Do you remember “the good old days”? It’s a simple question, but a question that induces different images to different people. I have found myself spending a lot of time lately thinking of the way things used to be and hoping that someday our country can somehow get back to those days again. Looking at our current state of affairs in this nation and around the world, there is only one conclusion that can be made…the good old days are over.
I wrote this article because children being born today, in my opinion, will not be able to look back and remember the near future as “the good old days”. As I write this, the US national debt is at $16.2 trillion with unfunded liabilities of $123.3 trillion. With Uncle Ben’s QE3 promising to print fiat money perpetually can there be any doubt that the days of the US dollar being the world currency are numbered. Everyone reading this article has a share of $442,881 of the nation’s debt and liabilities. If your children or grandchildren can’t read yet, please tell them that they also owe $442,881 as well and thank them for supporting our wasteful spending that got us to this point. But don’t worry, there are elections coming. Surely the American public can see the dire straits our nation is in and elect leaders who can recognize and deal with the nation’s problems and bring us back to becoming a nation of producers instead of consumers, right? Leaders will be elected who will make the extreme sacrifices necessary to bring forth a United States where the outstretched hands of the masses will be filled with charitable donations from a robust society instead of being empty, waiting for them to be stuffed with their entitlement from the government, all the while feeling as though they earned it because they stand unproductively on dirt within our border.
I have to apologize for the last paragraph; I have always wondered what it would feel like to write fiction. The hard cold reality is that there is no possible orderly way out of the financial mess our society is in and the above mentioned dirt was probably the last thing made in the USA. To break it down simply, here are some simple and easy to understand economical facts:
- You need to produce more than you consume or you are broke.
- You cannot pay off a credit card with a credit card without consequences.
- There is no possible way the nation’s debts and unfunded liabilities will ever be paid.
Currently, the Federal Reserve purchases the vast majority of the US Debt. There simply aren’t many buyers left who believe it to be a sound investment anymore. In 2011, congress waited until the last minute to raise the debt ceiling after much political wrangling back and forth. Was there ever any doubt by anyone that it would happen? Is there any doubt that it will happen again? What happens when it hits $50 trillion? As long as we have the ability to continue to print more money to fund our yearly deficit and make payments on the interest of existing debt, it will continue. As it continues, the US dollar will continue to be worth less and less. Commodities such as food, gas and all physical goods purchased will get more and more expensive, leaving less and less purchasing power for the American people.
You don’t have to be Nostradamus to predict that we are on the cusp of a major financial collapse. I’m not only talking about the United States, I’m talking about the world. The can has been kicked down the road almost as far as it can be kicked and we just passed a dead end sign. We will soon see massive inflation or hyperinflation, riots in the streets as we have seen around the world and as I have heard stated many times, people with nothing left to lose will lose it.
So what can we do? The answer can be summed up in one word. Prepare. Prepare as though it may happen tomorrow. Prepare as though your life and the lives of your loved ones depend on it, because it does and they do. Start exercising and working out to prepare your body for the tough times coming. Prepare yourself mentally so that when it hits the fan you don’t find yourself in the panicked state that 95% of the public will be in. Prepare to be warm when it is cold outside or cool when it is hot outside. Prepare a plan of what you and your family will do at different levels of collapse. Prepare to eat when grocery store shelves are bare. Prepare to drink when the tap fails to deliver water. Prepare for what to do when your neighbors or family or friends show up at your doorstep because they were too busy watching television. Prepare to defend what needs to be defended. Prepare prepare prepare.
Realize that at this point there is nothing you can do about the debt of this nation. There is nothing you can do to change what is coming in the Middle East. Regardless of the result of the upcoming election, neither candidate has dared utter the words broke or sacrifice. Your only job at this point is to get yourself and your loved ones you choose to help through what is coming, whatever it may be. This isn’t being selfish. This, my friends…is survival.
I truly believe that when the dust settles, we will emerge as a great and free nation. Life will be hard, but there will be more meaning to the tasks of the day. Communities will be stronger. People will be healthier. Families will be closer. To get from this point to that, there will be much misery, but the greater the struggle, the greater the victory. It is up to us in the prepping community to get our families and loved ones through the upcoming collapse. I pray that someday, my children and grandchildren will be able to look back and say “Those were the good old days.” because I chose to prepare.

Yes, praying is talking to God. But meditation is listening to God. Which is more important? God gave us a clue on that. With only 1 mouth but 2 ears, listening must be at least twice as important as talking. 😉

No dilemma , they are both your beliefs , anymore than a knights code of chivalry was in conflict with the church . they are both what you choose to follow , what the bible asks of us is unattainable or there would have been no need for Jesus . I leaving Monday to get a deer and scout for elk as soon as I get back to home station. The rain just hit I understand and that is death for those tasty elk roasts and cougar burgers. Sweet good meat. Plus I need new gloves.
I got a bow (and made some, so i have a small armoury) but thats because guns are hard to come by here in Australia

How common is that? People here in MN love their Deer sausage. I know that it is like “Mad Cow” is caused by a prion infection of the nervous system and is fatal.
@John W: It isn’t everywhere. We are in a Chronic Wasting Disease Area. We are advised to not cut too close to the spine or even to the bone. As long as the animal looks healthy, you can process and consume the majority of the meat. If the deer looks ill and wasted or is staggering, you notify DNR and I think they arrange to take the head for analysis.
Best to research the subject as pertains to where you hunt and become familiar with the signs and precautions.
That said, we all have been harvesting/eating from this area from before CWD was discovered and since and the deer not only look just fine, there have not been any outbreaks of the human variant. Questioned a local veterinarian who is an avid hunter and also on the district Emergency Management team for wildlife or domestic animal disease outbreaks, such as Hoof and Mouth. He think our deer are all ok, but the potential is there and everyone needs to be careful.
More people are getting into processing out whole muscles and learning to roast them high temp/short time.
Sausage isn’t as popular once you learn how to prepare venison. It is a delicacy. There is no need to *cover the flavor* or cook it to death when Bambi eats corn and apples and blackberries. Grinding it yourself w/some added beef fat is also better than just having the whole thing turned into burger at a processor.

Glad to hear that might not be much of a problem. After I posted my comment it dawned on me that some might take it as an anti hunting smart remark. No such intention, I have no problem with hunting especially for food and have several family members that do it every year in Oregon. Good hunting and good eating.

Took down a rattle snake Wednesday. The second one got away. Used a 22LR from a nice old heavy frame revolver with one shot. That’s cheap meat on the table. Cooks and tastes like chicken … Really Does.

The Senators Choice
While walking down the street one day a corrupt senator was tragically hit by a car and died.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
“Welcome to heaven,” says St. Peter. “Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we’re not sure what to do with you.”
“No problem, just let me in,” says the Senator..
“Well, I’d like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we’ll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.”
“Really?, I’ve made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,” says the Senator.
“I’m sorry, but we have our rules.”
And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people. They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and the finest champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who is having a good time dancing and telling jokes.
They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises.
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him, “Now it’s time to visit heaven.”
So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
“Well, then, you’ve spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.”
The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: “Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.”
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
Now the doors of the elevator open and he’s in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.
“I don’t understand,” stammers the Senator. “Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there’s just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?”
The devil smiles at him and says, “Yesterday we were campaigning, Today, you voted.”
Dan, unlike these other commenters, you actually went out on your own two feet and did for yourself. Like you perhaps, I find prayer lacking in calories.
Mac, I just can’t agree with your premise that no one wants American debt. In a land of dwarfs, even a midget can be king.
Treasuries have a negative return.
The purpose is two fold: first, it encourages banks and other investors to seek higher yields in alternative investments. It says to the markets: “We don’t want you to buy US bonds, we (the FED) want you to invest in other, more risky, but more aggressive investments to stimulate the economy”.
Second, older bonds with higher yields are recycled into lower yielding instruments. Thus the American deficit, though higher, can be better serviced by American Government Income.
Its no different than refinancing your mortgage at a lower rate and lowering your payments. That’s basic finance and that is what the FED is doing now. That is the way that it is accomplished at the lower level.
The real threat to the American economy, the dollar, and the debt ceiling is an extended war with Iran. When war with Iran happens it better be quick, dirty, and excessive force applied, so that it doesn’t drag out.
Another ten year engagement would destroy the dollar.
While the good old days are over, the new challenges present new opportunities for those willing to take the initiative and apply themselves. That requires self development; either a skill, trade, or higher education.
In any case, Americans must make their own job, but that is how WE became the most successful. self reliant country in the world.
It has always been that way in America and still is. That is why those who immigrate legally more often than not become successful here. Those living on food stamps, with a housing subsidy and an O’Bummer phone are not motivated and they will fail.
The rest of US should prep for the Changes that will come, physical. These physical changes will cause the collapse. the system will not implode.

I’ll debate the 1/3 figure. Starting when? Certainly we’re not down 1/3 from our hay day in 1960. I doubt if we have 1/3 from 1970. We lost a third in the last 15 years and had been loosing for 3 decades prior to that.

No great nation is great for long without major industry that is the wealth creator. The focus on “small business” is just that small. Wealth is measured in goods produced, value mined and tons of food produced. Invention is great providing it’s dovetail fit into indigenous manufacturing. If Henry Ford figured out the assembly line in the US but used it in Tim-buck-too the US gets bragging rights and nothing else.

