Free and affordable health care just gets better and better.

In 2015 the government will be activating some new “incentives” embedded in the Affordable Care Act in an effort to get more people to sign up.

But, as is often the case when the government says one thing, they mean exactly the opposite. In this case, when they say incentive what they really mean is that you are going to be penalized if you fail to acquire government mandated health insurance. But not just you. Your children, who apparently no longer belong to you anyway based on a recent court ruling, will be fined for your failure to get them on the insurance rolls:

Penalties for failing to secure a health-insurance plan will rise steeply next year, which could take a big bite out of some families’ pocketbooks.

The penalty is meant to incentivize people to get coverage,” said senior analyst Laura Adams of InsuranceQuotes.com. “This year, I think a lot of people are going to be in for a shock.

In 2014, Obamacare’s first year, individuals are facing a penalty of $95 per person, or 1 percent of their income, depending on which is higher. If an American failed to get coverage this year, that penalty will be taken out of their tax refund in early 2015, Adams noted.

While that might be painful to some uninsured Americans who are counting on their tax refunds in early 2015, the penalty for going uninsured next year is even harsher. The financial penalty for skipping out on health coverage will more than triple to $325 per person in 2015, or 2 percent of income, depending on whichever is higher.

Children will be fined at half the adult rate, or $162.50 for those under 18 years old.

So, that’s your incentive. Either sign up for Obamacare at a rate of roughly $750 a month or more for a middle-class family of four, or pay a $325 penalty or two percent of your income, whichever is higher. Plus, if you have kids, they’ve been incentivized too!

Moreover, if you fail to sign up for Obamacare and subsequently refuse to pay your penalty your house will be raided by armed IRS agents, seized by the government, and you’ll be imprisoned for tax evation.

Welcome to the new America, where the government now has the power to compel you to purchase products from private companies under the threat of imprisonment or death. Yes, death. Because if you run from those armed IRS agents they’re going to use their brand new militarized AR-15’s to ensure your compliance.

At this point the only chance Americans have for the complete destruction of the Affordable Care Act is for a Supreme Court ruling expected in the Spring of 2015. If the court rules against Obamacare over its illegal federal subsidies then the law could fall apart almost instantly.

These days, even democrats who supported the legislation before anyone had a chance to actually review it are up in arms. It seems many have finally realized that free health care isn’t actually, well, free.

Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama.

Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law.

“Of course, I want people to have health care,” Vinson said. “I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.”

Suckers, the whole lot of them. Unfortunately, they supported legislative action that will eventually unravel the entire economic fabric of the United States of America unless it is repealed or overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Don’t pay… and reduce what you send the IRS…. and bank what you would owe extra… when you fill out your 2014 taxes….. do not include the money in the payment…. If just 10 million taxpayers do this it will break the system….

              Im your Huckleberry,
              Already in that mode,,
              Get this,
I have health insurance, through my girlfriends work,
Primo coverage, but because of a technicality it doesnt qualify so i would have to pay a fine,
              Like my friend above said,
              THEY CAN GO SUCK EGGS!

Awesome video and have seen them myself multiple times….. awesome show every time…. and just anther brick in the wall……

                    • DevilMayCry

Man On The Inside, you have it right, but think smaller.
What if one million americas denied the IRS just a dollar a piece.

                      They would shit a brick.

And if the IRS took them to court we could file a class action lawsuit and claim they are violating our right not to be compelled to speak, or better yet, claim it is a freespeech issue, seeing as money is now protected speech, haha. Media and courts would have a field day with that one.

The wonderful thing is that to the average american, a dollar isn’t anything. If the IRS cracked down on people they would look horribly petty and politicians on both sides of the isle would distance themselves right quick–the goons in the irs would rapidly find their political support wither.

If the IRS did nothing the movement would only grow until it went to court anyway.

The IRS would be, as the average american feels, “damned if you do, damned if you don’t.”

We could call it the million dollar march.
Hit em where it hurts. ;]

I had amazing coverage which I paid for out of my pocket. Now I got cancelled and will have no insurance right before christmas. I have one month to Fina a plan and nothing is as good as my old one. I will now be paying 1000 a month for me and my wife and getting much less coverage. So I’m screwed and work does not cover me or my family. So thank you Mr Obama for costing me money I don’t have. And the on to of that I have a job so I don’t get money from the government. At this point i hope I get layer off. I can collect unemployment work for cash get free health insurance because I will qualify because I don’t have a job then I can sign up for all the fine programs the governmgovernment offers. Like Obama phone ,electric and gas money for low income food stamps so I can afford stuff like steak and shrimp and then I can spend money like I don’t care because I didn’t earn it. It’s such a great system. So to all of us who work good luck.it’s a bitch to have a job and to better your self and want to own stuff.

Anon – you MUST check out healthSHARE plans. We use Liberty Health Share. Good coverage, 1/3 of the price you note. There is also Samaritans Healthshare, Christian Healthshare, and some others. Just google it. We have been VERY pleased with our coverage. If you do drugs, smoke or are a heavy drinker, you can’t join tho – but this keeps costs down.

As our leader has pointed out, you need to prioritize healthcare. There are probably some items in your budget that you can do without…cell phone, internet, little debbie snacks, soft drinks, hard drinks, unnecessary vacations, firearms…

                    • Booger

We who work have to do without the cell phone the Debbie snacks, soft drinks, hard drinks, unnecessary vacations, firearms etc, so that the Ghetto monkeys and Illegals can have what we earned. I call Bullshit on that one. Whoever in the Gov believes that the working class American will put up with that can suck an egg !

I had coverage for my children and myself through this so called wonderful Obama care. I paid on time every month. Switched banks gave them all the required information to switch automatic withdraw from the new account they did not take it out like they were suppose to so we got cancelled. I called them about the funds not being pulled out and they told me since I missed a payment I was cancelled. Just lovely.

