(Punishable Offense: Khalid Caraballo demonstrates shooting an airsoft toy pistol in his front yard)

The madness of the government indoctrination machine is no longer limited to school grounds.

With children and teens across the country being regularly suspended for playing with toys that resemble guns or even wearing t-shirts that are suggestive of rebellious or violent behavior, it only makes sense that school officials would threaten students who go against school policies in the privacy of their homes and yards with expulsion.

Not possible you say, because a student’s home is protected by private property rights and is outside of the jurisdiction of any school board or regulation?

In the new America, anything is possible. In fact, given the extent to which the government has expanded their surveillance and regulatory network, it’s not only possible, but highly probable.

Case in point.

According to WAVY TV, a Virginia Beach public school has suspended several students for “possession, handling and use of a firearm.”

Except that the firearms in question are, of course, air propelled plastic pellet guns available for purchase at any local sporting goods store throughout America.

You may also notice that the “firearm” (pictured above – we’re surprised they didn’t refer to it as an “assault firearm”) is a toy, as designated by the orange marker at the tip of its barrel.

And, most importantly, the “students” weren’t actually acting in the capacity of students because they weren’t at school. That’s right, these boys were at home, in their own front yard.

As noted by Steven Watson, a highly alert and hypersensitive neighbor who saw something quickly dialed 9-1-1 to say something:

A neighbor saw them and called in a complaint to police. The caller even acknowledged that the gun wasn’t real, telling the 911 dispatcher “This is not a real one, but it makes people uncomfortable. I know that it makes me (uncomfortable), as a mom, to see a boy pointing a gun.”

Report by My Fox Philly (Video below):

A mother in Virginia Beach is outraged that the city public school system suspended her twelve-year-old son and his friend because they were firing a spring-driven airsoft gun on her family’s private property.

Solangel Caraballo says that the two boys may even be expelled and not allowed to return to the school for at least a year.

The trouble began two weeks ago when a neighbor called 911 to report seeing 12-year-old Khalid Caraballo using the airsoft gun for target-shooting in his yard. The airsoft guns use plastic pellets.

Right around that time, Khalid said he and his friend shot some other friends during “an airsoft gun war,” but says the two boys who were shot weren’t hurt.

The school district says that an investigation found the children were firing pellet guns at each other and at people near the bus stop. Khalid denies they were near the bus stop.

“We were in our yard. This had nothing to do with school. I didn’t have anything of this at school. Anytime,” said Khalid.

Video report via Infowars:

Somebody needs to contact World Citizen Henry Porter at the London Observer to report this travesty. Perhaps he can convince the United Nations to assemble a military force to disarm the middle schoolers in this country of their right to bear toys.

Since when is it OK for a government organization, or a quasi-government organization funded by tax payer dollars, to interfere with the private lives of individual American citizens?

Or is that how we’re doing things now in the land of the free?

          • Its great they got expelled. Now they can be homeschooled. 😀

This is perhaps the best argument for their drills with scenarios related to angry parents storming the school…remember the news about that, not too long ago?

              NOW WE KNOW WHY.

            • IHATEYOU says:

Nothing is learned in textbooks in school. The only thing kids learn is social skills. Homeschool children lack these. I would move…no way I could deal with a neighbor like that.

              • WOW! says:

Children “learn” social skills in school? Humans behave according to the environment to which they are exposed. Compulsory education is prison and the children are inmates taking their “social” cues from the other inmates. The teachers (prison guards) are there to pretend that they have some form of authority over the kids–which most abuse because of their own unresolved issues. It is simply moronic to believe that forcing a child to be somewhere they almost certainly do not want to be is going to help them develop social skills. Humans are social creatures by nature. What do you think is going on in the home from the time they are born? Compulsory education has always been and will always be a method for conditioning the populace and instilling blind obedience to authority.

              • Homeschooled mine and theyre the most outgoing and likable people around…I get compliments all the time…grandkids are now on the same trail to being very outgoing….the lack of so called social skills in homeschooled kids is a herring argument tossed out there by the supporters of the status quo…

          • Be informed says:

I am not sure if this is mentioned below or not, haven’t had much time to read every comment. There are students that have been kicked out of school for drawing a firearm, bringing a toy soldier to the school, or even talking about going out to the shooting range. This zero tolerence garbage has a place, it is called a totalitarian society that martial law rules.

