Kim Jong-Un’s most recent missile launch sparked fears of a third world war. Responding directly to that missile launch, the United States has participated in war drills with South Korea.

The operation dubbed “Vigilant Ace” was branded as an “open, all-out provocation” by North Korea. The training drills are scheduled to last five days, aiming to improve South Korea and the US’s wartime readiness. Impressive video from the initial drills shows F-16 jets training in the sky high above the North Korea border. The exercise is the largest ever co-operative drill. The US and South Korea used 230 aircraft, including 24 stealth fighter jets preparing for a war on the Korean peninsula.

Around 12,000 military personnel are taking part in the drills.  North Korea has also warned that these ‘provocative’ military drills  “may lead to a nuclear war at any moment.” The North Korean warning came straight from propagandized state-run media, which also declared: “The US and South Korean puppet warmongers would be well advised to bear in mind that their DPRK-targeted military drill will be as foolish as an act precipitating their self-destruction.”

The White House’s national security adviser HR McMaster has admitted the North Korean newspaper threats are credible and more government officials now believe that a war looms.  “I think it’s increasing every day, which means that we are in a race to be able to solve this problem. There are ways to address this problem short of armed conflict, but it is a race because he’s getting closer and closer, and there’s not much time left,” said McMaster.

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has called on the Pentagon to move the families of US military personnel out of South Korea, as a senior Trump administration official warned that the potential for war with North Korea was growing by the day.  “It’s crazy to send spouses and children to South Korea, given the provocation of North Korea. South Korea should be an unaccompanied tour,” Graham said on CBS’s Face the Nation. “So, I want them to stop sending dependents, and I think it’s now time to start moving American dependents out of South Korea.”

“He’s got the best national security team of anybody I have seen since I have been in Washington,” Graham said of Trump, who has vowed to deny North Korea the ability to strike the US with nuclear weapons.Denial means pre-emptive war as a last resort,” Graham said. “The pre-emption is becoming more likely as their technology matures. I think we’re really running out of time.” If North Korea dares to conduct another nuclear weapons test, Graham added, “then you need to get ready for a very serious response by the United States”.

The drumbeat is getting louder, faster and more public. I’d had my doubts that ‘it’ was to come; but, I’m actually starting to think it just might be. For all the years I’ve been accruing supplies, training, trying to reach out to others best and as quietly as I could….. deep inside I’d hoped it would never happen. Sure, I want change so profound that when I stop and think about what is needed I actually feel both sad and sick at what we’ve come to. I’m going to be honest as hell here. I love this country. I’ve given a son to it in this last oil war. He lays to the south of where I live in a Veteran’s cemetery. Lost a daughter many years ago as well. So, I’m not fearful of death. What father can be when 2 out of 4 of his own have gone before him? But, I’ve 7 grand-children I’ve always hoped would have a chance at being better, living more fruitful lives than me. And that is what just flat pisses me off most. That the war-mongering powers and filthy bastards that think they’ve a right to proper at men like me’s expense, like my children’s and grandchildren’s expense can lead us to this path of destruction. “F” them all. I’m saying it here. This happens, you have been forewarned….. ‘paybacks are hell’.

I’m sorry for your losses. I appreciate your passion. I believe you’ll get satisfaction one day soon. It will come with an even greater price though.

    • SARGPHOS says:

Sir, you do your best to keep them safe through what is coming. They will have that better world you hoped they would according to the promise that was promised to us by Him, so long as you believe… All this has to come to pass for these wretch’s to get their due portion of hell and for the righteous to be delivered. You’re right, the drums are unignorably at this point. I am only starting my family now, I am filled with tempered anger seeing what my kids world is becoming and the battles my wife and I will have to fight to raise traditional American kids. They are taking those rights as parents away from us on a daily basis. I say hasten the arrival of this final conflict so we can be done with the corruption. Good luck and God speed.

    • CySecGuy says:

Appreciate your candor and very sorry for your loss and sacrifice Heartless. I can empathize unfortunately. Totally agree with your words. Hopefully your prep and wisdom will help support your younger ones and to get back on their feet one day if we have a gone south situation.

For those of you needing potassium iodide (for thyroid), I use KI4U.com – pretty good folks there, IMHO. Also, download (FREE!) Cresson Kearney’s Nuclear War Survival Skills. Google it (better yet, skip the fascist left at “First, let’s only do evil” Gug-ghoul, and use DuckDuckGo), or one site is at http://www.nuclearwarsurvivalskills.com/

Let’s hope it doesn’t come to this, of course. For those of you who pray, remember the people of all of Korea in your prayers.

Side note: Why in tarnation hasn’t the govt of SKorea just said “no more building in Seoul without special permits.” Then, move all new building to southern South Korea, with special high speed rail links, flights, high speed internet, 8 lane highways, etc.? No one says you have to evacuate Seoul tomorrow, but if they had started this a decade ago, Seoul would not be as much hostage to the North. Of course, Seoul would not be vacated, by why not at least put in gov’t incentives, etc. to get people and businesses more south? Not doing this is the STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard of; this is one of the few times a govt should get involved, and they don’t. Just brilliant. Not.

