Asking questions as Judge Andrew Napolitano did in a recent broadcast on his now cancelled daily show may very well be the reason behind his recent dismissal from Fox. Though specific details are hard to come by because the Judge has yet to give any interviews on the matter, it’s believed that his refusal to bow to commonly manufactured media narratives is among one of several key reasons he his no longer with the network.

The following  5-Minute Speech that Got Napolitano Fired from Fox News is one that should not only be forwarded and shared with every single man, woman and child in this country, but taught and expounded upon in every social studies, civics and government class from first grade through college.

Thumbs down for me!!! First suckers!!!!

    • BraneFrees says:

I wouldn’t bother with any thumbs down.

However one particular finger up would seem appropriate.

    • Claymation says:

You should wear a condom on your head, because if you’re gonna act like a dick you you might as well dress like one!

    • Cooper Jackson says:

It’s too late. John Quaid said it best, when he said, “We have the government we deserve”.

      • Zen Monk says:

“Every nation has the government it deserves.”
        Joseph de Maistre (1753-1821)

        • Gaylan says:

You can’t say it any plainer than that.

“Every nation has the government it deserves.”
          Joseph de Maistre (1753-1821)

And the US, Ca, NZ are all proud of “their” government, because they STILL play into the “voting” game. Why I don’t know since votes from citizens don’t mount to anything but consent.

Why people don’t believe DE-registering to vote wont stop the madness is beyond me. After all when you step out of ‘their’ sand box, you are no longer playing ‘their’ game, and they have no more children to “play with”. (jurisdiction)

    • citizen ron says:

you’re the only ‘sucker’ here. you’ve fallen for the ego trap.

screw you and your ego. if the best you can offer this site is ME FIRST, maybe you should just keep it to yourself.

    • durango kidd says:

“What if” …. WE started electing Patriots to office?

      • we would have to find people who would actually do what they say in their speeches. We would have to replace the white house and 2/3 of both houses of the congress and they would have to withstand the corrupt offers of those who bought the current politicians.
Have you been praying because this will take a real miracle.
But God bless Judge Nepolitano. It does show Foxs’ true colors that they fired him. They knew he was libertarian and that was his personal opinion in a personal opinion piece. It was not presented as news. Shame on Fox.

        • Gregory8 says:

Judge “N” hit a real nerve. He exposed the Man-Behind-the-Curtain and not just TPTB either, but the American sheeple who don’t like being told how stupid they are for thinking that the minute differences between the Demopublicans and Republicrats is meaningful. D.C. is becoming more ineffectual and more irrelevant each day, and they know it. The politicians are just trying to hold on as long as possible so that they and their friends can squirrel away enough money to ride out the financial shit-storm that’s headed our way. But I could be wrong.

    • WestTxLawrence says:

Napolitano has been on every day this last week after you people reported him being fired. He will be on Freedom Watch every day THIS week, Feb 20-25. You all are lying sacks of shit. Fox did NOT fire Napolitano.

  2. chef nunzio says:

Not to mention SECOND as well!!

  3. GRITS says:

What happens when you tell the truth? You lose your job. The truth hurts those in power and they can’t take a chance the sheeple will learn the truth. Judge Napolitano, You are a GOOD AMERICAN. Keep it up on whatever venue you can find.

    • GRITS – exactly. He’s asking people to think and the mainstream media and our government HATES that. They don’t want us to think but rather be told what to think.

Love the Ron Paul comment. That alone may have gotten him fired.

Great find Mac – going to reference this on my site.

    • Anonymous says:

why do you think the republican primarys are in such a mess. the old gaurd wants to keep power by pushing its candidaste down our throats whie the new powers to be are fighing over who is really the most conservitive.
even fair and balanced fox news is guilty of this at times.

      • Flyfshr1cd says:

Anonymous sounds like one guy who’s beginning to see the light. This whole country is about the ruling 1% elite trying to keep us all dumbed down. Both the Occupy Wall Street movement AND The Tea Party have both experienced this.

    • Gregory8 says:

The Judge has said what many of us already know: that the Leap Year tradition known as the Presidential Elections is a farce. Two candidates from only two parties are presented and we are told “here are your ‘choices’, pick one”. Most of the American sheeple have been hearded into one of theses two camps actually believing that they have a real choice and that their vote counts, more’s the pity.It doesn’t seem to matter ; both parties have been expanding the size of government for more than a century and a half. As a Libertarian I can’t vote for any party that advocates the initiation of force (violence) to further its means. People often tell me that I’m throwing my vote away by voting third party but I then ask them what party they favor. It’s always either Dem. or Rep. I then ask them about the last time thier party lost and tell them that thier vote was also thrown away. It doesn’t matter when there is only one winner; if my candidate comes in third or fourth and yours comes in second it only means that your are the “First Loser”.

