College Student Barred from Taking ONLINE Classes from HOME Because He’s Not Vaccinated

The arbitrary nature of the tyranny and rights-violating measures doled out by both government, college universities, employers, and others cannot be understated during this pandemic. While private businesses are within their rights — albeit highly unethically — to require employees to take the vaccine for employment, the idea of arbitrarily requiring it even though the employee may have already had COVID-19 — giving them better immunity against the virus than the jab — is utterly asinine and speaks to the nature of the clown show that is taking place.

When government-funded entities, like state colleges and schools, force students to take the jab, this move is far less acceptable than a private business. What’s more, when a government-funded college, like Rutgers University in New Jersey, forces students to take a vaccine — to take virtual classes from home — they can no longer claim it is about the safety of other students and must admit it is about compliance only.

Why would someone need to take a vaccine to “protect others” if they are taking classes from home and not going to be around others? The only answer to that question is forced compliance. Logan Hollar, 22, is one of those students who — without logic, reason, or any shred of science — is being forced to comply with a vaccine mandate, despite never leaving his home.

Hollar is taking all virtual classes from his home over 70 miles away from the college, yet he was told he can no longer take virtual classes unless he gets the jab.

“I’m not in an at-risk age group. I’m healthy and I work out. I don’t find COVID to be scary,” said Hollar, according to nj.com. “If someone wants to be vaccinated, that’s fine with me, but I don’t think they should be pushed.”

He’s right too. According to the CDC’s own data, despite millions of people in his age group contracting the virus, only 1,232 people between the ages of 15-24 have died from the virus since January 01, 2020. Hollar has a much larger chance of dying in an accident or being murdered.

Despite what makes sense, however, Rutgers — a taxpayer-funded university — is forcing him to take the jab or take a hike.

This vaccine policy also goes against Rutgers’ terms as they didn’t require vaccination for those taking remote classes like Hollar. However, because Hollar is not part of a specific ‘online degree program,’ the university is forcing him to take the jab, in spite of the fact that he will be staying inside his home.

“When they put out the guidance in March, I was reading through all the verbiage, which was if you plan to return to campus, you need to be vaccinated,” Hollar said. “I figured I wouldn’t be part of that because all my classes were remote.”

Hollar told the paper that he jumped through all the university’s hoops, filled out all their surveys, and did everything they required in order for him to take online classes and be exempt from the vaccine mandate. But it wasn’t enough.

“After submitting the survey, I got no pop-up indication that I still needed the vaccine — like I had seen in the past — and since I was online and the survey said I was all set, I assumed the emails in my inbox pertaining to (the vaccine) must apply to in-person students,” Hollar said.

“This turned out not to be the case,” he said.

Last week, when Hollar logged in to pay his tuition online — for his online classes — he was locked out because he was not vaccinated. After making multiple phone calls to the university’s vaccine hotline, Hollar was told he could once again request an exemption — like he already had done — but that it would require him to miss the first month of classes.

In other words, he couldn’t go to school this semester without the jab.

“I believe in science, I believe in vaccines, but I am highly confident that COVID-19 and variants do not travel through computer monitors by taking online classes,” Hollar’s step-father, Keith Williams told nj.com, noting that he is vaccinated.

“He chose to remove himself from an on-campus experience so he would not need to be vaccinated,” Williams said. “Now to be removed and shut down from his Rutgers email and online classes during the start of his senior year seems a bit crazy.”

As for Hollar, he isn’t caving in and says he’ll like transfer to another college. He also pointed out how disturbing it is for a college to demand a vaccination when they know nothing about his health.

“I find it concerning for the vaccine to be pushed by the university rather than my doctor,” he said. “I’ll probably have to transfer to a different university.”

“I don’t care if I have access to campus. I don’t need to be there. They could ban me. I just want to be left alone,” he said.

IF you wish to survive this. It is time for COUP to remove the scum from all offices of power.

      • Anonymous says:

The usual result of a coup is someone worse, more tyrannical and less removable ends up ruling.

It’s the old thing about only the strongest survive in a jungle.

But there are other ways that don’t involve a coup, they are the ones that should be considered.

      • Brockland A.T. says:

A coup would destroy the legal continuity of the U.S. Constitution and lead to more endless civil war as factions contend to ‘restore’ Constitutional legitimacy.

The Europe-First elites, won’t mind t all if the last Forever War fought by the United States of America was a civil war.

The autocrats of Europe have always wanted a restoration – reset- of autocracy over democracy, because however badly that system worked for everybody, it still worked best for them.

“I just want to be left alone.”

Not going to happen. Coming up on the 20th anniversary of the new Pearl Harbor and the PNAC plans for a new America that included the implementation of the Patriot Act.

The perfect puppet is in the CEO spot to continue the police state that all of his predecessors helped create and continue. Why is he the perfect despot? He claims to have written the bill that the Patriot Act was based on after Oklahoma City in 1994. They just pulled it out of the bottom drawer and dusted it off and gave it a clever name to make the sheep stand up and chant USA…USA…USA. But they were cheering on their own demise in the name of a false flag operation. So Biden is in favor of all this tyranny.

No one will be left alone.

Obviously you’ve never heard of a computer virus.

