    It is tax day again.

Chances are, you’re done with the dirty business this year, or laying low in hopes that you aren’t audited or flat out persecuted. If not, the clock is quickly ticking.

But it is worth pointing out once again the many ways in which the federal tax scheme in the United States is illegal.

Moreover, the spending by the Federal government and the role of the Federal Reserve in issuing money create overlapping levels of evil that have driven the American people into mere serfs – albeit with cool toys and great TV reception.

Former IRS Special Agent Joe Bannister explains to CNBC what he found out about the reality of the tax code:

Essentially, its many pages are a work of legal fiction, operating under ‘color of law’ and used to oppress the people, and separate established wealth from everyone else.

Bannister argues that by the books, the incomes of most Americans are not subject to the tax code, but the use of intimidation and nebulous code language has prevented the vast majority from discovering the truth.

In this vintage clip, then-Congressman Ron Paul argues that the 16th Amendment wasn’t properly ratified, leaving the 1913 “law” dubious at best.

Nonetheless, the use of intimidation and the custom of “death and taxes” has left millions and millions of people guilty until proven innocent, often labeled as “tax cheats” who are targeted without due process and with police state vengeance… now, they are attaining the power to revoke your passport if you don’t pay what they say you owe!

Will the American people ever be free from the burden of illegal taxation?

The late Aaron Russo, who produced several classic Hollywood films, put it all out in his documentary “America: Freedom vs. Fascism.”

If you haven’t seen it, Russo digs into the questions behind the questions and exposes the naked fraud that is holding America hostage.

This is a must see documentary… and one to share with friends and family while they still have the nation’s ridiculous and obscene tax burden on their minds.

Make no mistake – simply knowing about this information will not protect you. As Russo has noted, the system is very much like a mob. If you don’t pay, they might hurt you, fine you, penalize you or even jail you. But none of that makes it right, fair or legal.

April 15th should be a reminder of how little freedom is left in the nation that so-often prides itself on being the leader of the free world – but the last thing Washington would ever do is let people be.

              • Here ya go…..
2 lbs. dark barley malt extract
                1 lb. rye malt extract
                1 lb. corn sugar
                9 lbs. cane sugar
Mix together in a 5 gallon bucket and add hot water to the 4 gallon mark. Mix well and add 6 teaspoons of fermax yeast nutrient and stir well. When the temp. is 85-90F add 2 teaspoons of distillers yeast, cover, ferment for 2 weeks. After the fermentation take enough small oak chips to fill a gallon jug 1.25 inches and put them on a cookie sheet and char them with a propane torch (70% blackened) add the chips to the jug and fill with cooked whiskey and shake well. Leave the jug in a heated place for 24 hours then put in a freezer for 24 hours and repeat the freeze/heat process at least 4 times shaking it up every time. Filter the juice through 2 layers of cheesecloth and enjoy! 🙂 P.S. You can save the chips in the jug for reuse….

                • WARNING: This stuff can be hazardous to your health! After falling off the porch and over several pieces of furniture I am still sore lol 😛

      2. Self Explanatory (from the Supreme Court no less)…

“If there is no gain, there is no income.” [1] …It [income] is not synonymous with receipts. Simply put, pay from a job is a ‘wage,’ and wages are not taxable. Congress has taxed income, not compensation.” United States Supreme Court Conner v. United States. 303 F. Supp. 1187 (1969) pg. 1191: 47 C.J.S. Internal Revenue 98, Pg. 226. (Emphasis added).

        and…

“The claim that salaries, wages, and compensation for personal services are to be taxed as an entirety and therefore must be returned by the individual… is without support, either in the language of the Act or in the decisions of the courts construing it… it is not salaries, wages or compensation for personal services that are to be included in gross income. That which is to be included is gains, profits, and income derived from salaries, wages, or compensation for personal services.” United States Supreme Court, Lucas v. Earl, 281 U.S. 111 (1930). (Emphasis added).

        and…

“We must reject in this case…the broad contention submitted in behalf of the Government that all receipts – everything that comes in – are income within the proper definition of the term ‘gross income’…” United States Supreme Court Doyle v. Mitchell Brother, Co., 247 US 179 (1918).

        • Bill, unfortunately since the bankruptcy in 1933 no supreme court decision before that time has to be allowed in court……

          • True or False? We don’t have to pay Income Taxes. Chemtrails will kill all the weeds in your yard. Floride will kill you, but you’ll still have nice teeth at Ninety!

            • Since you agree to being a corporation then yes you have to pay.

              • Corporations, as creations of the state, are subject to any conditions and taxes imposed by the government. They are subject to a federal income tax by Title 26, section 11.

