Editor’s Comment: The Donald pulled in a big win again last night, though Kasich won Ohio and the establishment GOP are vowing to take it to a floor fight. There is still a long road ahead, but the larger question is, what can Americans take home it all?

The reformer faces an uphill battle, at least in our current state. The election seems farcical and rigged, though it is well suited to Trump’s particular savvy with reality TV and game show formats. In that environment, he can clearly win, please and entertain both his supporters and detractors at the same time. But as far as making actual changes in the system, such a reformer much also face the entrenched resistance of the system and its players, and also face up to the cynical fact that the people are easily aroused on various issues, but they are rarely focused on the real problems at the right time, with the right sort of critical mass.

Though Trump’s candidacy is a sure sign that the people are ready for revolution and beyond tired of the lies and general shafting, the road to true recovery is still difficult and long ahead…

Will A Trump Presidency Really Change Anything For The Better?

by Brandon Smith

I want to start this analysis by stating that I fully understand the whirlwind of public interest in Donald Trump’s campaign. However, for those that don’t get it, let me break it down for you.

A sizable portion of the American population considers themselves “conservative.” More than 38% of U.S. citizens, according to Gallup, hold conservative political and social views. Only 24% of the public considers themselves “liberal.” Now, I realize that the term “conservative” means different things to different people, so I would apply a simple rule to categorize them — a conservative is easiest to identify by his or her distaste for normally liberal ideological views. Beyond that, different factions of conservatives disagree on a whole host of issues.

The goal of any conservative candidate that hopes to be publicly “popular,” whether he actually intends to follow through with his promises or not, is to appear to be all things to all factions; to avoid alienating one faction to appease another. After he is elected (or, after he is placed in the oval office by the powers that be), he may abandon any care for appeasing any of his constituents. Until then, he plays the game so that Americans can maintain faith in the system for at least one moment every four years.

Trump’s popularity is predicated on the fact that past Republican candidates have done little to make friends with true conservatives and have not sought alliances with the factions of conservatism that have been growing in momentum and power the past two decades. In fact, the Republican candidates presented to the citizenry in recent memory have ALL had characteristics more akin to liberal Democrats than conservative stalwarts. Mitt Romney, for instance, was essentially a carbon copy of Barack Obama in terms of political policy and voting record, with only slightly greasier complexion and equally mysterious religious background.

Election after election, conservative Americans have been offered one RINO (Republican In Name Only) candidate after another: politicians whose rhetoric sounds principled but whose record is littered with big government policies, constitutional violations, and a disregard for the intentions of the founding fathers. It is very difficult to call yourself a “conservative” in America unless you respect (or at least claim to respect) the tenets of limited government, constitutional law, and a regard for the heritage of our founding principles. U.S. conservatives have not had a candidate sharing their views for a long time.

Democrats may finally be experiencing a similar disenchantment with establishment candidates considering the surprising popularity of Bernie Sanders this election. The problem is, democrats are trapped in the big government mindset and are for the most part a lost cause. Their anti-establishment candidate is a self-categorized socialist, after all. The only hope for a constitutional small government candidate and a return to our founding principles in politics rests in the hands of Republicans, being that third parties are quashed before they get a chance to put their foot in the door.

So, you have most if not all Democratic candidates working for bigger more powerful government which leads to increased corruption and less liberty. You also have most Republicans working for bigger and more powerful government and less liberty. And you have few, if any, candidates that represent the majority of voters seeking limited constitutional government.

Those of us in the liberty movement call this the “false left/right paradigm”. It is the most insidious form of social control present in our nation and it makes a mockery of the election process. That is to say, elections are now nothing more than a way for international financiers and elites to keep the masses in line by allowing them to believe (falsely) that they have a “choice” and thus power to determine the future of our country. In fact, our choice is contrived and we have no political power whatsoever. The rest of America is finally starting to become aware of the false paradigm that liberty proponents have been warning about for generations. Is it any wonder that people are becoming fed up with the system?

The genius of Donald Trump as an election figure is that he has little to no political history. He does not have an extensive legislative or voting record that we can look back on and determine where he stands. His political affiliations have been all over the place with him identifying as a Democrat at one time, Republican at other times, and even independent. Most of us cannot really judge his potential based on this. Hell, I was a registered Democrat early in my life, so how can I hold it against Trump?

