150 MPH autos are fine because, “They’re not a gun”. The debate went to lawsuits which he said its not the car but the driver. When guns came into that debate the same reasoning was given, “They’re not a gun”. That is a murky area as regardless of law every nation arms those that do their bidding regardless if they actually know it or not. The movie, Lord Of War, is loosely based upon this. All of those military guns did not get to Africa on their own. Was listening to NPR yesterday afternoon, they were talking with the author of a book that looks into the eugenics programs in the USA in the early 20th century,
A little tidbit of history they wont be teaching anyone in school, the eugenics programs embarked upon by the Nazis were modeled on policies of the USA,,,, the USA actually had a program that removed people deemed unfit to procreate from society,
I find it interesting how our own ugly past is hidden from view and is only inadvertantly exposed through journalistic fill.

LR: I read several books by M. Scott Peck. The one that impacted me the most was his book, “People of the Lie.” I had one family member tell me they thought it was a stupid book and they would never read it. I recommended another family member read it just this week. Along with the book and movie, “The Beans of Egypt, Maine.” I saw that movie on a local PBS channel years ago. It was a huge shock. It is probably the most profane and honest movie I have ever seen on PBS. After watching the movie I went on to read several books by the author. She still lives in Maine and married a man that is (or was) illiterate. I did a search last week and the author lives in a rural part of Maine with no plumbing. It doesn’t surprise me one bit. People in Maine are tough as nails. Always have been.

OK. The best way I can answer your question is to say that we humans are the children of God. We existed with God and the King over us for a long time before this Age.

In the eternal age, including the millennium, there will be no wombs or birthing, and possibly the new spirit bodies will not be male or female, as we know them now.

Out of the hundreds of comments that come through here daily we manually delete about 3% (not including spam through automated system moderation), so there are a good deal of comments that users never see here, and for good reason. I wouldn’t label this moderation activity as “censoring” and would argue that we aren’t removing them because of a biased political, religious, etc. point of view. They are being deleted because they are intended to do nothing but create conflict.
With regards to other comments making it through — we can’t catch everything passing through the comment areas and yes, we do miss some that shouldn’t make it through. Not much more I can say there.
Jimbo, if you disagree with someone, just make your point and move on. I understand you disagree with others here. Totally fine. But do we really need a literal 20 comments about virtually the exact same thing in one comment thread? What ends up happening is that users who troll other users end up getting blanket deletions across their entire post string during a specific time frame because we simply do not have the ability in a day to read everything – so, frankly, it’s just easier to completely delete the entire string of comments to ensure we don’t miss something we shouldn’t. This may not seem fair, but please consider the time and effort required to moderate a forum like this.
Constructive comments are welcome on the site. Debate. Argue. But can we do it with some civility (and this is directed at all of those who continue to hammer the same stuff here – you know who you are and we will, indeed, delete if necessary)?

You are enough of a stand up guy to explain the situation and not ignore it as I expected. So for that, my hat’s off to you and I will make every attempt to keep my posts on a more civil footing. For the record, I didn’t want to use different poster names but when my comments were being deleted so often I used this ploy in an attempt to circumnavigate the system, that’s why I used the different handles.

I appreciate your response here and thank you for your regular contributions in the comment forums. This web site has always been guided by its users and my aim is to keep it that way. Things can get a bit crazy sometimes, I get that. Keeping it all under control can be difficult at times, and I, admittedly, may overreact a little when there are several users just hammering each other, but it’s more out of frustration than anything else. I have seen some great readers and contributors leave because there was just too much of it going on – I am just trying to avoid that from happening whenever possible.