Individuals with “taxable income” are subject to a federal income tax by Title 26. section 1. Taxable income is left up to the imagination of the observer. (This is the 1954 structure. The 1939 section asserted a tax on all individuals.) If an individual utilizes the tabulated values in section 1, they have acquiesced for the alleged tax by assuming they received taxable income. If the government wishes to consider their employees are receiving taxable salaries, they may do so.

A corporate tax (Section 11) is never alleged in any income tax indictment served on individuals.

Do not know of any action I have taken wherein I acquiesced to the status of a corporation. I assert that I am a sovereign citizen. Where has such action been declared unacceptable by the courts ??

Taxation is a matter of sovereignty. The sovereign is not a suitable subject of a tax.

                • Title 26, section 1, is never cited in any indictment as the required “known legal duty” for a valid indictment.

          • Can you cite any authority for this assumption ??

          • Can you cite any authority for the assumption that pre 1933 adjudication cannot be cited as authoritative because of “bankruptcy” ??

          • The 1969 one still stands. Older rulings are not completely disregarded. Many old rules are still used as reference. Wages area not income.

            • I do not find any 1969 relevant Supreme Court adjudication dealing with the income tax, bankruptcy of the United States, or declaration that pre 1933 cases are inherently void. Do you guys have any citations for the claims ?

The question of whether wages are income is irrelevant. Where is there any section (law) in Title 26 that imposes a tax on an individual sovereign citizen’s compensation for labor ? If it exists, I assume it should be in every indictment issued to prosecute violation of that statute.

[The income tax on corporations is Title 26, section 11.]

              • If it is of interest, the income tax on nonresident aliens is section 871. Non citizens do not have constitutional rights. An excise tax may be applied to them for the privilege of being allowed into the United States.

The income tax on sovereign citizens has never been definitively adjudicated to be an excise tax. In the Springer case (cira 1875), the SC declared the income tax must be a duty, excise, or impost because it is not a direct tax. [Springer attempted to prove the income tax was a direct tax. He allowed the burden of proof to be shifted to him. The court required him to prove there was NO POSSIBLE WAY the tax MIGHT be valid. It was impossible to meet that BOP. The BOP is similarly shifted in contemporary cases.]

      3. Unfortunately Joe Bannister has no legal authority or status.

As numerous people who have lost everything they had or gone to jail can attest.

      4. All arguments on the IRS tax code etc are deemed frivolous by the Federal tax Courts. They have to in order to protect the Mafia….I mean banksters and The Gooberment .

I’ve met Joe ( Shelia Peel Jackson too )….nice fellow. He and his cohort Shelia Peel Jackson were brought up on charges…Joe won…Shelia didn’t .

      5. Until we are willing to start killing IRS agents and employees on sight, every one of them, and anybody that attempts to protect IRS employees, just pay your taxes and shut up.
I just sent off my check. I’m poor so they don’t get much, but it still irks me.
If everybody was like me and only paid once a year, we might be able to get someone’s attention, but most the sheeple want “their” refunds.

        • “but most the sheeple want “their” refunds”

Sadly, you are very much correct.
These kinds of people don’t realize how much of their own percentage of money goes to the Government … as long as they get a little bit back in return and it keeps them happy.

This Game called Income Tax will continue, until they actually realize – that they have been getting screwed over.

          • Even if they realize it, what will they really do? All of us here on this board probably realize what is going on, yet how many of us have ever done anything substantive to try and change it? If we won’t rise up against tyranny, how can we expect the less informed to do so?

            • I stopped paying and fought them for 7 years. Lawfully I kicked their ass, legally I lost. I have a stack of papers a foot high of shit I filed with them and copies of everything. If you work a normal job you will lose, it just takes a while. Irwin Schiff was right but went about it the wrong way. He fought them on their turf (corporate law). I have a copy of his book “The Federal Mafia” but it teaches people to use their system and that doesn’t work (neither does the common law system) and brother you had better cross every T and dot every I. I have known soveriegns from different methods and everyone of them eventually got theyre ass kicked by the IRS. So yes, I tried and tried but in the end I learned there is NO LAW.

              • And with Tax Liens, it makes it difficult to get credit for anything and that’s why those with liens don’t put any money in the bank system, to get confiscated, and have resorted to having to pay cash for everything. When they ban cash, then what? PM’s? Barter?

I send the IRS Mafia a check every month. Hopefully the institution will be dissolved, before I have to pay in full.

Only way to beat the IRS, is don’t make any money from any employer.

                ~WWTI…

                • “Only way to beat the IRS, is don’t make any money from any employer”
                  Or get 1099’s.

                • Nah, you won’t be able to beat them with barter or trade. They’ll just make a federal tax code ‘adjustment’ making barter a profit venture. Like they already attempted in Louisianna to make all Private property transactions subject to paper trails ostensibly to better monitor ‘illegal transfer of stolen property’.