Beyond Trump’s rather disturbing past affiliation and friendship with the Clintons, he is otherwise a blank political slate. And as a blank slate, Trump can in fact present himself as all things to all people.

The other ingenious aspect of the Trump campaign is really who he is running against — Hillary Clinton, a rabidly liberal candidate even more hated than Barack Obama. A candidate with a potentially serious criminal record and a penchant for an outright communistic world view far beyond that of Bernie Sanders. Those of us who have been in the writing field for a long time and have dabbled in fiction know that in order to create a fantastic hero, you must first put even more work into creating a fantastic villain. The hero is nothing without the villain.

The unmitigated horror inherent in the prospect of a Hillary Clinton presidency is like adding jet fuel to the Trump campaign. (And yes, I am assuming according to the results of the primaries so far that the final election will be between Trump and Clinton).

Donald Trump appears to be the perfect antithesis to Hillary Clinton. He is loud and boisterous and a bit obnoxious. He trash talks and says whatever he wants to the torment of liberals. He stomps on the throats of the political correctness police and doesn’t care if they call him a racist or a sexist or a misogynist. And, Americans LOVE IT. They can’t get enough of it.

Conservatives are so tired of cultural Marxists, crazy feminists, the leftist domination of media, PC thought crime, forced immigration policies and the protection of illegal immigration, paying for social entitlement programs, etc., that they are ready to explode. They are, in fact, ready to go to war. I would even dare to say that a Clinton presidency would lead directly to guaranteed outright civil war. This is not an exaggeration.

So, the real question is, is Trump a reflection of the frustration and defiance of the conservative population, or, is he a clever ruse by the establishment to co-opt and placate the conservative population before we rebel?

Again, without much political background to examine and only rhetoric to go by, Trump is a mystery. If Trump is a legitimate anti-establishment candidate, then here are some of the actions he would have to pursue in order to prove it.

1) The complete reversal of every unconstitutional Obama Administration and Bush Administration executive order.

2) The pursuit of removal of the indefinite detention provisions and secret tribunals contained in the NDAA.

3) The removal of FISA, and the end of the invasion of privacy and other violations of the 4th Amendment by the NSA against American citizens.

4) The end of secretive executive powers of assassination, including the assassination of American citizens without trial.

5) The dismantling of the Department of Homeland Security in light of abuses of constitutional limits.

6) The complete reversal of Obamacare.

7) The immediate end to all refugee relocation programs related to the Middle East and Syria.

8) The true enforcement of illegal immigration laws and border controls.

9) The encouragement of states to assert their right to protect their borders based on the 10th Amendment.

10) An immediate call for an independent investigation into the immigration policies of the Obama Administration.

11) An immediate independent investigation into the Benghazi attacks.

12) An immediate independent investigation into the ATF’s “Fast and Furious” gun running program.

13) An immediate independent investigation into the involvement of covert intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense in the funding and training of ISIS.

14) An immediate call for an independent investigation of corruption within the election process itself, as well as the influence of international banks and corporations in the election process.

15) The removal of unfair restrictions that prevent third party and independent candidates from participation in public debates.

16) An immediate call for an investigative audit of the Federal Reserve as well as the pursuit of dismantling the fed and transitioning America back into constitutional sound money creation.

17) An investigation into U.S. relations with the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and the Bank of International Settlements with the intention of ending all ties to said organizations if and when criminal conduct is discovered.

18) An end to the revolving door of banking elites cycling through various cabinet positions within the White House.

19) An immediate investigation into the influence of international financiers and globalist think tanks like the Council On Foreign Relations and their efforts to destroy the national sovereignty of the U.S.

20) The end of globalization of U.S. foreign policy and economic policy which has weakened America, and the return to a more independent and self reliant American economic and defense infrastructure.

I’m sure that readers can think of many other potential actions that would help to prove beyond a doubt that Donald Trump is the kind of anti-establishment firebrand he presents himself to be. If Trump does take such measures during his presidency, then he may be a president worth supporting, or even fighting for. If he pursues few or none of these measures, however, we can be relatively certain he is just another establishment puppet playing his part in the false left/right paradigm leading America toward oblivion.

