When Survival Seems Impossible You Won’t Be Alone: “I’ve Actually Witnessed a Guardian Angel at Work”

Are we alone out here, navigating through the often dangerous and unpredictable seas of life all by ourselves?

When disaster strikes, and we know it will at some point, many of us anticipate that no one but ourselves and those closest to us will be there to provide help when we need it most.

When we’re at our weakest, when all hope is lost, and when survival seems impossible, Divine Providence may well intervene and come to our aid.

Whether you believe in God and guardian angels or not, there is ample evidence from thousands of stories from people around the world that suggest what we think we know about our existence is very limited in scope – and that there is more out there than we’ll ever understand.

A small Missouri town is looking for a man not suspected of a crime but, rather, a miracle.

“I think that this time I’ve actually witnessed a guardian angel at work,” Jeremiah See of the New London Fire Department told ABC News.

An unidentified allegedly drunken driver hit Katie Lentz, of Quincy, Mo., head on Aug. 4 while traveling on Route 19 near Center, Mo., pinning the 19-year-old in the front seat of her convertible. With her vital signs failing fast, she asked rescue crews to pray with her.

That’s when first responders say a man who looked like a Catholic priest seemed to appear out of nowhere, despite a 2-mile perimeter blocking the scene.

“He began to pray and use the anointing oil,” New London Fire Chief Raymond Reed said. “There was a calmness that, to me, seemed to come over the entire scene.”

But that’s not the only seemingly divine detail.

Firefighters say their equipment kept failing until the mystery man showed up.

“The words were to remain calm, that our tools would now work,” Reed said. “Instantaneously, at that moment, our neighboring department arrived with fresh extrication tools.”

Lentz survived, but the man vanished before crews could thank him.

    ABC News via Steve Quayle

A sketch artist’s rendering of the “mystery priest:”

    mystery-priest

Watch Sheriff’s Deputy Richard Adair, who was first on the scene, relay his story:

I never saw how he got there. The road was blocked off for quite a few miles… two or three miles. I don’t see how he could have driven up in a car because he wouldn’t of been allowed past the other emergency responders that were blocking the highway. And, it was way too far for an ordinary person to walk there. Then he was gone. I don’t know how mysterious that is.

But his actions gave hope and faith to the emergency workers.

Before he had arrived the fire chief had stepped back and had come up to me and said that he was concerned because he was out of options…

What happened in Center, Missouri on August 4th is debatable.

What we know is that a man – a figure – came out of nowhere in an area that had been cordoned off for miles by emergency personnel. A 19-year old woman was clinging to life, perhaps even stepping from this world to the next. This mysterious priest, dressed as such and witnessed by numerous people at the scene, blessed the woman and prayed for her while standing next to her mangled car for 20 minutes. He told emergency crews to remain calm and that their tools would work, at which point reinforcements arrived and were then able to extract her from the vehicle and save her life.

Whatever the case, this was not a ‘normal’ event.

Prepare as best as you can for the difficult times that will inevitably come to all of us, and understand that sometimes it’s in the hands of a power we may never comprehend while living in this world.

                • Be informed says:

While almost everyone is pre-occupied with other matters, the U.S. is pushing Russia into a deep corner again with Syria. Iran must protect Syria and Hezbollah. China must protect Iran’s oil to them, over 25% of their oil comes from Iran. U.S. is likely using the Syrian crisis to save the petro dollar. Russia desperately wants to save their own monetary interest by not allowing Syria to fall into western hands and build gas pipeline to bypass their gas monopoly to europe. All about money and land, that leads to war faster than anything.

In 1983 the Doomsday clock was at 4 minutes to midnight, right now it is 5 minutes to midnight. Reagan was president 30 years ago, today it is BO. Need I say more. Here is a nice song from 1983 that better fits 2013 than 1983. Maybe higher intervention is the only hope. :(

Lyrics to 99 Red Balloons by Nena:

You and I, and a little toy shop
Buy a bag of balloons with the money we’ve got
Set them free at the break of dawn
‘Til one by one they were gone

Back at base, bugs in the software
Flash the message, “Some thing’s out there”
                  Floating in the summer sky
                  Ninety-nine red balloons go by

                  Ninety-nine red balloons
                  Floating in the summer sky
                  Panic lads, it’s red alert
There’s something here from somewhere else

The war machine springs to life
                  Opens up one eager eye
                  Focusing it on the sky
                  Ninety-nine red balloons go by

                  Ninety-nine decision street
                  Ninety-nine ministers meet
                  To worry, worry, super-scurry
Call the troops out in a hurry

This is what we’ve waiting for
This is it boys, this is war
The President is on the line
As ninety-nine red balloons go by

                  Ninety-nine knights of the air
                  Riding super high-tech jet fighters
                  Everyone’s a super hero
                  Everyone’s a Captain Kirk

With orders to identify, to clarify and classify
                  Scrambling in the summer sky
                  As ninety-nine balloons go by
                  Ninety-nine red balloons go by

                  Ninety-nine dreams I have had
Every one is a red balloon
Now it is over and I’m standin’ pretty
In this dust that was a city

If I could find a souvenir
Just to prove the world was here
And here is a red balloon
I think of you and let it go

I’ve been at this survival shit LONG before it turned into being this trendy hobby that we see now in America. 98….. 99 somewhere in there. Bought and read some Kurt Saxon, back when a cheep WASR AK was 250 bucks… and a case of a 1000 Russian rounds for it was like 45 dollars…. bought, read, and studied every book written by Ragnar Benson….. how long have you been at this KFC? How did you get started into the SHTF view on life?

                • slingshot says:

                  1998 or 1999

                  Hahahahahahahaha LMAO.

How about when 7.62×39 was six cents a round. AK’s were $250.00 and a Norinco SKS was $69.00 and the prices were lower if you brought more than one.
Real Chinese copper wash steel core and a Chinese Polytech, “Legend” AK with three mags was $300.00 Still have some dated 1972 in a tin. I think that was 1985 or so.

                • Peterson says:

My date or year probably still kills everyone elses….
Some are probably Googling Saxon and Benson right now trying to figure out who the hell they are and what they have handed us…. LOL Dummies are still chasing round’ Bucket O’Chicken. Maybe someone will thank me for the heads up on those books…. doubt it! LMAO!

