Editor’s Comment: The system has been giving its all to wear-down the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. But despite it all, we are still individuals with God-given rights, and people everywhere are refusing to give them up. If that ever changes, the last bulwark between total control will break down.

Police generally are trying to do their job, but those who attempt to trample on the 4th Amendment, or spite the 1st are helping to destroy the country whether they realize it or not, and whether or not they have good intentions. The people in this video should be commended for asserting their rights, and refusing to be intimidated and aid the police in their own enslavement by giving into a “nothing to hide, so why not” warrantless search.

Dept Won’t Identify Cop Who Showed up at Couple’s Home Without a Warrant and Lost it When They Refused a Search

    by Piper McGowan

Police protecting or serving, or a gestapo goon squad? You decide.

Welcome to America, where you never know when the gestapo is going to knock on your door and attempt to search you for “crimes” that you didn’t commit, especially if you answer the door armed with a gun you legally own. In fact, it’s a lot like that old saying about if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?

Well, is living in America a crime until a cop shows up?

Looks like someone forgot what the 4th Amendment is. And the 2nd Amendment. Aw heck, let’s just say the whole Bill of Rights.

The video below shows an unidentified Valdosta Police Officer completely lose it in the doorway of Earl Cannady after the officer tries to imply they might be doing drugs because they are “investigating” and his wife’s brother has a history of drug use.

It goes a little something like this:

“You’re at my house. I don’t even know why you’re here. You’re at my house asking why I have a gun?” Mr. Cannady said to the police.

Cannady shuts the door and gets his phone to record the nice little visit.

The officer insists the couple might be involved in drugs because the cop knows the wife’s maiden name and links it to her brother (because every person is immediately guilty for the crimes of their family members, okay check).

The officer then asks “Do you mind if we search your house?” — proof they have no proof because if they did, they would have probably initiated one of those lovely no-knock raids that always get innocent civilians killed.

Cannady responds, “You ain’t searching sh*t, you got a warrant?”

The cop obviously doesn’t, so he goes, “Bet I can go get one.” Gee, really? Then why didn’t you?

Cannady simply goes, “Bye” as in “bye bye tyrannical officer showing up at my door and trying to strip me of my 4th Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures without legitimate probable cause.”

Then it goes from bad to worse:

“Now if you got a problem with those kids, you take it up with those kids, but I’m going to tell you something right now, you don’t got a f*cking investigation on me,” Cannady says.

“Number one, you’re going to quit f*cking cussing at me,” the detective shouts.

“You’re at my house,” Cannady responds.

“I don’t give a f*ck if I’m at your house or not, you ain’t going to talk to me like that, you understand me?”

“I think you’re getting too close,” Cannady warns.

“I don’t give a fuck what you think,” the detective yells, flipping out, to which Cannady says, “I need you to calm down.”

When I demand people stop cussing at me, I always cuss at them even more while I do it, leaving them wondering why it matters if anyone cusses.

The police still claim illegal drug use was happening in the house or a nearby house or… somewhere… but no warrant has been served and no one has been arrested, so again, if a tree falls in the forest…

The Valadosta Police also claim this cop was disciplined for his unprofessional, ridiculous behavior but they didn’t clarify exactly how so, again, if a police department says it disciplined a cop but the department refuses to even release the guy’s name, let alone what type if any discipline happened, did it really happen?

And the winner for best comment goes to:

Yep, that’s what being a hero is all about. Make sure and share that with all those first graders who say they want to be “American heroes” when they grow up…

      1. Oh, to have a sprinkler system.

        • I believe in the rule of law but the law has to be followed to maintain an equal and just system. The law MUST be followed by all, including the cops. As a matter of fact, they should be setting the example, should they not? In too many cases, we see this type of conduct and its foolish representation of hypocrisy. Donald Trump says cops are the most mistreated people in this country. I say the guy that goes to work everyday and HAS to pay confiscatory taxes to fund the biggest criminal enterprise (government) in the world is the most mistreated person(s) in the country. His comment frightens me because I’m afraid if he gets elected, your gonna see situations like this, escalated to the extreme occurring on a routine basis. I hope and wish the day never comes that I see cops and gangsters in a gunfight and root for the gangsters. Of course, I guess there really ain’t any difference between them. Stay quiet Be smart.

          • Jacknife, damn good post. I agree wholeheartedly. Unfortunately, LE is never held to the same standards that we ‘civilians’ are always held to. The double standard out there is so obvious even a troll can see it. Trump has no clue what he’s talking about concerning cops. He comes form a privileged background, had every opportunity, and took advantage of those opportunities. I don’t hold it against him being wealthy as long as he earned it honestly. But Trump has never been part of our world and never sees any of the things we see. He’s never had to scrape and struggle to make ends meet. He’s always had it made in the shade. Trump gives me cause for concern also. I also believe there will be more situations like this until somewhere someday some cops will try to force their way into someone’s home and get themselves killed. The day is fast coming when people will stop taking unjustified crap from cops and start fighting back in self-defense. It’s the only way I see to get the cops to stop their BS. Since SOME cops are always looking for trouble, they’ll find it. Bank on it.