      • Calvin Davis says:

Gregory8, like you I voted for a third party in ’08 because I’ve decided that one must vote for the best person for the job. I’ve never subscribed to the gang mentality, simply because I don’t want to be required to participate in behavior I disapprove of, simply because I am part of the gang or “party” as is the case in this instance.
So, I am free to think for myself.
In ’08, I was prevented from voting for the best man for the job because the establishment was able to prevent him from becoming the GOP nominee, by their use of dirty tricks and abuse of their mandate in the interest of their infernal masters.
The coming elections are showing a better chance that the best person for the job is capable of overcoming the rotten infrastructure of the terminally corrupted republican establishment, by the strength of his invincible grass roots r3volutionary army.
Ron Paul represents not only the retrenchment from the brinkmanship being used by the elite to keep the world terrorized and the re-establishment of our republic, but also the return to a viable civilization for humanity. It is simply time for the powers that be to commit to a self-examination and a reassessment of the consequences of the methodology they have employed in their self appointed stewardship of our planet.
Dr. Paul’s task, should he attain the presidency, Would seem insurmountable, but the goodwill generated by the aversion of this imminent catastrophe will enlist the people of the planet in the effort to accomplish a freer and more humane world for all its peoples.
This is why I am writing in response to those who refuse to vote for either wing of the bilateral war party.
Dr. Paul recognized a lifetime ago that political change in this country, short of through the barrel of a gun, must occur through one of the parties capable of attaining a plurality of the consent of the people, so he knuckled down and applied himself to gaining a place in the republican party.
I am not an apologist for “big politics” party tactics, as I said, but you’ve got to start somewhere. A polulist like Paul has a chance of creating real change from the unconstitutional road down which our parties’ leadership has brought us. It was designed that way from the beginning, by our founders who knew oh so well how the downtrodden are disadvantaged in the pursuit of their sufferage.
So, in the interest of preserving the system that allows you to vote for the candidate and party of your choice I am asking you to vote for Ron Paul when your state primary comes up and to apply to vote for delegates at the local level so that Dr. Paul can apply the treatment that our republic so sorely needs to recover from the chronic sickness that has infected it this many years. Thank You.

        • Mark says:

It was nice to read your comment. I hope every american can read this. If they are smart they will vote for Ron Paul. It is TRUE, MEDIA is keeping him out but I never said media was smart either cause they are not.
          Thank You

    • Manuel from Puerto Rico says:

As a nation everyone has a right to his opinion by law. Judge Napolitano has a right to say what he thinks. It is up to us to see what he says has any salt. Some of his ideas are worth listening too and even put into practice. This type of government happens at local levels too like the Governors and the Mayors of this country. The people change but the same things keep happeneing. Less jobs, more expenses, same wage, higher gas prices, same food but more expensive. Where are we going with all of this? In God We Trust!

  4. Night Owl says:

I have the feeling there will be more and more people speaking up like Judge Napolitano in the not too distant future. It’s a real pity Fox fired him.

  5. Highspeedloafer says:

Well, That’s it for me. I watched that network for his show. Never again. There is nobody else worth watching on any of the news shows anywhere anymore. I haven’t watched cnn for years and fox news is a joke, but Napalatono at least sided with us. We have no one on tv now.

    • Kevin2 says:

I agree with you but lets face it we should be amazed that he was on MSM for as long as he was. He did not change his position unlike Glenn Beck who (kinda) started with an anti NWO position and fell in line with the classic Republican position. Maybe they hoped The Judge would do the same. Well he didn’t.

I believe that they are trying to buy off the opposition by giving them a forum with it a very big pay check and then “suggesting” that they moderate (but not abandon of course) their position.

These people are very smart and understand limits. They understand limits very well. “The People” for the most part must believe that they have control and things are not going the correct way because of their poor choices electing stupid officials that just don’t understand. The USSR would have sent The Judge to the gulag. It’s far better to partially “convert” him defusing his more damaging positions. If that cannot be accomplished his forum is removed and if he still has too many following him it’s time to discredit him personally.

Somewhere there is a group of people that know more about this man than he remembers about himself.

      • Highspeedloafer says:

Or they quite possibly manufactured something.

      • toomanyfakeconservatives says:

Back in the 80’s when I was growing up, I was told the people in the Soviet Union received “propaganda”, while in America we received “the news”. Fast forward to 2012 and “RT” or Russia Today is one of the only mainstream news channels I can stand to watch.

        • Kevin2 says:

Russia probably tells more of the truth about the US and conversely the US about Russia.

        • JRS says:

toomany….RT shows very little of Russia. While there are some shows about Russia, most of the shows deal with world events from a different perspective than MSM.If people would like the REAL facts(IMO)they should tune in and check it out.I especially like the Max Keiser show.Judge Napolitano would be a good fit here.BTW thumbs up to you.

        • KansasGirl says:

If you want to read what our msm won’t report, check out DailyMail.

          You’ll learn a lot.

        • Zen Monk says:

DishNetwork recently added it, channel 280.
For those who don’t know: this is a 24-hour news channel in English.
Warning: it takes time getting use to hearing the truth about current world events from TV 😀

      • NickelthroweR says:

Oh, you are so right about that. I did a gig for a data mining company and what I learned just blew my mind. This particular company could do about 25,000 unique queries. The CEO told his shareholders in a meeting that his company pretty much knew everything there was to know to include how long it took someone to masturbate. If you wanted to market to a demographic, say, Registered Republicans with “trophy” wives and a secret longing for gay porn with young men and you want it broken down by zip code then these guys could spit that right out to you.

If they know that much on the “legal” side of things then I can only imagine what information they can obtain illegally.