It’s our own faults. It always amazes me how most people always try to ‘skirt around’ the problem and beat them at their own game, instead of just using the tools the Framers gave us to change things.

‘They’ make all these proprietary agenda based anti-Constitutional laws and administrative mandates, and we should simply slap them down and/or nullify and change them, thus solving the problem once and for all.

That’s what ‘WE, the People’ means! It’s why the Framers set it up to be “…of the people, by the people, and for the people”

Right after we change the Gun Control problem by reversing all previous gun control laws and legislation, We should eliminate the IRS until the majority of us approve of the tax system.

Otherwise, it will never change, and it can get worse!

            • I’m doing all I can. I pay as little as possible. The rest gets added to the installment plan. Right now, it’s stretched out for at least 8 to 10 years. If SHTF happens sooner rather than later, I’ll get out of ever paying most of the taxes.

Pretending to be simple and pretending to play along has made every IRS person I’ve ever talked to treat me very kindly. I talked to one yesterday and told her that I was trying to do the right thing and pay taxes on money I made on the side, but the IRS was just taking too much of it, so I’m not going to work any more. I didn’t say anything about John Galt, because she probably wouldn’t understand. I also didn’t tell her that I may work a little, but it will be small, unreported cash payments. When it’s less than $600, the payor doesn’t have to file a 1099.

I worked my state income tax down to zero this year. The only taxable income (for state purposes) was less than the standard deduction. So I’ll get back every penny of the withheld money.

So I’m doing what I can.

              • Archivist, good for you. Funding your own demise is immoral to say the least. I have a friend who is a multi millionaire and pays 0 taxes. He is a freakin genius if there ever was one. He writes off so much shit it’s hilarious. A lot of the things he writes off are red flag stuff too and he gets audited and wins that too lol. His son is also a millionaire and refuses to file and fights them all the way. I don’t know how he is doing, I haven’t talked to him for sometime but the son was filing shit left and right and by now has probably lost (he has a lot of his wealth in phys. silver) so it is under the radar and confiscation proof. So if you are very smart and have the money and assets (the right kind of assets) you can beat them at theyre own game. I absolutely loved to sit and talk with him and hear his stories, I respect him more than any man I know. Always strive to pay the least amount possible!

                • Beating the IRS using their own rule book is actually much easier than most people think. Rule of thumb is don’t work “for the man.” Have your own small businesses, preferably several, and write off breathing. You keep what you earn, pay minimal taxes (if any), and pretty much live large.

            • There really isnt much we can do, were already labled as nuts because of our views on stuff.

                • Genius
                  gotta love taxman…
if they don’t start pumping jobs into this country, ain’t nobody no how gonna pay taxes.
self sufficiency for survival will not pay that 20 trillion debt off

                  • Rebecca,
when this country was changed from a production country to a consuming country we became doomed, and that will not change UNLESS we start being a production country OR something that acts the same way. i am agreeing with you.

                  • That debt can never realistically be paid. I would say disregard it.

                • Genius:

                  Great video.

My solution to taxes is to work less or not at all. When I reached a higher tax bracket, from overtime, I realized I was just working for nothing. It was time away from my precious little grand-daughter, so I went back to only eight hours. Now I’m retired and don’t file but if I did, I would get a check returning the money that was mine in the first place.

I should have become a lawyer and ran for public office. I have some advice for young people. Protect your reputation. Some day you may wish to run for political office. Don’t dress in public in a way that would look bad if someone took your picture. Don’t get drunk or act a fool. We are going to need people to lead the cause for freedom, liberty, and justice in America. Though you don’t realize it now, you are important to that cause.

            • WINSTON SMITH – that sir, is exactly what I have been screaming about on here, for the past two weeks, and actually got half of everyone pissed off at me for daring to suggest it, or that it would be impossible to consider such a thing, etc, etc, etc.
Genius was there so he’s my “yes man” ….(thanks in advance)

They won’t listen nor will they consider standing up to “criminals in government suits or uniforms.” Crazy isn’t it?

              • One of the harshest lessons life ever taught me is that being right doesn’t really matter to most people. Reason is lost on the masses because they lack either the intellectual firepower necessary to want to understand it, or they are so indifferent that there is no way to make them want to care in the first place. Since the ability and desire to think critically is absent, the only way to sway them is with an emotional plea. However, that only works if it is about something they can immediately relate to like hunger or sex and not for abstract concepts like freedom of political speech since they do not wish to speak of politics in the first place. Intellect breeds curiosity. Now just think about how many truly curious people you have ever known and compare that to the ones who never question anything and you begin to grasp the true extent of the problem.

                • Winston Smith
This is an iteration of one of the things you talked with me about that has had an impact on me. I am emotional like everyone, but I also have logic and curiosity. I am please to see you write this in a little different way because it is valuable information.
Keep up the contributions. I hope things are okay at work, if I remember correctly there were changes happening.

