Top Asset Manager Warns Of Risks In Banking System: “It’s The Biggest Reason To Own Precious Metals”

Top alternative asset manager Eric Sprott, whose company has $10 billion in assets under management, sounds the alarm about the day everyone in America finally realizes that the real economy has collapsed.

In a highly informative interview from one of the most respected financial analysts in the world, Sprott explains why he believes gold, silver and hard asset investments are the only way to prepare for the risks associated with a highly leveraged banking system and out of control monetary policy.

I think they’ll just keep running it along until some day something gives. What that giving thing is I’m not exactly certain… Maybe it’s we end up with job losses… people just don’t have the income and all of a sudden you continue to get these weak reports… whether it’s McDonald’s or Caterpillar or HP… and they keep announcing layoffs and so on… it becomes apparent to everyone that there is no recovery…

I think if we look back these last five years, other than the stock market there’s been very little that happened in the real economy that would give anybody confidence. People  have real issues to deal with… when you realize 60% of the population is living paycheck to paycheck it doesn’t take much to tip them over the edge.

(Watch Interview at Future Money Trends)

We have a very insane financial situation going here where the savers are punished and the borrowers get the benefit of it all.

In my mind the biggest reason to own precious metals is because of the risks in the banking system… you get nothing for putting your money in the bank… and yet when you have your money in the bank you take on all the risks of a leveraged bank… and I’ve always thought it’s the risks in the banking system that would cause people to go to gold…

And now you have another level of concern out there and that is, of course, the currency risk. We’ve seen so many currencies that have been incredibly weak…

The reasons to own gold are now two-fold.

The reasons to have those assets, which protect you in an economic decline… knowing that an economic decline causes financial problems, which is what’s going to happen here.

I continue to be a buyer here… I’ve had a couple of announcements out this week where I’ve taken on significant interest in some of the smaller Canadian producers… I just think that the reasons to think that gold and silver could rally here are higher… the returns on these things could be staggering.

While Eric Sprott is well known for his successful investments in precious metals equities, including his own gold and silver backed Exchange Traded Funds, the Forbes billionaires list  suggests that he also holds as much as 90% of his assets in physical gold and silver.

Sprott, like many others, realizes that the “extend-and-pretend” policies being implemented by the financial and political elite will one day end in disaster for the majority of the population. It’s for this reason that high net worth individuals and others who understand the consequences have been buying up land outside of major cities and preparing emergency strategic relocation plans.

I love precious metals, their look and their feel.
But I can’t believe in their ability to give me a

They are manipulated tools of the elite in value,

I will depend on my wits and wood lore.
They can’t take that away from me.

That’s actually not true – they do have the ability to determine when someone is dead, when that person is reported to be dead, and cut them off. It is currently done with the Pell and student loan program. I believe they choose not to do so …. Most likely many of those checks end up in the governments own hands on projects of their choosing.

          • KILLCEN says:

Bullets will become just as important in survival as precious metals. Precious metals will be good for bartering with those of us who have (there will be the 15% haves and 85% have-nots when SHTF). Those who have prepared for a long time will be part of the haves, the sheeple who are glued to their screens awe-struck, the have-nots.

Precious metals will help put food on the table later on, once our society fully collapses and it all plays out – however, in the meantime bullets are needed to weather the storm. We must diversify into all these metals – gold, silver and plenty of lead.

        • passinwiththewind says:

          Good points, OutWest.

I too believe the value of gold and silver is inflated.

I wonder, “if” the dollar is collapsed, what monetary value will be placed on gold and silver then?

That is too big of a variable for me to place on metal that has no purpose for me, other than to buy/purchase with.
It may or “may not” be of value as a bartering tool.

I still believe in old fashinoned bartering with food items, guns and ammo, and hand tools. If the electric grid stays in place and there is a decrease in payment for such, depending upon nominal usage, then, other electrical tools and equipment will be of significant value.

I can’t see a world whereby gold and silver has any more value to it other than it’s intrinsic value.

