Mass Shootings Will Never Negate The Need For Gun Rights

Though the media often attempts to twist the gun rights debate into a web of complexity, gun rights is in fact a rather simple issue — either you believe that people have an inherent right to self defense, or you don’t. All other arguments are a peripheral distraction.

Firearms are a powerful epoch changing development. Not because they necessarily make killing “easier;” killing was always easy for certain groups of people throughout history, including governments and organized thugs. Instead, guns changed the world because for the first time in thousands of years the common man or woman could realistically stop a more powerful and more skilled attacker. Firearms are a miraculous equalizer in a world otherwise dominated and enslaved by everyday psychopaths.

The Founding Fathers understood this dynamic very well. Despite arguments from the extreme left falsely insinuating that the founders are essentially barbarians from a defunct era that were too stupid to understand future developments and technology, the fact is that they knew the core philosophical justification for an armed citizenry was always the most important matter at hand. Today’s debates try to muddle meaningful discourse by swamping the public in the minutia of background checks, etc. But the following quotes from the early days of the Republic outline what we should all really be talking about:

“The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes…. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.”
    – Thomas Jefferson, Commonplace Book (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria), 1774-1776

“To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them.”
    – George Mason, referencing advice given to the British Parliament by Pennsylvania governor Sir William Keith, The Debates in the Several State Conventions on the Adoption of the Federal Constitution, June 14, 1788

“Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops.”
    – Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, October 10, 1787

“Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are ruined…. The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun.”
    – Patrick Henry, Speech to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 5, 1778

“The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.”
    – Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States, 1833

“On every occasion [of Constitutional interpretation] let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying [to force] what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, [instead let us] conform to the probable one in which it was passed.”
    – Thomas Jefferson, letter to William Johnson, 12 June 1823

The inborn right to self defense and the ability of the people to maintain individual liberties in the face of tyranny supersedes all other arguments on gun rights. In fact, nothing else matters. This key point is so unassailable that anti-gun lobbyists have in most cases given up trying to defeat it. Instead of trying to confiscate firearms outright (which is their ultimate goal), they attempt to chip away at gun rights a piece at a time through endless flurries of legislation. This legislation is usually implemented in the wake of a tragedy involving firearms, for gun grabbers never let a good crisis go to waste. Exploiting the deaths of innocent people to further an ideological agenda is a common strategy for them.

This leads us to the recent mass shooting at a high school in Parkland, Florida. The narrative being constructed around this event is the same as usual — that stronger “gun control and background checks” are needed to prevent such things from ever happening again.

Of course, Nikolas Cruz, the alleged perpetrator of the shooting, obtained his firearms legally and by passing existing background checks. Being that these background checks have been highly effective in stopping the vast majority of potential criminals from purchasing firearms through legal channels, one wonders what more can be done to make these checks somehow “foolproof.”

Around 1.5 million 4473 forms (background checks) have been rejected by the ATF in the two decades since more stringent background checks were instituted. As many as 160,000 forms are denied each year for multiple reasons, including mental health reasons.

So, the question is, did background checks fail in the case of Nikolas Cruz? And would any suggested amendments to current 4473 methods have made any difference whatsoever in stopping Cruz from purchasing a weapon? The answer is no. No suggested changes to ATF background checks would have made a difference. But there are stop-gaps to preventing mass shootings other than the ATF.

The FBI, for example, had been warned on multiple occasions about Cruz, including his open threats to commit a school shooting. Yet, the FBI did nothing.

Could the FBI have prevented the killings in Parkland by following up repeated warnings on Nikolas Cruz? I would say yes, it is possible they could have investigated Cruz’s threats, verified them and prosecuted for conspiracy to commit a violent crime, or at the very least, they could have frightened him away from the idea.

Was the Parkland shooting then a failure of background checks or a failure of the FBI? And, if it was a failure of the FBI, then shouldn’t anti-gun advocates focus on revamping the FBI instead of pushing the same background check and gun show “loophole” rhetoric they always do?

They aren’t interested in instituting changes at the FBI because this could help solve the problem, and they do not care about solving the problem, they only care about pursuing their ultimate goal of deconstructing the 2nd Amendment for all time.

Gun control advocates will conjure up a host of arguments for diminishing gun rights, but just like the background check issue and Nikolas Cruz, most of them are nonsensical.

They’ll make the claim that guns for self defense are fine, but that high capacity military grade weapons were never protected under the Constitution. “The founding fathers were talking about single shot muskets when they wrote that…” is the commonly regurgitated propaganda meme. This is false. High capacity “machine guns” (like the Puckle gun and the Girandoni rifle) and even artillery were actually common during the time of the founders and were indeed protected under the 2nd Amendment. In fact, the 2nd Amendment applies to all firearms under common military usage regardless of the era.

They’ll claim that high capacity “assault weapons” are not needed and that low capacity firearms are more practical for self defense. They obviously are ignoring the circumstances surrounding any given self defense scenario. What if you are facing off with multiple assailants? What if those assailants are mass shooters themselves and obtained their weapons on the black market as the ISIS terrorists in Paris did in 2015? What if the assailant is a tyrannical government? Who is to say what capacity is “practical” in those situations?

They’ll claim that tougher gun laws and even confiscation will prevent mass shootings in the future, yet multiple nations (including France) have suffered horrific mass shootings despite having far more Orwellian gun laws than the U.S.

Criminals and terrorists do not follow laws. Laws are words on paper backed up by perceived consequences that only law abiding people care about.  The vast majority of successful mass shootings take place in “gun free zones,” places where average law abiding citizens are left unarmed and easy prey.

So, what is the solution that gun grabbers don’t want to talk about? What could have stopped the shooting in Parkland? What is the one thing that the mainstream media actively seeks to avoid any dialogue about?