                  • Things are still up in the air for me at work. Some of it is social and about perceptions and some of it is about structural changes on the way. The social issues stem from me being the only person who works my shift that does not smoke pot and the friction that causes. I’m also only one of 3 or 4 politically interested people where I work out of around 35 employees, and my speech is fairly proper which pisses people off in a fast food environment. Plus, with a bad back, it is becoming increasingly difficult for me to do what is required of me. I am planning to try and deal with these things the best I can as quickly as possible but there is only so much I can do. As I make good money right now, I plan to stay here as long as I can and try to use my insurance to get the back surgery I need. Once that is done, I should be in better shape for whatever follows. I have enough in savings to pay several years worth of bills, so I am not in danger of running out of options, I just need to plan wisely and spend very little while I can work. If it all plays out the way I plan, I should be living in a new location on a few acres and mostly off the grid within the next year, and own the place cash. After that, I could live on very little money if necessary and grow my own food. It all depends on whether the regulatory environment changes against me in that time. In normal times I would see no reason why that would happen as I pose no threat to anyone but these are not normal times. Sorry for the novel, but I figured you would want an update.

                    • Winston Smith,
I did want an update. Get any surgery while it is covered. That is exciting that you are close to acquiring land. I live on a small amount compared to town living, and can grow a lot of food even in the mountains.
It should not matter about lifestyle differences at work, but it does. People run on emotional overload on it… they need validation and agreement. Hard to provide that when you make other choices.
Hang in there, I hope all goes well for you.

                    • Winston, Have you researched your potential retreat location yet? I am already at mine and doing exactly what you are planning. Let me assure you, unless you make the mistake of going too deep in the wilderness, which is an unnecessary romantic fantasy with diminishning returns, you will never look back on the consciousness ‘shift’. I only regret i didn’t make the ‘move’ sooner.

If you are interested in one of, if not THE best, BOLs for all things considered, let me know. It’s always good to have another reasonably objective neighbor in the area.

        • And the “Dead Horse” is revived once again… Only to be kicked in the head… Same as it ever was… Stop paying the henchman and see what you get.

        • EXACTLY!!! Their time is coming, from the politicians to the bankers and big business families all the way to nosy ass hoa busy bodies and those rigged good old boy corrupt local government ass wipes!!!

      6. R.I.P. Irwin Schiff

        • RIP US Constitution….

          • If that is truth, then so is:

            **********************RIP AMERICA*********************

LAND OF ALLAH =CHRISTIAN FREE ZONE= SHARIA RULES

      7. Former IRS Agent Admits: “Personal Income Tax is Actually Illegal”

Indeed it is & completely unConstitutional!
But we have a Government who behaves in an unConstitutional manner.

It shouldn’t be no surprise there!

        • The Soviet Union had a constitution with pretty good guarantees of human rights in it but it didn’t matter. All that mattered was the willingness to follow it to the letter or to ignore it because without a government that actually abides by it, it’s just a worthless piece of paper. This is what we have in most Western “Democracies” today: governments formed with the best of intentions but run by the worst of psychopaths, and a public too scared/indifferent to really do anything to change it.

        • Agreed.

“Liberty,” as secured by the Fifth and 14th amendments, includes the right to pursue a livelihood. Constitutional Rights are not suitable objects for revenue taxation. If an income tax could confiscate the earnings from the sweat of your brow, the government could take 100% of your earnings. The sovereign citizens would be reduced to slaves. The Constitution would be stood on its head by one law. The courts have never said otherwise.

The courts allow 26 USC ##7201 – 7215 in bogus indictments. Those penalty provisions have been applied to all (70-85) taxes collected by the IRS. They do not identify “a known legal duty” which is required for a valid indictment. The tax is a scam.

The 16th Amendment is a moot issue. The Pollock case was officially overturned by South Carolina v. Baker, 485 US 505 (1988). The Pollock case only declared taxes on capital investments was unconstitutional. The entire tax (on earnings from labor) was merely voided. Congress could have revived a tax on labor (subject to challenge) without an amendment.

      8. does a bum living on the streets, begging for change pay income taxes?if not,why should I?

        • Call the IRS and ask them lol.

        • Cause he makes less than $10k annually?

        • To a knowitall, a question mark should be a nonexisting symbol! Trekker Out. Just Saying.

        • Because you have something to lose and the government is better armed than you are allowed to be. It’s not that you are wrong, it’s that you are weaker than the bully trying to steal your lunch money. If you want to change that, you need to be part of a very large movement that, at the end of the day, may not win and may still get you killed before it’s all over. It’s really a matter of how bad you think the situation is then, and whether it is worth the risk it would take to change it. This is why most of us begrudgingly continue to pay our taxes. It’s not that we want to, it’s that we know that our lives will be made worse if we don’t.