            • Braveheart, you sir are correct, seeing as the home owner was filming the events as they unfolded (proof to back up his claims in a court of law of self defense) had this police office tried to push pass him, and enter his home the owner would be within his rights to employ force to stop him . Clearly this cop was acting in a very threatening and out of control manner towards the home owner. This owner could use the defense all the cops seem to love, “i feared for my life”, and the lives of my family if this cop entered my home without my permission or a warrant.

              • But you see they brought three other LEO’s to investigate. Any recourse from the homeowner, he would be dead.

            • The proof in the pudding will be when some journalist with guts puts Trump (or Cruz) on the spot, and asks them if they will pardon the Bundys and the Hammonds upon taking office.

              ‘Nuf said.

            • When cops decide they’re immune to the Law, when THEY can BREAK the law and orchestrate a potentially deadly attack on an innocent person and said innocent person is SCREWED for just existing and somehow unknowingly and unintentionally gaining the attention of this angry and violent armed man who takes a refusal to cooperate with an illegal, angry demand as a confession of guilt and a reason for illegal assault with a deadly weapon, you are in a police state. We’re not entirely there – yet – but it’s getting too damned close!

          • I disagree on a couple points here, with your interpretation of what D. Trumpster said about cops being mistreated.

I don’t believe for one minute that trump was talking about the power tripping gestapo type of cop, which the article is about.

The Donald is way smarter than that and thinks on a much broader scale. No, I believe he was referring to what has been transpiring with the “black lives matter” crowd, which has no respect for the law, much less LE. Remember what the goons did in Ferguson and Baltimore?

Yes, there is a certain mentality within all LE departments across this nation, that doesn’t always align with the Bill of Rights; but, for the most part, LE is just trying to do their jobs without getting killed.

You are way off base in your “assumption” that the whole nation is going to be run like Nazi Germany…aka gestapo style, if the Trumpster gets the nod.

I guess you think things will be much better under Hitlery, than trump?

            • I take your point about what you “think” Trump meant and no I don’t think it will be better under Hillary. There is a huge difference between the BLM crowd and these innocent homeowners. Now pay attention and learn. When the police make contact with a someone, whether it’s a traffic stop or a situation like this video portrays, they immediately do something called a threat assessment. Basically they size the person up and evaluate whether that person is a danger to himself, the officer or to the general public. This evaluation is probably completed within the first minute of contact. Body language, voice inflection, attitude and nervousness are some things they look at. Once a determination is made, they proceed with their inquisition. In this particular video, look at the other cops. None of them are acting out like the asshole at the helm. The point I’m making is that Donald Trump, and I like a lot of things he’s for, made that statement and it frightens me. I think there are a lot of cops out there like this assclown just itchin to put on the power ranger suit and go to work. And they will “think” they can because The Donald says so. Now gettin back to the vid, the cop, I’m sure, made his assessment and tried to take advantage of those people KNOWING there was no threat. Accusing them of certain types of nefarious conduct because someone’s brother was doing it. This WAS the power trip, and I think it’ll get worse under Donald Trump, even if it’s not his intention. That was my point to begin with. It had nothing to do with BLM, Ferguson, Baltimore or wherever. I think most cops look at the general public as the enemy and treat them as such. There are people that think different, so be it. But I guess we’ll see soon enough. In any event, I believe, as I have said many times before, that it’s not gonna matter who gets (s)elected, it’s not gonna stop what’s coming. Stay quiet Be smart.

          • Way too much conversation with the LEO. Answer the door without opening said door, once you have decided your not interested in what the visitor has to say or in need of what their selling, simply say ‘No thanks’, conversation over.

          • Edwin Vierria has a Great new article posted up at newswithviews dot com website! It covers This very issue and goes very deep into what Edwin calls the usa-Bolsheviks of BOTH political parties, and the exact form or method these out of control freaks are going to employ to finally take down america for good.

He speaks of what he thinks is going to happen based upon weather or not Trump wins…Basically either win or lose by trump and Edwin says we are going to see a usa final solution done by entrenched Bolsheviks within highest levels of wall street and usa govnt operatives.

And how the scenario will happen once said bolsheviks deploy the BLM savages and third worlders etc against the foks in usa Edwin calls “the Good peoples”…meaning avg reg middle class workers and taxpayers and all around patriots that are so Hated by the bolsheviks and also so hated by the Many various minority groups and low lifes which will be used as usefull idiots to attack Us type folk.

Edwins article also contains actual past quoted statements and book excerpts that deals with Past russian revolt bolshevik-style tactics and methods used to coral and control the masses etc.

His article compares Germanys issues of kommie bolsheviks Vs the german brown shirts which evolved as a “Direct Counter measure” and the Only viable means at that time frame in order to counter and stop the massive kommie bolshevik, “Cultural Marxist” destructions then occuring thru out Germany.

