Had the following comments been made on a fringe corner of the internet most would dismiss them as outright conjecture. However, what you are about to read comes from one of the world’s foremost philanthropists, Jim Garrow, who has spent tens of millions of dollars of his own money to help over 35,000 Chinese baby girls from near certain death under China’s one-child-per-couple policy.
He was one of the 206 nominees for the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize, which was ultimately awarded to President Barack Obama.
Garrow, who has friends in high places, including the U.S. military, made a startling claim on his Facebook page Sunday, which if true, should leave no doubt about why the Obama administration is moving full force to seize firearms from law abiding Americans and why the US government’s law enforcement and security assets have been making preparations for years in anticipation of social breakdown and widespread civil unrest.
According to Garrow, the Obama administration has been rapidly retiring or re-assigning US military leaders based on a new ‘litmus test’ of their loyalty:
I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks.
“The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not”.
Those who will not are being removed.
When pressed for the source of his information and asked why the senior military leader would not reveal his name, Garrow responded by saying, “I believe that the gentleman has done what he should and allowed all of us to sound the alarm.”
He revealed only that the man who shared this information, “is one of America’s foremost military heroes,” suggesting the source is a public figure.
Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars notes that this new ‘litmus test’ comes at a time when millions of Americans are already suspicious of the government’s motives behind a number of actions, including the most recent push to disarm the population:
Garrow’s claim is even more explosive given that the country is in the throes of a national debate about gun control, with gun rights advocates keen to insist that the founders put the second amendment in the Constitution primarily as a defense against government tyranny.
It also follows reports on Sunday that General James Mattis, head of the United States Central Command, “is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned.”
Would Jim Garrow put his reputation on the line by spreading a rumor or simply make this up to garner attention?
Or, is it possible that he does in fact have a high level military source who is privy to this information – someone who has himself been removed from his position because he didn’t pass the litmus test?
Should the Obama administration take Executive Actions against Americans in the event of a scenario where gun confiscation becomes reality or a collapse of our economic system leads to a complete meltdown of law and order on the streets of America, the administration would likely deploy military assets under martial law to subdue any uprisings or riots.
The only way this could be done is if military leaders are willing to command their subordinates to deploy against the American people and fire on them if necessary.
If Garrow’s claims are true, one can only shudder at the thought of what the end-game may be.
They can find leaders anywhere. They are politicians just like those in DC. They are moving up the ladder quickly doing their politico’s bidding in places like Libya and probably Syria soon too. The troops will stand with the people when the time comes. They’ll need their blue helmet boys to get their job done.
It must be the next step. Like a chess game, they are getting all the pieces in place before they make their move.
It’s not a question of “leaders”. It’s a question of “followers”.
A Man can only lead one thing, and that is HIMSELF. It is the corp followers who can not or will not lead themselves as Men that we will be unleashed on us.
Instead of fighting those, I hope the average guy who gets drawn into these battles will have the good sense to attack and clean up the correct “foreign land”.

the posts that are being errected on the foundations are galvanized steel very good size like 10″ Dia..with the part that would go over the road to hold what might be a sign that would have a cat walk behind where the sign would go..,Like light up signs that they can program to say what they want.. I travel about 50 to 60 miles of a certain freeway and have seen at least 4 to 5 of these in the process of going up, ( no signs yet)..and a few new cameras high up on approx 60 foot or higher galvanized steel poles.

Just a thought: Here in Southern Arizona, we have a fairly new bunch of those programmable light-up highway signs. They’re actually pretty helpful, letting drivers know what’s up ahead, like road construction, an accident, etc. I’ve heard they’re also used for “Amber Alerts”. I’m not sure what the dark side to these signs could possibly be. Cameras, on the other hand, are an entirely different story!

Here in FL we have a toll road system that is completely wired and surveilled from end to end. They too have the large lighted informational signs and I’ve seen weather, road condition, and vehicle laws(like move over for LEO vehicles) used on them. What’s less obvious are the cameras, and the RFID antennas that can pick up your automated toll tag at nearly any point on the toll road system. It’s already made the news that LEO’s have used the system to track and apprehend people and stolen vehicles based on the locators on the roads. You might notice them as flat, white boxes or panels pointed at the roadway, similar or identical to the ones in use at the toll plazas. And with their cameras in the toll lanes, they can snap your license, ID it, match it in their system, and deduct a toll or issue you a ticket with no human interaction. Cameras are also in use everywhere; just watch your morning traffic and see how many shots are from county or state maintained cameras. We have some on towers that have to be 100′ high at major interchanges and no doubt sport multiple cameras remotely controlled from centralized centers. Cameras costing just a few thousand dollars a piece can be high definition/high speed, some now with multiple lenses allowing full 360deg. views in a single unit. If you don’t believe they’re spending your tax dollars on the best stuff they can find, you’re likely wrong. With cell tracking(your phone or Onstar) as well, most trips on the highway system are an open book to LEO/Gov’t. It’s now rumored that they want RFID’d Black Boxes in all cars and some are already in use.

