While the bill itself has not become law, it attempted to address certain aspects of emergency mobilizations, including the establishment of emergency detention centers.
It has already been established with 100% certainty that “emergency centers” are in existence throughout the United States and they number in the hundreds. Some of the larger centers, often referred to as detention camps and/or refugee relocation facilities, can house upwards of 50,000 people.
HR 645 may not have become law, but it doesn’t have to. The President of the United States, via executive order, can declare a national emergency (and will when the time is right and necessary), implement martial law, and execute emergency procedures as outlined in HR 645 and a host of other procedures without any say so from Congress or the American people.
There is absolutely no reason that hundreds of acres of land, millions of dollars, and thousands of man hours would have been spent for no reason. Someone, somewhere plans on populating these facilities at some point in the near future.
Given recent events around the globe and the fact that the US government and military are actively war-gaming large scale economic breakdown and civil unrest we, like Dr. Paul, have no doubt that the stage is being set.
At least they’re keeping us safe. And fighting for our rights overseas.

One resource for acquiring lead is old xray rooms. Any time there is a remodel, or they move a wall… Entire walls of 1/8″ lead gets crumpled and disposed of. They don’t reuse it. I know, not entirely practical or easy to obtain source. But just put it in the back of your mind that it is there. I have melted it down into ingots before and it yields nicely. Fyi, a #10 can over a camp fire is sufficient to liquify it. Get a solid layer of packed clay, press your molds into it, pour carefully….viola!! Further shape when cooled. Oddly a wooden dowel, stick or pencil can easily take the shape of a bullet and be stabbed into the clay. At your own risk, educational purposes only. The EPA has endorsed this message.

As i see it, it’s not for their best interest to have a direct clash with the majority of the nation.
Instead they will create smaller problems touching each of the society’s working classes.
Each of these problems will be in conflict will all the rest.
So slowly each working class will turn against the other.

I just read a book called “The 900 Days”. It’s about the siege of Leningrad during WW2 and what the people went through regarding starvation, electricity, violence, cannibalism, etc. People were giving away gold and diamonds for an extra slice of bread, sometimes they couldn’t even get that. Sawdust was added to the bread as filler. Pick it up at the library, it’s worth reading.

Society’s breakdown is starting to accelerate. I live in a nice middle to upper class suburb and the crime has doubled in the past year. I wish I lived in the country.

Crime is bad in the country too. I have a family member who lives in rural Ohio and he is scared to go on vacation because he keeps getting robbed. Sometimes he has stuff stolen while he’s home! Tools, lawn equipment, stuff out of his truck, etc.
I leave the sillouhetes and bullseyes stuck in the front yard. Its bad medicine to rob a house that has targets at 50ft, 100ft and 150ft IN THE FRONT YARD.

OK my scenario is a little too stretched. How about if the military started enforcing access to all base facilities to all family members, including base housing areas. No chip-no access. It takes a couple seconds to chip a dog or a cat, so humans aren’t a challenge. How do you get compliant soldiers! Easy, just deny them and their families access to pay, benefits, medical and facilities by red flagging a particular chip code. And of course if you don’t accept the chip, then you’re out of a job. Chips are a reality not a possibility. My two dogs are chipped and each chip for them has more than 1 gig of data room. For a dog!!! Not bad for a small device no bigger than a grain of rice.
I have ID cards with my retina scanned and holographically printed on the card …. Along with an embedded chip ….. AND a 3D scan of my head and shoulders imprinted onto the card as well. That was 2005!!! Not so new technology really. Seeing as how people are in fact quietly being chipped already ….. ID cards are becoming very old school already.

What is scary about your Veri-Chip suggestion is that it is not too far off. There is already technology that exists Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) being used at some exclusive resorts to allow members access and to pay for whatever while they are there.
I think it will be coming in the future where this “new tech” is advertised as the wave of the future to ensure “secure” banking transactions, driver licensure, etc.

IMO a good example of how the powers that be pre-condition us for martial law. Take the very popular TV show NCIS Los Angeles….in almost every episode the young handsome law enforcement stars of the show have horrific shootouts in broad daylight and in crowded LA, aiming at targets with handguns 200′ away and farther. They condition us to believe this is normal and expected behavior. Oh, except no innocents ever get hit no the show, something quite unlike what will be the case in reality. About 50% of those hit in cop shootouts are victims of friendly fire, especially other cops.
It is time we stopped using IMO, and replace it with IMA.