The solution is simple — abolish all gun free zones. If teachers at the high school in Parkland had been armed the day Nikolas Cruz showed up with the intent to murder, then the entire event could have gone far differently. Instead of acting helplessly as human shields against a spray of bullets, teachers and coaches could have been shooting back, actually stopping the threat instead of just slowing it down for a few seconds. Or, knowing that he might be immediately shot and killed before accomplishing his attack, Cruz may have abandoned the attempt altogether. There is no way to calculate how many crimes and mass shootings have been prevented exactly because private gun ownership acted as a deterrent.

Most gun grabbers are oblivious to this kind of logic because they are blinded by ideological biases. Some of them, however, understand the truth of this completely, and they don’t care. They are not in the business of saving lives; they are in the business of exploiting death. They want something entirely different from what they claim they want. They are not interested in life, they are interested in control.

      1. Heres a little excerp from another wise blogger
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
56 million defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control:
You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.
Take note my fellow Americans, before it’s too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.
With guns, we are “citizens”. Without them, we are “subjects”.
During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

And if you are unsuccessful in continuing to live while resisting the Tyrant, you will have the knowledge as you pass that you fought the good fight.

And if enough resisters fight back, the forces that serve the Tyrant will pay the price, one by one.

And perhaps at some point they will turn on the Tyrant.

But whether they do or don’t, YOU may have a choice in how you pass on, if that is important to you.

        • Nail banger,

For those who say it cannot happen here, you did not mention the Native Americans who were disarmed by the US government. Millions of them died on the Trail of Tears.

          • BS learn to count, estimates are that maximum number of Indians in NA Never exceeded 1 Million.

            • Most of whom were in Cent America and besides we didn’t take their guns. They were to stupid to ever make one. Lastly mostly we didn’t even kill them, smallpox, plague, and Cholera got them. Plus we killed the buffalo. and they starved, way cheaper than killing them. Go to an Indian reservation, just like a welfare city; a dump.

        • Great post Nailbanger, I can’t believe the attack by the Broward County Sheriff on Dana Loesch, when he knew damn well that his deputies were directly responsible in part, due to their non engagement. So let me get this straight. We should give up our right to defend ourselves, and entrust our safety with these self-preserving idiot’s!! sounds like a plan!!! Wow

        • This is a very timely post that needs to be shoved down a lot of throats.
Succinct and to the point with CLEAR FACTS on the rationale for citizens to be armed: To prevent a tyrannical government from terrorizing its electorate.

I reckon they are the kind of sheep who are, literally, going to be eaten one hour after SHTF begins. Their sheepish ignorance has fatally blinded them thanks to a healthy dose of feminism, SJWs, male cuckery, junk food, TV & big pharma drugs propagated by the Ziopress.

        • Nailbanger – if you’re going to quote statistics at least give credit to those sources that you cut and pasted from – otherwise idiots here think that you’re brighter than stupid.

The stuff about the Swiss is total nonsense and the remainder is highly suspect. Switzerland’s gun homicide rate was anything but “the lowest.”

          It was fourth highest.

        • The Deadliest School Attack in the US Was Erased from History Because It Wasn’t Done With a Gun

“As the media and the government continue to use the tragic shooting at a Parkland, Florida high school to push their various agendas, it is important to remember that psychopaths who want to kill a lot of people—will do so with or without a gun. In fact, the deadliest attack on a school to ever take place on US soil was done so without a single round being fired.”

“In Bath Township, Michigan, 44 people, (38 children and 6 adults), lost their lives when a man by the name of Andrew Kehoe blew the town’s school.

This attack is often disregarded by history as it paints a different narrative outside of the normal problem, reaction, solution of grabbing guns. As a result, it has largely been erased from the narrative.”

“Bath Consolidated School, built only five years earlier to replace the scattered one-room schools of the surrounding farmland. It had 314 students from around the region, many the sons and daughters of farmers. Some students were bused in, and all took classes with their peers over the course of elementary and high school.”

“Kehoe, an electrician, had snapped and become angry after the town’s taxes levied on his farm had forced him into foreclosure.

“He was notified last June that the mortgage on his farm would be foreclosed, and that may have been the circumstance that started the clockwork of anarchy and madness in his brain,”…

So, while he worked at the school as an electrician, he wired it with explosives. Luckily for half of the students in the school, the timer on one of Kehoe’s homemade explosives failed to go off so the tragedy could’ve been far worse. However, the catastrophe resulting from the 38 children and 6 adults who died was still utterly horrific.”

          ht tp://govtslaves.info/2018/02/the-deadliest-school-attack-in-the-us-was-erased-from-history-because-it-wasnt-done-with-a-gun/

      2. The School Resource Officer, Scot Peterson, hid outside during the massacre. He has since resigned from the Sheriff’s Department. He may face criminal charges. Conservative Treehouse has a good article on this.

        • but, what if the resource officer thought it WAS a drill like students were told and he decided to not disrupt ‘said’ drill??

          • Apparently he was directing other officers where to go on the radio, so no, he knew what was happening, but refused to go in.

            • JS, agreed. He’s only another example of how useless and bogus law enforcement has become. The federal and state supreme courts have said many times that protecting citizens is NOT part of a cop’s job description. They are only revenue collectors and they serve the GOVERNMENT, NOT THE PUBLIC. They don’t even care about the public. As individuals, people like you and I are on our own if we get confronted by any mofo with evil intentions toward us. We have to fend for ourselves and become our own ‘first responders’. If/when it happens to me, I won’t be thinking about any laws. I only live by a set of rules known as THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND NOTHING ELSE.

              • Well said. I have noticed over the years that almost all police departments across the US have removed the statement ‘To protect and serve’ from the patrol cars.

                • Fullmoonrizing, the last time I saw that phrase on any patrol car was 2006. They don’t even pretend anymore. They’ve always been government employees according to the federal and state supreme courts. We the people are truly on our own.

                  • People in poor black neighborhoods have been complaining about law enforcement for years. Yet, because we all have to take sides, the other side doesn’t listen. There are good people in law enforcement. But as a body, they are an extension of government. And if you believe government is corrupt, than how can you not believe the law enforcement arm of that body is not corrupt?