                • braveheart says:

Peterson, I’ve been at this longer than you have. Ever listened to any shortwave radio programs like Radio Liberty with Dr. Stan Montieth? His program was the beginning of the alternative media as we know it today. How about Radio Free America with Tom Valentine? Or Freedom Call with Bo Gritz? Or the Hour of the Time with William Cooper? Ever read American Survival Guide magazine? these things all predate the internet. Not as many sources for good info back then as there are now. I was into prepping to some degree before you were even born. braveheart

                • Sheeple#1 says:

                  Peterson…

Ur funny… Crying about how long Youve been prepping… Good job dude. Ur still in the same boat as everybody else. Just sitting on an island waiting for the tsunami roll in. Hope ur coconuts are nicely in a row. See an ak47 is currency. Ur fiat dollars Were previously worth more… Not so much now. That’s the difference, prepping since 1863 won’t stop a hellfire. Silly goose go back to your mothers basement. U must be original right? Like a recipe… From KFC.

              • Ragnar Benson says:

                …. damn greasy chicken anyways.

read less useless news stories…. load up your damn mags and get ready for — THE SHIT — That’s what this place is all about!…. Freedom Bitches!

                • Peterson says:

… and yes that was me you bunch of sissy’s!

                • Mr. Pip says:

“I’ve been in this SHTF business longer than anyone! And I have read books too!”

What a bunch of useless crap.

Let me tell you. All the freezed dried/canned food, all the guns in the world, all the ammo you got, acres and acres of land, all the books you have read, is frikkin worth shit, unless you have some combat skills. Because when it comes right down to it, if you don’t have those basic combat skills, you are just a well stocked zombie with guns, fighting other zombies with guns who may not/or are not, as well stocked as you.

OR. You are just a well stocked zombie up against a well armed and trained bad guys who are going to kick your untrained zombie ass.

Of course, some of you are not going to like that, but there it is. The truth.

Yeah. I know. You’ll just hide out in your bunkers until hell freezes over.

                • Mountain Trekker says:

Bet your not the real Ragnar Benson. Trekker Out.

              • braveheart says:

KY Mom, you just made a very appropriate description of the good people on this site and the trolls who come in and have nothing worthwhile to contribute. braveheart

                • Peterson says:

You follow her on Facebook? That’s what you guys should do….. she can spend all day long hunting down news stories.

MAYBE I can cobble together me an article for SHTFplan…. I’ve heard enough first hand accounts of what war is like from the guys at work….. I have read a shit ton of books… I know where the good videos are at on YouTube….. huh? What do you guys think???

                • Peterson says:

Hell YA Mac!!!! That’s what I’m talking about! HELL YA BITCH! You wanna hear some frontline shit from the trench…. i’ll spill it!

(im really not gangster…) How do I go about it this shit! Email?

                • Good article Mac. And it is good to remember that we are not in this alone.
But they way I see it is that our nation is like that girl in the car. We are pinned in by all those who seek to do evil to this nation and it’s people. They seek to control/dominate and don’t care about the cost or pain they cause to others. They brainwash our kids with school lessons that teach that nationalism and patriotism are bad, that families are dispensable, that wealth and power and drugs and feeling good are what counts. The violence they are doing against the minds of this nations people with their Madison Avenue and Hollywood dressed up lies is their worst violence because they get into our heads and steal our values and our own thoughts and replace them with their crafted messages. And they know how to craft an attractive message. The movies, songs, “news” are all being used. They are using a Trojan Horse to wage their war and it is working. Values, morals, work ethic, neighborliness, charity are no longer taught, learned, exercised or valued. We are pinned in the car and our life force is fading. The manmade tools we have used in the past are not working to get us out. Will we lose? Remain calm. Anoint yourself with prayers and fasting and hold on. Have faith. Bigger tools will come to get us out. Be calm and pray out loud. (And fast). God Bless.

Hey Peterson , dont you have a job or something you could go do and leave the grownups alone . Go mow the lawn or take the trash out or better yet barrow dads car and go for a long drive . You are old enough to drive right ?

            • Swinging on a star says:

Whether this priest was a real human or not, does not matter, divine providence was still at work in this scenario.

If you look back on your own life, you will undoubtedly remember times when your back was to the wall and you had no options, sheer anguish was your main thought and fear of what may happen to you or your loved ones. Behold, things did seem to change for the better and somehow you made it. Divine intervention and divine providence is there for those who believe in the Lord and each human who does believe has a guardian angel, engulfing them with protection and love.

When you think you are walking this earth alone and have no one to hold your hand, remember your guardian angel and you will feel the warmth of their love.

When it is your time to leave this tortured planet you should have lived your life in a way so that those who cried with joy when you were born, will cry with sorrow when you leave. Believing in God is the most comforting part of my life.

The old saying, (listen to your gut) is in my opinion, the same as saying (listen to God), he is your gut, he will tell you when to truly batten down the hatches, of that I am certain. He will also provide you with the things that you will need, just believe with all your heart. You won’t be disappointed.

(antenna TV)SO I stopped and turned it on,there’re was a plane crashing into a building!! I thought ‘IT’s too early for a movie , WHAT is THIS !?? So something is working to INform us about what’s going ON !! And I have NO ideal what it IS !!!

            • Mark says:

What you are doing is called “fetishization”, you punk masturbator. Concentrate all the things you fear and cannot control into one harmless image, fetish, or talisman. Then shoot that down and you’re done. What you are showing all of us here on SHTF is that you are a quivering, quaking, spineless jellyfish of a coward who can’t resist attacking someone you don’t know, who you have labelled “KFC”. We are not your psychiatrist. If you resent having to take ten anti-psychotic medications every day, if you can’t resist cutting yourself with razor blades, if you’ve had too much bathtub meth, then you should consider checking yourself into one of the many fine state-run clinics for the criminally insane. They will show you many happy, happy clouds and little squirrels playing in the yard.

            • What is the matter with you?

        • Jim(another Jim) says:

Peterson, you will get yours one of these days. Mac, how about blocking this idiot?

          • Peterson says:

Ohhhh…. I’m not even being that bad so calm down!

You Ninnies need to calm down and stop being so sensitive for Pete’s sake.

          • Prepperpah says:

Are you able to block his IP from posting privileges? I’m not much for censorship, but he refuses to add value and is quite the irritation.

