Free and affordable health care just gets better and better.
In 2015 the government will be activating some new “incentives” embedded in the Affordable Care Act in an effort to get more people to sign up.
But, as is often the case when the government says one thing, they mean exactly the opposite. In this case, when they say incentive what they really mean is that you are going to be penalized if you fail to acquire government mandated health insurance. But not just you. Your children, who apparently no longer belong to you anyway based on a recent court ruling, will be fined for your failure to get them on the insurance rolls:
Penalties for failing to secure a health-insurance plan will rise steeply next year, which could take a big bite out of some families’ pocketbooks.
“The penalty is meant to incentivize people to get coverage,” said senior analyst Laura Adams of InsuranceQuotes.com. “This year, I think a lot of people are going to be in for a shock.”
In 2014, Obamacare’s first year, individuals are facing a penalty of $95 per person, or 1 percent of their income, depending on which is higher. If an American failed to get coverage this year, that penalty will be taken out of their tax refund in early 2015, Adams noted.
While that might be painful to some uninsured Americans who are counting on their tax refunds in early 2015, the penalty for going uninsured next year is even harsher. The financial penalty for skipping out on health coverage will more than triple to $325 per person in 2015, or 2 percent of income, depending on whichever is higher.
Children will be fined at half the adult rate, or $162.50 for those under 18 years old.

So, that’s your incentive. Either sign up for Obamacare at a rate of roughly $750 a month or more for a middle-class family of four, or pay a $325 penalty or two percent of your income, whichever is higher. Plus, if you have kids, they’ve been incentivized too!
Moreover, if you fail to sign up for Obamacare and subsequently refuse to pay your penalty your house will be raided by armed IRS agents, seized by the government, and you’ll be imprisoned for tax evation.

Because if you run from those armed IRS agents they’re going to use their brand new militarized AR-15’s to ensure your compliance.
At this point the only chance Americans have for the complete destruction of the Affordable Care Act is for a Supreme Court ruling expected in the Spring of 2015. If the court rules against Obamacare over its illegal federal subsidies then the law could fall apart almost instantly.
These days, even democrats who supported the legislation before anyone had a chance to actually review it are up in arms. It seems many have finally realized that free health care isn’t actually, well, free.
Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama.
Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law.

I had amazing coverage which I paid for out of my pocket. Now I got cancelled and will have no insurance right before christmas. I have one month to Fina a plan and nothing is as good as my old one. I will now be paying 1000 a month for me and my wife and getting much less coverage. So I’m screwed and work does not cover me or my family. So thank you Mr Obama for costing me money I don’t have. And the on to of that I have a job so I don’t get money from the government. At this point i hope I get layer off. I can collect unemployment work for cash get free health insurance because I will qualify because I don’t have a job then I can sign up for all the fine programs the governmgovernment offers. Like Obama phone ,electric and gas money for low income food stamps so I can afford stuff like steak and shrimp and then I can spend money like I don’t care because I didn’t earn it. I had coverage for my children and myself through this so called wonderful Obama care. I paid on time every month. Switched banks gave them all the required information to switch automatic withdraw from the new account they did not take it out like they were suppose to so we got cancelled. I called them about the funds not being pulled out and they told me since I missed a payment I was cancelled. Just lovely.
The same thing happened to me this month – under identical circumstances. I paid over $465.00 per month all year for coverage and not once necessitated medical treatment this year. Blue Cross Blue Shield pocketed nearly $5000 in premiums from me while not expending a nickel in benefits, then I get cancelled because their call center failed to complete the request to change EFT accounts?!?!? What a load of crap, and now I get to pay the penalty for two months without coverage.
For the past decade, I set aside $300.00 per month into a separate savings account to pay for my medical needs. I have never once run out of funds, and had nearly $20,000 in the account when this fiasco of a law was passed. That was more than enough for me to incur a hospital visit or surgery, should I have required it – and had access to other means if I needed it. Now I get to pay for deadbeats to suck on the hard work of working class Americans without the benefit of me owning the account. F them all.
I don’t have any insurance at all and don’t plan to get it. I work in food service and the cheapest plan would cost me 10% of my yearly income and pay nothing unless I spend nearly 40% of my income between the deductibles and premiums. I refuse to be a premium donkey and buy something that will bankrupt me the first time I am actually able to use it. If I am going to go bankrupt from the cost of care anyways then I will just choose to do so when I get seriously ill. Until then, my doctor takes cash- $80 per visit. I’ll continue to pay him rather than buy a plan that does nothing to help me but lines the pockets of big insurance with my hard earned pay.

