Last year, an extremist in Texas opened fire on a police officer during a traffic stop. The officer was not hit.
The narrative is clear: If you share the same ideas as someone who has made a personal choice to turn to violence in the past, then you too must be an equal threat. Furthermore, the FBI is actively instructing businesses in your local area to be on the look-out for suspicious activity which may be precursors to anti-government activities. In a related story from Infowars, Paul Watson reports that FBI advisory aimed at Internet Cafe owners instructs businesses to report people who regularly use cash to pay for their coffee as potential terrorists.
The flyer, issued under the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism (CAT) program, lists examples of “suspicious activity” and then encourages businesses to gather information about individuals and report them to the authorities.

Of course, the vast majority of people who visit Internet Cafes use cash to pay their bill. Who uses a credit card to buy a $2 dollar cup of coffee? A lot of smaller establishments don’t even accept credit cards for amounts less than $10 dollars.
Other examples of suspicious behavior include using a “residential based Internet provider” such as AOL or Comcast, the use of “anonymizers, portals, or other means to shield IP address” (these are routinely used by mobile web users to bypass public Internet filters), “Suspicious communications using VOIP,” and “Preoccupation with press coverage of terrorist attack” (this would apply to the vast majority of people who work in the news or political blogging industry).

RPA’s (correct term, not drones) are not going to be used against US citizens. That is complete paranoia. A lot of my friends are pilots of RPA’s and guess what, they live here to. There was a story I read when I was younger, in something like the year’s best sci-fi.
One of the stories had a lottery as population control. If the lotter winner could survive 24 hours without being killed or captured they won a fortune. The lottery people would start off with general descriptions of the winners, and people would go after anyone that vaguely fit the description, every so often for the first 20 or so hours they would narrow the winner description down with more information. Then four hours to the winning hour they would just give the persons name and picture.
At the very end of the story one lottery official asks another “who won” and the other replies something like “who cares, a couple of thousand people were killed or would die from wounds soon, that is all that matters”. One of the lottery people says “lets start the lotter off with someone with red hair tomorrow” they all laugh and the story ends.
There was also another lottery where the winner would be stoned to death. The winner was some older woman and the whole town joined in the fun. So, I propose we have a lottery for politicians and the winner will get the same winnings as the lady did!

Marines practicing amphibious landings in the Carolinas isn’t suspicious. It’s part of the normal workup before routine deployments. The Camp LeJeune complex in North Carolina is the USMC’s largest East Coast base. We were doing them all the time back when I was there in the late 90’s.
Not to say that there isn’t more than routine deployments going on. Things have been anything buy routine, since 2001 or so and by the looks of things with Iran that won’t be changing soon.
They’re not just practicing– they are preforming the largest amphibious assault since D-Day, as reported on the local news this afternoon. I thought of Iran, too. VERY disturbing. There’s a lot more going on, too but I really don’t feel comfortable discussing it. (I live in a military area, and that’s about all I’m going to say.) If folks aren’t prepping, I’m am literally afraid for them. Things are going to get ugly, quickly. Remain vigilant in prayer, if you’re a person of faith.

What is Sovereign Citizenship? Sovereign Citizenship is the status held by our forefathers. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and everyone else who won their freedom from the British Empire had this status. It was the birthright of all Americans, and we were generous in extending this most important right to foreign-born persons through the naturalization laws. With this status, our unalienable rights of life, liberty, and property couldn’t be infringed. During the Civil War a method was discovered by the leading attorneys, financiers, and politicians of the day to deprive us of this status. Fortunately, we can get it back.
This brings us to the question, “What are we getting back?” What does it mean to be a Sovereign Citizen?
The word “sovereign” is defined in the 6th edition of Black’s Law Dictionary, published in 1990, as being, “A person, body, or state in which independent authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme power; a king or other ruler in a monarchy.” Prior to the War for American Independence, the British king was the sovereign and the American people were his subjects. The war’s outcome changed all this:
The sovereignty has been transferred from one man to the collective body of the people – and he who before was a “subject of the king” is now “a citizen of the State.”
State v. Manuel, North Carolina, Vol. 20, Page 121 (1838)
Thus, the people became Citizens of their respective states. But more importantly, for the first and only time in recorded history, the people were recognized as being the true sovereigns:
It will be sufficient to observe briefly, that the sovereignties in Europe, and particularly in England, exist on feudal principles. That system considers the prince as the sovereign, and the people as his subjects; it regards his person as the object of allegiance… No such ideas obtain here; at the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects… and have none to govern but themselves…

