As if the President’s Lifestyle Behavior Modification mandate wasn’t enough, an Iowa Politics press release indicates that President Obama’s administration is considering signing a new executive order that will essentially give immediate amnesty to immigrants who reside in the United States illegally.
WASHINGTON – Several U.S. senators today questioned possible plans by the administration to unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal immigrants in the United States. Senator Chuck Grassley was joined by Senators Orrin Hatch of Utah, Jim Bunning of Ky., Saxby Chambliss of Ga., Jim Inhofe of Okla., Johnny Isakson of Ga., Thad Cochran of Miss., and David Vitter of La.
“There’s a lot we can agree on when it comes to dealing with the immigration problems in the United States, but this appears to be amnesty in disguise, and is simply an attempt to circumvent Congress,†Grassley said.

Dear President Obama:
We understand that there’s a push for your Administration to develop a plan to unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. We understand that the Administration may include aliens who have willfully overstayed their visas or filed for benefits knowing that they will not be eligible for a status for years to come. We understand that deferred action and parole are discretionary actions reserved for individual cases that present unusual, emergent or humanitarian circumstances. Deferred action and parole were not intended to be used to confer a status or offer protection to large groups of illegal aliens, even if the agency claims that they look at each case on a “case-by-case†basis.
While we agree our immigration laws need to be fixed, we are deeply concerned about the potential expansion of deferred action or parole for a large illegal alien population. While deferred action and parole are Executive Branch authorities, they should not be used to circumvent Congress’ constitutional authority to legislate immigration policy, particularly as it relates to the illegal population in the United States.
The Administration would be wise to abandon any plans for deferred action or parole for the illegal population. Such a move would further erode the American public’s confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books.
We would appreciate receiving a commitment that the Administration has no plans to use either authority to change the current position of a large group of illegal aliens already in the United States, and ask that you respond to us about this matter as soon as possible.

Forget the Arizona court battle. It looks like the White House has found a new way to approach the problem of States’ rights – by completely circumventing Congress and due process.

If the Constitution is so blantantly ignored by the president on this issue, Civil War will break out, and I’m willing to bet that he is the next Lincoln.
The fact is he cannot be re-elected in this country. The powers behind the throne understand this, and he has served their purpose as best he can. He is disposable now and I expect that after the November elections confirm that the Dems are out after getting so close to total control, Obama will be sacrificed for the good of the party. Biden will complete his term, then retire, and Hillary will run in 2012.

Sweet now these Senators are against executive orders. Kinda cool how this works – some random site thinks something up like Obama is gonna give blanket amnesty. Senators (I would say GOP, but Democrats fall for this all the time too) write a letter demanding he says he’s not going to do something that come to find out has no basis in reality in the first place. Man I think we all need to run for office – what a crazy easy job.

I heard that some militias armed with m-4’s,m-16s and heading towards that national park in Arizona that is closed by the fedsnear the border with mexico. I don’t know what militia is it but if anyone has info it would be nice for all of us to know. The Constitution says that if the government is seen to be out of control and has been taken over by some despot we the people have the right to use armed force to throw out those in the government and replace them with a government of the people. People like Mark Levin are saying, and very disgustingly at people who suggest such a thing, that no government is going to roll over and lay down and surrender (to us). He is indicating that there would be much blood shed on both sides and he doesn’t think we are realistically looking at that. He says we would be making a big mistake in thinking we are actually acting on rights we believe we have. I believe we would be acting on the right that our Constitution is saying fits this very scenario. This is the kind of situation that our forefathers indicated we may have to act on, and they were hoping that we would have the stomach to do it before it was to late. And that is exactly why we think that it is time to act on our Constitutional right to take back our government, and use force to do it if necessary. Don’t think for a second that Obama would order the military out on the street to stop us from getting into the White House, or the capital buildings to arrest or shoot these liberals who’ve done so much damage to our country. People like Nancy Pelosi would have to be arrested and tried like the criminal she is. We’d be up against the police to. And they would order us to stop and when we didnt’ they would use some of that high tech stuff we’ve heard they have like the microwave guns that make you feel like you’re on fire inside your body. They would deploy all the high tech so-called “non-lethal” weapons to stop us. We would have to shoot them, and then they would shoot back. But, if you will remember what happen during the Rodney King riots, the cops left because they didn’t want to get killed. We may see this as well. But, they would not be dealing with rioters, they would be dealing with people who would be heading for the White House and the capital buildings to get these liberal Democrats and Republicans who have committed treason against our nation. They would either be shot on sight or arrested. And how would we “try” them? What court would be used to accomplish their trial? And how would we carry out their execution, by firing squad up against the wall outside the capital building? One thing that I believe would be very important is the we’d have to get in control of some major television station where national broadcasting could be done and not be jammed by the government. We’d have to let the people know that this is not a hunta takeover, but rather a restoration of our Constitutional government. That Obama is no longer the President and his cabinet has been arrested and will be tried for treason and crimes against the people of America. We’d have to be very clear that we are not going to destroy our government, but we are going to replace it with the one that our Constitution gives us the right to have run the country. Those in the Congress and the Senate are going to be replaced with conservatives who understand what our nation is supposed to be, and what the Democrats had going on just to preserve their jobs. That will not be any longer tolerated of our representatives. We want them to follow the Constitution, and for far to long the liberals in our government have been doing things for themselves and their NGO’s. They no longer will be allowed to exist at the expense of the American public. Those are the kinds of things that would need to be told to the people of this nation if we could be on the air long enough to get out to the people so they won’t think the government has been taken back by a bunch of gangsters or renigades. I would want our representatives to do what they are supposed to do according to our Constitution. But, once the representatives get to a point where they no longer do what the people are telling them we want, then we are going to have to make a decision. We either sit and watch these treasonous Progressives, Socialists, Marxist, and Communist take over our country. They already have when we allow Mexican drug dealers to take over part of our country? When I suggested that Hillary will run for President in 2012 its because I think that “Barkie” will be six feet under.
He serves no purpose to TPTB while he is alive, because he cannot get re-elected. Last time it was basically “anybody but Bush”. This time its “anybody but Obama”. Another martyred President is the only way the liberals will have a chance at the White House in 2012.

I don’t think that Barkie Obungle will have many “loyal serfs” left in 2012. Soon governments at the federal, state & local levels will all be raising taxes and laying off employees.