Actually since the liberals invaded our educational system, the sorry answer is that we have a lot more sports nutritionists, sports management, and humanities degrees than anything else. The math and science degrees are watered down and good engineers are more and more difficult to find. The whole idea of government educational loans that don’t have to be paid back, buying expensive but mostly worthless degrees is what the progressives call education. The reason the U.S. is dropping dramatically in worldwide rankings of math and science is just because of this liberalization of education. Why train people to actually do something useful when the government can “take care” (read that as “enslave”) them instead.

But the elite do not want to wait several decades while the process occurs naturally. They want a much faster reduction so they talk about protecting the planet (while they rape it for their profit) and limiting population growth while promoting forced birth control, forced abortions and according to Bill Gates, the use of immunizations for population reduction purposes. Wars, manmade plagues and HAARP steered “natural disasters” are all part of their warm up to population decimation. Of course the elite do not see their place on the earth as a problem, just ours.
And don’t forget GMO foods that Monsanto and the elite do not eat. If you buy any processed food that is not organic or labeled nonGMO, you are eating GM products that can and do alter your genetic makeup. Right now there are many workers supporting a few retirees. In less than two decades the picture will shift violently and there will be many retired being supported by a few workers. Once I read an actual account by a Real Hitman who said it was very easy to get away with doing a hit. He gave as example he once had to do a hit on some NY exec guy.
All the hitter guy did was wear a nice suit like most in NY does. Then he had a .22 revolver with HP bullets, walked up behind the target guy in broad daylite with tons of folks on the streets of NY walking past. Unfortunately you have some validity to your statement. When I was a young soldier in the 80’s we had to go through classes about defying illegal orders like the Mylai massacre. As a young officer recruit, we had to do the same thing. We have always had bad apples, but they were few and far between. I have friends still in the PD, and they are telling me stories I never would have imagined. While I disagree that the dirt bags are the norm, there are sure as hell a lot more of them than there used to be. I am also hopeful that most will still do what is right and maintain their oaths.
That being said, I agree all the leaders that are removed will be quarantined first in an attempt to make any resistance leaderless. I also believe it wont work. This being said, the tyranny our forefathers warned us about is almost at hand if this report is correct. I hope more info will come out on this, and the actual test made public. I guess we will see.

I agree with you for the most part. 75-80% of the military wont, but it is no longer the military we grew up with. Some of the kids now are better than we ever were, but look at the slobs in society and know that is the employment pool for the military. Now most of the slobs you see with hoops in their ears and “extreme whatever” are not the kids that are in uniform for the most part, but it is a different way of thinking.

The police are the ones to fear most. They have a civilian git-er-done mentality. We have a history of police supression of civil revolts. When it comes to the National Guard, I recall Kent State. The guard would never have fired if it had not been for some commie servant of the left sympathizers trying to undo the establishment of the day firing from behind the crowd to initiate the fireworks that followed. The pictures were worth a 1000 words for years after. And now the misguided elements of that era including the Clintons et. al. are the ones running the country. We have a civil war in the making whether we like it or not. That is the only way martial law can be placed on the population. I live in a very small town and I see the local cops, (all five of them) with M4s at the range regularly. I see them equipped with state of the art communications that will allow FEMA to direct operations and most of all I see that they are not local boys like they used to be. These young people have no ties to the community that would help them to decide not to act against the populace.