  4. durangokidd says:

Nuclear War ??? I think not. America has very lethal, high tech, conventional weapons in sufficient quantity to obliterate NK. Even if Kim fires a nuclear tipped missile it won’t get very far before it is shot down.

Nothing to fear here; but time to remove the threat. 🙂

    • Anonymous says:

Our ABM capabilities, when tested, have been FAR from perfect. Not even close.

      • Son of Liberty says:

Agree, when Obama cut our defensive shield budget in Alaska from 12b to 2b he pretty well left us sitting on the pot without any hope of protection.

Our missile shield has been less than effective in testing, though I understand it is improving a bit, though not enough to decimate all those missiles launched at us even here in Alaska.

Even our civil defense director is telling us just prepare to shelter/survive in place. No evacuation, civil defense shelters, or other preparations by federal or state governments.

The previous governor was preparing a few (5 – 7) storage warehouses for food, this governor has axed that. Nice guy I say.

God in heaven help us is all I have to say.

        Son of Liberty

BTW, Jim Rickards thinks it will be after the Olympics but before (I think it was around March/April) they are projected to get to their advanced delivery abilities.

I realize some of you will say they have no abilities, that this is more of the Deep State stuff, etc. I personally don’t communicate with national security staff, and Trump isn’t calling me every day to check in, so all I am saying by this is *nothing* more than what Jim Rickards said. Whether or not you trust his judgment is also not the issue here – this is just for those of you who think he is a relatively smart man who has a lot more connections than most of us on this site do. Of course, a lot of things can change, and even if not, Rickards could be wrong. This is merely a FYI for those of you (which is not everyone) who think he is a good source to check relative to newss

  6. Jim in Va. says:

    Assume its coming…….prep for it.

  7. citizen says:

we can’t be held hostage by that crazy little bastard. Nuke war is the dumbest plan ever thought of. But if we have to, then we should not leave one living organism in that country. you must remove all parts of a cancer. May GOD have mercy on the souls of the innocent.

  8. Sgt. Dale says:

You can bet if there is WW3 it won’t be a long war.

The next WW will be fought with stones and sticks.

  9. Braveheart1776 says:

I’m more concerned about the free shit army, antifa, etc. Those are the mot immediate threats we all face.

  10. Nukes getting unleashed in anger again somewhere in the world someday is inevitable. More are getting them everyday.

As bad as that is, good news is, they can be made 90% less lethal when affected populations had learned beforehand what to do, and not do, from the instant of the first surprise flash.

Read ‘Physicians for Civil Defense’ simple proof of it all by googling GOODNEWSNUKE

  15. flower child says:

DO NOT FORGET THE SUITCASE NUKES FOLKS !!!!

  16. Richard Steven Hack says:

A war is not imminent UNLESS Trump attacks first.

NK is not going to start a war with the US. They also aren’t going to attack anyone – even South Korea – first.

All they want is for the US to back off, remove sanctions, normalize relations and otherwise leave them alone.

Also, the war, when it starts, is likely to remain conventional until either side is on the verge of defeat. Neither side wants to be the first to use nukes.

By that time, China will likely enter the war on NK’s side. At which point, since the US is not willing to risk nuclear war with China, the war will end, another armistice will be set up, and things will go back to the status quo for another few decades.

Trump on the other hand is interested in a land grab – something he understands – which entails getting the US hands on the six to ten trillion dollars of undeveloped mineral resources which NK has.

So it is very likely that the US will attack NK under the guise of “WMDs” – just like Iraq, except that NK actually has a few nukes and some missiles that might or might not be able to deliver them.

Same old game…war for money based on lies. And all the morons in the US will fall for it again.

Except this time, unlike the Iraq and Afghan wars which cost 4-5,000 US lives, this one will cost probably fifty thousand or more of our so-called “heroes” who are dumb enough to be fighting it for the profits of a few corporations.

Executive Order 13603 – National Defense Resources Preparedness – 3/16/12
Executive Order: Obama Authorizes Gov. to Seize Farms, Food, Processing Plants, Energy Resources, Transportation, Skilled Laborers During National Emergency

“In a nutshell, it’s the blueprint for Peacetime Martial Law and it gives the president the power to take just about anything deemed necessary for “National Defense”, whatever they decide that is.” (The Intel Hub)

“In the past, these orders have related to things like production capacity for defense contractors, or giving FEMA authority to resolve disputes between other departments in federally designated emergency areas. President Obama’s order, however, takes things much, much further.”…

“Under normal circumstances, matters related to defense would fall under the Secretary of Defense… or perhaps the National Security Advisor. Giving such responsibility to DHS suggests that the government is expecting an emergency from within.”…

“(DHS) will have total and complete control in some event defined as a national emergency in the sole discretion of the President.”…

“Food. Water. Energy. Medicine. Security. All the stuff that human beings need at a basic level to survive. Except that Obama’s executive order puts all of these resources under control of the government and allocates them exclusively to meet the needs of government.”

“In the event of some catastrophe, you will be stripped of basic resources so that the government can survive.”

“A free society cannot exist under a system in which the state exercises such control… or has the authority to exercise such control.”

Samsung is in South Korea and they make the screens for the iPhone. This is vitally important information because I need a new cell phone. I guess I will buy it now while I can still get one. Oh, I might as well pick up a Samsung 75″ OLED TV from Costco while I am at it.