Edwin finsihes this article with good Sound advice for don Trump (if he wins) and also for Us common usa patriot folk in general…This sound advice is how it is the Utmost importance that once elected, Trump MUST as very first thing done as new usa prez, to announce a nationwide Reformation of the usa fed Constitutional MILITIA of the Citizens of EVERY State, in order to Fast get preped and Ready to be used to Counter the inevitable Back lash and certain to happen attacks Via those royally pissed off usa kommies and their bolshevik Leadership persons.

Because win or lose we are at the point where, like it or not, unless some vast miricle happens or divine intervention happens fast….Those many groups who depend upon and demand various “Special Group Extra Rights” such as ghetto blacks, Illeagle Latrine-O’s, fags and dykes, enviro tree huggers, Gun Grabbers, and those top key fed govnt bolsheviks that will never sit still for ANY changes to current wrong and bad foriegn policies, and especially current policy of constant never ending Mid-East wars for benifit of a so called small nation ally of usa and benifit of wall street corps small few earners of massive amounts of tax paid war related Shekkels etc.

They Are All going to reject all forms compromise, and same as Russias past original Bolsheviks did, will fight till bitter End before they ever consider to simply allow true democratic will of the peoples of we the peoples desires or needs to be met, even if a masive huge Landslide of usa voters elects trump.

Edwins approach to and method of detailing issue by issue and event by event of what is almost certain to Soon evolve within america, regardless if trump Or worse yet! Hillery becomes the next usa prez!

Is all laid out complete with documented Past various bolshevik quoted statements of their evil actions, and shows How it Will apply to Todays era and current bunch of same as prior Bolshevik kommies and what IS the ONLY real tried and True method that can work and function under Const Law as a Citizen Militia…

But Edwin also severely Cautions!! Against ANY type of the too many to count “Private Militia” groups that dot the usa landscape, and even though most if not all such private groups consider their selves as true patriots and properly formed militias etc…They are ALL 100% Wrong headed and totally 100% UNlawfull unless and untill they operate Under the proper provided usa const Clauses that dictate what/where/when constitutes a real proper Lawfull-under command of usa Prez under His direct order to act can be achieved.

For weather or not such Private Militia groups in usa now realize it….if any of them act in any Other non usa prez comannd/control, it shall Play right Into the Hands of those Bolsheviks plans, and every such action will quickly get out of control when it is dead certain.

That the entire realm on TV MSM News talking heads, also All and 100% of, now under the Same Bolshevik controls, all scream and shout 24/7 non stop of how “See folks! we Told you how such private militias are just illeagle Gangs seeking their Own methods of abject Violence against Your Proper and rightfull elected Leaders!”

And the current crop of deluded ignorant by choice masses within the usa are going to Eat that crap up and ask for more! And they will most all of them instantly take Opposite sides against the true Patriots based upon False info thru tv news….And that shall spell abject Disaster and fast End to any or all such private militia type actions taken once the Bolsheviks in control, in Both neocons and dem libs, act as One and send the Kommie Storm troops out to Counter such a illeagle act of tyranny and Violence against the usa fed govnt and its peoples.

This is one of Edwins best yet articles and does contain a good plan that if enacted properly can spell Justice and a save for america!…

Just go to newswithviews dot com and READ his newest article see for yourself and also LEARN from Americas Greatest Living Real true expert on usa const issues as well as its militia clauses issues too…Edwin Vierria(sp?)…You wont be sorry you read it!

            • @Them Guys

Thanks for the heads up on that article. Dr. Edwin has some very articulate and valuable insights on the topic.

            • TG, thanks for that heads up. Edwin Viera is one of my favorite writers.

        • NEVER talk to cops. Don’t open the door.

        • Put a badge on a person. Let him carry a gun. And he acts like Barney Fifth of Mayberry.

          • Barney Fife wasn’t a malignancy. This son of a bitch is going to fuck with the wrong people someday and get him self killed for his troubles. And not a moment too soon either, we don’t need egomaniacal nutcases with guns and badges running roughshod over people—now or ever. And you cops out there know exactly what kind of an asshole I’m talking about. Loud mouth, boasting, bullying, always right, won’t take well intended advice, makes enemies easier than friends, has to have things his way…. I think that qualifies for sociopathic at least.

      2. “What a looser”. Being a cop is not about power. I believe That if he would explained to the guy what was going on and asked him to let him in to look around he would have. If he wouldn’t you just back off and watch the house and get a warrant. If they had that much evidence they would have no problem getting one.

It is better to use sugar than vinegar to catch a bee!

This cop handled this all wrong. I.M.H.O.

        Sgt.