The bigger the government, the more corrupt the law enforcement. Hence why the FBI is so corrupt.

Reducing the size of government is the only answer. It’s why the biggest issues in local law enforcement are in major democratic cities. Those police officers are a revenue generators. Anyone who has or lives in NYC can attest. Police officers there have quotas. So, we all know to drive 5 miles below the speed limit. Because if you are driving at the speed limit, their a risk you might get a ticket.

            • At the Pulse Nightclub shooting, the police stayed outside for an hour or more after the shooter had already killed himself. People wounded who would have otherwise survived, bled out and died in the wasted time. They called it a three hour standoff, but much of that time was wasted by police who just let people die.

These attack are no coincidence, and the stand down orders, and police rules of engagement were invented by Obama who wanted mass murder of the public, i.e. “Operation Fast and Furious”.

When police are seconds away and you are fighting for your life against bad guys, expect the police to do little other than shoot you in the back.

              • That club was full of queers with aids. Good reason to stay out as long as possible.

        REPLY

        • Are smoke bombs illegal in Florida?

They are common around most places and even openly sold at gun, preparedness exhibitions and online stores with no restrictions other than the means of shipping them as hazardous item involved if you buy online. Hardware stores usually carry the kind that are used to poison gas moles in their tunnels too.

          • I don’t see how they could be. They sell them at wally world twice a year. Smoke bombs are legal. Smoke grenades ?????????

      5. Let not forget the script from CNN.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Lord for letting me live to see the day when the dumbed down toxic dump Corporate whore COWARD pussies turn over their weapons in mass to the completely insane engineered programmed Luciferian “Children of the Corn” and their God-the vile evil disgusting criminal treasonous United States CORPORATION Government from the bowels of the pits of hell in Washington DC. • Ron,….agree wholeheartedly!!

When i start getting nervous about what I see as the coming gun grab, I think about how this is really quite aligned with prophesy, and is a harbinger of what must happen before the Lord comes back.

            Sgt.

        • Sadly, we may be forced to act soon. But I don’t think they will go the full out confiscation route. They won’t talk about the real reason people own guns. I don’t want to be a slave. Will never be a slave, and neither will my family be slaves. The Second Amendment is the only thing that has kept us free for over 200 years.

          • You are NOT nor have EVER been free.

            • Well, Nailbanger is free, RELATIVELY SPEAKING..(don’t know about Hawaii),but free to buy firearms of his choice, like you are, and still free to buy ammo, etc.
Free to pay taxes, and free to buy a permit to do most anything else.
So, I know what you’re saying, it’s just relative freedom.
And it’s going away quickly. In the blink of an eye I think.

              • I was born in 1947 and grew up through the 50s and early 60s, when I joined the USAF to avoid the Army draft. The 1950s was the last time we saw any true freedom in this nation. It was in the late 50s through the mid 60s, when the government and the people of this nation were facing off against each other, that we began to give up our freedoms to that government, and we still are to this day. ALL POLITICIANS OF ALL PARTIES HAVE THE SAME GOAL, the subjugation of We the People. They just disagree on how to achieve that goal.

      8. Deputy Peterson failed. HE was the kids last hope and their last line of defense and he failed miserably. HE needs to own that. He makes over $100,000 a year and is fully trained yet he chose to be a coward. Not to say he was the only one, he was just the last one. The adoptive parents, the FBI, the local LE, the Uber driver all looked the other way. This is a troubled young man and his interactions ( for years ) with everyone show that as a society we ignore and make excuses. We have strict gun laws in place but they don’t mean a dang thing if people don’t do their jobs. If ONE person had done their job we wouldn’t be talking about this right now. We come up with catchy little sayings like “see something, say something” yet when people alerted the authorities, like the FBI, they didn’t even bother to check him out. How sad, this was a completely preventable crime. I don’t think for one minute the liberal’s give a crap that these kids died-if they did they would be focused on the constant violence in cities like Chicago…All they see is another chance to push for gun control and they are using these kids to do it for them.

        • Texas.
          With all due respect.

Did he fail or did he use discretion.

Here is were I’m coming from. He is armed with a 9mm or a 40 Cal. He would had to go against someone, or two armed with aa AR 15 with a 30rd mag. With probably more mags.

This will more than likely eat at him for the rest of his life. He made a choice. You might say that you would go into a shoot out with a Handgun VS. a AR.

I say I would go in because I have been there. Went up against an AK once and 12Ga. shotgun once, only armed with my HK45. I THANK GOD I DIDN’T HAVE TO FIRE A SHOT. After those two episode I’m now armed with an 6.8MM AR Pistol along with my H&K.

You don’t know what you will do, this would also go for anyone. A Cop’s job is to do what he/she can and not to die doing it.

          Sgt.

          • After Columbine school shooting the training for ALL police across the nation changed.

Before Columbine, the correct action was to establish a perimeter and wait for SWAT.

After Columbine, the correct procedure was for the first officer on scene to try and go in to kill the bad guy.

Remember the Pulse Night Club shooting? First officers on scene were trying to break a window and gain entry while the shooting was in progress, but were ordered to stand down by superiors.

          • I get what you are saying BUT this was his job. He is trained by the police department which includes active shooting drills. He knew damn well what was expected of him and he chose wrong. Yes, he will have to live with his decision for the rest of his life. Since Columbine, school cops are trained to immediately engage and not wait. He knew what he was supposed to be doing and he failed. Yes, I agree it was a sucky position to be put in, but I’m sure the kids feel the same way. I will pray for him and the families of the victims but at the end of the day, he needs to own this.

          • @ SGT.DALE I would like to add that I have no doubt you would have engaged had it been you. We all have choices to make in life and we all have to live with the consequences. I am a vocal supporter of our LEO’s and Military. They have a tough job and I don’t envy them one bit. BUT they also have the training and it’s their job. I just want people to do their damn jobs. The FBI, this Deputy, so many people had the chance to change the course this young man was on and nobody stepped up to the plate.

