While U.S. Targets Illegal Immigrants, Spain “Jails 65 Illegal Bankers”

    arrest-bankers

Is everyone focused on the right enemy?

At the heart of every truly wicked and dark corner of the system’s activities is the central bank, and a scheme for domination.

It’s probably why everyone always advises ‘follow the money.’

While the Trump Administration is cracking down on immigration, and scoring big populist points for being tough on foreign criminals and undocumented families, he holds in his administration a who’s who of Wall Street’s banking elite, the very leaders of the mega-banks that caused the 2008 economic crisis, and who continue to drag the economy dangerously close to repeat disaster as the atmosphere of predatory financial dealings continues…

A lot of Americans would cheer on putting some of those guys on trial, those most responsible for rigging the economy and looting from the American people.

Instead, they remain at the helm of the ship.

Perhaps instead, they should take a lesson from Spain – and Iceland before it – by charging elite bankers for their roles in illegal banking.

    via Business Live:

Former International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Rodrigo Rato was handed a jail sentence of four years and six months on Thursday for misusing funds when he was the boss of two Spanish banks.

… he had been found guilty of embezzlement when he headed up Caja Madrid and Bankia, at a time when both groups were having difficulties.

The case prompted outrage in Spain, where it was uncovered at the height of a severe economic crisis that left many people struggling financially — made all the worse because Bankia later had to be nationalised and injected with more than €22bn in public funds.

    […]

He was on trial with 64 other former executives and board members at both banks accused of misusing €12m between 2003 and 2012 — sometimes splashing out at the height of Spain’s economic crisis.

    […]

Rato will not necessarily go directly to jail if he appeals against the ruling, just like the Spanish king’s brother-in-law Inaki Urdangarin who has been left free without posting bail after his sentence of six years for syphoning off millions of euros.

Urdangarin’s temporary reprieve, which was also announced on Thursday, made waves in Spain where people have criticised what is perceived as the impunity of the elite.

While many of these elite will indeed squirm away with special deals, and provisions for probation and early release, it still sends the right signal.

The U.S. economy should not be fair game for constant manipulation – where our own downfall is engineered by carefully managed, and swiftly popped, bubbles.

Not one prominent banker has been charged or convicted for their role in the 2008 crisis – and that’s with former Goldman Sachs executive Hank Paulson demanding a bailout from Congress through the use of threats and heavy arm-twisting.

Nice to see Iceland and now Spain moving toward emancipation.

More than Half of the financial sector should be behind bars right now, for the 2008 Fraud against the American People. Insider trading, front running, Fraud and manipulation of the markets, Congress insider trading, bilking tax payers for bailouts. All Banker Bonuses retracted as well as personal assets in asset forfeiture, and all the Banks Gold in their Vaults confiscated. The Banksters got Hundreds of Billions in Free loans as they sat on Hundreds of Billions in Gold and Silver in their vaults, and American tax Payers got the bill. This is all Fascist Treason and Fraud from the highest levels. Should have let it all crash in 2008.

I say, stop paying all Federal Taxes to the best of your ability. All legal ways of course. lol Stop feeding the criminals.

The RESET is coming and the Great Unravelling is about to begin. While the Gangster Banksters in America belong in jail for their crimes against the American people, American bankers have a vested interest in preserving their global financial hegemony; and the American Banking System when the bubble pops.

When it does, I want the SQUID in charge of the American economy preserving my wealth while they are preserving theirs. For better or worse the prosperity and preservation of the Republic depends upon them, now.

It will get bad. Other nations will have it MUCH worse. We can hang the bankers when we emerge on the other side of the CHANGES.

        But not yet. 🙂

So far in the Trump Administration we have six Goldman Sachs guys, one Rothschild bagman and a Rockefeller oil Barron. Boy am I glad that swamp got drained. Is there anyone out there who will openly defend Trump despite this information?

      • buttcrackofdoom says:

how ’bout him signing the law that the EPA can only regulate “navigable waters”?….it’s going to be a great news day today! you go donald! i don’t agree with a lot of what he’s done….but i DO agree he’s done a lot of good, and he’s only been the boss for 39 days…..now if he could go to work and just ABOLISH a few departments….oh well….MAYBE that’s a little too much to ask for, but hope springs eternal. oh, and he’s signed legislation to put more women into STEM programs today…..that doesn’t sound racist/bigoted/anti-women.

Of course the US always goes after the lowest hanging fruit then pats themselves on the back. They jail yhr old geezer the ally drunk for a joint, when the CIA and TSA are smuggling in Tonnes of Cocaine for decades.

        Green tip 4

“Is there anyone out there who will openly defend Trump despite this information?”