Drudge cracks me up sometimes. Here are two headlines that are on his site right now, last two stories in the right-hand column:

“Death from ruptured testicle leads to murder charge.
High-tech Cali nut heists prove hard to crack.”

          Getting down toward the end.
My apologies for no posts, but I’m in the end stages. The docs give me about 4 weeks and I still have a lot to get done before I check out. I’ll have more later today (I hope) about projects still in motion but right now that’s all I can muster. God bless you all for the many prayers and support you have extended to me and my family.

            • grandee, I know we have our differences about god but your a good man and trust me, you will be fine. You aren’t going to hell you are going back to the arms of your creator and on to a new adventure! Most all of my family has died and I know they are ok. I am sad you are leaving and I hope you are not in pain. It’s good you have time to get your affairs in order (I have had to deal with unorganized affairs). I will think of you and wish you the best. I feel the people in your life will also be just fine. I’m sorry you are leaving us so soon as I just got to know you but like I said, you will be fine ( damn pussin out on all the action thats unfolding here lol). I hope you had a long and adventurous life and thanks for sharing. In some ways I envy you, gettin out while the gettins’ good. I will still be here fighting the good fight as will the rest of us. I will pray for you in my own way that you will have a good transition and have my back. Keep us informed, some of us here care!

          • Grandee, I have appreciated all you have posted here, and I hate to hear that.
Please do not have fear, we all have to go one day.
But you are a great woman, and you will be okay.
            Luv ya gal…

            • Just read that a third time, grandee you are not leaving us, correct???

              • I think grandee is a woman and was sharing someone else’s eminent demise

            • I’m so sorry ! We have a miss-un-communication.

The above article is about Mike Vanderboegh, from the blog spot
              sipseystreetirregulars.

He is the one who is passing and I thought you all would like to know.

Really sorry for the terrible mix up.

Please keep Mike in your prayers as he is one of the few good preppers, mover shakers of the prepping/constitutional community.

Again, so very sorry for the mix up. I’m so embarrassed. I wish there was a delete button or fix it button.

Oh Genius, I’m a she. 🙂 Grandee is short for Grandma.
              George H. is hubby’s fav.

              Remember Mike V. (dutchman6).

          • Sorry to hear this news. May the Son lift you up and carry you home.

      12. I will be surprised if this guy does not end up “Breitbarted” soon, and no mention of it in the lamestream media…

      13. Just do like me,,,
        Dont make any money!

        • Ha ha ha, good one! At least not on paper lol 😉

      14. Me too, I don’t remember ever paying income tax. Way back when, I always got a refund.

      15. I’m going to let this fly,I don’t care who says what. I’ve been saving for food storage and other preps for awhile now,and I’m just about fed up with all these so-called prepper sites. First, the stuff is way too expensive. The sites realize they have us over a barrel.Second, they are RUDE. They don’t care a damn about you the prepper, just the almighty dollar. Third,I spent the entire day yesterday looking for lanterns, suddenly no one has any,but will gladly sell you something you don’t want/need.I called several major prepper places who advertise these ‘specials’. All out. From now on,I will patronize local stores here in Arizona for non-food items, some which charge quarter for what the prepper sites sell them for. Example: a lantern I was wanting to get on site, sells for $24.95. At my local surplus store:$8.99. The same damn thing. What a rip off these companies are

        • Seriously your just now figuring that out? Oh well better late than never. I only buy freeze dried stuff when it’s on a super good sale. Buckets and mylar bags and Costco bulk food will do the trick for a fraction of the price. You can find people selling prepper food on craigslist cheap too. I got 1/2 ton of wheat in double bagged long term storage packaging for 5 bux a bag off craigslist! I bought 2 cases of mtn. house chicken for 24 bux a can from beprepared.com on sale once. I got a case of freeze dried beef for 120 bux on ebay. I got several 45 lb. pails of beans from auguson farms for 25 bux each. I can go on all day with deals I get, YOU just need to learn to shop….

          • G, did we all not go thru that learning curve?
I know I did way back then for a while.
Maybe Southside is relatively new at this.

At least she wants to learn, and that is great…
            Be well all…

            • True, I appologize. I was there too lol. Happy Mac’s day eppe! Nobody replied on the other thread 🙁

              • Happy Mac Day back at ya.
I keep telling readers to research the archives for a reason, tons of info.
And no need to apoligize, we all come here to learn.

                Thanks, Mac…

                  • Pink is a favorite. If Syd had not freaked on LSD, they never would have gotten Gilmore.
What direction would they have gone?
                    Bad joke posted before…

What does Dale Earnhardt and Pink Floyd have in common???

Last big hit was ‘The Wall’.