          • Sgt., with all of the recent school shootings lately where the shooter supposedly had an AR-15, why wouldn’t an armed guard want to carry one himself?

          • Sgt.,
We also don’t know the rules of engagement that were drummed into his head. Was he ordered to stand down?

A dirty little secret at the school was the Priniple and Superintendent had a policy to exclude police at all costs and try to handle as many issues a they could. Apparently any police involvement was logged and reduces a schools standing. It seems there is extra grant money available to schools that have low interaction/reliance rates with police!

Wow, who thought that one up. Adherence to Special rules of engagement for school administrators, being tied to the availability of Federal money?

These shootings play great for gun control for about a week then, reality and facts rear their ugly head and the media drop it like a hot potato. The MSM run to the next hot story their handlers arrange.

            • Plan twice, prep once, he was told to stand down by Captain Jan Jordan. Go to Leo Affairs and choose Broward county. It’s where cops talk.

          • Sarge ~ I would be very interested in why you chose this specific piece (the AR) for a backup. The 6.8mm seems sort of small, especially considering all the people who belittle 9mm rounds as inadequate.

If you would be kind enough to list the reasons why the AR was your final selection, I suspect that many of us here would find it worthwhile reading. Thanks!

          • Sarge, wrong. You are morally obligated to go in try and save the kids. If you die trying, so be it. It comes with the territory. Are you saying that if the odds are not in your favor you let the kids die?

            • No he was not morally obligated. News flash…police officers carry a weapon to protect themselves not you or your loved ones! You and your loved ones safety ultimately is your responsibility. If you are sending your children to school right now, you are sending them there to die. I will do everything I can to stop a shooter but will not blindly sacrifice myself. Had the deputy gone in and engaged the shooter and failed to stop him he could have created a bigger problem. Anyone who has been through any active shooter training knows you need a minimum of three officers to go in and engage the threat( choice each officer has to make at the time) Now, if you are a teacher who is allowed to carry, or just carries anyway…you will have the option to do more than just die in place…hint hint! Let’s open up are minds and deal in reality before we just start calling the deputy a coward. For those who do…you weren’t there, you don’t have the information needed to pass judgement. I am in agreement we have to rethink are response to these events. While turning schools and soft targets into fortresses isnt pallatable for most…I beleive this is the direction we have to go at this point. If somone has a better idea, put it out there. Again folks…the schools and all soft targets are not safe right now…don’t expect someone to save you or your children if they are in these places when the shit breaks.

              Thanks.

            • Him

Maybe the LEOs should be issued bazookas so they feel safe enough to do their job.

A Glock, likely 45 round of ammo and the knowledge that an army of backup is just 5 or 6 minuets away an he hears every shot knowing a kid is dying. How do you do that?

          • Sorry Sgt Dale, but there is a big difference between you and me and that Florida deputy. He was trained and took an oath and he was armed to enable him to use that training to respond to threats against those he was serving. That is precisely why he was assigned to that school. That is also why, after he was suspended, he voluntarily resigned. He was, or should have been, cognizant of the fact that he might have to used that 9mm or 40 Cal against superior fire power when he accepted his job and that school position. HE DIDN’T EVEN TRY!

          • Sgt Dale

            With all due respect

            KIDS WERE DYING

If a cop was in there he would have been on it.

“A Cop’s job is to do what he/she can and not to die doing it.”

If your not willing to take the risk you need another line of work. Firemen go in actively during buildings to save people. Floors collapse, Scott Air Pack lines sever with flame. The officer has a 15 shot handgun with a 2 second reload time. At classroom range he was on damn close equal footing.

            Indefensible

        • Maybe that is why he was a coward and hid. He makes over $100,000 a year….. that might be a pretty good reason to live.

          • John
He also has a family and kids.
            Sgt.

            • If that so called cop or deputy is that scarred, then QUIT and any other scarred lil girls can quit as well. My God, what a true and sad disgrace. Make an effort to do something.

            • Then why did he become a cop?

            • Sgt Dale

I could care less what drove his cowardice. Bet ya a dollar to a dime that he would be quick on the drawl to save his own ass. We’re lucky he didn’t bag a civilian reaching for their wallet in his career. Hopefully the entire law enforcement community will shun him forever.

“If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”.
              President Harry S Truman

            • Sarge, are you saying that only single cops with no kids should have police jobs? Think before you post.

              • There is no need for any cops at all, period.

            • Sarge, are you saying that only single cops with no kids should have police jobs? Think before you post.

        • Sad to say-He was a COWARD plain and simple, it is even sadder to say he is just like all SWORN COWARDS in collapsing damned and doomed New Babylon America, who actually believe in the fantasy and lie of the US Constitution, and get drunk to “depress” the FACTS and EVIDENCE all around them that the citizens they SWORE AN OATH TO PROTECT from “all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC” have been dumbed down to complete insanity, and made weak, fat, and disease ridden so they could not resist this Globalist Fascist psychopath NWO takeover over of our already CONQUERED country.

As I predicted 7 years ago when I retired after 32 years being sworn to the FANTASY AND LIE of the US Constitution, and being a dumbed down coward slave for the psychopath controlled murderous genocidal criminal treasonous United States CORPORATION Government-You will see the SWORN COWARDS, who worship the criminal treasonous United States Corporation Government as their God and provider(most also serve in the psychopath controlled Luciferian Military)…these SWORN COWARDS will show themselves more and more for who they really are as this planned collapse of New Babylon America accelerates rapidly. The dumbed down drunken SWORN COWARDS will desperately attempt to save their precious pensions, booze, and lifestyles of hedonistic debauchery the drunken bum COWARDS have grown fat, happy, and totally accustomed to living in New Babylon America….I cannot say it enough…epic, epic, epic times to be alive and a witness to the cowardice of the sworn dumbed down drunken slaves to the fantasy and lie of the US Constitution, and the criminal treasonous United States CORPORATION Government.