    • NSBF says:

I completely agree with you and that is exactly what I said in the email that I just sent to the Executive President…like it will do any good. I will NO longer watch their network, use their APPS, or website…done! This is total hypocrisy, when Juan Williams was fired from NPR, FOX and all contributors made such a HUGE deal over that injustice and then hired him for their network….and they turn around and pull this??? Maybe he will go to work for Glenn Beck…hmmm. Love the “Judge”!

    • Highspeedloafer, I’ve been done with Fox News since about 2007. …OK, well, except for Megan and the one Latino chick. Its like News Porn… But, seriously, something happened in late 2006. They started inserting programming and it started pissing me off. I found out O’Reilly is a jerk. I did watch Glenn Beck for a while after that. Glenn is still OK but there were some parts of the channel I still liked. Freedom watch was the last one. Napalitano will probably get a show somewhere else. Or, maybe, like Glenn Beck, make his own “channel”.

Hey Mac! I hear that he’s not “off the channel” just that one show is cancelled. We shall see.

    • JRS says:

I read that the Judge asked people to stop sending e-mails about the cancellation of his show ….they were getting overloaded by unhappy people. He seemed to take it very well when they cancelled. Said that wasn’t the first time and he thought that he would be back somewhere.

    • Anonymous says:

Im with high-speed. Kiss my ass Fox. Never again

    • thundertone says:

loafer, they’ve been hitting the skids alot lately… a big boner for me when it came to FOX News was their refusal to cover the court hearing of Obama in Fulton, GA on eligibility. The did the same thing that the main stations, ABC, NBC, and CBS did…and what was that? Yep, WHAT THEY WERE TOLD TO DO!!

      • Calvin Davis says:

The last straw for me was in ’08 when a network owned by an Australian national subverted the U.S. political process by refusing Ron Paul’s participation in their debate, which prevented him from continuing his candidacy. IMHO this should have resulted in some kind of severe sanctions from the FEC and the FCC, but not a word.

    • rangermoe says:

The judge was 120% correct, some ppl can’t stand the truth
Well,we all just learned that that the “truth will set you free”,it’s a low-down shame, that our gov’t thinks that the ppl are so dumd-downed,that we are not suppose to see what’s taking place.

  6. chef nunzio says:

Can I wiggle in a third as well for the record?!?

  7. Infidel says:

That was probably the most insightful, honest, easy to understand message Ive heard ever. Right on !!!

  8. fox says:

He should have added “What if the government controlled what is shown on Fox News too?”

    • flcookie says:

White House already is. Just listen to what you will hear only on FOX News, Media Matters is hiring spies to try and get dirt on all Flox personalities….Wanting to put Fox out of business. Heard nothing about Media Matters on any other sources of c–p.

  9. Jackbootedhugs says:

    Paul/Napolitano 2012

  10. Silveready1 says:

Judge Napolitano, the Last man with Balls and Brains to get kicked off Faux News!

  11. Man with no name says:

Oh look – another zombie Yank manages to post the 1st and 2nd reply, thereby confirming that he’s completely oblivious to the signifigance of the article itself, detached from reality and living some totally shallow worthless existence depleting planetary resources better spent on people who DO lead worthwhile productive lives.

    On your tombstone sucker :
    RIP Chef Nunzio
Knew more about dying than living.
    Achieved nothing in life.
    Please recycle this tombstone.

    • chef nunzio says:

Ok guys, let’s all take a deep breath. I really enjoy all of the upset people here but come on “Man with no name”. It is interesting to me that you can know so much about someone from a simple post. I want you to personally google search the name “Chef Victor Amato” and/or “Chef Victor Nunzio Amato” and then shove the comment of “living some totally shallow worthless existence depleting planetary resources” up you ass. I also like the “achieved nothing in life” comment. Google my accpmlishments and then I will google yours and see who has done more with their life. I own my own restaurant now after being a hard working chef for years. I aam tuned into all of the shtf possibilities and I have been doing what I have to for something bad that will probably happen but please do not make the assumpyion that just because I posted “first” and “second” that I am some guy who doesn’t lead a “productive life”. Get back to me when you have a sense of humor and have accomplished half of what I have in life. You should change your handle to “Man with no clue of what life another peron lives by simply posting ‘first'”. Oh, and I got second as well, sucker.

    • thundertone says:

hahaha Man…I like your style my friend!! Chef, I think you just slurped on the hog…

  12. Greg is a dumbass says:

  13. Island Girl says:

Fabulous speech and the first time I have ever witnessed blatant honesty in the media. Kudo’s to you Judge! Thumbs down to Fox for caving …

  14. Wonder if there’s a slot opening, for the Judge, at GBTV?

  15. squirt says:

I will miss him very much and have even more respect for him knowing he didn’t cow down to TPTB . He believed in what he said, as did I, and shame on FOX for beings cowards. All he did was state the TRUTH! Guess some people can’t handle the facts… good luck to him where ever he goes.

  16. what if? says:

What if the hundredth monkey awakened?
What if no one participated in the police state?
What if the servants pounded their plowshares into swords?

