2. Paul advocates bringing troops home from U.S. military bases in Korea, Japan, and Europe, among others.
3. Ron Paul proposes that the U.S. stop sending massive, unaccountable foreign aid.
4. Paul was the only 2008 Republican presidential candidate to have objected to and voted against the Iraq War Resolution and continues to oppose U.S. presence in Iraq, charging the government with using the War on Terror to curtail civil liberties.

Ron Paul has the substance.. no doubt in my mind…but I hate to say it, his message needs to be carried by someone else more “likeable” —it KILLS me to say that–but our citizenry has been so “dumbed’ down that they elect who they “LIKE” not who has the best message..(Obama!!!!) unfortunately Ron Paul, as great as he is, is unelectable for the executive office….someone else needs to step up with his message.. RP is actually coming under fire here in Texas. He is facing three “tea party” challengers, which is funny, because RP is basically the Godfather of the Tea Party movement, which, it seems, has been hijacked by the Republican party.
I am not trying to attack republicans here, but as I have said before, 99% of republicans talk a big conservative/libertarian game but never actually deliver on their promises. As big a sham as the democrats, in my opinion.
Yeah, the Tea Party thing is getting warped into a “pro-Republicans, Democrats suck” party…which is BS because the Elephants and Donkeys is D.C. both suck.