                    • AnonymousToo

The same thing happened to me this month – under identical circumstances. I paid over $465.00 per month all year for coverage and not once necessitated medical treatment this year. Blue Cross Blue Shield pocketed nearly $5000 in premiums from me while not expending a nickel in benefits, then I get cancelled because their call center failed to complete the request to change EFT accounts?!?!? What a load of crap, and now I get to pay the penalty for two months without coverage.

For the past decade, I set aside $300.00 per month into a separate savings account to pay for my medical needs. I have never once run out of funds, and had nearly $20,000 in the account when this fiasco of a law was passed. That was more than enough for me to incur a hospital visit or surgery, should I have required it – and had access to other means if I needed it. Now I get to pay for deadbeats to suck on the hard work of working class Americans without the benefit of me owning the account. F them all.

              • Winston Smith

I don’t have any insurance at all and don’t plan to get it. I work in food service and the cheapest plan would cost me 10% of my yearly income and pay nothing unless I spend nearly 40% of my income between the deductibles and premiums. I refuse to be a premium donkey and buy something that will bankrupt me the first time I am actually able to use it. If I am going to go bankrupt from the cost of care anyways then I will just choose to do so when I get seriously ill. Until then, my doctor takes cash- $80 per visit. I’ll continue to pay him rather than buy a plan that does nothing to help me but lines the pockets of big insurance with my hard earned pay.

                • lower40

i dont have ins. either ,my buss. is just my son and i ,by the time we pay over head and taxes ,there is only pennies to split ,not that that is the reasonn im not buying it ,im not buying it because you cant tell me i have to ,im a free man ,fuck you ,lying POS’s ,even now look at the first thing the rep. said we’re going to try and repeal the employer mandate ,and end the tax on the surgical tools ,and then work on the individual mandate, same old shit take care of big buss. before the little guy ,they dont give two shits about the mandate ,there just dancing to there lobbyest backers,i know there are those out there that dont believe in evolution ,but i have proof ,i have seen in my life time the back bone of mankind turn to jelly ,i for one say “give me liberty or give me death”

                  • Winston Smith

Exactly. I don’t give a damn about the employer mandate. It’s the individual mandate that hurts most people. I should not be required to buy a good or service as a prerequisite for US citizenship. Sadly though, that’s just what the Republicans will do because politicians will sell out the average American before they will the big business lobby that pays them so well.

Are we too stupid to not realize how the timing of this is planned? Of course not. The media will focus all attention on the chaos from the Ferguson decision so Obola can quietly sneak his unconstitutional executive orders through. Time and time again, anytime there’s a big media circus event, look and see what new damage has quietly been penned by the dictator.

                • Meathead

WWTI. Good post. I should have the day off Monday so I can watch the fireworks on LiveStream or Utube. Hopefully the journalists can get in where the sh*t is happening without putting themselves at risk. And the journalists are going to have to be creative so they can have more mobility in the hot zones.
Your checklist is similar to mine, except I’m out of beer.
Maybe they’ll post comments on the LiveStream feed when the SHTF. I was reading some of them during the August riots in Ferguson; they were funnier than hell. Deranged, but funny.

White House visitor logs CONFIRM that Gruber was at the White House the day of this meeting.

“ObamaCare was passed because knowledge of what was in the bill was hidden and because of the stupidity of the American Voter…”

“In a newly surfaced video, one of Obamacare’s architects admits a “lack of transparency” helped the Obama administration and congressional Democrats pass the Affordable Care Act. The conservative group American Commitment posted Jonathan Gruber’s remarks, reportedly from an Oct. 17, 2013, event, on YouTube.

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” says the MIT economist who helped write Obamacare. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass
                .
“This is the contempt the Obama Administration has for the American Electorate.”

                Patriot Action Net

Obama now CLAIMS he had no idea Obamacare was passed by deceptive data claims and other lies. Pelosi tried to CLAIM she never heard of Gruber.

They must forget people have the internet.

Additonal tapes have now been found with Jonathan Gruber telling (bragging) how Obamacare was passed. The latest one is him telling how OBAMA WAS IN THE ROOM when they discussed some tactics (the Cadillac tax) to pass it.

I have my tax status in HR/payroll as 99 all year. I have paid 0 fed taxes all year, only paid into that BS social security….which is just a bunch of old asshat sheeple that dont understand the constitution stealing from me…..yeah that means all you old assholes receiving social security, and I have had medicare taken out. I bet ya I don’t pay any fed taxes come next April as well 🙂

              • Mensa141

@BJ – lay the blame on our government over the years stealing all the money we paid in. You are now paying on all the IOUs they put in to replace the investments we made while we were working. Makes me wonder just who will be the ones who pay for your investments when you go to retire??

                • BJ

I don’t want anyone’s money when I retire….I have a conscious and try not to be a hypocrite. I dang sure don’t want to steal my kids money.

I don’t agree get what you can and put it into Gold and silver, give that to your kids. If we are ever going to get out of this mess someone has to help them et a start. Any you don’t get and put away is just going to end up as garbage.

                • anon

                  Mensa141,

Not to be rude, but the ‘investment’ terminology is false. Social Security has never been an investment. In an investment situation, I put money into some form of security (stock / bond / mutual fund / IRA / currency / futures / commodities / PM’s) with the expectation I will receive a return on said investment. If whatever company I invested in or my investment program invested in spends money like a drunken sailor and goes bankrupt, then I lose my principle investment. Investments always indicate risk is involved (namely risk of loss of principle money invested). Even though there can be substantial risk involved, the choice of investing is ultimately mine alone.

With Social Security, the government puts a gun to my head (metaphorically at first, and later actually physically if I refuse to comply) and demands that a certain percentage of my labor as valued in the form of money be removed from my possession prior to me ever seeing it. Social Security is nothing more than a mafia shake down skimming operation merged with a ponzi scheme of the highest order. If you thought Bernie Madoff was a crook or that Jon Corzine deserves 3 hots and a cot for the rest of his life, you should understand that they are both pikers when compared to the ponzi scheme operation our federal government has foisted upon the people of this nation for the last 80 years.