        • Southside:
Go where you get the best deal. Most here are conscious consumers. I look to make my time and effort count for something. Quality at the lowest price. Durability, USA made preferred. Made in Germany is sometimes good or better. I buy small amounts, use them, evaluate, and then buy a lot if I think I need them. I start with what I already buy. If I use it all the time, I just buy ten times more of it than I used to. I find not running out of stuff takes away a lot of stress. I have limited space. And I’m probably going to travel. So I’m not going to shop for tractors. But I have enough coffee filters made with natural non-chlorinated bleach and some that have been bleached, to filter a swimming pool. If you aren’t having fun, you’re probably not doing it right.

          • BfCA, and always buy what you eat.
On long term items, ask for samples, many will let you have a few to try.
My mixture of foodstuffs came about from years of trying stuff.
And think outside the box, canned is long lasting and relatively cheap.
I am stating this for southside, because I am not preaching to the choir…

            • eppe, I used to buy the cheaper dehydrated stuff and tried it. It was ok but the shelf life is half or less of freeze dried. Canned is good but you need to rotate it and I am not a fan of canned food. I used some and the rest I ended up throwing out. After a few years of this cycle I decided I would get freeze dried as much as possible because of shelf life, and nutritional value. It is a lot lighter and takes a lot less room to store (a premium). I still have a shitload of dehydrated stuff and I store it well considering. Dollar for dollar though I buy freeze dried now as I don’t have to rotate it and it retains most of the nutrition. Canned food will freeze and blow the can outward and well,,, eeeehhh. If you shop wisely you can get good deals on freeze dried. I know, I have been doing it for over 20 years lol.

              • Seems like space is always a problem.
Know what you mean, and rotation is always needed.
How ever and what ever you store, rotate…

      16. An IRS agent who says the 16tb admendment is illegal? He is also a constitutional law expert. This issue has been challenged by multiple people and never ends well. Don’t go to prison based on a idiot. Pay your taxes and then fight the legality. Don’t convince yourself that this moron is on to something new or you have new knowledge and can avoid taxes. Brought to you by people who have tried stupid shit and have gone to prison since 1970.

      17. Honestly I can say I would not be buying food off of Craigslist. Just like I would not buy Used Electronics, Hookers or someone else’s Reloaded Ammo. You just don’t know what you are getting. Unless you know these people.

CL is good for a lot of other items though. I also Sold a ton of stuff, off CL.

        ~WWTI…

        • WWTI, I have found deals from people who’s parents died and they just want to get rid of it. The cans or cases have expiration dates and/or manufacture dates. What is the problem? If you know how it was stored and know anything about long term food you will be ok. Also have seen preppers that went broke and need money, that works for me! Don’t write it off so fast, if you are smart you will be fine and save a shitload of bux…..

      18. Remembering April 19th, 1775-
The Battle of Lexington Green, when the British moved to sieze arms and ammo… when Paul Revere rode to warn that they were coming to disarm and imprison…

The Shot Heard ‘Round the World.

      19. Actually, the IRS Code is completely constitutional, it is just applied un-constitutionally. Most people allow themselves to hold false witness against themselves and thus get into trouble. Truth, in Law, is expressed as an affidavit. An affidavit is assumed to be truth unless rebutted or contested. All those 1099s and W-2s out there are assumed to be truth because almost no one claims otherwise. Remember Snipes? His much celebrated IRS case that he lost spectacularly was because there was un-rebutted 1099s against him that said that he made Federal Income when he did not. His arguments were gleefully considered frivolous by the IRS. It was like arguing your case by saying that the grass is green. Of course it is but it has no relevance to your case. The IRS loves these cases and always trots them out for the April 15 fleecing season.

You can argue until the moon falls but unless you correct the bad data on those 1099s you will be assumed to have “Income” and thus are required to pay “Income Tax”. If you are mad enough to stop the IRS all you have to do is do a little reading to understand how it all happened. Read “Cracking the Code” by Pete Hendrickson for free at: https://www.1215.org/lawnotes/misc/ctcforfree.pdf

I don’t pay state or federal income tax because I don’t have any “Income”. Most of you readers don’t either, but claim you do on your 1040 form and thus you owe and must pay taxes.

I’ve studied this for over 30 years and have seen many “tax arguments”. Most don’t work because they are based upon hope or an imperfect understanding of the Code. It really is quite simple once you understand it. Try reading CTC, it’s free, and once you “get it” you can choose to be free, or not.

