North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is preparing for nuclear war, according to a report released just moments ago at Pravda.ru.
As the U.S. Naval fleet moves rapidly towards the Korean Peninsula and Kim Jong Un prepares to test a nuclear device promising a “day of the sun” in response to perceived U.S. aggression, some 600,000 residents of the North Korean Capital have been ordered to leave the city immediately.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un ordered 25 percent of Pyongyang residents to leave the city immediately.
In accordance with the order, 600,000 people should be urgently evacuated. Experts note that the evacuation will most likely be conducted due to extremely strained tensions in relations with the United States of America.
Reportedly, Pyongyang’s bomb shelters will not be able to accommodate the entire population of the North Korean capital. Therefore, 600,000 people – mostly individuals with criminal records – will have to leave Pyongyang to let others use bomb shelters.
It was also said that one modified Ohio type rocket carrier carrying 154 Tomahawk type missiles on board joined the US Navy deployed near the coast of the Korean Peninsula. The missile carrier is expected to arrive at the port of registration on April 18.
Meanwhile, according to South Korean media, residents of the DPRK say goodbye to each other, to their homes, to their places of work, to forests and fields, to the sky, rivers, etc as if the nation prepares for a large-scale war. At the same time, it is forbidden to say goodbye to officers of law enforcement agencies. It is also strictly forbidden to mention the names of national leaders in words of farewell.

China has massed 150,00 troops on the North Korean border, reportedly in anticipation of a wave of refugees in the event of hostilities. On Wednesday morning China put its troops, including armored and mechanized brigades, on high alert and has threatened to take direct military action on North Korean nuclear facilities.
On Tuesday the United States Navy deployed submarine hunting aircraft off the coast of California, with some reports speculating that a North Korean submarine had been spotted.

The contamination of limited Nuclear War might not be as bad as all that. Depending on the types of bombs used, fallout in the immediate vicinity would be Cancer causing down the road. But people in general will survive. The key factors will be whether or not the American people set aside their own food and water. Water is crucial. People need to buy 5 gallon bottles of filtered water. They need a bucket with a toilet seat and compost. Everyone should have a metal barrel to burn their garbage. Some disinfectant for wounds. I’ve always suspected Iran is using them to test their designs without being the focus of attention by doing it at home, but I have no evidence of that other than NK suddenly popped up on the scene with what, if they are nukes they are testing, are rather sophisticated designs that usually require long periods of time and sophisticated technology to develop that NK doesn’t have.

Absolutely correct, but in most cities and nations of the world it isn’t a state secret there are hungry people. And in most nations in the world, there are farms producing crops to feed people. According to the North Korean defectors, for instance, it is a crime to kill and eat a cow, unless it is literally and figuratively on its last legs. They are allowed to raise and eat dogs, as long as they turn over the skins to the govt for use in making winter coats for soldiers. Just look at the videos I linked above. Understanding North Korea will help with understanding how they will behave if the US attacks. North Korea is a military-first society. This means all economic and social endeavours support the military and its goals. North Korea is also a believer in race theory and the supremacy of Koreans as a race. All of this feeds back into the fierce loyalty to the government and explains why they put up with such oppression and privation.
And they have ample real evidence that they are under threat and have been viciously attacked in the past, with some 5 million killed in the Korean War.
Thus, how does a ‘decapitation’ of the leadership work? Firstly, I doubt the SEAL theory, where they are going to be the thing that does the job: just secretly sneak in and pop the Fat Kim while he watches TV.
The only thing that would work would be a full spectrum take out of the entire military and command structure of the country in one go. This is possible to some degree but it still would not get everyone and everything. What happens with the survivors? What happens with the 70 plus submarines with deadhand orders? What happens with foreign agents with deadhand orders? What happens with the remaining civilian population? Will everyone just give up and surrender? That seems hard to believe considering their mental programming.
It is the aftermath that seems so perilious. If you look at other experiences, then taking out the despotic leader is not such an easy solution. Libya is a mess and so is Iraq. Hitler was taken out but Germany was still a dicey place for some time afterwards and it took a massive allied occupation to control the place. Japan also required a massive US effort to occupy the country.
If things go according to plan – and the entire command and control structure is wiped out in a mass attack – it will still require a huge occupation by troops. And it will take many decades to stabilize NK. And that is based on everyone greating the new occupiers with flowers and love.
I personally think the only good option is to do business with them. Sign some massive contracts to do outsourcing and just slowly warm relations with them and gradually bring that society into the norm.

Now your thinking! North Korea already has an embryonic outsourcing sector and it has many successes (just ask the film industry). Contrary to the propaganda, North Korea is a very creative place and is recognized for this by the world’s creative industries. They make good films, for example.
In the last 10 years, markets have opened up all over the place and North Koreans have access to products and food coming in from China but also made at home. They have cell phones, computers, and an edited access to the internet.
There are also popular restaurants they run across Asia and Europe.
Pyongyang is a beautiful city and is in much better shape, has better transport, and is more modern than many American cities. It is also much safer and cleaner and you will not see people crapping on the streets.
They also have very beautiful women who would be an excellent asset to the world economy. I could easily see an expanded North Korean airline being very popular with such beautiful women – and they wouldn’t beat you up either!