Whatever Trump is, his popularity does indicate a rising tide of discontent within the U.S. The insane circus atmosphere of election 2016 is no coincidence; it is a perfect representation of the overflowing tensions that permeate our culture and are leading to potential earth shattering conflict. Keep in mind that America’s economic situation was already decided back in 2008 and will only become worse as we move into the election season. Whatever tensions we see now will only multiply as financial crisis becomes more apparent to the masses.

The idea that a Trump presidency will change much of anything is a rather farfetched one in my view. Trump’s popularity only suggests that people are seeking alternatives. The damage to America has for the most part already been done, and there will be no avoiding the consequences. That said, how we rebuild can still be determined. No political leader including Trump will ever be able to heal the American system or the American psyche, but the efforts of millions of independent and liberty minded Americans can. We have a long and terrible struggle ahead of us, but to look at it from an “optimistic” perspective, at least Americans are becoming sick of the status quo. That is a start.

  1. I agree, he is a shot in the dark, an unknown. But there is no other candidate who is not been bought and paid for. At least he would be just one Pig at the trough instead of Hundreds. I hope he turns out not to be that Pig and wants to really change things for his family and our country.

    • Popcorn Eater says:

Can he change things? Maybe, but we will not know until we have him in the White House. He has more of a chance to change things than anyone else ever has. Last chance for change “for the people.” The only other thing that can happen to effect change is out and out rebellion. And that is what may or should happen.

          Agreed!

But as with anything having to do with political stuff….”we can’t know for sure what is in the trump/bill (of goods), until we elect/pass, it”.

Having witnessed the scramble to push the nwo establishment candidates through, we can assume trumpster is for real.
The re-pubical establishment/cronies/elite banksters and corporate gurus, misjudged the sheeple when it came to jebster and little marco. Now having to rely on a “has been, insider” like Kasich, is like scraping the bottom of the barrel for someone to siphon off delegates, so neither trumpster nor cruzzer, can get locked in.

About a third of the sheeple are now waking up to reality, twenty years too late. The shift is on and shenanigans by the repubicle party establishment will be met with action.
Some awakened sheeple, will stand up and shout/protest, while others will quitely go home and stay home come November. That is if there even is an election for potus.

We support trumpster, until we see a reason not to.

As usual, you are blind in one eye and can’t see out of your other eye. Drumpf poses as a self-made billionaire, but it takes little research to discover that he made his money with organized crime and Zionists. Drumpf is great theatre for the gullible.

        • Anonymous says:

That’s how their plan works. They know how to get you to support their Establishment by masquerading one of them as a “rebel”.

good one, nobama, i say the same thing.

Trump named Richard Haas as his first pick as an advisor. Richard Haas is the president of CFR, a bilderberger and a trilateral commission member. He said he would tap bill gates for technology tracking of terrorists (more surveillance). He said he would use executive orders as well instead of promising to reign in the practice. How is that returning to constitutional practices? The system is fixed, whoever gets in will continue to trample the constitution.

    • apache54 says:

the GOP just does NOT get it, a senor politician made a statement today that the PEOPLE DO NOT elect politicians, it is the party who does! well there you go folks just another reason WE the people need to take back our country ( if it is possible) and Trump may or may not be on our side only time will tell, but at present he is the only one who appears to be!

      • JustMe says:

The fix has been in for over a century now. Most people refuse to face it. Once Trump has been shut down, by the “GOP”, or the marxists, most people will shrug their shoulders, and continue to pretend everything is OK, maybe we can “elect” the right RINO next time. Most people have simply given up hoping they can have any positive impact on the coming end-game.

There are many people who see Trump as a potential savior, and will not be happy when their votes are blatantly stolen. The RINOs would rather implode rather than do the right thing for once in their lives; if they can’t have their way, and continue to stab you in the back, they will flip the table.

