New photos of a recent highway construction in China could be part of a contingency plan to invade North Korea or amass a huge army on their shared border. Experts fear this newly uncovered plot could stoke the fires of World War 3, inevitably involving the United States.

According to The Express UK, communist China has traditionally been North Korea’s closest ally, but Kim Jong-un’s continued nuclear and ballistic missile tests have tested Beijing’s patience on the rising tensions worldwide. These new revelations also come as North Korea was spotted transporting 30 Scud missiles from Hwangju, south of the capital Pyongyang, to Nampo, on the Korea Bay coast opposite China.

New photos have emerged and they reveal that the Communist superpower is building a six-lane highway in its desolately populated northeast on route to North Korea. With most Chinese peasants not able to afford the luxury of a car, the construction of the G1112 Ji’an–Shuangliao Expressway, has led experts to believe it will be used for quick deployment of tanks and troops to its North Korean border. The photos obtained by Daily Star Online show Chinese construction workers digging tunnels through the mountains and massive cranes constructing bridges over rivers.

Chinese workers construct a six lane highway to North Korea’s border.

Scott Snyder, senior fellow for Korea studies and director of the program on US-Korea policy at the Council on Foreign Relations, told Daily Star Online: “China’s Jilin province has even budgeted and paid for improvements in road infrastructure inside some parts of North Korea in recent years in order to improve logistical access to the Rason port inside North Korea.”

Dean Cheng, an Asia security expert at the Heritage Foundation, a think tank in Washington, said Beijing would have a ”vast array” of contingency plans involving military options to seize Kim Jong-un’s nuclear weapons. And just last week, a highly respected security think tank warned that the threat of war between China and the US was now real. In the bombshell report, the Rand Corporation said any conflict between North Korea and South Korea and the US would quickly spiral into World War 3.

If it’s decided upon by a nation to “take out” the North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-Un, American and Chinese troops would then rush across the border in a race to take control of the tyrant’s nuclear weapons and missile facilities colliding in a clash between China and the US, effectively spawning WW3. A whopping 85% of North Korea’s nuclear facilities are believed to be located within 62 miles of the Chinese border.

China actually threatened the US with a “real war” last month. The communist nation said that Donald Trump had made a “serious miscalculation” over North Korea. Photos uncovered by a North Korean monitoring site suggested China was secretly helping Kim’s nuclear missile program. But there were other confusing and conflicting signs that North Korea may be preparing to fire missiles towards China next week.

It looks like the world is steamrolling its way to a third world war.

      1. Well boys, the time may very well be near. . .

        • Plague outbreak leaves 57 dead, more than 680 infected in Madagascar – 10/16/17
“The plague outbreak in Madagascar is continuing to spread at unprecedented rates…”

“Of the 684 cases reported as of October 12, 474 were pneumonic plague, 156 bubonic and 1 septicemic plague. A further 54 were unspecified, according to WHO.”
          ht tp://www.cnn.com/2017/10/16/health/madagascar-pneumonic-bubonic-plague-outbreak-continues/index.html

Fatal Madagascar plague appears to have spread to Seychelles, WHO says – 10/16/17
“Seychelles health authorities reported a probable case of pneumonic plague on Oct 10 in a 34-year-old man returning from a visit to Madagascar…”

“Nearly 70 percent of cases in Madagascar have been pneumonic plague, a form spread human-to-human that is more dangerous than bubonic plague and can trigger epidemics. The pneumonic form invades the lungs, and is treatable with antibiotics. If not treated, it is always fatal and can kill a person within 24 hours.”

An initial diagnostic test on the Seychelles man had been “weakly positive” for pneumonic plague, but definitive laboratory results are expected from the Institute Pasteur in Paris…”

“Nearly 1,000 people who were exposed to the man or his close circle were given a prophylactic course of antibiotics to prevent infection and spread, it said. They included children, teachers, passengers, flight crew and health workers.
Seychelles, which has 93,000 people, largely depends on tourism for government revenues.”

            • We already have plague in the USA and have had it forever. It is currently active in Flagstaff Arizona.

Infected Prairie dogs (rodents) are natural carriers of the disease and predators, (mountain lions and coyotes) spread it. 🙁

              • Sorry but to me this article makes no sense, If China would invade NK why would that start WWIII? If they are willing to invade NK why would the start a war with US, if we did something? If this were a road to supply NK with stuff if we invade that would be an issue. Six lanes? That’s larger than anyone needs 3 lanes each way? for invasion you would use all lanes. far cheaper and better a railroad.

                • You are absolutely right. China is preparing to defend their vassal, North Korea, from the US because they know having US troops, missiles and tanks on their Eastern border would be a serious threat to them.