          • DocLRRP says:

It is amazing how quickly this forum has become a little family. I have posted from time to time and have had some very big swings in my thumb directions.
That said, I saw in a previous thread that Peterson said something negative about Kentucky mom and was flamed into a lump of charcoal.
The slams and the slurs against him are unwarranted and make me think that you are all a bunch of ‘think as we do’ hypocrites. You don’t like his messages and thus demand his banishment from the site.
name calling and childish behavior is committed in the name of calling him a child. Is this how you will behave when the SHTF.?? All thinking alike, all shunning the different one, all doing as our leaders are doing now.
Ignorehim, fine. But, at least allow him his right to think and say what he wishes. Remember, the first amendment is there to not only protect popular but unpopular speech.
Lighten up and enjoy life. He is not the only one sick of her cross site posts.
Be well, and stay safe .

            • Mark says:

“…you are all” [hypocrites, inbred hillbillies, irrational, sheep, and oppressors]. By your post, you have demonstrated that you are either 1) “Peterson” (though your thinking process seems more senile than juvenile), 2) a hopeful pervert who smells “young male”, or 3) a sentimental drunk who cannot even communicate in writing. And you summarize by saying “lighten up!” and then “sick, sick, sick we are of her posts!”. You pose an impossible contradiction and then say “Be well, and be safe”?
Was it the mushrooms in tenth grade, or were you hit by a wrecking ball in the head at work?

              • Peterson says:

Last thing anyone needs here is another news story…. unless its anchored from SHTFplan that is. You’d have to be pretty darn stupid to not understand that things aren’t looking….. right? If you haven’t thought out in your head how you are going to try to make it, and thought that you are probably going to die a miserable death from one thing or another… you probably should be here. So what good is another news story that has been ripped off from another site going to do for you? NOTHING!!!

                *****Breaking NEWS*****
                Peterson reports….”You are screwed!!!”
                ——————————–

I show up here because this place is (or was anyways) full of pirates and rotten militia men like myself, fighters. Plus there is a lot of freedom here, and whats written is pretty darn good and grime and true stuff…. I like it a lot! KFC is free to do as she pleases…. im tired as hell of seeing her crappy cut and paste ripped off reports every day….and all the nancy’s sucking up to her – but not a lot I can do but make fun of it cuzz it isn’t doing shit to help anyone out…. more BS to shovel out of the way. I agree, possee.

Some good news. Actually there have been more and more reports of the supernatural at work over the past couple of years than probably the last twenty put together.

Our Creator is getting fed up with the evil that has taken over the governments and financial systems of the world and ruining peoples lives with their “agenda”.
The angelic realm is opening up to show proof of God’s existence.

The sightings and encounters will get even stronger, i believe. When a world, that won’t follow the laws of the divine King, has turned off to Him and turned on to themselves and the politicians; then it will get really serious. I think we are just about there.

Thank God for the angels that have been present in my life. Hopefully, many more will get the first line of defense up and running, if they haven’t already. It has to be priority “one”, in order to handle what is coming down the pike; to keep one from going totally nuts.

          • Life Is Just A Bowl of Cheetos says:

Here’s one more opinion, nothing more: What is going on today is a POLARIZATION of character. Whether you want to say the good from the not-good, the sheep from the goats or whatever, it appears to me there is a shearing away of humanity. The good seem to be trying harder than ever to make things right and the other team is digging in to maximize their interests.

There used to be more subtle differences but now, I’m not so sure. It just seem good and bad are more clearly defined, and we can choose which road we will take.

Re the topic of this column, I am a extremely practical person and believe I am objective in my thinking. When I look over the vast body of literature of all times and cultures, and the profound experiences of other dimensions than the material Earth we see, it seems to be quite clear there is a lot more to Being than just this life. Anyone who criticizes believers as those who trust in a “sky fairy” as I’ve seen it described seems to have quit examining religion at the age of 12 and never went back for an adult examination of it.

There is a lot more here than meets the eye. Be open to it and it is more likely to manifest in your life.

I had an NDE after a motorcycle accident, in 1980. Two things I can tell you for certain:

            1) You are a Soul Being, having a human experience.

            2) When you cross over, it will be nothing like you expect.

            • Not So Much says:

“2) When you cross over, it will be nothing like you expect.”

How so? as in emotion, visual, etc?

              • JustMe says:

Every aspect of the event, will be nothing like you expect.

There are many “classic” crossing stories, “tunnels of light”, etc. Your expectations will both temper your crossing, and, be unlike you expect. It will be a very personal experience. If I were to describe my experience, it would’nt mean much to you, because your crossing will be personal.

After the experience, I read other people’s experiences, all the “expert” atheist, and religionist explanations. Until you cross over, you cannot know, said “experts” know nothing.

I wish I could explain it to you, but I’m sorry, I can’t. Just try to be patient knowing the Soul is real, and lives on. If I were to explain the event, and what I learned, it would only upset some people.

The supernatural is showing up more and more in people’s lives. From all reports I’ve seen, maybe more in the last couple years than the past twenty.

As times get worse and evil becomes more prevalent, the supernatural realm opens up more to this dimension. For every negative there is a positive, and God is fed up with all the evil that has taken over in governments and financial centers of the world. He is giving us proof of His existence.

He stopped behind her, asked if he could drive her to the gas station,(he had a gas can….she didn’t)….when they got back to her car, she told him that was so kind of him, he told her he hoped someone would do the same for his wife…..

She got in her car, started it then when to stick her head out the window to thank him BUT there was no van there and none in sight?? I believe in Angels! take care, CC.

          @ Jim

The priest did a kind thing, no doubt, but in coming forward when it wasn’t necessary to do so betrayed the potency of the miracle. Even if he directed the credit towards God, it still diminishes the weight of the gesture as it stood.

God is love, humbleness, charity, and humility……God isn’t vanity.

Don’t you see ? It was a miracle. The guy just happens to be on the same road at the precise time he was needed. Some poor hurt kid needs some reassurance and comfort and a Priest shows up ? The rescuers were focused on equipment problems, and this priest calmed their spirits so that they could continue to focus on the task at hand so as to not give up.

or how many times could you count that you went to a church service in a real fit of your life and somehow the sermon totally changed everything for you and was almost like it was written for you ?

those who think its all chance are pretty ignorant. we have how many millions of asteriods in the asteroid belt and in the 5,000 years that modern man has walked around; not one has gotten knocked lose and headed toward earth; right its all chance.