This is suppose to be a free country. This country is suppose to be nation of laws. This is suppose to be a country where you are innocent until proven guilty. This is suppose to be a country that the basic principles of the Constitution are suppose to mean fredom of expression. Where has it become illegal to express one of your most basic freedoms, the 2nd Amendment that allows you to protect yourself and bear arms? School should be the first place that this is taught. No threats of harm, no actual weapon, just talking about a firearm is now not allowed in school.

Some hard core Constitutional lawyers need to look into this as a blantant violation of the First Amendment by not aloowing the freedom of discussion of the Second Amendment in schools and other places. This political correctness crap has become total toxic and IT DOES VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION. AS LONG AS FEWER AND FEWER PEOPLE PRESS THIS ISSUE OF OUR MOST BASIC RIGHTS OF FREE SPEECH BEING PROHIBITED, THE QUICKER ALL FREE SPEECH WILL BE BANNED LIKE NORTH KOREA.

My thoughts exactly durango kidd. Janet Napolitano would be proud of this “see something, say something” sheep.
While the kid is lucky enough to leave the public indoctrination facility, the parents need to file a lawsuit against the neighbor. Harassment for starters. Using 911 for non-emergency as well.

I strongly agree with OutWest. This emasculation and indoctrination of this generation will lead to America’s ultimate downfall. The demonization of guns, the acceptance of mediocrity, parents saying that it doesn’t matter what the score is, as long you had fun, etc. People should demand excellence, to be better than everyone else no matter. However, this is now considered “insensitive”.

By the way, that is one sweet tat Ed. I’ve been complementing on one, now I think I have it.

Be informed — you touched on some good points

The second amendment was created to protect
              the first amendment.

By attacking the second amendment such as they
are, they in essence are adversely gutting the
first amendment via the back door, killing two
              birds with one stone.

Arizona, there is a post on Steve Quayle’s site about the 72 hour emergency bags being purchased for EVERY public school student.
One suggestion was the children would be carried to a non-disclosed location and only given to the parents when they disarm.
Scary–but what about the liberals with no weapons??

        • DRD5508 says:

arizona, you’re probably right. Get ready, for when this happens, there will most likely be a call from the white house requesting UN assistance. Which is ironic; because UN troops need to call in before they can fire their weapons. Bet that requested need will be lifted when they’re on the streets in the US.
The gov’t is looking for the spilling of blood. I’ll back anyone trying to get their children back. Love being a grandpa!

          • DRD5508 says:

Now you know why they want gun control: So they can have impunity with our children. Unarmed parents become no threat to tptb. All other issues for gun control are distractions from the truth; OUR CHILDREN! Are you willing to fight and die for our/your children?

        • CWinOR says:

They may well be able to pull that off in urban areas- but not in my rural area- that’s for damn sure. Four road blocks and the entire several square miles gets shut down. A lot of the Parents in these parts already drop off and pick up their armed. Word of something like this would spread in MINUTES. The perps would be slaughtered and hung out like scarecrows along the roads.

          • JustMe says:

Word won’t spread if the web is locked down, cell commo is cut off, and the only available info is from the propaganda organs…

            • JustMe says:

This is interesting, fiscal year is up on Oct 1, but a number of things are coming into nexus in the same period:

              http://freepatriot.org/2013/09/18/watch-fema-dhs-386000-foreign-troops-now-on-u-s-soil-obama-issuing-martial-law-in-october/

            • CWinOR says:

True- but there just would not be anyway to technically DO all that. Trying to accomplish ONE of those two tasks would be difficult enough- but coordinating them would be VERY unlikely for them to pull off nation wide. The amount of time it would take to coordinate all the different comms providers (cell, ISP etc) would be huge. you could not accomplish it in any sort of “phased implementation” (local, then regional), otherwise- you’re tipping your hand to your future victims. And to do that ALL AT ONCE- how are you going to handle the logistics of staging all those kids to be ready to move out once the “kill switch” on comms is activated? You’d be talking about, effectively, ALL public school kids having some sort of excuse or reason sent to the parents, such as a “Field Trip”. There’s ALOT of advanced planning and coordination and therefore notification that have to go into this! At the speed of social media today, you think enough parents wouldn’t find it VERY ODD that whether it’s regional or national, their kids would all be off school grounds at the SAME TIME? So many would no doubt find it SO ODD, parents like me would keep my kid home “sick” that day- effectively neutering the entire plan of using our kids as leverage to get our guns. Why? Because the VAST majority of parents who would keep their kids home that day are going to be people like us! AND WE HAVE THE GUNS! sorry- if it winds up like that- they’ll do it the old fashioned door kicking way.