If a person is confident that they have acquired all the food reserves and security reserves for a shtf situation then a switch to hoarding gold and silver makes some sense.

A response to another poster’s comment that…”all gold and silver could be confiscated by TPTB/gov, just like your food”; doesn’t hold merit. TPTB/gov doesn’t have to confiscate it, they just have to declare it worthless as a payment for goods or services, therfore illegal to use. They can never do the same for food stuffs, and anyone making a grab for peoples food supplies will be met with bloodshed and violence as never before heard of.

But, as an investment tool, I don’t see TPTB letting ordinary people gain an upperhand by having huge stockpiles of silver and gold and it being worth a small fortune.

We should remember that the bankster/joosters are calling the shots, and they will somehow keep control over the average, everyday, common folks until they are cast down to contemplate their lives, with their leader of the dark side, for an appointed time.

Between now and that time, their will be much worse tribulation as there has ever been, or ever will be again.
I have placed my bet on the winning side and will follow that path until my days here are thru.

I see a major transition in patterns and signs beginning around march 20th with a total solar eclipse, and following with a total Lunar eclipse on April 4th, 2015.

The trends will continue to increase and tensions and tribulations will increase over the spring and summer and possibly peak around the partial solar eclipse on Sept.13th thru the period of the fourth and final blood moon for this tetrad period,on september 28th 2015.

Many of the Holy Days of the early israelites fall upon, or within these dates and time periods.
Much significance should be taken from the crossing and peaking of many of those signs and celebrations, and their significance to tribulations and chastisements that have been brought about by the actions and sins of the Adamic race, and the world in general.

I remember hearing that a total solar eclipse is a sign from God, unto the world,(within a tetrad of blood moons) of a significant change in historical events; and that a total lunar eclipse is a sign unto the House of Israel/the Adamic/caucasian peoples, of a significant change, or event that will in particularly affect them.

I guess time will tell how this all pans out and “if” these markers are truly significant or just coincidental.
I will hedge my wager on them being fulfillments of prophetic proportions, that will eventually make for a completion of all events as being 100% correct as foretold.

Each accountable adult has to sail their own ship for the rough waters ahead, and plan accordingly as to how they navigate thru, around, or head on, into the waves approaching.

Godspeed to all shithit the fan’rs.

There are many calendars – Julian, Gregorian, Chinese, Mayan, etc. The Biblical calendar is based on the sun and the new moon. Jews are familiar with this calendar, as holy Feast days are set by it.

Easter is a Christian holiday that is set by the Biblical calendar. That is why Easter is celebrated each year, but the actual date on our calendar varies – usually falls in March or April.

“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.” Genesis 1:14

“These are the Lord’s appointed feasts, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times.” Leviticus 23:4

God said these are ‘MY Feasts’ and specified when they are to be celebrated. The Feast days (Purim, Passover, Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets or Rosh Hashana, 10 Days of Repentance, Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles) are set by using “God’s calendar” – which is based on the sun and the moon.

(Our calendar is based on the sun. The Muslim calendar is based on the moon.)

If the extra day had not been added to our calendar in 2012 (leap year), this solar eclipse would be EXACTLY 7 years later.

I think ‘value’ is solely in the eye of the beholder. A person with no legs will not value shoes. A person who is afraid of the water won’t want a boat, whereas a person who is accustomed to the water would. Blind people won’t value eye glasses, where a person with poor vision would.

The same holds true for everything else. A person who is afraid of guns won’t want one, or the ammo. I person who is allergic to peanut butter, won’t value your jar of peanut butter. People in warm climates could care less about a parka, and people in colder climates won’t want sandals, shorts or suntan oil.

That’s what ‘intrinsic’ value means: “value belonging to a thing by its very nature”

      • passinwiththewind says:

right you are, you ole fellow tarheeler.

I bought up most of my gold items thru the eighties and early nineties, mostly chains and rings, and such.
I had a pretty good reserve of junk silver coins by 1995 also.

