We have all likely seen the reports that food shortages are coming.  This seems to be the one thing that the mainstream media and alternative media can agree upon. A lot of reports are pushing Bill Gates’ fake meat, others are showing that these food shortages are being enforced by the government as a means to keep people afraid and under their control.

Farmers are coming out saying they have been told to “quit farming,” are being forced to dump milk, and kill chickens, and turn vegetable crops under. Why? Isn’t it obvious? To scare the public into accepting dependency on the government so they will remain in a constant state of fear and enslavement. But there’s a way out. If food shortages are coming, there is a way to prepare.

Governments are banking on us not figuring out what they are doing. But it’s too late.  We already know. And we can stop it if enough people open their eyes.

Ready Nutrition wrote an excellent article on how to prepare for food shortages.  The first advice offered is the best: become more self-sustainable, to any degree.

You need to make the effort to become more reliant on yourself for your food regardless of what the media reports. No matter what happens, self-reliance is freedom. This is often seen as difficult in our minds, but it can be done! Any amount of improvement in the area of food self-sufficiency will go far when the grocery store’s shelves start to empty.

Order seeds online. It only takes a small amount of research to figure out what kind of vegetables and/or fruit you can easily grow in your own yard or balcony. Ready Nutrition offers a “garden in a can” which is an excellent way to grab some seeds from the comfort of your own home. With over 5,000 seeds in the can, this is what you get in a Homestead Vegetable Garden-In-A-Can. –Ready Nutrition

If you really can’t garden, there are some things you can pick up right now in bulk to get you through 3-6 months worth of empty grocery store shelves.

    1. Canned beans (don’t forget to keep a manual WORKING can opener on hand at all times! I have two backups just in case!)
    2. Canned fruits
    3. Canned vegetables
    4. Canned meats such as spamtunasardines, or chicken
    5. Bulk dried beans
    6. Bulk rice
    7. Canned soups
    8. Cooking oil (healthy oils are advised, such as coconut oil or olive oil or avocado oil)
    9. Seasonings (salt, pepperpaprikabaking essentials like yeast, baking soda, baking powder, etc.)
    10. Dried vegetables (great snacks and additions to soups)
    11. Seeds and nuts (chia seedssunflower seedshemp seeds)
    12. Nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter)
    13. Frozen vegetables

Another tip is to learn to forage for edible plants.  Wild food is FREE. The more you pick it, the more it grows. The book Free Food and Medicine Worldwide Edible Plant Guide by Markus Rothkranz is an excellent resource because it includes both medicinal and edible plants. My suggestion is to buy an actual hard copy of a book like this one (if you don’t like this book, there are several others you can choose from) and take it outside with you so that you can learn before things get dire.

      1. I will eat woodchuck and crow before I will ever touch Bill Gates fake meat.

      2. Trump will lose many voters and probably the election by allowing the IDF to open up shop in NYC and farm and steal Americans intellectual property by spying on them, since they are too incompetent to concieve of anything that anyone is actually willing to pay for from them. All of those decades sitting around doing nothing but collecting interest has obviously diminished all intellectual capability, as their engineering claim to fame, Soda Stream, was a rio off of tbe WW2 Iranian invention. Hey they invented the police kneeling on necks, the TSA, fractional reserves, and usury, though!

And then when Trump loses because of that, then the Israelis will get their way! Because the Israelis oppose anyone that refuses to comply 100% with their trade policies, which are not just related to Israel, but any import taxes on Chinese imports that they have invested in, as well as any economic sanctions that they oppose on Chinese companies, or people that they bought, like Mike Bloomberg confessed that he bought 40 Democrats that ran for office.

      3. goya foods praised trump saying america is blessed to have him as pres. most people think if they are trump fans goya is good food. i liked it before any of this. my thinking goes deeper. i think this is a signal for people to buy beans. goya is known for the beans. this is how trump signals the people to buy food now. its not really about goya its about stocking up on food. goya is the signal. if trump came out and said get food now or else people would panic. cant have that the signal is for those smart enuff to figure it out. the useless eaters are just pissed at goya that is their take away.

        • You are right. Hint, hint. but nobody ever picks up on hints.

      4. little kid in photo has an obummer hope shirt on. should say hopeless.

      5. I love it! A lot of turds will starve! Please let the culling of morons begin….

      6. Nothing new. That was the method used by our “glorious Russian allies” after WWII, when they marched into Eastern and Central Europe. They took the farmers’ agricultural equipment, piled it in a field and put it under armed guard. Yes, you’d be shot if you tried to get back your own equipment. Food was sourced from “collective farms” run by the new puppet government. And, yes, ration cards were issued, with conditions of course. You lived where they told you to live, and worked where they told you to work. Farmers often were sent to work in mines, partially because of the stupidity of the operators, and vary often as “education”. Food can be quite the control: hunger, especially of one’s family can be very persuasive.

      7. Swiss immunologist, Beda M. Statdler stated that everyone in the medical community challenged Koch on his findings of coronavirus being both novel and the notion that there was no immunity to the coronavirus, in addition to the reasons for the extremely high posatives being due to reverse polymeraise transcription testing, in which even shattered viral rna, which is caused by the immune system when it has fought off the virus, to result in positive test results.

Statdler also states that people would benefit more by wearing a helmet, than a mask, since the odds of something falling on their heads are much greater than the odds of contracting the coronavirus, and that the alarmists owe everyone an immediate apology, so that society can return to sanity.

Statdler also suggests that those who deny the theory of natural and herd immunity, ought to be referred to as immunity deniers, which sounds great!

I can’t help but laugh that many of the coronavirus conspirators, will be defeated by their own conspiracy, since they are requiring all healthcare workers to be vaccinated, and that anyone who is vaccinated, must consent to round the clock surveillance. I only laugh at those who have been wishing for this on everyone else as a racket and gimmick in the yet again busted medical mafia extortion racket, that provide both the disease, and the “cure”, known also as Munchausen Syndrome!

      8. Food riots will be next. Government cheese is disappearing. If you can’t grow or raise your own it will be sparse and expensive. Peope will kill for food. It will happen in the cities and those people will head outward to get yours. Hoppe you are ready to defend it.

      9. I liked the fact that the kid upfront in the “stock” photo is wearing a Osama Hope shirt.

      10. The wasting of commodities has been reported, at least since the days of my grandfather, who tread upon the breakfast cereal in the factory.

I am not denying that scarcity can happen (at will). I am saying that it is artificial.

Were there some figurative King Cyrus, who sent most everyone back to their respective homelands, and who also dealt some baseline level of objective morality, how much of the little people would be be left to buy all these surplus goods. (If he was really doing that.)

New cars rot in massive lots. Ships wait at sea, right now, until their products are in demand.

The potato famine was said to be an arbitrary interruption in shipping.

One of my biggest problems with external authority, so far, has been artificial scarcity, in times of overabundance.

An acquaintance had a rare plant, which I said I could clone, practically for free, so that he may have many. Just him. So he could be neck deep in these things, which he loves. He said, that would defeat the point. Historically, collectors have been known to cull the things they love. Patrons of the arts would sometimes maim that artist, so the work could never be repeated.

Crony capitalists are in the habit of committing these same sins against common, consumer commodities — climbing that ladder or success and kicking away from forthcoming generations.

      11. I’ve been food prepping since 2017. When stocking: Try before you buy. Example: I started stocking a lot of dried beans, and then I realized I hate Black Eyed Peas. So I quit stocking those and added more fava beans and kidney beans which I do like.
And don’t forget everything you really like. Example: Coffee, dried creamer and honey. Snack foods like popcorn. And LOTS of cooking oil.