Yes, the federal government promised you a return on your investment. And immediately after skimming its cut off the top for your labor, the federal government proceeded to spend money like a drunken sailor at the behest of the congress and presidents that for the majority of that time you participated in electing. So congratulations on waking up a little too late with the rest of the earlier generations who were content to let this systemic infection remain, fester, and grow. Now we all get to enjoy the equivalent of the late stages of sepsis as our constitutional republic dies.

Please remember that I will continue making sure your IOU is fulfilled for as long as possible. That IOU replaced the money you input in the system probably many years before I was even able to vote. The things that IOU bought were frivolous wastes of money, and nobody bothered to pay attention during that time.

For myself, I will still take on the burden of paying your IOU’s and I will expect absolutely no return on the funds skimmed from my labor at the point of a gun (what you call investment) by the federal government. I will live in such a way that I will never steal from the next generation to supposedly pay myself back for whatever wages from my labor was stolen from me over my lifetime. And I fully expect Social Security will be dead and gone by the time I reach retirement age. Whether its death is due to a collapse of the system making it irrelevent through hyperinflation, or whether the population at large comes to view it as the disease that I see it as, social security will cease to exist before I would be able to collect a dime on it.

Enjoy your Social Security checks. I hope your perspective might be broadened ever so slightly now.

                  • BJ

Very good explanation anon. Hopefully joethcockleburr below has read it and educated himself.

              • joethcuckleburr

BJ(Had one last night and expect one this morning), as a fourteen karat gold asshat I sympathize with your plight and all others who are the payers. However, with a small indulgence on your part I’d like to offer another perspective. For 44 years I and my employers paid in substantial sums to SS. If you understand the great financial power of compounding interest you see that if I had all that money plus the interest over 44 years I would be a multi-millionaire, could live luxuriously off of the interest and leave the millions to my heirs. Instead, I receive an amount that isn’t even a decent interest payment on the money I and my employers paid in. The gubmut took my money and pissed it away, and judging from your attitude, I would hazard a guess that you have probably received MORE than your share of it.

            • TRUTH BE TOLD

Don’t pay, and reduce what you send the IRS. Agreed. But I wouldn’t bank anything either. The IRS and other gov’t filth will clean out an citizen’s bank account quicker than you can say “rob me”.

              • Shi-thead

A lot of people who have always overpaid and loved the big refund at tax time will rethink that strategy.

            • Cara

Technically the Constitution states that we owe taxes on Capital Gains but NOT on wages. It is very specific. So when they tax you on your wages it is an illegal tax.

            • Mary Schrier

If you bank the money, they can take it out of your account without your permission.

              • anon

Yep. Wait for a “national crisis” type event- the administration has until 2016 to try and use austerity on major trade hubs in the US. We’re having so many mini disasters it makes me dizzy trying to keep up with it all.

            • Gary

              Hence, their fire arms…

            • Jeff

How about just not paying all together? If you do what you are saying all it’s going to do is give the irs goons a reason to attack you and your family. Don’t fill out “your” taxes!

            • Gene Johnson

Hi, no this is not what they need, our money. They print their own, to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars that isn’t collected from US, that it’s a joke. REad “The Creature of Jekyll Island” the story of the federal reserve “bank”, and you can read how our government is bought and paid for by the bank owners. Ask yourselves who they are…put the pieces together, and it’s not pretty. Has nothing to do with getting money from you but the total 100% control of you.

          • Stan522

We all know obama lied about:

            >If you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan
            >Your premium will go down on average about $2,500
            >If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor

If you missed the series of Grubber quotes found in Yourtube, here is the one that he admitted to conversing (conspiring) with obama about how they planned to lie to the American people on how to hide the huge tax increase.

I am not under the impression the republicans plan to do anything past complaining about this as well as the immigration EO he is set to do. If this does not tick off the nation and get everyone down to the White House with torches and pitch forks NOTHING will…..

            • Billy Hill

/fail with Megan Kelly. She did NOT “go off”. She was very calm compared to some other times I’ve seen her “go off”. She’s nothing if not entertaining when her blood pressure goes up. 🙂

You’re absolutely correct about NOTHING working if this doesn’t get everyone’s attention.

              Sadly, I think it won’t.

            • Winston Smith

I hate to say it, but we are about to see just how useless the Republicans really are. They will pay a lot of lip service to stopping Obamacare and Obama’s horrible immigration EO, but it is just that-lip service. In reality they don’t want to stop it as the corporations that bought them don’t want it stopped. And we all know that the only constituency that matters to a politician is the one that has the deepest pockets-not the one that actually votes for them.

              • Anonymous

Did you vote for Obama. If so don’t blame the republicans for obamacare when they did not have the votes to stop its passage. Instead of complaining about the republicans help them to stop this criminal activity by defeating all those democrats that supported it and then see what they will do then.

If rural counties would start by nullifying 10 amendment law violations and pass ordinances much like many of the counties in Oregon have against the Indefinite Detention Clause of the NDAA, then local sheriffs will be bound as elected LEO’s to enforce that new law on behalf of the county, and defend the county residents who stand up against ObamaCare, illegal immigration, etc.

Counties hold the power if they can organize, pass local legislation, and make null and void those “laws” which aren’t actually laws. Oath Keepers is strong in Oregon and steadily pushing and standing behind county commissioners and sheriff’s in upholding their oath of office.

Obamacare is not Socialist it’s Fascist.

          • Winston Smith

Well, fascism has a lot of the elements of socialism in it with the additional element of ultra-nationalism added in for good measure. If you are comparing it to the German National Socialists, the difference would be that the government granted monopolies of different market segments to different corporations, with no competition. Obamacare has an element of competition as it does have multiple insurers competing in the same segment. Either way you slice it though, it is still a terrible idea and a loss of basic human rights for the American people.

Waste of time, and won’t last. It would just be grandstanding and a pony show for votes, meanwhile we get screwed in the end. The only thing that would work is beyond what most can even think about.