    5. The mystery priest who recently showed up at a crash site, anointed a victim and then vanished has been identified — and he came forward by posting his identity in the comments section of a Catholic news site. The story began on Aug. 4, after Aaron Smith, 26, struck Katie Lentz, 19, in a head-on car crash. In the days that followed, the tale of a faith leader who disappeared went viral.

But now the individual, who brought calm upon the situation and who rescue workers have been hoping to find and thank, has been found. A press release provided to TheBlaze from the Diocese of Jefferson County confirmed that the Rev. Patrick Dowling, one of the priests who works with the diocese, is the individual whom they have been seeking.

    7. Barn Cat says:

The mystery priest has come forward. I knew it wasn’t an angel anyway. Angels appear, help people, and disappear again. Praying with someone is not something angels do.

(Heb 1:14 NIV) Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

Don’t expect angels to help if you’re not a Christian. America has murdered 50+ million unborn babies. God’s wrath is about to be poured out on America.

      Rattlesnake Logic

After the Boston bombing the news media has spent days and weeks trying to determine why these men did what they did. They want to know what America did to make these brothers so angry with us. They want to know why these men were not arrested before they did something so terrible. The media is in a tizzy about this new era of home grown radicals, and about why they could live among us and still hate us.

A friend of mine from Texas explained it all to me:

“Here in west Texas I have rattlesnakes on my place, living among us. I have killed a rattlesnake on the front porch. I have killed a rattlesnake on the back porch. I have killed rattlesnakes in the barn, in the shop and on the driveway. In fact, I kill every rattlesnake I encounter.

I kill rattlesnakes because I know a rattlesnake will bite me and inject me with poison. I don’t stop to wonder why a rattlesnake will bite me; I know: It will bite me because it’s a rattlesnake and that’s what rattlesnakes do. I don’t try to reason with a rattlesnake…I just kill it. I don’t try to get to know the rattlesnake better so I can find a way to live with the rattlesnakes and convince them not to bite me…I just kill them. I don’t quiz a rattlesnake to see it I can find out where the other snakes are, because (a) it won’t tell me, and (b) I already know they live on my place. So, I just kill the rattlesnake and move on to the next one.

I don’t look for ways I might be able to change the rattlesnake to a non-poisonous rat snake…I just kill it. Oh, and on occasion, I accidentally kill a rat snake because I thought it was a rattlesnake at the time. Also, I know, for every rattlesnake I kill, two more are lurking out there in the brush. In my lifetime I will never be able to rid my place of rattlesnakes. Do I fear them? No!

Do I respect what they can do to me? Yes! And because of that respect I give them the fair justice they deserve…I kill them….”

Maybe as a country we should start giving more thought to the fact that these jihadists’ are just being like rattlesnakes, and act accordingly!

Wahhbism or “radical islam” is a political movement organised by Satan, masquerading as Islam. (Have the good fortune to meet a true Muslim, and you’ll find them to be a humble, kind human being grateful for the creator’s blessings not power hungry warmongers constantly trying to control their fellow man.)

Just recently my mother has been translating the New testament from the ancient Greek of it’s origins.

It’s been very interesting to hear her then compare the growing spirituality and social impact of the Eastern Orthodox Churches of the former USSR, with those of the Western “Evangelical, gimme a TV preacher” new Churches.

As Christians we have to be careful:-

1/ Not to let ourselves fall for the same manipulations of Satan we spot so easily corrupting other faiths, but for some reason miss in our own midst. Sometimes faith should not be “blind”.

I’ll not turn on another nation or person without damn good cause. If the elite want endless wars, then let them donate the lives of their own sons and daughters! I have no personal beef with families residing in poverty on the other side of the planet. The mothers there worry for their sons, just the same as I worry for mine.

2/ To appreciate the spirituality and inherent goodness in individuals whatever their “badge”. Compassion and kindness should be universal traits of advanced civilisations, composed of rational adults capable of taking responsibility for their own actions.

3/ To remember judgement is reserved in the final instance for GOD, not us. So often I see “Christians” with incredibly narrow minds unable to extend a hand of kindness to help an old lady onto a bus, or to give little time to babysit for the mother with four children, worried sick about the 5th in hospital etc. It’s those little actions spread over a lifetime that will add up at the end, not the grand gestures so beloved of Jesse Jackson, Billy Graham and all those fancy smancy smooth talkers.

4/ Not to be ashamed of our own spiritual side, it is what separates us as human beings from the reptilian predator lurking in the swamp. I’ve always felt that honest prayer, straight from the heart and sent with pure intentions is far more powerful than the ruling elite ever want us to realise.

Coming from another “Texan” who has killed, and eaten more than a few Crotalus atrox, if he ever decides to catch one alive, this is the method I would use.

Step one: Piss the snake off to the point he coils up and is ready to strike.

Step two: Bad mouth his/her mother and hiss alot.

Step three: When the snake strikes out of sheer anger/frustration…put your index finger between the “coming fangs” and use the thumb on the same hand to push down and close the mouth. (yeah, you need “Jedi” reflexes)

Side note: While I have killed/eaten these critters, I cannot personally vouch for the credibility of this procedure. An “Old Timer” told me this along time ago…if I remember right, he was rather “relaxed” on beer/tequila and laughing continuously.

        • PenCRNA says:

sounds like a story my pops would tell. He loves to catch snakes, though not the venomous variety.

        • JustMe says:

My father grew up in Witchita Falls, (1920-30s) and told me a story of a man who bet a bottle of whiskey, he could let a rattler bite him, and not get sick.

He made a bunch of “bread balls”, and threw them at the rattler, who bit them. The man knew the rattler was draining it’s venom. After a long period of this, he pulled up his pants leg, and kneeled in front of the rattler. He took the risk, that the rattler would bite his kneecap. He got his bottle of whiskey…

True story or not? Don’t know, just what I was told.

As for eating rattlers, no matter what anyone tells you, they do NOT “taste like chicken”…

          • yental says:

No, they do not taste like chicken…and even in the best of culinary circumstances, there is a “froggy, lizardy, reptilian aftertaste.

A “healthy shot” of Agave nectar does clear the palate.