            • CWinOR says:

J.M- look, I work in IT for one of the worlds top 3 software manufacturers. I know lot’s of TSE’s (Tech Support Engineers) there. All the more I can say about the company is they make security software. They have support contracts with most of the alphabet agencies- DOD, Pentagon, all the arms of the military- you name it. What I can tell you is this- the gubmint has ZERO clue how many Data Centers they even have (much less co-lo’s!)! They have NO IDEA how many of their AGENCIES even have Data Centers. The gubmint is STILL waaaayyyy down the tech curve. All their human capital is in the NSA, as is the vast majority their tech capital. For all the talk about an “Internet Kill Switch”, I can tell you- they DO NOT currently have the ability to pull that off. In this scenario (school kids being held hostage for guns)- even IF (and they can’t) shut down all the cell providers at once- if you can’t shutdown teh internets (and they currently CAN’T), shutting down cell comms is useless. Drive to the next wi-fi hotspot (just around the street in about half the country now)and using your “smart” device- get onto facebook, twitter or whatever- and the word is out in MINUTES. Jig up! Is Barackalypse wringing his hands about NOT having that control? HELL YES! Look- they don’t even have ANY idea what THEIR OWN I.T Infrastructure is…or WHERE it all is! It would take them another 10 yrs. to pull it off.

Simply- there are PLENTY of legit threats to worry about without worrying about this totally implausible red herring scenario. In fact, if you REALLY follow the logic, and the fallout that the gubmint taking the kids hostage would create (e.g; alienating/pissing off parents who before their kids were threatened were otherwise compliant)- they’d never even try. BAD PLAN.

      • Yes, some will give you a thumbs down for your statement. These are the same people that are barely awake and mostly oblivious to what government really is. They haven’t figured out the core meaning of the two part word in Latin yet:

        govern or gubern = control
        ment = mind

These same people will hopefully one day awaken from their slumber and realize what they are really participating in. Unlikely they will and like cattle, will be led to slaughter that they voted for.

You get a giant THUMBS UP from me for seeing through it!

And if you don’t vote, by not participating in the political system you are giving free reign to those who you did NOT vote for!

It’s a double edged sword my friend, yer damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.

Gone are the days of grassroots politics, now its all billboards, smear campagins on tv, and biased media on both sides pushing THEIR agenda. There is no regard for the actual voter, UNLESS you have DEEP POCKETS, then your contribution is ALWAYS welcome! %99 of this country is ruled by %1. Realtime prep, uh, sorry, but this system is just a single-edge sword. You’re not really damned if you don’t take part in the system. The only choices you have at election time are the Democratic crook or the Republican crook. both parties pursue the same agenda. they sound different all the time because that’s what they expect everyone to believe, but I know better. I’ve never been a registered voter, period! My grandpa, a WW2 veteran, taught me as a teenager that it’s useless to take part in the electoral process. I can still remember George Wallace saying in 1972, “There’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the Democratic and Republican parties.” I’ve personally known people who have “worked within the system” to try to bring about reform and the system DOES NOT LEND ITSELF TO REFORM. The only hope our country has is to tear it all down and start over from scratch.

          • Realtime Prep says:

See that’s where you’re wrong, by taking no action, in itself is an action. You are allowing the corruption to go as far as it wants. Unless it ends up on your door, only then will you act? “All it takes for evil to endure, is that good men do NOTHING”!

Also, when it does implode, who will lead? People will turn to the strongest, and moat charismatic. That’s the way it always has been and always will be. Only those you have the will and guts to bring about change will change happen.