              • Winston Smith

Even that has a good chance of failure. Too many people now think it is their right to be cared for by the nanny state, and many of them would stand up to defend their right to your money. It’s what scares me the most about the revolutionary option. There’s a big chance that it would make things worse and a lot of blood would be shed for nothing.

                • BJ

I seriously bet the task looked pretty daunting the last time too.

There are ways it could work, however it hasn’t started yet. This makes me think that too few people have the spine necessary to carry out such an undertaking or else a spontaneous uprising would have started already. I mean, what more does it take for people to get properly pissed off enough to revolt?

Southpaw, spot on. The ACA is bullshit with CAPITAL BS. How many middle-class families of 4 are STILL middle-class? How many families of 4, period, still have anyone working full-time? I know low-income families won’t be able to afford it. Hell, there are people at my company who also work 2nd jobs that couldn’t even afford what was available before the ACA was ever proposed. I predict there will be a helluva lot of confrontations between people and the IRS before it’s all said and done.

      10. Joe

Consider this, now that the govt can mandate we buy a product or service whether we want it or need it what is going to stop obama from mandating American citizens purchase carbon credits or pay a fine in the form of a tax equal to the cost of those carbon credits if we don’t comply. Everone knows that the democrats are the climate change agenda kooks, maybe the democrats are right after all to think that American voters are STUPID and UNINFORMED.

Long hour workers fall into the same catagorie3.

        • BJ

Personally, I didn’t need Gruber, a democrud or anyone else to tell me the american voter is stupid and uninformed…..I already knew that they are stupid and uninformed FOR voting at all.

      11. TEST

You just read about Jonathan Gruber, one OCare architect, say lying to Americans was OK because they are “stupid”: “You get a law which said healthy people are going to pay in, it made explicit that healthy people pay and sick people get money, it would not have passed…Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage and basically, you know, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically, that was really, really critical to get this thing to pass.”

Is sum, writes Ben Shapiro of Breitbart, “Obamacare redistributes healthcare. Yes, Obamacare will endanger people who cannot afford healthcare because they are young and healthy, all in order to pay for government benefits for those who are sick. And yes, in order to control the resulting costs, care will have to be cut for the elderly.”

But it gets worse. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, who has said that he wishes to die at age 75, wrote in February 2008 in the Journal of the American Medical Association

Vague promises of savings from cutting waste, enhancing prevention and wellness, installing electronic medical records and improving quality of care are merely ‘lipstick’ cost control, more for show and public relations than for true change. Emanuel added that the Hippocratic Oath was to blame, since it encourages doctors to care for the patients before them without concern for “cost or effect on others.” He told the Washington Post, “We had a big controversy in the United States when there was a limited number of dialysis machines. In Seattle, they appointed what they called a ‘God committee’ to choose who should get it, and that committee was eventually abandoned. Society ended up paying the whole bill for dialysis instead of having people make those decisions.” If the idea of a God committee sounds rather like Sarah Palin’s death panel, that’s because that’s what it is. 2nd VID ON OCARE ARCHITECT “AMERICANS ARE STUPID” EMERGES

I will say this. If Gruber is referring to the “Yes we can/Yes w have no bananas” chanters, or the DWTS/Kim Kardoooshian/Lady Kaka/Mahdoona/Smiley Cysleaze watchers, he might have a point!

You have all seen the first vid of mad doctor Gruber saying Americans had to be lied to, to pass Obamacare (if not, see here, 53 seconds, https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=G790p0LcgbI#t=1 You know… more of that “most transparent government ever” schtict). Incidentaly, Herr Doktor Gruber was paid $400,000 by the Obama admin, and visited White House a dozen times while ObunglerCare was being developed. Y’know… that healthcare plan that couldn’t get a website completed that even a “stupid” junior high student might have done in a week, but cost, per Bloomberg, over TWO billion dollars (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-09-24/obamacare-website-costs-exceed-2-billion-study-finds.html )

Now, yet another video has emerged from a previous event which illustrates how the MIT professor’s characterization of Americans as “stupid” was a common theme during his public appearances. Here’s Gruber during a lecture at Washington Univ in St. Louis on Oct. 4, 2013: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=0_XSUFyNA-I#t=6 (As reported by Megyn Kelly 3:43 min).

No word yet from the Obama admin on Gruber’s own stupidity, as they refused comment and are still frantically trying a way to either spin this, or hope people forget about it in a week. Kinda like the ClimateGate scam.

      13. Ideas Time

The government needs you to sign the contract to be able to enforce it. Don’t sign it. Governments Have Descended to the Level
        of
        Mere Private Corporations
        Supreme Court Building
        Clearfield Doctrine
Supreme Court Annotated Statute, Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States 318 U.S. 363-
        371 1942
Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v.
United States 318 U.S. 363-371 1942: “Governments descend to the level of a mere
private corporation, and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen . . . where
private corporate commercial paper [Federal Reserve Notes] and securities [checks] is
concerned . . . For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as
        entities entirely separate from government.”
What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by
corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no
different than a mere private corporation.
As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private
corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific
performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government,
like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other
commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific
        performance are made.
And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial
agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called
        statutes.
This case is very important because it is a 1942 case that was decided after the UNITED
STATES CORPORATIOON COMPANY filed its “CERTIFICATE OF
INCORPORATION” in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER
the ‘corporate government’ agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the
FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use
        today.

5] Therefore, all laws created by these government corporations are private
corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to
conceal their true nature. Do the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You
        bet they do!
6] Since these government bodies are not SOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate
or enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only create and enforce CIVIL LAWS,
which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of
Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency! Did
you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes?
For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued
        for violating their corporate regulations?
[8] Enforcement of these corporate statutes by local, state and federal law
enforcement officers are unlawful actions being committed against the
SOVEREIGN public and these officers can be held personally liable for their
        actions. [Bond v. U.S., 529 US 334-2000]

There are some good people here who just don’t get it, or they do and they think in today’s time we just can’t have this because they have been brainwashed to think that we still need SOME of it……they compromise!

