But I’m not afraid, there’s plenty of people like me, and we don’t intend to accommodate our demise. The only thing that will be accomplished over the next several years will be a raft of new but pointless laws, and mass migration of people out of urban centers (which has already started).
This movement will inevitably turn on itself in the near future. They will run out of fuel like public sympathy (which is already declining), and their funding will dry up when it becomes apparent they won’t succeed. Presently, they’re hellbent on tearing down monuments and statues, destroying private property, and defunding/abolishing police depts., they’ll unfortunately learn the hard way it didn’t do a g*dd*m thing to improve anything.
I do have a few questions, why doesn’t this BLM movement riot/protest for the 91 % of all murdered blacks in the US that are committed by other blacks? Or why not about the widespread parts of Africa where actual slavery still exists including child slavery? Or the ongoing mass rape of African women in several African countries? I know I know, it’s racist to ask these questions.
There is racism, but no systematic and institutional racism in the US. I learned at a very young age no one owed me anything. I’ve never inherited anything, nobody has ever given me anything, no opportunities where ever handed to me. I never asked for favors. Actually, I was taught to neither ask for or expect anything. I paid my own way through college while I worked. I have to practice personal responsibility all the time. They’ll find no sympathy from me.
That’s why Preppers do not carry secured debt like a mortgage or auto payment. You fail to pay they take your house or vehicle. Although quite the opposite with UNSECURED DEBT, so go ahead and run up all your credit cards and max them out, buying 2 years of food, then stop paying on the credit cards.
HERE IS A SECRET: What the banks wont tell you, but I will. Want to get out of all your credit card debt? Here is one way. I have had several credit cards with banks and credit unions since 2001. Over time, these lending institutions were bought out, changed their names, and the bank itself kept switching my credit card type to another card type. My original credit card was a Gold Card. But the bank today issued me a Rewards card. An entirely different debt instrument with different terms and conditions than the Gold Card.
So I asked the current Bank and C/U to provide me a copy of my SIGNED credit card agreement for this current Rewards Card. They could not produce a signed application, just the usual terms and conditions outline. So you know what that means??????? There is NO Signed agreement and therefore there is NO Obligation to pay any debt. I have Ace Credit at least 720. No late pays ever. I told them since they were careless and provided me a line of credit, with no signed agreement, that I have no obligation to pay. And that they need to just close the account and stop sending me bills. I will also send the 3 Credit Reporting Agencies a copy of my letters to the bank reflecting there is NO Signed Agreement, therefore can they please remove that fake line of credit off my credit report. I will also send the Bank a letter outlining that I will no longer volunteer to pay an obligation where there is NO Signed Agreement, and they need to go away and never bother me again and if they try to ruin my credit score, I will sue them for damages.
If you recall back to 2008 in he last housing crisis, Countrywide Mortgage Co, had bought up some mortgages and were trying to foreclose on thousand houses, but failed to have the proper paperwork titles reflecting they carried the ownership of the property and Mortgage and could not provide proper paperwork, and these mortgages liens were dismissed in Court, and the people walked away with a fully paid house and no longer had to make any mortgage payments. This is the same with Credit Cards. No signed agreement means, No contract or obligation to pay which is an UN-enforceable debt instrument. The banks need to write the debt off off and be more careful when issuing credit, to get a signed agreement to pay.
I also told the banks, go ahead and take me to court, With No signed agreement there is NO OBLIGATION TO PAY, and I will counter sue them for predatory lending.
Make sure you send all your writing correspondence to the banks via certified US Mail so you have a record they received your letters to cease sending you bills for an obligation you did not agree to.
This advice can have a chilling affect on Banks and lending institutions, who do not have their paperwork in order. And you can walk away fro this bad debt and remove any non-payment or “fail to pay” dings off your credit history.
That’s how you get even with banks and credit unions with credit card unsecured debt.
Never keep your debts and assets in the same banking institution. Always keep separate. Banks will take all your assets in that bank, to pay off any outstanding debt. The credit union confiscated my $5 in my checking acct to pay off the $10K CC Debt I racked up with no signature.

I hate to burst your bubble but when your credit card debt is sold to a new financial entity, the old financial entity “assigns” your debt obligation to the new entity by a written instrument. This means the new entity is legally entitled to collect the debt from you. You do not have to consent to that transaction and there is nothing you can do to invalidate that transaction. As long as the financial entities have the “paperwork” to show the assignment the transaction is good and easy to prove. Basically everything you said was wrong. Good luck taking them to court – you will lose.