Nowadays, they stick their noses in ALL aspects of the kids’ lives and don’t even concern themselves with “education”. IT IS NONE OF THE SCHOOLS’ DAMNED BUSINESS WHAT THE KIDS DO WHEN THEY ARE AWAY FROM THE SCHOOL PROPERTY, PERIOD! if this had happened on school property, it would be different up to a point. The pe isn’t monolithic; sometimes one faction pits against another. But one thing they are all certain of, that they believe as though in the divine right of kings, is their fitness to rule us. That they are superior and fit to rule us.

Perhaps not the Rothschilds or necessarily the Money Center Banksters directly but certainly the power elite, and those white collar technocrats who earn good money being bought and paid for, SELECT and FUND every political race that matters, from the states to the federal.

In That Sense, one is presented a forced false choice. Candidate A, who does the pe’s bidding. Or Candidate B, who does the pe’s bidding. If a Candidate C who represents liberty and private property emerges the gang coalesces to marginalize him.

Better that he’s out of that cesspool of indoctrination. It’s times like this when organizations like the NRA should step in and offer tuition/scholarship money to the parents of these kids so that they may more easily send them to private schools that teach the values of individual freedoms.

Not sure (in fact doubtful) if the school should be involved, but firing the gun and hitting something off of private property is a class 3 misdemeanor.

    • Deadshane says:

I think this is all more of a debate than a danger. Should the school be involved?

The bus stop is 70 ft or so from the private property where the kids were playing. One child was allegedly hit by a pellet 10 ft away from the stop.

Does the school need to be involved here? Kids were waiting at the bus stop and “endangered” by the play. (if you could call it that from airsoft guns…I know I’d prefer not to be shot) Waiting at the stop to go to school.

      OR

Do you just call the cops and let them handle the breaking of the law?

      • Any injuries? (other than hurt feelings)

If not,tan their hides, make them apologize, and ground them for a week…

It’s called parenting and only statists believe any “government” needs to be involved.

      • braveheart says:

Deadshane, if no people or property were harmed, there’s no need for police or school or anyone else except the parent. What happens on private property is no one else’s damned business except in the case of any serious and/or violent crime. No crime was committed here.

    • DEADSHANE,you and all your friends are going to love the fema camps,THEY were built for you and ALL your friends, stay asleep just a little longer and you’ll wake up in a bunkbed in a fema camp,IN CHAINS,……..

  4. SilverSax says:

I carry onto school properties all the time (though I leave my piece in the car) while I’m there on business. Sometimes I’ve carried my gun into the school in my toolkit. I’ll never be unarmed.

    • HisArmsWide says:

Not sure what the law is where you are but in these parts where we’re pretty liberal on guns, have open carry, carrying into a school or doing more than ‘passing through to pick up your kids’ = felony. Felony = illegal to own firearms. Illegal to own firearms = jail time if caught.

  5. If you have kids that go to public school, you have bigger problems to deal with..

the invasion into your private life from the public school system is astounding, and what surprises me is ..tons of people allow it..

this is another entity that needs to be defunded til it goes bankrupt

    • braveheart says:

I have put pressure on a school administrator before, they had this bright idea to save fuel money for the busses in a rural small town I live in, their great Idea was to pick the kids up out on the main road in all weather conditions snow ice etc..(this was a change in policy BTW) I stood up and said who was the one who signed that? the guy said me(township transportation mgr) and I asked his name and wrote it down, he asked me what I was doing I told him I was writing down the name of the guy that someone is going to be suing in the near future for contributory negligence ..and I had 350 angry mothers to back me up.

needless to say they went back to the way it was and the safety of those kids was greatly improved, plus traffic flow at morning rush hour ..so easy for the smart, not so easy for the brain dead , ya cant fix stupid, so that’s why we prep, to hopefully stay at least one step ahead of them.

beat em at their own game I say

We are currently researching home schooling programs to decide which to use. My 5th grader told me yesterday that a 4th grade girl was walking around the other day asking various other kids (male and female) whether they wanted to have sex with her. Many girls in the middle and high school here are now proudly exhibiting their homosexuality by kissing and making out in the halls and between buildings. We had a gay male cheerleader try out for the middleschool cheer squad (and make it). It is now rather en vogue and generally accepted. We are indeed in deep doo doo folks.

I’ve debunked this paranoia about “the Russians will do this or that” in seventeen threads over the last year.

