Ventura: “Abolish All Political Parties”

Do you LOVE America?

A great interview with Jessie Ventura covering a host of issues, namely corruption within the halls of government.

The only way to do it is what I advocate for now. I don’t support the third party movement anymore. I support the abolishment of all these political parties.

The world is set up today so that you don’t vote for the person, you vote for the party. And it’s the parties that control the government. We were warned by John Adams that that would be the downfall of America.

I would turn the political parties into what they are, political action committees. The first thing I would do is change all election laws to where only names go on the ballot. No political parties are set on a ballot, that way the electorate has to educate themselves.

…also on all ballots should be the option at the bottom “none of the above,” which is a vote of no confidence for the government. Imagine if you won the election but lost to “none of the above.” It might make you rethink your position.

Those are two simple things we could accomplish right now that could help bring integrity back to the United States of America.

Vote for anyone but democrats and republicans and you’ll get a change in government.

      1. It is hard to believe that an ex-Actor, ex-Wrestler can be as intelligent as Governor Ventura is. He is kind of a genius. I watched every one of his conspiracy shows, and they made a lot of sense.

Of course the democrats and republicans will never allow this elimination of the 2 party system. They have too much power and will not allow it. I have never understood the (ONLY) two party system, it made no sense. Since I was a kid I have always voted for the person not the party, and of course, I was penalized by not being allowed to vote in primaries, it is rigged.

The scariest part is when you read websites run, backed, or fronted by either party…. it is scary how nutty they are. If you read a republican site, they are furiously supporting palin, simply because she is a republican. They do whatever they are told… and it is the same with the democrats. They back whomever they are told, no matter how weak the candidate is. I find it very scary that they feel that way. I find it scary that niether party can not come up with better, more qualified people to run our country.

But then again, after the last two rounds of presidents, it is easy to see that there is no difference between the two parties. What has Obama done different than Bush? It is the same policies, a continuation of the same BS. It is the same old story… no matter what promises Obama made about changing anything. It is sickening…

        • Jessie Ventura was a famous TV Wrestler. He was known as “Jessie the body Ventura.”

If a multi-party system doesn’t work, then nothing will work.

          • Ventura is just a wrestler, and he is promoting Alex Jones’s Conspiracy theory. He is nothing more than annoying distraction from the real issues.

Ventura is used for taking votes away from the Republican Party.

These days it takes over a billion dollars just to run for the White House. Obama spent $800 – $900 million from his 2008 election. So find your multi-billionaire backers.

How do you prevent corruption, lobbyists, manipulating polls or media 24/7, mudslinging and personal attacks against good and talented candidates???? They are the main problems as we see dirty politics play out daily in the news.

            .

            • One of the odd things I see is it “costs” a billion to buy the white house, a job that only pays #350,000 per year. The numbers dont make sense. So obviously money is “made” from the office, or why would “they” spend that kind of money.

It appears corrupt top to bottom. It seems lobbyist run the system, making sure money is made from the money they “invest” through contributions.

It would be nice to see an exact pairing of contribution to contracts issued….. but oddly enough Republican Rep Sam Graves of Missouri just offered legislation that would prohibit the federal government from collecting data on political donations made by potential federal contractors.

              http://midwestdemocracyproject.org/blogs/entries/graves-said-federal-work-should-not-be-tied-campaign-disclosures/

              Why would he do that?

            • .
Hollywood tries to create and capitalize on a person’s image, which is rarely if ever the REAL person.

People tend to vote for a politician who is popular and has good looks, rather than his brain, experience, ability and LOYALTY to his country.

              .

            • Actually Jane, the Republicans and Democrats are the ones that distract for the real issues….Ventura happens to be right on the mark

            • I think you’re also forgetting that he was also a Navy SEAL prior to getting into wrestling (even if he was ‘just’ a UDT specialist)…. and then a governor after that… Ronald Reagan was an Actor – why does that matter?

            • Sketch has a point here… what someone did in the past is no indication of intelligence.

Albert Einstein was just a patent clerk at one point, and Isaac Newton was once a preacher (and remained devout throughout his life).

Personally, I’ve seen a few of Ventura’s shows. They tend to have more than a few logic holes in the theories/shows, and it is very easy to tell that he has his own agenda to push during most of them.

The guy is sharp, and he does have good things that need said (e.g. I love the idea concerning the abolishment of the existing political party structure), OTOH, he’s not exactly free and clear of his own agendas.

            • BJ,…. Your comments are always just a bunch of LIBERAL NON-SENSE.

How could it be a distraction when the Democratic Party and the GOP are in the business of promoting their candidates?? ….. See how stupid your statements really are when you said: “Actually Jane, the Republicans and Democrats are the ones that distract for the real issues….Ventura happens to be right on the mark.”
              __________________

Actually Ventura, he is a DISTRACTION, because he is not even a candidate. He’s constantly being promoted by the elites and Alex Jones, and has been given a TV show.

