When we talk about tyranny we often associate it with images of Adolf Hitler or Joseph Stalin. But as Bill Whittle notes in the following Firewall commentary, in modern-day America tyranny manifests in many different forms and takes on many different faces.
And unlike despots of the past, the faces of modern day tyrants are smiling and look completely innocent, but their sinister intentions can be seen by their actions.
They have, as Whittle warns, weaponized the government with the end game being the complete stifling of free speech. Because once they shut down the flow of information and open discourse it is they who will control the narrative.
They don’t like being told what to do, or to think — the way nice people do. So she has been ordered to weaponize the government against unregulated speech — we don’t call it “free speech” any more because that term is archaic and also probably racist.

First, regulate everything. How on earth with people like Ann Ravel and, for that matter, the President of the United States, ever be able to feel secure when the American people are just running around starting businesses willy-nilly, or irresponsibly making internet videos that don’t conform to the Official Truth, or reading news stories — “news stories!” — on places like Fox or the Drudge Report.
No, the idea of something being unregulated — like, say, the internet — is anathema to these control freaks, so the chance to regulate something — anything — is good to go right out of the gate.

The ‘plumbers team’ have coordinated their efforts with Internet Service Providers to identify the people like you and others who publish their information on web sites.
At first they will cite violations of terms of service. Then, they will select a few ‘troublemakers’ and identify them for criminal prosecution. Others will experience hacking and other electronic attacks. And during all of that, there will be the Obama team flooding the internet with misinformation and disinformation. I want to add that the whole Net Neutrality thing is intended to let movie companies like Netflix hog vast amounts of bandwidth for themselves at the same rates that we SHTFPlanners who use very little bandwidth pay.
What must happen to make this possible is that retail IS Providers will have to make huge expansions of their infrastructure solely to satisfy these big media corps, but we will have to pay much higher rates, even though we don’t use it. (Kinda like Obamacare, eh wot?)

America is being taken down from within, and set up to fall hard. Locking down the net is just one more facet of that.
There are so many things happening in the background, that could be viewed as “coincidences”, if they were not happening at the same time as everything else.
People are getting fed up and taking non-aggressive actions that are upsetting the minions of TPTB. A recent one was a few folks taking pictures outside of the office of the DEA in Jacksonville. A few of the agents came outside and tried to intimidate the photographers but it didn’t work. That was a real stupid move because now these agents faces are all over YouTube so it’s impossible for them to go undercover. The Sipsey Street Irregulars posted the names and addresses of all Connecticut state senators and representatives that voted “Yes” last year on the gun ban. This has angered, and/or frightened them, but this is what happens when people feel they are being pushed too far. The time will come when nearly every cop and regulator, be they federal, state, or local, will have their names, addresses (work and home), and photos posted for everyone to see by various groups, or even individuals, who feel they are being pushed around and want to let those people know that they too are being watched. I just hope no one decides to take the law into their own hands. There is no excuse for initiating violence.

#1. Celebrate Veterans Day. In my church and in my heart (being a vet myself) I honor those who serve to protect and defend America.
#2. I watched the movie by Dinesh D’Souza on Veteran’s Day, “America: What would the World be like Without Her.” Great, great movie.
#3. Watched the baseball playoffs and my SF Giants win the World Series. 7th inning stretch we all sing “God Bless America.”
Yet I cannot deny that the cancer of Obola Liberalism has hallowed out this country’s honor and integrity. The liberal leaders of this government, aided and abetted by the liberal media, the liberal universities, the liberal school administrators and liberal teachers of our children, the liberal unions, and the liberal propaganda by Hollyweird has liberalized, feminized, and homosexualized a large segment of our citizens, perhaps a majority of them.
I honestly would not recommend a young man to enter the homosexualized, PC military. When I grew up it was “God, country, family, and somewhere down the list, it was ‘me.'” Now it’s all about “Me.”
Even worse, I think this broad societal path is irreversible. There will be Salt-and-Light remnants which the government will attempt to squelch, but the trajectory is clearly downward, like right off a cliff.

Basically it comes down to Athens Georgia or Portland.
Portland Oregon is about as far left as one can get, without actually falling off the cliff. The Portland police are infamous for being thugs, as are our local FBI. Our criminal populace is something to be reckoned with.
If you choose to come this way, I recommend you stay out of the Portland Metro area. Choose an outlier like Sandy, or northeastern Oregon. Stay along the southwestern I-5 corridor, but skip Medford-Eugene, they’re leftists down there too.

The problem comes when 10-20 armed government agents kick in your doors and windows while you are sleeping. If they know you are armed, they will have numerical advantage to confront you. The only was a gun does any good is if you are in a similarly large group that diminishes their advantage.