Here are the vaccines many already need(ed) just to go school: (mandated)

      Chickenpox
      Diphtheria
      Hepatitis A&B
      Meningitis
      Measles
      Mumps
      Polio
      Pneumonia
      Rotavirus
      Rubella
      Tetanus
      Whooping Cough

    6. Josh says:

If Biden is telling the truth for once, it means that’s there’s 80 million of us who believe we get to decide our own health. If we all stick together that one hell of an army that can’t be dismissed! Not to mention the vaccinated who still believe it should be a personal choice.

    7. The Truth says:

Some hints if you are going to do lawsuit. These businesses cannot tell you (Mandate) to take a drug or prescribe anything to you especially when it is experimental and NOT a vaccine. They are not doctors! They also cannot ask you about any of your medical and such as that would violate HIPPA. You do not have to answer any of their question concerning your health or your records. Also ask in discovery if you sue for the defendant(s) to provide any isolate from anything COVID or variant as proof such exists … as they will not be able to provide such as it does NOT exist. They cannot tell you also to take a vaccine which is NOT a vaccine and experimental. And CPR tests since they have no isolate only shows the COMMON COLD which means they RENAMED the Common Cold by calling it COVID! Enjoy …

This is would not do any good, it would be ruled frivolous.

Because it would be if done on those grounds.

Your only hope would be in trying to prove your dismissal was not the result of your own actions, which could allow you to collect unemployment, or in violation of some overriding Federal law (or State if it was in State court).

Discovery only lets you gain access to the information directly related to the reason(s) you were fired or otherwise dismissed. Almost all jobs are at will employment, which means you can be dismissed for any reason your employer chooses unless it is directly banned (i.e. fired for being black would be illegal, but the boss wanting just someone else in your place would not).

    8. Bill says:

If one has had the covid jab and still prefers taking on-line classes at home most schools say that’s fine. But for some reason that has not been explained, why can’t the unvaccinated do the same since there is no possibility of spreading it to other classmates. We know the reason, it’s not about safety, but compliance.
There is not a single official, or any person anywhere, that could make a reasonable and rational argument why the unvaccinated should be denied the ability to take the same on-line classes that the unvaccinated take. The policy accomplishes absolutely nothing except as a means to force a vaccine on someone. It serves as a heavy-handed compliance tool.
The State is showing its real colors here, the State is saying pointless compliance is more important than education. Regardless of ideology, one thing all ideologies have in common is the unconditional demand for compliance, even if compliance is pointless, irrational, or harmful.
These new college vaccine policies are clearly not based on rational reasons, but rather ideological ones. Ideology is irrational, and must be so because ideology is basically the irrational attempt to force reality to conform to belief rather than belief conform to reality. When one become ideological he/she is willing to believe and accept the irrational.
All ideologies are ultimately a mishmash of conflicting and contradictory beliefs. To believe in an ideological philosophy one must deny reality and believe the irrational. Ideologies eliminate the rule of law, ideologies inherently create and institute unjust social and legal systems. Every nation where ideology dominates the gov’t the nation is oppressive. Every nation where ideology is supreme the people are stripped of individual rights, the power of the State is increased and maintained by force, at the the end of a gun.
When observing anything the State does or what it’s gov’t/officialdom does I always see if it is based on rule of law and applied impartially, or on a set of ideological policies that are applied arbitrarily (and therefore unjust and unfair). Furthermore, always listen to what their stated goals are AND how they plan to achieve them, this is always revealing. Few people are really listening.
Since ideologies are irrational, anything is justified to acquire then maintain power. Just look at bolshevism, marxism, communism, etc. Regardless of the nation – USSR, China, N. Korea, and several others; without exception the ideological leaders mass butchered their way to power, and use sheer terror as a State tool to maintain compliance. We have lots of useful idiots in this country that call this good gov’t.
These ideologists, who want an all-powerful State where their beliefs can be enforced believe the same as what islam preaches, convert or die.

    13. Brockland A.T. says:

Working out will not be enough; vitamins D,C, K and zinc are needed for full immune function. Indoor living causes many illnesses’ people need fresh air and sunshine.

Isolation weakens the immune system insofar as individuals are cut off from the herd and hence herd immunity, and, indoor living prevents vitamin D3 from being made in the skin from bright spring and summer sunlight.

Reset cultists know all of this; Facci even at one point trolled that he takes 6000 IU of vitamin D before returning to the regularly scheduled vax narrative.

People like Fauci count on most people being too stupid or lazy to look after themselves nutritionally.

Political elites mingle freely without restriction or fear behind closed doors, not just to flaunt privilege and power, but because they know how to keep themselves safe.

I’ve owned private businesses, and bodily autonomy never came into question.

I seriously can’t figure out what was your problem with the manorial system, at that rate.

      • Bill says:

Not if it’s a my-body-my choice issue, which this vaccine is. If women are allowed absolute and unassailable sovereignty over their bodies, why can’t any other person claim the same right. There’s no such thing a a partial right, or an arbitrary right, or a sometimes right. You have to ask yourself how far are you willing to acquiesce to a business or any entity your personhood.

    15. Darth Skippy says:

You see what your qualification was based on, btw.

      • Darth Skippy says:

“it would require him to miss the first month of classes.”

They’re messing with credits, based on what they consider to be bad citizenship. There will be others who get a hand up. Every organ of the state does this, afaic.

    16. It’s all about compliance. Nothing else. These evil globalists are fighting like crazy to hang on to power. We can’t let them win.