When gold hit $1550.oo an ounce, and the shtf site was full on predicting a collapse, me and the little woman decided it was getting close enough to start thinking about selling, instead of buying more.

Then, take our profits and resupply with the really important p m’s; lead/brass and so on. We were waiting patiently and watching the rise and fall of prices when Sandy Hook came about.

Two months later, we were unable to purchase 22 ammo at a reasonable price and all reloading supplies started getting expensive, so we sought out the best buyers and sold for a handsome little pile of cash.

Within a few months we had totally re-appropriated those funds, and have never regretted our decision.

If we would have been greedy and followed some posters advice here/aka dk, that gold would eventually hit three to four k in value, we would be sick of not following our gut, and common sense approach.

Btw, we found out about a major buyer of p m’s, in a nearby big city, that had it’s own refinery out west, and was paying top dollar. We had previously went to a major jeweler that boasts, still to this day, of paying the most for p m’s. After fifteen minutes with this guy, I realized he was a big con man and i told the little woman to hold off. Being impatient, she sold some solid silver pieces and a few pieces of junk gold, about a third of her total inventory.

I sold him nothing, and he was pissed, and said “you won’t find a better offer”; which told me i had made the right decision.

Later, after selling to the big city buyer, we got a third again as much as we were offered by the con jeweler. she got two hundred dollars more for a heavy platinum ring, from the big city buyer than was offered by the con man.

        Buy and sell wisely.

        • Archivist says:

I stopped buying gold in the late 1990s. Silver is still underpriced compared to gold. I got a lot of my silver at face value. I still find a silver dime in pocket change once in a while. I’ve got one in my hand right now that’s almost as old as I am but still looks almost new. I love that ring when you drop a silver coin on a table.

      • Rebel in Idaho says:

The early 2000’s were good too, gold was around $250 per ounce and I wish I had bought a bar when I had the chance. I did buy a 100 oz silver bar for $500 with $25 handling fee and about 30 oz of loose coins.

A pretty small investment really that has just over tripled. Is it going to be worth anything post SHTF, I think so. It looks so awesome sitting on my desk though that I don’t really care if it is or not.

I’ve mentioned before that I think the key with PMs is the same as your overall investment portfolio . . . balance. If you have over a years worth of food, pretty set on preps and firearms, then it might be worth buying some.

So far my dairy cows have been a better investment though I expect the fruit and nut trees to do well in time. 22LR and the extra AKs have almost tied silver; stocks are doing better but I timed them well and haven’t held them the whole time. Chickens have potential, this will be our first spring with them so we’ll see how well they reproduce.

With our preps we look at some as more of an investment, like the never fired AKs and still, and some as more like insurance.

These quotes reveal a great deal about the current administration and their plan…

“To conquer a nation, first disarm its citizens.”

“The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions. In this way, the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed.”

When an opponent declares, “I will not come over to your side,” I calmly say, “Your child belongs to us already… What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community.”

“He alone, who owns the youth, gains the future.”

If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.”

  6. Frank Thoughts says:

Precious metals look nice but the problem with them is in using them if the government gets hostile. If things get really bad, the government will want to hoard all that precious metal for itself. That means they will ban private ownership. They will probably first collapse the price and then pass a law saying you must hand it over for that price or get life in prison. 99 per cent of people will comply. As for those who do not, the dumb ones will try and use it to buy things. Can you imagine what will happen in the store or car showroom?

“Yes sir! The Jaguar: let me just check the final price for yah and I will be right back.”

    “Uh, okay.”

This is an issue with metals, unless you think of them as a prep rather then as cash.
Another issue is if metals go up in value and you cash in you may well owe capital gains taxes.

I wouldn’t bother trying to buy a jag with cash or PMs. That’s a stupid sheep move, to be sure. No prepper would be caught dead trying to buy a luxury vehicle with their PMs during/post SHTF.

