Mainstream media reports are claiming that Russia has attacked Ukraine. Russia has been allegedly hitting cities and bases with airstrikes or shelling. Ukraine’s government said Russian tanks and troops rolled across the border.

What is being described as a “full-scale war” has officially kicked off as Eastern Europe scrambles. According to a report by the Associated Press, Russian President Vladimir Putin deflected global condemnation and cascading new sanctions — and chillingly referred to his country’s nuclear arsenal as he threatened any foreign country attempting to interfere with “consequences you have never seen.”

NATO’s chief called the “attack” a “brutal act of war” that has shattered peace on the European continent, as the United States-led alliance mobilized more troops to move toward eastern Europe.

Is this the “false flag” we were warned about? Did Russia actually begin an attack? Can we believe the mainstream media to give it to us straight? MSM seems to have been war-mongering and pushing the idea we should accept war for a while, have they finally decided to kick off their war?

“A full-scale war in Europe has begun,” Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said. “Russia is not only attacking Ukraine but the rules of normal life in the modern world.” Ukraine’s government is claiming 40 soldiers have been killed in the “attack.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cut diplomatic ties with Moscow and declared martial law. Ukrainians who had long braced for the prospect of an assault were urged to stay home and not to panic, even as officials said Russian troops were rolling into Ukraine, and big explosions were heard in the capital of Kyiv, Kharkiv in the east, and Odesa in the west.

“We are facing a war and horror. What could be worse?” 64-year-old Liudmila Gireyeva said in Kyiv. She planned to head to the western city of Lviv and then to try to move to Poland to join her daughter. Putin “will be damned by history, and Ukrainians are damning him.” –Associated Press

Many mainstream media reports are all claiming the same. Stay alert and ask questions.

      1. I wouldn’t believe the MSM
if they told me my ass was
on fire – even if I saw the smoke!!!!!

      3. So now it’s time for Biden to them a lesson and Corn Pop Putin.

He’s been saying he can for years, now it’s time to do it.

        • But he isn’t is he? All he can do really is instill a few lukewarm sanctions that Putin has been nullifying with financial moves the last few years. Biden and his handlers are as impotent as a fart in a windstorm.

      4. They can now say whatever they want – you have no recourse. The msm is now a force capable of dictating reality itself.

      6. RT reports the Russian counter-attack is real enough.

Russia didn’t need this war; the US and EU NATO, did. Arguably so did the Ukranians. There’s so little resistance, Russia must have significant local support on the ground.

Despite Russia’s recognition of the DNR and LNR as independent states, and signing treaties of protection, Kiev continued escalated shelling into the Donbass region.

Putin had the choice of waiting for a massive Azov Battalion backed (they lead from behind hapless Ukrainian conscripts) invasion into Donbass, or he can kick their asses right now.

So, the bear has finally taken the bait after months of prodding and poking. The arms-and-money hole that is Ukraine was literally being shoved and jammed in front of Putin on a silver plate.

There’s little capacity in the West for military or economic retaliation. There’s so many sanctions placed on Russia, there’s none that can be applied that doesn’t hurt Western economies. Even punting Russia from SWIFT, only accelerates the decline of world commerce through Brussels.

There is no combined NATO military force that will be conventionally on par with Russia for decades, if they even bother trying. The Great Game, has devolved into a pretext for MIC corruption.

Biden doesn’t care; he and Hunter’s business activities in the Ukraine can no longer be investigated. Soros has more or less crashed the Democratic Party; his sponsorship is toxic.

EU NATO doesn’t care; theoretically this puts an end to Soros’ beaking over Ukraine. As long as Russian gas keeps flowing, Western Europe won’t interfere while using the war as a pretext to jack gas prices $ky high and make outraged anti-Putin noises.

Putin is also allegedly out to de-Nazify Ukraine, which means de-oligarching Ukraine of the various foreign sponsors of neo-Nazi militias. This includes Soros and Israel.

Again, no loss to the US and Western European oligarchs. Plus Israel never liked Soros’ neo-Khazar pretensions in Ukraine paralleling their own Zionism.

Russia didn’t need this war, but there isn’t a significant geopolitical player who hasn’t come to have a bone to pick with Soros’ ambitions. Even Israel.