      20. Off topic and a total brag:
Just got off the phone with my cousin up by wood Buffalo park seems he married a native woman they both live on the reserve. I’ve been invited to their annual traditional Buffalo hunt two weeks out on the northern tundra the young will use rifles the elders will be doing from horse back with wooden recurve bows making the first kill. Then we hunt I will be allowed to take a bull I’ve not been offered any meat as I’vebeen told iI’m only there as part of the hunting party
Holy shit picked my jaw off the floor and said I’ll be there in 2 days. I’m leaving Sunday morning 6 hour drive there.
Any tips on taking down the largest land mammal in north america? I’m thinking 30-06 Enfield with 180gr from around 200 yards should knock him down. I’m not sure exactly how this hunt will unfold or what the politics or pecking order is. But I was told the elders will make the first kill and a band of 30 or so hunters will break up into groups on horseback and harvest the meat needed for the coming months and all winter. I actually feel very lucky to get to go and see this done never mind I get to pull on one added to the fact there is no hunting season for bison only the local natives are allowed to harvest from that herd.

        • 30.06 should do it at 200. Just make sure you know your rifle and site it in WELL! Nothing worse than chasing a wounded animal all over the country. 1 shot 1 kill. Go practice with the gun and ammo you will be using at different ranges, if you are uncomfortable with the shot DON’T TAKE IT! Not aimed at you but it pisses me off the fuckin weekend cowboys that wound animals and they run off and take a week to die. I never bow hunt for exactly that reason. If your out to kill something KILL IT!

          • Oh , man I’m so stoked I could care less if I get to pull on one the rifle im using I’ve been using since age ten (was my grangfathers)
From what I understand its only the elders that will be using traditional bows /spears from horseback. The hunting parties will all be using modern firearms I didnt ask a lot of questions I was /still am in shock. I did ask about bringing my recurve apparently it would be offence to the elders. So no mention of bows arrows or spears not jinksing it.
I spoke with my cousins wife briefly as she was the one that extended the invitation on behest of her oldest brother.
As I’ve said I have no idea what customs and traditions I’m stepping into. In Canada native land is native land No TRESSPASSING. Totally self governed up there.

            • Hope you get picked to take a bite of the steaming heart of a Buff as it is gutted. An old Indian ritual.

That would be a tuff thing for me to do, but out of respect i would bury my face right in there. I’m sure it wouldn’t be any worse than the time I was drunk back in the eighties, and went down on this girl for about ten minutes and things got to tasting like corn meal. As it turned out, she had a bad yeast infection.

Yea, I always made sure i did a good visual with the lights on after that.

              • Thank you so much for that mental image lol
Don’t think it’ll be me eating Buffalo heart I’m along as a guest. I would think that honor would be for an elder or cheif . If I have to I’ll do it. Couldn’t sleep at all last night ; guns are clean knives to a razor edge all other equipment repaired or replaced.
This is a rare oppertunity. I’ll be calling my cousin tonight and speak with his wife and get more details. I’ll keep everyone here updated as often as I can.

      21. grandee is leaving us forever and you fucks could care less? Fuck every one of you punk ass pricks!!!!

        • Hey dumbass…back off the jug for a sec and read “her” (grandee is a she) comment correctly. It is someone else that is getting ready to check out.

      22. I’ll be leaving as well ya hoo Sunday morning.

      23. Saudi Arabia threatens to sell $750 billion dollars in assets if its role in 9/11 is revealed

        ht tp://www.prisonplanet.com/saudi-arabia-threatens-to-sell-750-billion-dollars-in-assets-if-its-role-in-911-is-revealed.html

our government, both under Bush and Obama has made a willful decision to protect the terrorists in the Saudi government, the murders of 3000 Americans mean nothing to them
their presence at memorial services is a vile, putrid display of hypocrisy at its very worst

sad to say this comes as no surprise

that 28 page report must be absolutely damming

      24. Slavery never ended in the Jewnited States, it merely changed in how it was administered. We are all slaves now. Taxes. The government takes .75 cents of every dollar a slave earns. 30% before you get your paycheck….also called “Federal Taxes”. State tax. Gasoline tax. Wine tax. Beer tax. Property tax. State sales tax. Tire tax. Entertainment tax. Everything a slave does is taxed. There are now too many slaves and the Masters/Government wishes to reduce the slave population…..so……war is on the horizon. Starvation and diseases will complete the job. Too many useless feeders as Henry Kissassinger would say.

      25. By the time July Comes around, we will know what we’re really facing..this is all I have to say for now.. It doesn’t matter anymore what I say, have said.. I told everyone on here what to expect, I talked about wars, callapse and the cabal is busy using Agency trolls to come on here attacking us. Everytime I stop posting because I am busy I keep noticing that the attacks starts on my peers, attack people like Brave, Genius, Sling and other legitimate posters just to name a few.. so they are really trying to silence me, because they know that I am the real deal.. how would guys like to know that I heard from my scientist friend that Texas will be breaking up into 5 separate regions if Trump is removed and the republican primary..Texas I was told has been infiltrated very badly and that it will break up into separate regions, post election…That if Trump takes the white house, America will stay United..just telling what I heard.