Not to be rude, but the ‘investment’ terminology is false. Social Security has never been an investment. In an investment situation, I put money into some form of security (stock / bond / mutual fund / IRA / currency / futures / commodities / PM’s) with the expectation I will receive a return on said investment. If whatever company I invested in or my investment program invested in spends money like a drunken sailor and goes bankrupt, then I lose my principle investment. Investments always indicate risk is involved (namely risk of loss of principle money invested). Even though there can be substantial risk involved, the choice of investing is ultimately mine alone.
With Social Security, the government puts a gun to my head (metaphorically at first, and later actually physically if I refuse to comply) and demands that a certain percentage of my labor as valued in the form of money be removed from my possession prior to me ever seeing it. Social Security is nothing more than a mafia shake down skimming operation merged with a ponzi scheme of the highest order. If you thought Bernie Madoff was a crook or that Jon Corzine deserves 3 hots and a cot for the rest of his life, you should understand that they are both pikers when compared to the ponzi scheme operation our federal government has foisted upon the people of this nation for the last 80 years.
Yes, the federal government promised you a return on your investment. If you understand the great financial power of compounding interest you see that if I had all that money plus the interest over 44 years I would be a multi-millionaire, could live luxuriously off of the interest and leave the millions to my heirs. Instead, I receive an amount that isn’t even a decent interest payment on the money I and my employers paid in. The gubmut took my money and pissed it away, and judging from your attitude, I would hazard a guess that you have probably received MORE than your share of it.

Technically the Constitution states that we owe taxes on Capital Gains but NOT on wages. It is very specific. So when they tax you on your wages it is an illegal tax.

Well, fascism has a lot of the elements of socialism in it with the additional element of ultra-nationalism added in for good measure. If you are comparing it to the German National Socialists, the difference would be that the government granted monopolies of different market segments to different corporations, with no competition. Obamacare has an element of competition as it does have multiple insurers competing in the same segment. Either way you slice it though, it is still a terrible idea and a loss of basic human rights for the American people.

Tonight’s 10 pm local news said the several adjoining counties are advising their population to make sure that they are emergency ready with food, water, medications, gas. and a way to cook and heat your house. Then they said that a warming shelter will be available in those counties. They have been pounding on this announcement for a few days now so I think the end is near for Ferguson.

What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by
corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no
different than a mere private corporation.
As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private
corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific
performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government,
like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other

performance are made.
And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial
agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called

This case is very important because it is a 1942 case that was decided after the UNITED

INCORPORATION” in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER
the ‘corporate government’ agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the
FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use
today.

from what Ive read, the IRS can only penalize a person or family from the tax returns and only if you are owed any money back.If you work and dont have insurance and refuse to submit to obamacare, make sure you adjust your withholding to the max they allow you to.
Those who think they have insurance via obamacare are learning they cant keep their doctors, cant even get healthcare in most places because its not being accepted. Then the second problem comes up and thats the high deductibles w/ many insurance plans now.

We would load 4 cord on a F600 single axle ford bob truck. And I drove 60 MPH right up against the governor on the 330 engine. my wood stove is outside and uses more wood than a stove in the house. I have to feed it twice a day in the really cold weather. Usually takes 10 rick every winter.
It varies place to place, In the old days a rick was also called a “Face cord” 4′ high and 8′ long but differed in log length. Kitchen wood was 16″-18″ because that’s what a small stove would take. Heating logs were 2″ long. different strokes .

b.) Oklahoma has different hospital laws, where physicians can open their own hospitals One I know of is Oklahoma Surgery Center. Doesn’t take Medicate or Medicaid, but charges ******only 20% of normal costs if you pay cash********. I read where at this site, where a normal hip operation might cost $35k most other places, here it is around $5 to 7k. That means, yes, you could self insure.

Just got a notice from the insurance company that my premium was going from $280 to $521 per month in 2015.
The deductible is going from 2,500 to 6,000.
The cheapest Bronze plan in my area is still $490.