“The “establishment” composed of journos, BS-vending talking heads with well formulated verbs, bureaucrato-cronies, lobbyists-in traning, New Yorker-reading semi-intellectuals, image-concious empty suits, Washington rent-seekers and other “well thinking” members of the vocal elites are not getting the point about what is happening and the sterility of their arguments. People are not voting for Trump (or Sanders). People are voting, finally, to destroy the stablishment.” – Nassim Nicholas Taleb

        • Tobias Holler says:

If Trump becomes president, Canadian asylum law could be looking more and more relevant for many Americans. A comprehensive explanation of the Canadian asylum system:

          http://www.uniya.org/research/asylum_canada.pdf

US citizens who might wish to seek political asylum in Canada under the present legal system, the expectations to be admitted are less than encouraging. The above report indicates that under a “Safe Third Country” agreement between Canada and the United States, American citizens may be ineligible for asylum in Canada.

“The only people who arrive in Canada who are turned away immediately are those who come over from the United States pursuant to the Safe Third Country Agreement between the two countries. All other asylum seekers go through Canada’s comprehensive refugee determination system.”

It would also be fair to assume that Canada may be forced by the Trump administration to build or pay for a wall along the entire US -Canadian border to stop American citizens from leaving their country.

that sounds like something like an awake, informed vet would say. Recent vets from the last 40 years will understand the Wall Street/Central Bank cannon fodder concept.

In order to develop the pool of cannon fodder tptb first creates the environment (poor economy,no jobs, no advancement), then the psyop incentive (patriotic duty to defend per the POTUS, aka- Commander In Chief).

911 was the most recent rally point seen in my lifespan providing a valid reason to die for the country. I don’t think the local recruiters offices are experiencing a swell of enlistees to hunt down a ghost enemy.

TRUMP has shaken the American People out of their STUPOR and revealed to the World how much Trouble we are in, and he has the Guts to Try and Change it, but we have to do our part and STAND WITH TRUMP AND LET THEM KNOW WI WILL NOT LET THEM “STEAL THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE”!

  2. FreeSlave says:

I don’t know about that, Brandon. Trump is SO unpredictable that it’s hard to really declare that he’s an establishment puppet.

  3. Archivist says:

It may not matter how we voted in the primaries.

“‘The media has created the perception that the voters choose the nomination. That’s the conflict here,'” Curly Haugland, an unbound GOP delegate from North Dakota, told CNBC’s ‘Squawk Box’ on Wednesday. He even questioned why primaries and caucuses are held.”

    • lol…yea, that sure made Becky Quick’s mouth drop open.

But that’s what they did to Ron Paul in 2012. They changed rule 40 on the convention floor so none of his delegates could be seated. They made the rule that a candidate needed to win 8 states instead of four to seat their delegates…changed it WHILE the convention was going on. John Boehner was reading the results of the rule vote on the teleprompter BEFORE they even took a vote.

The whole voting process is a sham. No one gets in that hasn’t been vetted by the bosses.

  4. Gonetoolong says:

He CAN change things , but will he? That is my only concern with Trump. Is he the real deal? Will his word be solid? I am willing to chance it. We know what all the other lifetime politicians bring to the table.

    • Yes, He can change things. That is the job of the President. He can command the agencies to do as the law says. Law that is already written and on the books and which is supposed to be enforced. But is not due to the lefty loosy rightie tightie relationship between the parties.
I think that he will at least try.
He has everything to gain and nothing to lose by doing so. He is already rich and powerful. He can gain what all rich and powerful people desire by doing the right thing. Immortality.

Trump is doing one thing well

he is telling people exactly what they want to hear

how he is going to pay for all of his promises is something he is silent on

    he has to 1)raise taxes
2)borrow the money or 3)slash and burn numerous other programs

people think Obama is bad ?

    • Gonetoolong says:

If anyone did the right thing, we would all be crying uncle in short order. All the cuts that need to be made mean someone loses a cushy gov job. This means less contracts in the private sector, less cheese to go around and filter into the economies, etc. There is no way it could or should be pain free change in America. We are just like a drug junkie that needs cold turkey withdrawal. It will be difficult but it is what we need. I just hope to make it through it once it goes down. There is no easy way out of this damn mess we have created over the past 30 years or more.

    • watching and waiting says:

      A white Obama?