Ain’t going to happen. We have more to fear from ignorant kids who go into OUR military thinking, probably correctly, that it’s their best shot in life. Not knowing any history, never having read the Constitution, being brainwashed by the entire culture, especially the schools, to do what they’re told and who see thinking for oneself as scary ….

When they compare the REALITY that when SHTF THEY are well-fed, and the only people being paid, to abstractions like liberty,

      THEY WILL fire on Americans.

REad some alternative US HIstory. Not the “hurray for the flag, GW the father of his country” official propaganda but somebody like Howard Zinn’s People’s History of the US.

From the Whiskey Rebellion onward, the military and the police have a long, sad record of murdering the people the power elite want murdered.

I hope there’s a large fraction of folk in the military who are deep under cover libertarians. Not necessarily in the political sense but who prize liberty.

      But I doubt it.

When those active duty teenagers are told to fire on those demonstrators on Main Street the “sir, yessir, how high sir?” mentality will kick in.

Basic training isn’t about making a bed with perfect hospital corners. It’s about conditioning normal people to do something abnormal … to kill on command. It works very well.

And the fact is, people who make a CAREER in the military or law enforcement are
A-OK with the idea that they have some kind of special dispensation to impose lethal violence on the rest of us. “I’m enforcing THE LAW.” “I’m defending our freedom.”

Define somebody as “other” define other as a “threat” and it’s A-OK to murder them if the guys in the suits say so.

If they are ever called to account it’ll be “I was just following orders.”
But you and your family will be just as dead.

  26. Buzzfix says:

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! poor kids these days I really feel for them. Go kid you got balls little brother! You’re going to be a patriot in a few more years.

  27. Jeff says:

More proof the culture as a whole has gone insane. Of course TPTB have stated they want to brainwash school children against guns.

Kid, here is the life lesson from all of this. If you are going to get into trouble, then do it on the grandest scale possible. Next time get a real machine gun or a military issue genuine assult rifle and go target shooting at some clay pots. Make it worth every ones while.

  28. HOODY says:

?? hmm ok so a “toy” at home gets this, what about kids that are going shooting with real stuff with the parents to gun ranges or if able in the back yard home range?

As a kid I remember running all around the neighborhood with my lone ranger cap guns, and when older just took my 22 into the woods after going to the local store to buy my box of 22 longs.

  29. God forbid they ever saw me letting my grandkids shoot my guns out in our front yard. They regularly shoot my rifles and pistols. I guess I am just a bad example of a parent. My youngest grand daughter has a membership to the local shooting range and loves nothing more than running through a few hundred rounds of ammo, shooting silhouettes.

  30. Vicky says:

Of course it’s not all right for the school to do this, but so far, it’s a win for them. Home school your kids. The State pays your school district a huge amount of money, per student, and it will hit them in the only place they’re vulnerable. Their wallet. I would also sue. They can’t even imagine the amount of pain and suffering this action caused….

  31. aljamo says:

I can’t own a gun, but I support all of you gun owners out there defending the collective right to defend what’s left of our freedom from enemies foreign and most importantly domestic. Thank you for defense of the ideal of self determination.

  32. Nothing common about common sense anymore, soon the schools will become an even more intrusive arm of the federal government (CommonCore) teachers will be interrogating children about whether their family owns guns, how many, are they locked up, does your father ever get angry, what are his politics?

Trumped up charges will be made from the manipulated thoughts of confused kids as has already happened.

    • braveheart says:

Y99, what those kids ought to tell those nosy teachers is, ‘NONE OF YOUR DAMNED BUSINESS’! The teachers should just stick with education and leave everything else the hell alone.

      • Agreed my friend, but fake adults have a way of intimidating young children in order to fulfill their agenda, so I see this coming as an issue in the short term.

      • Vicky says:

They won’t stay out of our business, though. Our grandchildren are still pretty young, and they’ll spill their guts. Our kids know better and won’t say anything. Grandkids run all over the house and have asked about guns and food. These are now locked up, but I think they’ll remember, particularly if the teacher pays deep interest to them which flatters a child, but also intimidates them.

  33. America says:

Makes me kind of wonder. What would have these idiots have done or said to me if they would have seen me using my old Red Ryder BB gun for target practice or my .22 growing up? My guess, I would still be wearing a pretty orange jumpsuit yet. Appalling!