My brother in law is a police chief. He has already received information detailing the fact that WTSHTF he and his officers will be transferred to another county. Further, state troopers and national guard will be swapped with units from other states. So it will be NY State National Guard firing on citizens in Illinois, or Pennsylvania State Troopers firing on citizens from Maryland. We have all read the reports of UN and other foreign troops being sent to the US to quell uprisings and collect firearms WTSHTF. I have no information on that and therefore IMHO, it remains gossip. I have absolutely ZERO faith that “the troops will stand with the people when the time comes.” I will reveal, here and now, that I have spent 28 years in the U.S. military, and 90% of active duty military personnel, and probably 98% of DOD civilian personnel, will follow their leadership. It is simply a fact. That is what military personnel have been trained very effectively to do. They will do it. The 10% may escape (desert, leading ultimately to charges and execution in a crisis), but that will be too few.

I have personal experience that in the mid 1970’s I commanded an active Army unit in Fort Hood Texas that was training to go to Detroit Michigan to suppress riots. This training was classified and code named “Garden Plot”. It was then and still is illegal for active US Army units to be deployed against US citizens in the United States, but we were actively training to do just that! Folks, that was over 40 years ago and I’d bet that the “Garden Plot” plan is still in the Army’s planning archives.

I have heard from a few people on “public assistance” who are ready to contribute to the fight for freedom. One has an out-of-the-way place to be used as a safe house. Three are packin’, and one has been using her govt grants to study to be an EMT. She intends to patch up patriots when necessary. One is a hacker who stands ready to run some interference. Please don’t blanket everyone the same. Not all people getting govt help at the moment is proud of that fact. They are not all brain dead.

History is what it is. I have great respect for the military. Our current leaders ask them to do the impossible . They are supposed to “win the hearts and minds of the people” and in a split second determine if someone is an enemy or a civilian.

We in America have been programmed to think of our military always as “the good guys”. And, anybody they are fighting against as “the bad guys”. I think in the second “Big War” that may have been the case. But even then, the propaganda flowed into our naive senses like a tsunami. Considering myself a “patriot” it’s hard to admit that. I don’t want to think I was “duped” into believing in something that may not have been true, but now I’m beginning to wake up to the fact that almost all of it was a big show, designed to keep my/our attention away from what was “really” happening, behind the scenes, i.e. a small group of very powerful people were exquisitely controlling and manipulating from there so as to exponentially expand their power and finances for lustful dominion over all.
Then came the Vietnam War. Were we really stopping the spread of Communism? We lost the war, 58,000 Americans died and what happened? Not much, really. What a waste of human life on both sides.
But for me it wasn’t until the 90’s (in the Middle East) and the 21st century that I really found myself “waking up” to how I had been molded into believing in the sanctity of the US Military Fighting Machine: HONOR, DUTY, INTEGRITY, spreading democracy and freedom around the globe. BULL SHIT.
We’ve been scammed. THE KING HAS NO CLOTHES! It’s a lie. War is their business and business is good.
They create the wars, the factions, the national or religious “ENEMY” so we feel National Pride and support “our boys”. Well, it’s false pride. Fuck the Military killing machine. A close friend of mine served in the Marines and he spent 1 year in Iraq then 2 in Afghanistan. When he was early into his deployment be was enforcing a curfew around Baghdad his unit spotted a man on a roof. My friend was ordered to check it out and he reported it was man fixing the antennae on his roof for his tv. After he rreported this back he was issued another order, take him out, its after curfew, we can’t take a chance. My friend protested claiming he can see childrens toys in the yard and he insisted it’s somebody’s father fixing the families tv antennae. He was immediately rebuked and threatened wilth disobeying orders. He took the shot.
It was one of his first patrols and he later got the sense new guys were tested to see how they would act and how they could be relied upon.
It’s absolutley sickening to me, both following and giving those orders in that situation. So don’t think for 1 second an leo or active military would not follow orders and fire on American civilians, your more than naiive your plain ignorant.
Not everybody would do that but if you got bills to pay and mouths to feed its natural human instinct to protect your own. Factor in blury lines of friend or foe, massive media demonizations, near complete lack of understanding history and the Constitution, and the general collapse of morality and ethics and you got a potential blood bath on the horizon.

I can't argue with that Angelo. But if Israel is hoping to do an end-run around history, and take control of the greater Middle East, they will have to wait another 2,000 years or more. I hope they are very patient because it's not going to happen. Not without massive U.S assistance.