        • Being a cop means that you are calm and controlled, yet ready to kill if necessary. Just like a soldier, as police are paramilitary style organizations. You and he both operate on the predication that it’s ok to violate people’s civil rights whenever and wherever you chose. So my brother uses drugs? That doesn’t mean I do. And for you to deduce that I do also (as evidenced by your desire to “just come in and look around”) is noodle head thinking.. Then you return to reality by saying to get a warrant. You better have a warrant when you come to the door, because I always answer it with a .45ACP in my fight hand just behind the door. Shouting something and pushing your way in is a sure way to get shot. Unfortunately, this society is becoming a sad-ass bunch of panty-waists who won’t even stand up for their own rights, let alone those of others. That’s why they are sheeple’s, and as a “sheepdog” I don’t bark, I just bite. Even though I do carry, I don’t advertise it. Why make a target of yourself? Maybe get your gun stolen and left at the scene of a crime, a murder maybe? Now, THAT would make for “interesting times”, as the ancient Chinese used to say. As miserable as Hell, they meant.

          • @DHCconner

You’re looking at it from an honest perspective, as if government is honest..

Our government is completely corrupt from top to bottom, police officers are a part of that corruption.

You can get a warrent doesn’t mean the system is honest. Where I am from the courts the judges, the whole thing is run by communist NWO thugs.

        • Sorry Sarge,
I don’t submit to searches. Get a warrant.
My property is fully fenced, placarded
and planted with plants around the perimeter
that will cause most trespassers to be at a
big disadvantage, but give my dogs a large advantage.
I don’t do anything illegal, but the last thing
I want to deal with is an arrogant
power crazed police team. If they want to talk to me,
they can stand at the gate 100′ feet away from
my house and call me on the phone, like everybody
          else does.

          • R
If you read what I said. I said if they had enough evidence that they could go before a Judge and get a warrant.

Also remember that we only have to have reasonable suspension for a search, until it comes to Private Property. Then we need a warrant if we are told no you can’t search. Again if they had enough evidence to search the house they should have gotten a warrant.

And I agree if my brother is a car thief doesn’t maker me one.

            Sgt.

            • That whole crew looked like they didn’t have a combined IQ of 50 ha ha ha ha, what a bunch of losers geeeezus. I would have slammed the door in they’re face and got my lawyer on the phone lol. That makes me relieved that morons like them are what were up against, easy pickins! 🙂

            • Yea Dale, I see your point and agree.

Many people are just haters and when it comes to cops, some hate them all until they need one. Kinda like lawyers.

I have had all kinds of experiences with cops/LE from all levels.
The regular local small town cop, to a good friends brother that is a Federal Marshal. For me, the only experience on a negative side, was because of the system and a dirty cop needing to make a quota for writing traffic violation citations.

The reason i say “dirty” is because the amount of the citation fine doesn’t matter, but the fact that a cop will lie to put $$ into the system coffers. It happens everyday across this nation. If a cop writes a ticket for speeding, when there was clearly no speeding, or excessive speeding anyways; then at what point does he/she draw the line at signing off to something when there was nothing done wrong by the citizen? Do they cover up a cops killing of an innocent victim?

Some cops are just plain bad people and should never be LE.
Then there are cops that are just too good for the job requirements. Which ones we encounter, is the luck of the draw. It seems that more and more cops without a conscience, are the ones hired.

            • Are you a cop SGT?

            • You/LE’s/military are Oathbound to the US Constitution to have any lawful authority here in America.

IT is the supreme LAW of this nation that ALL laws/regulations/codes/etc MUST follow (be in Pursuance thereof) to be lawful here in America. THAT is the first and most important contract that you/LE’s/military are under. Then the next highest contract you/LE’s/military are bound to is the state Constitution where you live.

The Bill of Rights is a list of things that are either FORBIDDEN to those who serve within our government or allowed when specific constitutional requirements are met, and even then allowed to be done only in the manner specified.

It is in writing, and the Oath makes it the Oath takers PERSONAL responsibility to do those things in a lawful manner, not necessarily legal as “legal” is a lot of times “color of law” (“appearance of law”, “pretense of law without the substance of lawfulness”, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state” – Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition,) and violates both the US Constitution which it is NOT allowed to do and violates your Oath.

The Preamble to the Bill of Rights makes it clear that those things listed there was NOT delegated to those who serve within our governments, plus a lot NOT listed there as the delegated authority is what the people turned over in writing to those who serve within both the state and federal governments with the US Constitution being the definer of our governments, the supreme law of our land, and the document of ALL at every level who wish to serve within a governmental position are to be bound to.

Preamble to the Bill of Rights: “Congress OF THE United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution.”

NOT to be bound to any person – whatever position they occupy – who serves within our governments but to the document that defines it and our laws.

              J. Reuben Clark: “God provided that in this land of liberty, our political allegiance shall run not to individuals, that is, to government officials, no matter how great or how small they may be. Under His plan our allegiance and the only allegiance we owe as citizens or denizens of the United States, runs to our inspired Constitution which God himself set up. So runs the oath of office of those who participate in government. A certain loyalty we do owe to the office which a man holds, but even here we owe just by reason of our citizenship, no loyalty to the man himself. In other countries it is to the individual that allegiance runs. This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom. It is one of the great principles that distinguishes this “land of liberty” from other countries”.

