Back in 2008, when then-candidate Obama promised Joe the Plumber and the rest of America that he intended to spread the wealth around, most democrat and liberal voters embraced the notion of wealth redistribution under the guise of equality. A universal health care plan, that would be free for all Americans, was the promise from the candidate of hope and change.
Tens of millions of Americans jumped on the bandwagon waving their flags, fainting at his appearances, and fawning over his every word.
None ever thought about where the money would come from for all this new found wealth he promised to bestow upon them.
But those who understand that socialism, communism and governance by the collective are failed experiments, warned where that money would come from. It would be taken by force from the toils of the middle class, and it’d impoverish them in the process.
Now the myrmidons who once vehemently supported the policies of President Barack Obama without question are coming to the realization that when Obama spoke about spreading the wealth he actually meant their wealth too!
Cindy Vinson is one such supporter. This month, like many Americans who have health insurance through their employer or private insurers, Vinson got an unwanted awakening to the reality of government sponsored wealth confiscation and redistribution:
Cindy Vinson and Tom Waschura are big believers in the Affordable Care Act. They vote independent and are proud to say they helped elect and re-elect President Barack Obama.
Yet, like many other Bay Area residents who pay for their own medical insurance, they were floored last week when they opened their bills: Their policies were being replaced with pricier plans that conform to all the requirements of the new health care law.
Vinson, of San Jose, will pay $1,800 more a year for an individual policy, while Waschura, of Portola Valley, will cough up almost $10,000 more for insurance for his family of four.

“I was laughing at Boehner — until the mail came today,” Waschura said, referring to House Speaker John Boehner, who is leading the Republican charge to defund Obamacare.
“I really don’t like the Republican tactics, but at least now I can understand why they are so pissed about this. When you take $10,000 out of my family’s pocket each year, that’s otherwise disposable income or retirement savings that will not be going into our local economy.”
Both Vinson and Waschura have adjusted gross incomes greater than four times the federal poverty level — the cutoff for a tax credit. And while both said they anticipated their rates would go up, they didn’t realize they would rise so much.
“Of course, I want people to have health care,” Vinson said. “I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.”
Prior the passage of Obamacare Congressional switchboards lit up with 99 out of 100 Americans urging their representatives to throw the legislation out.
They didn’t listen. They passed the bill without even reading it. In fact, they didn’t even make it public until a few hours before the vote and by then it was too late.
For people like Mr. Washcura and Ms. Vinson it must have been pretty funny to see Republicans, Libertarians, and anti-establishment extremists getting frustrated and angered.
They must have looked on with glee and a sense of victory.

Now that Ms. Vinson and Mr. Washcura know they are the ones footing the bill to provide free health care to the “less fortunate” out of their life savings and retirement accounts, they’re very quickly coming to the realization that they’ve been bamboozled by the very person who promised them hope, change, free housing, free gas, free phones, free medicine and a host of other government-issued services.
Socialism is an awesome idea, isn’t it?

Ms. Vinson wanted hard working Americans to feel the pain, to give up their life’s work for equal wealth distribution, and she voted to force these mandates on unwilling Americans at the barrel of a gun.

I got my new insurance rates yesterday, 251% increase. Are the f’ing insane? Told the wife that I am sorry, we will just not be having anymore health insurance as we cannot afford that. I checked the exchanges and I’m not eligible because my employer offers healthcare, but in looking at the kaiser foundation calculator, my exchange price would be….. $11k/yr. and I’d qualify for a $4k subsidy (aka transfer payment from some poor slob), putting the cost right near where my new bill would be without going through the exchange. So, the question is: What part of affordable is at play here? Seems this would shift $4k of someones tax dollars to… where exactly? of course to even make this argument, you have to set aside the fact that health care costs are about 5 times what the ought to be, which makes this argument along the lines of who gets to screw who, and how hard.

Found a wide spot off the road just before getting back on the Beltway, and took a few minutes to run into a Micky-Ds across the street for a burger in a bag.
The place was packed and i noticed that I was the only Caucasian in the place, and then; I spotted a greasy headed, acne faced, dirty white boy working in the back. He looked like he had been “bobbing for fries in the deep fryer”.

The law is written that if you fail to be insured for 3 months of out of the year, you will be fined. However, there is another loophole. If you are required to take the insurance and the premiums exceeds 8% of your income, you can ask for an exemption to the fine. If you are required to pay the fine, it will be deducted from your tax return. If you give the slip on that they can take your driver’s license.

Cuts welfare entitlements to the extent that everyone knows is needed, i.e. no more welfare for baby mommas, no more disability welfare for those who really don’t need it and actually can work, no more welfare for simply being unable to walk due to obesity, no more grants for community action “non”-profit groups, no more grants for flaky medical research projects or for research projects whose only goal is to confirm what common sense already has proven, no more overpaying for defense-related goods and services, no more steaks and other high end foods for prison inmates, no more Section 8, no more utilities-related welfare assistance, no more obamaphones, no more transportation-related welfare assistance, and, no Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”).
3. Impeaches Obama and voids all presidential actions taken during Obama’s administration.
He will need God’s help, so pray for him.