              1. Those idiots think Ventura does not have any motive or a clear motive are stupid. One of Ventura’s agenda is telling Republicans and undecided voters not to fill in their ballots, and you know Dems and the Illegals will – Therefore, in this way DEMS WILL WIN AGAIN. The elites are trying to reduce Republicans voters, get it??

              2. The conspiracy theory is partially true, that’s how they control people and make a profit. However, Ventura’s theory is trying:

              a) to distract people away from the real culprit and
              b) to make the rivals opponent look like the guilty party.

I don’t work for anyone, so don’t send me any posting; You can use different tactic(s) to sell your LIBERAL BULLSHIT to the masses.

It’s a lot work to take care postings and that’s the Republicans party’s job, NOT MINE.

              .

            • Jane, I think you should rethink your assessment of Mr. Ventura. Instead of doing what you accuse the politicians of (judging & ridiculing or belittling) maybe read a little and you will discover he has much more knowledge then either you or myself. Simply by being a governor of a state.

Then once you discover that both parties have driven this country into the toilet such as a tag team in wrestling. Here’s a excellent historical bit of info you might want to read…

The Federal Reserve Cartel: The Eight Families

              by Dean Henderson
              Global Research, June 1, 2011
(Part one of a four-part series)

The Four Horsemen of Banking (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo) own the Four Horsemen of Oil (Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP and Chevron Texaco); in tandem with Deutsche Bank, BNP, Barclays and other European old money behemoths. But their monopoly over the global economy does not end at the edge of the oil patch.
According to company 10K filings to the SEC, the Four Horsemen of Banking are among the top ten stock holders of virtually every Fortune 500 corporation.[1]
So who then are the stockholders in these money center banks?
This information is guarded much more closely. My queries to bank regulatory agencies regarding stock ownership in the top 25 US bank holding companies were given Freedom of Information Act status, before being denied on “national security” grounds. This is rather ironic, since many of the bank’s stockholders reside in Europe.
One important repository for the wealth of the global oligarchy that owns these bank holding companies is US Trust Corporation – founded in 1853 and now owned by Bank of America. A recent US Trust Corporate Director and Honorary Trustee was Walter Rothschild. Other directors included Daniel Davison of JP Morgan Chase, Richard Tucker of Exxon Mobil, Daniel Roberts of Citigroup and Marshall Schwartz of Morgan Stanley. [2]
              J. W. McCallister, an oil industry insider with House of Saud connections, wrote in The Grim Reaper that information he acquired from Saudi bankers cited 80% ownership of the New York Federal Reserve Bank- by far the most powerful Fed branch- by just eight families, four of which reside in the US. They are the Goldman Sachs, Rockefellers, Lehmans and Kuhn Loebs of New York; the Rothschilds of Paris and London; the Warburgs of Hamburg; the Lazards of Paris; and the Israel Moses Seifs of Rome.
CPA Thomas D. Schauf corroborates McCallister’s claims, adding that ten banks control all twelve Federal Reserve Bank branches. He names N.M. Rothschild of London, Rothschild Bank of Berlin, Warburg Bank of Hamburg, Warburg Bank of Amsterdam, Lehman Brothers of New York, Lazard Brothers of Paris, Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York, Israel Moses Seif Bank of Italy, Goldman Sachs of New York and JP Morgan Chase Bank of New York. Schauf lists William Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, Jacob Schiff and James Stillman as individuals who own large shares of the Fed. [3] The Schiffs are insiders at Kuhn Loeb. The Stillmans are Citigroup insiders, who married into the Rockefeller clan at the turn of the century.
Eustace Mullins came to the same conclusions in his book The Secrets of the Federal Reserve, in which he displays charts connecting the Fed and its member banks to the families of Rothschild, Warburg, Rockefeller and the others. [4]
The control that these banking families exert over the global economy cannot be overstated and is quite intentionally shrouded in secrecy. Their corporate media arm is quick to discredit any information exposing this private central banking cartel as “conspiracy theory”. Yet the facts remain.