WE must demand change.
For example in Arizona $200 million was spent last year on Medicade for the very poor …. to have babies. That’s right, of all of the medicade funds used for medical treatment for the poor, $200 million was used for these morons to replicate their stupid genes. another 45,000 morons were born in AZ last year on the taxpayer dime.
Stupid because if these people cannot afford to feed, clothe, and house their children,they shouldn’t receive medical care to have more. Additional AZ CPS is asking for another $50 million for new hires to reduce their caseload.
Philosophically speaking, I support medical treatment for the poor for real health issues, but not for pregnancy. Unfortunately that program is being abused
In the meantime I don’t envy their predicament. I mean would you want the life that they have created for themselves?
Not me. I will continue to work toward my goals, determined to achieve them, and full of optimism. And I will do everything I can to legally mitigate my tax payments 🙂

I agree with most all of the first half of what you stated ( the Bernank and FED) but the fact is that it is to little to late. The mouth breathing EBT’ers will never vote the free lifestyle away. We will continue to pay and downsize and they will continue to breed and grow into a larger group of voters. Look at the EU. I was even thinking the other day that if you are on the gov. dole you lose voting privilege. I realize that seems harsh but so dose intruding on freedoms like making the mouth breathers take a pee test to get freebies. As far as us small business owners, we just can’t afford to keep paying for it. So many issues that it is really going to take a long drawn out mess (good times are gone) to correct the pending payback we created. Heck wait till the class warfare starts after this election. I really do feel it all starts when you let people vote for more free shit for themselves. Heck if that is why every politician would promise the mouth breathers what ever they wanted. I also agree that a war (Iran) or any other large or continued conflict could topple what remains of the good old US of A. But think about that long drawn out scenario again. I think the Petro dollars demise will be the beginning of the end for this great nation. We as a nation ALL enjoyed free and it is fast approaching time to pay the piper. The world is getting stronger and isn’t afraid to tell us to take a hike. The USA is like a world of kings to the rest of the globe and even if we don’t see it, they hate us. They would love nothing more than to see us fail. To be honest, there are a great many things our government has done in our name that was not cool. Mac was right when he says “the good day’s are gone”.

Oil imports are down from 40% to 25% of the total that WE use. By the end of Mitts first term, the US will be exporting tonnes of Natural Gas to Europe (hurting Gasprom) and US oil production will be at new highs.
There is a new oil boom happening in the States, there is lots of oil and gas here, and it will be unleashed by Mitt.

A quick dirty war with Iran? You sound very optimistic Durango. The US could apply enough excessive force on Iran to make a big dent. However, the only reason a war on Iran hasn’t happened already comes down to a couple little factors. That being Russia and China and a couple other countries. As soon as the US start the next war, on Iran and/or Syria, the US is going to end up fighting half the countries on the planet in retaliation!!!!
Russia and China are well and truely capable of putting up a fight. In all seriousness, the last thing the US should be doing is starting another war. The world looks at the US like it’s an updated version of Nazi Germany. Everyone’s had enough.
I do not want to think about the casualties should we get in a war with a country that has a submarine navy and air power. All those gator freighters loaded with Marines would be a nightmare were they to be sunk in a war. We have not had a first rate opponet since WW2 and have been able to operate with little fear of heavy damage to our sealift assets. Even so we have not been able to win a war since then. Be afraid, be very afraid.

Every percentage point rise in interest rates increases the debt service by 750 billion a year. That is one of the key reasons why rates are so low. If rates went where they should be it would be game over in six months as the debt would be unserviceable. Not that it isn’t already.

I am from the one of the last tribes that actualy lived without money in a different system of distributing wealth, aka: the resorces aviable at a closed geographical area, to live of the land requires bigg areas.
Of course we had money, but only for trade with other areas onder other political/practical systems.
In the late 1800 the name you had was your credit, and from whom you have learned and previous traded with, all gave you the credit, not money, in the modern sense, but by Name. And that defined the person you are.

There is a place I found down in the keys that has an unimproved boat ramp. People power load their boats so they have really washed out the ramp and it is over ten foot deep out there but less than 4 foot the rest of the area large flats out over a 1/4 mile.
the lobsters have completely honeycombed both sides of the ramp cut/washout and, I kid you not, they are 4-6 pounds the lot of them.Biggest one we got was almost 10.(that big one we let go cause its really old and they are the best breeders and dont taste as good as the smaller ones anyway) I would bet there were over 100 in that one small cut. It don’t get any easier than that.

Nehweh G: The gulf is an open sewer even before the BP mess, Katrina leaked tons of raw sewage and many corpses/livestock into the gulf. I haven’t eaten gulf seafood since the late 80’s. Friends got sick from e coli and other infections eating gulf sea foods yet still sold in stores.

In my family, we literally live from paycheck to paycheck – by choice. The rate of return is far better in ‘food – water – and ammo’ (that’s kind of a ‘figure of speech / kind of not…. for my family anyway) than in any kind of ‘paper’ wealth. I wouldn’t begin to tell you how to ‘manage’ your finances except to remind you about Isaiah 2:20 ”In that day men will cast away to the moles and the bats their idols of silver and their idols of gold, which they made for themselves to worship”.
I’m not saying that you ‘worship’ gold or silver – I’m just looking to a prophecy about the ultimate worthlessness that even gold and silver will have in the closing days of this age.
A review of the words of Jesus is always a good idea – I’m thinking of: store up your treasures in Heaven where moth, rust, and theft will not affect it… however, that’s between you and the Holy Spirit… believe me, I have my hands full just trying to keep account of my own actions before the Lord… I’m not about to try and be your conscience…

Yes, I believe that I did read about that. Got me interested, so I looked up the NZ immigration policy. What I read said that you had to have NZ$750k to invest in NZ and that if you did you could apply for a renewable residence visa. Seemed kind of steep to me. I could afford that but would prefer not to invest that much in one place.
Go to Cuba and live big until the smoke clears. And for all the gold you need to buy and bury. Just leave us the TRSQ and we will watch it for you. LOL

Rev Ike: It’s hard to figure out a plan when everyone’s needs are different. But you are blessed with a significant bank account so you could do some things, prepping wise, that most of us just dream about:
A very nice well-stocked retreat
Build a bunker
Buy property/farmland
If you already have a home/retreat property that you are happy with you could make modifications to it:
A solar powered generator to run the place grid down
Have a deep well drilled
Add a rainwater cistern
Add security fencing to the entire perimeter
Modify the house to include a wood-heat system
Harden at least one room of the house to be a “safe room”
These are just a few other ideas to toss out there. Aside from that, you are on a “gold” budget. Change those dollars to something that will maintain the value of the money that you have worked hard to save.

Fortunately, great flavor can be had from onions and garlic, both of which do well in a vegetable garden. Add some salt, pepper, chili powder, and a few others and you’re good to go… spice-wise, anyway.
Simple culinary herbs are cheap & easy to grow in many places. Even in an apartment you can have a window box or two. Dry any excess. We love roast potatoes and rosemary. A bit of spice with your rice is a great way to make a limited post shtf diet more palatable.
Also many herbs and spices have medicinal uses – worth knowing some simple remedies now in prep for the days when simple commercial preparations become unavailable or extremely precious, especially if you have kids.

I personally think life is gonna get really, really tough for our kids, but that for our Grandchildren it will be a simpler existence unpolluted by the bankers poison. Eventually the pendulum will swing against the sheer evil swirling the globe at present, and the meek will inherit the earth.
I have real hope for the long term (perhaps it comes from getting to seeing the achievements of disabled kids on a day to day basis.) The sheer capacity of the human spirit to overcome adversity and triumph despite all odds is often forgotten and underestimated both by preppers and tptb alike.
The good ole days were over about 20 years ago, then it was ten and now looking back, I had some pretty good times just a mere five years ago. If the Lord tarries, these days may become the good ole days.
We don’t really know the time frame of these last days, but all we can do is make the best of the times we have left. It is hard to get happy for any extended period of time when you know there are so many distraught, and seemingly at the end of their rope.
The lucky ones are those that have someone to turn to for help. The lucky ones are those that are older and better prepared for the truly tough times. The lucky ones are those that have their priorities right and have a strength of faith that is unfaltering.
There is always hope,for those that seek it.

Yea, I know what you mean. I absolutely agree that “God is still in control”, however; only to the point of blessings coming to those that have him first and foremost in their hearts. I am one. For those that don’t, there is “luck”.
There is also an element of luck due to freewill. God tells us this. In Luke 13 where Christ was teaching; he told of the tower of Siloam falling on 18 people and killing them. His teachings reveal that “things happen” and sometimes it’s just an accident and people are in the wrong place at the wrong time, and has nothing to do with being saved or not, or being blessed or not. Shit happens.
When I was barreling down the road in my 18 wheeler, grossing 80,000 lbs., looked across the median as one of my trailer wheels went bouncing past an oncoming(traveling opposite direction on Interstate) vehicle at 65 mph; I’d say they were possibly blessed and lucky, to have not had the 150+ lbs. of rubber and steel come crashing thru their windshield causing death and destruction. I was “damn” lucky not have had it happen either.
If God controlled “every” aspect of our lives then there would be no need for “freewill” and accidents would be a thing of the past. Not much excitement in a life like that. I do believe, as a believer, there are more times than not, that God “intervenes” on my behalf. Sometimes I just get lucky. When I was “whoring” around in the eighties (after my divorce), I got “lucky” a lot. I turned down more booger in a month than most guys got in a year. Some women were so wonderful I felt I was blessed. Those were the good ole days but short lived. It’s all about perspective. For unbelievers, they are relying on themselves and happenstances and luck, for the most part.

The good ole days weren’t really that good. We just choose to remember the good parts and forget most of the bad.
One day my children may look back at the good ole days when Mom & Dad stayed home with them and worked the homestead. Maybe they will remember how we sat around the fire at night and orally passed our life stories to them.

I once read a comment from a Greek philosopher who said that the world was crumbling, young people did not respect their elders, religion was dying, money was less valuable, wars were popping up all around, etc, etc, etc. This was 2,400 years ago. My guess is that every generation thinks that things are bad and getting worse. Once in a great while, they are even right about that. Most times, not.