The first duty above and before the orders of superiors and the duties of the position being occupied is the “support and defense” of the US Constitution, then the state Constitution if necessary.

You might say that the US Constitution is “dead”. If it is dead then America has NO government and you/LE’s/military/the federal government and state governments are with NO LAWFUL authority.

But even Obama pays lip service to the US Constitution with every EO he writes starts with “By the authority vested in me by the Constitution of the Unites States of America…” (even when certain usurpations he takes are NOT delegated to the office he serves within). Courts fly the American (admiralty) flag and also give lip service to where the delegated authority they use comes from also, as does the rest of those who serve within our governments.

As Michael LeMieux explains to those learning about the US Constitution: “The Constitution has very little to do with the American citizen. It was written to establish a Federal Government and to place the boundaries by which that government would operate. The constitution was never designed to provide or enumerate the rights of the citizens but to restrain the federal government from meddling in state and ultimately citizen affairs.”

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor: “The Constitution does not protect the sovereignty of States for the benefit of the States or state governments as abstract political entities, or even for the benefit of the public officials governing the States. To the contrary, the Constitution divides authority between federal and state governments for the protection of individuals. State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: “Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.”

Mack and Printz v. United States: “The Framers rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the State and Federal Governments would exercise concurrent authority over the people. The Federal Government’s power would be augmented immeasurably and impermissibly if it were able to impress into its service – and at no cost to itself – the police officers of the 50 States… Federal control of state officers would also have an effect upon the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself.”

Cooley, The General Principles of Constitutional Law, 3rd. ed. (1898), pp. 386-387. (Little & Brown Co.).: “In the construction of these instruments the following rules are actually observed:
              1. The practical construction must be uniform. A constitution does not mean one thing at one time and another at some subsequent time.
              2. The object of construction is to give effect to the intent of the people in establishing the Constitution; it is the intent of the law giver that is to be enforced. But the intent is to be found in the instrument itself. . .”

“The authority of the organic law is universally acknowledged; it speaks the sovereign will of the people; its injunction regarding the process of legislation is as authoritative as are those touching the substance of it.” Suth. Stat. Const., p. 44, note 1.

“The constitution of a state is the fundamental law of the State.” Ware v. Hylton, 3 Dall. 199.

“What is a constitution? It is the form of government, delineated by the mighty hand of the people, in which certain first principles of fundamental laws are established.” Van Horne v. Dorrance, 2 Dall. 304.

“Constitutional provisions and amendments to the Constitution relate to the fundamental law and certain fixed principles upon which governments are founded. Constitutions are commonly called the organic law of a State.” State ex rel. Halliburton v. Roach, 230 Mo. 408, 130 S. W. 689.

“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. A constitution is legislation direct from the people acting in their sovereign capacity, while a statute is legislation from their representatives, subject to limitations prescribed by the superior authority.” Ellingham v. Dye, 231 U. S. 250.

“The basic purpose of a written constitution has a two-fold aspect, first securing [not granting] to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined spheres.” Du Pont v. Du Pont, 85 A 724.

“The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. Dorrance, supra.

Understand where the DELEGATED authority being used by those who serve within our governments comes from now? The Oath that all you/LE’s/military are required to take and KEEP is lawful and binding, and it does mean something here. Do not let the Traitors to our nation make a Traitor out of you by just following orders and just doing your job; make it an informed decision you make to bring America down from within.

WE will be replacing all those that serve within our governments that are now serving/did serve (no statute of limitations on any crimes committed while serving within the govs), and they will get a JURY trial. (Judges are ALLOWED to keep the position they are in IF they use the constitutionally REQUIRED “Good Behaviour” while serving. That is doing the duties as constitutionally assigned and taking and KEEPING their Oath(s).)

Thomas Jefferson: “When once a republic is corrupted, there is no possibility of remedying any of the growing evils but by removing the corruption and restoring its lost principles; every other correction is either useless or a new evil.”

Abraham Lincoln: “We, the people, are the rightful masters of both congress and the courts – not to overthrow the constitution, but to overthrow men who pervert the Constitution.”

Brookfield Construction Company V. Stewart 284 F Sup. 94: “An officer who acts in violation of the constitution ceases to represent the government.”

28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

In closing consider this by Dr. Edwin Vieira: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides…

The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s constitutional rights… The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights. The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.

… the famous case Norton v. Shelby County… The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”

And that applies to any (and all) governmental action outside of the Constitution…” What are the defining characteristics of a limited government? They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do.

Look at the First Amendment… What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion. But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera.

“Congress shall make no law;” that’s a statement of an absence of power. That’s a statement of a disability.” (End Dr. Vieira quote)

              • Cal, welcome, and that was an excellent post.

        • NEVER consent to a search of any kind. If this PIG could have gotten a warrant, it would have. When they go fishing, they find what they are looking for, or they put it there.

          Sgt. Dale is a JBT.