        • I would like to here Deputy Peterson’s side of the story but probably never will. Did he decide not to go in or was he told to stand down. From what I understand they were supposed to have a drill. Either a fire drill and/or an active shooter drill. I understand that the deputy/s were called away for some reason. Wouldn’t L.E.O.’s want/need to be present at least for an active shooter drill??? I understand a video of the shooting was made early that morning by David Hogg and posted around noon. But Cruz didn’t arrive until 2ish. I understand the school video was on a 27 minute delay. I think the video of Deputy Peterson was from the first “drill”. Per one student there was a second drill and she said they were supposed to be using fake bullets but they weren’t fake. If I had to put my money on Deputy Peterson or the MSM, I’ll go with Peterson. I understand he was debriefed by some part of the government were he was cut a handsome check and or threatened never to talk about this and he will go quietly into the night. Never to be heard from again. I suggest you check out Leo affairs online. You may get a better handle of the situation.

      9. This school shooting event will be replaced by another mass murder shooting event soon enough. The trend has been set for years. The truth of who may be involved in the larger picture will remain hidden just like many of the other like incidents. I don’t for a second think Cruz acted alone in the scheme or the execution of the shooting. Government speak… move along nothing to see here, some whack job gun nut blew a fuse, arm some of the teachers yeah that’ll work. Where are the latest Las Vegas massacre findings? “And I feel like a bullet in the gun of Robert Ford.”

        • I am waiting to see the next mass shooting where the shooter will use cap and ball pistols or muzzle loading rifles. That would throw a wrench into the gun control narrative.

      10. Most gun owners want their weapons easily accessible in the event of home invasion but that makes the weapons easy for your children to borrow or try to play with. Every school shooting is an opportunity for anti-gun activists to exploit. Secure your weapons so that your children can’t get to it.

        • Watch this video.

It is the end of the Sutherland Springs church shooting in Texas from November of 2017.

The good Samaritan that shot the bad guy is doing a road side interview with police as they capture the church shooter.

What I thought was most interesting about this video is that the good Samaritan comments that he had trouble getting into his gun safe to retrieve his AR-15 rifle. I suspect that he was flustered that his response to the shooting because of his difficulty getting into his gun safe.

Also notice that the good Samaritan is not wearing shoes.

The interview starts at the 10:00 minute mark.

        • Brian, good point about securing your weapons. There are gun safes all over out there for sale. The prices vary from one brand to the next. For long guns and handguns. I keep all my weapons secured in safes. For handguns I developed the habit of taking my Taurus 9mm out of the safe every night, loading it, and keeping it right on my bedside table. When I get up in the morning, the first thing I do is unload the magazine, pull the slide back to clear the chamber, and secure both items in the safe until the next time. It goes like clockwork for me. My weapon and loaded mags are in the same safe, ready to go whenever necessary. Develop the habit like everything else you do in the morning before going to work and you’ll do just fine. I live alone so I’m not worried about kids getting access to my weapons. My 9mm will remain easily accessible to me regardless.

          • DB,
#1 kids in my home were trained in firearm safety.
For many years, I would take my Browning Auto 5 12 Ga.
out of the safe at night and put it under the bed,
but readily accessible. In the morning, I’d put it
back in the safe first thing.

            • Rellik, all of my relatives were born and raised in the country. They were all taught at the earliest possible age how to handle weapons, weapon safety, weapon maintenance, etc. They were taught all of the RIGHT information about guns and NOT any of the libturd claptrap that comes from everywhere these days. It’s a people problem out there, NOT a gun problem, but the libturds don’t get it. They’ll never get a clue.

              • Why do you remove the mag and unload it? That seems senseless to me. If it’s in a safe then what’s the point? I just keep my shit out of sight but ready to rock n roll in a second. My wife doesn’t work so she is home most of the time and has fast access to a variety of tools. I do keep a 9mm locked in the truck but I have the mags loaded.

              • Oh they get it, never underestemate them. It is most of the American people who can’t comprehend that their government is full of communists. Of course it is a people problem… the globalist communists have had full control of academia as well as public education for decades (not to mention all their unconstitutional beurocracy) and have been perverting the next generations to be anti-American degenerate a**wipes. Bear in mind also that at some point when/if the communists get full control again, gun owners amd dissenters of global communism will be labeled mentally ill.

          • Didn’t you once have all your guns stolen from your accommodation a while back? Better late than never all this security you’ve instigated I guess.

        • Sovi shouldnt have my 1919belt fed sitting at the head of the bed with 4 boxes of links chained into it?

          • Nail,
Somehow I don’t your wife would like tripping over the Browning in the middle of the night.

            • Eh, she will learn to avoid it…GO FOR IT NAIL!

      11. Most gun owners want their weapons easily accessible in the event of home invasion but that makes the weapons easy for your children to borrow or try to play with. Every school shooting is an opportunity for anti-gun activists to exploit. Secure your weapons so that your children can’t get to it.

        • Brian, at a tender age, before the day of reason I agree. Firearms like any other potentially dangerous item or substance needs to be secured. But once they have been instilled with a sense of right and wrong and personal responsibility, teach your kids. I raised children in a home that never had a firearm out of reach once they were in grade school. I never forbid them to touch one. Rather the opposite. I taught each one – boys and girl – how to handle them, check them, clean them. Not one problem ever. If anything the opposite was true, for one rule was that if they handled a firearm, they had to clean it. “Oh Dad, c’mon – I just was looking at it!!”. My response always the same – “keep complaining and you’ll have to clean all of them along with your chores”. Worked like a charm.

          • Yep, when I was growing up there were guns around unsecured, same with my friends. No one ever dared do shit without permission! Messing with guns you weren’t allowed to meant a severe ass whoopin’! That’s what these little limp wristed faggot kids nowadays need worse than anything!

      12. The government is asking Tide to make commercials for their Tide Pods more informative to teenagers so they stop eating them…and the left wants us to listen to them on constitutional rights such as the second amendment?

        • This nation is doomed 100% – there is NO doubt in my mind. the FAT lady sang the last note, done, finished, it’s over with people…The Fall of the Roman Empire Part II will be upon us way sooner than you think people.