When I enlisted I was asked where I wanted to serve. I chose the western USA and was stationed on the east coast. The military has been stationing their personnel away from home for a long time. It now makes sense as to why. You will not fire on your own family but you will fire on a stranger if you’re put into the situation. I can see US military firing on US citizens and I would use that as the default response until proven otherwise by their action. The National Guard fired on the students at Kent State. The Mil fired on WW1 vets that were protesting the white house for their promised benefits. To think that the Mil will not fire on you is pure Darwinian. The naive will be quickly weeded out.
A very interesting question rises when you compare the current Rules of Engagement when our troops are in various countries, to what they will do to Americans. While in foreign countries, they have to handle every operation with kit cloves to make sure they don’t end up killing an innocent. I believe they will take no such care with our lives. They will be brutal and intolerant of any dissent.
While they will be under orders to do this and may have some second thoughts, the American people will not have any problem becoming as brutal as necessary to protect their families. Every person in America is capable of becoming Benjamin Martin (as depicted int the movie The Patriot)
If the conflict was moved to the streets of USA, the US military would be destroying the same economy that feeds their machine, and they wouldn’t have a functioning $15T economy to work with.

We are seeing a growing list of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs across the country who will not enforce unconstitutional federal gun restrictions or Executive Orders. This remains to be seen when the rubber meets the road, but it’s a very good start.

YH, Take their words with a grain of salt. They are already enforcing other unconstitutional laws, particularly the so-called “War of Drugs,” backed by money from the federal government. I don’t doubt that most of them have no intention of doing so, I say look at their past and current actions. I hope I’m wrong, but I’d suggest we keeping our powder dry and not trust most of these elected government employees.
I trust a sheriff more than I’d trust a police chief, but when there is so much federal money involved, their choices might be swayed towards the money.

The UN would collapse internally before any troops hit American soil. Here in Canada I highly doubt we would support such action. The negative political implications would be enough that we would not support such action. I have a feeling other nations would not come to aid in such an operation where they would lose massive numbers of their men and women. Sympathizers on both sides would be high and cause undue problems for governments.
Look at the restrictions most countries have put on the use of their troops in the ME conflicts. Most seem to be willing to be deployed in any “combat zone” with concrete walls, air conditioned camps, hot catered meals, and happy hour. I wouldn’t count on those same troops to be “the tip of the spear” in USA.

I work with the military everyday from all over the country, and can tell you that I take the time to ask and educate troops about the Bill of Rights and our Constitution. In the last 5 years I have only had a dozen or so state they would obey all orders given. 99% will protect their families and communities. Our top cop in the county stated to me that he would not ever obey any unjust law or order to disarm the people. Quote my deputies would all be dead within the hour should they try to take the peoples guns.
My family has served in the military since the French and Indian war. I have also done my tour. I will never stop fighting for the people, and we may have to join each other very soon to get our rights back. We must have peace in our own country!

I expect that when kick off time draws close many existing LEOs will find all sorts of new hires and advisers in their ranks which will be the equivalent of political officers who will actually run things. Bumps in the road can be smoothed out very easily.

But 99% of Americans haven’t. I met an “educated man” on an airplane once who was looking over at the book I was reading: “Berlin Diary” by W. L. Shirer. In our conversation he actually said “now was Hitler World War One or World War Two?”. True story.
We, each of us, are the ultimate guarantors of our liberty. One cannot depend on the political weasels. One cannot depend on bought and paid for judges who know very well how they came to hold their positions and who helped them get there.
From reading sites such as snipershide and getoffthex, as well as more LEO oriented places I get the impression perhaps three-quarters of those who comprise the tyrant’s enforcement arm want to do the right thing. Howard Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States, documents many examples over centuries of military and police gunning down civilians when the power elite tells them to.
One would be naive, in unprecedented civic collapse, to expect those who carry firearms for the government will not do what they are ordered to.
Bear in mind the U.S. Constitution is mandatory authority above any other government pronouncement. Including confiscatory laws. If martial law is declared, and it is nullified we are thrown back to the primary decision that keeps us free.
I am a free man. I will neither register nor surrender my firearms. I don’t care who it is coming to collect them. Kick my door in and I am opening fire. The odds that I will die are excellent. But they will die first. The choice is, do you die a free man or do you live on your knees as a slave, and for how much longer?
I would like to see the point of view established that we will take their firearms from their cold dead hands. And instead of waiting to be hit, when that time comes, why don’t we go hunting rather than cowering in our hidey holes? In essence they will have declared war on our liberty. Wars aren’t won playing defense.

That number came from a young man still serving, you see there are a lot of these men that really don’t have anything or for that matter anybody in their life. They do not care about who they shoot at as long as they get a check, really the only thing that they seem to worry about is the other 72% that will stand with us.

