One of the most dangerous experiments that mankind has ever embarked upon is DARPA’s desire for gene drive technology. Scientists now have the knowledge and the tools they need to create and deliver “Doomsday genes” which can selectively target and exterminate an entire species.
According to Sputnik News, and as previously reported by SHTFPlan, the United States highly-secretive and advanced military research body DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) announced that it will invest tens of millions of dollars into genetic extinction research. While the official aim of this research is said to be fighting harmful insects, like mosquitos which carry Malaria, there are significantly darker implications and speculations surrounding the possible use of such a tool.
Joe Joseph of The Daily Sheeple said a quick Google search would give you enough information to let you know how horrific this kind of technology can be. “…and you’ll find it fascinating just at how unbelievable a weapon this could be, how unintentionally mistakes can be made that can cause irreversible damage…irreparable damage…to the human race. And I mean, FAST!” Joseph said. “A gene drive…if let’s just say there’s a mistake, you could feasibly wipe out the human race in a very very short period of time. It’s an unbelievable tool at the disposal of madmen.”
Emails released under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), suggest that the U.S.’s uber-secretive military body, DARPA, has become the world’s largest funder of this “gene drive” research.
Silvia Ribeiro, Latin America director of the ETC Group, an international organization dedicated to the conservation and sustainable advancement of cultural and ecological diversity and human rights, said: “When it is developed under an umbrella of military research, you get a clear notion that there can be a dual purpose of this research.”
Jim Thomas, a co-director of the ETC group which obtained the emails, said the US military’s influence in furthering this technology would strengthen the case for a moratorium. “The dual-use nature of altering and eradicating entire populations is as much a threat to peace and food security as it is a threat to ecosystems,” he said. “Militarization of gene drive funding may even contravene the Enmod convention against hostile uses of environmental modification technologies.”

My dad refused a job with the US army in the mid 60’s because this is something they were working on.
I’m sure they have it figured out by now. If there were such a thing as a “gay” gene we would have no Homo sexuals, they would be universally aborted. If you could identify a specific race, they would be gone by now, 1/8 of the worlds population are pretty genetically identical( Han Chinese) and are still here. Had I such a tool they would have been gone years ago.

Menzoberranzan, I while ago you indicated that you were focusing on “Quality Of Life” food preps (i.e. snacks and such). I just wanted to suggest Iced Tea and other Flavored Sugar Drink Mixes (e.g. Kool-Aid/Fruit Punch). I have a lot of Lipton Sweetened Iced Tea and I mix in Peach/Mango Kool-Aid). Yummy! I’m counting on this to be a major treat Post-SHTF.
In a SHTF event where only water is available, (which might taste less than great), these kinds of flavored drink mixes would go a long way towards keeping the “natives” quite/pacified.
It’s my understanding that both sweetened iced tea and Kool-Aid have an INDEFINITE Shelf-Life. I did a test and the Lipton Iced Tea (Un-Opened) tasted great 2 years past expiration. The opened became hard as a rock but still tasted great.

It is not enough that statists, autocrats, “elites”, TPTB, “deep state”, and/or by any other name want to control humanity, they want to remake it in their image, and for their purposes. The cost of developing these types of weapon systems are magnitudes beyond any budget, even gov’t. This may explain why many former gov’t officials and experts claim it is impossible to account for many trillions of dollars missing, simply vanishing, in military budgets and other parts of the gov’t budgets since at least 2001. They have access to unlimited resources, which may help explain why this nation is getter poorer, the middle class is disappearing, and debt is at catastrophic levels, public and private.
This technology would not be developed quickly, there would be many steps up to this point. Therefore, one can assume other weaponized systems have been developed along the way, (and likely to have been or even presently deployed). One can also assumed TPTB also have systems to protect them and their minions from these technologies.
It is probable the primary target of these technologies would not be the usual national enemies stated in the article because they really do not pose an existential threat to TPTB. TPTB don’t function as part of national entity, they do not want a want world with borders as we know it. Rather, these systems and technologies and policies would be deployed against the more developed and educated societies, and those societies that are accustomed to civil rights and individual freedoms. Masses of poor and propagandized people unaccustomed to freedom are the easiest to control. And after all, TPTB see mankind as disposable as they see fit.

I heard years ago that Izrael is ground zero for this research. And that they do in fact already have, and have had for a long time, the science to isolate humans by dna/gene markers in order to exterminate any ethnic group that they want to target.
I have thought alot about this one. What would keep them from using it? Because very few ethnicities, including their own, is pure blooded. Most of us are mixed to a greater or lesser extent.
