Note: This report will outline some of the actions taken here locally in Montana regarding the use of a closed Wal-Mart. I am going to follow it up with information that I will receive from a local source known as “Racer X” and will potentially have some photos and video, as well as audio that may be able to be posted. There are obvious technical and legal difficulties in obtaining this information and make no bones about it: this is a very sensitive piece. The risks are high for all parties involved.
Flathead County of Montana has just recently submitted a bid to buy a closed Wal-Mart in the area of Evergreen, Montana (an unincorporated town adjacent to Kalispell). The primary reason listed by the county for the purchase: for an expansion of the county jail. Sounds “normal,” right? Wrong. There is a shortage of prison space in Kalispell, however, there is not that much crime in the area to warrant a purchase of this size. And what is the size of the Wal-Mart? 130,000 square feet.
Quite an “addition,” wouldn’t you agree? The capacity is listed for the existing county jailhouse as a facility that is built to house 63 prisoners at capacity holding on average 89 inmates at any given time. So, then, if you do the math and even subtract half of the facility’s area for allocation of offices, administration, donuts, and the like, that would leave thousands of square feet per inmate. As prisoners are crammed into cells, you can see the potential for having many cells.
And, if it is remodeled in the form of a prison, could that prison be “converted” for use by the Federal Government if they so desired? Methinks the answer is yes. Methinks that answer is actually the true purpose behind the whole thing. Also chronicled in the local propaganda rags is the fact that tax levies are increasing that are already earmarked for an additional $10 million to go toward this project. Best thing to do to track this: follow the money. When those tax funds locally begin to be matched by federal funds from the regime, that will be the big indicator of the “shift” that will occur from county to fed control of the facility.
There are some other details that deserve mention with this. As I have mentioned in earlier pieces pertaining to the area, this locale is a very strategic location due to the way the railroad runs across the continental divide. Also, there is a railroad line that runs into Kalispell and there just happens to be (purely coincidentally, no doubt!) a business development to transform a large gravel pit facility into a huge industrial railroad hub/park. That has been in the stage of development for a few years.
Guess what? The “terminus” of that railroad hub will sit directly adjacent to our family-friendly, defunct Wal-Mart…soon to be a happy addition to the correctional facility system.
Returning to the future potential “Wal-Mart FEMA Family Dissident Campsite,” there is also a good deal of land surrounding the facility. Coincidentally, once again, the entire purchase price is about $10.1 million which is almost exactly the amount expected to be generated by local revenues! Yes, once again, the heartwarming relationship between the people and their tax dollars ‘helping’ out the peacekeepers: the county, feds, and business community…this partnership (my favorite word) can be seen.
We’re going to monitor the daylights out of this one. We’re going to investigate all of the contractors involved and see where the federal funds are going to be pumped into, as well as when and by whom (the agencies, etc.)

Everything written here is just the preliminary and it will take a while to really pull in some concrete information on this; however, here is a start. I welcome all comments and suggestions. If you go to google maps, you will see that the building is gone. What the article failed to say is that the new jail is going to be a new housed in a new
building.
The City of Portland Oregon built the Wapato jail to allegedly fight jail over-crowding, about 10 years ago. So far, the feds don’t seem to be dangling anything for Wapato, but that doesn’t mean there’s not something going on off the record. Multnomah county is famous for behind-the-scenes deals.

If you’re going to write about events in Montana, you should concentrate on the ongoing federal investigation into human trafficking, tax lien fraud, and drug dealing by local authorities located in Ravalli County, Bitterroot Valley.
Sgt. Dale should already know the answer to this puzzle. I use to watch inmates, and got to know some of the jail personnel. The Federal Government does not have to buy it, and probably will not. County jails are paid everyday to house federal prisoners. Why own it when you can just rent some space? X number of dollars per day.

130000 square feet is not really that big. It sits right n Hwy 2 and you must cross the hwy to get to the single railroad track….not a big terminal. If you include the infrastructure such as laundry, mess hall and food preps, boiler room, shops for prisoner industries, etc it isn’t that big. It would be next to a industrial area and a small river. It would be probably between 300 to 500 beds? They could rent some beds out to smaller counties. I would be concerned more on who pays for this and who receives the Profit from the extra beds. Take a look for yourself…I say fear porn.

It’s difficult not to see what is possible, mankind is if nothing else predictable and the old patterns are becoming clear.
Trains defiantly fit even beyond the fact they’ve been used successfully in the past by other want to be mad men. Ever heard the term liquid assets. The only thing laying adjacent to my area are rifles. It takes people away when they don’t want to go, and won’t bring them back when they’re ready.
All of this and more will happen again, next time it won’t be a movie.

The way I meant that was with prisoners crammed into cells that are 100 square feet, can you imagine how many would be able to be stacked and packed within even half of that, at 65,000 square feet? Also, Kalispell only has 25,000 people stretching it…this facility would not be a long-term one. Methinks it will be a staging area for rounding up dissidents and dissenters…to ship out to a more “definitive treatment center” somewhere else.

They parked a MOBILE GUARD TOWER in front of the old Kalispell Walmart many years ago. My guess is that it was purchased with TARP funds. So it seems that they have been planning on using the building as a holding facility since 2009. I mean, they could simply park the guard tower at the county storage lot (where they hide their APC). Why store the guard tower at the old Walmart when there is plenty of space on county property (behind barb wire)?

Many locals are already talking about taking their “pitchforks” to town. There is a limit to what people will put up with. If the building is converted into the county jail, I doubt it will cause concern. But the day Homeland Security vehicles are routinely seen there, is the day We The People will deploy snipers in the street.
It will end up being a county jail if they get funding, or a privately owned jail for “criminals” and debtors. If BNSF replaces the spur nearby, then I would get suspicious. The border patrol is under homeyland unsecurity….so they got to nap somewhere.

If he or she gets a visit from the goon squad just for exercising their first amendment rights in a nonthreatening and legal article or post…well then I guess at the very least they’ll know they are right and on to something and will then realize it is well past time to lock and load. I’m just wondering why waste your time affort and resources to lock up un-desirables in FEMA camps or Walmarts? Seems to me the best way to deal with them is to kill them. Just like Cambodia. The reason is that they’re not going to send them here. This facility will be for the dissidents they gather within this area..for in-processing and then to ship them out. They will use it to interrogate the local dissenters and then any local units/organizations will be compromised.