        • There’s probably more than one North Korean officer who ponders a way to instigate an action against China, knowing it would piss them off and they would roll in, thus removing Kim Jong Un, fix North Korea, and maybe feed them…

          • That’s a good way to die in the process, or be labeled a “collaborator” with the enemy. If a NK Officer is mulling over a way to eliminate Kim, instigating a war with China is not the answer. 🙁

      2. I disagree with the premise that if (a big if) China invades NK to stop the advancement of NK independent nuclear arsenal that it would involve the US in a clash with China. If (big word) China took control of NK nuclear weapons the US would be pleased.

        • there would be no “American and Chinese troops would then rush across the border in a race to take control of the tyrant’s nuclear weapons and missile facilities”…the U.S. wouldn’t be ALLOWED to occupy north korea…..and russia would be involved too, no doubt….quite the damn mess that the pricktator has created….there SEEMS to be no “easy” way out of this. who would occupy north korea if he was taken out? just ANOTHER country we are dickin’ with that is gonna end in tragedy.

          • The most likely scenario in this big IF is that China installs a puppet government in NK and life goes on.China retains a buffer state between them and SK / USA

            • A six lane superhighway? Right. In China highways don’t have lanes.

              • Yes, they do. Do a search for:

Worlds largest traffic jam China. Or:

China National Highway 110 traffic jam.

              • The supervisor looks White, and the workers don’t look Chinese, either. Stock photo.

        • Concur with your remark

        • Kevin2, agreed. The US, South Korea, Japan, and others would be most grateful to China. Let the Chinese have Porky.

        • I agree K2 and this would be preferable to everyone in the region I am sure, but the reality is that the US will have to take NK out and allow SK to do the “invading”. China will let the US do the dirty work because there is much propaganda to be had from US “AGGRESSION”.

Reunification of Korea is on the table for next year. 🙂

      3. Hillary broke one of her toes. She claims she was “running” down some stairs when it happened. She can barely walk, so that cover story is fake. She tried to kick Bill in the head and fell, I’m sure.

        • They split up because he reportedly threw her book in the trash, and she was not pleased.
When he disappears to his presidential library in Little Rock, he can usually be found
hacking golf balls off the roof and into the Arkansas River. He has his own condo inside the
place for his getaways. He has a slew of young, intern types that giggle around him, give
him little footsie massages, and gawd knows what else. That’s why Limbaugh calls it the
Clinton Presidential Library and Massage Parlor.

          • The life of an untouchable leftist parasite.

        • wouldn’t YOU kick him in the nuts EVERY time he fell asleep, if he did what he did?

          • Wouldn’t you do what he did if you were married to a lesbian??

          • Damn shame he didn’t give her syphilis after all he done. But who’d want her anyway.

            • PO’d P, damn man – don’t assume that Slick Willy didn’t slip her a rotten noodle!!! That witch is loaded full of something much worse than syph. Symptoms much the same though, insanity, rotting body parts… Maybe her buddy Harvey Weinstein might take her on.

              • i would rather drink a gallon of turpentine and piss on a brushfire than take THAT on……no sleep for ME tonight.

            • Thanks PO’d, the thought of her just made me throw up in my mouth a bit 😛

          • Hilary broke her toe on Bill’s ball of steel when she kicked him

        • Him, I saw that report earlier. Too bad it wasn’t her NECK that got broken. We would’ve had something to celebrate.

      4. Nada: China wants a quick deployment of divisions to the NK border if the US should strike NK. And to stem the tide of a refugee crisis once war breaks out. They will not tolerate the US/NATO on a Chinese border, without the present NK buffer…….

        • J

          Excellent analysis I agree!

NK has vast natural resources that the world will want to mine.

      5. Same reason for the Interstate highway system, to rapidly move military assets. The commerce of war fooled us then too. Planning on the availability of an Interstate to get to your BOL is a strategic error. In the meantime the speed limit is full throttle right over the cliff.

        • Agreed GS. My first thought was ‘China needs a pathway to rapid deployment to rush to NK’s aid; not, to attack on our behalf. Just the opposite. Everyone needs to see the movie ‘My Way (2011)’. NK is everyone’s pet lapdog. Slave class for Japan, cannon fodder for China, even used by Soviet Union in WW2 for front-line troops. The entire country gives a whole new meaning to ‘expendable’ in most everyone’s playbook. Watch the flic.

      6. And before this story, we know that the Russians are building a railroad down into North Korea along the eastern coast of both countries. Supposedly to a North Korean port. Commerce? Or warfare? Or both?

      7. I predict that China, having enough of of Rocket Boy’s nonsense, will invade N. Korea, annex it,exploit its resources, and claim it is in fact’protecting N. Korea from foreign invasion. U.S. has better start making plans for this possibility. We probably won’t.