His position regarding “Free Trade” has, lets say given a few major companies a change of ‘heart” and they’re staying here in the US. He just saved a pile of US coal miners jobs too. He backed out of TPP also.

Not too bad for being in office less than 6 weeks. Actually damn amazing.

Your choices were Trump or Clinton. Hillary and Bill, pillars on integrity they are, amassed a $110 million dollar fortune having nothing for sale but their public office. President Truman said, “The only way to get rich in politics is to be a crook”.

You want to win an election in a blue state? Here’s your platform:
          1. 3 day work week
          2. legalized prostitution
          3. free croissants at the DMV
          4. de-criminalize every drug known to mankind
          5. free college for everybody, including illegals

Thats all it takes. You are as good as elected right there.

        • Green tip 4 U says:

I cannot deny some of the great things he has done so far. I still however think this is all a show for us and the same people that owned Bush and Clinton and Obama are the same people who now own Trump. I can’t get over who he has in his administration with him. Goldman Sachs, Rothschild and Rockefeller. These are the same people us so called “conspiracy theorists” have been saying are the true owners of humanity.

          • Kevin2 says:

“I cannot deny some of the great things he has done so far. ”

He has been in office 6 weeks and if he did a single great thing I would be tickled pink and he has done several.

I’m not fond of many of President Trump’s picks as they quite confusingly fundamentally disagree with him on both Foreign Affairs and International Trade. I see neocons in a populist disguise with the notable exception of his Chief Of Staff. Pence being VP is no protection, Rand Paul would have been. “You get me and you inherit him”. Hell the Federal Reserve would post both bodyguards and Physicians around Trump fearing both Rand and his father Ron with real power.

            • Green tip 4 U says:

I’m a huge fan of both Dr Paul’s. Kevin2 you seem to have a fairly astute understanding of what’s happening in our country. What’s your take on Trump seemingly at first glance genuinely supporting our populist movement but appointing bankers, oil executives, and neocons around him? I personally consider these kinds of people Trump is appointing as the enemy despite liking and voting for Trump.

Anyone remember the comedy skit that Johnny Carson did when he was Koranic? Carson had a middle eastern looking head dress and he was given the answer and he then supplied the question.

      Answer: Coup

Question: What do you get when the government in power jails bankers for corruption.

Let Spain keep this up and watch the Main Stream News demonize that government. A staged riot or two later complements of the US/UK intelligence community and low and behold, “Spanish Spring”.

      • buttcrackofdoom says:

        hope DOES spring eternal.

        • Kevin2 says:

Unless that was in jest I think you might have missed the main point.

          • buttcrackofdoom says:

a little revolution never hurt nobody….no i didn’t miss the point, but revolution isn’t always a bad thing….but i DID “spout off” without knowing very much about spain’s leadership, but if their banks are in big trouble(they ARE), then their leadership is VERY suspect. OUR banking collapse was caused by BANKERS colluding with CONgress, so a revolution SHOULD have happened here too maybe?….no?

            • Kevin2 says:

The coup I speak of is fostered by the banksters and administered by the intelligence agencies to remove honest government that dares to enforce the rule of law upon the financial sector.

        • PO'd Patriot says:

Fat fecken chance of that ever happening while we have rule of law. Dream on and turn your attention to other important matters. When the façade of rule of law dissipates, and we can find them feckers, we can disappear them and take our leisure with it.

          • buttcrackofdoom says:

“When the façade of rule of law dissipates”…what “rule of law”? the rule of law is for the little people, and it’s PRECISELY WHY there was an “arab spring”….killary, john corzine, obama, the bankers HERE,….just a FEW of the examples of blatant law-breaking, no trial required, should ALL be in prison, yet nobody even jailed for any of it…..rule of law?…..PFFFTT!

    5. Heartless says:

the video title says it all – ‘Too big to jail’. I wonder as just a strange obsession I happen to have as regards lines or points along life’s way; just what particular dollar amount or what measure has to be exceeded to gain that status? We’ve all heard ‘line in the sand’, ‘red-line’, point of no return used. Well? Do you have to have say $100 million dollars? Or employ …. 1000 people? Have sex with some high-brow celeb hottie? or old-family socialite? Just what are those particular markers, boundaries that make one ‘too big to jail’? Inquiring mind wants to know. Seems to me that unless you are truly bullet-proof or can somehow eliminate waste without dropping your drawers…. every person is ultimately able to catch justice or have a load of crap in their pants.