That being said, look at all the major wars started in the last 150 years, look at all the deaths and which countries are responsible for them…It certainly isn’t Islam.

First of all I am well enough to start commenting again somewhat. That flu is absolutely awful. I had it the past 6 days, and for the first 3-4 days it was just a sore throat and aching bones and joints, then the nose starts running like a faucet and you start coughing even more so. The fever comes and goes. The ticket here is when you start feeling better, don’t believe it, this is the way the flu works. Rest is essential. I could have been a lot worse, and the following I did saved me from getting nmega sick and could help others should they be as unfortunate as me to catch this horrible strain of the flu.
Elderberry extract really helped, took it till two bottles ran dry.
Vitamin C helped to dry up everything
Chicken booth boiled down, helped with breaking up mucus, biyt chicken booth is suppose to help stimulate the white blood cells to heal
Vitamin A, when I increased from 50000 IU to 100000 IU, this really hit the flu hard, just yesterday I did this
Saline solution up the nose, again and again to help kill any bacteria infection
Apple cider vinegar in water, strong, only the organic good type. This killed a lot of pathogens in the throat and broke up the mucus enough to be able to breathe
Vitamin D3, I up it to 3000 IU, I know you can go higher, Daisy knows a lot about this
Keep your chest warm, cold air cuts into you breathing
Keep your head raised up as much as possible when trying to sleep, helps the drainage.
I want to thank everybody for their concern, and I want to try to help EVERYONE out there with what I did to get by this horrid strain of the flu. The above mentioned should help everybody. Also PLEASE everybody, if you catch it, make sure you make sure no one else gets it also, cough or sneeze into a kleenix or something, use alcohol sanitizer on your hands. Not too many people deserve to get this flu, other than the a holes in the government that might have engineered this bug.

Then the bones and joints start aching and the fever sets in. Anything that comes up is yellow from the throat. Then you start feeling better, thinking it has waned and then your nose starts running like a bad cold and the cough becomes much worse. The mucus is now very think and you feel like you are choking, all the while chills throughout the body. This is exactly the same symptoms I am hearing from many different people that last 1-3 weeks. Because I hammered it at first offset the severe part of the flu did not take hold of me. I still felt awful Sunday and Monday.
I could feel the items I was taking were working because I would take a load of Elderberry and about 15 minutes later I would feel better, but it would only last a hour or two. The real relief from the coughing was that Apple cider vinegar that broke up everything and killed some of the germs. Also I was surprised just how well chicken broth works, I read that it helps stimulates the white bllod cells and helps to heal the throat and airways, it did. I would never use the bouillon cubes for chicken broth because it is mostly just MSG. Even taking some chicken dumbsticks and boiling them down would be very good. Lemon with honey works quite well to ease coughing. Really any citrus with honey. Your bees once again prove to be valuable.
I sure hope no one else catches this flu out there, it has to rank as one of the most powerful in 50 years. Anyone that does get it must not succumb to it, if they can continue to fight it and fill their bodies with healing foods and others such as Vitamin A,C,D3, and others it should not last as long and not be as severe. I know someone people that actually got the flu and fought it off with enormous amounts of carrot juice. I would get sick and not be able to stomach a lot of carrot juice. Rest is essential, not to over do it. Let’s just hope no one else gets it.

The planet is alive. An earthquake down in Balleny Islands region, and sure enough this means something big is coming on top of all the other quakes. This region aims like a sniper right at the following areas; Caribbean and South America, Vanuatu, New Guinea, Indonesia especiall Sumatra, China and southern Japan, and Mexico including southern california, and the South Sandwich Islands, and the Nazca Plate. 14 out of 18 times this region lead to a big earthquake.
The issue here is the same places keep coming up again and again with each of these foreshocks. China and southern Japan, Chile to Mexico, western Indonesia where the super quake hit 8 years ago, and from New Guinea to Fiji. I don’t feel patterns lie or this is a coincidence as each area is pointing right to these spots. There have been too many of these plate boundary quakes, and the Austrailian plate is loaded with them. It is actually more likely now that a 7.5+ hits now than a 6.5-7.4 because of the widespread activity.
For example, when you get a high 6 to low 7 range usually there are one of two spots that get hit beforehand. Before the 7.8 north of the Cascadia fault there was more than a couple of these foreshock quakes. There has been earthquakes on almost all the plate boundaries in the world. This would assume that something so large is coming, enough to ring the planet like a gong. That would be at least a 7.5. Watch these areas, it is coming. IF it hits Tokyo or some major Chinese city this could have devastating effects on the economy. It sures is pointing in this direction or the west coast of South America to northern Mexico, maybe as far north as California.