        • Never let a cop in your house without a warrant, period.
But it is cool that this cop lost it for this homeowner. He should have a pretty good settlement from it.

        • @SGT

Never let cops into your house, they are not there for your benefit. Never call 911 for cops , only fire or medical. Hang up the phone ASAP

      3. It doesn’t take too many encounters like this one to develop the mind set that all cops are untrustworthy at best (which isn’t too far from the truth)and 1st rate assholes at best. So far in life, I’ve found that numerically there are more decent cops than jagoffs, but the hell of it is the jagoffs more than outweigh the good ones. I’ve seen good ones turn to assholes too, generally over some trauma in their off the job life. I know one who was a pretty right guy until he came home early one day and found his wife in bed with another guy. After that he just got to be a WTF kind of cop, and really wasn’t worth much of even a damn after that. Naturally, he played the ponies ALL the time, so maybe she had good reason to be looking for some strange. Not being home and losing bundles on the horses do tend do detract from household stability, do they not?

        • DH Conner, welcome, and you sound like one of the ‘old school’ cops. I have a few of those in my family so I know where you’re coming from. My take from the video is that the thug disguised as a cop was very fortunate to get out of there alive. I avoid today’s breed of cops like the plague. I’m afraid to interact with any of them and I think you already know the reasons. It’s the BS that they’re indoctrinated with at the academies. Their attitude toward the public is the same as the federal attitude toward us. Most of what passes for ‘police work’ today has lost its legitimacy. If that cop had tried to force his way into my place, he would’ve been shot, plain and simple.

        • DHC, that just goes to show that if YOU don’t take care of Mama, someone else will.

          • That’s exactly why I keep a .45ACP under my pillow and an AR with a beta-C-mag fully loaded, including one in the chamber, standing right by my pillow. You may get in, but you’re going to bleed a lot and work like hell to do it. Police all over the country are getting more coarsened, rude, disrespectful, and dangerous. They get a “demi-god” complex, as they exalt themselves for wearing a blue uniform and having a badge. They then begin to think of themselves as better than other people, and not bound by the same customs, norms, and mores. WE must admit though that in big cities, where there are large numbers of semi-socialized people of all races in large numbers, some “tough guy” attitude is necessary. Being “nice” to street animals, thugs, dealers, pimps, burglars, thieves, rapists, child molesters, and murderers just won’t cut it. You either grow a “shell” or your life expectancy is short. This I learned living in Chicago for 7 years. Common decency as seen by your average asshole is seen as weakness, and like sharks, they see it for that (even though it’s not), and look for an opening to take you on or out. But this particular cop is far too full of himself -the guy could have busted his nose as he pushed back out – laws in every state clearly say you have the right to use whatever force is necessary to remove a trespasser from your property. The most concerning thing in all this shit is that his fellow officers either didn’t see that he was getting out of control, didn’t pull him back, and passively stood by and looked. That’s that thin, evil “blue line” at work – they were all of the same mind-set: the law doesn’t apply to us, and we’ll do what Goddamned well please and fuck you if you don’t like it.
Moral of the story: Never trust the police, they are not your friends, keep your mouth shut, call your lawyer, don’t resist arrest, and keep that hole in your face closed. Even if you know you are right and they know you’re right and they are wrong, they don’t like being challenged – their ego’s are too over-blown for that, which may lead to you getting screwed good. They are naturally suspicious of people, and always join the force because they “want to help people’. The people they want to help is themselves to 20 years on the taxpayer’s dime and a good retirement check. Then move on to private security, which pays better and is usually far less dangerous. I don’t mean some wannabe with his funky uniform in mall the either.

            • Tactical comment:

Any attempt to fire on a belligerent Officer Un-Friendly forcing his way in would have generated a hail of bullets from the stand around Blue Meanies (after O.U. fell.) Not good for Earl or ‘Momma’ 🙁

The short and bitter of all this is the main reason We the citizens are so hard on the cops is that very reason for my tactical comment. They carry with them the authority to summarily shoot us, if they think it necessary. If they tolerate even the slightest corruption in other officers on this subject of life and death they are totally useless and corrupt themselves.

Librarians, on the other hand, can be corrupt as hell and nobody dies, nobody’s dog dies, no property is damaged, nor is anyone injured.

That’s why “Well, not ALL cops are corrupt !” will always be a lame counter argument (for me.) <bb

      4. Looks like putting a badge on an aggressive dimwit isn’t all that beneficial to the community we live in. I mean, stop using that fucking bad language. Fuckk!!

        • B from CA, I agree there way too many of the wrong kind of people with badges these days.

          • Had to lower the standards for him to get the job.

Needs anger management and some community service time.

            • It appeared that all those there (on both sides) had trouble finishing grade school. What a lovely gathering.

            • Anon, either we have the RIGHT kind of people for cops or just disband law enforcement altogether. Something has to give somewhere on all of this crap.