Rick, you are right, I live in rual Maine, since this recession people are going back to wood and living more sensible. with all the complaining I hear I often notice that there are a lot of poor rich people. The big proble is most people really do not understand just what the rest of the world goes throgh for food and clean water on an average day. Also since the downturn in the economy we have started to barder again.My county is suppose to be the poorest county in Maine. However, when I go shopping in our one grocery store in Machias I see all nice cars. I’m thinking there is a lot of working off the books going on. Mostly seasonal work here. Blueberries, wreaths, wood, hunting, clamming, losbtering, etc.ect.
It is my belief that all that is going on now is part of a plan. We are deep in the negative part of that plan. For all who are down,like I get sometimes, remember, read back in history. Things get bad, real bad and dark, but then the LIGHT come through, and GOOD wins always.
For now there is a little more suffering and pain.

The good news about us so-called Boomers retiring is that younger folks are getting the jobs that we left behind. In a lot of cases, 2-3 of them get hired to take our places. This happened with both my wife and myself. No thanks for making those jobs available are necessary. 😉

When I shop on an almost daily basis..I make it a point to see what others are loading their carts with..amazing..
Preprocessed boxed junk..cases upon cases of soda..and usually 30 or 40 bucks worth of deli meats/cheese at $10 per pound..with a brood of over weight brats in tow..all with their newest cell phones rabidly texting.
I’ll arrive at the checkout with a case of Ball jars..dried beans,canned goods,coffee,assorted fresh veges, sardines,tp.all on sale etc etc..and the looks I get are priceless..

I have considered the attitude that this lady has many times and my conclusion is that to some folks, preparing for disaster means recognizing that it is a possibility in their life. To be safe, happy, and comfy, they must, at all costs, avoid considering such things as being possible. This is unfortunate but not at all uncommon.

Not too long ago I stumbled over an analysis by an ‘Economist’, specifically, one whose specialty lay in Complex Systems Analysis. Yes, I lknow, ‘Economist!’… like there’s any particular discipline which knows less about what it purports to study, yet…
The article – in pdf form – is long at 77 pages and truly not for the faint-hearted, the title is ‘Tradeoff.pdf’,; given it’s recent appearance on the Web a simple google seach on the title would probably locate it directly… I have picked up so much lately that I don’t recall exactly where I originally sourced it from, possibly, ZeroHedge?
Anyway, like I said, the thing is tough to get through and I recommemnd anyone attempting to do so pay cloase attention to the first 30 pages in particular as it is there-through that the terminology he uses is laid down.
Having said all that, the gist of the analysis he puts forth says that the awesome complexity of how the current financial system functions in addition to our reliance on the “JIT” -Just-in-Time- model for civilization’s logistical processes are critically sensitive to so many things, scenario’s that stability in same is a pipe-dream (My words, not his). I sat down with this and went through it cover to cover 5 times and I couldn’t find even a single flaw in his reasoning. The analysis is impeccable…and terrifying. I know a lot of people won’t bother with something like this…who’s got the time nowadays? Those of you who have such an inclination though, after having went through it, might well ‘see the future’ so to speak. Suffice it for now to say that it dovetail’s with this article exactly on so many points. Again, it’s the complexity of the system that is going to be our downfall and in his estimation the speed with which that could happen is astonishing.

Like I have been saying, the financial markets all have a ceiling, and when that top is reached, the only way is down. The higher something is up, the more velocity it cascades down, and the harder the hit when it does slam in the jagged rocks below.
About preparing, I was thinking about something about the Middle East. Israel doesn’t have to launch an attack during the darkest part of the sky. If they are arrorgant enough they could attack anytime before Nov.6. Maybe they don’t care about risking their pilots, or they just know that they can handle a more moonlit sky. I honestly don’t know what is going through the minds over there. In any case on June 2, 1981 there was a new moon, and 5 days on June 7, 1981, Israel took out the Iraqi nuclear reactor.
This is something to think about as tomorrow is 5 days after a new moon. It is likely that it will be absolutely terrible WHEN war breaks out over there. Those that have planned ahead and stored what they need, they will fare so much better. I still think that everyone that can afford it should consider an electric generator and enough fuel to run it intermittently for at least a week. There is so much that runs off electricity and that we depend so heavily on. At least the transaction to much more primitive times will be less difficult to ease into.
Even if all hell doesn’t break loose after the war starts over there, the mere fear of gas storages will be catastrophic in this country. The 1970’s are nothing in comparison IF Iran targets Saudi, Iraqi, Kuwaiti, and other oil producing nations oil fields. Everyone should try to keep their car’s tank topped off as much as possible on top of having some fuel stored. Always of course storage of fuel in safe containers in safe locations.
It is coming from somewhere, or from many different scenarioes. I just don’t see why much, much more of the population is not going out and storing up. I do see an influx of more people buying up supplies, but nothing like it should be. It is pathetic how bare people’s cupboards and pantries are. How much money is spent on worthless junk that will serve absolutely no purpose after whatever collapse is coming, just taking up space. Thankfully there are still people out there that take planning for a much less than stable future, quite seriously. Again nice article.

@ Rev. Ike. I just know that when certain countries hold an ace in the hole, like Israel does before Nov. 6, it would seem that they would take advantage of it. This of course is an assumption on my part that they would not just throw away that advantage that they will lose after Nov. 6. After this day, either winner of the presidental race is under no obligation to help the jews attack the persians. The leaders of Israel you would think would not just trash their ace in the hole and would attack. After Nov. 6 they have no cards to fall back on.
It is not right or wrong issue here, it only matters to me the consequences of the actions of these so called leaders. I wish I knew the future, but one can only make speculated guesses about what leaders will do. I just can’t see any leader throwing away an advantage that israel has over the U.S. before Nov. 6. They need the U.S. to finish off what is left after they attack. We shall see, but WHEN it does happen, I hope everyone out there takes the short “shock” period before the food, fuel, and supplies runs begins to take advantage themselves of getting the extra necessary supplies they need to survive the very tough times after this.

A generator will provide some short-term electrical power, which is good, but a small solar-electric system with a few golf cart batteries will supply power for at least several years. Having the ability to recharge radio and flash light batteries would be good, as would having some 12v RV type lighting and appliances.

Who was the First Jew?

We know that Saul was the first king of Israel and that John was the first man called Baptist, but who was the first Jew? Neither Adam, Seth or Noah are called Jew. Nor were Abraham, Isaac or Jacob. Moses was not called a Jew and neither were Saul, David or Solomon called Jew. In fact you will not find the word Jew in the first eleven books of the Bible. The first time Jews are mentioned in the Bible, is in II Kings 16:6 (and then only in translations revised in the eighteenth century) where we find Israel was at war with the Jews and drave the Jews from Elath. Isn’t it interesting that we can read over five hundred pages of the Bible before we find a Jew anywhere, yet those who call themselves Jew today claim the first five books of the bible and call it their Torah. Do you not find it rather strange that those who claim to have written the first five books of the Bible and call themselves Jew, can’t find the word Jew written anywhere in the book they call their own bible, and claim to have written? Jesus Christ tells John in Revelation 2:9 “I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the SYNAGOGUE OF SATAN”. We know that God changed the name of Abram to Abraham in Genesis 17:5, and that He changed the name of Jacob to Israel in Genesis 32:28, but nowhere in the Bible do we find where God changed the name of Israel to Jew! There is therefore no authority by which those who say they are Jews can claim to be Israel!
By the time of Jesus the word Edom or Edomite had been translated by Greek and Latin into Ioudaios and Iudaeus meaning a Judean or person living in Judea. The original King James version of the Bible, 1611, translated Idumaean-Judean into Iewes. It wasn’t until the revised editions of the King James Bible, that the word Jew appeared. The word Jew does not mean Israel or Israelite! We must conclude therefore that the first “Jews” were Canaanite-Edomite-Hittite. It is certain, according to the Bible, that Jews are not Israel.

On page 83 he notes that ‘The Israeli Prime Minister’s office recently put the number of “living Holocaust survivors” at nearly a million.’ Finkelstein exposes the LIES.
On page 127 he further notes ‘If 135,000 former Jewish slave laborers are still alive today, some 600,000 must have survived the war. That’s at least a half-million more than standard estimates. . . If Jews only constituted 20% of the surviving camp population and, as the Holocaust industry implies, 600,000 Jewish inmates survived the war, then fully 3 million inmates in total must have survived. By the Holocaust industry’s reckoning, concentration camp conditions couldn’t have been that harsh at all; in fact, one must suppose a remarkably high fertility and remarkably low mortality rate. . . If, as the Holocaust industry suggests, many hundreds of thousands of Jews survived, the Final Solution couldn’t have been so efficient after all – exactly what Holocaust deniers argue” (pp. 127-8).
“Both my father and my mother were survivors of the Warsaw ghetto and the Nazi concentration camps. . . One of my father’s lifelong friends was a former inmate with him in Auschwitz, a seemingly incorruptible left-wing idealist who on principle refused German compensation after the war. Eventually he became a director of the Israeli Holocaust museum, Yad Vashem. Reluctantly and with genuine disappointment, my father finally admitted that even this man had been corrupted by the Holocaust industry, tailoring his beliefs for power and profit. As the rendering of the Holocaust assumed ever more absurd forms, my mother liked to quote (with intentional irony) Henry Ford: “History is bunk.” (ibid. p. 7).
“The Holocaust proved to be the perfect weapon for deflecting criticism of Israel” (ibid p. 30).

