New satellite images show North Korea apparently dismantling their main missile engine test site. An American research group hypothesized Monday that this is a sign that Pyongyang is fulfilling the promises North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made to President Donald Trump.
At the summit in Singapore last month, Kim Jong-un vowed to president Trump that he would denuclearize sending the left-leaning mainstream media into a frenzy, well, those who chose to report on the promise anyway. It now appears that Kim has taken some big steps toward making good on his promise to Trump, according to a report by Fox News.
According to an analysis of satellite imagery of the location by the North Korea-focused 38 North website, between July 20 and 22, the North Korean government appeared to be dismantling the Sohae launch site. Most notably, these deconstructions include the rail-mounted processing building where space launch vehicles are prepared before moving them to the launch pad, and the nearby rocket engine test stand which is used to develop liquid-fuel engines for ballistic missiles and space launch vehicles.
This comes not long after there were reports that North Korea was enhancing and upgrading parts of their nuclear test facility. According to the newest satellite imagery, however, some facilities on the site were either razed or taken apart completely.
Commercial satellite imagery of the launch pad from July 20 shows that the rail-mounted processing/transfer structure has been moved to the middle of the pad, exposing the underground rail transfer point—one of the few times it has been seen in this location. The roof and supporting structure have been partially removed and numerous vehicles are present—including a large construction crane. An image from two days later shows the continued presence of the crane and vehicles. Considerable progress has been made in dismantling the rail-mounted processing/transfer structure. One corner has been completely dismantled and the parts can be seen lying on the ground. “Since these facilities are believed to have played an important role in the development of technologies for the North’s intercontinental ballistic missile program, these efforts represent a significant confidence-building measure on the part of North Korea,” analyst Joseph Bermudez wrote in the 38 North report. Bermudez said the satellite images indicate that Pyongyang took “an important first step toward fulfilling a commitment made by Kim Jong-un.”

Each “area” of the world is not just dependent on Latitude and Longitude. They differ, sometimes greatly, by every other “weather” variable you can think of.
We have a huge land mass with variable arable land, North and South. So, while a 1-2 degree drop in “world” temp will obliterate Canadian Wheat, we can move our crop lines South.
Also, just a few weeks ago, I drove extensively through South Alabama and Georgia and showed my kids the HUGE amount of land that can be put into production. Unbelievable unfarmed land.
China doesn’t have available land, and has 3 times our population.
North Korea is sitting in a awful place, according to the projections of those who study this. According to what THEY say (not me) China’s wheat area will go “off line”, and so will N. Korea. China does not want 22 million starving people crossing their borders.

After completing successful launches and his warheads developed a nominal power rating, of course they disassemble they’re testing facilities. Now they can build a thousand more out of sight – just like we did. It’s not a far reach to consider that to avoid being hit by an error prone system, the Chinese probably assisted them to develop a control system. Right now Kim is as safe to the world as Iran.
Ok what if Kim has recieved help by the Chinese. And now has the rocket and bomb needed to set off a EMP in the atmosphere? If you have the working product you no longer need the test facilities. The unofficial word was that the goofy North Korean scientists and engineers did inadequate accessment of the terrain upon which their atomic testing was relying upon. These notonly grew fragile but collapsed due to the forces generated AND THEN testing caused fallout clouds that drifted over China and their masters were seriously upset.
The long term plan the Chinese have is to replace the NK moron as the entire family has been a series of dolts an outright crazies, and then simultaneously get enough reunification agitators in South Korea going, that if a stable Chinese puppet can be found, then reunfication can exist and China will control both North and South Korea.
Therefore it is the Chinese best interest to hamper Kim’s nuclear ambitions and ultimately replace him. As NK has a huge potential rare earth metals supply, the Chinese win big but seriously threaten Japan and Okinawa and upset the geopolitical hegenomy for all of Asia.
Kim has one EMP satelite platform and two others which are potentially EMP platforms, but supposedly only one has a track over the continental USA as they have some issues retasking the other two. Then again, three NK satelites passing over the USA mainland would likely cause consternation and not in China’s best interests.
I myself would much rather have a EMP take down the electric grid than continue the cold war on the citizens of the USA. With a grid down it very soon becomes a survival of the fittest and those who prepped for the very worst. Everyone is on a equal footing without the enabling of the government or outside influence. A trick the Japanese holdouts used after WW2 was to pass the chimney smoke over a series of damp screens or mats and this made the smoke nearly undetectable. Otherwise you get into an issue of them smelling your cooking fires.