  17. SD Mule says:

The winds of change are upon us. What will you do when your window of opportunity presents itself? Will you stand up, like Napolitano, or will you hope someone else does the difficult work for you? Your destiny is in your hands! Will you be proud of your actions or will you make excuses for your actions? The time is upon us!

  18. NSBF says:

I just looked at Judge Napolitano’s FB page…he has a message posted their to his supporters and friends. I don’t want to quote what he said, but he claims it was a business decision to cancel the show and did not have to do with the content of the show.

    • mark says:

i also saw a letter he wrote that said to quit emailing fox because it was making things hard for him.
as a long time fox veiwer i’ve noticed thier swing to the left that seemed to start around the time beck left(whatever you might think of him),and that was around the time murdoch’s sun scandal started, making me think that alot of pressure is put on fox to comform to the status quo.
that said , great video judge
      no more fox for me

      • Cntct 71M says:

MARK – Dittos here at our abode. We noticed FOX submitting to someone’s pressure. Stupid, mindless crap inserted. Cable TV now disconnected. No broadcast TV reception possible. We have not missed any of it. Our heads ached from the BS, news-tainment,

Well, personally, I kinda miss one or two of the eye candy variety. Always helped with the number of push-ups at PT time.

Probably be listening to SW radio underneath barn or chicken coop if Messiah gets a 2nd coronation.

        S2 out.

  19. SmokyMtnLady says:

The Judge is a great guy, who tells it the way it is…guess Soros didn’t like what he had to say…so he put in a call to ole Rupert!!!

  20. MikeA says:

    I watch rt.com for my news…..

    • Liberty says:

So do I. If someone would have told me when I was a kid (I am a child of the cold war) that when I was an adult, I would watch a russian news broadcast to get the truth, I would ahve thought they were crazy.
      How fickle is fate….

  21. toomanyfakeconservatives says:

Important Note: The Judge never stated anything as fact in his speech. He prefaced every statement with “What if…?”. There is a critical difference between stating the obvious as fact, and stating the obvious as a supposition that you are free to agree or disagree with. He got fired for making people think, not for stating facts that may or may not be true. DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE, DIE MSM DIE!

    • Oh, here, let me help you with that:

      • MSM…will NEVER die–because sheeples still have it ‘turned on’; in hard times, the govt will bail them out…..the only way MSM will die is if there aren’t enough viewers to satisfy the advertisers.
        I disconnected in Mov., 2008.

    • thundertone says:

well you’d have to be a brainwashed leftist zombie to not know that what the judge was asking in “what if” is, ARE YOU PEOPLE PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING?

  22. What if We the People were the change we were looking for? Stop looking for leaders and look at yourself and be the change you seek. The absolute worst thing we can do to the PTBs is what they ask. Stop driving your car and paying gas taxes. Or just drive when you must. Cut up your credit cards or pay them off monthly. Pay cash, use layaway and have an emergency fund. Get out of stocks, bonds and fire your broker and buy real tangible things. Get out of to big to fail banks and your 401k and take the hit in cost. Buy local or grow your own food even if it’s just a little. Brew your own beer or wine it’s easy to do and you don’t pay the extra tax.
Get out of debt and stay out of debt.
    Starve the beast

    • Cntct 71M says:

Jamie – Exceptionally well said. I might add the beer is better !

Of all the batches, only made one off color batch. Wife is a pharmacist so she had excellent technique. Tasted fine to me though. I finally gave it to our two horses. Normally they will not touch any commercial brew except Guinness. (yea, I had to experiment to get some meds down once).

The two mares put homebrew down faster than our German Shepherd could inhale a dropped sliced, smoked, turkey breast. Horses love grain…even in a liquid. They were funny afterwards…(chuckle)

      • blackriflewarrior says:

I had to comment on the German Shepherd. Mine is a counter-top cruiser. He got my girlfriends porterhouse the other night. She was mad at ME, thinking I didn’t cook her a steak! When I saw him coming from the bedroom licking his chops he had that look on his face like “what”?

      • kimintn says:

Where do I start with homebrew? Don’t want to waste time (or money!) on crap.

  23. Devil's Advocate says:

What if the problems now facing not just Americans but every person on the planet are just too complex for anyone to to solve without very high costs to certain groups and less dramatic costs to others?

What if the group of wealthy elites who have a particular goal or vision for how things should be is actually the best long run course of action for our planet and it’s inhabitants?

Would anyone care to wager a bet against them if they were directly engaged in a battle of wits (see the cicilian vs the dread pirate Roberts in the the movie “The Princess Bride”) with the current administration and congress? Hate to say it but I know who I’d put my money on.

Who among us that feel oppressed, violated and ignored by the actions of TPTB are more qualified to attempt solving the multifaceted problems that have been multiplying as fast as the world’s population has?

Einstein, Hawking are you out there? Didn’t think so.

So maybe we should all just accept our fate as being children of parents of children of parents who, like millions before them and since, shouldn’t have reproduced (at least no more than two children per household) until they were qualified to do so (as if).

Which is worse? Knowing where we are in the food chain or being helpless to do anything about it?

    • Do you actually think TPTB give a rat’s ass about the planet? …about the population? …about you? …about anything other than their profit and their power?

