For the time being, callers have to turn on the live video stream, meaning they are consenting and giving the police permission to see what’s happening as they call. This is the first step to automatic surveillance upon calling people who are assumed to be there to help. According to RT, the technology allows the 911 operators to use the phone’s camera and microphone. This is the first step down a very slippery slope.

Several State’s files suit . and the judge rules the regulation violated the rule of law. So for now the farm ponds and non navigitable streams and dry gullies are not the property of or fall under the jurisdiction of the government. I highly suggest if you live on a watershed, water basin, canal or any other man made connector waterway, go to your County Property Appraisers Website Map system and click on the body of water to see if the words DEP or EPA show up as ownership of the water. Most likely if it does, with No History Attached, it is most likely land theft and fraud. I caught my Co property appraisers office trying to steal a back area of our private canal and some adjacent land to justify it, or classifying it as government or a public waterway. Which is nothing less than, all out land theft. Then they hide all of the history on the parcel like past sales or ownership transfer documents, so you can’t even go research that parcel of water falsely designated as DEP in FL Dept of Environmental Protection. Its a big land grab theft. Hold on to your waterways and start doing PRR Public records requests to your property appraisers office demanding they give you the documentation as to how that body of water parcel transferred into EPA or DEP or state or County owned. I did that PRR and they could not produce any paperwork and I caught them in this fraud and they changed the canal area ownership and parcel ownership back to the rightful owners.