(This is in spite of the fact that, as he points out on page 32, per capita Jewish income in the US is almost double that of non-Jews).
“With a reelection campaign looming, Jimmy Carter initiated the [US Holocaust Museum] project to placate Jewish contributors and voters, galled by the president’s recognition of the “legitimate rights” of Palestinians.’ (p. 73).
Finkelstein exposes the SWINDLE, a word formerly most often associated with Jews.
“The Holocaust may yet turn out to be the “greatest robbery in the history of mankind”. . . The Holocaust industry has clearly gone berserk.” (p. 138-9).
Is this evaluation fair?
Have a look at a typical account by one of the seemingly endless number of survivors: Olga Lengyel’s Five Chimneys: a woman survivor’s true story of Auschwitz (Granada/Ziff-Davis, 1947, 1972).
Lengyel says:
“After June, 1943, the gas chamber was reserved exclusively for Jews and Gypsies. . . Three hundred and sixty corpses every half-hour, which was all the time it took to reduce human flesh to ashes, made 720 per hour, or 17,280 corpses per twenty-four hour shift. And the ovens, with murderous efficiency, functioned day and night. However, one must also reckon the death pits, which could destroy another 8,000 cadavers a day. In round numbers, about 24,000 corpses were handled each day. An admirable production record, one that speaks well for German industry.” (Paperback edition, pp. 80-81). [No trace of any remains of or in ‘death pits’ has been found.]
This implies almost 100,000 corpses per four working days, or a million in 40 days, or six million in 240 days (eight months).
Could this claim be a misprint?

If we assume a minimum figure of 200,000 per day, this amounts to say one million over a five-day working week, or 6 million in six weeks, and this does not include the truly awe-inspiring claims for Auschwitz put forward by Hart and Lengyel with Gilbert’s blessing.
A detailed forensic examination of the site of the wartime Treblinka camp, using sophisticated electronic ground penetrating radar, has found no evidence of mass graves there.
For six days in October 1999, an Australian team headed by Richard Krege, a qualified electronics engineer, carried out an examination of the soil at the site of the former Treblinka II camp in Poland, where, Holocaust historians say, more than half a million Jews were put to death in gas chambers and then buried in mass graves.
According to the Encyclopedia of the Holocaust (1997), for example, “a total of 870,000 people” were killed and buried at Treblinka between July 1942 and April 1943. Then, between April and July 1943, the hundreds of thousands of corpses were allegedly dug up and burned in batches of 2,000 or 2,500 on large grids made of railway ties.
Krege’s team used an $80,000 Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) device, which sends out vertical radar signals that are visible on a computer monitor. GPR detects any large-scale disturbances in the soil structure to a normal effective depth of four or five meters, and sometimes up to ten meters. (GPR devices are routinely used around the world by geologists, archeologists, and police.) In its Treblinka investigation, Krege’s team also carried out visual soil inspections, and used an auger to take numerous soil core samples.
The team carefully examined the entire Treblinka II site, especially the alleged “mass graves” portion, and carried out control examinations of the surrounding area. They found no soil disturbance consistent with the burial of hundreds of thousands of bodies, or even evidence that the ground had ever been disturbed. In addition, Krege and his team found no evidence of individual graves, bone remains, human ashes, or wood ashes.
“From these scans we could clearly identify the largely undisturbed horizontal stratigraphic layering, better known as horizons, of the soil under the camp site,” says the 30-year old Krege, who lives in Canberra. “We know from scans of grave sites, and other sites with known soil disturbances, such as quarries, when this natural layering is massively disrupted or missing altogether.” Because normal geological processes are very slow acting, disruption of the soil structure would have been detectable even after 60 years, Krege noted.
“Historians say that the bodies were exhumed and cremated toward the end of the Treblinka camp’s use in 1943, but we found no indication that any mass graves ever existed,” he says. “Personally, I don’t think there was a mass extermination camp there at all.”
Krege prepared a detailed report on his Treblinka investigation. He says that he would welcome the formation, possibly under United Nations auspices, of an international team of neutral, qualified specialists, to carry out similar investigations at the sites of all the wartime German camps.

It is very simple to understand who the first “Jew” was.
You see, in biblical times, when Jacob had his 12 sons, they were to, and did, become the twelve tribes of Israel. His son Judah, had his tribe and the area that they settled became known as Judea. Anyone living within Judea became known as Jews. The Jews were called as such by their homeland or geographical living area, not as to describe their religion. It then starts to get really disturbing as other peoples move into the area of Judea and begin calling themselves Jews.
When the Kenites, which were originally known as from the “sons of Cain” moved in and started taking on liturgical duties of the Priests. They infilterated the synagogues and were given the titles of scribes and some Pharisees. They wore robes and elevated themselves as Jewish Priests
This is how sly,slick and deceptive Satan is. He had his own in the mix and they began changing laws/customs/statutes,etc. That is why God made the statement: “…[I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but [are] the synagogue of Satan.”
Just to add; much of the translations into the KJV were over-simplified or just out of ignorance, used from the old manuscripts as best as they could at the time.
In many cases throughout the KJV Bible, the word Jew was used in place of Israelite. Much of this has to do with the fact that 10 of the 12 tribes were scattered as they traveled across the Caucus Mountains with Jeremiah.
The tribes of Judah and Levi along with he infilteraters, were left in the Land of Israel and went further south. Because they were looked at as one tribe,being primarily and originally, from the land of Judea, they were called and referred to as Jews.
Later that same group of Jews, that were Christians, started splintering off and took on varying forms of Judism and separated themselves from the Israelites and Christianity. I’m sure you can find a thousand different explanations and theological discussions about the Jews and how they came to be and etc,etc,etc. Even the term “Semite” going back to Noah’s son, Shem. It gets intertwined and confusing.
What really matters is that God hasn’t lost anyone. He knows were all the descendants of the twelve tribes are and who each and everyone is. He also knows who the true Jewish peoples are that descended from Judah. He will reunite them as “one stick” in his hand when the time has come, as foretold in Ezekiel 37.

Check out the earthquake map, it is impressive. I have not seen it this active in all the different spots in a long time. I am beginning to wonder if it is just one very large earthquake or a couple of them that are coming. It is like a race car powering up its motor before getting ready to take off. Something is brewing under the surface of the planet. Also October is usually a month of increased earthquake activity.

Casey Jr. Unfortunately I don’t have an example from history, but I believe there also has never been a country like ours in history either. There are still a lot of good people in America with a hard work ethic that will remember “The good old days” and if they have kids or grandchildren I believe they will work very hard to try to provide freedom for them. I think more than any other country in the world we know what a free society can be like and the lifestyle it can provide.
I guess I am an eternal optimist, but that being said, I can read the writing on the wall. This is going to get real bad before it gets better.
I guess Germany would be an example of a country which had hyperinflation and is strong today. The big difference is with the economy being so globalistic there is a lot further to fall this time.

@ Norse Prepper. The plates are so active it is incredible. When looking at the earthquake map the two small areas of plate boundaries that seem really mega locked are the eastern portions of both the Philippine plate and the Caribbean plate. These two areas are posed for some major. The rest of the plates seem to be in motion, ever so slightly. This energy is being transferred to both the New Madrid and San Andreas. The southern San Andreas is way overdue and ready to break as it did back around 1700, and so did the Cascadia fault up in Washington state did. In 1812 the middle section of the San Andreas broke and so of course did the New Madrid.
I would again watch the Mid Atlantic Ridge and the Caribbean fault for the New Madrid. For the San Andreas, I would watch the New Madrid, anything major earthquake to the south of the San Andreas and anything major to the north of it such as the Cascadia fault.
As in the case of Germany, the amount of TNT used against Germany during the entire war, is about what one large hydrogen bomb has. The most powerful non-nuclear weapon used in WW2 was I believe about 5 tons. The most powerful H-bomb is about 100 megatons. That is 100 million tons as opposed to 5 tons in WW2. Most nukes are 150 kilotons to about 1 Megaton. Even at 150 kilotons that is 30000 times more powerful than WW2 explosives. Huge difference and the recovery period after WW3 will likely take decades minimum, and could be centuries. Times will eventually get better, but the time will take magnitudes longer like the magnitudes greater the size of the weapons.
To tell you the truth what terrifies me the most are not nuclear weapons, it is an Andromeda type killer engineered doomsday virus that one side decides to release. The number one killer of life forms on this planet has not been killer asteroids, super volcanoes, polar shifts, super solar flares, it has been germs. If there is anything short of the planet being torn apart that can make human beings extinct is a virus or bacteria.
There are some of the worst imaginable viruses that the Soviet Union was working on that could near 100% of the population. North Korea has completely outdated military, but one of the absolute worst bio programs on the planet. Syria also has a wicked bio-weapons program that some say was more advanced than Iraq because of Russian influence. Then there is Iran that gets helps from China. China has probably the third worst bio-weapons behind the Russians and the United States. Biological weapons are a poorman’s nuclear weapon, and much worst than nukes because as look as there is host the death and suffering continues. With a nuke, even the radiation eventually is diluted. With a super virus it could last in human beings in some reserviour for millions of years or longer, or until there were not anymore humans left.
I also think that nature has this knack of letting a killer plague out naturally on ALL species, plant and animal. It may just be one day something comes out of the slums of India or Bangladesh that is contagious as hell, worst than any flu, and has a near 100% fatality rate and just can’t be stopped with any vaccine or any anti-viral. People just keep underestimating Mother Nature, and again and again Mother Nature shows how powerless we are. This is what worries me the most, germes in war and naturally.