    • fishandmud says:

He should scare you and all the rest of us. Trump is beholding to others. He is not self funding. He has also stated he would work with everybody, until he does not see progress. Then he will pull an obumer and write an executive order. We will be going from one dictator to another. If so many people want to live under a dictator, move. This is not the way to do it. If anybody hates Obama because they do not aprove of his actions and views, but then elects someone on the other end of the spectrum are just as wrong. Illegal is illegal is illegal. Two wrongs do not make a right. The founding fathers set the laws up right. We just need to go back to the constitution.

Don’t believe the things I have said about Donald Trump, check them out for yourselves.

Satori, “people think Obama is bad?”
Yeah, we the people know he’s bad, the worst President we could have had, a traitorous impostor at that, as has been well documented here. Romney would have been less damaging (maybe).

  9. Michael says:

A Trump Presidency, or a Cruz Presidency is much more than just the promises of changing what a Radical Obama Presidency has brought to the shores of America, we are now facing the continuation of the damaging Status Quo that not just Obama, and the democratic Party has placed upon us, but also, the Republicans. We the People has an opportunity to bring back America to our Beloved Constitution, that has been slowly taken away from the People, in which we have had no help in fighting the radical left from our Republican Leadership, which they promised to help, when they asked the people to vote for a majority of their party, in which we complied. That was all a joke, on us. What we have here now, is warfare, and we have a chance to again put our trust in another leader. Although I have been very apprehensive in doing so, I have no other choice but to do so. I will say this, we maybe in the last days of the America I have always loved, and the removal of our Constitution, in lieu of seven plus years of it’s replacement, the Globalization of the New World Order. Last night my wife came in from work, as we sat down to talk, she was telling me that, a customer of hers, who is originally from England, told her that her sister called her from England to let her know that it came out on their news that Obama told their Prime Minister that they had no other choice but to except the NWO, and that they must comply. Now, as of this reply, I have not fact check this, but will be doing so tonight. In saying this, and noticing the attack that is coming from the left and the right against Donald Trump, I sat down to ask myself why is it? The only thought that came to me is, here we have a Business man who is financing his own run for the Presidency of the United States, what does that mean? Simply, he is not bought a paid for, Plus he is listening to the American people who are very, very angry, and the Political Elite does not like it, along with the 1% who contributes to the pocket book of our Political Leaders. This Shadow Government don’t like it, since they are the ones behind the NWO System. Why else do we have NAFTA, and now TPP, we are now in the beginning stages of the Global Citizenry, and we have one more chance to put an end to their dreams, and their riches. These programs that has been instituted into our lives, has brought us closer than ever to The NWO, as their slaves. Is this what we want for our children, do we want to leave this new system with them? I certainly don’t, I will be slave to no man. nor will I leave it to my children. The Political elite is angry at Trump, and Cruz. Cruz for his stance on the Constitution, and Trump, because he is not bought, and he is seeing the anger that we see, and want to do as we asked of him. Why else would the elite be doing everything in their power to stop them? They are bought a paid for, and have been for sometime, now we have two individuals running against each other to get to that on place that maybe able to bring America back to our senses, and the Love for our Constitution, our American way, of prosperity, Liberty, and Love of Country. America, we Must stop these who wish harm to us, we must stop HRC, Bernie Sanders, The democratic Party, and the Republican Party. We are the United States of America, and We are Strong. We can defeat the enemy, and the traitors that has captured our Government for their own greed. The NWO is no good for anyone but them, we can stop this, vote against the mainstream Political figures.

  10. Kevin2 says:

Assuming Trump is on the level TPTB would crash and burn the economy, and they certainly have the power to do so as its damn fragile now in a variation of, “Blame it on Hoover”. The successor would be 100% their guy.

Four years is nothing for these people as their plans have been going on for God knows how long.

    Trump has:

1.The bully pulpit that can nullify a lot of MSM
2.The ability to get the Justice Department to administer Justice with equal enforcement under the law.

    TPTB has:

    1. The entrenched bureaucracy to stonewall #2 above

    • The president CAN change the bureaucracy. Which is one of the things that we need.

      • Kevin2 says:

        Ed

That is far easier said than done. Hoover sat on top of the FBI longer than many kings sit on a throne. Their internal ability to stone wall official directives is not uncommon; they’re almost a government into themselves, essentially a 4th branch.

The Attorney General on the other hand can appoint prosecutors and the President appoints the AG.