      • Rebel in Idaho says:

IKR no one with the foresight to buy PMs and the guts to not turn it over would be stupid enough to sell/trade them to anyone that reports to the government.

First of all PMs have been used as money and held their value for ALL of recorded history. At no point, not after the collapse of the Roman empire or any other empire, have they not been used as money. History has shown repeatedly that after the collapse of any world power PMs still work and are often preferred. This isn’t the first collapse of the world’s largest empire whose money is the reserve currency for at least a large portion of the world.

Second of all you’re crazy if you think 99% would turn in their PMs. If the government said turn in your “assault rifles” do you think many would? Right now a bar of silver is about the price of an M1A and an oz of gold is a little more than an M4. Who is going to turn in any PMs that wouldn’t also turn in firearms?

  7. Jim in Va. says:

Can’t eat precious metals. However, ammo can either be used for hunting and defense or barter. Hell with the banks, stock up on goods that will sustain you and also can trade. If its in your posession then its worth something.

    • Uncle Mike says:

Metals have held value for thousands of years.
In an initial crisis, you are probably correct, but for the long haul you may need some purchasing power.
The other thing to remember is that if there is a large devaluation of cash, the value of metals will go up.
      Investment
      Bribes
      Purchase power.
      Think about it.

    • Silver Lodge says:

If eating is your only goal, then buy only food, not metals. As for trading ammo to someone else, that is a bad call. Never trade away something that can come back and kill you.

  8. Phil says:

I’ve never really gotten why everyone says Preppers should be all into precious metals.

In the SHTF scenario of even an economic collapse, it’l be just as worthless as the paper you have in your wallet.

Nobody is going to want gold or silver when you have no food. $1100 bucks for one single ounce of gold would buy a lot of food.

Just doesn’t make sense to me.

    • the java junkie says:

Phil I’m thinkin its for after the crash, you know when you’ve lost all your cash!!!Just remember a silver dollar has a one dollar face value on it…

      • sixpack says:

A gold coin or a few silver ones, might get you a ride down the road a ways….or it might be good for bribing the govt officer at the border, so you can flee with your family to safety.

THERE WILL ALWAYS BE GREEDY PEOPLE. ALWAYS. Count on it by having a little bit of shiny stuff to get their attention with. YOUR values may not be the same as THEIR values.

        • Rebel in Idaho says:

Yes exactly. It’s worth repeating that gold and silver have had value as money for ALL of recorded history.

For example, I sell raw organic milk from jersey cows, butter made from the same, and eggs from free range organic chickens. Right now I take dollars. Post SHTF how will you pay me? You might have something I would trade for, but then again I’m pretty set and you might not have anything I want at a rate we can agree on. I will however take silver coins since I know their value and could calculate what I can buy with them if I needed to.

So imagine your trying to buy the apples, cherries, pears, plums, lamb, and hopefully one day walnuts, that I sell too and your offering to pay me with ammo. The guy next to you is offering silver, the guy next to him is offering labor and/or barter. Who has the strongest offer?

As to sixpack’s excellent point about bribes, Judas was convinced to betray Jesus for 30 pieces of silver; I assure you a government official will look the other way for less.

I like my brass, but I love my toilet paper. It’s soft, little weigh and easily understood by the masses. Try to explain precious metals to the average American.

I laugh when I see people at the store that buy TP by the individual rolls.

When the S___ hits the fan, I’ll be the one sitting on a couple thousand cases, selling TP by the individual rolls. AOWG will be a household name in this country. LOL

    • Sgt. Dale says:

      AOWG
I’m with you on the TP!
My wife and I were going over our stock pile. When she came to a 50 gallon trash can and opened it and found it to packed full of T.P. She smiled and said, “here is mine where is yours”. I just smiled and pulled out 2 30gal tubes full of T.P. and smiled back.
      Sgt.

      • passinwiththewind says:

Absolutely! There are alternatives, but not really good ones.

The good thing about tp, is that it is relatively light weight and can be stored overhead in the attic or other areas with rafters and wasted space.

