Those who are connected to the crimes and misdemeanors of the Clinton crime cartel live in hiding for fear of their lives.
Of course there was funneling of money going on. The Wikileaks and Guccifer 2.0 hacks went along way in documenting the quid pro quo nature of Clinton diplomacy.
Back in the 90s, it was selling nuclear secrets to China, and schmoozing with high powered Chinese individuals, caught up in real estate deals, fundraising schemes and the like.
So it is little surprising, though certainly alarming, that this story has surfaced of a Chinese-American businessman who is living in hiding and who felt compelled to make an ‘insurance policy’ video detailing his involvement in the Clinton admin’s “Chinagate” which involved laundered funds from high powered Chinese businessmen:

The Chinese-American Clinton fundraiser recorded the ‘elaborate videotaped testimony’ while in hiding in 2000.
He smuggled it to trusted friends and family with instructions to release it to the media in the event of his untimely death because he believed he was at risk of being assassinated.
Chung is believed to still be alive and living in China.
It seems that there were some implicit threats being made against him from within the system just ahead of his testimony. His FBI protection was lifted and he was tauntingly instructed to ‘call 911’ if he felt his life was in danger.
Here are the highlight excerpts of his confession video:
If one reads between the lines, and it seems clear that a threat was made against Chung to coerce him into keeping his mouth shut and saying nothing that could indict the sitting President, the First Lady or their network of operatives.
Chung described on the tape how Democrats on the House Committee on Government Reform tried to dissuade him from testifying publicly before the committee by sending his attorney a letter telling him he could plead the Fifth Amendment.

The FBI in Los Angeles began providing around-the-clock protection for him. But just a few days before Chung was scheduled to testify before a grand jury, the FBI headquarters in Washington called off the protection detail and told Chung he would have to make the trip alone.

‘I called the FBI office and offered to [speak with] the US assistant attorney again on the phone,’ said Chung. ‘And he said ‘Mr. Chung your case is over. As a normal American citizen what do you do if you feel your life is in danger? You just call 911.’
Chung’s connections to elite Chinese businessmen apparently went all the way to the top of the chain. It is evident that a foreign power influenced the iconic American president to the point of buying him out.

No, not in jail at all. The remedy for treason is clearly spelled out in the US Constitution. They need to be taken to the gallows and it should be broadcast on all the major networks to let all the other traitors know (All of the cowards in Congress) this is what awaits you for your treasonous acts against the people of the United States and your failure to uphold the sacred Oath you took to protect the Constitution.

Johnny Chung has been running around these type of circles for quite some time. Do your research….only reason he’s alive is he left the country & knows he’s a marked man if he had stayed. The Bill/Hillary mafia can’t get at him in China…?
This story is HUGE and has not been pursued in detail by the media. Parts of the government are trying to do something while other parts are working 24/7 to cover it up. It is as follows:
– the Obama administration covered up an exploding scandal of bribery and corruption involving the United Nations because of the direct and long-standing links and connections to the Clintons. This was to avoid any embarrassing reveals during the election campaign.
– the central figure in the scandal, UN general assembly head John Ashe was arrested by the FBI and charged with shaking down people for bribes during the ongoing negotiations for the UN’s development goals. He later had an accident with a barbell just before he was to appear in court. His wife maintains it was weird he was weightlifting since he had been warned by his doctors after several heart scares not to do exercise. The police also said they thought the crime scene seemed “weird”.
– the Chinese bag man, who was trying to bribe the UN into building a massive UN complex in China, was placed under house arrest, was on both the Interpol hot list and the Las Vegas hot list for people not to do business with – but the UN did.

Seriously though, why do these people always cower in corners. Justice is never served through weak, cowering, snivelling jellyfish, man up, Mr. CHUNG.
I agree: the Chinese need to get some backbone and integrity and call out those amongst them who are corrupt. But, to be fair, the FBI has been sitting on this stuff and dragging its feet in prosecuting the people in this scandal.
The endemic and systemic corruption is right across all levels of government. The problem is that the authorities know about it (there are intercepts up the wha-zoo on this) but do not pursue cases because of the powerful politicians who would get caught up in any trial. The judiciary needs to re-assert its power and role as a check on unfettered political power and abuses and corruption. Robert Kennedy was the sort of person who could do that; his crusade against organised crime cleared out a lot of the mafia. Today, we need a similar character: a strong person who has the integrity to go after the big players in government and international diplomacy and run down the scoundrels and their corrupt networks that lead into sex trafficking, drug dealing, weapons and financial crimes. There is ample evidence to do this: it just takes a courageous person to lead.