I guess the “survival point” is, they can be eaten. My suggestion, a stew, chili, or better yet, a “Watchman” recipe…hint, hint.

          • yental says:

@JustMe, The “story” actually has merit. A rattlesnake rattles to “warn” and prevent wasting “prey venom” in a defensive confrontation. Fangs with little/no venom is analogous to a gun with “blanks/no ammo”.

      True Story—

Having had an accident and actually, clinically died for a few minutes, I can assure most of you that there is something else beyond our comprehension, and beyond words to describe it. I actually recall floating in white light, and the peaceful sensation of it.

I also clearly recall the ringing in my head and the refocusing of my eyes on the EMT who had been performing CPR above me. Everything seemed to flow back through a tunnel, almost exactly like they portray it in some movies. The EMT was surprised when he noticed my eyes were open and looking at him, he’d been simply following resuscitation procedures for another probable DOA. I was relieved, because he stopped crushing my chest.

I wasn’t very religious back then, but whether you believe in God or not, you can know that death itself, is not painful and that there really may be “something” after you die.

      • Forrest says:

Sixpack, there are many such accounts of “near-death-experiences”, well-documented! I know they are true. When you go into deep meditation, you experience similar event. I’ve read many books about this and love to read them! Basically, they give a glimpse of God… very inspiring.

Most people who have these experiences, come back and are inclined more toward Eastern Religions. Even former atheists, Catholics, Christians, etc… they tend to believe in Eastern Religions (who, by the way, follow Christ’s teachings more closely than so called American Christians). (American “Christians” miss half the points.)

        • pissinwiththewind says:

what do you mean by Eastern Religions? I hope you aren’t referring to Islam, Hinduism, or Budahism.

Any religion without Christ, the cross, and the resurrection at the center of it, is a false one according to my KJV. That is the only religion that will get a person into Heaven. Actually it isn’t a religion, it’s a belief and a way of life; because without it, a person isn’t really living.

              • this makes no sense…if you said protestants were just catholics that can read and write that would be funny and accurate. Baptist are just slightly reformed catholics, (that’s why they called it the reformation) and there is precious little difference in the two organizations. As well as Lutherans, Anglicans, Methodists, Presbyterians, whatever denomination you want to name, there are over 40,000 alone in the US. Each a misguided stepchild of the greatest whore mother of them all, that takes southern European pagan heathenism and superstition then dresses it up with Christian sounding names and events to make it seem palatable to the sheep. All denomimations are just slightly reformed versions of that. Oh sure we might have changed the priest and called him a pastor or we morphed the mass into a worship service, but little else has really changed. If you sit in a pew at an appointed time on an appointed day and listen to the same man drone on endlessly for years on end, you are being enslaved into the worlds system of religion that robs you of your natural birthright in Christ. We were meant to be free from all that stuff.

As a long time believer, since about 1965, i am inclined to agree with you. I took every baptist preachers/teachers word for truth as i grew up and into my adult years. It wasn’t until about ten years ago after i prayed for guidance and truth, did I start to see the lies and traditions of men flowing like milk and honey from the pulpits. A lot of the lies came directly from the seminary schools and the rest from ignorant pastors that followed “traditions” of men.

The Roman Catholic Church has propagated many falsehoods thru religion while clinging to the Christianity mantra.

Very few see as you and i, and most don’t want to face that they have been wrong all along. Will it lead to a death of the soul? That isn’t my call; but, it will deprive a person from receiving blessings.

Not that all people are bad, for following all the many different religions, it’s just sad that they don’t spend the time to read God’s word and research, thru the better translations of the original manuscripts (Hebrew & Greek) to get to the truth. After finding that truth, make a stand for it, and call out the lies being propagated by church leaders.

I took a long hard look many years ago and separated myself from organized religion. With a clear and empty mind about the Bible, i started over. It was only then that i started learning without influence; and God showed me how to rightly divide his written word and accept the symbologies He gives to better get to the truth.

        • Christianity began in the east…just look at the map! What began as a revolution in Jerusalem spread to Greece and became a philosophy, it spread to Rome and became an organization, it spread to Europe where it became an institution and finally to America where it became an enterprise.
we banter about miracles, it’s funny, but my bible’s description of such events were dramatically different from todays watered down blather. Jesus never gave anyone glasses or crutches or hearing aids. If that “priest” performed a real miracle that girl would have gotten up, brushed herself off and drove off in her restored car. what we blithely pass off today as a miracle is an example of how far removed we have strayed from Christianity’s true purpose

Not that there “may” be something after you die, but that there “is” something else after you die. Been there too man. It changed my life here on earth. “No Fear” really isn’t just a saying to me.

        • Ricky P says:

Silverround, thanks for sharing that. The nice thing about this kind of experiences is they are universal, have an impact of the world view of everyone, and cannot be prevented from happening. There might be attempts to control the knowledge, but one cannot prevent the real knowledge from pouring into the world. It’s just so great. It’s a natural law that the truth shall be prevail eventually. I also put the knowledge coming from seers into this category. I used to be a firmly believing Christian but I was changed after getting a glimpse of God by myself.

      The Mayonnaise Jar

A philosophy professor stood before his class on the first day of the semester. As class began, without a word, he picked up a large, empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. As he shook the jar lightly, the pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked again if the jar was full. The students again said it was. He then took out a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand fit in the crevices. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”

He then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured their entire contents into the jar. The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, “this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things – God, your family, your spouse, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions – things that, if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car. The sand is everything else – the small stuff.”

“If you put the sand into the jar first”, he continued, “There is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important.

Pay close attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Take your wife out to dinner. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Maybe even play another 18. There’s always time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first, the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.”

One student raised her hand to inquire what the coffee represented. He smiled and replied, “I’m glad you asked. It just shows that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.”

“Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.” – Proverbs 4:26

What I take from this is a reminder to enjoy what we can even as we prepare SHTF.
I have seen this story many times and it is always a positive reminder of what is important.
The post from a few days earlier on home invasions brought out the Internet Rambo in a lot of posters.
How bad they would be when the government came storming into their without a good reason.
I live in the real world and I prep because I have concerns about an uncertain economy, governed by many who are imperfect and some cases evil.
I do not look at the people in Massachusetts who let “hit teams” look for the greatest threat in my opinion an Islamic tool as cowards or fools but a community working to stop a “real threat” the best they could under the circumstances.
I realize this view is contrary to many on tis site who think all or nothing about the people in government and the economy.
This has not been my observation though in the real world. If I have fire I will still call the fire department, if I see I crime I will still call the police. I will also enjoy the fact that I can say these things because I still can in America.