              The House of Morgan
The Federal Reserve Bank was born in 1913, the same year US banking scion J. Pierpont Morgan died and the Rockefeller Foundation was formed. The House of Morgan presided over American finance from the corner of Wall Street and Broad, acting as quasi-US central bank since 1838, when George Peabody founded it in London.
Peabody was a business associate of the Rothschilds. In 1952 Fed researcher Eustace Mullins put forth the supposition that the Morgans were nothing more than Rothschild agents. Mullins wrote that the Rothschilds, “…preferred to operate anonymously in the US behind the facade of J.P. Morgan & Company”. [5]
Author Gabriel Kolko stated, “Morgan’s activities in 1895-1896 in selling US gold bonds in Europe were based on an alliance with the House of Rothschild.” [6]
The Morgan financial octopus wrapped its tentacles quickly around the globe. Morgan Grenfell operated in London. Morgan et Ce ruled Paris. The Rothschild’s Lambert cousins set up Drexel & Company in Philadelphia.
The House of Morgan catered to the Astors, DuPonts, Guggenheims, Vanderbilts and Rockefellers. It financed the launch of AT&T, General Motors, General Electric and DuPont. Like the London-based Rothschild and Barings banks, Morgan became part of the power structure in many countries.
By 1890 the House of Morgan was lending to Egypt’s central bank, financing Russian railroads, floating Brazilian provincial government bonds and funding Argentine public works projects. A recession in 1893 enhanced Morgan’s power. That year Morgan saved the US government from a bank panic, forming a syndicate to prop up government reserves with a shipment of $62 million worth of Rothschild gold. [7]
Morgan was the driving force behind Western expansion in the US, financing and controlling West-bound railroads through voting trusts. In 1879 Cornelius Vanderbilt’s Morgan-financed New York Central Railroad gave preferential shipping rates to John D. Rockefeller’s budding Standard Oil monopoly, cementing the Rockefeller/Morgan relationship.
The House of Morgan now fell under Rothschild and Rockefeller family control. A New York Herald headline read, “Railroad Kings Form Gigantic Trust”. J. Pierpont Morgan, who once stated, “Competition is a sin”, now opined gleefully, “Think of it. All competing railroad traffic west of St. Louis placed in the control of about thirty men.”[8]

            • Kedz,….I never said we should never revise or reset the system. The bankers have power and might put in the new system which is much worst than it is. The Soviet collapse benefited a few rich, and these people took the money out of Russia.

Your article is a different issue and needs to be verified, and mainly it has nothing with do with Ventura’s agenda. The elites have their people writing articles for them in every countries all over the world.

It’s not my opinion, but they are facts about what Jessie Ventura is doing, and the consequences. Ventura made the news that I reported.

I CALL IT “A SPADE IS A SPADE.”, AND THAT THE WAY IT IS.

              .

            • It is obvious how to change the corruption, etc., etc., The problems emulate from the fact that there’s a lot of money flowing out of Washington, D.C. What a prize to get to run and manipulate!

The answer must be obvious. Break up the several ton gorilla into a bunch of monkeys (secede)! It makes no sense for politicians from the east coast to dictate to the rest of country. We know what’s good for us; most eastern politicians don’t even know what’s good for their own areas.

        • Umm hey That Guy,
In case you haven’t noticed the republican party pretty much hates Palin. They have been after her as much as the demo party.

        • “They have too much power and will not allow it.”

It’s the same reason they froze the number of U.S. Reps at 435, instead of the thousands we should have today (1:50,000 people). It’s because they wanted to consolidate the number into a tiny handful of people (Only one in Wyoming), so that no one could get a redress of grievances, or be represented. We need to fix that first.

        • You yanks have the answer already.!
Vote on the web for each bit of legislation put forward by the congress…..It would be reality tv(web) governance.
Problem is you would all need to have a unique digital identity..oh that’s right you already have.

          Something to think about..

Cheers from Australia “your freindly US base in the pacific”

      2. i have to agree with The Body.

      3. Jesse was for Obama. He is an idiot. Enough said

        • Was he for Obama? I guess it was a case of hoping for change!

I was for “none of the above”

      4. I like Jessie Ventura he has what most american’s lack these days… guts, Honor and integrity! “I said most not all!!!”

        • When Jesse was a very much younger James ‘Jimmy’ Janus, he exhibited all these traits. It’s called character, and it lasts a lifetime.

          • THE BODY AND THE MIND WORKS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS.

IF A MIND CAN’T WORK PROPERLY, THEN IT’S NOT MUCH GOOD FOR ANYTHING; ESPECIALLY FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO LEAD OTHERS.

            • Jane…Just because because you post in upper case letters doesn,t make you more impressive or more importantly factualy correct.

            • little dog,

I DID NOT KNOW THAT UNTIL YOU USE ALL YOUR INTELLECT TO TELL ME SO.

              GOOD JOB DOG!

      5. Jesse is a walking contradiction.

      6. Cavuto is an idiot. The church DID come out an say that it “wasn’t pedophilia if the child was over 10 years of age”. Fox news is a disgrace, except for Laurie Dhue…..

        • Jonny V:

Cavuto is a fucking idiot! along with that double talking fu@kwad Bill O’Reilly! I will even admit I used to like billy but, I have sense seen the light and he is full of shit! He is to worst of all of them. He is a true scumbag.