Trump’s great advantage would be the use of that bully pulpit.

        • If you mean J Edgar Hoover, he had absolute control over the FBI for a long time. However his secrets in the end caused all sorts of problems. The aftermath of Watergate fixed most of that. The FBI of then is not the FBI of today.
Hoover couldnt be removed because of all the dirt he had on politicians. Trump wont care. He will boot anyone who dosent follow his legitimate orders.

      • Silent Eyes says:

Presidents can’t do a damn thing about entrenched bureaucrats. Look at the following: EPA, FBI, CIA, USPS, VA, etc. Those 6 figure a year ass fuckers draw great salaries, bennies and retirements. They will still be sucking your tax dollars down LONG after whatever dick twister was voted in is gone. Use your illusion….

        • Kevin2 says:

          Prosecutors can prosecute.

          • Silent Eyes says:

True, if they will. But look how successful that has been on Wall Street and in Washington DC…….not! No one was punished for overthrowing the sovereign government of Iraq. No one was punished for the 2008 crash. Hillary and Bill are still running around on the civilian side of prison bars after 20+ years of prosecutor ineptitude. So, tell me again about prosecution……it doesn’t exist.

            • Kevin2 says:

I agree 100%. The Justice Department under direction of the Executive Branch was directed not to prosecute all of the above. Prosecutors can be directed, to do their job without the approval of the Legislative branch. This conversation was focused on what Trump can do as President.

  11. Kevin2 says:

“Will A Trump Presidency Really Change Anything For The Better?”

The flip side is can he at least slow up the making of things worse? Lets face it is The Executive and Legislative branches went on an extended vacation in 1990 and did nothing we would be a lot better off.

Just confirming my previous statements that point out that “we the people” have absolutely no say in who gets the nomination for the GOP, or any political party for that matter……

From a CNBC interview, ” Political parties, not voters, choose their presidential nominees, a Republican convention rules member told CNBC, a day after GOP front-runner Donald Trump rolled up more big primary victories.

“The media has created the perception that the voters choose the nomination. That’s the conflict here,” Curly Haugland, an unbound GOP delegate from North Dakota, told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” on Wednesday. He even questioned why primaries and caucuses are held. ”

Here’s How The Establishment (could) Steal The GOP Nomination From Trump

    MARCH…
    DOUBLE AGENTS

    APRIL…
    DELEGATE SELECTION

Party bosses stand ready to gut some of Trump’s greatest primary-season successes. He won every one of South Carolina’s 50 delegates, by finishing first statewide and in each congressional district, but Trump is powerless to fill that slate with his own people.”

    MAY…
THE ART OF THE DEAL – “There is nothing in the RNC’s rules that prohibits delegates from cutting a deal for their votes…”

“Every delegate and alternate is already paying for individual travel costs to get to Cleveland. Most state parties tell delegates to expect to spend $3,000 out of pocket on airfare, hotel and meals, and for some it could prove an unexpected hardship.

(Delegates are assigned hotels by state; some could end up paying for the La Quinta Inn, others stuck with a bill from the Ritz-Carlton.)”

    JUNE…
THE DISQUALIFYING ROUND – “If the primary calendar ends without any candidate emerging as its presumptive nominee, all those responsibilities will remain with RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.

“…if Trump doesn’t finish with a clear majority of delegates, Priebus will face immense pressure from party officials and donors to undermine him.”

Sounds like you are summing up a Gog/Magog invasion with the russian led federation armies.

If it happens as i have seen and predicted, that army assembles mass military troops and equipment to invade via Alaska and Canada. Putin made a college paper/manifesto to reclaim what was stolen from Russia, as in the purchase of Alaska at a steal, by USSAG.

No american or un army will have to lift a finger in that battle between the invaders and their Creator. In fact it will not be much of a war at all. When 100 to 180 lb. blocks of ice come hurling to earth, directly over those armies as they move in the wilderness areas, there will not be too much left of anything to fight with.

As it unfolds, 1/6th make it to safety to return to their respective homelands to tell the story of how they were supernaturally defeated. Many will become believers of a Great and Powerful Almighty presence, and His beloved Son.