Think think of profit. They think of power. They think of NOTHING else but a way to get those two things and the rest can go to bloody hell for all they care. They are PSYCHOPATHS and they only want what they want. The wars, the famines, the economic crashes, unpreparedness for natural disaster, crumbling infrastructure, feigning of incompetence

Who among us is more qualified? I tell you, *ANY*ONE*OF*US*, thats who. The problems that have been caused have been caused by *THEM*. The wars, the plagues, the natural disasters even have been made worse by them. TPTB are crooked and evil. They will be slain without remorse in the days to come.

You give them *WAY* too much credit. They are morons in every area but their given sevantism to make more profit and to make more power for themselves. Through that they tell us that we are inferior, when, in fact, I could take just about any reasonably moral, hard working patriot and do UNIVERSES better that what they have let happened.

We’ll see where I am in the food chain when the links start breaking, and, I am doing something about it. Are you?

      • Calvin Davis says:

Not only those things but it has been shown time and time again that when grinding poverty is eliminated, populations stabilize, as people worry more about educating and providing for their progeny rather than popping out huge numbers of babies in the hope that one of them will hit the big time and be able to provide survival for the clan.
Virtually all the abuse that has been inflicted on the planet has been in the interest of the fools at the top and their agenda of controlling everybody else by their supression of amazing technologies that could clean up this mess in a generation.
These satanic apologists never tire of telling us that all their perfidy is as a result of their desire to serve humanity when the only service they are interested in is the sort where a stud bull would service a cow. PERIOD.

  24. Devil's Advocate says:

Epic battle of wits as referenced above:

  25. BAM BAM says:

I’m just a dumb old country boy, but even I can tell the Judge is right. Get your head out of your ass people. Even Fox is wrong on this one. Hey, Fox, Where are you going with this. I repeat. Get your head out of your ass. I will not tolerate this BS. Do not let this happen to the last real news source we have left. I am so disappointed with Foxnews on this one. You fired the Judge for telling the truth?. Wrong! More words fail me!

  26. Prepping Preacher says:

he’s said it – the proverbial cat has been let out of the bag on national TV… the issue now is how many will catch on to what he’s said and how fast – and will it matter…

  27. What if we just got prepared and watch as it rots to the ground? What if the gubmint’s fake workers come to us, the prepared, and ask for a hand out? What if we just give them caster beans? What if the middle east oil stops flowing? It shouldn’t matter, only 17% comes from there, but what if the dumb ass sheeple freak out and all commerce stops?

What if I ever get ‘first’?

    • Highspeedloafer says:

I’ve been first a couple of times, it ain’t that big a deal. Now, when I was 15 and I was first, it was a big deal if you know what I mean.

      • chef nunzio says:

its no big deal at all but i think it kinda brings some fun to an otherwise bleak outlook on things. funny how mad people get about it thiugh. people feel that they know everything about you when you do it.

        • Highspeedloafer says:

Don’t sweat it Chef, when shtf I’m sure most people around here would welcome an accomplished chef in the compound. Got any good recipies to share, especially for shtf dining?

to all those commenting on the firing of judge napolitano. perhaps now is the time for a grassroots nationwide writein campaign for ron paul. while i have some dissagreement with congressman paul on foriegn policy, i would vote for him for president.

  30. De Oppresso Liber says:

The judge nailed it. He said things that common people have noticed after they have had a chance to vote a few times. I can only hope that he finds a place to continue the battle.

In life when a person or a business will not listen to reason, when they can not see the root cause of a problem and fix it or won’t fix it because they benefit from it . . . then all you can do is prepare to limit the problem for yourself and tactfully guide others in as much as possible.

I wish our country would change, in my mind I see a young boy with not a care in the world, sneaking up on black birds and crows with a BB gun, dreaming about being a Green Beret, believing what I was told, that I could do anything that I set my mind to. What do I tell my children and grand children? You can do anything you want as long as the government says it is ok, and as long as they carefully monitor everything you do to include your back yard chickens?

The judge was the only voice of truth on Fox..period.

Promoting his agenda to schools would be deemed a “belligerent act” subject to NDAA prosecution..and

One year ago i was a democrat, bought into global warming and electric cars. I hated conservatives and republicans. I voted for that ass monkey in office now and I cry your pardon and ask for your forgiveness America, I was a sheeple and a tool. Now I have preps, rifles, and med supplies. I have a message for “my goverment” you woke up the warrior in my soul I will accept no white flag you must be stopped for the good of God and Country. I was going to vote Santorum but after spending months at this site and listening to this video Ron Paul now has it hands down. Although at this point i dont think it matters much. My prayers go out to all of you keep your preps safe and dont shoot til you see the whites of their eyes.

    • Yee! Haa! Sister or Brother, welcome to the fold! All is forgiven. Incidentally, for years I had “liberal” thoughts that didn’t jive with my conservative family. I finally realized we are not “liberals” or “conservatives”, we are Natural Persons with man thoughts that don’t fit into one box or the other. In fact, I’m finding that liberals and conservatives have a HUGE overlap in thoughts and ideas. The labels simply drive us apart.

While we can’t fix it all, I have a feeling that Ron Paul may be the steely knife we’ve needed for a long time to stab the beast or maybe just put a saddle on him.

      • possee says:

        well stated NetRanger..