              • BH1776 and PoP

I do know there are good law enforcement still out there. The problem is the frequency in which the Constitution is being subverted by those who abuse the Law. Even to the point of planting evidence to arrive at a conviction. Can start a low as a quota in traffic stops to dropping a bag of weed on the floor. Things are going to get worse and the pressure on the Police to deter crime may produce lower standards which results in further
                distrust of LEO.

Shall we error on the side of caution and always treat Law Enforcement in the negative. Because once you become snare within the legal system it is a bitch to get out and that stuff follows you all over. Lawyer’s Court dates, fines and maybe incarceration.

                • Anon, No. We should treat LEO’s based on their actions. This particular LEO, I take it was probably the supervisor or ranking officer of those there. What I believe will happen during a World WOROL, is that those LEO we see in the vid will be your new “wolf pack”. Those that are truly LEO’s will be home seeing to their families.

      5. Lucky the thugs didn’t shoot his dog because they felt in fear of their lives! If there was a real crime committed go get a search warrant from a judge. Until then I do not consent nor will I comply!

      6. That dog is lucky it wasn’t shot for being there.

        • I thought it was SOP to shoot dogs on sight.

      7. All my encounters with sheriff deputies have been top notch…

The state troopers working the hghway coming into town are simple revenue collectors…

Luckily none of this home invasion “lawman style” sh*t has come my way. Of course we are in the sticks, sure that helps…

        • Vet1, NOBODY has any business trying to force their way into your home. Doesn’t matter where you live or who they are. If they try it, just blow their stupid asses away.

      8. What a anchor. Should have knocked his loud mouth out.

      9. I have had good encounters with the police and bad encounters with the police. While I do respect that they have a difficult job to do, I also make certain that I am always on the lookout for possible violations of my rights or for key phrases and questions that can be used to state that I waived my rights. They may be analyzing me, but I analyze them right back and refuse to get loud and emotional. Usually it is they who end up doing that in hopes of throwing me off the logical part of my brain and into the fight or flight part of the brain. That part of the brain (autonomic nervous system?) cannot reason and has a difficult time lying. However, I understand the game and can see right through it and will chose to remain silent rather than answer a question under duress. After all, anything you say can and will be used against you, but the cops cannot legally speak in your defense. Because of the increasingly hostile nature of law enforcement though, I usually choose to try and avoid them if at all possible.

        • WS,
I’ve never had a good encounter with police.
I took police science in high school
because I thought it might be a good career.
After what I saw at Lakewood police in So. Ca.
No fucking way. LAPD was even worse.
Shitty job just cleaning up messes, tax collectors
(BS tickets),and everyone that has half a brain
hates you, even if you are one of the few good guys.

      10. I have some advice for those cops, stock up on survival food, and be nice to people, and if your black, don’t try that in certain areas of Texas because I can guarantee you that the right person will kill you bad cops.. you pieces of sh….t.
….t make the good cops that help people look like bad cops..its the countries cabalist bankers is why we are having this problem.. makes my stomach sick.. you bad coos have a big mouth but bad cops don’t like to prep.. so good luck post callapse, you guys are already dead a.d by the way your not exempt when the chi-coms and Russians come.. good luck to you, you are running out if tune because callapse is close…most people who like in areas with cops know who the cops are and patriots and red necks will remove any threat that is localized like armed yelling cops threatening famines list callapse..like a few of them said, they the cops are the first to go when shtf commenses.. look at the outcome for all cops in general. damn shame, your own neighbour’s on your streets are going to liquidate them..

        Regards

        HCKS..

      11. B.H.-
That’s what’s amazing about kicking in a homeowners door at 3am…

Anyone in Texas will open fire if you just yell “police ” as the ram is hitting the door!!!!

Think that happened in TEXAS and the homeowner was not found guilty…

Sh*t half the time it’s not even the correct address…

        • Over here they will do their little no knock raid,,,
Then the lawyers wring a few hundred thou to a few mil out of the state or county whoever is found culpable, then the further sue the individual cops for emotional suffering and collect a bunch more cash from the state or county,,,,
Its profitablr for the lawyers and victim, but the gov toads,,, not so much.

          • And those same cops are on the street
            again after their paid vacations.

        • Vet1, things like that happen with cops in my area on occasion and will probably increase. However, it doesn’t change my position. Anyone who forces their way into my home won’t be going out alive. So the lesson is, you want to live, don’t come to me with bad intentions toward me, and you’ll be just fine.

      12. Cop did not have probable cause he was harassing this guy. If the police knew this was a drug house they would’ve came with a warrant and just busted the door down threw everyone to the floor and put cuffs on em. They didn’t have nothing and we’re trying to use self incriminating tactics like can I search your place. This cop is the problem with cops. Very unprofessional must be a southern state where this took place. what kind of crony cop shows up at your door accusing you of dealing drugs but doesn’t have any evidence to get a warrant. If this guy let the cop in to search and the cop found something he’d a been fucked and it would’ve been his own fault. There are idiots that cook their own goose and it happens more than you think. That’s why cops try this self incrimination tactics. They think the public is stupid. People know your rights. this guy did the right thing except for running his mouth and not having the door locked when the cop showed up. Around here if the police grab the door handle and it opens they say you let them in. There is no forced entry so it’s your word against the crooked cops. You know who wins that battle.