  34. Barn Cat says:

They’re not stupid or insane. They’re evil. They’re working to demonize guns in the minds of young people. The globalists want an unarmed population. This is one way to go about it.

The same people have worked hard to make homosexuality acceptable and Christianity unacceptable.

  35. Dave says:

What their trying to do in reality is condition those poor kids to accept anything the government wants. It ALL starts with each young generation. That’s WHY no country in the HISTORY of the world has fallen further; faster than the United States has in the past 50 – 60 years. The NWO bastards KNOW that. Take a hard look around. Its now why we have a monkey as POTUS; where 50 years ago this clown wouldn’t have been elected National Dog Catcher.

  36. dakrat says:

Im soo glad i live in a small town where everyone owns a few fire arms and the kids can still go out and enjoy airsoft guns, BB guns or Paintball guns .. then go hunt with there folks.. My neighbors kids use to ask if they could use my yard for Airsoft and i always obliged them and we use to shoot vermin in the lot across the street with a BB gun or the pleage of rabbits around town that would invade the many gardens.. but alass the small oasis of country culture is slowly being one of the few and far between.. Gods help us. And if SHTF this town is gonna be baracaded off and defended with a hail of bullets.

  37. Sgt. Dale says:

This is told B.S. Just because he plays with soft air guns he is to be kicked out of school. If he hunts he will get the death sentence? My God what are we seeing here. Time for good Americans to SAY NO! You have gone too DAMN far. If this family need any help fighting this in court I will haply donate to their cause.
Who in the hell does this school think they are? Telling what you can do in our own free time. My God when I was a kid in High School I took my shotgun to school to go hunting after school. AMEERICA WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU?

    • braveheart says:

Howdy, Sgt. Dale. That’s one of my pet peeves about the schools sticking their noses into where they don’t belong. all they need to concern themselves with is educating the kids and anything that happens on the school property. whatever the kids do when they’re away from the school is none of their damned business. At least that’s how the schools were when I was growing up. Nowadays, they’re sticking their noses into all aspects of a kid’s life and don’t give a rat’s ass about educating that child. Getting expelled was the best thing that could’ve happened to the kids. now they have a golden opportunity to learn what life is really all about and learn how to think for themselves. if the parents decide to make a legal challenge of this, I’ll make a donation to that cause. I’ll stand up for the kids. braveheart

    • Smokey says:

Next they’ll search the state database to see how many students have youth hunting licenses and expel them from school.

Ahhh those were the days, sigh:-(

  47. A teacher says:

As a high school teacher I read this with great fascination. I can tell you from school law classes (required for being a teacher in my state) that a school is legally responsible from the time a student leaves their home to the time they return. The reality is usually from bus stop to bus stop. I did read in the article about it happening at a bus stop. I find it fundamentally flawed because if the students did not have them at school and then they went home after school and got their air soft guns then the school has no jurisdiction because the students made it home. If this article is factually correct, this is sad.

This kid “was” near a school bus stop with kids waiting for the after school bus, he has been suspended from school several times for violent behavior including assault on a crossing guard. His mom is outraged, did you notice no dad is outraged? Maybe because dad is out of the picture. I love the second amendment, but I have a feeling that when this kid finally does do his damage to the world, it won’t be with a legal gun or an Airsoft!

    It’s getting crazy out there.

  52. John_Allen says:

Government indoctrination centers are absolutely desperate to inculcate the cultural mind set, the statist theology, by which the Second Amendment will eventually be eviscerated if not repealed.

My somewhat abridged take away from Fred Hiatt’s editorial in today’s Washington Compost, “In search of the tipping point.” His opening sentence is, “How does change happen?”

One way change happens is for tyranny’s errand boy in the Oval Office to make a self-serving speech lamenting robust 2 Am rights. “Obama urges public to speak out on guns.” I speak out in my own circles of influence, but he wouldn’t much like what I”m saying.

Hiatt’s answer is slowly, incrementally. The tyrant minions are willing to labor for decades or generations if necessary to g-r-a-d-u-a-l-l-y change the prevailing mindset. He cites gay marriage, tobacco and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. I invite you to read it and reach your own conclusions.