          • I used ro like them all when I was still in delusional land and thought politics was real and Republicans weren’t great but better at least then Democrats…then I wised up and seen the whole thing for the facade and show it all is……politics is in the Matrix, I left the matrix….now if I can just leave the corp 🙂

      7. George Washington said that nnot Adams.

      8. My take is that it is even more rigged as a system than you think…Of course both parties look like a bunch of crackpots wearing aluminum foil on their heads..they have to so that they have the “boogyman” factor for voters from the other side. You see, the power in government is not republican or demorcrat..it is capitalist… Both parties are bought and paid for by the rich and powerful in this country. Both parties help out their supporters with legislation to help the rich and screw the people. When the party in power goes too far or too fast with its rape of the people, then they switch sides and give you “hope” or “change” or “morning in America” while behind the scenes it is business as usual and they go about figuring out a new and unexpected technique or direction to sodomize the voters from..
I suspect the best way to beat this system would be for the people to totally stop voting..yes everybody has to do it..then when returns come in and the vote was tied one to one..(with each candidate voting for themselves) that would really be a vote of no confidence.. Meanwhile, the real powers that be sit back amused as they watch the people get sucked into one after another phony fights over nothing so that we all call each other names, pour billions of dollars into political party games (to save us from those boogymen) and watch us get all whipped up over total Bull&$^t while the important stuff is quietly done and voted on. As a case in point, how many of us have given more than 5 seconds to laugh to the story about a guy named Wiener who sent a naughty email picture of his “Oscar Meyer” to somebody who was not his wife…who cares if the guy acts like a 15 year old in his private life…I want the jerk to actually represent his district and act in their best interests to govern… Meanwhile, behind all the smoke and mirrors… what happened at the G-20? How about the annual Bilderberg meeting? Oh how about the latest stuff published about the economy by the Fed? or how about what Greenspan said a couple days ago… Lots of stuff can get swept under the table when a good soldier is willing make a scene to distract the publics attention. All he had to do was pull down his pants and show everybody his “shortcomings”
We ought to make this event a part of the election process, kind of like a debate..how about a program kind of like the gong show from the 70’s..all candidates have to publiclly show off their worst candid photo or tweets or let their gay transvestite lovers come out and spill the beans about all of their kinky habits…at least that would be an honest beginning..we could call it the “Voters Choice Dong Show”

      9. .
Foxnews network is the only place (like Starbuck or other coffee shops), CONSERVATIVE talk show hosts can gather, that’s all. They were provided liberal advisers by the network. All the news network in the U.S. (even in Europe) ARE OWNED BY LEFT-WINGERS.

You have to feel sorry for Conservative talk show hosts. Not everyone with Foxnews are conservatives, including their political analysts. Some are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Bill Oreilly, Cavuto and Gretta, etc… are REAL conservatives.

Lou Dobbs who just came from CNN and who was advising voters to declare themselves as Independents, not Republicans.

        .

        • A long time ago, I used to watch other networks, and I could not tell the difference because they’re ALL LIBERALS.

All these networks are constantly bashing (24/7) Conservatives/Republicans to the extreme.

It makes me feel exhausted and stressed out, because all you see is the biased attacks (until I found FOXNEWS).
Foxnews has conservative and liberal analysts when they discuss any issue.

I was told Conservatives do not have much freedom like the internet bloggers. If they can say things like Mac Slavo or the internet they would yank their programs or they would be fired.
          ___________________

Even though I watch Fox, I don’t take their advice as seriously on “foreign policies” or “the war issues”, because they don’t receive all the facts. They get it from one side only.

          .

        • “Bill Oreilly, Cavuto and Gretta, etc… are REAL conservatives.”

Err, no, they’re actually just showmen (and women) playing to an audience.

The last real conservative of note died when William F. Buckley did. He left a lot of adherents behind (many of who still post in National Review), but none could match him in consistency, intelligence, education, and level-headedness.

          • Odd Quesioner,

You know Democrat voters do not need to know who are the real leaders or have talent and experience. All they need to know is if they can receive a small fraction of benefits.

Dems and trolls do not care if the country has to go into huge debts from bankers.

That’s why Dems are here to convince you, there are NO REAL Conservatives; as you said “Err, no, they’re actually just showmen (women) playing to an audience.” I rather take a chance with Bill O’reilly, Cavuto, Hannity and Gretta than to believe in trolls.
            ______________________

I responded to your posting, did you read it, and have you figured out “who is the fool yet?”. Here my response to yours:

JANE says: (June 8, 2011 at 12:29 am)

            At the beginning you said:
“all of human progress depends on the fool.”

            1. I disagreed and responded with: “If progress depends on the fool as you said, then we would still be in the dark ages.” That means we do have advanced technology and science.

            2. Then you came back and proved my point when you said:
“And when you consider that most pioneers in science and technology were considered fools…? Point from here is simple, and can be made with a question: What is a fool, really?”

That’s exactly what I said — Really, and we are not in the dark ages, so therefore our progress is not led by the fool.

            .

            • Ah – hadn’t crawled back that far in a while… the whole idea on the ‘fool’ question is this: What is considered foolish, and in whose eyes? 😉

As for the rest? I’ve given up on watching the “us versus them” mudball fight years ago. If the current crop of GOPers in congress were truly conservative, why is the budget still growing like some bad case of radioactive space herpes each year? Why have there been no concerted calls for a flat tax (or perhaps one shifted to consumption instead of earnings?) For that matter, why does the frickin’ tax code still take two literal trees’ worth of paper to print? Why are alleged conservative politicians such as Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) so eager to suck up to the RIAA/MPAA’s every whim?