If the feds tear up the Constitution and start rounding people up into detention camps, there will be another civil war. GUARANTEED. Each person in the military takes an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. They do not blindly serve the President. Most officers lean strongly toward the right/libertarian side of the political spectrum. A majority of them will fight to preserve the Constitution and our way of life… if it comes to that.
Marc Faber is still predicting civil unrest and riots, and I believe Jim Rogers said something similar just last week/month. It scares the crap out of me when you’ve got well respected economists saying on TV that riots are coming and that they’re buying up farmland and gold. Wow! Just… wow… It’s even scarier that the response from the vast majority of people is a yawn. When are folks going to wake up? Probably when it’s too late. I have a lot of friends in the military and they’ve told me that most military personel have no idea what the constitution even says. They blindly serve whoever signs their paycheck and most dispise civilians.

We can’t blame all of the problems with the ratings downgrade on the Dems. The extremists on both sides–the liberals and the right wing nut jobs can both take credit. That being said, it does not bode well for the future. I’m from Iowa and the circus here is just beginning. It goes without saying that Mitt Romney is a disaster, but many people on the right are being fooled by Michelle Bachman. She is no patriot.

Tonight while praying the Lord has given me a message to get out to His people with a strong urgency. It is profound and I admit that I am hesitant to send this out. Though He has told me that if I do not tell this message to His people then their blood will be upon my head. So as long as I get this word out, it is no longer upon my head and each person can take this to be a word from Him or not. It is then the responsibility of each individual if they will heed or not.
Word from the Lord:
PREPARE. Prepare even physically for what is at your doorstep America. Destruction shall suddenly come upon this land and many will be running to and fro seeking shelter from this calamity. Prepare now for a time of sudden darkness and terror. Supplies and food will stop suddenly as everyone is seeking to save their own lives. Seek me now that you may be hidden in me on this day of calamity. Yes, it is wise to store up food and supplies now. For suddenly this will happen. It will not be total disaster nor total destruction of America. But it will be sudden change in life as you know it. Seek me now and hear what I would have each of you to do. Some will be told to move suddenly, others I will say to you to stay. Seek me and know that your only safety is in me. Seek me now. I urge you, PREPARE! PREPARE NOW! Seriously though…violence may be coming to America but, other than starting the revolution now (and I’m kinda busy this weekend) all I know for us to do is stay vigilant and keep doing what we’ve been doing. Lets go through a checklist.
*1 Beans bandaids etc. Most have some, some have lots and a few are practically fully prepped. The rest of us- just keep stacking up the rice bags, toilet paper and such. Water too of course. Everybody who’s awake at least has a start on it so let’s keep it up as long as time and money allows.
*2 Operational security. Now is NOT the time to get lazy or haphazard with this. It’s been mentioned many times before but we all need to remind ourselves constantly- keep stacking the stuff and keep keeping our mouths shut. There are some people we have to trust, just make sure that trust is well placed.
*3 Personal security. Some have lots of guns and the knowledge to properly use them. Others have a rusty slingshot with a broken rubber band. Keep doing whatever your common sense tells you to do for safety. Including a realistic evaluation of your home security.(windows, doors should at least be stout enough to stop a criminal if not the golden horde.) Ammo, properly stored, lasts a long time and if you find yourself 20 yrs from now with a ton of it left, it’ll probablly still have great trade value. So stock up. Or at least get a new rubber band for that slingshot. Above all, please don’t think that weapons should be the only focus of your plans.
*4 Communications and information gathering. This area is not mentioned as much as the others, but it’s important too. Think about how you might contact friends and family post shtf and then work toward that end. Short wave and even cb radios (get ’em peaked to put out more power) can be useful. Imagine no internet, no land line or cell phones and look for alternatives. Short wave will also be vital for getting reliable news if the tv is out or totally controlled by the gov propagandists.
*5 Dealing with the unknown. This is a biggie. Most of us have probably gone through the mental exercise of thinking through a thousand different scenarios and how we would react. That ok. In fact, it’s probably a good idea to have as many options as possible. Just don’t get too hung up on one or two of them to the point of obsession. After all, the odds of any of our imagined events happening just the way we planned is close to zero. The goal is to be as flexible as we can and to be able to carry out an alternate plan(bug in, bug out, double up with friends, leave the country, whatever) if the need arises, AND to remember that the odds of that are still pretty low.
Another part of dealing with the unknown is the pre-collapse events. BIG changes and events are already happening and more big ones will probably happen before the actual shtf. We see it as a major change and yet life goes on and we’re trying to function normally because all hell hasn’t broke loose. Certainly the PTB would love to take us all the way down in small steps with never a squeak from the sheeple. Most of us believe that we will eventually reach a tipping point, we just don’t know what or when that is. Meantime, remember to give yourself credit for the adjustments you’ve already made. We’ve come this far down the yellow brick road and we’re still here. Try to spend some time with people who will encourage you. We’re not alone in this. Which brings up point number…
*6 Remember to enjoy life. If you have a religious faith, or if it’s just an internal code of ethics without the religion, now is a good time to strengthen that and build on it in positive ways. We’re only here for a little while, so lets take every opportunity to respect those that deserve it, forgive the ones that don’t, laugh at ourselves, and love one another. I’ve tried paranoia ans cynicism and the ‘enjoy life’ routine works much better.