Ezekiel 38/39 gives the prophetic details of that time that is soon coming. I believe the current move into syria was a sign of what Russia is capable of, and was a precursor to aligning with the house of Persia/Iran, when that time comes.
We are not shown just how much advanced weaponry was used in Syria and Iraq, by Russia, nor the extent of the damage.
I do believe it was a sort of “practice run”. I also believe Russia is pulling out of syria to regroup, and strategize, for the up-coming invasion, against their real perceived conquest of ussag.

When that time comes, and it may be another seven to ten years out, there will be something catastrophic happen in ussag to cause the land to be in upheaval and turmoil, along with Canada. An emp or major earthquakes and explosion of the big eruption of Yellowstone, could be the signal, for them to make their move.

  34. Opiner says:

First, the President doesn’t have that much power. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powers_of_the_President_of_the_United_States . Among the things they can do: They appoint Cabinet Members for the Executive Departments (Agriculture, Defense, Education, Energy, etc…). They appoint heads of Federal Offices. They are the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and make decisions concerning military actions. They appoint Supreme Court members if a position becomes available. They issue Executive Orders for Federal Rules and Regulations usually in emergency situations or in the last years of their presidency. They have persuasive influence over public opinion on actions that Congress (House and Senate) may vote on. They have the power to pardon and give amnesty to individuals or groups. They can call up the National Guard in disasters.

Second, It’s Congress – the House of Representative and Senators that have the power to make changes in our laws and regulations. They are the ones to propose and pass bills that change things. The President can veto proposed issues that come up to him, but, Congress can vote to override and pass those anyway if desired.

I heard someone say on C-Span that the House of Representatives have been controlled by Republicans for 17 of the last 21 years.

I did some research to check this out. He was right! Party Divisions of the US Congress: http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2014/09/08/the-partisan-history-of-every-u-s-senate-seat-in-1-awesome-chart/

Remember, Congress (Senators and House of Representatives) make the laws for the country, not the President. , The Executive Branch https://www.whitehouse.gov/1600/executive-branch. From 1975 to 2015, Senate Control (Number of Years in Power) Republican 13 out of 21, Democratic 6 out of 21, Republicans and Democrats Tied 2 years.
House Control Republican 17 out of 21, Democrat 4 out of 21

Republicans have been in control of the country for the Most of the last 21 years.

    Thomas Jefferson:
“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants”.

In order to pull this country back from the brink, we are way past the ‘nice-nice’ approach. It simply will not work.

The people in charge cannot be changed. They cannot be intimidated. They cannot be negotiated with. They cannot be reasoned with. They will keep coming, and coming until we are totally subjugated and the constitution is a relic of the past. That is the way of socialism and communism.

What is needed is a Thomas Jefferson style refreshing of the liberty tree. Nothing else is going to have any real effect.

  52. Strawman says:

Trump is probably not going to be the ideal candidate for restoring America as if that could ever actually be done. However, both major parties are dead set against him for some reason and it isn’t because they love America or the people all that much. Is it because he already has enough money and can’t be bought off? Maybe. Is it because he is such a public figure that everything is pretty much already known about him and there aren’t any embarrassing situations to hold over his head? Maybe some of that too. In any case, when both parties are ‘for’ something it is usually pretty bad for the average American. With both parties against something or someone, it must be good for the average American. Trump’s candidacy should be considered a protest vote if nothing else.

  53. g77enn says:

WHO TOWERS BEHIND DONALD TRUMP? THE ROTHSCHILDS AND ROCKEFELLERS OF COURSE.

Everyone knows, of course, about Trump’s gambling operations and of the wide-ranging links of the gambling industry to organized crime. But the story is much bigger than that. In his own memoir, The Art of the Deal, Trump proudly described how in 1987 he bought his first casino interests when he purchased 93% of the voting stock in the Resorts International gambling concern.

What Trump doesn’t tell his readers is what the late Andrew St. George reported in The Spotlight on October 30, 1978 (and in the previous September 25, 1978, issue): Resorts International was established and controlled by front men for the Rockefeller and Rothschild families and their “enforcers” in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its allied intelligence agency, Israel’s Mossad.

What made the report so explosive was that this newspaper pointed out that the illegally rigged casinos were being operated with the collusion of “respectable” politicians, law enforcement officials, Wall Street financiers who floated loans to finance the gambling resorts and the high-profile gambling resort operators themselves.