I hear ya, but the corrupt judiciary doesn’t. Some are just ignorant and go along because the payola is good while others knowing and willingly go along for personal profiteering. De jure versus de facto. How many know the difference?

How many statists will ever acknowledge that the state is just a paper based entity?

Will the religious statist fanatics acknowledge that the priests in black robes who utter ‘prayers’ and entice their devoted followers with monetary gain to enforce the religious edicts of this paper god entity called the ‘state’ is just a fictional creation of man? Much like the caliphate, this entity called ‘state’ is attended to by devoted believers who seek to put to death anyone who refuses to follow the religious edicts of the ‘state’.

Ultimately, we are the government. This thing purported to be a government is merely a service provider. Defense services, justice services, etc. We are the ones who have consented to allow this service provider to exist at all. It is supposed to be operating under certain guidelines outlined in the trust. We, as beneficiaries are the ones who tell the agency trustees how to run things, not the other way around.

Fiscal malfeasance by our delegated representatives facilitated by a corrupt judiciary is the de facto system. A system that has deviated far from it’s defined operating specs.

There is no accountability in the corp US govt. Only in the lawful constitutional govt. By signing onto the corp. govt. you agree to theyre terms. It’s all in the fine print and in invisible ink. I have done the soveriegn thing and what a pain in the ass! These fookers are on your ass at every turn. Want a non stop battle with the irs? Want your wages garnished? Try and stop it when they do. Try driving without a license or plates or insurance and beat that rap! They have you by the balls unless you live deep in the woods and don’t use theyre currency. Been there, done that, along with a LOT of others who tried to get out of the shit system…

        • h5mind

What you cite is, of course, all true. The problem is when you have robber barons and crony capitalists golfing with the same judges who are supposed to interpret statute according to constitutional law, it doesn’t matter who is “right”; only who is better connected.

Couple that with the fact most communities in America now sport their own SWAT teams and MRAP armored vehicles, and they have the courts, judges, media and fearful acquiescence of the average citizen firmly on their side. There are no David versus Goliath outcomes in this scenario- only grinding attrition and government/corporation making “examples” out of the brave few who dare to uncover the blatant lies and criminality. What has the US already promised to do with Snowden if they ever get their hands on him?

We are funded by the few dollars in our pockets or accounts controlled by our enemies; they are funded by the biggest Ponzi scheme in world history, and the ability to counterfeit “money” with a few clicks on a keyboard.

But our biggest obstacle is ignorance- of the Constitution, natural rights, due process, etc. ad nauseum (ironically, where the Latin phrase ‘ad nauseum’ is not recognized by spell checker). This dumbing-down was by design, and funded by everyone who ‘owns’ property and pays taxes on it.

So knowing all this, we obviously have a pretty big task ahead, but if history is any indication, tyrannies eventually eat their own with just a little encouragement from the commoners.

Is not this ‘hope and change’ such a GREAT thing?

The Captain suggested perhaps it would
Help if the sailors would change underwear
        Occasionally.
The first mate responded, “Aye, aye sir,
        I’ll see to it immediately!”

The first mate went straight to the sailors
Berth deck and announced, “The Captain
Thinks you guys smell bad and wants you
        To change your underwear.”

        He continued,
        “Pittman, you change with Jones,
        McCarthy, you change with Witkowski,
And Brown, you change with Schultz.”

        THE MORAL OF THE STORY:
Someone may come along and promise
        “Change”,
But don’t count on things smelling any better.

That right there pretty much NAILED the bullshit we are getting now! If someone could just explain to me what the fuck is wrong with everybody, in a way I could understand , I might, but probably won’t, STFU. Where did the Proud Americans go? Now it seems most people are sniveling wastes of air. Why are we tolerating this bullshit? When do we roll to DC?
Looky here…I made it 52 years and I can outwork “guys” half my age. My dad was the same way and he lived to 82 but he fell apart and I was with him when he took his last breath and it scared me to death thinking that in 30 years I might be a broken down wreck when I am so healthy now….I feel I have lived long enough…when does the revolution start? When do we wrest power back from these clueless pieces of shit that run things now? When do we say enough is enough? Soory for my rant, it’s the shine talking. Nevermind.

              Wrong.

I understand your frustration, believe that. There are plenty of indicators which paint a very different picture. First of all the election results show 2/3 refused to legitimize a corrupted system and withdrew their consent.

Next is the continuing heavy sales of weapons, ammo and other preps. .Gov is preparing for war, but SO ARE WE. Oh, they try to hide the facts, but their own documents show they’re scared s#itless of an armed, angry populace. It’s why they have all the stupid “see something” propaganda to comfort the sheeple. But not even the sheeple believe the lies any more.

I don’t know what will be the event that starts the excitement… and it really doesn’t matter. What does, is being ready when it starts, so you can do your duty to family and country, instead of being a victim (as damn-near ALL the sheeple will be).

Have faith, bud. It’ll happen soon enough. Each day between now and then, is a blessing.

Note to leftist Nancy Pelosi about Ezekiel Emanuels death panels:

        Dear Nancy,

That other vile OCare architect you appointed, Zeke Emanuel, says we should all die at 75. You realize, Nancy, that this means next March 26th, when you turn 75, your time is UP. Kaput. Finis. Lights out. I’m sorry to have to inform you of this, but I’m sure you will understand. It’s all for the socialist greater good, you understand.

As you once noted, “‘Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory’ to combat global warming. And since we can’t have some useless eater like you contributing to your scam of BIG GREEN MONEY global warming, it’s time for you to consider volunteering to guzzle down some of that hemlock your Emanuel has waiting for the rest of us. Strictly voluntary, you understand. However, if Mr. Emanuel treats you like the rest of us, and you don’t comply, you will be shunned, have your medical care eliminated, your water turned off, no food allowed in your home, and you won’t be able to watch DWTS, either. the nice thing is that Mr. Emanuel apparently plans on recycling you into Solyent Green, so your (and Al Gore’s) goddess of Mother Gaia should be happy.

