Right now, the governments of the world could eliminate humanity with nuclear weapons if they choose to do so. Humans will not control themselves. They overbreed and over consume. They already are on the path to extinction. Any idiot can figure that out. Playing the enabler to your replacements is a form of population control.
Right now European and white populations are stable and at the correct replacement rate for the planet’s health. The problem, however, is the non-white populations, in particular blacks (Asians are many but at least they pay their way).
The population projections for Africa are simply horrifying. The continent in just 50 years will have more people than the entire rest of the world. Africans have never been able to build stable settlements let alone run countries well. The entire continent survives on foreign aid and freebies from China.