        CATI

        • Dick…..our government views American citizens as “the enemy” and that’s where the problem really is and they view us as the enemy because we don’t agree with their approach to solving problems. Why do you think the NSA is spying on us….because they trust us? I don’t think so!
I don’t think the people in Boston are fools, but they were fooled by the government and the governments agenda!

        • unknown suspect says:

Dick- you have two choices in a home invasion. Either lay on your belly pleading for your life and pray they don’t kick the dog shit out of you just for general purpose or get nervous trigger fingers.

Either way they’ll write it off as “resisting arrest” or “perp had a weapon”. The situation will be reviewed by law enforcement “professionals” (thin blue line brotherhood). Meaning your word against a blue brother’s. Your word does not mean squat. So enjoy the ass kicking or being carried by 6.

You seem like the kind of guy that will take the ass kicking and/or death and say “more please?”.

          • Dick says:

            JP and unknown suspect

There is smart and then there is smart ass.
The difference is a smart ass thinks he is a badass and throws out crap that can’t backup.
In contrast a real badass is smart.
If you think you are going to be able to win ( meaning protect your family and yourself from all harm and be able to proceed from the operation ) when these guys bust in your home “for no reason” and survive picking up a weapon you are not smart.
I will survive the ass kicking, I will make note of who came and why. Then deal with what is the best recourse by picking when to fight for me.

Regardless of what anyone thinks the government hits the right house well over 99% of the time.
You may not agree with the legality but there is a purpose.
            In those me
In those encounters where they do make a mistake the bad ass protecting his family doesn’t get killed because he gets overwhelmed. If that is rolling around on your belly asking for more so be it. These guys are operating with all of the advantages attacking that is not expecting them. Talk all the shit you want if you grab a gun you will not be of any use to your family anymore.
I am ok with getting my ass kicked if I can still handle my responsibilities. I have had my ass kicked a number of times and though it sucks I survived. At the same time if it appears more than a simple mistake I still can go down in a blaze of glory but I will strike when I can get the most bang for my buck. I am not Superman and don’t have anything to prove. Waking to people with a gun in your face is not the time to be a smart ass but to be smart.

            • unknown suspect says:

Dick- there is being dumb and there is being dumbass. I think you’re going for the latter.

            • unknown suspect says:

Dick- while you’re being smug about your decision to not resisting, let me share my experience with you of those that did not. When I was young, I had the opportunity to live in Germany for an extended period of time. Every weekend was filled with a trip to whatever we could possibly see. One of those trips was to Dachau. Back then you would walk up and around the ovens. They still had a faint smell of burned chicken feathers in them.

They incinerated those that died horribly because they did not resist. The same that did not resist as they were prodded into boxcars at muzzle point, going to the camps. Those that did not resist were treated like animals. Their government told them they were being relocated to a better place and to trust them.

Sounds like something our government would say…? Trust us..? We’re here to help…? You’ve nothing to hide if you’re not guilty..

You had best get a reality check.

        • Them Guys says:

I read of what was said to be a true story of a teacher or professor who to try and prove his point of how most people are very suggestive and will do something without really thinking first just because it was suggested they do so……He did a class experiment where he wrote an Ad and had it placed in the Local newspaper Personals ad’s section.

His ad said “Hurry! You Only have 10 more days left to Send in your Dollar” and then it included a PO box adress to use for sending in one dollar bill. The professor guy figured hed get a few dollars sent in and prove how gulible some folks can be.

His ad ran 10 days in a row, every days ad only changed in the number of days left.

Example: 2nd days ad said “hurry you only have 9 days left to send in a Dollar.

Each days ad lowered the days left untill on the final day ad. it said “Hurry! This is Your Last day left to send in a dollar! as this ad will Never be repeated by Me again”….

Acording to the article I read of this class project “ad” it said that the ad brought in Over $200,000 in one dollar bills to his PO box at the local post office!

If its really a true story? I have no way to know, but it was in some city newspaper aprox 20 yrs ago when I read of it…If it is true there sure are alot of Stupid folks out there wiling to send a Total Stranger’s ad a dollar bill eh. I guess they feared not sending the dollar in if his ad will never be repeated again and they will lose out.

Beautiful story! IMO, more and more people will experience these type of events as TSHTF… mainly, because it will be such a stressful time, people will automatically reach out to God. And doesn’t the Bible say, “knock and it shall be opened… ask and ye shall receive”?

Knees will bend like in the old days, when the storms came and people were afraid, no where to go except to God.

      • Them Guys says:

Forest: What it says is usually never said by preachers in full context. IE: ask and you shall recieve…

It really says “Whatsoever you pray and Ask for in MY name(jesus christs name) shall be given to you, “IF” it is ALSO the Father in Heavens Will to do so”

Most tv pastors today leave off that final part of “IF its also Gods will to do it He will”!….That type of Misleading teaching by so many preachers has most folks believing as if somehow They can say a fast prayer and TELL God what to Do on their behalf, and God cannot refuse what they pray for because pastor said its in the bible and therefore God cannot refuse you.

And if you think thats bad how so many pastors mislead folks today?….Wait till you see the Falshoods the same preachermen teach about Israel and Jewish folks and issues!!!

So far am 45 min into it, and it is so well done and made, if it was downloaded to a disc and played on a liv room tv set, you would Swear its a finely crafted Top notch hollywood or History chanell documentary movie. Superb actual old era footage and film with a great voice over telling the story.

Every poster person here needs watch this since it contains the Untold story americans have never prior seen. Some is whats been allowed to americans to see before, like orig black and white footage and news reels we all have seen in many various movies on WWII etc.

But 45 min into what is a Six Hour long total and I can already tell it contains much we never yet seen. Or stuff we did see, but which when translated to english by Hollywood or MSM tv news was kinda sorta “Changed” to reflect the beliefs They TPTB desire that we believe as facts or truth!….I can’t believe how well done and well made this video is for just a “Yutube” free video.