Each individual, at least so far as respects his unalienable rights is his own sovereign. These rights weren’t given to any government. In fact, they can’t be. Perhaps you can give up all of your rights, if you so choose, but who has the power to give your rights up for you? In America, no one can, because we’re all equal. In American this principle of popular sovereign is recognized by all governments – state and federal. When the states became independent, the state governments were formed, all of them based on the authority of the people, and not the will of one man or a small body of men. The federal government as we know it today was created in 1789 when the federal constitution went into effect. Because of the principles enunciated in the above cases and others like them, it’s correct to say that the American people are Citizens of our respective states. But we’re more than this. This brings us to what are considered as being the rights inherent in Citizenship in America:

The rights of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring and protecting reputation and property, – and, in general, of attaining objects suitable to their condition, without injury to another, are the rights of a citizen; and all men by nature have them.

These are the rights inherent in Sovereign Citizenship. So long as we remained Citizens, they couldn’t be taken away from us. So the key was to take our Citizenship away from us.

If the embarrassing publicity doesn’t stop the thugs and they move forward, they can arrest/detain/disappear those they consider ringleaders one by one. They don’t have the manpower to do that to the MAJORITY of us all at once.
We don’t lose this country until the majority of us think only of our own profit, safety or comfort, forgetting this is OUR country and TOGETHER we ordinary folks do make a difference.
If you can’t be a high-profile catalyst or an eloquent speaker, be a patriotic American speed bump. Give all those more visible folks a hand by your pleasant, firm, dogged refusal to ignore what’s happening and move along.
Let the regime define “everybody” living in its territory as a “terrorist” or “enemy” as that will overwhelm the regime with way too many people to effectively monitor/hassle. How many buy a little gold as a christening present for a new baby in the family (OK so I bought silver for my newest niece -sue me I was skint!). I know people from a variety of backgrounds from African to Indian to European that do this as an investment for a new child.
How many teach a little history to their kids @ home? I know I do and my kid is in public school. I’m the UK but explaining concepts such as thae magna carta, parliament how it started, how it works, trial by jury, EU etc is standard parenting practice. We’ve spent a little time on the US constitution by dint of our location. Is my equilavent US Mum suddenly an enemy of the state?
On this basis an ordinary Grandma who spends a little time with her Grandkids after Church on a Sunday teaching them a little history suddenly becomes an enemy of the state?

I recently read an abridged History of the World.
It was nothing but a list of wars from ancient times to today..
There was a paradigm shift after 1775, the Revolution.
Here, for the first time, people were not fighting conquest,money, or land. They were doing a novel thing, fighting the established Order not for person aggrandizment, but to free us from tyranny. This was something new.
Four score and several years later, Lincoln tried to explain to us exactly what the price of that freedom entailed at a nondescipt piece of ground in Pennsylvania.
He left it up to us to honor those who gave, and still give, their last full measures of devotion to the ideal of liberty, and popular govornment of,by,and for the People.
What Lincoln himself did not realize at the time, our great Civil War laid the groundwork for a repressive govornment. In his mind, the grand experiment in democracy could not fail on the world stage, so the ends justified the means for him. Little did he know that his precedents would live far, far longer than he would, and future Presidents would cite his example for civil repression in cases far less extreme than the open rebellion that he had to deal with.
Now were are engaged with a govornment with obvious designs on our civil liberties, that seems to operate in a vacuum without popular support or consent, other than the consent of the moneyied interests that back their reelection campaigns. The disconnect between the People and its Govornment has never been larger, the usurpations never so blatant, the consequences never so severe, as we are facing today.
It is the solemn duty of every American to heed the words of our own Declaration of Independence..

Open rebellion now will accomplish little. Rather, it is for us to remake ourselves fit for the larger task ahead, which will be to clean up this mess when the current regime collapses from its own mismanagement. Teach our children what freedom really means, and how to defend it. Teach them the value of actual work and effort for future reward. Tell them its ok to do without now, for hopes of a better future. That our ideals, beliefs, and our freedom are worth fighting for.