On the other hand, Nancy, you really haven’t provided much other than entertainment over the past few decades (and that “We have to pass it to find out what was in it was better than ANY Seinfeld episode! You are a GREAT stand-up comedienne!), so we really needn’t worry about you being gone.

Bonne voyage, Nancy-baby! Don’t trip over your tongue as you exit stage left.

I have come to the conclusion that NOTHING will change until everyone or nearly everyone is affected. Unfortunately, not enough people are hurting/mad as hell yet. When more people see their insurance skyrocket/cancelled; when more people on medicare/medicaid have their co-pays go up, or can’t get an appointment because physicians no longer will take it; when illegals move into THEIR neighborhood (thanks to HUD)and move in 30 of their relatives and set up port-a-potties in the back yard; when their child’s schools’ enrollment doubles with kids who can’t speak English or sometimes Spanish and funds are diverted to ESL teachers;and I could go on & on but you get the point. Sad to say, by the time enough people are affected and wake up, it will be too late. It probably already is too late, that is why I prep.

        Tough decision.

        Let me think about this.

        Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Of course, when you can’t even afford Froot Loops, $325 a year is a shitload of money. Been there before. That would really suck.

God in heaven, $750 A MONTH? REALLY???

I mean if I instead SAVED $750 a month, in about 12 months I could pay out of pocket, right? I would be really interested in seeing completely comparative math on this. Insured + get sick versus Uninsured (but saved the same amount) + get sick.

If you can’t “save the same amount”, well hell, you can’t buy the damned insurance to begin with, so much like before Obamacare, get really sick = death.

from what Ive read, the IRS can only penalize a person or family from the tax returns and only if you are owed any money back.If you work and dont have insurance and refuse to submit to obamacare, make sure you adjust your withholding to the max they allow you to.
Those who think they have insurance via obamacare are learning they cant keep their doctors, cant even get healthcare in most places because its not being accepted. Then the second problem comes up and thats the high deductibles w/ many insurance plans now.
Obamacare is going to implode next year. The working stiffs will explode before that. The new premiums are just now coming out. Wait for it.

And I’m left wondering: Why do people put such obviously phoney stuff on the Web?

          • The Old Coach

Answering my own question. Maybe they don’t even know that it’s phoney. Distilling and/or plagiarizing stuff from other web sites, instead of doing proper research.

Example: Site claims that fractional reserve banking grew out of practices by goldsmiths who vaulted gold (for a fee). This section closely paraphrases a Wikipedia entry, which is in and of itself false. (Surprise!)

            Consider:
“The economist George Selgin has examined the record of the London goldsmith bankers, and debunked the myth that they pulled a fraudulent switcheroo, promising 100 percent reserves but holding less, at the beginning of the practice of FRB.”

That can be found at the George Mason University site

            http://mercatus.org/publication/fractional-reserve-banking

I used that reference because actually buying and reading dead tree books seem to be beyond the current generation.

I suppose ill be fined and they will deduct the fine from my social security Ponzi check? any road its cold here in the Ozarks. last nite it was down to 11 degrees. already down to 23 here right now. I guess Ill feed the wood stove and get in bed and watch the ten oclock news!

        • mallardhen

Old Guy Snow for tomorrow above I 44, snow is suppose to come south into AR on Sunday; I feel like I’m still living in upstate NY on the St Lawrence River or Tug Hill Plateau.
You feed your wood stove and I’ll feed mine and drive the EPA crazy, glad we worked so hard and got 8 rick in this year didn’t have quite enough last year and had to go hunting in March when the pickins were very thin. Not gonna happen again this year.

          • Old Guy

Ive found the term rick of wood confuses some folks. I figure a rick is a 4 ft high 8 ft long stack of 18 inch wood. So about three rick makes a cord. I used to sell 40 inch short logs to the A&P coop co they used to make the wooden chicken coops. that was decades ago. They paid by the cord. A cord is 4 ft high 4 feet wide and 8 ft long. We would load 4 cord on a F600 single axle ford bob truck. And I drove 60 MPH right up against the governor on the 330 engine. my wood stove is outside and uses more wood than a stove in the house. I have to feed it twice a day in the really cold weather. Usually takes 10 rick every winter.

            • Paranoid

It varies place to place, In the old days a rick was also called a “Face cord” 4′ high and 8′ long but differed in log length. Kitchen wood was 16″-18″ because that’s what a small stove would take. Heating logs were 2″ long. different strokes .

People here are complaining about $325 per year, yet don’t realize that the IRS Income Tax is 100% illegal. It might take a little something like ACA to make you realize that the thief has been stealing trillions from the people every year for a hundred years. One way or another if this crap called ACA continues, a growing number of people are going to realize that business as usual can no longer exist and then we will all turn into not only Ed Snowden but some form of Rambo as well. Begin by granting ultimatums to the traitors that past these criminal “laws.”

        • Jimb

The income tax is legal. It became legal when the 16th amendment was passed in 1913. It was passed the same way all the crooked politicians always pass legislation, by lying. The regular folk were told that it was needed to make the greedy rich people pay their fare share. They are still using that line today and so far it still works.

        Attn: Nancy Puhlosi
From: Uhzekiel “Please Die at Age 75” Unmanuel
        Re.: Checking out

        Dear Nancy,

I hope you recall that I – along with Jonathan “Americans are Stupid” Gruber – am one of your architects of the ObamaCare legislation you passed a few years ago in the House. I know, as you exempted yourself and all your insider leftist buddies, you may have forgotten all about what is in that legislation – particularly as you had to pass it to find out what was in it, and then never did actually read it – but as one of the leading “un-lights” behind OCare, wanted to notify you of some changes to the legislation that may affect you.