Seriously, I’m not picking on you in particular, nor am I picking on the GOP. After all, they have one advantage: they’re the barest lesser of two incredibly ugly evils.

That said, you can see this on any cable news channel that discusses politics: We either have the granola-eating crypto-communist freedom-destroying baby-killing left-wing Democrat, or we have the fascist corporate stooge neo-nazi old-people-killing right-wing Republican. No news media worth its ratings will portray things any other way, and the only politicians that put up with that are the camera-whoring shitbags whose sole purpose is to die rich, powerful, and preferably while in the middle of sexual congress with their mistresses.

The reality is that they’re both one in the same variety of asshat, and only use their alleged ideologies as vehicles to promote their own personal wealth and power.

An actual conservative (or even actual liberal) politician is either exceedingly rare, or exceedingly obscure. Either way, they certainly won’t stand out in a sea of slime that we like to call our modern government…

        • LMFAO….you have the nerve, audacity and ignorance to call me a liberal? And you believe that mouthpiece bill oreilly is a conservative….you are a fake, a shill, maybe even an airforce plant used to try and influence public opinions

          • BJ,….. You are here bashing conservative talk show hosts, promoting liberal candidates and their liberal agenda. Your actions speak for themselves.

I CALL A SPADE IS A SPADE, AND QUOTES YOUR OWN WORDS TO PROVE IT.

Don’t like it, then don’t post your pseudo agenda, so people can’t critize your postings, with FACTS.

            .

            • Jane,
Name one liberal candidate I said I support…just one!
If I were to even vote ever again, which I doubt I will, since it is all a joke, a game, a facade, I would vote for Ron Paul as I have stated on here before.

              Are you a bot??

            • you say you quote my own words…..but you didn’t quote anything in your post much less anything I said about any liberal candidate.

I don’t think you are even real…turn yourself off

            • The writing style of Jane comes across like IRC bots I used to see back in the day. Maybe she is a liberal bot here to try and throw us off. Maybe her master once in a while looks back and quotes randomly to keep the bot doing most of the work. Interesting theory BJ.

      10. The Democraps and the Repubcraps are all the same crap, Yes?

        • Yes.

        • More than you know.

I learned about the lack of difference a decade ago, when a party that was screaming for term limits and government limits decided to expand the government and conveniently forgot about limiting any congresscritter’s terms in office (especially their own).

I see it nowadays, when recording and movie industry lobbyists buy ever-increasing copyright terms, and more draconian means of punishing individuals for doing what almost every human being in the civilized world did before the Internet became common (share records, cassettes, video tapes, etc).

I see it coming, as corporations jockey to have their interests protected. As patents went from being a small inventor’s portal of success, to becoming a weapon used by big corporations to keep smaller companies from rising up and threatening the revenue stream. Patents also come in handy as a means for rapacious IP lawyers to extort payments for something they themselves never created.

Along with this insidious bondage of knowledge, we have pork barrel projects aplenty, all of which are busy suckling at the governmental teat. We have the vast majority of Americans all calling for reform… except for the parts they themselves benefit from (e.g. old people screaming bloody murder whenever someone even thinks of reforming Medicare).

In the midst of this orgy of money, we have politicians. The majority of them are focused on one thing: enriching themselves by doling out taxpayer money to whomever can insure that enrichment the most. Both sides do it, and they do it out in the open these days.

Overall? I don’t think the government will fall in a sudden crash. I think it’ll decline much like Rome did… slowly and painfully, in fits and starts. It’ll drop a bit, then rise a bit. I’ll scare the crap out of people briefly, only to be followed by equal periods of euphoria as ‘golden days’ become briefly within sight.

Eventually, the Vandals and Huns will come. But, when they do, it will be as an afterthought.

      11. “Vote for anyone but democrats and republicans and you’ll get a change in government.” I’m going to use that a lot in posts on non-prepping sites.

Problem is, I don’t think the entitlement crowd wants a change. That would be bad for them, they might have to *gasp* work! And they make up a HUGE percentage of our country – a great big, giant, non-working, voting bloc.

        • Agreed that the parasite class prefers the status quo. In its current configuration the USA is FUBAR.

      12. no doubt in my mind that they are just two heads of one beast..

the funny shit is when a dem, bitches about what a rebub did, and than a rebub bitches about the dems..silly rabbits this trick is for us..

all im going to say is United we stand , Devided we fall….two parties have done nothing more then to devide this nation, and look at where were at.

      13. Fox cracks me up. Suddenly republicans are skeptical of government but I seem to remember that we should just “trust our president” under Bush because he was a good ol’ christian. And the guy simply couldn’t believe what Ventura said about the catholic church. Simply couldn’t believe it. And I’m guessing that when he finds out it’s true that he still won’t believe it or he’ll some how justify or “qualify” his answer.