        • Asshat, while you make some valid points, these things are happening all over the country, not just in the south.

        • If this guy did submit to a search and they found a couple unused painkiller pills from a back spasm that happened five years ago, the cop could have dragged him off to prison for illegal drugs. He could have an envelope of cash to buy a car with next week, boom off to prison for money laundering. There are likely multiple illegal items in every home in America that could get you felony charges.

Never let a cop search your home. Lock the door. Even if they have a warrant, look at it say it’s not valid and make them break in, but don’t resist once they breach this barrier. If it tuns out the warrant has the slightest error or they find anything not explicitly identified in the warrant they can’t use it against you in court. If you see a warrant and allow a search, you have consented and the search can likely be expanded on if they find anything that might be construed as illegal.

Using the protections afforded by our constitution can never be used in court to imply guilt. If it was mentioned in court, you could easily get a mistrial. There is nothing in it for you to consent to a search. There are many police that carry illegal drugs and weapons and they will plant them on people and in their homes.

      13. Cops don’t clean up their own houses, well,do not wonder why folks hate you.

On the upside,Warchild just ordered a Ez-Duz-It can opener after some good reviews here, will throw in my .02 in after trying it.

        • Warchild, damn good point about cops’ houses. But they need to do more than just clean them up; more like REMODELING THEM. BTW, just finished a bowl of beef stew with goldfish. goldfish go good with soups.

      14. These people failed to mention seven magic words to these police, “You are trespassing and must leave immediately “. It’ll be frosting to add, “Never return without a warrant, police harassment and trespassing will be prosecuted”.

An aspect of reasonable cause for warrantless searches requires police to be able to show entry is required because evidence may be destroyed or people are in immanent danger, otherwise they must wait for a warrant.

Lastly he should never have allowed his dog outside.

      15. If he did not have his posse I would have capped the MF.

      16. Lesson to the sheeple. You’re next.

      17. I shoot anyone come near me.

        • I feel bad for any Girl Scouts in your area.

        • Imposter, you just don’t have anything better to do, eh?

      18. Those boys need to skip the donut shop. Just sayin’

        • So the lesson here is to pay close attention to the details exercise, train, eat healthy in a manner that will give you not only a tactical, but more importantly a physical advantage over government goon nutsacks like those guys.

      19. what happened to several rude overactive posters that were spending all of their time posting here insulting people?

        • Mac “took care of Business”.

          • We did indeed… Several users’ IP addresses have been banned from the comment areas — if necessary, we will ban on the server level to keep such people off our site.

I think enough is enough with the rudeness.

            Thanks!

            Mac

      20. 1. Ask the cop to leave. 2. If he refuses tell him he is trespassing. 3. Warn him again then call911. 4. Ask the cops standing around to make him leave. 5. File a complaint on all the cops. 6. Get a restraining order against the cop. 7. Wait 2 years. 8. SSandSU

      21. In the so called “Land of the free” and “Home of the brave” the cops treat the public as sheep and they are the dogs.

Americans are not free and are not brave and this allowed the government to pull of 9-11 and get away with it.

The legal system is one big fix and poice can execute people at will and get away with it and you know it.

      22. My house is protected by the good lord and a gun. .. if you come unwelcome you might meet both of them !!!!! Enough said.

      23. They don’t look like cops even more like criminals. The fat cop is like the sheriff or deputy and he uses these other guys as his henchmen. What a joke.

      24. what you expect when they’re “trained” watching Hollywood cop films, and made for TV movies. It all started with Clint and Dirty Harry.

My hero was Charles Bronson, Death Wish 🙂

      25. Good luck with the can opener war child. I was looking at the ratings on it not too good. Every once in a while it turns out to be a good product. With can openers there is a lot of user error. People fail to understand how to use it. With all the morons out there writing reviews who knows. Made in America though that’s a plus.

        • OK; This proves I don’t have enough going on in my life. I just saw the comment about can openers and have to say we have a couple of black plastic can opener we have used for 7 or 8 years and I assume they are Chinese. The work kperfectly and with no strain. Only markings on them are “OXO good grips”.

      26. The man was well with in his rights to shoot the scum bag dog when he entered his house aggressively and unlawfully!!

      27. Authority – the greatest illusion of all.

      28. One of these days someone is going to just crack and start shooting all cops he/she sees. Then the real shit will hit the fan

      29. There needs to be a major public out cry.

That officer is a f—ing basket case loose cannon.

      30. The best part was when they said “AT LEAST THEY DIDN’T SHOOT THE DOG”!

LMFAO! These fat fuqers deserved an azz chewing!

      31. How much you want to bet those cop’s already had drugs with them, and if that couple had consented to an unlawful search the gestapo…sorry “cops” would have magically found narcotics in their house?