Thanks again Thinker! I hope more than a small few here take time to View it and LEARN what they have been Deprived of knowing all their lives by msm-govnt-hollywood-public school Fake history textbooks etc.

America Needs a President who can rally american folks to act as One nation of folks and take care of Our America today even more so than during the 1929 depression eras. One cannot but help to wish for such mass unity of the nations peoples when seeing the massive transformations from total devastated folks searching for Food in garbage cans everywheres, to less than 5 yrs later, total revival and Prosperity like nowheres eles ever in history.

While the Entire rest of western world nations of europe and america were deeply Mired down in the midst of the worst great deperssion ever know to exist. What a contrast to watch as germany goes from Number one worst of all nations devestation, to less than 5 yrs later Top most Prosperous worldwide!….Over 7 Million germans Unemployed, Hyperinflation from wiemier republic era, and in hitlers First year in elected office…Over 3.2 Million Back to work and taking Paid vacations Abroad while rest of world is stuck in FDR/Banksters great depression mode due to fdr=Kommie and bankster=Jewish Zionist kommies= Bad for all folks but the top eliets!

No wonder the TPTB and Elietes worst Fears are Nationalisim and Patriotisim Combined in America or Any other nations.

There are 123 variables which had to occur together for life on earth to happen. The chances of them happening “By Chance”, are too great to have happened, yet here we are.

Example: If the earth is 100 miles closer to the sun, we get fried, if we are 100 miles further away, we become popsicles.

Do the ants in your backyard know how your lawn mower works? Yet both are real. Have you ever seem the bottom of the ocean, yet you believe that there is one don’t you?

According to modern “String Theory” there might be an unlimited number of dimensions that we are unaware of. Just like the ants, we are dealing with concepts and truths which we are not designed can not fully comprehend.

      • Saved by Grace says:

      Miracles:
#1-2001:My 2nd son was born with major birth defects-spina bifida, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus requiring a VP shunt & his prognosis was not even 2 wks-Well, he THRIVED for 11 years.

#2-2006:He was in respiratory distress with pneumonia, diagnosed with central hypoventilation & had to be placed on a vent and oxygen 24/7- Doctors told us they don’t know how he lived 4&1/2 years without a vent and how in the world he avoided respiratory illnesses as he did.

#3-2008:He had another pneumonia (fully engulfed both lungs), was septic, and kidneys had already shut down. He had two cardiac arrests due to potassium sensitivity and was put on an oscillating vent and we were told to call family in to say goodbye. Well, within 3 days he was back on the regular vent (unheard of-only 10% of normally healthy people come off those when put on for illness)and within a week and a half was back home and better than ever.

#4-2012:He passed on his terms in his sleep at 11 years old, with no pain after a very happy, active period the week before. The bittersweet Miracle here is the strength that had to come from above for my husband and myself to stay with him for 2 days after pronounced clinically brain dead and wait on the green light for the organ donation recipients approval (hoping the docs were wrong-but I knew in my heart they weren’t.) The strength to walk with him to the surgical doors for the harvesting surgery, knowing we would never hold him again, never again hear his laugh, and never again feel the warmth of his cuddles once we said goodbye.

There are many more smaller, everyday miracles that have happened and as you can see, we have always gotten our miracle for him, some might say more than our fair share, and I would not change one bit of his life and what he taught us through his eyes for anything. Don’t take anything or anyone for granted, they could be gone in an instant.

Back in those days, the courts were very lenient on drunk drivers. he only had to pay a fine and did no jail time whatsoever. 6 months later, he got his reward when he was struck head on by another drunk driver. both were killed on impact. poetic justice, you might say. mrs. braveheart was a nurse and a refugee from Cuba. braveheart

      Hi Mac,

SO glad you posted this article!

      Very glad, in fact.

And no one has yet attacked you like they did me when I mentioned Guardian Angels in a few recent posts. I guess it’s easier to attack a poster than the Site Owner. Where’s their courage now? I think this all shows how scared they are that there IS Divine Providence and there ARE Divine Interventions.

Christ told Maria and Leary [see site links below] that He would work great miracles in these End Times and on that note yes, I do believe in Divine Timing and in God utilizing priests such as this fine person.

Speaking of End Times, in short, the world will NEVER ‘end’, it will be Transformed. What is truly scary for me is that the Messages tell us that not only is the Antichrist here and about to come to prominence, but they also spell out in detail and other specifics the great evil the Antichrist will subject all of God’s children to.

The Messages are also VERY clear that God will NOT permit the Antichrist to RAVAGE God’s children and that means there will be some Final Battle, some Grand Finale, if you will, coming up that “This generation” will witness in our lifetime that will make ‘Star Wars’ seem like stick figures on a child’s piece of paper.

[Jesus said that the Antichrist has two primary targets: Jews and Christians. In fact, the Persecution referenced in the Messages has already begun but that's a story for another day.]

Each reader here is free to believe what they want or do not want to believe, I have no issue with that! But the Messages reiterate that when Martial Law is declared, Christ will prompt us to leave for Refuge Places; when we receive that “prompt”, we are then to invoke our Guardian Angel who will then appear to both protect us and keep us nonvisible to evil doers, but also guide us to a Refuge Place. I’m against gun confiscation (remember how Hitler did that in Nazi Germany as a prelude to slaughtering millions?) but if I have a choice between an AK-47 and an Angel, there’s no question I’ll side with the Angel!

I’ve seen plenty of HUMAN Guardian Angels in my time– in fact some have saved my life– but I’ve never seen an Angel as described in the Bible. I hope I’m not freaked out when I DO get to see one, but I also expect that I will just be in AWE of God’s INcomprehensible Power to send the Antichrist and all evildoers to Hell before His Son’s Second Coming– which is also when Heaven literally merges with Earth and we will see our deceased loved ones!

      It’s all mind-blowing.

One thing is very very very very very very clear in these Messages. Between sinister groups who have:
      - modified God’s perfect seeds/food in order to kill other humans with cancers (Monsanto’s employees do not eat their own genetically modified food in their company’s cafeteria);
      - put viruses and cancers and stuff that causes autism in both global and national vaccines;
      - desecrated the Constitution of the United States;
      - set up an unfathomable surveillance grid (that I call “NSA-Net”) to scapegoat anyone who defends Liberty and Human Dignity by changing God’s command to “Love thy neighbor” to “BUG thy neighbor”– how disgusting!;

      and MUCH MUCH more,

GOD HAS HAD ENOUGH!!, and, will PROTECT HIS CHILDREN!!