I believe that you just hit the nail on the head. We’re already seeing the results of ‘unintended consequences’ in the GMO’s that are are out at this point. Why anyone would belive that we – as yet – have the ability to presage the effects of the genetic manipulations we are so blythely releasing into the world at large is beyond me. WE don’t even begin as yet to understand – analytically – the actions of the most basic protiens…arguably the basis of life itself, and yet we’re introducing new, modified species every day. @ Emily. That sinkhole is really not that large, it is so worrisome because of the location of it. Louisana is kind of like a giant sand dune affected by the waves and winds. Sinkholes appear all the time in unstable areas such as this. The problem is that there has been a huge petroleum extraction in this area and whenever you take something away from the underground it is replaced with something else or nothing and a cavity remains until it collapses. What they are worried about is that this area is going to be replaced with methane gases that could one day explode and cave in much more area.
The sinkhole only grew some 500 square feet the last time I heard about it, which is basically a sqaure 22 feet by 22 feet, a average living room. It is that it grew in a very unstable area. During the 1920’s the area around long beach, california called signal hill was heavily drilled for oil and some seismogists feel that the 1933 long beach earthquake was quicken because of all of this drilling and taking away part of the ground’s stability. Many worry that the groundwater extraction for farming in the major aquifers around the corn and other beltways of farming for much irrigation could lead to earthquakes, including quickening the New Madrid breaking sooner than it should.
There was much talk about all this methane gas being released all at once from the area around the Deepwater Horizon site, like a giant methane gas bubble hitting the surface and causing a Gulf of Mexico tsunami. The are around the Louisana point of the sinkhole is also worrisome because the strategic oil reserves are here. I think this could be a problem, but until that sinkhole grows consdierably larger, it is not YET a true problem. I would worry more about the Caribbean plate that is ready to unleash a 8+ thrust earthquake and a good size tsunami around the eastern Gulf and south Atlantic seaboard. This area is more overdue than the southern San Andreas for a huge quake.
It happened because a drill went in the wrong place and fractured a salt dome. Salt domes are all over the area. As the cavern fills with water the salt disolves and the sinkhole expands. This could get really large as some of the salt domes are close to each other. The whole cannot be plugged as it is now a huge lake and the only solution would be to stop the supply of water which is also impossible.

Briefly, I will add a word or two about my old friend, Ben Freedman, I consider it an honor.
I was initially introduced to him as a sort of, well you meet a fellow, but I’m not so sure about him – he may be a sort of a Trojan Horse. Well, I said, let me make up my own mind. In the years that have followed, I make up my own mind I spent many happy evenings with him and his wife, Rose, who is not with us anymore. When Ben was over twenty-five – and, as I say, he comes from a very distinguished Jewish family in New York. When Ben moved over into the areas of Christianity with Rose, it took a great deal of courage. “Guts,” is the name in the Marine Corps, for what it took. Ben has been ostracized by many of his friends for believing that this Country had objectives and ideals that did not appear in the minds of some of our alien citizens.
So, it is with great respect and honor, I say, this gentleman is a world scholar in the areas which he will touch upon. It is my great pleasure, as a member of this fine military organization, to present the honorable Benjamin Freedman, of New York.
Benjamin Freedman:
I am very honored to be here. I don’t know how to start to thank Col. Dall for making it possible for me to address you. But I hope that things work out so that you will feel grateful to him. And if you will try to make a little use of the information I can give you, you may be very helpful in saving this country from the fate which has befallen Great Britain and, maybe the Soviet Union (Czarist Russia). We are in a very serious state at the present time. I’ve just returned, within the last four weeks, from an extended trip in what is known as The Middle East. I am very friendly with the heads of the government, the rulers who know me for 25-30 years, who talk to me and treat me, as a brother. I stay with them at their homes, and we call each other by our first names.
Now, all I can tell you is that what I am going to tell you may not make you feel any more comfortable. But the less comfortable you are after hearing me, the more chance you will exert whatever influence you can to save this country from a fate it doesn’t deserve. After the men I see here get to know their records, what they have done to pull us out of the ditch, once, maybe twice, I don’t think it’s fair to these men to see us now, dragged down into the sewer of history – which is where we are bound to go, if things deteriorate – that really is not the word, – if things degenerate at a more rapid pace than they have been degenerating the last ten or fifteen years.
Now, before I make this talk, I would like to call your attention to one thing. I am going to use a word, you hear the word, you read the word, and you use the word, Jew, as though it is something that could be weighed and felt, has a background. I’m going to use that word, although I never use it in my own personal affairs or in my private life. Now, I want to explain that Dr. Samuel Johnson wrote the first English Dictionary in 1797. That’s only a few years from 1800, which isn’t so very long ago! It consists of two thick volumes. And it has possibly every word that was then used in the English language. I have shown that to many important people in all walks of life, and they were amazed, because when I told them what I am going to tell you now, they didn’t believe me. So I acquired these two books – cost a little money. They’re first editions, rare!
In that book, in those two volumes, the first English dictionary ever published by Dr. Samuel Johnson, (about whom, many of you know) the word Jew, does not appear! That word was coined, forced on you, stuffed down your throats by control of all the media by the people who are interested in leading you to slaughter. The word, Jew, did not appear. They say Shakespeare used it. They cite all the people who used it. It did not exist. I don’t want to go into that, now. I don’t want to give you a discourse in philology. We have something more important. But I am going to talk about that word, use it; but I want you to know that I never accepted it, and more than, let’s say, the people who refer to artificial silk. Well, artificial silk has certain handicaps. I imported it, when it first came out. It was made in Germany, and it was called artificial silk. And it had a repercussion. People didn’t like to buy something that was artificial anything. So the manufacturers got together and they awarded $25,000 as a prize to anyone who could get up a good word to use instead of the word artificial silk. That prize was won by somebody who coined the word, “rayon.” Today, people talk about rayon as though it existed from the beginning of the world, as though it always existed. “Rayon” is a modern word and the man who coined it was paid $25,000.
The word, “Jew,” was coined for a purpose by the people who got us into two wars, who laid a trap to get us into a third one, and who have practically taken over the control of the world, especially the control of this country according to Senator Fulbright and others. So it’s about time that you learned the basics and did something about it. I am certain that, unless something is done to change the thinking of the 200,000,000 U.S.A. Christians, that this country is headed for disaster! There are 200,000,000 Christians in this country who have been brain-washed, from morning to night, by radio, press, television, motion pictures, every media – the mass information has been used to deceive you into believing things that they knew were deliberate lies and part of their scheme to brainwash you. One of them is the word, Jew!
Now, in the Middle East, you know the situation. The United States has been supplying, since the end of World War II, 32 billion dollars of the taxpayer’s money. 95% of that 32 billion dollars was used by the Congress of the United States, after you paid that money into the Treasury, to make the United States the accomplice, the ally, of thieves and murderers; to aid and abet them to hold on to their stolen loot -territory that they acquired by invading Palestine and driving the indigenous population out of the country that they had inhabited for 2,000 years!
Now you were taught by the Christians; you are taught by your ministers, by your priests, (and Dr. Ellson, here, God bless him, knows how I’ve been fighting, and he did as much as he could, over the years, to make it possible for me to succeed) . . . You have been told that it is your Christian duty to help repatriate God’s Chosen People to their promised land. You have been told that by every media of mass information, including the pulpit, including every other means by which they can shape your thinking: “That it is your Christian duty to help repatriate God’s Chosen People to their promised land.”
Now, I’ll tell you what a lie that is! I can cite the sources here that I’ve consulted, maybe 234 official documents, maps, books, and other records, but the best is one that I found in the last few years, The Encyclopedia Britannica, the 1911 Edition, Volume 15, three pages, define the word “Khazar.” Three pages! Now, that book was published in 1911, in London, and it probably took twenty-five years (whoever compiled that information) to accumulate it. It’s the research of many people. Many of the sources of information are mentioned at the end of the article. But you will find that the Khazars were an Asian nation; they were a Mongoloid, Turko-Finn tribal nation in Asia. And they had so much trouble with the other nations there, who finally succeeded in driving them out of Asia, across the border, into what is known today as Russia, in the area of the Ukraine. They found, there, a lot of peaceful agricultural people, mostly Slavic, and they conquered them. They did the same thing then as they are still doing in the Middle East! They took them, for no reason at all, except the people weren’t trained to fight! They established there, the Khazar Kingdom.
Now, those three pages in that Encyclopedia Britannica, Vol. 15, the 1911 Edition tells you who they are, how war-like, how savage, how barbarian they are, and that they succeeded in sweeping across Europe to the gates of Paris, and to Finland. They controlled all Europe – these Mongols known as Khazars! They did that from maybe the fourth century to the ninth century. And they were the most brutal people. They enslaved these people and exacted tribute from them, while holding them under their control – practically all Europe. Until in the 8th century, a man by the name of Rurik. a Varengian, who came from across the water, from what is known today as Sweden, – he organized these people. They were living as people interested in agriculture. They didn’t want any politics, they didn’t want nations or governments. But he saw what they were subject to, this treatment by their Khazar conquerors. And he organized the principality of Rokh, which became the Russian Empire. He organized them, and started to drive these Khazars back. And he finally succeeded to where they came into Europe for the first time, in the area of the Ukraine, where they continued their Khazar Kingdom.
Now, they were Phallic Worshipers. Anyone who doesn’t know what Phallic worship means, I am not going to go into detail, but they were Phallic worshipers and they were so degenerate that when the king, their ruler, heard that there were such things as monotheistic forms of religious belief, (Christianity, Islam, Judaism) he sent for representatives of the three of them, and asked them to tell him the merits of their faith. And after listening to them, like a child would play “Eenie, Meenie, Minie, Mo” to pick out the one that they favored, he listened to the three of them, and said, “I’m going to become a Jew and adopt the religion known today as Judaism.”
So, he compelled his entire nation, (which at the time had a population of maybe 18 or 20 million people, and extended to the heart of Europe), they had to become members of that religious belief. He sent to two Talmudic centers in the Holy Land, and he brought up religious leaders, (whether you call them rabbis, or what, it makes no difference). And he compelled the 4,000 nobles (they had a feudal system) to adopt that faith and it became the official faith. They built thousands of schools and so-called temples, or places of worship. That is how the people of Eastern Europe became what we know today as Jews.
I have with me, now, a circular that I received in the mail last week, the March of Dimes put it out with the assistance of the Rockefeller Foundation, and they recite the whole thing; because they have found, in recent years, that the Khazars are carriers of a disease that no other people in the world have. Here’s the circular that they got out. It’s called, “Kasak Disease” (The Jewish Disease – Tay-Sachs). I have known about it for years. The New York News newspaper had a full page on it, called “The Jewish Disease.” They explained the whole thing, so I went into it, investigated it, and gave a little money to one or two clinics that were trying to do something about it. The Eastern Europeans, of Khazar ancestry, known as Jews, are carriers of this Kasak disease. When one Khazar marries another Khazar: (I don’t say so, Mt. Sinai Hospital, the Jewish Memorial Hospital, the Rockefeller Foundation, they’ve all done a lot of work on it. They published these figures and these statistics . . .) that one out of four children, when one Khazar marries another Khazar, or of that ancestry, that child can’t live beyond three years. And the death that that child suffers is too miserable to describe to you. Out of the others, two of them become carriers, and one is clear.
Now I have maintained, after listening for twenty-six years to every meeting of the United Nations… (I attend, and I sit there, and I hear these representatives of the so-called State of Israel, talk) . . . I’ve been saying for many years, before I even knew about this, – they must be crazy! How can they say those things before the representatives of 131 other nations? How can they say that? Have they no shame? But, I found out they are suffering from this disease.
So then, to sit there, and tell the world, officially, in the United Nations, that they are God’s Chosen People, and that it is the Christian’s duty to repatriate them to their homeland, when they know who they are –
Now, those are the people that again went on the war-path, and they are now up to their old tricks and have been, because after this Russian Empire expanded, they conquered the Khazar Kingdom, and incorporated the people and the territory in the Russian Empire, and the so-called Jews in Russia, who were then the orthodox Jews, we’ll call them, . . . Russia had become a Catholic country, under Vladimir the 3rd, in 986 . . . they couldn’t get together on anything. Now, what happened? They have been at war ever since. And after the 11th century, when they were conquered, they pledged that they would never accept that conquest, that they would keep on organizing and revolting to again declare their independence and set up their Khazar Kingdom. That was in the 11th century! They have been fighting the Czarist regime, ever since, and I don’t want to go into detail, but I can give you plenty on that subject, and no one can deny it, because I can give you chapter and verse of hundreds of books, maps that I’ve taken, had photostated, all over the world, in the public libraries and museums. Now, you have these people, organized, and all of a sudden, something developed. The last revolt that they started was in 1905. According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, under the word, Bolshevism, one of the five rules for their revolt was: Never start until the armies of the country are engaged otherwise. And in 1905, when Russia was at war with Japan, in the Far East, they started their last revolt, – and they were slapped down, like every other one since the 11th century.
That’s where I come into the picture. – I wasn’t alive in the 11th century, though! But, what I am trying to tell you, though, is that in 1905 they took this terrible licking, like, here.