I have noticed that there is brand new U.S. Border Patrol building/detention center with a large barbed wire fence around it located just outside of Grand Forks, ND by the airport ( yes they have an airport ). WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A magnitude 5.9 earthquake struck the U.S. East Coast and Canada from Virginia to Toronto on Tuesday, shaking buildings and forcing evacuation of the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol.
There were no immediate reports of major damage or injuries from the quake, which the U.S. Geological Survey said was centered in Mineral, Virginia, between Charlottesville and Richmond. It was initially recorded at 5.8 magnitude.
Washington office workers scurried into the streets after the quake, which lasted for about five seconds and sent items crashing to the floor from store and office shelves.
Tremors shook New York City office buildings, prompting evacuations of courthouses, City Hall and halting work at the World Trade Center construction site, officials and witnesses said.
It was not immediately clear if there was any damage or injuries in New York, but fire department and police officials in Dutchess County, north of New York City, reported structural damage to some buildings.
A spokesman for the city transit agency said the quake was felt but declined immediate comment on whether the subway system was affected.
Control towers at John F. Kennedy airport and Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey were also evacuated.
Buildings in Boston were evacuated, while a Reuters witness said the quake was felt as far away as Toronto.

I have lived through several stronger and more destructive in California and it was not that scary to evacuate as they are making it on the EAST coast, someone needs to grow a set, no wonder the F.E.M.A. camps and Fusion Center are mainly in the East Coast, quick run to one. I have since move to CO. and they too had one oooh whoooptie. I think God is angry at the sinners in Washington…Nah its just the H.A.A.R.P. = High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. If you take a dense population such as the east coast and compile a possible catastrophic event as well as a more likely economic break down then being east of the Mississippi is the last place you would want to be when the population begins its power vacuum i.e gangs, LEO, Military, Patriots. There is hint that a couple major fault lines are along the Mississippi and if a Earthquake like what the west coast is long over due hits if greater then 9.5 minimum when it hits then it may trigger all hell to those fault lines possibly, but more so it will be economic collapse that triggers the next internal conflict. Think about the ratio of population dependent on the system in regards to those receiving Gov aide, better yet break it down to cultural upbringings and demographics; I remember in Somalia 93 how UN convoys were being hi-jacked by warlords and or gangs because of the food and aide that was supposed to go to the population in need. Now bring that chaos to the U.S. x 10 and its like nothing we have ever seen.
The 2nd Amendment is and was for the people who honor the rules of the society that our fore fathers built and to protect that freedom which we live in. Now imagine the ones also toting guns who don’t honor society and cheat the system, flash mob, steal, kill, and will do anything they can to take what they want. Been planning and brain storming for decades. We had groups that included Professors and other very well educated members. The consensus was that you will never vote the bad guys out. We determined that you can’t over throw them, they are too strong and good at what they do. However, they are not omnipotent. They can and will make a mistake. And when they do you must get rid of them or miss your opportunity forever. It’s not just about surviving. It’s about making sure the kids have a future. Holing up in a compound doesn’t work when the feds show up. Ask Randy Weaver, Gordon Kahl, and the guys down in So. Missouri on Promised Land Road. Weavers wife and son are dead, Gordon is dead and his son Yory is in prison, still. The Missouri boys went to prison, too. The real fight will be in the urban and suburban areas. Get rid of your cammies. The new camo is business casual. Smile, the bad guys end is near!

Omega has a point, those who are deciding to bug in, need to assist those who bug out, its a 2 way streak. Bugging in can do many thing in assisting small groups fighting as one, locations, movements, routine and supply lines of the hostiles, patrols etc.., their is critical information in regards to what you observe, its just a matter of choice, Remember to that there is about 72 max before the door to doors begin. Those taking the fight to them remember to hit your targets with precision, small swift groups communicating can be tactically stronger then some larger groups depending on the engagement, never give up any info on your fellow Americans, hitting hard a fast will allow enough time for those who are helping time to clear out or move to another tactical advantage. Pick and choose your engagements that will cause the most interference and hit fast and disappear, never leave a man behind. Its not just out of respect but if they can’t count the bodies they don’t know the size.
Stay strong in what you do, because a man with nothing to lose is the most dangerous then one trying to hold onto their power.