Ukraine, was Soros’ pet project. Russia settles Ukraine in ways the West cannot, and solves a lot of otherwise irresolvable problems.

        • That is about the best summary of events and reasons for same that I’ve read in 3 days. Nailed it bro!

One thing I would like to add, the oil that was supposed to be flowing to Europe that they desperately need will take a few months to start rolling again and by that time there will be serious hardship for the poor souls living there AND it will cost a LOT more. This was I believe the Plan from the beginning.

          • The original post got past moderation; OK.

Definitely, the energy shortages in Europe are deliberate; keeps the peasants down. The top energy suppliers will make a fortune and the smaller ones will go under and there will be a consolidation of the top elites at the expense of lesser elites.

Of course, this may be the plan, but elitist theory often stumbles on reality.

      7. filled all my vehicles , implements and gas cans for $1.60/gal. on Trumps last day in office.

still have some treated with pri

        • 1.60 a gallon. Seems like a distant memory

      8. gas goes bad numbnuts

        • Back during the Y2K thing, people blew up their sheds, garages, and houses on a fairly regular basis trying to store drums of gasoline.

If you decide to store large quantities of gasoline you might consider consulting your local Fire Marshall to find how to do it legally and safely first.

          • Too late dipstick, he said it’s been done already and now it’s time to use.

      9. Russia didn’t need this war; the US and EU did. NATO, won’t do much to intervene. There will be the usual rounds of sanctions and anti-Putin posturing.

Despite Russia’s recognition of the DNR and LNR as independent states, and signing treaties of protection, Kiev continued escalated shelling into the Donbass region.

Putin had the choice of waiting for months while harassment from Kiev forces continued, or likely escalation by Kiev into a massive but futile assault into Donbass. Or he can deal with the problem right now.

The arms-and-money hole that is Ukraine was literally being shoved and jammed in front of Putin on a silver plate.

Ukraine had become a geopolitical Gordian Knot that only Russia could solve, using ways the West cannot because of the clusterfrack of vested Western interests in Ukraine.

      10. I thought you dumbfucks said there wasn’t going to be an invasion. Do y’all ever get tired of being wrong?

        • Biden and other world dummies are calling it an invasion, don’t make the mistake of following those turds over a credibility cliff. It’s actually a counter-offensive!! The real dumbfucks were STILL shelling Donbass schools and villages even as Russia started moving in. These nazis just can’t stop with their hatred for fellow Ukros that don’t believe as they do. Ridiculous!!

        • Some concluded that only a successful Kiev assault into the Donbass would trigger a Russian counter-invasion, not that Russia would never invade Ukraine no-matter-what.

Putin simply changed the expected order of battle and spared Donbass the messiness of being invaded by Kiev.

Pre-emptive war is allowed under Article 51 of the UN Charter:

“Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.

Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.”

The Donbass separatist oblasts are not recognized UN members. However, they were recognized under the Minsk Agreement as autonomous, and Russia is a UN member.

Since the Minsk Agreement, the Ukraine civil war has simmered non-stop. The Donbass Republics repeatedly petitioned Moscow to recognize their independence and help put an end to the fighting.

Putin finally recognized the independence of the DNR and LNR, then signed treaties of friendship and defense. In doing so, Russia gained lawful access to their territory.

When Kiev continued shelling, they effectively attacked Russian troops. This alone is an act of war. The massive Ukraine troop buildup on the Donbass contact line, indicated immanent invasion by Kiev.

The Russian intervention against Kiev by necessity is an invasion, but also a legal pre-emptive attack against a hostile and belligerent force that has attacked Russian forces.

        • I admit that I was wrong about Russia going into Kiev. I did think they would defend their fellow Russians in Donbas and destroy the Azov neo-nazis.

They have grounds since the Ukrainians never abided by the Minsk Accords that they agreed to. I think Mr. Putin was more than patient for 8 years for them to comply. However, when your country is run by US backed NGOs and they tell you what to do, it is no mystery why agreements are not stuck to. The US has a proven track record of breaking agreements.

          • Don’t get lost in the weeds. The British government has just put out a call for volunteers to go to Ukraine to fight. They will provide you with advanced weaponary.

Never in my lifetime have Western governments been so willing to uparm white nationalists etc. Enjoy the historical moment.