The options that I have found are temporary insurance or a sharing ministry. The temporary insurance that I have is 70% cheaper than obamacare, but no preexisting and it’s not “legal”, so you will be fined. There are 4 “legal” sharing ministries.
SB – We are using Liberty Health Share, and it ***definitely** is legal, you WILL not get fined, there were no pre-existing restrictions for us (there might be for some, but we have a few, and were fine). Late 50s, we pay $300/month, with a moderate deductible. I couldn’t be happier. Plus, I don’t put a penny into the socialist ObunglerUnCare scam

The federal government has NO power to enforce their “rules, regulation, laws” on the states unless the states and people allow it. Thus, the reason your state constitution trumps “federal law.” An example of that can be seen in: Mack/Printz vs United States, saying that the States are not “political subdivisions of the Federal Government” and that the feds cannot “compel the states to enforce federal laws.” The Mack/Printz ruling makes it clear that the states do not have to accept orders from the feds! I now turn your attention to the state of Ohio. According to the Ohio State Constitution no one can be forced or fined to sign up for healthcare. This includes, but is not limited to individuals, businesses, doctors, no one! Nor can they be fined, taxed, penalized, or forced to pay by wage withholding. Whether intentional or not, the state of Ohio has given every person, business, hospital, doctor in that state the legal basis for not having to engage, nor be involved with the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare.
According to the Ohio State Constitution Article 1 Section 21 “Preservation Of The Freedom To Choose Health Care and Health Care Coverage” located on page 9.
“21 (A) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer, or health care provider to participate in a health care system. (emphasis mine)
(B) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall prohibit the purchase or sale of health care or health insurance.
(C) No federal, state, or local law or rule shall impose a penalty or fine for the sale or purchase of health care or health insurance.
(D) This section does not affect laws or rules in effect as of March 19, 2010; affect which services a health care provider or hospital is required to perform or provide; affect terms and conditions of government employment; or affect any laws calculated to deter fraud or punish wrongdoing int he health care industry.
Paying attention to section (D) under Article 1 Section 21 “Preservation Of The Freedom To Choose Health Care And Health Care Coverage” it states: “This section does not affect laws or rules in effect as of March 19, 2010” (emphasis mine). This means anything that was law prior to the date of March 19, 2010 is not subject to Article 1 Section 21, but any law enacted after that date is subject to Article 1 Section 21. This is great news for all Ohio citizens, business owners, doctors, hospitals etc.. As you know, in order for any bill to become law it requires three very important factors. It must pass the Senate, the House of Representatives, and it then must be signed by the president of the United States for it to become a “law.” Until the President has signed the legislation, it has not become law. I point out this very important fact because President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act, aka Obamacare, on March 23, 2010. That was four days after the cut off date located in Article 1 Section 21 section (D) of the Ohio State Constitution. Thus, the Ohio Constitution grants every person, doctor, hospital, and business the choice not to be forced to sign up for Obamacare, nor fined for failing to sign up for it.
The Good news is if your business does not wish to sign onto this monstrosity it doesn’t have to. If you as an individual do not want to sign onto the ACA, aka Obamacare, you don’t have to pursuant to YOUR Ohio Constitution. Better yet, according to the Ohio State Constitution Article 1 Section 21 Section (E), you can not be fined, taxed, penalized, or any wage withholding allowed due to your refusal to sign onto a “health care law, mandate, or rule.” Article 1 Section 21 Section (E) states as follows:
(E) As used in this Section,
(1) “Compel” includes the levying of penalties or fines.
(2) “Health care system” means any public or private entity or program whose function or purpose includes the management of, processing of, enrollment of individuals for, or payment for, in full or in part, health care services, health care data, or health care information for its participants.
(3) “Penalty or fine” means any civil or criminal penalty or fine, tax, salary or wage withholding or surcharge or any named fee established by law or rule by a government established, created, or controlled agency that is used to punish or discourage the exercise of rights protected under this section.
While the IRS, and federal government “claim” they can “tax” and penalize you for refusing to sign up via the “opt out” provision in the “law,” the Ohio State Constitution expressly forbids it, and thus it is illegal in the state of Ohio to impose such fines. You are not subject to the “opt out” penalties, nor do you have to sign up for coverage nor the “opt out” provision.
SO SPREAD THE WORD BEFORE PEOPLE UNKNOWINGLY FALL INTO THIS TRAP!