St. George pointed out that many of these casino resorts run by the mob through a variety of front men have actually been engaged in a de facto partnership with behind-the-scenes mobsters who have assisted the CIA and the Mossad in massive laundering of drug and gambling profits that have been channeled into covert operations of the two allied
intelligence agencies. In return, the CIA and the Mossad, using their own influence, have provided “protection” for the illegally fixed gambling operations, preventing law enforcement authorities from cracking down on this corruption.

Where does would-be president Trump fit into the picture? To find the answer, one must turn to the murky origins of Resorts International.

Resorts evolved from a CIA front company set up in the early 1950s by then-CIA director Allen W. Dulles and his close associate, three-term New York Governor Thomas E. Dewey, political functionary in the so-called “Rockefeller Republican” wing of the GOP.

The front company in question was the innocuously named Mary Carter Paint Company, which operated a national chain of paint stores but was set up to function as a covert CIA money-laundering operation.

In 1958-59 Dewey and a number of associates used a reported $2 million in CIA funds to buy a controlling interest in the Crosby-Miller Corporation (headed by Dewey friend James Crosby), which was then merged with Mary Carter.

Among other things, the new corporation laundered CIA money for arming the anti-Castro Cuban exiles. The company also launched into lucrative casino gambling enterprises in the Caribbean where the CIA was quite active during that period, having engaged the Lansky crime syndicate in now-thoroughly documented and widely known plots to topple Fidel Castro who had enraged the mob by closing down its Cuban gambling enterprises.

Thus it should be no surprise that in 1963, Alvin I. Malnik, a top henchman of crime syndicate boss Meyer Lansky, was found to be closely connected to the operations of Mary Carter Paint.

In 1963, Mary Carter Paint spun off its paint division and during the next several years began developing its casino operations, particularly in the Bahamas. In 1967-68, Mary Carter Paint officially changed its name to Resorts International and began massive international expansion. The Spotlight determined that several principal investors provided the funds and assets for the venture:

    • Meyer Lansky, the acknowledged “chairman of the board” and chief financier of the underworld gambling syndicate, who maintained his own longstanding ties to not only Israel and the Mossad, but also the CIA and the American intelligence community;

    • David Rockefeller, head of the Rockefeller financial empire, who provided his family’s clout and CIA and global banking connections to assist in the operation;

    • The Investors Overseas Service (IOS), then the world’s largest flight-capital conglomerate, controlling assets worth $2.5 billion.

    • Tibor Rosenbaum, who was not only the Mossad’s Swiss-based chief financier behind covert arms deals but also the head of the Banque De Credit Internationale of Geneva, the Lansky syndicate’s chief European money laundry; and

    • Baron Edmond de Rothschild of the European banking family and a personal business partner of Rosenbaum in Rosenbaum’s Mossad-related ventures ranging far and wide; and lastly,

    • William Mellon Hitchcock, one of the heirs to the Mellon family fortune (one of America’s largest private family fortunes, which, for many years, has also maintained close ties with the CIA).

Resorts International expanded by leaps and bounds and soon became one of the most profitable of all the gambling enterprises, and by 1970 the underworld figures who were running the casinos (in league with their behind-the-scenes partners) began moving to expand casino gambling in the United States.

Mob chief Lansky called a high-level meeting of gambling syndicate figures in Acapulco, Mexico and there the assembled mobsters pinpointed the fading resort of Atlantic City as their first new target. (Prior to that time, of course, the mob had already established Nevada as the only outpost of legalized gambling on U.S. soil.)

In the wake of this meeting, the resources of Resorts International were used (publicly and privately) to begin the lobbying campaign that resulted in the legalizing of gambling in Atlantic City and once the New Jersey legislature opened up the Garden State, Resorts moved in.

In 1987, upon the death of longtime CIA front man James Crosby, the nominal head of Resorts International, up-and-coming young New York real estate tycoon Donald Trump stepped into the picture and bought Crosby’s interest in the gambling empire.

Trump soon became a household name, with his colorful personality and his insistence upon naming a variety of luxury hotels, apartment houses and other commercial ventures after himself.