I find it quite timely that the government bought up all that ammunition about a month or two before the big gun control debate started. Diminish the supply. Forethought in my opinion. I’ve worked in the government for a while and the SPEED at which the gun control debate happened is what is so interesting. No less than an hour or so after the Connecticut shooting, the ENTIRE media complex was in overdrive, pundits spewing, politicians angling. That takes time to put together, but it just simply happened almost immediately. The timing is just too remarkable to be tin foil hattish. Why now? Because elementary school kids were killed. Kids were killed in Aurora. Kids are shot EVERYDAY. If it wasn’t in some suburb in Connecticut but some inner city school, the conversation would probably never have happened. But know they found the perfect set up, suburban 6 year olds. I WANT to believe that all of this wasn’t staged, but it just seems too convenient.
But it begs the questions, WHY? So gun control laws are put into place and some people will give up their guns. So what, the government KNOWS that taking away guns isn’t going to deter crime or make the killing stop. They KNOW that most people won’t give up their guns, so why is there just hour and hour of debate. It is NON STOP. What are the messages and plans happening behind the scenes while everyone is in a tussle over 10 round clips? Syria news gone, Libya news gone, Iran haven’t heard peep about it in weeks. Japan/China? Fighting over some islands? Why NOW? Fukushima still spewing. Greece, whatever the hell happened with Greece? It was going to bring down Europe and no nothing, not one word about it in the news. Banking crisis, nothing. Debt Ceiling, punted. I don’t know, I’m just wondering what the real story is behind the scenes. Is the gun debate just a smoke screen for some real scary shite?

The National Guard creep I knew spent most of his life high on whatever drugs he could get and sleeping around with anyone he could find. His commanding officer commended him as an outstanding recruit. He is now in Afghanistan “fighting for our country” and idolized as one of our brave military.

In the military they teach you how to shoot but the majority of the troops do not turn into rambos. It’s all skill and luck where you are hiding to make your shot. many special ops shoot thousands and thousands of rounds but many people pratice daily with ammo and guns and can be quicker and more accurate than someone who is exposed to lack of sleep and uncertainty. Some people are fast and good with an ar-15 but many have to aim and take way too much time.
Do you ever go to the range and shoot at a target and challange someone. Sure they can make the bullseye in a 1 inch center mass at 100 yards with a gun or a 5 inch diameter at 50 with a pistol but have to take too much time to focus that long. Then you have the type of shooter that can draw and come very close to that target such as the size of a human body in less than a sec and hit somewhere on that target. THATS ALL IT TAKES. SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT 3 MIN TO GET A BULLSEYE WHEN YOU ARE PROTECTING YOURSELF. IF YOU HIT SOMEONE WITH A AR-15 IN THE TORSO WITHOUT BODYARMOR OR CERAMINC PLATES THEY ARE GOING DOWN. IT BLOWS A NASTY HOLE IN THEM. Speed and the shot in the general area in more important than a bullseye when you are engaging someone ladies and some men.

Sure they can all knock the center out in 15 mins but only 2 of us can get on the paper with all shoots in seconds. You cannot learn to shoot on a bench, the bench was made to sight in that rifle.

A part of American history that has been swept under the rug is all the “massacres” that happened early in the 20th century between workers and business and government troops. They happened all over the country. Americans shooting Americans simply because they were on strike or complained about conditions. Imagine what they’ll do when the riots start.

