The illegal immigration problem could be ended easily with one simple law: No government benefits of any kind will be given to anyone who has ever entered the United States illegally and no government agency will be allowed to provide any free services of any kind to any person not legally residing in the United States.

Also, the US Constitution assigns to duty to repel invasions to the Militia of the several states. Who are the Militia of the several states? They are the PEOPLE of that state that bothered to be trained as the Congress requires the military to be trained, and well-read of the US Constitution, and of their own state’s Constitution.

That if it turns into a war that requires a military, THEN, and only them, can the military be called upon LAWFULLY to defend our borders. Until that happens, and today with those who are not real Americans being everywhere, while real Americans are fewer, that would probably happen (calling forth the military). But not if all veterans trained their neighbors, friends, people of the area in which they lived, and IF they would bother to know the US Constitution that they are Oath Bound to “support and defend”.

3. Announce that the US will redirect the foreign aid given to the countries of origin to pay for this “Humanitarian Necessity” because its obvious that said nations are irresponsible in this allowing this crisis to occur.
The above will defuse all of the talking points the “Progressives” are attempting to use. The goal isn’t these refugees but to sway public opinion for the med term election.

There needs to be a deadline drawn across Mexico at least 200 miles south of the US border.