What a beautiful and refreshing post….it is words like this that still give me a glimmer of hope! You need not ask for forgiveness, we have all been duped! The fact that you are seeing it and reacting to it is the best we all can ask for. Cheers to you, RP and spread the word!~D

I, too was “blissfully ignorant” until about July of 2008. I was only concerned with getting drunk and having a good time, night clubs and bars. And then I heard what obama (no caps intended) was saying during his campaign.
As asleep as I was, I just knew there was something horribly wrong with “fundamental transformation of America.” I could take just one look at that demon and see the pure evil.
Since then, I started paying attention and I woke up very quickly. Everyone else in my family is still asleep.
I have tried and tried to wake up my family, but as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you can’t make them drink.
I know that MILLIONS of Americans have awakened this same way. obama has awakened a sleeping giant by being so brazenly fascist and anti-American.

    • Highspeedloafer says:

  42. HatePostingThings says:

    Hey Mac,
Can you find the actual original footage of this episode? Just curious because when I watched it, I distinctly remember a line something to the effect of… “what if it is better to die fighting for freedom, than live under the oppression of those who wish to rule.” That was a poignant statement that hit harder than the rest of the entire speech together and now I cannot find it. Just thought that would be some solid proof of how our MSM overlords are editing to their needs, if you can get a hold of it. How far down does the rabbit hole go?

  43. DBF says:

I really don’t understand why he was fired???? We all know this is basically true,

  44. Walt low also says:

If voting really made a difference, it would be illegal

    • Actually, if it made a difference, they’d change that. Actually, voting could make a difference. But, they have the people so brainwashed that its not the act of voting they need to guard against, its the acts of people such as The Judge that they must guard against. …and they have.

  45. OhBoy :'( says:

It wasn’t until the establishment of democrats and republicans that we started to lose the country. People with a agenda have 2 things they think of. 1 being will my goal happen during my lifetime and 2 will my goal be achieved after I die. The goal hasn’t changed in over 150 yrs. And it won’t let up. The elite have made it to where they continually gain power as the years pass. The “judge” was dead on by calling it out that both parties limit the people and the division is ever more so.

I get more people asking who and what party I vote for, some are wanna be preppers and some don’t prep at all. O just say for the better person so they go away. The people united is harder to control the a people divided.

Judge sorry you were fired for stating the obvious what the people are starting to see, well it won’t be long now. Back to prepping

Actually that’s the way they are all getting… neither reality or truth. They rather focus on trivial crap like celebs and such. Look at this past Sat., we have Directv with a bunch of news channels and all they showed for 4 friggen’ hours was the funeral for Whitney Houston like she was some kind of statesman or something. Who cares? Give me the JUDGE!!!!!

The Judge said just what I think, what YOU all think, what we all KNOW.

I love the weird, queasy, looks I get from Tea Partiers when I tell them I remember the start of the Tea Party, it was during Bush II’s second term, in protest of *his* tax-and-spend policies.

    • SD Mule says:

      Domestic Terrorist,

Well done. Most have forgotten the reason for the Tea Party movement, as it has been corrupted by the money backers. How have those under the Tea Party banner voted on important issues since they have been in office? Same as it ever was, same as it ever was!!

” By their deeds, you shall know them”

    • DT, you know, people have forgotten That. Most people that aren’t Taxed Enough Already party people think that the TEA party started to protest The Obamination. NO! We started long before The Obamination started. Nice of you to give them a refresher course.

  51. Mr. Blutarsky says:

Owner of Fox News, Murdoch, has gotten himself into trouble in Europe. It seems like ever since then they’ve moved from being a conservative station to a moderate station.

They also allowed themselves to be bullied by economic terrorist, George Soros, when Glenn Beck was going after him.

I rarely watch their station anymore and I NEVER visit their web site – except to read John Stossel’s stuff.

    Another media outlet sells out.

    • lonelonmum says:

Murdoch got too arrogant and complaicant in Britain & got caught out and exposed to the public for being the totally unethical scum he is.

SOME of the stuff that offended the British Sheepie

1/ Paying the London police bribes

2/ Hacking a murdered child’s voicemails, leading her family to think perhaps she was still alive

Phone hacking of lots of other people – effectively leaving politicians etc too scared to go against what Murdoch and his NWO cronies dictated for fear of personal exposure in the media of their own skeletons. (All leaders have some dirty little secret they don’t want xposed – what happened to Clinton was mild)

Above are details on what happened here in the UK as the public saw it unfold.

Murdoch was NEVER on the public’s side – he is a part of the system of control but must have upset the wrong puppeteer somewhere for this to start coming out. Now he’s trying to protect his own skin, lest the American hidden puppeteers turn on him also. As a frontman he’s vulnerable, but don’t assume he hasn’t been up to similar tricks in the US. He probably just hasn’t been caught yet is all.

      • lonelonmum says:

Sorry forgot the 3rd thing that upset the British public

Phones of the VICTIMS of 7/7 were hacked (our 9/11) and a few other child murder victims.

We are a historically tolerant bunch but that kind of behavior is considered beyond the pale by the most passive in our society. (We weren’t so bothered about the politicians tbh)>

    • Sandy says:

I was a fan of Glenn when he first aired, but something happened to his style of presenting the facts, then facts became speculation. The last episode I watched was when
he almost had me convinced that terrorists were stealing school buses. I nearly had a panic attack when my kids got on the bus the next morning.
There’s just too much to worry about in this world. Let’s not go grasping at straws.