        • Better China invades and occupies NK than taking action against Taiwan. Direct Chinese control of North Korea would be an improvement. My bet is the world wouldn’t do a thing other than the requisite complaints.

          • rellik

“the world wouldn’t do a thing other than the requisite complaints”

And why bother to complain. Both NK and the world would be better off. In that respect how bad is NK when China is a step up?

            • Donny “Art of the Deal” Trump, you’re up. Cut a deal with China. It’s not as though DPRK doesn’t already have a Chinese puppet in charge. Just let China know USA has no intention of going any farther north than we already are.
OTOH, USA lied about not encircling Russia after USSR melted down, so why would China believe us?

        • Why would that be a bad thing?

Great let them have it. It would be a massive improvement.

      8. Size of the workers in relation to width of the road makes it a two lane road. If you can’t trust the picture can you trust the words?

      9. The suspense builds.
Headline should read: China. Friend or foe.
Guess we’ll find out soon enough.

      10. Trump wants desperately to be a War President and to also impose Marshall Law so for sure we will end up in a war sooner than later.

      11. They are not planning to fight North Korea. They are planning to fight the US.

      12. It wouldn’t break my heart to see China squash ole Whon Phat Phuk and install someone to their liking. It is their area of influence and I can understand their not wanting an unfriendly nation on their boarder. It would beat the he’ll out of us having to go in.

        • JAS

Exactly my thoughts. Its their neighborhood to begin with.

      13. Just give them North Korea fuck’s sake, after fat boy goes.

We got nukes China’s got nukes what difference is like 10 more gonna make?

        “Rush to control them” why.

      14. I just don’t find the scenario plausible.

      15. But the US has to use the miniscule 700 billion worth of war murder armaments in order to get that much again plus more for homeland false flags and the US police state fascist smashdown of dissent.

      16. We need to let China and Russia deal with both Koreas. We don’t need to have any dog in the fight. Its that simple.

      17. As I’ve said before, the obvious reason for troop and logistical buildup on the Chinese-NK border is so that China can enter a US/Sk-NK war on the NK side in order to prevent the overthrow of the NK regime.

China has explicitly said it will not allow an overthrow of the NK regime.

China doesn’t have any particular reason to want to seize NK’s nuclear and missile facilities. China has more than enough of their own.

That said, in the event of war, I wouldn’t be surprised if, along with sending in troops to hold a defensive line against the US/SK advance, China decided to quietly “retire” Kim and appoint a more tractable leader for NK who would be easier to convince to drop the nuclear weapons program in exchange for US security guarantees – which is really all Kim wants, for that matter.

But China is not going to invade NK unless and until a war breaks out. NK is a useful buffer zone between the West-oriented SK and China, which China is not going to give up. And if China does “invade” it will be to prop up the NK regime – if not Kim himself.

      18. China possessing a significant force on the Korean-Sino border is nothing new. It’s been there for a long, long time, and it’s being reinforced.

China isn’t going to attack North Korea as long as US-South Korean forces keeps threatening North Korea’s regime with the shows of force, and China encourages the regime to saber rattle.

Even if North Korea didn’t have EMP capacities, China does, and there’s plenty of evidence to suggest their capacities were supplied.

None of the Sanctions and drills will impact North Korea under the basis; Korean-Sino supply lines have been connected since China entered the Korean war and reestablished North Korea in the truce.

      19. That picture is listed as “Chinese workers construct a six lane highway to North Korea’s border.” Except those workers are not Chinese. They are some white guys and at least one black.

      20. LoL.
        That’s not a highway.
That’s the construction of the track they need for the annual Beijing 2018 SuperSpeed Turtle Races that they have every year.
The grand champion, Xing Ping Pong Zi (translation: Fast Turtle) has won the great turtle race four years in a row.
The main contender, Xang Wing Bing Zo (translation: Swift Turtle) has been plagued by rumors of taking amphibian steroids and you can be sure, the drug testing before this race will be extremely comprehensive.

      21. As long as the Chinese don’t cross the DMZ, there’s no problem; let them overthrow Kim, problem solved. Chinese intervention in the DPRK could be a good thing, and we shouldn’t interfere, unless of course they threaten ROK or Japan. They won’t.
Let them get their lap dog under control again.
As long as we don’t overreact,it’s all good.

      22. BS meter peaked again. Looks like a two lane highway to me, the way the workers are equipped it will take them all month to do a single mile. Since the ‘experts’ are not named in this piece, likely this is taken from a chicken little website. There will be no war unless NK kills thousands first. I don’t care how many Motel 6’s they build. What is exciting is when or if S&P busts through 2,570 this month it will likely gain as much as 10% by xmas (2,600 to 2,860). I see bitcoin falling 50% to 70% if this occurs, along with gold below 1,000 and silver below 15, also by xmas.

