    The World Health Organization announced on Saturday that the global monkeypox outbreak does not constitute a public health emergency of international concern for the time being.     At least 730 flights were canceled on Sunday all across the United States. Delta Air Lines alone canceled at least 224 flights on Sunday. United Airlines canceled 71 flights and American Airlines canceled 66 flights.