Sad state of affairs. It was Madison, a founding father, that wrote that the freedoms of the citizens would be confiscated in the guise of a defense against foreign enemies seeking to do us wrong. The freedoms have been erroding ever so steadily and the Constituion is nothing but a detour that is easily traversed by politicians. Unfortunately, no politician, we can elect or we are given the privelege to rubber stamp into any and all offices has the power and/or capabilities, despite the moral fortitude to try. That power does not rest with any politician, but with central banks, creditors and conglomerates, represented fervently by lobbyists and organizations that fund reelection campaigns and assure that the gravy train that career politicians ride upon, never stops. How else, can one account for the number of career politicians, whose life’s work has been nothing but, can account for millions of dollars in net worth. One can not only derrive that palms have been greased, but in fact nothing but grease exists. We are faced with contrived ecomomic figures and self-serving data manipulatns whose sole intent is to ease the psyche of the American public. To massage and persuade him to continue opening his pocket book and spend or invest the trillions of dollars on the sidelines in money market accounts into the stock market and bond market ponzi scheme. If we look at the general pattern in the stock market we see that there exists an alarmingly low level of volume in trading, as if supported by an invisible hand not of Adam Smith’s making but more like Mr. Bernanke’s ilk. I encourage one and all to prepare for the economic crisis before us now and to pray that America finds its way back to the beauty of the Constitution. One can argue that the founding fathers collectively represented the greatest group of politicians this country, or any for that matter, has ever congregated at any one point in time. They brought about the birth of a nation and the expulsion of tyrrany. They drafted a Constitution expressly forbidding fiat currency, as they had fallen victim to its folly through the “Continental Dollar,” which at its end was only worth ten cents. They crafted beautiful works not through the employment of think tanks, but through employment of experience. They fought for the inalienable right of our pursuit of happines, a right we have sold for comfort and bobbles.
I wonder how many people besides the 100,000 sovereign citizens they cite in the article have come to the conclusion that we have already arrived at the time where we should follow the Declaration of Independence where it says:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it….”
I am just guessing that there are millions who would cheer the end of the plunder and control from the federal government as it now exist, and probably would join in any reasonable effort to bring this about. There must be many, many who are just watching this all develop and when some trigger event occurs, will take action. Being that elections and politicians are bought and paid for by powerful corporations, I don’t think any change will come from the voting booths.
The British army marching on Concord, Massachusetts to confiscate the arms in a Militia warehouse triggered the 1775 Revolution. Lincoln refusing to remove federal troops from Ft. Sumter when South Carolina left the union in 1861 triggered the Civil War. Nobody planned these conflicts, but the forces in motion made them inevitable.
I am in the last 1/4 of my life, and I have never before seen such contempt for government or such a high level of government intrusion into our lives. Conditions are getting more ripe by the day, and certainly those occupying the seats of power perceive this as well as we slaves.
Pain and suffering create the conditions for civil war or revolutions, and I only see these intensifying.
What I find odd is that this is simply an attempted smear campaign against the concept of common law.
Now, what I find most crooked is that there are several articles out there today that talk about “sovereigns” as being violent and it gives several examples of people who claim to be “sovereigns” committing acts of violence, fraud, and theft.
They try to give the impression that “sovereigns” think they can break the law and are not subject to the law. What they just don’t tell you is that there is law and then there is bullshit and they don’t want you to know the difference!
Like with everything else, evil tries to turn truth on its head. The components are there, just all upside down.
Crime is crime. “Sovereigns” are just as culpable to criminal law as any corporate fiction. They’re just not subject to all the laws that, in reality, are not laws at all and are written to make you think they’re laws and you have to follow them. The legal language term is “color of law”. The common language term is “bullshit”.
The purpose of much of this is to smear freemen, sovereigns, state citizens and others who know the current “de facto” system to be false. The fact is, you have the actual false, lied into place, de facto system raging against the truth. They attempt to play on your emotions and give you a false impression. They do this so that they, the de facto, illegal, unlawful system can then, with your permission, break common law and even their own de facto laws with impunity.
Don’t fall for it. Under common law, I do not consent and I waive the benefits is still as valid as it has ever been. All the rest of their color of law printed firestarter material should be delivered in stacks to the state parks so it can be used to lite the charcoal grills this summer. At least it will be useful for SOMETHING beyond stinking up the halls of government and promoting unlawful authority.
For centuries, men on this continent burnt bovine dung to cook over. I’m just thinking we’ve got plenty of fuel to continue this using the laws and other bovine dung the criminal bastard class has created.