    • squirt says:

I bet if John Stossel ever let loose on the gov. like he does other non-political topics, he’d be a goner. He’s another one who speaks his mind very bluntly and doesn’t care who likes it or not. A straight shooter who says it like it is.

  56. Doug says:

I guess he got fired for endorsing Ron Paul on Fox News as a Fox employee. There are still “equal time” laws, so Fox has a good reason to fire him.

  57. DomesticTerrorist says:

The only news site I go to is Drudge, they’re the only one that acknowledges that most Americans are not buying a new computer every year or so, and most have “high speed” that’s the same speed dial-up was in the 90s.

Anything but Drudge, for me and millions of others, is literally un-viewable.

Videos are a joke, the Internet is good at one thing: Text. Videos unless given a LOT of time to load, 3X-4X they’re actual time to play, are choppy, the sound’s all messed up, etc. Transcripts are king.

The only sites that seem to be aware of how the “new improved” Internet is for most people are Drudge Report and Craig’s List.

    • JRS says:

You’re right dial-up sucks.lol.I’m in the same boat as you.

      • DomesticTerrorist says:

        But it’s not dial-up, it’s as slow as dial-up.

Hell, I’d need a T1 to do now, what I used to do with a 56k modem back in 1998 or 99.

      • Mariposa de Oro says:

I have dial up. I’m on a remote island where the fast stuff just isn’t available to us right now. Rumor has been saying for YEARS that its just around the corner but I’m not holding my breath for it. Anyway, transcripts or summaries would be a welcome addition for videos. I miss out on an awful lot because most video posters assume everyone has a fast connection.

        • Montana Mike says:

M-d-O Maybe a remote island isn’t such a bad thing. With water and a garden would be a good thing for us all!! (MM)

        • Calvin Davis says:

Mariposa de Oro: If you can afford it you might look into sattellite internet. It’s not the fastest but worlds better than dial-up. I use Wildblue. it’s ok and I am sure it would be better if I wanted to spring for the next tier of bandwidth. The good thing is that you buy the equipment so if you move, even to somewhere with no telephone service you can still surf. That’s why I got it. Good Luck!

    • Sandy says:

Drudge is a good one, also for the last 10 years I’ve been a daily visitor of TruNews & Quayle. My dad use to listen to them on short wave. You get the real “what’s going on” but also with the Religious edge to it.
But that’s just me waiting for the end of the world and all….

Mad Max…Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.”
    — John Adams, letter to John Taylor, April 15, 1814

Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.” In a word or two, the founders knew that a democracy would lead to the same kind of tyranny the colonies suffered under King George III.

“The experience of all former ages had shown that of all human governments, Democracy was the most unstable, fluctuating and short-lived”

    -John Quincy Adams

“A simple Democracy . . . is one of the greatest of evils”

-Benjamin Rush, signer of the Declaration of Independence

“Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives, as they have been violent in their deaths.”

    -James Madison

A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.”

    • VRF says:

Where we are today?…a test in socialism

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama’s socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer. The professor then said, “OK, we will have an experiment in this class on Obama’s plan”.. All grades will be averaged and everyone will receive the same grade so no one will fail and no one will receive an A…. (substituting grades for dollars – something closer to home and more readily understood by all). After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who studied little were happy. As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they wanted a free ride too so they studied little. The second test average was a D! No one was happy. When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F. As the tests proceeded, the scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of anyone else. To their great surprise, ALL FAILED and the professor told them that socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed. Could not be any simpler than that. (Please pass this on) Remember, there IS a test coming up. The 2012 elections. These are possibly the 5 best sentences you’ll ever read and all applicable to this experiment: 1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. 2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. 3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. 4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it! 5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

      • Montana Mike says:

Hello VRF, Comment regarding #4; I believe, the growing numbers of the “working poor” will look at their lives and be enticed by government largesse.

Yes, the 2012 elections will be a test; but as the minority becomes the majority is there any chance in November to see the failings of Socialism, or must we wait for 2016??

By the way VRF sentences 1,2, and 3 are as important. Would like to know if you could come up with a title for all four. Then make it an election manta. Just asking.
Enjoy your posts. Keep them coming. (MM)

So we’ll have the Elephant , The Donkey, and the Ostrich

They push freedom of the people which includes freedom of speech and they fire him for using his freedom of speech. Part of what brought the USSR to its knees were a few people of stature who were willing to stand up, tell the truth, and not be forced to parrot the government’s lies. Can we say USSR redux here? Why yes, we can.

    Another catchy “what if?”

What if the bankers bought up all the gold/silver/land with scraps of paper designed to cost them nothing and destined to decline in value eventually to zero?

  85. Myra McQueen says:

Well as a voting Texan, I will have to say that I think Ron Paul(my congressman) is about as useless as tits on a boarhog. He has yet to answer any concerns regarding the FLDS Mormons in Texas, who do not give their children equal education, and allow Mormon legalists to take over their young lives for fear of retaliation of the Warren Jeffs hierarchy.
And yes, Jeffs was tried and convicted, but the children were sent back into that cult to become virtual prisoners of that system.
He has yet to answer any of my emails concerning education in Texas, which is falling short of ideal. Wright Patman always answered my letters and emails.
I am a retired nurse and find that politicians have their plates full of bullshit that only works for them, and they need to take care of business in their own jurisdictions before they run for any higher offices.