    6. Yeah, right says:

There are many fronts to the war. A few are the war for freedom outlined in the Bill of Rights, especially the first, second and fourth amendments. The war against the invading FSA whether foreign or domestic. The war against the banker looting of the country. Along with the build up the MIC and law enforcement in general by the shadow government controllers. And of course the war against the propaganda mill MSM. In which they are leading the way to the build up in numbers of those who believe that they are somehow oppressed. This all done to cause a general underlying discontent to ultimately lead to a civil/racial war, helped along also by labeling the middle class, though hard working (if they can find a job), but also too the idiotic acquiescent majority, as unemphatic racists.
The war has many fronts. Not one should be overlooked more than it has to for a moment. But it is always true that if you cut off the head the body will die. Well I think it’s still true. Yeah, so many heads.

    7. Yeah, right says:

Oh yeah, and Spain has a huge immigration problem too. So maybe this can grab the headlines to give people hope that there is still some justice in the world, just of course until the bankers are cut loose, so in the mean time the destruction of the country and Europe as a whole can stay on schedule.

    8. The Deplorable Braveheart says:

I can’t help but think that if Trump started acting against Wall St., he would get JFK’d. Swamp’s not getting drained as far as I’m concerned.

    10. ***ASSHOLE OF THE DAY*** — JEFF SESSIONS

Jeff Sessions confirms he’s going after states that have legalized marijuana

The Bold Face Lie – this is what he says and believes!

‘Today’s THC levels are so high that it’s causing violence’

WASHINGTON D.C. (INTELLIHUB) — Attorney General Jeff Sessions told reporters who were at the Department of Justice Monday that “experts” have been telling him that marijuana causes “violence” and is no good.

‘I’m definitely not a fan of the drugs expanded use,’ Sessions said.

“I believe it’s an unhealthy practice and current levels of THC in marijuana are very high compared to what they were a few years ago.”

“Most of you probably know I don’t think America is going to be a better place when more people of all ages and particularly young people start smoking pot,” Sessions pointed out.

“I would just say it does remain a violation of federal law to distribute marijuana throughout any place in the United States, whether a state legalizes it or not.”

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said last week that he expects to see “greater enforcement” of federal laws when it comes to recreational marijuana.

      • Anonymous says:

Does Sessions drink alcohol? Soda? Sugar? The unhealthy argument is over. If adults want to smoke weed that is there business. I don’t smoke weed but if I did I would smoke the hell out of it. Legal or not. Something more going on with this here.

      • FTW:

Health issues aside, making pot illegal keeps drug cartels, foreign and domestic, in money and power. That is the real issue; and, why pot should be left to the States.

Who benefits by making pot a Federal issue ?? Mexican drug cartels.

__ Jeff Sessions may have the best intentions. But we know where that leads. He needs to stop listening to the misinformed an or the criminal elite.

        __

        • B from CA –

Ever been around a person who was ‘high on Mary-Jane and acted and behaved in a violent manner?

Me neither … but this guy says it does … obviously he is caught up in the “Big Pharma” Monopoly of things and getting paid to lie.

Or … he still stuck on that 1960’s propaganda films called “refer madness” and believes it is the devils plant? … iduno.

          • Kevin2 says:

“Ever been around a person who was ‘high on Mary-Jane and acted and behaved in a violent manner?”

I remember, at least I think I remember, sometime in 77 or 78, that an associate said that he would hit me if I didn’t pass him the potato chips. He got up, came over to me and paused for about 2 minuets, or 20 minuets, as I said my memory is a bit vague, but he definitely did ask me if I remembered why he came over to me.

        • The Deplorable Braveheart says:

B from CA and everyone, I don’t know if legalizing pot would help weaken the cartels but there’s another issue I know AG Sessions is misinformed on. THAT ISSUE IS CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE. The practice needs to be abolished since it’s only used against innocent people and NEVER AGAINST ANY REAL CRIMINALS. Since he has experience as a prosecutor and AG in AL, he’s also aware of the federal and state supreme court rulings regarding law enforcement’s TRUE ROLE in our society. May God have mercy on any cop who ever tries to take something from me using that ‘asset forfeiture’ excuse, because I WON’T have mercy on him/her.

        • Kevin2 says:

The new battle ground will be the 10th Amendment.

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”

There is nowhere in the Constitution where the Federal Government has any say in drugs, its a State issue. You cannot legislate morality, its been tried and its failed. All that is accomplished is the rise of organized crime and a corresponding corruption of Police, Judges and Courts. The Volstead Act put the big O in Organized Crime turning low level criminals into big businessmen and the nation has never been the same since.

The pharmaceutical criminals have lost big money in legal recreational cannabis states as people prefer medicine with no side effects, 80 years of the BS lies are enough. Trump loses big time with this blatant crock of lies extended. Sessions is a lying prick and totally repulsive. Hang that bastard.

    16. We can’t do both, arrest illegals and bankers? It’s got to be one or the other? I watched news last week about Spain and the Muslim Africans hordes storming the border post. They were flashing the jihadi sign and grinning from ear to ear. Feed the bankers to the jihadis?