Just keep the mice killed off or those little destructive bastards will chew thru every dang role and use it to make nests.

Everytime I think about “not” buying more tp, i remember as a kid, i was forced by my abusive mother to clean all my little sisters cloth diapers into the toilet.

I had to then hand rinse them in a pail of clorox water along with the wash rags she used to clean up the butts after effects by little sis. it became my job to keep inventory and keep the filthy diapers washed up so as to not run out. This “was” the sixties, and my parents were tighter than bark on a tree when it came to spending $$ for luxury items, such as disposable diapers or wet wipes.

Not many kids today are having to do such gross chores? In fact, most kids today waste tp, and aren’t properly trained in such use and further techniques of personal cleanliness and hygiene.

Something to think about for a shtf situation.

    • Rebel in Idaho says:

The problem with TP is volume. My wife and I have several more than 5 kids, most girls. Just try to visualize the space needed to store 5 years worth of TP for all of us.

Contrast that with the space needed to store 5 years of ammo or food. Compare that to the amount of space needed to store enough silver to buy 5 years of TP.

I can easily carry enough gold to buy 50 years worth of TP for all of us, but I couldn’t possibly carry even enough for 1 year of TP.

That’s why lots of people have 100k or more in PMs but not very many have 100k in TP.

      • Rebel in Idaho says:

        For those that like math:
        1) Right now I can buy a 32 pack of cottonelle (the brand and type my wife likes) for $18.59 with free shipping if I buy at least 2 from amazon.

        2) For argument’s sake lets say we go through 4 rolls a day, one in each bathroom. We don’t but I’ll go big here and say we’re going through $18.59 in 8 days.

        3) That’s $2.32 a day or $848.17 per year and I’ll throw in leap years and call it $850 per year.

        4) Let’s go crazy and say gold drops to $20 per ounce like when the constitution was written and forget today’s prices. 10 years of TP, in today’s prices, would cost $8500 and if we said gold crashed to $20 per ounce it would only take 425 oz to buy it.

        5) I can carry 425 oz (26.56 pounds) of gold no problem in a small backpack all day.

        6) It’s easier to make TP than to mine gold. The price of one isn’t going to change too much relative to the other. I think gold will come out ahead, but at even close to today’s rate of exchange I can put enough gold to buy 10 years worth of TP in my front pocket without making enough of a bulge that you could be certain if it was right or left pocket.

I do believe owning some precious metals is adviseable, but your guess as to when and how much is simply that. Trust your own cognitions. Trust not the purveyors.

    • Rebel in Idaho says:

Thats easy. Imagine someone who has a silver mine. They’re getting nothing but silver and they need groceries and to pay the mortgage. Well they’re good at mining but not so much at sales, transportation, or storage. So they make a deal with someone who has currency and say look I’ll give you a deal if you buy a whole lot of this silver now and/or will give you commission for any you sell later.

Thus you see advertisements for products that are rarely from the actual producer/manufacturer. The silver may be worth more later but the miner needs money now. Ammo and rifles may be worth more later but you see ads for them so the manufacturers can keep making more of them now.

  17. Sharon says:

Precious metals, even though dying an anemically slow death in light of the incredibly strengthening dollar, are a means of carrying monetary assets from one financial currency system to another.

They’re not an investment as such since their value in currency can be wildly and unpredictably variable, but they remain valuable when currencies fail.

Think about every failed currency and compare it to, say, a gold coin Roman from several thousand years ago which still has as much purchasing power today as it did then, with a bronze Roman coin which is now only a collectors curiosity with no real intrinsic value to it. (For that matter, you can extrapolate a similar observation by looking at a silver dollar from the Nixon era with a paper dollar from the Obama era or a silver dollar from 1860 to a Confederate dollar from 1865))

Additionally, you can pass a small fortune on to your heirs without notice by the (taxing or confiscating) authorities when you die.