        • Reality: If you’re a teen and you need someone to tell your damn dumb ass not to eat pods or anything you are not positive what it is, well, guess what, your dumb ass deserves to die…we have enough retarded idiots in this country. Jesus come on people, what is next.

          • I agree! Let them chow down on tide pods, drain cleaner too! Let the Tard Culling begin!

            • CC and Genius, damn good points. The libturds have it coming to them.

        • 30,000 people killed each year by Auto accident. The largest demographic for negligent homicide by auto belongs to the 17 to 25 year old group. Never the less millions of 17 year old kids get their drivers licenses and the keys to the family 3,000 pound deadly weapon. No one blinks,

17 kids die in a senseless homicide by one deranged 19 year old and suddenly we are supposed to shred the constitution and suspend the civil rights of all citizens.

          • The kids with a few bucks get 400HP (Assault) cars. Not a peep out of stopping high performance cars in youth hands.

A Mustang GT is not useful in the defense of freedom.

            • kevin2, spot on. A young punk and a high-performance car are a stupid and deadly combination.

              • My main point is that the High Performance car certainly kill more people in general and youth in particular than semi auto rifles yet there is no opposition to them. Why? The opposition we’re seeing against the Second Amendment is not grassroots.

“All the world is a stage”

                William Shakespeare

This stage requires Actors, Directors, Script, Stage Hands, Special Effects and last but not least money.

      13. The government is going to do something. What could go wrong? You heard it here first. The government is going to turn over school security to the TSA.

        • That doesn’t fit the gun grab narrative.

Better to let more school shootings happen so guns can be banned.

Most likely, guns will be banned and security at schools will not change.

        • Him: My God, the TSA is the hottest Mess in the damn country. All they should do with the TSA is flush their genuinely worthless asses down the drain and pray those mutts never come back!! They are such typical Gov’t Buffoons.

      14. Also, the Broward school system has a policy of decriminalizing criminal acts committed by students. The purpose is to make the administrators look better. Crimes are downgraded to minor disciplinary events. That’s how Cruz wasn’t stopped.

        • Texas is the same way.

The called it “The School to Prison Pipeline.”

The solution to to ban police from filing criminal charges on students for all class c Misdemeanors.

No more criminal charges for assaults, fights, disorderly conduct, thefts, etc.

      15. Also, the Broward school system has a policy of decriminalizing criminal acts committed by students. The purpose is to make the administrators look better. Crimes are downgraded to minor disciplinary events. That’s how Cruz wasn’t stopped.

        • All because that feller with the um nice tan skin thought it was giving the system a bad name because like all other places with a lot of them well tanned folks, theres a lot of crime

          • This country has become so soft on just about everything possible. Make certain no one is held accountable, let people and especially kids do any damn thing they want, no one is responsible for anything, my God, what a true cluster fuck and a 1/2. This country is literally rotting from the inside out!

          • Nailbanger, black males are more likely than any other group of people in the US to commit serious and violent crimes. The FBI and DOJ statistics support me on that.

            • Here on Maui we dont have many,,, Oahu on the other hand has many,,, ya see em on the news all the time,

              • Usually in handcuffs.
We don’t have many on the Big Island either.
May be why we don’t have much crime.

                • We can send you a bunch of containers of them! 😀

            • Deplorable Braveheart

If I remember correctly the rough percentages are that 12% segment of the population commits 55% o the murders and 68% of the armed robberies. It varies little year to year.

              • kevin2, I could be somewhat off on my figures so I’ll have to go back and check. But there’s no question that most of their victims are other black people. The percentages of black-on-white and black-on-Hispanic crime are actually very low compared to black-on-black crime.

                • They kill each other in high percentage. Its not just the drug dealers. Their culture looks upon violence as a socially acceptable method of settling disputes. I worked for three decades with the cream of the crop of blue collar blacks. I has physically threatened once and pushed across a room once for two instances total. Both were by black guys. These were mid 30s guys, great workers, cream of the crop. This is how they behave in their world. This is their normal.

      16. I like a tidy crime scene where everything is known and accounted for. The shooter arrived in a taxi Did he get into the taxi with his rifle The rifle would be rather bulky not easy to hide in a taxi. The whole idea of police being on site initially shooting blanks is idiotic yet gun powder residue on the floor says some one was shooting blanks and they came up with the idea police shooting blanks as part of the drill. Where were they when the real shooting started. a witness stated she talked to the shooter while shooting was going on down the hall. Were police on site shooting blanks while the real shooting was going on Lots of unknowns I dont like unknowns

        • Cecil, I don’t know what kind of site State of the Nation is but check it and read about operation Gladio C and see if you believe it…the whole official story stinks.
And Mac should reference the story or repost it here.

      17. Why don’t they bring up the fact that you go through basically a TSA checkpoint to get into the capital building, but anyone can walk right into a school. You have to start hardening schools at least as well as court houses and Congress to keep all weapons out side the building. Then all you have to worry about is someone running down the students as they leave the grounds.

        • mmmmmm….. At my kids school there is an evil guard dog of a bitch receptionist at the front desk blocking the way. She would have won awards and accolades if she was a Auschwitz-Birkenau camp guard.

I tried to bring my kid some Chick-fil-a for lunch the other day and you would have thought I was trying to sneak in drugs and porn into the school the way they treated me.

          • Nah, she was just pissed that you didn’t bring he a doggy bag.

            • You should have brought her a donut! What were you thinking lol?

          • JS, some 00 buck would do wonders on the bitch.

      18. John: Well it seems she has way more balls that that flat-footed Donut rapist in FL pulling “do nothing duty” at the school, while kids and faculty were being butchered…

      19. Thank you Mac & Brandon Smith for another brilliant article. The sages that read from this site know the fundamentals of freedom but I hope some of the brighter young people will try to learn. The awesome quotes from the Founding Fathers helps defend the reputations of these brilliant, yet flawed, men. That is the nature of humanity. Their fundamental vision for our country remains brilliant. Thanks again.