Meanwhile, if students engaging in harmless play at home need a Second Amendment champion, from my own experience I recommend Jeffrey Weiner of South Miami.

He is admitted to the US Supreme Court, most US Courts of Appeals, and many state Supreme Courts. He has taken firearms tactical training. His son was recently admitted to the USMA.

“I hope you realize you’ve just committed assault.”

“I know, I know. Time was, you actually had to hit somebody.”

    Big Trouble

  54. Arizona Dude says:

Technically the soft air pistol can not be considered a “firearm” it doesn’t use an explosive charge to propell a projectile. They have falsely charged those kids.

    • HOODY says:

Doesn’t seem to make much difference anymore, they are expelled for a gun on a T-shirt, or just drawing one with a crayon.

Self defense is a “human” right not some legal right

Things are getting mixed up with Home land security and any so called terrorists acts, And Bloomberg lapdogs like that Morgan dude on MSN, just the sound of that fools voice irritates me.

You can kill with just your fists if large enough, so maybe any big kid in boxing class’s needs to be suspended.

  55. Earthman says:

We as citizens need to file lawsuit against every store that sells any type of guns like Wal-Mart,Target,ect.Lets show these businesses we can make a point out of what they are selling and put them out of business for these kids that were not causing any harm what so ever. The population mind control needs to stop and mind there own f–king business and leave the people that own guns alone. So lets sue the shit out of these businesses and make money to prep more.

  56. Earthman says:

I got a great idea for all of us that want to know each other and they would never find out.Everyone who is a prepper put a ribbon that is red outside there door on a pole or something and when we start loooking at each others houses we know who to trust when we walk up to your house.

  57. TheGuy says:

Oh, by all means, please do so, public school system.

More. Faster. Harder. More totally insane. Come on! You’re not trying hard enough! You can expel them for playing violent video games! For watching movies not on the “approved” list! For using the word “gun” in a sentence… even if it’s to warn a teacher that someone has a real one and is pointing it at them! COME ON YOU PANSIES! YOU CALL THIS OPPRESSIVE? HARDER YOU A-HOLES!

Please, by all means, RENDER YOURSELVES IRRELEVANT! I’M TIRED OF PAYING TAXES FOR YOUR BULLSH*T! KILL YOURSELVES VIA STUPIDITY!

Home schooling for the win! Go to hell, public schools. Go to hell.

  58. Sheepdog says:

Airsoft play now now, Smith & Wesson crime later…

Any state that could possibly elect Terry McAullif governor is an asylum run by lunatics, this episode shouldnt surprise anyone with a shread of common sense.

We live in a society that now relies on intimidation to govern not one that encourages free thought and self reliance. Grid down will be a Hell-on-Earth!

  59. flowerchild says:

Just a note about airsoft “being available for purchase from any local sporting goods store in America.” Sorry, wrong! These were outlawed in the the communist state of New York nearly two years ago. Which state will be next? Especially after they were espoused as an excellent gun for target on J.W. Rawles blog.

  60. flowerchild says:

Sorry, that should have said “as being an excellent gun for target practice” on J.W. Rawles blog.

  61. swinging richard says:

Another insane ruling by a government employee. Time to start replacing those that lack the wisdom to manage the responsibility of their jobs. The school system has the right to control behavior at school, not at home. Fire the administrator and return the child to the classroom.

  62. Tor Munkov says:

Steve walks warily down the street,
Baseball cap pulled way down low
Ain’t no sound but the sound of his feet,
    Airsoft guns ready to go

Saw Va. turning commie years ago so we pulled up stakes and moved to the great state of Texas. Virginia schools are infested with and run from the top down by touchy-feely moonbats as are most of their local news stations. This is not an opinion, it is fact. Rubbed shoulders with quite a few educators and newsroom types; enough to catch the drift of where Virginia was headed.

Quick story; when a Carrier battle group returns to port there the news often shows up to film and report on the reunion of loved ones. On one such occasion front page news celebrated two lesbian sailors swapping spit with lots of photos and a big write-up of how great that was.

How long until Maryland style gun laws are imposed upon Virginians?

  64. Everything these authoritarians do can backfire. They are just creating more cases and justification for homeschooling.