All of a sudden you have the military go after these characters in Libya, one that was openly walking the streets in Libya. The biggest distraction though may come from the planet.
I may not be able to cross reference the past major earthquakes from these divergent plate earthquakes, but I can see something quite bad brewing and it is aimed in several spots, one of them the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, and to a lesser degree California. You had a near major quake of 6.4 on the southwest corner of the Australian plate, a 6.2 and a 5.0 on the southern Nazca plate, and several other plate boundary quakes on various spots around the world. This means that the outer plates are experiencing a back fed from a section of one of those plates that is locked and loaded for something huge.
I am going to attempt something different with the forecasting of the future major earthquakes by giving the approximate magnitude of each danger area that should go by Oct. 21, but probably by Oct. 17. One of more of these should be hit with an earthquake of the stated size. The following areas are at danger:
Japan, 7.1 to 8.4
Western China, 7.5 to 8.7
India, 7.9 to 9+
Burma, 6.8 to 7.7
Central Indonesia, 7.2 to 8.3
New Guinea to Soloman Islands, 7.0 to 8.2
Santa Cruz/Loyalty/Samoa Islands Triangle, 7.4 to 8.4
Kermadec Islands to Tonga and Fiji, 7.6 to 8.3
New Zealand, 6.9 to 7.9
Northern Chile/Bolivia/N. Argentina, 7.3 to 9+
Columbia to Peru, 7.1 to 8.6
Central America, 7.0 to 8.2
Southern Mexico, 7.1 to 7.9
Califoria, 6.7 to 7.5
Pacific Northwest, 7.3 to 9.2
Alaska, 7.6 to 9+
Kuril Islands to Kamachatka Peninsula, 7.4 to 9+
Note: probably ONLY one of the areas will be hit if the quake is 7.8 or higher. At the lower end, high 6 to mid 7 probably two or more areas will get a major quake. There are no other places in earthquake zones where energy signatures are coming from.
Probably the highest chances of a great to mega quake is coming from India and western China, Japan, and west central South America. Alaska and the Pacific Northwest are a close second. California is the least likely of the areas to have a major quake.
There is just too much activity on the outer plates, and too large to dismiss as nothing to worry about. The largest deep focus quake ever recorded a few months ago had similar action on these outer plates before it hit. This time the size of these plate boundary quakes are larger. The one on the South Mid Atlantic Ridge was the most telling because the same area was hit before and two mega quakes followed, 8.8 in Chile and 9.0 in Japan. There is at least a 30% chance of a 8.6+ coming, and a 75% chance of a 7.5+. That is how serious this movement has been the past week and half.

@ TXGranny. Bermuda Triangle earthquake. These are uncommon but do occur. This would be the northern edge of the Sargasso Sea and a northern extension of the Bahamas Islands chain. The northeastern section of the Caribbean plate is likely responsible for this causing pressure to build up away from it. This could be an indication that the Caribbean plate is also gearing up. I have not seen an earthquake here since before 2000, at least mid 4 pointer. The plates are really getting ready for a major blow highly likely in the above areas.
I doubt that a pair of mega quakes are coming within days of each other, but it is possible. If the Cascadia fault goes, the San Andreas is not far behind. This would be classified probably as great quake and a mega quake. I have found that with the recent earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, the mass radiation CME release from the Sun, the 5000 or 10000 year floods, that someone cannot expect a disaster to be within the safety zone of being just a catastrophe. I don’t like all the fireballs being seen all over the planet, it means the Earth is rotating through some extensive debris fields for example. A disaster can far exceed the mega SHTF, more like IMTF (I’M TRULY F#$%ED) type of event.

Yesterday I was heading to a customer’s home to do perform some routine maintenance. I hadn’t been down to that town for a couple of months. Its a small town. Main street is probably 5-600 yds long before it ends at the ferry dock.
My son and I counted a dozen homes along main street that had “for sale” signs in the front yards. Most of the homes there are secondary homes owned by wealthy people. Many Mercedes and luxury vehicles parked out front. I remember riding through town during last election time and seeing Obama signs in most of those yards. People never learn to be careful for what they wish for.
The truckers are going to wind up accomplishing nothing just like the bikers did. Or perhaps get arrested, fired from the their jobs, and become homeless? This stuff is all after the fact now. America is judged from above and it’s going to be a rough ride for a lot of folks. But overall it will help, because humility, and morality might come out of this judgement, which in the long run will heal and restore this land.