Unfortunately, Nancy, due to budget cuts, as well as the fact that you have been cut from the list of approved cronies (think Lavrentiy Beria in the USSR here) we can no longer exempt you, and we will be converting you over to ObamaCare on your 75th birthday. Please find enclosed your first monthly bill of $4,998.98 with this letter, with rate increases every six months (and please don’t think of trying to skip out, as the penalties are double that amount, and I can assure you Lois Lerner’s “The dog ate my emails” team will be all over you like a cheap suit.

As you know, Nancy, I recently penned an article saying people should “check out” of Hotel Earth at age 75. Thus, it is my socialist duty, comrade, to inform you that this means next March 26th, when you turn 75, your time is UP. Kaput. Finis. Lights out. I’m sorry to have to apprise you of this, but I’m sure you will understand. It’s all for the collectivist greater good, you understand.

Nancy, as you, yourself, once noted, “‘Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory” to combat global warming and other politically correct tommyrot. Well, as the unelected czar who actually is inventorying everyone (what? You didn’t think that was just some political abstraction, did you??), I have taken it upon myself to inventory you, personally. And utilizing the same computer modelling programs that we have been using for global warming, it has been determined that you are what the computer calls a “useless eater.”

Thus, Nancy, it is my comradely duty to let you know it’s time for you to consider volunteering to guzzle down some of that hemlock I have written about. Strictly voluntary, you understand – though if you don’t comply, you will be shunned, have your medical care eliminated, your water turned off, no food allowed in your home, and you won’t be able to watch Dancing with the Stars or Kim Kardashian, either. Please rest assured, though, that we plan on turning you into the very nicest cut of Solyent Green for others’ dining pleasure, so your (and Al Gore’s) goddess of Mother Gaia should be happy.

On the other hand, Nancy, you really haven’t provided much value other than entertainment over the past few decades (the best of which was your “Hamas is a humanitarian organization” – better than ANYTHING I have ever seen on Seinfeld! You are a GREAT stand-up comedienne!), so we really needn’t worry about you being gone, as long as Mr. Biden doesn’t turn 75 soon .
Bonne voyage, Nancy-baby! Don’t trip over your tongue as you exit stage left.

        Regards,
        Uhzekiel Unmanuel

a.) Check out health *share* plans. Liberty, Christian Healthshare, Samaritan, there are others. We are with Liberty, late 50s, and pay $300 month. Deductible is quite reasonable. Guys, if you are non-smokers you really need to check this out

b.) Oklahoma has different hospital laws, where physicians can open their own hospitals One I know of is Oklahoma Surgery Center. Doesn’t take Medicate or Medicaid, but charges ******only 20% of normal costs if you pay cash********. I read where at this site, where a normal hip operation might cost $35k most other places, here it is around $5 to 7k. That means, yes, you could self insure.

Ezekiel Emmanuel, chief architect of this law and the brother of first Obama Chief of Staff Rahm, SAID it was there to bankrupt America so this is no surprise. It was WRITTEN by foreign insurance companies and banks to massively transfer wealth to them. THAT, along with long denied death panels, is its REAL purpose.

I think it meant the “fines for children”. Regarding parents being fined for the child. Not children will be fined. Due to not being able have a civil action against a kid.

American people need to wake up and unite and organize. This BS of, “I will wait till it comes to my door! Then light em up!” is complete BS. ANY who think like that will simply be victims and its pointless to throw away your life so stupidly. Now, if people stand together and are trained and geared, that same scenario will end far differently. It is only TOGETHER we can beat this tyranny and get our beloved country back. Obamacare is just another reason we should be revolting and yet people choose to wait and be keyboard commandos….

Just got a notice from the insurance company that my premium was going from $280 to $521 per month in 2015.
The deductible is going from 2,500 to 6,000.
The cheapest Bronze plan in my area is still $490.
        These are big increases.
The high deductible makes the insurance virtually worthless.

Ya know, the people asked for this by passing the motorist extortion laws where by everyone is required to have insurance. Wish I had a business where ever single motor vehicle had to buy insurance from me.

That laid the ground work, and still people are blaming Obama instead of his sponsors, the insurance industry, ya know, the people who paid for the advertising and the lobbyists who write the laws these people pass in DC.

That compulsory communism in auto insurance is corporate welfare, and which people voted for, and yet again. You still need to buy uninsured motorist coverage don’t you?

So stupid is as stupid does, and the people themselves can’t put 2 + 2 together to see that when you allow one transgression the next come faster and harder.

Who do you think is behind this? Obama? Try the health care industry. Pretty soon all you idiots will work for free because you will have signed off the Bill of Rights to corporate overlords because of double speak corporate sponsored advertising.

National health care is a great idea, it should exist, only not by compulsory means. That’s fascism, corporate fascism.

If you signed up then you’re sponsoring corporate fascism. You own it, not people like me who refuse to pay, who will refuse to work because of it, who will leave this country to the feeble minded idiots who can’t seem to understand that not everyone should be made to buy auto insurance because they are too stupid to understand where that would lead to, which is this bullshit.

All of you people working deserve this, you are all to blame for this. You talk about morality but when it comes down to doing the right thing you do the stupid things and it’s no wonder they detest the people like they were dumb farm animals to be slaughtered.

Obama can take his “affordable care” edict and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine…..provided that Michael Robinson….”Michelle” isn’t in the middle of doing it already.I want every one of these impostors along with their henchmen, and all of the morons who voted for these dictators ARRESTED and thrown into Camp Gitmo.Every time that I see a bumper sticker that reads, “I love Obamacare”, I want to punch them in the face. The thing is that the person in that car is always either a flaming queen, or some fat bozo that pretends that they can’t work because they want to milk disability.Wake up fellow citizens, Obama is about to grant amnesty to not 11, not 5, but over 130,000,000 illegals and try to force US to pay for it.You take an average of lets say, 30,000,000 that are already here, and pumping out anchor babies, but now there’s Uncle Pedro, Aunt Rosita, Jose, Jose YUNIOR, etc….
Obama has declared war on us Americans. He is a self absorbed, evil little man, and he must stand trial for about 12 or 13 crimes that he has already committed against us, and against our military.