        HCKS.

      26. Al Sharpton just said that there should be a “White Tax”. A tax on White People because of all their White privilege. The Black Congressional Caucus probably will propose it, no later than the inauguration. Republicans will say nothing. It will pass.

        • Observer:

That is an excellent idea by Mr. Al Sharpton. We can make a Federal case out of it and in so doing bring to the attention of those European Americans in denial that indeed there is institutional discrimination against white European Americans. White privilege is a myth. There is a privileged class of 1/2 of one per cent who do not identify as WASPS (white Anglo Saxon (English) Protestants but who are primarily Semitic non-Christians. Arguing against the bill in an official lawsuit brought before the Supreme Court. Win or lose, the cause of racial fairness even for white people would be served as it already has been having given rise to our increased attention to the cause of freedom for all races especially our own.

          • B from CA
let’s just make it a white man tax!!! Then you can really go for minority status and scream the house down.

            • They can take that so-called ‘white tax’ and stuff it. I don’t follow any ‘black’ policies.

              • Awwwww brave
I was just Makin a joke.

      27. Read the tax law and wake up. The federal income tax is an excise tax. That means a tax on priviledged activities like working for the federal government or excersizing a federal priviledge or using government monies in which you receive a benefit. You cannot be taxed for your mere common right to earn a living in the private sector if you have not engaged in any federal excisable activity. If the government could just dictate what percentage, then any amount no matter how small they demand from you under the red herring of “paying your fair share”, would constitute indentured servitude also known as slavery. Last I checked slavery is unlawful and illegal in our Republic. The Sixtenth Amendment, contrary to government promoted propaganda, could not and did not change the taxing clauses of the Constitution. The Supreme Court has already confirmed this in several cases. Legal terms in law have specific limited meanings that are completely different from the common words we use everyday. The Sixtenth Amendment simply cleared up some confusion about gains received from dividends and rents from the excersize of federal priviledge with federal monies. It put those “sources” of “income” in the category of direct taxes not needing aportionment. That is ALL! It did not give Congress any new power to take half of your unpriviiledged private sector earnings from your paycheck. So why the confusion? Ask yourself who benifits from our ignorance? Remember legal terms used in law have completely different meanings than common terms and words. Under the tax code “employee, employer, wages, trade or buisness” have no bearing on most of us who pursue occupations of common right in the private sector wheather you’re a doctor or a burger flipper. The 1040 actually contitutes a claim for refund of everything that was withheld from your paycheck including social security and obamacare taxes. You just have to undestand who the law actually applies to and fill out the correct IRS Forms to get all your donated money back if you have not engaged in excisable activity (federal priviledge) thus requiring you to pay a Federal Income tax. This is one of the biggest misunderstandings about the Federal Income Tax. If you have no liability then why do you keep giving your money away? Well people are finally correcting their errors and getting all their money back for years now. The educational information is spreading. Forget you ever read this, keep drinkiing the red, white and blue koolaid and continue to be duped by those who benefit from your ignorance or start the path to understanding the law by reading it youself. I’d suggest starting here: http://losthorizons.com/index.html It won’t be easy and it will no doubt anger you and change your views but freedom is not free.

      29. Hey this fits here… “Let me tell you how it will be, there’s one for you nineteen for me, don’t ask me what I want it for, if you don’t want to pay some more, should five percent appear too small, be thankful I don’t take it all, if you drive a car I’ll tax the street, if you try to sit I’ll tax your seat, if you get too cold I’ll tax the heat, if you take a walk I’ll tax your feet, cause I’m the taxman, yeah I’m the taxman.” -Beatles

      30. Thank you, eppe, for your kind words. You too,Genius. So,yeah,I tend to learn the hard way sometimes.Bought some silver the other day and am hrading down to my local surplus store to forage around there.Hitting also the swap meets and estate sales.I prefer freeze-dried food, too. BTW: building a chicken coop and gonna get about three chickens.Fresh eggs everyday!! Again, thank you everybody gor your help and advice

      31. Doesnt matter where you live! All taxes systems are illegal and its almost impossible to skip it ! Its time to change this paradigm!

      32. Pick your battles. The battle over income tax has been lost years ago. The law is what the courts say it is. It is a waste of time and resources to fight the income tax. Fight the battles you can win.

      33. People say this every year at tax time. “Personal Income Tax is Actually Illegal”. Not true. As much as I hate to pay taxes, if it was “actually illegal”, no one would pay them.

        • Aw yes. I remember that line. “If the president (government?) does it, that means it is legal.” Richard Nixon.

          • Long before Nixon, it used to be: “The king can do no wrong.” Or “Would I lie to you?” or “Read my lips.”

Did the pigs in ANIMAL FARM have a similar line ?