      20. I CALL FOR COMPLETE DISARMAMENT TO STOP THE COMING CIVIL WAR-

of all criminal treasonous United States CORPORATION Government agencies by the US Military, or if they have any critically thinking ability left-the SWORN COWARDS, who are still getting drunk and watching some sporting event, while they try to “depress” the FACT they have whored out their children’s health, freedoms, and future to psychopaths all for booze, pensions, porno, and hedonistic debauchery….time to fulfill your OATHS to protect the dumbed down innocent victims of these psychopaths reign of terror sworn cowards….

TIME TO ARREST THE GLOBALIST FASCIST PSYCHOPATHS DUMBING DOWN, MURDERING, AND ENSLAVING OUR PEOPLE..TIME TO ARREST THE GLOBALIST FASCIST PSYCHOPATHS CONTROLLING THE COLLAPSING POLICE OF DAMNED AND DOOMED NEW BABYLON AMERICA, AND IT IS TIME TO DISARM THE COWARDLY TREASONOUS AND DAMNED UNITED STATES CORPORATION GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ALLOWING ALL THIS DOMESTIC TERROR TO OUR PEOPLE TO HAPPEN ON THEIR WATCH!!!!!

        • Ron, uh, if you mean the OTHER side should disarm, I can agree with that. No way any of us will disarm.

        • Welcome back Ron. I missed you!

          • I pop in one day a week when I come in from my off grid bugout location during this CIVIL WAR we are in RIGHT NOW with the most vile, most evil, most disgusting, most murderous, most genocidal United States CORPORATION Government from the festering vile evil pit of stinking slimy psychopathic treasonous criminal Republican and Democrat filth in the inner pits of the bowels of hell in Washington DC.

      21. A question, he is a teenager, not working, but he bought an AR-15 and other weapons, ammo and mags. Where did he get the money?

        • Reportedly had an 800K trust fund.

      22. Mass shootings affirm the need for gun rights for self-defense against the shooters, tactically, and against their apparent instigators, strategically, who use the shootings as their pretext for their massively-armed government’s violation of individuals’ right to self-defense. Gun-control propagandists like to keep the masses mistaking offense (instigated for that purpose?) for defense in order to foment the clamor for government’s gun-enforced disarmament of the American people (the Militia, who’s hundred-millions of guns aren’t used by them to hurt anyone, unless in self-defense) so they won’t be a potential continental resistance to the coming socialist world government totalitarian takeover of society.

        • Well I like to use assault weapons to blow the shit out of spotted owls and desert tortiouses and bald eagles too! It is a blast to go to the ocean beach and blow the hell out of seals and whales and dolphins. My fav thing is tannerite bouy’s with sardines attached, when the go to get a bite I blow them to smithereen’s! I wish I had a nuke I could blow a pod of whales up with! [sarcasm off].

      23. email sent to Governor Asa Hutchinson –

This issue is not ‘guns’. It is the fact ‘our schools are soft targets.’ If we eliminate our schools from being soft targets this would be a step in the right direction to mitigate the loss of life.

School districts do not have the resources, nor do taxpayers need to fund school districts with surveillance or added security. Addressing the soft target problem would be the first step. We accomplish this by providing ‘certain’ concealed carry holders who are educators, administrators, or coaches our enhanced concealed carry class. The training is already in place. There may be only one, or a handful, or individuals granted the right to conceal on campus or in the school. It is a deterrent. It is a non-cost factor to the schools and the people of Arkansas.

Additional support and training could come from the NRA, the US Concealed Carry Association, Arkansas State Police, corporate donations, among others. Furthermore, there are ex-military, retired law enforcement, current LEO who would volunteer their time to eliminate the soft target problem.

      24. Sent the email to Asa Monday.

      25. Excellent article, long, but worth reading.

Problem is, I don’t think they aim a frontal attack. They are having too much success turning the kids into toxic legal drug users, and labeling them all as mentally incompetent. Worse yet, they have succeeded in making them autistic, confused, addicted to degeneracy, and practically illiterate.

God help the youth. They need to be armed. Give every teenager over the age of twelve an automatic weapon. Bullying solved.

        Mass shootings will end quickly.

        • “God help the youth. They need to be armed. Give every teenager over the age of twelve an automatic weapon. Bullying solved.”

Yep cause the little pretards will all kill eachother the first day! Hey that’s not a bad idea….

          • ????

          • Genius, now there’s a nice thought. Libturds killing each other. That would save us a lot of effort and ammo, LOL.

      26. all the talk about gun control disappears overnite when the need for them re-appears for this current generation …

saw a little bit of it around St Louis with the long drawn out Ferguson “disturbance” – and again when the stupid black cunt mayor of Baltimore gave the rioters “room to express themselves” …

anyone that lived thru the 1960s and was half awake for the 1992 Central LA Riots knows EXACTLY how important gun protection is – and even then it didn’t get as bad as it could of – not even close ….

when this current generation experiences the burning, looting, raping and just plain getting shit on – talk of gun control will disappear for the next couple of generations – older generation reminding the younger why the old shotgun upstairs is a necessity ….

      27. On reloading on a tight budget I’ve found , A 30 dollar pound of powder and a 30 $ brick of primers you can make a thousand rounds of ammo. Using a pin punch to remove old primer and a bolt to insert new as a Lee hand loader does. Cut a 1 1/2 inch square peace of heavy duty paper slide to bottom of case as tube, powder tissue wad ,and BBs cut lead wheel weights, fishing sinkers ,stones.silicon caulk ,trim . Best in revolvers. Kind of like a homemade snake load.Better then nothing?

      28. Only your enemy ,wants you disarmed?

      29. Maybe the “coward” thought it was part of the drill instead of actual armed shooter. Just a thought

      30. Take the stupid gun free zone signs down and put up armed guard in building during school hours and I guarantee the risk will go down to almost zero. This is cheap easy and would work without crushing gun rights. I can’t believe our leadership hasn’t figured this out yet. No one has to carry a gun if they don’t want to. Those that do can concealed so there is never any way a kid plotting this shit could know who is packing. you don’t need to be a security consultant to understand this. The risk cannot be eliminated but reduced to almost no chance of it happening. School administrations have failed.