I’ve been hearing reports for awhile that a certain percentage of cops and military will stand with the people. I’ll believe it only when I see it for myself. Remember, cops and soldiers serve the government, not the people. Cops and soldiers get brainwashed with all kinds of lies and propaganda about the people. While working today I found an old newspaper from 1952 that had a very interesting article, considering the state of affairs in our nation today. The columnist was George E. Sokolosky and the title of the piece was ‘Bad Free Press Better Than Government Control’ He begins, “A committee of the United Nations has been in session for several years, considering the problem of freedom of information. The idea is that the United Nations, by universal treaty, will set up standards determining the nature and character of freedom of the press for the entire world. The American representative on this committee has been Carroll Binder of the Minneapolis Tribune, a competent editor. It has been obvious from the start that the real objective of this committee has not been freedom but suppression of freedom of the press in the interest of governments. Whereas Mr. Binder has been laboring to explain that freedom means freedom for the individual, most of the European and Asiatic delegates seem to understand that freedom means freedom for government. We have here a conflict in the basic philosophy of life- a conflict which has plagued the United States since Franklin D Roosevelt missed its import at Teheran in 1945. There is also much denial when it comes to just simple principles of economics…namely…You can’t continue to spend and spend and print fiat currency and not expect there to be repercussions. At some point, someone will point out that the Emperor has no clothes and then your currency will degrade to its obvious intrinsic worth. There are those who say, “Well, this time it’s different.” No it’s not. We just haven’t fully experienced the end results of such foolishness…..yet. And there are other principles as well…economic, spiritual and moral that cannot be ignored either. And those principles are just as immutable and unavoidable as the laws of gravity. We ignore them at our peril. But we not only ignore them, we flaunt the violation of those principles. And we then expect there to be no consequences. We invade other nations, or overthrow their leaders and try to force western democracy on them, and then expect there to be no blow-back. And then we are surprised when they hate us for it.

What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.
They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old’s knee-crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds
to his abdomen and genitals.
When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death
before medical help could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45-caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David 0?Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

@ Norse Prepper. My head has cleared from being sick and that Australian plate is really showing signs of some real trouble brewing. On the USGS map you can move the chart where it says Earthquake Age. When you move it down from 0-7 to 0 to 2 or even 0 to 1.5 or so, you can see how there is a real concentration of quakes in the northern portion of the plate. This plate was where the 9.1 occurred 8 years ago and where the mega strike slip quake happened last April. This plate just by the shape of it it being squeezed by all the other plates. Looks like a catcher’s mitt, and when really looked at for awhile, it shows just how much energy and raw crust is being rammed into this area of the world.
The earthquake in Siberia and the one today in the Balleny Islands shows pressure build ups along the plates that will likely cause a very big quake, which the Australian plate will be a factor in. It still points to China and southern to central Japan and western Indonesia from the action in this region. The Carlsburg Ridge had the largest swarm recroded in that area and it the plate boudary between the African and Australian plate. The planet is not that big and actually all plates affects each other because they are all trying to seek an equalibrium and balance. The bigger and more dense plates will win, that is the North American and Eurasian plates. Even the Pacific plate is mostly less dense oceanic crust.
I stil go back to that these polar quakes and other not polar quakes on the plate boundaries are showing that in the past when these regions were hit, the same places for big earthquakes occurred. You don’t see these same areas, like China and Japan for say a polar earthquake near Greenland, as quakes in Greenland seem to favour big earthquakes to follow in Chile, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Central America more so. Each earthquake along a plate boundary has it own personal signature to where the big earthquake is going to come from. The past earthquakes along the plate boundaries have been coming up China, Japan, Indonesia, New Guinea to Fiji, and Chile to Mexico. Coincidence it doesn’t seem like. Trying changing around the parameters on the lists on the USGS maps, it is really interesting when you can isolate the statistics a bit, makes it easier to see what is coming.

JustOneGuy. I have told people the same about relative humidity. The lower the temperature the less water vapor that can be held in the air. I know when the temperature goes below 0F the snow falling not going to be that much in terms of water content, dry powder. What people don’t realize with humidity is that everytime someone opens the door or air from the outside gets in from very cold weather, that air is then warmed up inside. Relative humidity can drop to below 10%.
The difference with air volume at room temperature and freezing outside is like the difference between trying to fill up a quart size bottle with a medium shot glass of water. Relative humidity is the amount of precentage that a full volume of air, or a bottle can hold. Say 1 or 2 oz. of water to a 32 oz. glass jar, this would 6.25% for 2 oz and 3.1% for 1 oz. The colder the air is the more severe this becomes. The more drafty and lack of insulation a home has the more that humidifier is going to be needed. Besides all this more moist air means the air feels warmer and will save on the fuel bill. Many people enjoy 64-66 degrees F with at least 65% relative humidity.
Again, you bring up a valuable tip that will aid many in feeling better. This is something that Jo(k)e(r) in NC fails again and again to see, all the really good that for people with basic living your life a little bit better and easier that so many contribute to SHTF.
I disagree. I feel that a home must have some ventilation. In a tight home many pollutants can concentrate due to chemicals given off by all the artificial furnishings and cookware we use. I leave 2 windows open about a half inch on opposite sides of my house. Furthermore humidifiers themselves can cause bacteria buildup because NOBODY cleans them regularly
@ Scott. Sorry I did not clarify, I was only explaining why humidity goes down so far in the house during the cold months. I also think that ventilation is very important, especially for carbon monoxide build up from various sources. I have seen these super insulated homes and a lot of the time people get headaches from lack of circulation of air. Humidifiers can be made a lot safer for breathing by adding a little bleach into the water reserviours. I just am such a science person that I enjoy explaining why needs work they way they do, as few people understand relative humidity and volumes of air.