So, we had a President in Washington, Mr. Taft, Mr. Jacob Schiff, of Kuhn, Loeb & Co., the bankers in New York who are the arm in the United States of the Rothschild International world wide plutocracy – Mr. Schiff, with two young men, went down to see Mr. Taft, and he said, “Mr. Taft, . . . (I am not telling you this out of my memory. I almost know this by heart, because the books are here, in the Congressional Library. The people who were in the room with President Taft, at that time, and President Taft were told by Jacob H. Schiff) . . . “We want you to cancel the Most Favored Nation Treaty with Czarist Russia, and we want you to recall our Ambassador.” The President told them, “Mr. Schiff, things are not what you represent them to be. My ambassador tells me differently.” So, Mr. Schiff told him, in so many words, “Is you is, or is you ain’t – going to do it?” When the President said that he would not do it, Mr. Schiff said “We will put a political party and a president in Washington, to whom we can dictate what they should do.”
Jacob Schiff came back to New York (He was at that time head of The American Jewish Committee), and in my father’s home (I was a young man then), in the presence of many prominent men some of whom you’ve heard the names of, he retold the story and I looked at the books in the Public Library, Memoirs of men who were in the room at that time, names that are familiar to many people that are here. That is a -fact. Now, what happened?
They ganged up in New York, to get rid of Taft. I was a protégé of Mr. Bernard Baruch – a name that I think you are all familiar with. His father was a doctor, Dr. Simon Baruch, who had brought me into the world, and Bernard Baruch was a visitor at our home all the time. He courted my sister; one of my sisters. So the stage was set to get rid of the Republican Party and the Republican President and put in their own party and their own President. But it was very difficult, because, after the Cleveland depression (President Cleveland was a Democrat, we had Free Trade) we had the worst depression ever seen anywhere. And that swept the Republican Party into power, because they advocated tariff, protective tariff to protect the working man against the cheap labor of Europe and to protect the infant industries, in the United States against foreign competition.
Mr. Schiff went down there and had this conversation, came back to New York and the stage was set. And I, as a young man, got into the act. What I am telling you now, I saw with my own eyes, heard with my own ears, but I make it brief. The stage was set: “How can we get rid of the Republican Party; how can we get rid of Taft” – and Mr. Baruch was picked out as the leg man. He was a smart man!
They set up the National Democratic Headquarters at 200 Fifth Avenue, which was the site of the old Fifth Avenue Hotel, now an office building, and Mr. Henry Morgenthau, Sr., the old man, the father of the one you all know, was made chairman of the Finance Committee. I was made his confidential assistant in liaison with the Treasurer, who was Mr. Rollo Wells of St. Louis, – the Andrew Mellon of his time. And I was right in the middle! I saw everything that went on, because I handled all the books that had the cash contributions in them. Mr. Jacob Schiff and the Jews (use that word as I told you, with reservations) put up the money to launch this Party, and they looked around for a man to put up as President. To make a long story short, because the details aren’t very interesting, they got Woodrow Wilson, a rascal who wasn’t worth the powder to blow him to hell!
They got Woodrow Wilson, the man who had more ego than any man I have ever read about, they got him to head the Democratic Party. And they got into difficulties! Because the Democrats only got the Electoral votes in the South; where the people in agriculture wanted cheap goods from Europe. But the North wanted the Republicans. They found out they could not elect a President in the United States. So, I handled the money; I was the leg man, the errand boy (I was only a boy then.) They trotted Theodore Roosevelt out of the political “moth-balls” (He was then an editor of a magazine). They told him, “You are the indispensable man. You are the only man who can save the United States.” And with his ego they formed the “Bull Moose Party” and Mr. Jacob H. Schiff and the Jews throughout the world – they got plenty of money from England – they formed the Bull Moose Party. And in that way they split the Republican vote between Roosevelt and Taft, and Mr. Wilson walked in with a minority of the popular vote – the lowest man, (and I knew the inside of his private life, which I don’t want to go into here). But never was a lower rascal in the White House, and I’ve known plenty of them since that time!
Now, Mr. Wilson really didn’t know enough to come in out of the rain! I cannot understand how he ever got there, except that in shuffling the cards, they had the goods on him, You find in politics, every time they pick a candidate, and put him out in front, they have the goods on him. You know he had been sleeping with the wife of the professor who lived next door to him at Princeton, whose name was Peck. And they used to call Wilson, at Princeton, “Peck’s bad boy.” When she got a divorce and moved to Washington, she married a man who had a son. And that son borrowed $40,000 from the bank, without asking them. He didn’t know how to pay it back, and the pressure on him was getting very, very hot. So this woman heard of Samuel Untermeyer (of the big firm, Googenheim, Untermeyer and Marshall) a prominent Democrat; and supplied much money to the party. She went to him with a big package of letters which I read (Wilson was a great letter writer. I don’t say so; Other people don’t say so. The Zionists, in the books that they have written, tell this whole story. How they got the promise of Palestine, by promising to use their influence to get U.S. into the war. That’s how they are going to turn against the United States; the same way they turned against Germany; after everything Germany did for them, since 1822. They made the deal to bring the United States into the war, which meant certain defeat for Germany; which was triumphant, then; offering a peace that was tantamount to surrender.
So, when that offer was made, the Zionists in London went to the British War Cabinet, according to their own books, their own record, in the British Museum. I circulated thousands of copies of this 12 page memorandum by the man who negotiated it. When they were bombing London in 1945, he thought he’d die. And he typed this out, this true story, and gave it to the British Museum for posterity. That’s available. Anyone can have a copy of it. I sent out thousands, – maybe ten thousands of them.
Now, the United States got into World War I. How did they get in? They didn’t know how to get us in, because the Germans leaned backwards. They said, “We are going to do nothing on land, on the sea, or in the air, to provoke or justify a declaration of war by the United States, because we’ll be licked! They couldn’t get us in if the Germans didn’t give us provocation or justification. So, what did they do? A message was sent to Washington, that the S.S. Sussex, a ferry from Dover to Calais, had been torpedoed in the Channel and 38 Americans lost their lives! I’m not going to string this out, because I’ve got a lot of other things to tell you!
On the basis of the torpedoing, and the loss of 38 lives of our citizens, Congress declared war against Germany. Now, after the 4,000,000 men that General Pershing had been drilling, were on their way over, some of them fighting in Europe – (a lot of you, here, went over, were fighting while this fighting was going on) a member of Parliament and others, who couldn’t stand it any longer, they came out with the secret that the Sussex was not sunk and no Americans lives were lost. And we were in the war! Now that is how the Jews got us into World War I, and that started everything because Wilson was elected. We had a national debt of one billion dollars. And since then it has gone up – I think it’s now 465 billion, after the wars we’ve been having, so that’s how the Jews got us into World War I.