        • If you think that’s crazy, here’s a head-scratcher:

Consider what the left normally spews concerning the Catholic Church in the time span from Peter to Benedict XVI…

…then these same people can be made to turn around and (almost in the same sentence) lionize John F. Kennedy and his whole damned family. 😕

          • Anyone who sticks with the church now after mountains of evidence of child abuse, hasn’t got their head screwed on straight, no matter who they are.

            • Bit o’ tricia: The vast majority of child molestation occurs at the hands of a family member… does this mean that anyone who wants to be a father or stepfather doesn’t have their head screwed on straight?

Personally, the number of priests who did perpetrate such horrific acts is only a tiny fraction compared to the number of hard-working men who have devoted their entire lives to God and man.

I have no cause to blame the Church for the actions of a few bad men. Yep – I know there were cover-ups. I also know that the vast majority of it stemmed from a bit of an internal struggle within the US Church caused by a group of ultra-liberals better known as the “lavender mafia”. There are still hordes of overly-liberal priests and even bishops who decided to use Vatican II as an excuse to push a rather unholy agenda.

Some places to research starts here:
              http://culturecampaign.blogspot.com/2010/11/us-bishops-battle-lavender-mafia.html
              http://old.nationalreview.com/dreher/dreher031302.shtml
              http://www.newoxfordreview.org/article.jsp?did=0405-skuba
              http://www.newoxfordreview.org/article.jsp?did=0206-editorial

…now mind you, if someone is gay, that’s their deal. OTOH, given the vast majority of abuse cases and their circumstances, it’s not hard to figure out the sources.

Aside from the actions already taken, the only one that will produce any lasting change is what some conservative priests term the “Biological Solution” (i.e. wait for the more egregious of the ultra-liberal faction to die off).

Overall, The Church is coming back around, and rising from the mess that had its roots in the 1960’s. The Summorum Pontificum (look it up – long explanation), coupled with the more stringent orders of Mass due this year, will start accelerating the isolation of the liberals.

Me, I believe that an organization that has been around for nearly two millennia is not so easily destroyed, no matter what the actions of a few bad men within it happen to be. It’s endured worse, after all.

And besides, the Christian message within is still just as strong now as it has ever been.

            • urgh – typo s/tricia/trivia. Sorry ’bout that.

      14. Jane, Jane, me Tarzan, I’m seeing double, ah haaa aa. Which one am I talking too? I always wanted twins! I see you’re on nights. You are the one (two) for me….

        • Anonymous,

I can’t believe Mac let you post this kind of message, and other nasty ones as well.

Anyone who is constantly attacking me just to support their buddy ( Durango Kidd ) is not worth paying attention to.

Although I cannot stop you from reading my postings, I don’t know you and I don’t even want to know you.

YOU ARE A PSYCHO, NOW LEAVE ME ALONE.

          .

          • Norman Bates: Well I’m not a fool. And I’m not capable of being fooled! Not even by a woman. But I sure like them!

Nothing personal Jane, I was just poking fun of your double posts. I’m sorry. They won’t let me out of our old folks home during the day and I get bored taking my roommate’s money. All we have is time, our wealth, tv, net & the Darth Vader for laughs.

            • Hey PSYCHO “Anonymous”, stop making all of the other anonymous poster’s lumped into one. Jane doesn’t know the rules.

              JANE says:
June 9, 2011 at 10:50 am BJ,…. Your comments are always just a bunch of LIBERAL NON-SENSE.

              1. Those idiots think Ventura does not have any motive or a clear motive are stupid.

I don’t work for anyone, so don’t send me any posting; You can use different tactic(s) to sell your LIBERAL BULLSHIT to the masses.

It’s a lot work to take care postings and that’s the Republicans party’s job, NOT MINE.

          • There’s nothing wrong with Durango Kidd.

            • I like him & I don’t even know him! I like Jane too!

      15. Good info. Just want to add a thought. The political parties are the “method” by which the system is controlled or managed. The political parties keep the sheeple divided and arguing amongst each other about who’s to blame or who gets what from the government. By using these two political parties it keeps the sheeple’s attention and focus off who really controls the government. The last thing our controlers want is for the people to quit arguing amongst themselves and realize that they all have the same goals and priorities – clean air, clean water, fresh food, shelter, security, etc.

Ask yourself if there really are two different political parties in the U.S. then wouldn’t one of those parties be against the ongoing wars in Afghanistan and Iraq? Wouldn’t one of those parties be against the new wars in Libya and Yemen? And, wouldn’t one of those parties be willing to stop us from provoking war with Iran, Pakistan, Syria, etc?

It’s amazing to see the complete lack of principles both political parties exhibit by how they literally switch sides of a debate on key issues depending upon which party has the majority.
My point is the political parties are nothing more than political theatre designed to hide the true controllers and keep the people divided, confused and disenfranchised.
Ask yourself who benefits from war. Do your own research and find out who profits from war.