As a well trained scientist, though currently working in the health care field, I can vouch that the official story for 911 just simply isn’t possible. While I won’t offer any theories as to who did it, I will point out that:
1) Jet fuel doesn’t get hot enough to melt the infrastructure of the WTC. It wouldn’t begin to melt it for several thousand more degrees (just see the pics of the empire state building when a B-29 hit it in the fog, or any other skyscraper that caught on fire and burned for hours).
2) None of the other buildings that burned collapsed. None. Most importantly, none fell at free fall speed. Anyone who has ever seen the video of the twin towers falling can simply time it and see that they fell at free-fall speed. Just impossible if all that happened was 2 planes hitting them.
3) If a plane hit the pentagon, as they claim, it just couldn’t look like the actual pictures. The pictures that are readily available from reporters at the scene show that the damage is completely inconsistent with a plane crash. And where did the engines and black box go? You can’t possibly believe that this was the only crash in all of history where they vaporized? Simply look at the periodic table of elements, compare temp ranges, and you will see that the government’s story is obviously a lie.
We’ve been lied to about what happened. Do you think anything stemming from the lie can be good?
RE: American Intervention. Just reported on CBS Evening news. 3 American Sailors dressed in street clothes, and on a short shore leave in the Country of Turkey, were pelted with rocks, white hoods thrown over their heads and the angry crowd chanted “Go Home Yankee.” The 3 sailors managed to run back to their ship for safety, and shore leave was canceled, and the ship will take off as soon as possible.

Experience is embodied in the evolved systems of values, customs, rules and traditions that people use to order and give meaning to their lives. This tradition, in other words, is neither liberal nor conservative in the modern sense, but anti-political. Indeed, it is often seen as “anti-intellectual” because it denies the authority of intellectuals to tell the rest of us what to do (through the political process).

Black walnut hulls work excellent for painting your face, neck arms and hands. Soak them in water or just put in a sealed container in a humid warm spot and let them sit for a while, then peel hulls off…..you can squeeze the black dye juice out of them at that point. Also works well on work shoes and boots that are the correct color.
They stain everything, even through rubber gloves. That’s what makes it such a nasty job removing the hulls. Then you have to use a hammer on a concrete block to bust the nuts open.
We have three trees, but didn’t get nearly as many nuts as last year. Either the yield is way down or the squirrels are really preparing for a hard winter. I did find a small stash hidden in my greenhouse, so I found the squirrel’s secret entrance and blocked it.
Yes, the stain can be very useful for the right applications. The work of cracking the shell and separating them from the nut is indeed busy work, but not a bad thing for the family when you’re stuck inside. You can freeze the nuts and use freezer bags….they will last for up to two years. Walnuts are extremely healthy and considered brain food.
We don’t like black walnuts, so my wife shells them and sells them by the cupful in baggies. I want to get rid of them to make room for more garden space and fruit trees, but my wife won’t let me because her sister likes them.

I read that article on zerohedge KY Mom. It definitely illustrates that those in the know are no longer operating under the status quo. The question then becomes, when do the little people like us begin to act in accordance with them?
I’ve been sloppy lately. I’ve actually kept over $1000 in the bank for the last several months. Very sloppy. Normally its under $100 that is not spoken for.
After reading this, I’m taking it out. Don’t know why I ever left it in there.
A while back it was explained to me that there are three types of people:
1. Normal People who use the bank, save their money and put it there.
2. Under Bankers or people who use the bank but they keep and deposit enough to pay their bills and conduct business but their savings are kept in either cash (me) or precious metals (also me). (…and I have a third. I’ll let you guess.)
3. Non-Bankers are people who refuse to go near a bank to put money in it. If they have direct deposit, they never let it rest, they pull it all out and never let any of it stagnate in a bank.
How many on here are 1s, 2s or 3s?

WOW how ironic I come along and read this post now. I was just googling for a saying about “first they deny then they marginalize you and then they fight you” or something along them lines. I got to thinking about it when I started thinking about how I have noticed the word troll used a lot around here…..albeit incorrectly and usually tied to words like; left, leftist, lib, liberal, libtard.
I was thinking that is the strategy to marginalize someone with arguing facts….and an old tactic that all sides of the political spectrum use. Since a large number of people here on this site consider them selves to the right of the aisle, it makes sense that you would see the word troll associated more with the rights slamming of the left. Just and observation I was just thinking about when I came across your post here and I could expound upon the psychological argument warfare when people on the internet use these tactics, but I hate typing. I know this……I know when I see it, I lose respect and/or trust in that poster because I know what’s behind it, whether it be willfully or by ignorance. If anything, I will look more at the other persons posts and what to know what it is others are using these tactics to try and hide and why they are trying so hard to marginalize this person adn their view……I usually start to find more truth when I go down that trail then when I listen to the one using the BS no factual argument and marginalization tactics.
Anyway, I find it kind of funny the misuse of the word troll on this site, either purposefully or by idiots who are too stupid to know any better or just repeating what they hear others say because they are weak minded.
Don’t get me wrong, they are definitely trolls, but not to the tune that we see the word.
Oh and for the record for those that haven’t been paying attention….I am not left, middle or right. I hate all politicians and know them to all be corrupt adn working for the same people, and we are not the people their working for.

Never understood why someone would get upset over
a red thumb. I am a doomsday prepper. Don’t believe

Gave out a lot of green thumbs. But if you sounded like

Why is everyone so upset? You have the freedom to worship the sphere or spheroid of your choice. Your children are not only allowed but encouraged to worship the sphere in public school.
I get the sense of more of a community without the thumbs. This has been the most positive string of posts I’ve seen since I first came aboard. Thanks, Mac and all you others.

I really wish that somehow all of his written stuff could be published in a book, but if he’s got one blind spot, it’s thinking that video is the be-all and end-all of publication. He’s a screen writer, and has that blinder on. He refuses (I begged) to publish transcripts of his videos, which is tough on an old guy like me who a.)is too deaf to follow speech on computer speakers, and b.)can read about 10 times faster than he can speak anyway.