Germany would give us no justification or provocation. But the Jews, here, were putting pressure on Roosevelt, “We’ve got to get into that war! We can’t let him do that to us!”
We had to make up our minds what to do, so the United States sent to Japan, and they said, “We can’t sell you any more scrap steel or oil.” Japan was fighting a war with China; Without scrap steel or oil, which they got altogether from the United States, they would have to withdraw from the war. So they sent nine different Ambassador here, trying to change Mr. Roosevelt’s mind. Ile said, “No, we can’t sell you any more, at all.” So, at that time, Germany and Japan had a treaty; Any country that declared war on either one was instantly at war with both! So, Mr. Roosevelt figured, “We’ll provoke a war with Japan.” That’s why he threatened them to cut off steel and oil. Now, Mr. Roosevelt figured, and it’s in Mr. Stimson’s diary, in his own handwriting, which is in the room at Yale Library containing all Mr. Henry L. He wrote in his diary important things that went on (in his own handwriting) and under November 25th, two weeks before Pearl Harbor, he wrote, “The President sent for us to come to the White House. I thought it was to discuss the war in Europe, but he told us that we had to be at war with Japan but he didn’t want it to look as if we fired the first shot!” That is almost verbatim. Henry Stimson, the Secretary of Defense wrote that in his diary. That is how we got into the World War, because Roosevelt said, “We want to be at war with Japan, but we don’t want it to look as though we fired the first shot”! So we got the first shot, alright, at Pearl Harbor! But, the only way we could be at war with Germany was to be at war with Japan. Then automatically, under their treaty, we were at war with Germany. That’s how we got into World War II.

@ Angelo M. I think I speak for most people here that we are more interested on how, where, and when the next major war is going to start. You could be very correct that Jewish people are going to be at fault, but whom is at fault is really not what matters to most preppers/survivalists, it is how to survive it the best way we all can. CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A Wyoming sheriff’s deputy who detained a combat veteran in handcuffs for openly carrying a pistol offered to let him go if he agreed to let another deputy draw his weapon and shoot if the veteran made any sudden moves while driving away, court records show.
Capt. Robert Pierson, a Marine Corps helicopter pilot who has served two combat tours in Afghanistan, has filed a civil rights lawsuit over the August 2011 incident.
Pierson, 31, of Pensacola, Fla., was carrying the pistol, which is legal in Wyoming, when he was pulled over by Deputy Corry Bassett of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
In a sworn statement this month, Bassett acknowledged he offered to release Pierson if he allowed Deputy Rob Andazola to draw his weapon and cover Pierson.
Pierson declined the offer and was released without a citation when a supervisor arrived.
Pierson said he was on a cross-country trip on his Harley-Davidson when Bassett pulled him over outside Alpine in western Wyoming. A person had reported that someone matching Pierson’s description had passed a number of slow-moving motorhomes, authorities said.
“I didn’t know whether kicking my leg over the bike, or walking away, or what they could possibly constitute as a hostile act,” Pierson said in a telephone interview Monday. “I didn’t like the terms. And I was a little unnerved by the fact that they were threatening lethal force with a deadly weapon against a man who was compliant, in handcuffs, who had been screened.”
Pierson said the deputies ran his name and found he had a clean record.
“An escalation of force of that nature was quite more than I was expecting,” he said.
Bassett said in the sworn statement that he had been trained to put his personal safety above the rights of a citizen openly carrying a handgun.
“We’re told every day, our safety is first,” he said. “We’re here to come home every night.”
Patricia L. Bach of the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office represents Bassett and Andazola. She declined comment.
Bassett told Pierson’s attorney, Gary Ferguson, that he detained Pierson because Pierson wouldn’t tell him whether he had a gun.
Pierson, who recorded much of his interaction with Bassett and Andazola, told Bassett only that he didn’t consent to any searches.
Pierson said he is seeking damages, an apology and a statement by the jurisdictions involved that the open carry of handguns is lawful — and that the purpose of government is not officer safety but the protection of peoples’ lives, liberty and property.
“I want that stated as the paramount reason they exist,” he said.
Pierson also said he wants to see Bassett and Andazola off the force.
Pierson said he finds the irony of the situation heartbreaking. “Both sets of officers, the sheriff’s department and myself, we’ve both sworn to uphold the Constitution,” he said.

Stock values are based upon multiples of the earnings for any particular company, but major drops of a thousand or two thousand points or more are not unheard of; in fact they have happened before and they will happen again. To give you an example of just how stupid the “conventional wisdom” that folks like you advocate is….back about 3 years ago, I had a friend, who like yourself works in the banking industry, tell me that I should get out of gold, because the bottom was going to fall out on the price in the near future. No Walt, I will not be crying when “this house of cards comes down”. I have no debt, no mortgage, no personal loans outstanding. I do have cash, I do own lots of precious metals, and I have preps.
While I believe that the house of cards will crash eventually, I do not believe that it will implode from within. The dollar will not fail because there are too many printed. The FED can insert or remove dollars from the system as needed.
Too many dollars must reach the consumer and the consumer must use them to chase too few goods for hyperinflation to develop.
The system is mechanically perfect. WE had the crash. The FED replaced the losses of the banks. It continues to do so and will continue to do so. I don’t like that because it adds to the national debt, but the lower rates for those bonds allow US GDP to carry it better.
Still, like with any household, the US needs to retire debt and increase income.
Any collapse would have to be deliberate. A deliberate crash of the system would affect the uber rich more than anyone else. It would also bring more violence upon them than anyone else.
There is a lot of demand for US Bonds. There is no shortage of buyers. The FED can buy all of the Treasuries for all I care. I think it currently buys about 40% but much of that purchase was designed to increase bank reserves.
The central bank of japan has purchased 93% of Japanese bonds. That hasn’t stopped investors from investing in japan.
The fact is that bond buying is an integral component of corporate finance. 147 global companies control 60% of global GDP. Apple for example has about $75 billion in cash. Where do you think those dollars are?
Do you think that $100 bills are stacked up in a back room in Cupertino? No those dollars have purchased US Treasuries. Even “small” companies stick their excess cash into US paper. Hedge funds, pension funds, and private investors buy US paper. There is no shortage of buyers and there will not be.
I do not buy the bankster line lock, stock, and barrel, as my many posts here over the past three years demonstrate,but I do understand that US paper is the basis for the financial system.
The global economy cannot operate without it.
When the crash eventually comes, it will come as the result of natural, physical changes, when judgement comes to America.
But not today. 🙂

It was for sale, and for some reason that particular property caught my eye every day. The eye of a highly experienced and highly trained real estate appraiser. I wasn’t looking to buy a property but something kept knawing at me about the property so I eventually broke down and called the number and asked about it.
I had a true “JP Morgan experience” while talking to the seller. For those who do not know the story I will relate it here.
JP Morgan was one of the richest tycoons on Wall Street in his day. He was having his shoes shined by the shoeshine boy on the corner near his office as was his custom.
While engaging in conversation with the shoe shine boy while having his shoes shined, the shoeshine boy started giving JP Morgan “stock tips”.
Morgan was astonished by the conversation and correctly assessed that if the shoeshine boy was giving “stock tips” then the market was in a bubble.
He rushed back to his office and sold all of his stocks. The market collapsed a few days later and Morgan was one of the few that survived the “crash” with his fortune intact.
Likewise, my phone call produced a “Morgan Moment” for me. The seller was an “investor” who was going to expand the property, redevelop it, and flip it for an enormous sum.
Somehow the numbers he was talking about just didn’t add up for me. I knew the market, I knew the numbers, and I thought the guy was crazy, so I asked him:
“Are you a broker”? No he replied.
“Are you an architect or appraiser”, I asked? No again was the reply.
Then I asked him, “What do you do for a living?”
His response” “I am a hair stylist and I am investing my money and the money of my friends into the project, we are going to make a killing.”
Right then and there, while still on the phone to this moron, I thought of JP Morgan, and I knew WE were in a real estate bubble.
True story.
As for Schiff, he has a lot of skin in the game, the metals game that is, so I will always look at his take on metals with a jaundiced eye until he starts screaming “short metals!”

Compounding Pharmacies supply a niche of both need and demand. This particular one went overboard in marketing volume discounts. Most Compounding Pharmacies are small suppliers of very small batches, one of the reasons their products are always more expensive than mass production. This company acted unwisely and irresponsibly by trying to use the production techniques of mass marketers while eliminating the safeguards.
These fungi are ubiquitous. This is why injectables normally contain preservatives that are also anti-microbial. Likely there is not a clean-room technology available that by itself can keep Aspergillus et al out of products. Regulation will accomplish nothing except to put all the compounders out of business. Government fines enrich government, only. The patients harmed can bring civil actions and that will work. The clinicians can begin to inform the patients about the need for preservatives and microbials and refuse to treat w/products that are not formulated for that protection. That will go a long way.
People demand miracles and they demand them regardless of scientific fact. IMO, one of the main problems today is that people accept media memes that have an ultimately ideological agenda. The entire industry-wide usages of preservatives in food and medicine have become defamed and fear of the very ingredients that protect the end user has trumped not only scientific knowledge, but common sense. Our local paper had a picture of the daily catch off Florida in 1950 and the changes every ten years in the size of that catch. In 1950 two people landed what looked like a thousand pounds of fish. While the USGS just downgraded this in magnitude, the Iris seimic monitor is leaving at 6.6. I am still expecting a bigger earthquake, the Australian plate is just too active to ignore. Still watch that line from the Soloman Islands to Tahiti as I have been giving this warning for several days now on many comment sections of the article, as this area is still primed as shown today.
Plates are affected from other plates and from the same plate. Most of the time the Balleny Islands region and the southern Australian plate boundary when it has earthquakes it means bigger earthquakes on the northern part of the plate, especially the south seas area. Central Japan and eastern Russia are also affected by this and sometimes the Alaska and the Aleutian Islands. I would still be on alert in the Kermadec Islands and New Zealand for possible large shaker. Will further study this, and try to pinpoint the next big earthquake.