      16. If voting actually changed anything then it would be illegal.

        • It will be when the dumb masses figure it out. Be independent and/or vote for Mickey Mouse. An independent will make it to the party someday but it’ll be too late.

        • Hard to tell if they’re doing actual analysis, or just trying to grab eyeballs.

      17. In a fair, free and just system, Ventura’s idea would work. But we are way past voting that will make a change. the power strucure will never allow it. Why should they??. When our system has a reset, and it will eventually, we might see a change. before that, reset, nothing will make a change.
I will make a prediction here and now. Because of a combination of factors, both economic and natural disasters, we won’t have a presidential election in 2012. the current powers are setting the stage for martial law, and they will use this chaos, most of it their making, to cancel elections. it will be for our own good, they will say.
if the powers that be don’t cancel the elections, it might be brought about by major natural disasters that are stacking up more every month. again, it will be for our own good.
There you have it, remember where you heard it. No elections next year.

      18. Amen to that Jesse Ventura! Both parties were bought and paid for years and years ago! When will people wake up and realize they DO NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE FORM OF GOVERNMENT ANY LONGER!!!!

      19. greaseman..I disagree with you—TPTB aren’t afraid of any competition to the fraud…they simply eliminate any serious competition using false data contribed by factions under their control, or increase the freebies/incentives for the moochers, and there’s always the fall back…hack into electronic voting machines.

        I won’t be voting in 2012.

      20. I have long advocated that the way to change the system is to eliminate BOTH major parties. How do you do that? If the American people who just go into the voting booth and vote for anyone other than an R or D, preferably the Libertarian candidate although either the Constitution Party or Green Party would be acceptable the tide would start to turn but the population has to start by taking that first step.

      21. This is all about Control. ” . . . Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies . . .”

Know your history, and understand that we ceased to be any kind of republic with the establishment of a Central Bank in 1913. Read the biography of Vanderlip, who was a member of the secret 10-day Jekyll Island meeting for bankers like himself and JP Morgan, and how they basically conspired to take over the country through CONTROL of the money supply.

Republican Taft opposed the central bank establishment. So they got Teddy Roosevelt, the Republican, to run as a third party candidate, so that eventually Democrat Woodrow Wilson would give them the stamp of approval they needed.

Then the idiots are left scratching their heads, wondering who is a Republican or Democrat. It doesn’t matter, stupid.

The Great Depression was purposefully orchestrated by them to solidify their rule over the despairing masses. Americans are the pawns, minions, and serfs of the International Bankers, and have been for the last hundred years. Unless Americans can achieve the elimination of that pathetic institution, which is a complete SCAM to begin with.

All of it is based in dishonesty, corruption, and cronyism. The whole system is sick and repulsive. Did I mention corrupt? It is Mob Rule from top to bottom.

Read Section 10 of the Constitution, and understand why Specie (gold and silver) was supposed to be the only legal tender in America. It was to eliminate Control, and safeguard North America’s Liberty into perpetuity, that is, forever.

Yet somehow the powers of Europe have squeezed, wiggled, and weaseled their way into taking control of America, and by extension, all of North America, and most of the rest of the world.

It is all about Control. Even the individuals who describe themselves as members of a party are unwittingly playing part in that system of Control for the sake of the few . . .

Voting on the basis of individuality would be the right step in the right direction . . .

Being a member of the Tweedle-Dum or Tweedle-Dee parties should be repugnant to the core of any self-respecting American, who cannot stand up for himself as an Individual. Otherwise such a person is merely a charlatan and a slave, in addition to being a real coward and ignoramus.

Ultimately, there is no difference between the two parties because they represent the same Overlord & Master & Godfather. You’re being given the offer you can’t refuse! Capiche?

        • On the money…no pun intended

I have always said this 2 party sysytem is nothing but smoke and mirrors for , we all know what really contols eveything here…

          Greed…

          Money

          Control

      22. Hurray for Jesse
I agree its not about us its about making themselves look good and bashing the other guy to death! Lining thier own pockets and political agendas for thier buddies of coarse!! Doesnt make a didley what we the people say all they do is waist time and money pushing thier ideals and those of the new world order followers.

      23. Jane I do not see my comments as stupid at all, but those of someone who has woke up to the lies thrown about by a shill like yourself. You are an “Alice in Wonderland” living in your stupid Republican world. You show your stupidity when you think of me as a liberal

      24. The quarter in your pocket has two sides, heads or tails, but it’s still the same coin. The Republican and Democrat parties are simply opposite sides of the same coin; the coin being our political system.

You want change???? Just let the a__holes in the District of Criminals keep playing their stupid games with the debt ceiling and you’re going to get your wish. Our poor country is way passed the point of no return with regards to its financial system.

The nitwits may be able to keep kicking the financial can down the road a bit further, but not very much farther.

You still want CHANGE????? I got some CHANGE for everyone!!! The CHANGE that I have for you is that I have the feeling that the Christmas of 2011 will be a major CHANGE from the Christmas that you ‘enjoyed’ back in 2010!!!!