More than a decade ago some several people in the Churchill area of Canada conceived the notion to build thermally super-efficient housing such that they would lower the extreme cost of heating during the incredibly cold winters they experiance (Northen Hudson Bay, Polar Bear territory…the Polar Bear TOURS you see on NatGeo),thereafter a curious thing happened: People began becomming sick with a huge variety of respiratory and other symptoms (migraines) which did not initially seem to be interconnected…they were.
Subsequent analysis by the Canadian dept. of Health and the thier equivalent of OSHA (If memory serves here) yeilded that the air quality in the homes so constructed was utterly horrible. THESE homes had been constructed to be nearly airtight, with typical R-vaules ranging into the hundreds…ceilings, floors and walls. The various agency’s involved concluded that the conjunction of a air-tight (nearly submarine grade)) structure and the presence of the urethane-based insulating material was a wicked combination.
The upshot here is that Satori IS right about ventilation…it is ESSENTIAL to keep a volume of new, fresh air circulant through any Human living space at all times. This is not to say that super-insulation is a failed concept, only that it must be done with that as a consideration. To wit:, several manufactures have over time produced a dual inline heat transfer apparatus which takes the outside air and draws it into the home whilst exhausting interior air all the while transfering heat energy (like a heat pump does, but passively) to offest the thermal losses so entailed.
A point of contention here gentlemen I will take up up with you all is this: I have found it much more prophylactic, broadly, to acheive to a nominal humidity in th home of around 50% or slightly higher…this seems to interdict influenza most effectively…below that figure not so much so. Bear in mind that one (ordinarily) will spend a given fraction of thier waking hours OUTSIDE thier residence. IF the mucosa are being barely maintained in a hydrated state therein and during then what happens when one is absent the home for some several hours in otherwise non-regulated environs? Eh?
Lastly, Satori, you mention the point of bacterial growth…correct again. At every Wal-MArt in the Land you may obtain a bottle of clear, bateriocidal additive which alleviates the problem; I beleive that same is constitutionally based on a compound of Ammonmium Chloride. If you elect to do any such look at the label to check therefor…I beleieve that memory does serve me here adequately. It is also possible to add a small amount of Borax to the lower ‘tank’ which has for me served much the same purpose since compounds of Borax have the effect of being bacterio-static; the presencre of the boron prevents the latent bacteria from being able to execute cell division since boron strongly intergeres with protein production…the cell about to divide cannot produce a sufficient quntity of cellular integumnet – “skin” – to allow for the division to occur whilst the external membrane is so saturated. Using the Borax you WILL go through filters at a higher rate as it does condense, precipitate out against the filter surfaces, clogging them more rapidly. One final thought here; it is possible with most of the open-weave type hydration ‘wicks’ to both clean the apparatus (and wick) with simple Bleach weekly (more often that that degrades the filter material it seems, ir is cellulose after all.)
True Influenze is a truly miserable experiance; this we all know and that is aside from the potentially lethal consequences which have manifeted in various histortical outbreaks in the past…early 1900’s, “Spanish Influenza”….65 Million fead world-wide in 24 months…horrifying.

Something is going on at the Nazca plate as they just had an earthquake on the southwest corner of it where this plate is at a junction point with the Antarctic and Pacific plate are. Several earthquakes on the eastern portion of the plate. There seems to be a focused area between 20 degrees south and 10 degrees north that is going through some type of build up. This would be northern Chile/Bolivia/Peru border to northern Columbia. Please check the map on the USGS site or other seismic sites to see this visually.
Could be a type of inhaling process of the crust, but recent polar and other quakes show South America as one of the areas likely to get hit. Going to watch this closely as all the recent earthquake activity on plate boundaries indicate something big is coming.