Gold is out of favor by world powers today, since they can’t just command it into existence to finance their current empires with the peoples future labor, actual work has to be performed to produce it.

Once produced gold or silver is not easily controlled the way fiat currencies are since it always carries the same amount of labor that was used to produce it along with it at current labor values that would be used to produce more (think total man hours per ounce rather than dollars per ounce).

It also can’t be simply commanded to disappear the way a fiat currency can if that is what the rulers decide for purposes of their own (Consider the Euro and its forced implementation over previous European national currencies).

Gold is also tradable with no observable transactions involved and can finance or purchase those things governments want to record or tax.

This is why I expect it to be outlawed for most people’s unlicensed possession and use in the near future in favor of the rapidly emerging digital currencies that are replacing even physical paper money which could be used for the same things. (This will be the true purpose of this digital shift when it comes, but the people as a whole will be given very different reasons to keep that purpose hidden from them. Don’t be deceived by those proposed reasons when it happens, and expect some deceptively sophisticated subterfuge used when they are presented.)

    • sixpack says:

      I couldn’t agree more.

    • Rebel in Idaho says:

I love your posts since you have obviously studied history. Predicting the future, and planning accordingly, is easier when you have a solid knowledge of history.

Knowing that when faced with revolt and/or extreme crises that historically governments have: 1) Seized control of the means of communication 2) Ensured obedience of the army 3) Suspended any codified law temporarily at least to some degree . . . and so on is useful for predicting how you should prepare for what’s coming.

Much of what our government will try has been done before several times. That they will want control of the internet, public forums, and the newspapers isn’t really any different in concept from 1776, 1000 ad or bc even. Of course they want fealty from the army, historically they will lose without it.

When it comes to money, they have historically debased currency and made promises to be repaid at future dates with regularity. Sometimes they have tried to confiscate real wealth, sometimes they have tried to disarm the people too. The general concepts are quite common and predictable.

Gold and Silver have always still had value as money no matter what the government (or any natural disaster) did.

There has always been and there will always be some sort of commerce within any community of whatever sort. The invention of money came about as a way to get away from trading only by bartering. It’s hard to carry a pound of butter to the other side of one’s county in order to trade for seeds.

Sure, initially in a SHTF situation, food/water/defense take priority. But if you figure on any sort of “long haul” time period, those with gold/silver will be a helluva lot better off than those without. Been that way for several thousand years. Me, I disagree with, “But this time it’s different.”

  23. GrandpaSpeaks says:

We are worried about the edibility of gold while freedom slips ahead of and not behind us? We are in conflict and gold is able to buy freedom when things stink and dice are rolling. That would be the precious part of precious metal. Gold and your negotiating skills could well be your last play to enable you to eat any meal again.
A good tact to study at this time may be those the successful Jews utilized to escape the death camps in Nazi Germany. It wasn’t a steak they bribed them with and gold wasn’t the only thing that worked, but it was the main thing.
You do not need to understand why silver is germicidal, just that it has certain properties. Gold also has unique properties when there is conflict and then most importantly related to freedoms and strategic rearmament.
Gold or ammo is not either/or in a conflict. At that time one generally works when the other isn’t yet both are a tool used to define and defend freedom. A different means to the same end.
All metals are precious, its a matter of when they are most precious that is helpful here. Not whether you can eat gunpowder. It can save your sorry ass, whats that worth? Throw some in the bag. Treat it like flight and gravity where the eventual winner is understood but everything happens like magic.

Yes. Compact stores of wealth that are universally recognized have always been part of any good BOB. Imagine if you could add 1 pound of diamonds, gold, or even silver to your BOB.

This is no joke. If your BOB doesn’t have any money in it you need to rethink it. What will it hurt you to add 1 pound of silver US coins to you BOB?