    • Bobdole says:

Um… You don’t need to have Ron Paul answer those questions, because he has, MANY times… You apparently do not understand his stances on liberty and freedom. Think of it this way… You feel that people deserve a proper education, and you feel because you are smart that you should be the deciding factor in such a situation. However, the parents of mormon children feel the SAME EXACT way. They do not trust science, and that is terribly sad, and wrong, but it is how THEY WISH to be. In the end it works like evolution, the organisms that teach their kids wrong will end up never knowing, and dying off. THe people that know will survive and be just fine, raise your kids the right way, ignore what others do, it is none of your business. Ron Paul does not support telling people what they can and can’t teach their children. If you do a good job raising your kids, it will offset the idiocy of adults that choose to teach their kids about fairy tale gods living in space judging human actions that he allowed us to have in the first place… I agree, religious people are about as smart as a shoe, but, they are free to be dumb as snot if they choose to be. I would have no issues with not allowing religious citizens to vote, that makes perfect sense to me. They follow a higher power anyways, why would they care if they can’t vote in an earthly election, especially when their religious tendencies have historically put people like Mao, stalin, and Hitler, and Bush into office… Not really the type of leaders we need, so limiting the religious vote I think would solve all problems you are worried about. Sure they will be idiots, sadly, but they won’t have any say in a democratic process since they have already given their allegiance to a non nation state floating in space apparently.

As Judge Nap stated, “A nation of sheep deserves a government of wolves”

Judge Nap and Buchanan done in the same week. It is not a coincidence, folks!

I am proudly and unapologetically part of the 3% and I have some friends in the 1%. My friends in the 1% spent time in Afghanistan and Iraq and they are the most hardcore guys I know….spec ops mostly. Most of you know the three, but you probably don’t know the one.

  89. BLR says:

I’m sorry but this election is way to important . If this kind of talk causes people not to think and encourages Ron Paul to ran on a third party ticket, we might as well say good bye to the America we know and need to protect for the generations to come. Because a third party vote is a vote for Obama plan and simple. This is not the time to try to be dividing our vote. We all loss if we do not unite on this election. A house divided against itself will fall and we can not allow that to happen. Wake up people wake up. I just hope Ron Paul is smarter than that and is more concern for our country than the pride of trying to prove something that will result in a loss for us all.

Even though I like Judge Napolitano, I don’t always understand his brilliance and often disagree with his non-brilliance when I can figure it out. What if… the difference between his tendency to get carried away with himself and that same trait in other celebrities was fairly non-existent? What if… disrespecting all views but his own in all parties and politicians but the one(s) he favors was just a self-aggrandizing pretense to “defend freedom?” And what if using a media forum to intellectually dump on the Patriot Act or on any other reasonable attempt to keep Americans safe from its domestic enemies was more irresponsibly dangerous than the sociopathic wackos who are out to destroy us in any way they can? I don’t like to see folks “fired” just because management doesn’t approve their tactics (e.g., John Gibson, Glenn Beck and other bright but fallible folks with whom I generally agreed until they morphed into demagogues of exaggeration and hyperbole). But what if some unpleasant things just need to be done for the benefit of the public good? Just saying.

  91. WakeUpComa Victims says:

Wake up! Judge Napolitano is still with Fox you rumor mongers, first do all the required homework instead of relying on the kneejerk reactions, second, rating were the culprit for his and two other shows that did not pull their weight by the advertisers, yes TV is a business and every minute of it is required to make money. HE WAS NOT FIRED!

  92. TheStrayGoose says:

I was thinking quietly to myself about 2.5 minutes into his “what if” talk if Ron Paul would get elected. He woild be a real game changer. All you have to do is think back to every single time after votes and debates they (the media) didn’t even mention his freggin name. From FOX to MSNBC nobody mentions his name ever! It might be that the good Judge has just hit the nail on the head, exposed the political raw nerve of the so called elite media. It only hurts when you think about what most Americans would do if they found out or even thought for a moment that the judge was right on the money. He went there yes he did where no one has ever gone before, with a national TV audience that is. He should be the campaign organizer for Dr. Paul

  93. Gaylan says:

You can’t say it any plainer than that.

“Every nation has the government it deserves.”
    Joseph de Maistre (1753-1821)

And the US, Ca, NZ are all proud of “their” government, because they STILL play into the “voting” game. Why I don’t know since votes from citizens don’t mount to anything but consent.

Why people don’t believe DE-registering to vote wont stop the madness is beyond me. After all when you step out of ‘their’ sand box, you are no longer playing ‘their’ game, and they have no more children to “play with”. (jurisdiction)

  94. Elm says:

It’s difficult to remain clean among the mud men of Mordor. That Napolitano was fired gives him the highest recommendations among the fraternal community of man. So better to have been fired or to have departed so as to let them ferment & drown in their own garbage. Today’s pathocracy is no place for an honest man.