But God also helps those who help themselves!!! and THAT is why both this Site and reading these Messages are SO important if we are going to survive both the coming Martial Law and the Persecution.

2nd when you state them “Prophet” folks or some maria chick said antichrists two main people hes after is christians and jews?….Have You ever read what Jesus Christ himself and also John the apostle wrote regarding “jews”?….Check out REV. ch 2 vs 9 and rev ch 3 vs 9….Then read John ch 8 vs 44 for some good Truth and Actual Biblical verses written by John and by Jesus Himself about “jewish” folks.

It sounds like your pals who hear voices must not be in tune with the True Christ as His biblical vesres differ greatly from Their “voices” .

ps, theres quite a few other verses dealing specifically about “Beware of False Prophets and False teachers” and how Many shall arise in the later days. One could even say that Today there are so Many such false prophets and teachers, that they number akin to cockroaches…They seem to be everywheres at once, especially when its Darkness time.

I’m not a Christian – I follow the Old Ways. And I believe in miracles, in people or spirits or animals or a sign coming into our lives when we need them. It doesn’t happen every time, but that young lady somehow reached out, in all her pain and fear, and that priest found his way to her. No doubt the emergency workers were praying too, each in their own way. In some of my darkest days, some kind of spirit has come to my aide. Not always, because sometimes the answer to a prayer is “no” I truly believe there is something greater than ourselves, whatever you choose to believe, or to call that faith. There are angels everywhere, but in this hectic, loud and glaring world, we’ve forgotten how to listen and don’t think to look. And we need to, because dark days are coming; we can’t avoid it and the angels won’t be able to stop the tide. They may be able to help us cope and change and survive. And on a purely personal, irrelevant note, how cool is it that the priest was Irish?! Misneach, fianna.

Bovine feces. One, the priest has come forward and been identified, nothing supernatural about him. Two, why does “God” operate in these relatively minor events when he could really show his stuff by overtly stepping in during large events like superstorm Sandy. This is nothing more than delusionals seeing what they want to see and what is actually there.

What is the old saying, God helps those whom help themselves. When this happens and SHTF and buries the population in nose deep, those can depend on a higher force or the government to bail them out. God would be far more likely, as the government has a price tag on it like some devil. Still is far better to prepare now and everyday thereafter.

In retrospect to a divine force helping someone, yes I think it happens, but in many cases it does not. I can’t figure this one out. Cynical people will say it is just dumb luck. Others will say that those people that died anyway were not deserving. I look at it this way, IF you are stuck in a bad situation either though your own doing or just being in a wrong place at the wrong time, it doesn’t hurt to ask for some higher force to help. It may or may not happen, but perhaps asking and you will receive. Maybe it has to do with believing. I will allow the philosophy experts to handle this one.

Good evening, BI, and I can personally testify to what you’re saying. In September, 1982, I moved back to TN from FL after losing my wife. I lived in a mobile home for 2 months when it caught on fire one night. I made it out of the trailer in time. All i lost in there was some clothing; nothing of any real value. The situation made me homeless, but only temporarily. My temporary home was a 1972 Dodge cargo van that i brought back from FL while i was saving up money for another place. I spent a week in that van; at the time it was November and it was already starting to get cold. On my 8th day on the streets, i ran across an old friend who i grew up with. she asked about my situation and i told her. She then reached into her purse and offered me enough cash to get another place I was checking at the time but was short on the amount I needed. I told her, no thank you, I never ask for handouts, i could not possibly accept it. She told me I better accept it or get my ass kicked. I knew her as a fighter in her younger days, so I reluctantly accepted the money, thanked her, and got into that other place the same day. i never saw or heard from her again afterward. She was my guardian angel; she saved my bacon that day. That 1 week i spent living in that van was a bitch, BUT I SURVIVED IT! Someone was definitely looking out for me at that particular time. braveheart

A guardian angel person that won’t back down when her friend needed help, and would shove that help down your throat if you didn’t accept. What a mega cool lady. I am sure glad she forced help to you. She could have been the difference in your entire life forward from that one point. So often people feel that they are undeserving of help, and learn to regret this deeply. When someone, when anything offers you help without some strings attached, just because they want to give you a chance, some hope, a break, only four words need to be spoken. Thank you very much.

I won’t like killing people and surviving on tree rats, so I ask God to help us with all that may cause it…

My daughter gasped and slowly came to…and then he left, swallowed by the gathering crowd…never to be identified. When the policeman told me all this I KNEW that my daughter’s guardian angel had been that man because my daughter’s most favorite stuffed animal as a baby to today (she is now 27) was called: BEAR.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” –Marcus Tullius Cicero 42B.C.

    47. Ricky P says:

I once read a book telling about unexplained events during WWII in Finland. In the book, there are many stories about how people were being helped in supernatural ways.

One story goes like this. There was a team of men laying in foxholes on a little hill, guarding the position. The teller of the story heard a silent voice in his ear, telling him to retreat 10 meters or so backwards, to their back-up trench. He thought he was just hearing things and didn’t believe what he heard. A little moment after that, the voice said again, retreat a little. Again, he didn’t believe it. Then after a little moment he heard the voice again, this time the tone of the voice was very sharp and imperative. Now he finally rose up and started moving to the back-up position. At the same time he rose up he saw the other men rising from their foxholes all at the same time, doing the same as him.

And there are many more stories like this in the book.

Actually, my grandpa had a similar kind of experience himself in the same war. He had been laying down and resting, leaning on a stone. At some time, he had felt an urge to change to the other side of the stone. Some time after he had changed to the other side, a grenade hit near the place where he had been laying just a while ago. He got wounded as he got a fragment of grenade to his back. Had he been on the other side of the stone the stone wouldn’t have been there to protect him and he would have died. My grandmother used to tell us it was an angel who guided him to change side.

I myself have asked if there ever was danger of life to myself, I would receive guidance and protection. No reason to not help myself, though.

      • Ricky P says:

Whoa, forgot to say about the retreat event… right after the men had reached their back-up position, there was a big grenade attack launched, and the grenades dropped right to their original foxholes and exploded there. So the guidance the team received saved the lives of all of them.