Unlike many here, I believe in gold and silver as long term storage of wealth. I know how I respond in a fight. I will either walk home with my foes’ weaponry and ammo, or I go to my judgement. No need to stockpile what I will either take, or have taken. When the Judaic fiat banking system collapses (or is collapsed), the new banking system will be based on assets and metals. Investment capital, i.e. metals, will be the basis of our rebirth as a nation (if the Zionists don’t trigger WWIII and our extermination first). Metals are being suppressed, while the pump-and-dump continues in the stock market.

    • Rebel in Idaho says:

While I don’t agree with the taking part, I do agree with the assets and metals part. Long-term storage is also the way to think about it, I don’t wish I had sold my silver bar at $40 per ounce and bought whatever.

If you have a 401k or stocks that really exist only with electricity, consider buying some physical gold or silver and keeping it yourself with a portion of that value. Cash is a good idea too. 3 to 6 months worth of bills in cash stored safely at home buys a lot of peace of mind.

  28. TPSnodgrass says:

We regularly buy gold coins to hold in OUR possession as long term wealth survival, NOT for profiteering. We also diversify our portfolio, in to other “less precious metals” like brass, copper and lead alloys, in addition to other wealth protection strategies. I don’t care where the price of gold goes, but it will be better than fiat currency anytime. And yes, our portfolio includes our food storage capabilities as well. We store what we regularly eat, and some additional long-term storage food as well.

I don’t have an ar so I don’t get the rage about the green tips do these have penetrator core or something. It seems if they villainise each caliber they can get more $ for them. I’d be willing to bet the gun industry is not on the side of gun owners. They are working with the damn lawmakers to make guns and ammo out of average people reach price wise. I said in past posts that they would price poor people out of guns. Look at the demographics of gun violence. It’s more prevalent in poor community’s . The gun and ammo manufacturers win as well when the prices go up. We are getting screwed by all angles. Everyone is trying to put the screws to us. Prior to all this fear mongering guns were easily available for affordable prices I read some where people were buying ak kits for like $98 go look at them now. Supply and demand economics blah blah. The gun people are gouging as well. Why would the price go up on these things hmmmm greed maybe. Don’t think the gun stores and manufacturers care about us how can they when they charge like $80.00 for a box of 22 ammo that you used to get for $18.99. That’s over a 4 times the increase. 22lr is not a serious caliber these bricks are for fun plinking. How much for 500 rounds of 5.56 now mark it up 4 times. Probably cost as much as a base model ar rifle. At these increases your gonna go to the gun shop and he’s gonna say we can get you financing. I don’t know about you but I’m not gonna take out a loan for a rifle. This will work as a measure to keep you from owning multiple guns. Sure you can have 1 and it won’t be an so called assault weapon or any other semi auto that is capable of using external mags that can have the floor extended to accommodate more rounds. If you haven’t gone out to buy the firearms your gonna need you better think about the future of where gun prices are going. Buy ammo any time you know your getting a good deal seriously.

We have a House for sale 3yo across Beach DHHL -Dept Of Hawaiian Homelands , So, Bank/Buyer sent out a Liberal P.O.S. Real Estate Appraiser, he does the Appraisal, I tell him about my signs under the house/”i will hunt-find kill you” FOR :Thieves, Trespassers or( my next door neighbor who yells f* you you F*kn Haole, ANYtime he wants to, who has his son (20 yo) and friends “Shat” under our house on the dirt ,) And explain to Appraiser Why these signs are here, no comment, leaves , Monday 3/9/2015 Bank Loan officer calls my Wife (A Hawaiian) Gets her all worked up- YOU CANNOT HAVE THOSE SIGNS, we are going to Bring a Sheriff/Deputy With us for the Appraisal, signs have been under the house since I first found feces under our House, and the prospective Buyer (Hawaiian) said just leave them, i said no , AS I clean the rest of my stuff out, I will remove so your Kids don’t have to read this Crazy stuff, /A Necessity for me, Not you guys. Why Does ANY Bank Presume to Have the Powers To DENY my freedom of Speech/Expression, I have asked for an email explanation of what they said, Under any Circumstances the Police will not enter our Property Without a Warrant, Even Though it is almost Empty now.
I am sure there will be Nothing put n writing, when this is over I will make a 4×8 plywood sign :Naming the bank and this panty wearing liberal guy who felt threaten by signs that said : Trespassers/thieves/anyone who shats under this house will be Killed. WSHTF- Liberals, Run YEW Little Biotches-I will Live By The Constitution !!!