      23. Six-lane superhighway… Because we all know those Chinese tanks can’t roll on grass or gravel.

      24. lol…sheesh. Ever hear of the “One Belt. One Road” Project?

It’s part of China’s plan to connect all of Asia, Europe and Africa to facilitate commerce with a new Silk Road.

China’s foreign policy is based on Aid and Trade…not Loan and Drone…like USA’s policy. They have already completed a railway system from Eastern China to Spain for trade purposes. They are eating the USA’s lunch when it comes to global commerce. The amount they export to the US is only a fraction of the trade they do. They truly believe in global trade.

Try and look at some foreign press for a more balanced view instead of mostly fake news from the US.

Yes, DPRK has trillions of dollars worth of rare earth metals that are used in all of today’s communication and guidance systems. China wants better access to them.

      25. nukes and ebola for all.

      26. You are so woefully ill-informed about China – really you are:

        1. Dongbei – the region which borders North Korea – is not “desolate: the Province of Jilin has 27 .3 million people, 42.21 million and Heilongjiang 38.3 million – well over 100 million people. The city of Changchun is home to 7 million people, Harbin to over 10 million, and even the border outpost at Dandong has a population of almost a million

        2. And as for Chinese “peasants” not being able to own a car! What a joke! There are over 200 million cars in China, which passed the USA in terms of absolute numbers as far back as 2010. Check out https://www.statista.com/statistics/285306/number-of-car-owners-in-china/ for some FACTS

        3. So this is a “plot”, is it? Yellow Peril & the Evil Dr Fu Manchu. How about calling it what it is –

        a) Infrastructure development (something the USA knows nothing about) and/or
        b) a contingency plan

      27. ahhh..that ain’t no 6 lane highway.

      28. Who says China is not going to BACK N.K.? China is fed up with our crap in the S. China sea …. and Russia does not like our “games” of pressuring it’s borders. America may be about to get it’s ass handed to it.

      29. So China builds a six lane road to the border and it turns into a dirt road in NorKo… And who cares if the Chinese get a hold of fat boys nukes! The Chicoms are sitting on a fairly large stockpile as it is and I don’t see five or six more making that big a difference. We should LET the Chicoms kick their asses!

      30. It’s a brokered conflict. It’s a false flag war. China is readying their false flag war troops to do false flag war with the US in North Korea.

This is the same exact pattern that unfolded before the Jewish masonic bankers fomented a false flag civil war in the US, ww1, ww2, the North Korean conflict, the Vietnam war, the Middle East conflict, it is all staged, all of it:

“If my sons did not want wars, there would be none.”
        Gutle Schnaper
        Mayer Amschel Rothschild’s wife

“In Israeli Prime Minister Moshe Sharatt’s personal diaries, there is an excerpt from May of 1955 in which he quotes Moshe Dayan as follows: “[Israel] must see the sword as the main, if not the only, instrument with which to keep its morale high and to retain its moral tension. Toward this end it may, no — it must — invent dangers, and to do this it must adopt the method of provocation-and-revenge…And above all — let us hope for a new war with the Arab countries, so that we may finally get rid of our troubles and acquire our space.” Quoted in Livia Rokach, “Israel’s Sacred Terrorism.”

Israel did 9/11 to provoke a revenge war between the US and Arab world and to take away our civil rights, and Israel did the Vegas shooting to foment Arab hate and to do a gun grad to keep Americans as tax and debt slaves and human cannon fodder.

It’s time for Trump to drain the swamp or resign.

I’m Jewish and I am not anti-Semitic. I don’t hate. I am making a pragmatic observation of the facts:

        Agenda 21 defined:

“We Jews, we are the destroyers and will remain the destroyers. Nothing you can do will meet our demands and needs. We will forever destroy because we want a world of our own.” (You Gentiles, by Jewish Author Maurice Samuel, p. 155).

Israel could have risen to greatness but chose to do evil instead. It’s time to end their cash cow the fed and it is time to cut off Israel altogether and it’s time for Trump to bring our troops home and make America great again.

If North Korea or China or Russia attacks the US, it will be a Rothschild invention exactly like the attack on Pearl Harbor and on 9/11 and Vegas, a false flag event where Americans were mass murdered by the bankers working in cahoots with Japan to foment false flag war.

If North Korea attacked the US, in the real world, they would be annihilated by a nuclear strike that would end North Korea meaning; mutual mass destruction makes war obsolete and the North Korea/China conflict is a staged, false flag war for profit, and that’s it.