At approximately 18:14 UTC today a solar flare registering at M-9.0 was recorded by the NOAA GOES satellites. The flare ordinated from a region just beginning to rotate onto the visible solar disk in the South-East quadrant. This is a large flare, but NOT enormous. It is, however the largest flare event recorded in approximately 5 months and may signify that the previous period of sub-normal solar quiescence is ending. Rouughly an hour ago a second, smaller flare was recorded which reached near M-Class levels. I just had a conversation with someone that hates Obama because he wants to attack Israel, help the Iranian terrorists and take over America…I didn’t even know what to say afterwards. Apparently this information came from listening to his christian radio station. How does one even respond appropriately to something so incredibly wrong? This person takes their faith very seriously and believes anything that comes out of a “believers” mouth.

I have an abundance of food flow into my house from different sources that I share and donate regularly.
Everything I eat is grown within a few miles of where I live and the electricity is still on, the water still flows and the toilets still flush.
Running water! And indoor plumbing! And natural gas heat by a switch on the wall! A meaningful job, loving family and a few good friends!
It may end tomorrow or after I die, but for now, I am living the good days of abundance even if they are more expensive than last year or last month.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not squandering these abundances, I am using them wisely while they exist and loving those around me as much as is humanly possible.
We found a flat screen TV on the street wrapped in plastic and brought it home. In the upper corner there is a small spot of funky pixels. Most times you can’t notice it.
I gave it to my daughter and now my grand daughter thinks they are rich because she can watch her movies on a large flat screen!
She is young enough to not realise just how incredibly rich she is, in many ways, even though she lives below the poverty level of this country.
Enjoy the air while it is still breathable and the earth while it is still walk-able.

Those refi’s produce income for the bank adding to national GDP, better credit ratings for the CDO’s manufactured from them, and those millions of people refinancing their mortgage are lowering their personal debt payments so that they can better manage their responsibilities with the income they have.
No that does not signal a recovery in and of itself, but manufacturing is also increasing in America from its low baseline and car sales have increased as I suggested they would last winter. WE are not in a recovery, but WE are experiencing an uptick within the second leg down.

Had a 5.3 on the Calaveras Fault in northern california. This fault is a tiny sister to the San Andreas and runs side by side to it. The Calaveras fault runs right through San Jose and branches off to the east of the Hayward fault. The Hayward fault runs right through downtown Oakland. Until someone zooms in the 5.3 earthquake looks like it is on the San Andreas.
How is this important to the northern section of the San Andreas? First often before big faults breaks there are foreshocks on nearby faults, especially ones that run side bi side to each other. The San Jacinto down in the southern portion of the state runs side by side the sand Andreas as another example. This area is real close to the creep zone of the San Andreas. The creep zone is a buffer zone that has prevented MOST of the time from the entire San Andreas from breaking south to north. The difference between part of the San Andreas breaking and most or all of it is the difference between a great earthquake and a mega one. The difference between 3 minutes of shaking and 6 minutes. Something to watch, even the Calaveras as this fault going off could destroy most of San Jose and possibly set off the Hayward fault that is overdue to go off. The Hayward fault last broke in 1868 and the 1865 Santa Cruz earthquake was part of a double break.
Oh, also had some more action in many different spots in the world, including now Iceland. The planet is alive!

Do you have any thoughts on the report of New Jersey residents feeling what seemed like an earth quake but none was found to have happened. The reports say that some homes vibrated for about 15 seconds and residents were told it must have been a sonic boom. That just doesn’t make sence.
@ Live free or die. Normally a sonic boom feels like it came from above, an earthquake or other ground movement feels like it is right below you, even side to side earthquakes. This area is prone to earthquakes, as New York has had some major ones in the past. Sometimes a seismograph will not pick up an earthquake because it was too shallow, too far away, whatever. This is why the USGS has a a link on their map that says “felt something not on this map?” Report it here. A sonic boom normally will not shake a home for 15 seconds, maybe 5 seconds maximum, unless there were several different objects causing many sonic booms.

Seismic is not my forte, Solar is. I’ve watched the stress/strain clearly building in the arear’s both north and south of the ‘Big Bend’ area (LA) ever since all that activity down near Brawley, CA but since I don’t regularly track such it’s difficult to be able to place these occurances into a proper context. THAT’S where it’s a relief to hear from someone who DOES know how to adequately interpret (properly frame) the circmstance. The ongoing lack of stress/strain relief in the LA basin is worrisome still.
@ JustOneGuy. At first I though also it was on the San Andreas, and knowing the location I thought it was on the creep zone. I zoomed in and found it was a little to the east. The USGS does not have the Calaveras fault on their map, so I had to look it up on some of my own seismic maps. It is the very southern point of the Calaveras fault, but it is on that fault. Had it been on the San Andreas it would have shown that there was a good possibility of when the southern portion breaks and continue to the central portion, it could have continued on to the northern part and went all the way, whic is about 750-800 miles long.
When Brawley earthquakes occurred, they as in the News, told everyone it was on the Brawley fault. However it was actually not, but more likely on a branch of the San Andreas that has not visible, like the buried thrust faults. I try very hard to find out the actual facts behind everything from geophysical to politics to anything else important. When something is wrong I try to point it out and show others why. This is what one of my best college professors use to do and I respect this individual much for this.
I still think that the San Andreas is so locked that it will take a push from the south or an opening to the north that it can move into until it breaks. The San Andreas is like a triple trailer semi rammed upside a mountain wall, with its engine still running trying to break loose. Something from the south pushing it could do it, something from the north releasing the pressure there, or a strong enough movement from the east could do it. The southern San Andreas broke about 1700 the time the Cascadia fault to the north broke, and the central San Andreas broke in 1812, the same year the New Madrid broke. Coincidence, NO WAY.
You are right about the lack of strain in the LA basin, this I have noticed is a precursor to large earthquakes there, especially the Northridge and that 7.1 desert earthquake about a decade ago there.
The issue I cannot believe is all the different spots for earthquakes around the world. I cannot remember a time when there has been this many different areas having all these moderate earthquakes. The map is only for 7 days, if someone were to see it for 10 days it would be even more pronounced. Something very big is coming, this I am almost sure of. That line from the Soloman Islands to Tahiti, even poor New Zealand is still very primed for a large shaker.

Nuclear decay, fission, is fundamenatally a process involving the ‘weak nuclear’ force of physics; Remember the four fundamental forces…Gravity ( the DEEP problem), Strong Nuclear (What holds nucleii together) Electromagnetism and finally the ‘weak’ force. At every instance of nuclear decay one of the by-products is neccessarily neutrino’s, the cute (almost) massless ‘Ghost’ particles that can wing through a trillion miles of lead without ever stopping. This is one of the best articles I’ve read here. Cautionary without being hysterical, realistic about the future, with an element of eventual hope. I think you’ve said what so many of us here truly feel, what we know is going to happen. It will be long years and so much harder than I think we can even imagine. I have relatives in Danville, CA–in Contra Costa County about 30 min. east of Berkeley and Oakland. They are on the Calaveras fault. There was a 3.4 on it about 3 am one night when I was up there last year. They told me they get small earthquakes like that “a lot.” I was really scared because I went through the Northridge quake in L.A. back in 1994. This Bay Area one was near Alamo and quite a sharp jolt. We certainly don’t get quakes like that routinely in the San Fernando Valley in L.A.–I was surprised at their “no big deal, go back to sleep” attitude.
Using a Bible verse at the end ‘implies’ he believes it to be the word of God. The problem here is what he describes sounds like a world without God, or more specifically, a world without the 800 lb. gorilla every Bible believer sees coming. It’s called end time prophecy, where assuming we are headed to end times, which many Bible believers agree on, there is only one solution. Christ. There will be ashes, but the only thing coming out of it is the millennial kingdom where Christ reigns. Not a place where the community ‘good guys’ get to start over.
I see more and more people covered in tattoos, wearing sloppy, ill-fitting clothing (high-waister jeans – puh-lease!), obese etc. Get some self-awareness and realise you look like a grub and that will not help you in keeping your job or getting a new one.
Think you are going to get laid off or fired, go out and buy some nice clothes, get some trendy, designer glasses (it will make you look smart), get fit, get a new hair cut: in short, look smart and tidy and you will be in the top 10 per cent in no time. Oh, and for God’s sake go and buy some decent books to read to expand your mind. You can pick up great books in used book stores.

I have come to this conclusion. Devide and conquer applies. I understand everyone has an openion but unless we learn to stick together for what is right we are finished. Stick together patriots.
I have to say that the amount of people who just decide to “pray” instead of taking responsibility for a problem and trying to find a solution is damn discouraging. Blind obedience and mass distraction, including god, church and division with other human beings over religious beiliefs is what caused the majority of these problems in the first place. If you want to remain breathing on this planet, “praying” is not a solution. Do you people not realize that Christ is just a solar messiah in a long line of solar messiahs? He was preceeded by dozens of other messiahs from other systems of beilief that shared many of the same traits. That my friends, is not a coincidence and maybe you should skip church this sunday, open your mind and do some important research. I promise it will change your life and it’s not hard to discover. Once people start realizing their own power and start realizing that their life is not some omniscent diety’s passtime I beileve this world will be much better for it. You ARE THE AUTHOR.