      25. Once you lived in America–
        Then-911. Now, bankrupt in Iraq,
You live in Neocon Kikestan !!

        Hey Goyim-I got my $7,000,000,000.00

Now I own the Sears Tower in Chicago.
Good Boy, Rahm! Just wait until 7/4/2011.
False Flag! Iran did it! Martial Law!
And FEMA Camps for you “Twoofers”.

“PROTOCOLS” Chp. 24–“And in the last days,
when we control the money, press and governments of
        the Goyim-we shall utterly destroy
        the followers of CHRIST.”
(Just google: Albert Pike letter, 1871.)

      26. well, we’ve got everything from tarzan and norman bates to the protocols of the elders of zion and professional wrestling! the entertainment factor alone get this article a 3 and 1/2 star rating. (it’s got a good beat, mr clark, but i cant dance to it. i give it a 72) i actually like the idea of abolishing political parties but i don’t see it happening anytime soon. but, hey, we can dream can’t we?
note*** in the interest of saving energy and planet earth from carbon, and any other element (or compound) which may be labeled as dangerous to the enviroment, i have begun a boycott of capital letters, thereby limiting my electric energy use and doing my own small part to stave off “climate change”-whatever the hell that is. you’re welcome.

      27. An observation: If the main-stream media is for a canadate…generally not good for our forefather’s vision of a nation they sacrificed for. The more set against (emotional or personal attacks vs. facts to discredit) the more likely that individual is good for this nation. Watch, consider, and vote according. Most time the individual does not make it far enough to even have a chance to receive votes.
Many people were ticked at Palin for leaving AK govenor position, except the local liberals/Dems who brought lawsuits against her for wearing clothing with a manufacturer’s logo on it. “Advertizing” while a politician. Bankruptcy was the plan it appears.

      28. The title of Jesse Ventura’s interview is “Two Simple ways to Bring Integrity Back to America”. I am of the opinion that his suggestions have nothing to do with bring integrity back to America.

Integrity: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.

I fail to see how by abolishing the two party system American society will be more honest, have strong moral principles or moral uprightness. Integrity is the responsibility of each individual. When there are enough of us with integrity then our leaders will have integrity because they are a reflection of us, and our system will work as it was intended.

      29. Being from another country, (Australia), I have to say that from an outsiders point of view, you guys are in a load of trouble. And, to be honest, reading comments from people like Jane, I’m not surprised. If she had any idea how much she comes across as a biased, ill-informed,redneck hick, she might cut back on her rantings.I truly am astounded. She OBVIOUSLY BELIEVES what she preaches. That’s the scary thing.

      30. Just remember this rule about our nation: We were NEVER intended as a nation to be a direct democracy; we were founded as a Constitutional Republic. The founders, in their wisdom, also did not expect or wish for the national boobs to exert as much control over us as they do now. The national government was to be very limited in scope, and to deal with actual issues between our nation and other nations; not to interfere in our everyday lives. For that, we can thank those vile idiots Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt.

Also, by turning over more power to a centralized government, every election just becomes an advance auction for future stolen goods. Every person intending to get elected tells how he will bring federal money back to his district. This is coming from the rest of the nation as a whole. The political class has found that the way to keep power is to keep the money flowing from Washington, DC, and the one who promises to bring back the most gets elected.

As for the individual political parties, re-read the last paragraph. There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the two; they are all about trying to control by way of allowing the flow of money.

      31. What Kevin Beck say’s above about a republic is correct.. it is refreshing seeing words from others who know this… but too bad them days where thrown out the window a long, long time back… it makes me sick… ugg

The way it is now, all you have to do is kiss the ars’s of the AIPAC, ADL and a little of the corporate big wigs and you will have all the funding you want for campaigning a bag of lies..

Who ever has the most for advo will generally win.. this will only get worse thanks to the supreme court now allowing unlimited contributions for candidates from corporations..

they can lie through their teeth campaigning saying they will do this or that to protect the little man but they are blowing wind… once elected then the personal money rolls in for them via advocates and lobbyist’s for political favors on their vote’s..

bottom line to me is this, there is 8 family’s who are the modern day slave owners of the world… there is only one thing that has a possible chance of saving this broken down wagon train… End The Federal Reserve International Banking Cartel.. if and that is a very big IF..lol over 80% of our problems would end and we could maybe restore part of our once great place… I am not holding my breathe though on this one…

      32. I would vote, if I could vote for nobody. I like him in “Predator” when he said, “ya’ll just a bunch of slack jawed faggots!” A movie with Arnold. Funny.

      33. Their sure is a lot of bs spread out here, especially Jane who speaks out of both sides of her mouth. It is truly amazing how stupid or brainwashed the people of America really are.

      34. Ventura was a US Navy SEAL before becoming a wrestler or movie star. He knows a little something about serving his country, and personal sacrifice. You can’t complete training like that without being mentally and physically tougher than 90% of the population.. I wish we had more “politicians” like him.