By the way another earthquake on the outer boundaries of the Nazca plate. I have not seen this many earthquakes around the divergent zones of the world plates in a long time. Something really awful is brewing again. Imagine if one of those plates like the jammed up trench region up in southern Alaska had a super mega quake like the one Chile had back in 1960. The amount of pressure that these plates build up people don’t think about. In 1960 a 9.5 hit Chile, and then ONLY 50 years and only 150 miles away a 8.8 hits. You would think that after a 9.5 it would take at least 100 years to build up enough tension for something that large. I think the most influential quake in the past 10-20 years was that mega strike slip, the largest one ever recorded last year, because it moved so much on a horizontal plane rather than more so a vertical line like these mega thrust quakes. That earthquake in the Bermuda Triangle last night shows tension to the south on the Caribbean plate. Keep watching the quake maps, I think you are going to get to see something huge pretty soon.

I rented him a tire machine, air compressor and all the tools to fix flat tires. He had worked at a tire store that went under. So he already had the Know How. Now he is the only local guy around that will fix tractor rear flats and the old split rim truck tires. He works out of his garage and a old Pk low overhead he can fix a flat cheaper than Wal Mart and still make a fair profit.. He stays busy and most of his payment is in cash. The rent I charged was he fixed my flats for free. I moved away and he had the money to buy the equiptment. He was scared and hesitant when I suggested he go into business for himself. He now knows his well being and success isn’t dependent on other people things or conditions. Im hoping there will be a resurgence of small one man or family owned enterprizes!

Another earthquake on the Australian plate a few minutes ago, 5.7 west of the MacQuarie Islands. This one is very near to the triple junction of the Australian, Pacific and Antarctic plate. There is a real building up of pressure right now. About 90% of the time when an earthquake hits here a 7+ follows within 2 weeks. Too many outer plate boundary earthquakes to discount, something big and bad is coming.

@ M. I usually don’t get nervous with earthquakes, I am with this. Whenever you have this type of high activity of divergent plates, that means spreading centers in which the plates are pulling apart from each other. It means there is a back feed of energy from a source of a major earthquake that is so locked that no foreshocks occur. Almost always when there is a foreshock to a large earthquake it is from the fault partially breaking, re-locking and then soon after breaking. Only 5% of the time there is a foreshock. The energy however of this tension has to go somewhere, and it goes to the where the plate is not as locked. This tension is released at these points on the outer regions of the plates. Some plates such as the Philippine plate has no spreading areas and is literally being squeezed together at all points.
Before the mega deep focus quake earlier this year and the 8.1 Soloman Islands quake, and the largest ever strike slip, horozital quake ever recorded last year, the same high activity of these plate boundaries occurred 2 weeks before each of these. This time the percursor earthquakes are larger. Plus the one on the southern Mid Atlantic Ridge, same place lead to several very large quakes before when it was hit, including two mega earthquakes, one 14 days and the other one 16 days after this quake hit. This Mid Atlantic Ridge quake occurred on Sept. 29. Today is only Oct.8. If this one pattern holds true then late this week or early next week we could all have something horrible. Something very strong is very highly coming though.

Apparently each family receives a $100,000 death benefit but because of the government shut down the payment to the families of the deceased servicemen being brought home during the government shut down will be delayed.
The article said tptb would try to rectify this problem by today.

What never ceases to amaze me about Americans, is how they are complete ignorant of the elephant in their living room. The United States have been a socialist country for almost a hundred years now. The one thing different from most other socialist states is that the social money gets spent into a monstruous centralized military machine instead of, let’s say, a centralized health care system.
You guys are getting it both ways: you end up paying for an inefficient bureaucracy and don’t even get anything in return ! More than that: you pay the brunt of the cannon fodder to the bloodsucking Elite. I given it a lot of thought. I believe the positive results from the government default would greatly outweigh the negative. The fact is most government check drawers are complacient sheeple. They believe no matter what that government check food stamp whatever it is will be there at the first of the month. All they need to do is keep voting for fiscal irresponsibility and money redistribution. If that check failed to arrive. even if it was just a day late they would suddenly be out of their comfort zone. Their blind faith in the government always being there to take care of them would be gone. The would suddenly start to question the status quoe. They would start to distrust the government & elected officials. and if it snowballed into out right collapse and revolution so much the better.
I was watching a group of “educated” college graduates being interviewed by Fox news about current events. Half were Republicans and half were Democrats. They both basically had the same views. I fear for our country after listening to these young people. They don’t have a clue and no common sense. This is how we got the idiot in the white house. Party affiliations aside (because they matter SOOO much less than many think that they do), we are ALL being screwed by this unaffordable health care “act” (notice how on paper they NEVER use the word law on these things…another subject altogether), and other “policies” enacted to prevent us from being exercising our God-given birthtrights. For the record, I have no political affiliations, such would only detract from my duty to the Creator…which is the speak TRUTH to those who beleive that they are in power politically.
Also, we “should” all know by now that there’s no elected representatives holding any de-facto offices in “govern-ment”…how can they be elected when the voting has been rigged & politicians have been bought & sold for who knows how long?

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009.
I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.
However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.
The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, in direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though.
The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;
The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.” If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.
For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.