So, I am guessing you are happy to get away from those messed up neighbors. Honestly, who does that? What kind of a person takes a crap under someones house? It is just so loser-ish I can’t understand it in anyway.

BTW- I know of someone who took a crap on someones porch, and they bragged about it. I was horrified they did something so animalistic and then, they told people.

      What is wrong with people.

      • Poud to be American even in Hawaii says:

you have no idea of how happy I am NOW! Thank God we were able to move across the island Away from this Fake az Hawaiian from San Francisco-a Liberal from Hell.

I am an Army /Air Force Vet. been in Hawaii from 1976 (Schofield Barracks) first time , back & forth moved Perm. in 2004,Emotionally Invested so cannot leave ,must Endure, overcome, gain ground.

What I cannot understand is why a Bank would Demand I giveup my Rights, There is a Big Problem In These Islands with (SOME) Backward Thinking inbred Liberal Welfare Rats That Think if they make it Hard on you, You will Just Go Away- Move Back Home/I am from The Volunteer State, and I have never Ran from a Fight, But Ran INTO Many, and Liberals are so afraid of Anyone that will Stand up For The Flag, or The Constitution.
The American Male has turned into a “Shim” due to being lead by This Thugastration/ & by the PC Media.-Pu**yied Cowards.

I understand why the bank wouldn’t want those signs up, especially when buyers were present.

Why would anyone want to buy a house next to people who shit under their neighbor’s house? That’s like knowingly living next door to people who are running a meth lab.

The bank understood that tipping prospective buyers off to that, might keep them from buying the house. It also makes the sale price for YOUR house lower, because nobody wants to live in human shit.

In this case, it seems you were cutting your nose off, to spite your face.

Well, the Bank had the appraiser sent out, BUT the Hawaiians hat are Buying it Said it was ok to leave them, and The GOOD HAWAIIANS already Know how the BAD ones can be, This is Hawaiian Homelands, Right across from The Beach , and Rarely Does an Outsider from the neighborhood ever Get to Buy into the Community
Usually its all saved for the Local Families, These are Hawaiians That are Straight Forward and Righteous not the neighbor kind who hates me Only Because I am White
This Family is Educated and My Hopes they can Teach /School THe Haters, Actually Hawaiian Homes SHOULD buy this place and Give it to Them- These are the ones that can see past the skin tone, and as for Losing a sale, Its Hawaiian Homes, and Only Qualified Hawaiians can get these properties= This Family has the POTENTIONAL to Changes Decades of Hate, all by themselves, and its not Many Families that have That Power in this Day and Age, There have been Many Wrongs Done to the Hawaiian People over the last hundred plus years, And some Blame the Haole /White that is here today, and MOST of the Haters have the Least Hawaiian in Them, So When people on The Mainland hear of Haters In Hawaii- just remember we haven’t been the best People on Earth to most lands we Took.
We ALL need to Realize, we are just here on this planet for a “moment” in Time , and We should ALL try to get along or Get it On, and Get Over it alredi. Not this Old Picking @ wounds an Digging up Bones and Breeding More Haters .

    Hello,
I did make some researches with the bible, the last few months, about the End-Times. I do have got different bibles and books about the End-Times, for this research (only hobby research for myself. Some protestant Bibel and books, some catholic bibel an books. I do think to understand what´s goning on you defintly need the 2 books of Maccabees
to have got a complet overview. So the old catholic Douay-Rhiems bible is a Must Have, to get all the information you need! I you use the protestant bibles, the old versions are the better once.
I do have got differnt protestant bibles and this catholic one.