      31. This comment, that President Trump made, was in a February 19th thread.

“I would love to be able to bring back our country into a great form of unity,” Trump said. “And without a major event where people pull together, that’s hard to do. But I would like to do it without that major event because usually that major event is not a good thing.” That says it all.

      32. Interesting article from Mike Adams at censored.news stating the Parkland school shooting was allowed to happen. Broward County sheriff Scott Israel ordered his deputies to stand down as the shooting was going on inside the school. He was also connected to Debbie Wasserman Shultz and likened himself to Abraham Lincoln and Ghandi. Adams said the CNN show where students were given question to ask was like an episode of Jerry Springer. Sounds about right.

        • As I have been saying:

“All the world is a stage”
          William Shakespeare

It appears that the real world has more in common with “Men In Black” and “Enemies Of The State” than certainly the mainstream news. Their control network must be at least equal to what is portrayed in movies.

        • Aljamo, it’s also come out that the sheriff is a [GAG ON A SPOON] Hillary supporter so he also supports gun control. So this scumbucket thinks he’s a Lincoln or Gandhi? GMAFB! If he’s like OUR Gandhi I know he’s a loser.

      33. the argument is that we need to depend upon government and in the Florida shooting the police to protect. what we saw was not just the time it took to arrive to subdue the shooter but the refusal of the officers to take action to protect. so if we have no one protecting us then we must have the right to protect ourselves. this is not negotiable.
because these citizens are children doesn’t invalidate their right to defend themselves. Admitted children do not usually have the temperament in making good decisions with firearms We as parents and citizens must provide the protection. we hire officers to do this. we need faster and people who are willing to step up and defend. many teachers are not only willing but just as capable as any officer. it is time to persuade these parents with the closed minds that they are just as guilty for allowing these events because they refuse to admit that a teacher is quite able to defend.

      35. If they take up all the guns, then the whole country will be like Chicago and they have the most stringent gun laws in the US………

      36. The British gave up their guns and now their government puts them in jail for facebook posts and floods their neighborhoods with muslims.

      37. Now youtube banning more channels

      38. Just stumbled across this. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. Too many of these people have connections that are close to the intelligence community.

      39. AUSTRALIAN GUN LAWS WERE A FAILURE.

The Media is run a campaign to promote Australian style gun laws as a solution to mass shootings. What they don’t tell you is that they failed here.

The murder rate in Australia was totally unaffected by the Draconian gun laws. Yes, there were less murders with guns but there were but there were more murders with knives and blunt instruments. The net change was zero.

Then they tell you there have been no stranger mass shootings in Australia since the gun laws were introduced. They don’t tell you there have been family based massed shootings and gang mass shootings. There have been stranger mass killings with fire and vehicles as weapons.

The media are telling a very selective and misleading truth.

If the case for gun bans was so strong why all the misleading statistics? Why can’t they be truthful about it?

        Mark Ellis

Vice-President NSW Branch – Liberal Democratic Party.

      40. In the history of America, there has never been more so called immigrants in the county at one time than today. Add these entitlement people along with the millennials and snowflakes that demand entitlements, along with the 75% of blacks born as bastards and you got 300 million reasons to pack.

        • Bert

I don’t think that statement is accurate. 1890-1920 had a MASSIVE influx of immigrants.

      41. I have a question.
If a background check is required to filter criminals from getting guns…
What are criminals doing in the public in the first place ?

Doesn’t this mean that the controllers whole approach is distorted in the first place, and now wants to punish the public for it.

      42. Its now come to light that the Sheriff of the Florida county where the school shooting happened. Also dropped the ball he was warned about the guy. But he is a hellery loving lib gew.

      43. My opinion is if a teacher wants to carry a concealed weapon to school. No one needs to know. its not anyone elses business. I certainly want them to be armed if they wish. We should know by now declaring a place to be a gun free zone does not work. Arkansas has a provision that you can open carry or conceal carry no permit needed. But if you have a concealed carry permit you cannot open carry. Ive always carried most times concealed. But my hand gun has a barrel longer than 10 &1/2 inches. that made a difference before the current laws where passed.

      44. I can’t ascertain the validity but it was sent to me. Its VERY plausible.

A researcher has revealed that there was a long standing agreement between the school system and the police to back off in enforcing the law. It started with ignoring the minor and progressed to over looking major infractions. That too many student arrests was reflecting badly on the school system. That it endangered the flow of funding from Washington. And as you know, funding is paramount.

      45. Americans, please don’t listen to libtards that replace THINKING with EMOTIONAL JUMPS TO CONFUSION. The issue is not firearms, it is the sociopathic criminals and deranged nut cases. Both of those groups are HUMANS (using the term loosely). I just watched libtard Chris Wallace interview Rick Scott (Gov. of FL). Wallace wants assurances that nobody will ever be in danger again. Is Wallace a 2 year old? Nobody lives in a world of 100% security. A free country has inherent risk. Totalitarian governments killed millions of people last century. Snowflakes need to grow up.

      46. I wish the coach who stood in front of the students and was killed would of been armed. and I read the same things about the ignoring of crimes as Kevin mentioned

      47. Just picked up 2 more “slingshots”!

      48. “They” are already doing just that. I’ve lost two husbands, each had significant numbers of firearms and both times, ALL of my weapons were taken and never returned. Of course there’s much more to the story, and I was not present either time, but the point is, I should’ve been able to get them back and I could not. This is already happening…there was NO DUE PROCESS WHATSOEVER’. The last bunch was in my bedroom, partly in a locked gun safe and about seven shotguns and rifles behind my clothes. I was in Hawaii. My was not supposed to be in my room, or near the guns, but his ex-wife called the police because she was angry with him, and it went downhill from there. The point is…no guns were ever returned.
