Try the Saker or Southfront or Duran for sitreps. Try some boots on the ground videos from Patrick Lancaster reporting from the Donbass combat zone, or Gonzo Lira in Kharkiv. There’s another guy reporting who lives in Donetsk who also volunteers with the DPR whose name escapes me now. These guys are right there near the front lines and talk to the people on the ground affected by the fighting, whether civilian or soldier. Not like the CNN or other reporters who are hundreds of miles from the action.
