Rumors have been circulating about the extent of its activities, and who is really part of operations there:

Nothing in the federal budget or in the county records suggests any government occupation, and nothing refers to NIEMA or the intelligence community. They describe the national Warning, Alert, and Mobilization System (WAMS) which would alert a select group of civilian executives from across the intelligence community to deploy to the bunker. Can we be surprised, then, by the significant upgrades noted by Arkin since the wake of the 2001 terror attacks when money for continuity of government and counter-terrorism flowed rapidly.
It is no stretch of the imagination to suggest that this site, leased to AT&T and underutilized, is a black site operating on behalf of a network of various secret agencies of the government, including those involved in spying on every communication that crosses American wires.

Regardless, there are some very advanced corporate operations going on there, and it will be a top location for government officials and other connected individuals to flock to for shelter should there be a national crisis.
It is obvious that the facility is used for much more than just surviving an attack or mega-disaster. There are continental-wide communications systems operating in secret on a massive scale, and there is no limit to the amount of data monitoring and data transmission that they are or could be involved in. It isn’t a routine site at all.
Across the entire territory of the United States, there are doubtless dozens if not hundreds of massive underground facilities for the sole purpose of preserving the power of the federal government and the corporations it is conspiring with. They have plans to continue, no matter what events may transpire.
Civil unrest could very well be in the near future, and these top minions of the system have plans to stay well away from all the chaos that could ensue.

If you will apply your minds to this, the ONLY possibility of anyone wishing to go underground would be to evade a nuclear strike or (perhaps) an EMP (but both would produce an EMP regardless).

After two or more 100Kilotonne warheads go off, there is very little chance of survivors – I am sorry to say. Hiroshima was just a 10K, yet now Russia, China, US Arab Emirates and more have ‘mega-warheads’ that you would need to be AT LEAST 150 miles (minimum) to expect to live (and thoroughly irradiated with intentions to survive don’t go hand-in-hand). It IS possible, but ‘better’ would be to have a similar place (how about a hidden cave or crawl space that is UNDER ANYTHING like ‘heavy dirt-meaning lots of rock or gravel in the dirt’ – or, if u have the bucks, 3-foot of reinforced cement “and sprinkle in as much lead particles as you can grind up” …or even ‘stacked car batteries would provide a decent lead shield (two or three layers to eliminate ‘holes’).
Keep in mind anything underground has to breathe, and their compressed ‘atmospheric’ tanks are limited, but their botanical gardens down there are meant for year and years of survival, so the ones who enter may never exit, but instead, their children – decades from now (when it IS truly safe to come out). Chernobyl was NOTHING and we see no inhabitants remotely close, and the same goes for the two Japanese ‘screw ups’.

Was thinking about the elections, I think I have figured out part of Trump’s strategy.
I’m very familiar with San Jose, CA. It is heavily populated by Mexicans and other Latins. That is why there is even a Mexican mayor. It is only early June and the weather is lovely. I think it could be the Trump strategy to get some of the problematic places such as San Jose out of the way and done before it gets real hot say in August and the first two weeks of September. After the Summer heat peaks, he will probably stick to areas that are predominantly white European American. That would make sense. I wish him the best of luck, and you as well.

I have no idea whether or not the article is valid. What I do know is that food banks can offer immediate assistance. Major cities have other emergency food distribution centers. Churches, including but not limited to the Catholic Church offer various forms of assistance. Mothers on food stamps are probably shuffling around to get all the free food that is probably being made available thru these other channels. If the glitch goes on for too long, the alternate charities will run dry. Possibly churches are making an extra effort. Those receiving now sometimes become the best donors when they get on their feet. I volunteered one year at a free thanksgiving dinner. There were so many volunteers, I was not needed. They asked me to stay and eat anyway. I did. I was seated next to a doctor. We talked about Cancer being caused by a virus. I had never heard this theory so I looked into it and indeed there was some speculation in the medical community that certain Cancers may be caused by a virus. He was from China. Some of the volunteers are socialites and some are celebrities. You would be surprised. I was.

I know what this place is. It IS part of the Fed’s Continuity of Government plans, but it is not a VIP leadership bunker, this is a “Server Farm” and provides back-up to multiple Federal Agencies databases. It is one of several with the biggest being in Utah. There are also underground paper document storage facilities in salt mines outside Chicago, and Kansas City. As for the Leadership’s Continuity of Government bunkers, they are in DC, Virginia, Nebraska, Colorado, and California. I’m sure there are more, but these are the ones I know of.

Makes sense that AT&T is involved. They were involved in the underground construction/communications portion of Denver International Airport in the early 1990s. The average person can have a cellar in there home. That may protect them and their food preps. If I was to build a home, I would start by digging. I always wanted a swimming pool just outside my bedroom and one above ground. My ideal home would be in a rural area or near the forest or actually built in the forest. When it does hit the fan and these yahoos are all snug in their little bunkers, won’t there still be topside security – at least for a while? Unless said security and their families are allowed access to the bunker, wouldn’t they be likely to abandon their posts after a time, seeking their own preservation as well? That being said, there are definitely weaknesses in all security plans and these bunkers are no different. They all have to have topside ventilation that can be compromised. As one other poster said, spot weld the doors. Then the mayhem can begin and is only limited by the attacker’s imagination. Also, if the government, in their infinite stupidity, did to these bunkers’ escape tunnels what they did to the ones for the missile crews, then they’re filled with sand! Imagine opening your escape tunnel and getting 60+ feet of sand in your face.
Similar to a zombie apocalypse is what we get when all the other countries open their prisons and mental hospitals and dump them on our borders. That wouldn’t be happening, would it? Hide in those government bunkers. Maybe they won’t get in. Maybe we’ll help them get in.

In my work travels around the world, I have seen innumerable US facilities. Their lushness and super hi-tech capabilities and design belies the decaying rat heap that is most US cities. I always found that contrast puzzling – “why did people live in the s-hole that is Detroit when there are these hi-tech bases and facilities all over the world?”.

I work in the land title research business. If someone could get the section, township and range, you could narrow down online who owns the property. You then go to the local courthouse and access the warranty deed to see who was the Grantor and who was the Grantee. Of course, this kind of high level group probably uses shell companies.