      50. sb36695

The options that I have found are temporary insurance or a sharing ministry. The temporary insurance that I have is 70% cheaper than obamacare, but no preexisting and it’s not “legal”, so you will be fined. There are 4 “legal” sharing ministries.

      51. TEST

SB – We are using Liberty Health Share, and it ***definitely** is legal, you WILL not get fined, there were no pre-existing restrictions for us (there might be for some, but we have a few, and were fine). Late 50s, we pay $300/month, with a moderate deductible. I couldn’t be happier. Plus, I don’t put a penny into the socialist ObunglerUnCare scam

It will be a COLD day in HELL before I accept forced healthcare coverage. Bring on your jack-booted thugs. I’M READY FOR YOU!!!

      53. Jude Nine

Obamacare is the WORST thing to ever come down the pike.
If our government REALLY wanted to nationalize healthcare it could have done a better job by turning to our neighbor to the north- Canada, and simply copied their national health care and adopted that, without the billions it has already spent just to get the ACA website on-line. Obamacare is neither affordable nor is it healthcare in the true sense of the term. What it really is is wealth transferal….through the guise of SOCIAL WELFARE! I would tell the folks who came up with this scheme to go suck an egg except eggs aren’t as cheap as they used to be, and neither will health insurance ever be- with or without government subsidies.

The first battery operated fan was most probably invented in the late 1960s, although details are generally sketchy. You won’t be able to do anything with it until you have fixed the reversed cell. 58. Ohioan

GOOD NEWS FOR CITIZENS OF OHIO!! You wont be reading about this in any newspapers or see it on your local news cast. While the federal government would love nothing more to make people believe they are “all powerful” or “what they say goes” or “what they say trumps the power of the states,” it simply is not true. The federal government (Washington) derives all its power from the people. The federal government would have you believe the power structure is as follows: Federal, State, Cities, Towns, and then the people. When in fact as a republic the real structure of our country since its inception has always been: We the people, Towns, Cities, States, and then the Federal Government. The federal government has NO power to enforce their “rules, regulation, laws” on the states unless the states and people allow it. Thus, the reason your state constitution trumps “federal law.” An example of that can be seen in: Mack/Printz vs United States, saying that the States are not “political subdivisions of the Federal Government” and that the feds cannot “compel the states to enforce federal laws.” The Mack/Printz ruling makes it clear that the states do not have to accept orders from the feds! I now turn your attention to the state of Ohio. According to the Ohio State Constitution no one can be forced or fined to sign up for healthcare. This includes, but is not limited to individuals, businesses, doctors, no one! Nor can they be fined, taxed, penalized, or forced to pay by wage withholding. Whether intentional or not, the state of Ohio has given every person, business, hospital, doctor in that state the legal basis for not having to engage, nor be involved with the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.
According to the Ohio State Constitution Article 1 Section 21 “Preservation Of The Freedom To Choose Health Care and Health Care Coverage” located on page 9.

“21 (A) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer, or health care provider to participate in a health care system. (emphasis mine)
        (B) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall prohibit the purchase or sale of health care or health insurance.
        (C) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall impose a penalty or fine for the sale or purchase of health care or health insurance.
        (D) This section does not affect laws or rules in effect as of March 19, 2010; affect which services a health care provider or hospital is required to perform or provide; affect terms and conditions of government employment; or affect any laws calculated to deter fraud or punish wrongdoing int he health care industry.

Paying attention to section (D) under Article 1 Section 21 “Preservation Of The Freedom To Choose Health Care And Health Care Coverage” it states: “This section does not affect laws or rules in effect as of March 19, 2010” (emphasis mine). This means anything that was law prior to the date of March 19, 2010 is not subject to Article 1 Section 21, but any law enacted after that date is subject to Article 1 Section 21. This is great news for all Ohio citizens, business owners, doctors, hospitals etc.. As you know, in order for any bill to become law it requires three very important factors. It must pass the Senate, the House of Representatives, and it then must be signed by the president of the United States for it to become a “law.” Until the President has signed the legislation, it has not become law. I point out this very important fact because President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, on March 23, 2010. That was four days after the cut off date located in Article 1 Section 21 section (D) of the Ohio State Constitution. Thus, the Ohio Constitution grants every person, doctor, hospital, and business the choice not to be forced to sign up for Obamacare, nor fined for failing to sign up for it.

The Good news is if your business does not wish to sign onto this monstrosity it doesn’t have to. If you as an individual do not want to sign onto the ACA, aka Obamacare, you don’t have to pursuant to YOUR Ohio Constitution. Better yet, according to the Ohio State Constitution Article 1 Section 21 Section (E), you can not be fined, taxed, penalized, or any wage withholding allowed due to your refusal to sign onto a “health care law, mandate, or rule.” Article 1 Section 21 Section (E) states as follows:

        (E) As used in this Section,
        (1) “Compel” includes the levying of penalties or fines.
        (2) “Health care system” means any public or private entity or program whose function or purpose includes the management of, processing of, enrollment of individuals for, or payment for, in full or in part, health care services, health care data, or health care information for its participants.
        (3) “Penalty or fine” means any civil or criminal penalty or fine, tax, salary or wage withholding or surcharge or any named fee established by law or rule by a government established, created, or controlled agency that is used to punish or discourage the exercise of rights protected under this section.

While the IRS, and federal government “claim” they can “tax” and penalize you for refusing to sign up via the “opt out” provision in the “law,” the Ohio State Constitution expressly forbids it, and thus it is illegal in the state of Ohio to impose such fines. You are not subject to the “opt out” penalties, nor do you have to sign up for coverage nor the “opt out” provision.
SO SPREAD THE WORD BEFORE PEOPLE UNKNOWINGLY FALL INTO THIS TRAP!
